  Naples Elite did a fantastic job for my wedding! They showed up to the ceremony on time to pick us up, and the driver was very nice and patient with all 16 of us driving around! I would highly recommend this limo service for any occasion.

  Joe Hammer, the owner of Naples Elite Transportation was recommended to me after I asked friends for recommendations on social media by almost everyone I knew. They could not have been more right! Joe was so quick to respond, super friendly and accommodating. Al, our driver on the night of the event was fantastic as well! Super friendly all night and we happened to leave an item on the bus not realizing it until a couple days later. I called Joe, who in turn contacted Al. Sure enough, Al had set aside the item and made it very easy for us to retrieve it. I can not recommend this company more and will definitely use them for my next event! AAAAA+++++

  Joe and his team are incredible. I used them for a bachelor party and boy did they deliver. I had been wanting to use Joe's services for a while and when I got the chance I went for the best - their party bus!
  
  Not only was the driver professional but he went above and beyond by picking up some items for us and keeping them cold before we started our ride.
  
  On behalf of myself and the rest of my guys - thanks again Joe! You run an excellent service!

  I did not have any telephone communication with this group, just email, but the driver made sure to read the emails thoroughly to know who to call when an issue came up. The driver was on time dropping guests off and picking guests up. I didn't have direct contact the day of the wedding, as the bride, but it seemed like my guests were satisfied with this method of transportation.

  The air conditioner in the bus was dripping all over my bridal party and two of the bridesmaids were wet when arrived at the reception. The bus did not look like the picture shown on website. Joe was nice and professional, but really not happy about the a.c. unit.

  Cancelations & Covid

  Joe had me send my credit card/flight info over email. No paperwork or process, just my CC number in the body of the email. If made me a little uncomfortable but his prices were competitive so I went with it. I booked him on 3/6...I emailed him the very next day on 3/7 to let him know we made the unfortunate decision to cancel our wedding b/c of COVID. He responded fairly quickly and told me I would not be receiving my $160 deposit back. I could totally understand had we held up his services but this was literally LESS THAN 24 hours later. My fiance has emailed him multiple times since then to let him know we have canceled and hasnt even had the decency to respond.
  
  Will not be using him when we finally re-book.

  I was NOT satisfied because driver broken my suitcase and when I contacted Joe Hammer, he never answer on my claim. I also paid with cash and he promised to send an invoice for my accounting, he never sent anything. Be aware with this company.
