Beyond our Expectations/Easy to Work With
The entire staff at Naples Grande Beach Resort was outstanding—starting with our first meeting with Shannon Glass. We knew pretty quickly that this was the place for us after our initial tour. Shannon went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and confident that she understood our wants, preferences and concerns. She infused every conversation with confidence, empathy, prompt response and great recommendations. And the personal service didn’t stop with her—the entire staff was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ in personableness and in delivery of services. Our cocktail party, wedding reception and fun cigar rolling professional was perfection—exceeded our expectations and we had so much fun. Everything from the cocktail party, to the signature drinks, the well-prepared bartenders, to the service and yumminess of the food, and the constant monitoring of the staff to keep the ballroom uncluttered, it was a worry free evening for us—instead we could dance, talk, hug and enjoy every single second! We didn’t have one issue to contend with - everything went so smoothly. If there were any issues, we never knew about them because the staff handled things professionally. If you are looking for a beautiful setting on/near the beach in Naples with a staff who truly cares about all our needs and desires to deliver quickly and purposefully, you can’t go wrong with Naples Grande Beach Resort. -

Shannon and the NGBR team made our wedding weekend a dream come true! We worked with them for about a year and it was such a fun and enjoyable process! When the wedding weekend came, we had the best time knowing the NGBR team had it covered. Our suite was large, spacious and had a stunning view. We had our ceremony on the beach (it was so fun taking the golf carts), cocktail hour on the sunset veranda and reception in the vista ballroom. It was a perfect transition and the best of all worlds! Shoutout Shannon for making it all happen! 10/10 recommend getting married here! -

I cannot say enough about the Naples Grande as, not only a wedding venue, but everything from the welcome party on! My daughter’s wedding was a destination wedding as almost all the guests were from out of town. Most of them took this opportunity for a quick vacation and the Naples Grande delivered! The recreation opportunities are endless, and our guests enjoyed every part from the family pool to adult pool, beautiful boardwalk and fantastic beach! But where this destination stands out for a wedding is not only the facilities, but the staff! I cannot say enough about Shannon Glass and her professionalism, but also willing to help with every aspect of our weekend. She truly made us feel like we were family having a party at her home! We hosted our rehearsal dinner, welcome party, ceremony, reception and even a Kentucky derby party the day after the wedding. Shannon and every part of the staff wanted to be sure this was a party from start to finish and made many accommodations for us and our group. This, in my opinion, is the best part of having a wedding at the Naples Grande. It’s the perfect size resort to host all events, but not too large that guests are overwhelmed. Every member of the staff, from Florin at valet, Tim and Nino in Bell services, to every server, they went out of their way for our guests and many remarked to us about the fantastic service! Special shout out to Sorin who oversaw all our events. Now to the food. Absolutely every thing that came out of the kitchen was fabulous. The choices for appetizers were inventive and the entrees exceeded our expectations. Lastly, the accommodations were great and the Bridal suite was not only incredible for my daughter and her new husband to stay in, but the most perfect way for her bridesmaids and I to spend the day getting our hair/makeup done!
We, and our guests, could not say enough about our experience at the Naples Grande! For what the package includes, I cannot imagine a better venue for a wedding! -

We truly cannot say enough about how amazing the Naples Grande was for our wedding. We had three days worth of events there and every event was just perfect. Shannon Glass was incredible and made the planning process easy and enjoyable. She was responsive, flexible, and always had our best interest at heart. The food for all events was unbelievable, and the grounds are stunning. The HUGE bridal suite made for a great time getting ready with the bridal party, and was a gorgeous spot for first look photos. The majority of our guests stayed at the Naples Grande and were blown away by their experience. Our guests were thrilled with their rooms, all the pool/beach amenities (kids and adults LOVED the water slide), the food, and the unbelievable staff. We absolutely recommend having your wedding at the Naples Grande. It was a picture perfect weekend and we wouldn't have changed a thing. -

Gorgeous venue with extremely professional staff
There isn’t a day that goes by when I think about my wedding and don’t remember how perfect everything was. It’s a stressful event that requires meticulous planning, and it’s so important to have experts in the field by your side. In preparation for the wedding, we visited all the venues in Naples that offered the possibility of a beach ceremony. Naples Grande had the best and most private option—their beach is very wide, making it easy to accommodate many guests. Everything could not go smoother and I was amazed how relaxed I felt throughout the whole night. It is nice when you can just enjoy the time without worrying about anything knowing that everything will be executed to perfection. I want to give a special thank you to Shannon. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She guided me in the right direction, suggesting the best vendors and the most delicious options for our unforgettable night. They even added caviar to the menu with our request. The food was amazing—our guests are still talking about how tasty it was, even over a year later! I’m so happy we chose Naples Grande and truly wouldn’t have wanted to celebrate the most special day of my life anywhere else.

Shannon and the entire staff at Naples Grande made our dream wedding week happen. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating all week. The resort is gorgeous and service is amazing! We worked closely with Shannon throughout the wedding planning process. She is quick at responding, helpful, and thoughtful. All wedding guests that stayed at Naples Grande enjoyed the resort all weekend from the many food options, pools and beach. We loved the spa too! -

With over 100 rooms booked for our guests, the resort handled our large event with impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our cultural traditions, from the henna party to the hookah after party to the wedding reception, ensuring every detail was respected and beautifully executed. They also collaborated seamlessly with our event planner and decor company, making the entire weekend smooth and enjoyable for everyone. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue for our big day -

The Naples Grande hosted a Welcome Party for us the night before our wedding for all of our guests coming into town. I have had so many people tell me how impressed and nice everything was with the event. The flexibility and smoothness of working with the staff was amazing. The Most Amazing Wedding Ever!
Naples Grande Beach Resort was the most beautiful wedding venue imaginable. Our wedding day was the best day of our lives and we can’t thank everyone enough, especially Shannon Glass! She was so great to work with. Especially living out of state and having a destination wedding, she was extremely helpful. Everything about this resort was awesome from the staff, to the food, to the hotel rooms and amenities. We HIGHLY recommend having a wedding here, and we plan to come back and visit as often as we can! -

Amazing venue!
We had the best time at the Naples Grande! We did our ceremony and cocktail hour on the beach and then moved indoors to the Vista Ballroom for the reception. This required a lot of coordination and planning which our day of coordinator and the Naples Grande staff (s/o to Shannon!) managed seamlessly.
The staff at the Naples Grande was a pleasure to work with! The event was everything we could ask for and more! We also recommend staying in the bridal suite the day before and night of. It's a gorgeous space and it was so much fun to get ready in with my bridesmaids!

If you're looking for a beautiful venue with incredible food and outstanding service - look no further! We could not be more pleased with our choice to go with the Naples Grande as our wedding venue. From start to finish, the staff was amazing and helpful, they made us feel so special every step along the way and really made us feel like VIPs. The location was beautiful and every single staff member from the bellhops to the bartenders went above and beyond in making us and our guests feel welcome. Evan and Shannon, the wedding POCs, thought of every detail and worked extremely well with all of our vendors to make sure everything was perfect. We didn't have to worry about a thing the day of our wedding because they had everything handled. Thank you so much to all of the staff at the Naples Grande for helping us to pull off the best day ever! We can't wait to come back and visit again soon! -

The Naples Grande Beach Resort truly made my wedding dream come to life and I’m a native of Naples! I mean it when I say, I don’t know what we would have done without Shannon and the NG staff to help coordinate and execute our big day. We were blown away with the service we received from the Naples Grande team. Shannon helped made our dream wedding weekend come true! Not knowing the area swell, Shannon helped provide amazing vendor recommendations. She walked through all of our options and helped us feel assured in our decisions, She put us at ease and took on so much to help coordinate all details - including coordinating kosher meals for my parents. We had also hoped for sunset photos on the beach, but given we got married shortly after hurricane Ian, the beach was closed. Shannon arranged to have a shuttle take my husband and I with our photographer team to a nearby beach so we got our sunset photos. Our wedding cake all went and we didn’t have any leftovers, so Shannon arranged a surprise and had our baker deliver a mini cake to our home 2 months after our wedding. No detail was left behind! We felt like our closest friend was planning our wedding. We’re so thankful for the most beautiful wedding, and the Naples Grande team! -

Hurricane Ian damaged our first venue 3 weeks before our wedding. Naples Grande came through so we could keep our original date. Shannon was so easy to work with and everyone could not believe we pulled off such a fantastic weekend in 2 weeks. Would highly recommend especially for larger weddings -

Planning an out of town wedding during a pandemic was not an easy task but everyone at Naples Grande helped us put together the perfect weekend for our guests. The food was delicious, facilities immaculate and the staff incredibly helpful. Evan made sure the day went off without issue and Sorin our banquet leader made sure we had food to eat and drinks in our hands. -

We had been planning our dream wedding with them for over a year and unfortunately, Hurricane Irma got in the way. Their team was absolutely amazing in accommodating us at their private golf club - Naples Grande Golf Club - and they even contacted another hotel for us and helped us move the rooms for all of our guests!! They certainly didn't have to do that, but they continuously went the extra mile to make sure we were well taken care of. Their team is second to none - Jessica, Jose, Eddie, Frank, Chef Mike ... the list goes on. There is a small army of people who are there to make sure that you have everything you want. I truly felt like they thought of our wedding as the only one in the world. They didn't make us feel like "just another wedding" even though we weren't spending a huge amount of money with them. I am forever grateful for their service and now friendship! Everyone down to the personal server we had on the day of, making us a plate and making sure we had food, drinks, dessert and a good time! The food ... out of this world. I truly think they have the best food in town. Our guests raved about the spread that was put out. The chef listened to our wishes and vision and made it come to life. And what's even better, is that they executed everything exactly as we had described and saw it in our minds, without any hand holding or babysitting. They just made it happen all behind the scenes and it was stunning. The display and presentation is above and beyond, and the quality and taste was fantastic. I really appreciated that they require us to work off of a package or pre set menu. We had a unique vision in mind and wanted the food customized to represent who we were as a couple and they were excited to make our dream come to life! We did not find that with other venues we shopped around at. This place is a must see for your dream wedding!!!!

After touring several resorts in the Naples and Marco Island area, my fiancé and I decided on the Naples Grande to be the host of our wedding weekend and we couldn't be happier with that decision. We worked with Priya Roloff from start to finish, she was professional, detailed oriented and made the planning fun! Priya met every request of ours. She took the time to speak to me and meet with me whenever I wanted. We had our rehearsal dinner at their Palm Terrace Pool, our ceremony on the beach at Clam Pass, cocktail hour on their Sunset Veranda and reception in their Vista Ballroom. All of our guests were traveling in from around the country and they gave us an incredible deal for our wedding block, even when a few guests booked past the cutoff date or decided to extend their stay. They even gave us the Tower Suite with the best view on the 18th floor at a very generous discount and our wedding night free. Upon checkin we were greeted by a welcome gift of wine and drinks with some snacks and a beautiful turndown service the night of our wedding with champagne and strawberries. The food was absolutely delicious at both the rehearsal (Carribean Vibe buffet) and at our plated reception. Every dish at our reception looked like a piece of art. Our guests are still raving about this being the only wedding they've been to with the best food and phenomenal service. For our wedding ceremony, they blocked off the section of the beach and dedicated 3 of their Trollies to transport our guests and wedding party to and from the ceremony site. The service was top notch! My fiancé, myself and our guests felt like VIP's the entire weekend. Hands down the best service I've ever had! Everything from start to finish was absolutely perfect!!! They provided us with the wedding of our dreams and exceeded our expectations and then some. I highly recommend Naples Grande to be your destination wedding venue. It is a beautiful resort with a very fun and posh atmosphere. -

The Naples Grand was great to work with for a wedding guest hotel room block and a location/cater for our wedding reception venue. It was great to have the reception and place for out of town guests to stay under one roof. 10/10 recommend the mac n cheese for your menu!
