My wedding at Naples Bay Resort was beyond perfect! The resort’s layout is stunning and ideal for hosting out-of-town guests, offering a luxurious, relaxing atmosphere. Even though we got married just a week after a massive hurricane, the team at Naples Bay Resort was incredible—everything looked flawless. Working with Jennifer (planner/coordinator) was a breeze, and Nicole handled all the scheduling perfectly. Management was exceptional in their communication, ensuring everything went off without a hitch. While we experienced a few minor issues with the front desk staff, the resort as a whole made our wedding unforgettable. If you’re considering Naples Bay as your venue, go for it—you won’t be disappointed!

Our son had a destination wedding in Naples and we held a Rehearsal dinner at Naples Bay Resort for 130+ people. We were very nervous because we booked it sight unseen (based on recommendations), and 6 weeks before the event our event planner left and Hurricane Ian hit and flooded the ballroom. The new event planners assured us everything would be rebuilt in time, and that everything would go smoothly as planned. They were true to their word! Some how they reconstructed everything in time and the Rehearsal dinner was fantastic!! Beautiful venue, tasty food, wonderful service. Many of our guests stayed at the Resort and loved all the accommodations as well. Really a lovely place to stay and a beautiful venue for a party – we definitely plan to return! Cocktails were outside on the waterfront patio, and dinner was inside in the ballroom. Just a lovely experience overall - - and we were so very grateful (and in awe) they could pull it all together so beautifully after the devastation of Hurricane Ian.

This is a beautiful venue. However, our experience there was horrible. It was so bad it has overshadowed the joyous moments of the day.
My daughter's wedding was rescheduled at this venue from 12/20 to 12/21 due to Covid. They were very flexible in terms of rescheduling and applying our deposit to the following year. There were plenty of meetings, food tastings, and communications about everything. In that time the original chef left and a new one came in. Part of the reason we chose this venue was the quality of the food-my daughter and most of our family are foodies and include restaurant owners and caterers. They assured us that they could do the original menu that we tasted and do it well. Two days before the wedding we had a second tasting of one item because we were concerned about the chef being able to execute it. We also went over all of the details. The item was prepared well and I felt comfortable with everyone being on the same page.
It was bad from the start.
The cocktail hour is held outside with passed appetizers. During this time the staff finishes setting up the reception area, the band sets up and does their sound check, candles are lit, etc.
The signature drink during cocktail hour, a frose, was a slushy, rose-vodka drink. It was literally undrinkable because the recipe wasn't followed and no one bothered to check how long the machine would take to freeze it. It was barely cold, much less frozen.
We upgraded to the premium bar so we could offer liquor that our family members and friends like to drink. The cocktail hour bar outside was set up WITHOUT LIQUOR and was only serving beer, wine, champagne and the undrinkable signature cocktail. I was busy taking pictures and did not find out about this until 30 minutes later when I tried to order a cocktail and was informed by the bartender that liquor wasn't being offered. Imagine my embarrassment that none of the drinks listed on the bar sign we had made were available to guests. NEVER was it discussed to not offer liquor during the cocktail reception. Indeed at our meeting two days before we discussed having an additional bartender for the first 20 minutes so there wouldn't be a long line for drinks.
The remedy at that point was to open the doors to the reception area so people could access the full bar set up inside. And when they did the liquor on the bar was not what was specified in our contract! It took 30-45 minutes for the staff to run around the resort to locate the liquors and the IPA that we were supposed to have.
The doors that were opened were not the original entry doors so people did not pass the escort card table, did not find their seat assignments and did not get the favors we provided with the assignments. It was chaos. The band was not finished setting up and had not completed their sound check. And on cue, 15 minutes later, maintenance came straight through all of the guests with a huge construction ladder to light the candles on upper shelves.
The music we hired for the outside reception went unheard because everyone was inside trying to get a cocktail.
And then there was the food. The upgraded menu we paid for and were assured they could do was terrible. The risotto dish I tried two days before the wedding was not the same as the tasting. All of the poached eggs on top were hard cooked and the rice was grainy. And the filet mignon. Worst I've ever seen. The groom's filet was grey throughout and cold. When I walked around the room, all of the other filets were as well. We had to apologize to our guests for the food.
The venue offered to reimburse us $1500; the difference of the upgraded bar during cocktail hour and $3/head for the difference for the upgraded meal. I don't know how they came up with that amount. All of their information shows $10-$20 difference in meal cost upgrades. I sent a detailed letter to the general manager as to why I didn't think $1500 wasn't acceptable and never heard back. Just got the credit on my card about two weeks later.
The one good thing was the service staff that was on duty that night. They were friendly and tried to remedy all that they could.
I would never recommend this venue to anyone.

Naples Bay Resort is phenomenal!!! We loved every moment and aspect of our stay. The property and rooms are beautiful and the service is presented with perfection. We loved it so much we decided to host our wedding on the property and all of our guests from 40 occupied rooms were delighted with the entire experience and couldn’t compliment the resort and staff enough. Wow! We would not have chosen to have our wedding anywhere else. The attention to detail that the resort provides is impeccable. All of our guests and us felt like we could stay there for weeks. We felt appreciated, we felt safe, even in a covid world, we felt the cleanliness was top notch, and we also had so much fun! You don’t need to go far to get to downtown Naples but truthfully speaking you don’t really want to leave once you are there. The gym is simply gorgeous and the pool areas are as good as any resort we have been to in North American and the Caribbean . Everything from the setup of the resort, the spacious and clean rooms, the staff at check-in to the restaurants to the valet, everything was spot on perfection. I believe the management team truly defines the definition on great hospitality. We will be back and so will our guests! In regards to event planning, you will not be disappointed. There is a beauty to the marina that you cannot find elsewhere and Jennifer will personally make sure that every single detail of your event is perfectly executed. Kudos to Naples Bay! Kudos to the staff!

Naples Bay Resort was our perfect venue- not only because of the location but because the staff felt like family. We were attracted instantly because it gave our guests a piece of florida with out all the sand of a beach wedding. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all in one near by area so if guests got too hott, needed to use the restroom, or needed to room up to their room they were able to do so. Our sales coordinator Dawn, so so helpful every step of the way and responded to all of my questions the same day throughout the entire planning process. They provided my husband John and I a complimentary room on our wedding night and brought us up food, cake, and drinks to enjoy while we soaked in our first night of being married. I can't thank Naples Bay Resort enough- they made our dream wedding come true. P.S. The venue has string lights, wooden floors (AKA not ugly carpet in your pictures), and white walls and curtains.... so it accommodates any style and design/colors for your wedding.

We had our wedding at Naples Bay Resort on January 19, 2019. It was so amazing, and we wouldn't change a thing!
We chose NBR because of the location, and the overall feel when you walk around their beautiful resort. "The Pointe," which is their big reception room, has a high ceiling, tons of natural light from the large windows, and is a fantastic blank slate for whatever you'd like to do, decor wise.
The day of the wedding, the NBR staff was on point. Every single staff member was professional, smiling, and willing to go the extra mile. We had our ceremony in the outside area, and it was beautifully manicured.
Before our wedding, we were not able to do a food tasting. We were a little nervous about this, but trusted them to do a nice job. They did an AWESOME job! We picked some non-traditional things- taco bar, wings, pasta bar, etc. Our guests absolutely loved it.
I was so impressed with the head chef, because as my husband and I came up to the buffet, he personally walked us through so he could explain each part. They did not disappoint! I have Celiac's disease and can only eat gluten free, and they went above and beyond to be sure there were plenty of options for me. The chef was really so helpful, and you could tell he takes his job very seriously.
Our guests LOVED the food and the space. Great job Naples Bay Resort staff!

I had the pleasure of having my wedding on New Years Eve 2017 at the Naples Bay Resort and it was absolutely enchanting. The scenery is gorgeous and the staff associates were fabulous.

When trying to find a wedding venue- every resort seemed the same. I walked into Naples Bay Resort and started crying. It was the perfect fancy Florida feel. The lobby is absolutely beautiful, the marina with fountains, colored condos, etc was dreamy and the Pointe for the reception was a modern crisp yet warm room. Our guest all raved about their rooms and the service at NBR. Everything down to the food and bar staff at the pool was great. When it came to the wedding day- the resort staff made sure everything went off without a glitch. The chef is amazing and our guests are still talking about the food. Overall I would highly recommend this venue for any event and will always be a special place for our family and friends.

Our day was perfect, all thanks to Naples Bay Resort! Everything! The location, the rooms, the staff, the food, everything. Amazing! My wedding guests were all so impressed and they are from out of town, so the details really did matter! Linda, Leah, and Susan blew us away. Their attention to detail is out of this world. June 17, 2017, was amazing! Naples Bay Resort is one of the most beautiful venues I’ve ever seen. The staff was so accommodating, responsive and very flexible. Money spent for food, lodging and venue for the wedding was worth every penny. The food was simply delicious. Everything I needed as a bride was at my fingertips. Linda, the Director of Sales and Marketing was AWESOME. She made sure everything I requested was there. I would not trade the experience I had at this beautiful place. Ian and I will definitely return for our Anniversary. The rooms were so spacious and our guest thoroughly enjoyed their stay. I continue to hear even 4 months later that our wedding was one of the most beautiful weddings ever. Thank you Naples Bay Resort.

Naples Bay Resort is a wonderful place for a wedding or any other type of event. Everything is located in a beautiful location and their professional, top notch service amazed us. Our guests enjoyed every moment of their stay due to the service and everything there is to do. I would recommend this location to anyone wanting to have their wedding in a beautiful, quiet setting on the water.

I just recently had my wedding and reception at Naples Bay Resort. After looking at several other options in Naples it was clear that NBR was perfect for us. I loved that it was more private than a beach location but still on the water. I honestly think the views were better as well. You have the flexibility to be outside but also inside with a wall of sliding windows. I didn't have to worry about rain because there were options to have it inside as a back up plan. Lexi Schilling is the catering manager and she assisted me with anything from getting napkin fold measurements to taking care of my hotel room arrangements. She was so helpful every step of the way. Another thing I loved was that she helped by giving suggestions for the ceremony & reception order. She was there to direct and make sure the rehearsal went well and everyone knew what they needed to do. She even coordinated our entertainment in downtown Naples afterwards. The entire hotel staff bent over backwards to make sure I was happy. They even have a cafe that I frequently went to with amazing iced coffees! The staff for the evening of our wedding was absolutely incredible. Neo and Athena had a smile on our entire night! I loved that the they were genuine and cared about everyone there. Now for the food.... Now I'm not being biased because it was my wedding and I know this because I heard it from almost every single one of my guest., the food was AMAZING! Best wedding food I have ever had! Overall my guests raved about the food and the breathtaking Naples Bay Resort. I would choose them again in a heartbeat!

Loved the location food is AMAZING!! Only downfall we had was the day of.. Our "wedding coordinator" was not on top of everything. (She said not to worry about a thing everything will be taken care of At all our meetings)
Our reception started at 6pm and at 2pm we still haven't heard from her about all the decorations.. My now husband had to go down to the reception location and find her (mind you he was supposed to be getting in his suit at this time). He was wondering if we were going to hear from her about all the decorations that still weren't in the vicinity or set up. She says "oh sorry I was doing a rehearsal with the wedding for tomorrow"... Ummm well we are the wedding for today that's not the right answer!
Other than that it was a great wedding everything turned out beautifully.

Now for the hotel... Great rooms HUGE! Very accommodating with this.
The pool area is amazing, beautiful. But, when you buy things at the pool (food, drinks etc.) you have to put it all on a credit card. Which is fine until they bill you hundreds of $$ when your not even at the pool! We had to call our credit card company and it was a big mess! This happened to multiple people in our group.
Beware of this!

We had my daughters rehearsal dinner at this hotel and had the major block of guests room 50 total.
The dinner room was a $1000 rental fee just for the space even with that many guest rooms booked. We could not afford for a rehearsal dinner buffet since they could not work with $50 a person so we did plated. The food was very good but the bar was outrageous. The drink prices were over $12 per drink and to have a dessert bar a person later was around $30 a person. If I wanted a hook up for an ipod it was $300. Everything cost money so be aware!
THe rooms department was great to work with and responsive. Lexi in Catering is not good at responding I guess unless you are having a wedding there or the few weeks before the wedding. I also felt like she did not have very good listening skills. She would talk over me whenever we had a conversation or tell me about other events and what they did.
Overall it went well it was just stressful and very expensive for a wedding rehearsal dinner. So be prepared to spend money or go to a beach property it would cost the same and you have a waterfront view....

I really loved this place and our families did too. Lexi is the wedding coordinator and she was very responsive to all my questions. The food and rooms here are very good and the staff is friendly. Even if your guests do not stay here there are a dozen hotels nearby. It is a beautiful location and there's lots to do on 5th Ave and the beach.

Pros: Location, food, staff, price, and accommodations for guests
Cons: Communication. I didn't know I couldn't give out my party favors ( mini champagne bottles) until the day I showed up. I also didn't know I had to bring a cake cutter.

If these are the only cons, then they are minimal. This venue at least deserves a visit. The pictures from my wedding are beautiful.

We had our wedding and ceremony at Naples Bay Resort. Lexi was very helpful and professional. The venue is beautiful, the staff was very accommodating to our guests. Kudos to the Chef, the reception food was excellent, I had several guests rave about their meal. We are very happy with our choice of Naples Bay Resort, we had a great wedding.

Naples Bay Resort was wonderful. Lexi Schilling, the wedding coordinator is so helpful and has clearly done 100s of weddings before. The staff at Naples Bay is so kind, from checkin to the bar staff at the night of the reception. They are kind loving people, that never say no! This is a beautiful location even on a cloudy day. I am so thankful for Naples Bay Resort !

From beginning to end Naples Bay Resort was the absolute best!! Our Wedding Coordinator, Lexi Schilling, is hands down the BEST coordinator out there. She took care of everything from beginning to end; going above and beyond even when I knew she was too busy to do little silly things - but she did it anyway because she knew it would take the stress away from me and let me enjoy my family and friends. The Resort itself was stunning and all the employees you can tell genuinely enjoy their job. Starting with the valet services - Tony, Tom & Shea where on top of everything - they remembered my family members names - they made everything easy for us with giant smiles on their face every time; To Marilyn, at the front, she was warm hearted and informative and finally, of course, our wonderful bar and service staff at our wedding, they were so incredible and treated us like family. I did a lot of research on venues and I picked NBR for it's beauty and amenities - I was absolutely blown away by the amazing attention to detail and level of service. I highly recommend Naples Bay Resort for any type of event, Thank you!!

Lexi was a gem to work with, was like a wedding planner for us. Food, venue, and responsiveness was very good. We received numerous compliments on the wedding ceremony and venue. The only thing I would have changed would have been an additional bar tender at the initial surge after the ceremony. I would highly recommend Lexi she was a real plus!

The venue and resort was simply gorgeous and the staff was very kind. They went above and beyond to help with wedding set up, especially due to the time crunch that was added on with room availability and the rain delay. We had originally booked the venue for the outdoor ceremony that unfortunately became rained out and we had to fit inside our reception venue last minute. No one can predict weather so I would never take that away from the service they provided us. Lexi, the catering manager went way past her duties and was extraordinary with help, set up, coordinating, etc. She was amazing and made all of this possible.

The Naples Bay Resort exceeded our expectations for our wedding day! The venue, staff and wedding coordinator Lexi were amazing. Everyone was friendly, accommodating and professional. Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful the resort was and how much they loved their accommodations. We recently moved to Naples and most of our guests were from NY. The resort exceeded our expectations and Lexi made our wedding day dreams a reality! Thank you so much!

Lexi was great to work with! The staff was a pleasure to work with and very professional. I would have liked to see the room locations better coordinated with me. I would also suggest during the rehearsal that every participant have their instructions. It was partly my fault that I was unaware the our ushers did not know they were to seat the guests when they arrived. When they were instructed to be seated by the coordinator the guests just sat down. As it turned out the grooms side sat where the Brides family should had sat. The brides family was bigger as should have been seated behind her where there were more chairs.
We did have a great time and I would have another function there.

Naples Bay Resort was a great venue and working with Lexi, the wedding coordinator, was such a pleasure! The food was amazing and the service during the event was top quality. My guests were all amazed!! I couldn't even imagine my wedding going any better! I would definitely recommend NBR to any bride looking in the Naples area.
