I cannot recommend Napoleon House highly enough as a wedding venue! I had the pleasure of celebrating my wedding there in March, and it was an unforgettable experience. Karen and Beth, the fantastic team behind the scenes, truly made our day special. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring everything went smoothly was unparalleled.
The food was absolutely incredible, with the prime rib being a standout dish that our guests are still raving about. The quality and flavor of the meals surpassed our expectations, and it was clear that a lot of thought and care went into the menu.
Additionally, the support from the staff throughout our wedding day was unmatched. They were attentive, friendly, and genuinely invested in making our celebration perfect. If you’re considering a wedding venue, Napoleon House is the place to be! -

We loved Napoleon House! We have been there to eat through the years so when I learned it was an available wedding/ reception venue, we jumped on the chance! All staff- from the wedding coordinator folks, to the servers, and all the behind-the-scenes people we didn't meet- were all kind , professional, and responsive. They were all so easy to work with and I feel we got a fantastic deal financially too. The prices were very reasonable for what all we received in exchange. We even left a sentimental item behind accidentally and they are going to mail it to us, no charge. Best service, great food, classic venue. Maybe we can have an anniversary party here someday! Thank y'all! -

Yes yes yes go with napoleon house
I don't even know where to begin with my feelings on Napoleon House - I LOVE IT SO MUCH! We used NH for our destination wedding (both ceremony and reception). I was brave (and maybe semi crazy) and booked the venue completely sight unseen - I was totally reliant on all the pictures and videos that I could find online and honestly it exceeded my expectations on arrival. Upon reaching out for our initial inquiry, we were immediately connected with Karen and Beth that are honestly a dream team. These ladies are top tier professionals and had the answer to every tiny question we had. I felt so confident going into the wedding because of all the honesty and open communication we had in the months leading up to our date. They were able to provide sample floor plans and provide suggestions that truly made the day just flow perfectly. Their vendor recommendations were excellent and I truly relied on these connections to assemble an incredible team of vendors to help make our day complete. We had 80 guests at our wedding, and used the Rosa and Pietro Rooms upstairs. Per NH's suggestion, we did a second line between ceremony and reception so the staff could have room/time to flip the space. I was hesitant on doing this at first, but I cannot recommend doing this enough - it made the event that was already special, one for the memory books! I honestly am just so pleased with my experience and cannot sing enough great praises about the entire team at the NH who helped make this event run so seamlessly. Everyone at NH are tried and true professionals, genuinely lovely people to work with, and dedicated to delivering excellent service. Last but no least, the FOOD & DRINKS!!!! It was all so good and months later, I am still getting random messages from guests about how the turkey at NH was the best they've ever had. Overall, if you're thinking about NH for a wedding or event, you cannot go wrong! 10/10 recommend and I am confident you will be in great hands! -

Where do I begin? Did you know that when you book a wedding venue, you also book a few friends who help guide you along the way? I didn't!
Beth and Karen at Napoleon House are AMAZING! We live in Philadelphia, so we planned everything from afar and put our trust in this dynamic duo.
We had only visited the venue once and knew it was the perfect vibe for our wedding. We had our ceremony in the courtyard, which was flipped to our reception during our second line parade. It rained, not terribly, but enough for the team to need to make some last minute adjustments to our floor plan, etc. And we trusted them every step of the way.
Our guests won't stop raving about the food, the hospitality or the overall ambiance of the venue. We knew all along we made the right choice with this venue and crew, but now that it's over and no one will stop talking about it, I'm convinced.
I feel like we can call these folks family now. Can't wait to visit again for all the delicious food we didn't get to eat because we were busy dancing!

We cannot speak highly enough of our experience working with Beth and Karen at The Napoleon House, and having our reception in a building so meaningful to us and rooted in New Orleans history was very special. For starters, Beth and Karen are incredibly organized and responsive – we talked to several location sites before deciding on the Napoleon House and that’s what stuck out to us the most. They were also very upfront about cost and staff/building capabilities, so we never felt that they were pulling one over on us or having to read through fine print to get the full picture (again, something that stuck out based on conversations we had with other locations). Their vendor list is incredible – we pretty much went with every suggestion they sent our way and we couldn’t be happier with the turnout. The atmosphere of the Napoleon House is incredibly romantic and beautiful which helped in decoration costs (i.e. minimal) as there’s really not much that needed to be added. Furthermore, the team had a large amount of items we would have had to rent otherwise (chairs, linens, tables, etc.) and were willing to get creative with our ideas to use other resources they had on hand. Absolutely cannot fail to mention how good the food is – we went with buffet station style and all of our guests visiting from out of town were amazed by the quality, it was a great showcase of New Orleans cuisine and they were also creative with putting together a selection of late night snacks for our guests. Finally, the staff was super friendly and helpful for all of our guests and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having a great time. We felt so confident with the run of show on the day of the wedding because Beth and Karen took such care of us throughout the planning process and were patient, thorough, and kind with answering all of our questions about how to pull off a destination wedding. 10/10 customer service, hospitality, food, and ambiance – we highly recommend having your wedding here! -

Wonderful experience, they were perfect.
The title says it all, but we’re still getting amazing feedback from our guests almost a month later. I had high expectations based on reviews and knowledge of the restaurant, but every aspect blew me away. Karen and Beth in sales answered every question we had, answered questions we didn’t know to ask, and helped design a menu that literally catered to everyone. The wedding day was flawless, they were flexible, and the front of house service is literally flawless. Big shoutout to Josh and India (I may have her name wrong, definitely the spelling) who are incredibly good at their jobs making sure everything was done perfectly. -

I cannot say enough about how amazing both Beth and Karen were throughout the planning process. My husband and I are located in New Jersey, and decided to have a destination wedding in New Orleans! We had both the ceremony and reception at Napoleon House, and the entire day was seamless and beautiful. Our guests absolutely raved about the location, and especially the food! I cannot thank the staff enough for all that they do. Our Caption, Josh, made sure my husband and I were taken care of, and I cannot thank him enough. I highly recommend the Napoleon House, and will be back during our next trip to the Big Easy. -

Napoleon House was the perfect venue for our wedding day vision with an amazing staff and team, not to mention the delicious food all the guests will be raving about afterwards. We had an 80 person wedding and the space is extremely intimate, romantic, and perfect for guests to feel connected throughout the entire event. The decor of the Rosa and Pietro room is already so beautiful that all you may need is some flowers to add your personal touches.
Karen and Beth were amazing through our entire process, offering flexibility and most importantly availability to make sure we had the most perfect day. They make the coordination a lot less intimidating especially to brides who are doing the bulk of the planning and they make sure everything is set up to your liking on your big day with zero stress.
The serving staff will make sure your guests are well taken of as well as making sure the married couple gets their private moment to eat after the ceremony. One of the best experiences of your wedding is when you get to eat some great food alone with your spouse for the first time and take in all the hard work before entertaining guests.
I would recommend this venue for anyone who wants a truly historic New Orleans wedding with an elegant but not too stuffy vibe, but has all the romantic touches perfect for your wedding day. -

We had our rehearsal dinner here the night before our wedding, and it was probably the best food I had all weekend. The staff was so friendly, accommodating, and efficient. The courses were served at the perfect times, and the wait staff was very attentive. Beth worked with me through multiple changes due to Covid, and she and Karen jumped in to fix the floor plan to make sure my guests would be comfortable. Joshua was such a delight the day of, and he really went out of his way to make it a wonderful evening. -

Karen, Beth and the entire team at Napoleon House were incredible to work with. These are so responsive, approachable, professional and they know what they are doing! They get the job done and do it so well. The team worked beautifully with our wedding planner and with other vendors to coordinate. They were patient and flexible in this process, particularly when our originally scheduled date over Labor Day weekend 2021 was postponed due to Hurricane Ida hitting the week before. During this extremely stressful time, they responded on the go to ensure we could rebook at our earliest convenience. At the event itself, it was more beautiful than I could have imagined- a historic, special New Orleans venue that's charming and classic but also with modern twists. All our guests were raving about how delicious and quality the food was. Can't forget the to-go Pimm's Cups to second-line with! We have zero complaints and highly recommend. -

The Napoleon House is an iconic New Orleans establishment that did not disappoint. It was half a block away from our wedding venue (Court of Two Sisters) in the heart of the French Quarter. Coordinating the event with staff was very easy. The rehearsal dinner was upstairs with the rest of the resturaunt open downstairs. However, it was very private and you could not hear anything from downstairs. The decor was classic French inspired NOLA. The food was great! People raved about the steak option. Service was professional, courteous, and punctual. Prior to booking the Napoleon House, I reached out to at least 5 other vendors in the area and this was the best value for how much we spent. Highly recommend using the Napoleon House for any private event. -

I cannot say enough great things about Napoleon House. Getting married in New Orleans was a destination wedding for us and Napoleon House was one of many great decisions we made. Originally selected because of the great value, they exceeded all our expectations and we are extremely happy with everything! They were so helpful, easy to work with - especially being out of state and dealing with ever changing COVID guidelines, and have some of the best customer service. Their entire staff is so friendly and professional, they made our wedding perfect. Located in the French Quarter, the venue is stunning with its décor and balconies, everything you could want when you think New Orleans. And the food was so delicious our guests are still talking about it! We loved having our wedding at Napoleon House and highly recommend to any couple wanting a truly great New Orleans wedding you will never forget! -

I can not say enough great things about the Napoleon House. Our original date was March 2020, and they helped us through the uncertainty of Covid19 and postponements like champs. I never doubted that I was in good hands there. Beth Sigur specifically was always there to calm down my concerns and to help trouble shoot any problems I had. The venue itself is so stunning, it doesn't need much in the way of decorations. Several of my guests told me that our food was the best they'd ever had at a wedding. The staff was courteous, professional and helpful. I love that The Napoleon House is now a part of our love story, and we visit every time we are in town. -

We had two different wedding events at the Napoleon House and we cannot sing their praises more! The service and food truly were incredible, and we will forever have nothing but wonderful things to say about Napoleon House. We had so many friends come up to us and say how much they loved the venue and that it will be a “must stop” on every visit to New Orleans from here on out.
I want to thank them so so much for all of their help, patience, and wonderful guidance this last year! COVID threw all of our wedding plans for a loop, and they truly made our wedding(s) so special, and we’ll be forever grateful. -

Everything was perfect for our rehearsal dinner! Compliments on how beautiful everything was, the atmosphere, the food, and the excellent service keep coming in! We even had some family members go there the day after our event for lunch because they liked it so much! The communication between Beth, Karen and myself was above and beyond!

Just gotta say...it was fabulous! So easy to get everything we needed to the venue. Extremely helpful staff especially with planning and organizing. Beth and Karen are definitely there for you! Everything went off without a hitch thanks to the servers and bartenders. Total shout out to the servers and bartenders! My guests raved about the food! Even the vegans! We were really just able to enjoy our guests, the atmosphere,the balcony, and we were able to just have fun. They were able to accommodate all of our ideas and make them a reality including our crazy entertainment line up! Another great thing about the space is it doesn't need alot of decor! It's beautiful on its own! Very classic New Orleans with some great history included! How many folks can say they had their wedding on an apartment fit for Napoleon!
So many guests said it was in the top 3 weddings they've been to! -

I wanted an old New Orleans elegant evening. Beth Sigur and her staff were so responsive to the many changes during 2020, and they delivered on every promise! They made is easy for me as the out-of-town mother of the groom to make this work so well with a wedding at the Marigny Opera House and a luncheon at Brennen's. Perfect in every way! -

Our wedding size changed dramatically due to Covid 19 restrictions. Beth, event person at NH, was very accommodating and willing to work with us every step of the way. The wait staff were very attentive, the food excellent and served piping hot for our sit down meal. Napolean House is a beautiful historic building making for a most memorable wedding! My experience with the Napoleon House was incredible. Beth and the event staff were so amazing to work with. They were so patient with all my crazy requests and were always extremely professional. I live across the country so I was constantly emailing them questions and Beth emailed pretty much immediately everytime. She is a WONDERWOMAN. The food was INCREDIBLE, to die for. Everyone I talked to said it was the best wedding food they've ever had. I cannot think of a single negative thing about this whole experience with them. New Orleans Dream
My wedding at the Napoleon House was a complete dream. The event coordinators were easy to work with and the food and accommodations were out of this world. This venue is PERFECT for a morning wedding because of all of the windows allowing for ideal natural lighting. Our wedding ceremony and the following luncheon flowed seamlessly together. I highly recommend this to someone who wants a small, intimate wedding. -

Selecting Napoleon House as our reception venue was hands-down the best decision we made for our wedding! We had a wedding of about 60 people. The ceremony took place at the pharmacy museum next door, we did a second line around the block and then had a cocktail hour in the Rosa room followed by seated dinner in the Pietro room, and then dancing back in the Rosa room. The space was the perfect size for our group and looked beautiful -- it required very little decorating. We especially loved being able to stand out on the balconies. Service was incredible, everyone was very friendly and the food was delicious. The filet mignon was soooooo good. Alex and Beth were the most professional and prompt people I corresponded with while choosing vendors, and finally it was one of the most reasonably priced venues we found based on our size. I really can't recommend Napoleon House enough! -

We had such a wonderful experience planning our rehearsal dinner here. Beth and Alex were absolutely amazing. The food was delicious and it all ran so smoothly with very little micromanaging on their part. They let us do our thing and asked the perfect amount of questions that things went off without a hitch. They even went out of their way to help us grab some last minute easels that we needed for the tables. This restaurant goes above and beyond! -

We loved Napoleon House and the team there make it so special. If you are looking for a venue with excellent service, amazing food and having a stress free event, look no further. Honestly Beth and Alex are amazing. A lot of venues we saw are quite prescriptive on how events run and are set up, but they were super flexible at the Napoleon House and really let you bring your vision to life. We even extended our reception by 1 hour the week of the wedding and they just easily made the changes. Would definitely recommend! Thank you to Napoleon House and team for an awesome wedding! -

The Napoleon House was the perfect venue for our wedding! It was beautiful and required little decoration by us. The food was delicious and the portions were generous. The team at Napoleon House are not only and absolute pleasure to work with, but are also exceptionally good at what they do. Organising our wedding from New Zealand was a breeze with Alex and Beth both able to promptly answer any and all questions we had. Napoleon House was a dream to work with and the most beautiful venue for a wedding. We did our ceremony in the courtyard, then second-lined around the block, then returned to the reception in the upstairs rooms. All of my guests raved that this was the best wedding that they have ever been to - the food was phenomenal!!! Beth and Alex are truly amazing to work with and so accommodating! Jennifer took care of my husband and me all night with drinks, food, and run of show. Napoleon House is the BEST place for your special day and we had the best night of our lives there! -

We had both wedding and reception in the two rooms on the 2nd floor. The venue is so graceful, historic and atmospheric. The space was perfect for our 40 guests (would be fine for twice that number), plus the two balconies provided both great views and and an alternate area to gather or retreat from the music and dancing. Alex was always available and quick to respond as we prepared, and was present on the big day to make sure everything was set and ready to roll. The price was reasonable, the food exquisite, and the whole experience just about flawless (sans a computer glitch that delayed finalization of the bill, costing us exit photos with the photographer). Given no event is ever perfect, we can tell you wholeheartedly that this was as close as we could have hoped. -

We had a Welcome Party upstairs to kick off our wedding weekend in New Orleans (New Year's Eve weekend). The Napoleon House has always been one of our favorite places–our first date in New Orleans was there–and there could not have been a more perfect place to kick off our wedding weekend and introduce our out-of-town guests to the city. It was the quintessential New Orleans experience and many guests commented that our welcome party was better than some wedding receptions they’d been to! Working with Beth to plan the event was a joy and such a breeze. Everyone raved about the food–especially the fried catfish. We loved having a Pimm’s Cup for guests at the entrance as a welcome drink, the bar was fabulous, and the champagne tower was a brilliant way to get the party started. The ambiance was perfect and captured the effortless elegance that is New Orleans’s trademark. Many of our local Louisiana friends and family were also blown away by the upstairs rooms, which they hadn’t had the opportunity to enjoy before. And as a special touch, Beth also put some of the Napoleon House holiday bell ribbon necklaces aside for our guests, which was a festive keepsake that everyone loved. We were jingling through the Quarter all night!
