  Nadia is the best ever

  Going into a small and intimate wedding, we knew our photographer was going to be one of the most important choices we made, and choosing Nadia ended up being the BEST decision we made. She made the entire process effortless and fun, and she was there for us every step of the way. As a LGBTQ+ couple, her clear display of support for all love made her stand out to us immediately, and the way she treated us from the day we first emailed her until now makes it clear that she is the #1 ally we have ever met.
  
  This was a destination wedding for us, so Nadia’s experience and expertise in photographing couples in the PNW was even more valuable to us. We would be in the midst of planning and would think, “Huh I wonder about *insert any wedding question or issue here*” and we would wake up the next morning to an email from Nadia covering all of the topics we had discussed privately and hadn’t even asked her yet. She is just that on top of things and is always one step ahead of her clients throughout the entire process. She is THAT GOOD. All jokes aside, any time we did have questions or need advice, she would get back to us quickly with such thorough and thoughtful answers that really proved we were more than just clients to her. She cares like a friend and her attention to detail is astonishing.
  
  From an amazing engagement photo shoot that took up her entire Sunday, which yielded the most stunning photos that brought tears to our eyes, to the most memorable wedding day spent with her prioritizing our wishes as a couple, we could not recommend Nadia enough. She made us both feel comfortable to be ourselves in front of the camera and did an amazing job highlighting our love.
  
  For anybody who is looking into hiring Nadia to capture your special day, this is your sign to DO IT!! You will not find anybody better. She goes above and beyond in every way and truly made our experience the most memorable. We are not from the PNW, but Nadia was so amazing that we now joke we will fly her to us any time we need photos taken in the future.

  Reliable, profesional, genuine and talented photographer!

  Hiring Nadia as our wedding photographer for our wedding was the BEST decision we made (aside from getting married!) If you are on the fence to book her, please do as you will not be disappointed. Her speedy responses, calm, light-hearted yet direct and professional manner, and overall, friendly demeanor was exactly what we needed in a photographer. She is by far our favorite vendor we worked with and one of the few I did not have to track down to get a response. She genuinely gets to know you and your partner to ensure your photos are exactly what you envision. Having gorgeous outdoor photos that captured the beautiful scenery of our wedding ceremony was the most important thing to me for my big day and I as I started my search for a micro-wedding photographer who specialized in outdoor adventure photography, I was quickly overwhelmed but set at ease when I came across Nadia. From the initial video consultation, I knew Nadia’s personality, structured organization and kindness was a perfect match for me and my husband. We are both shy people who do not like to be the center of attention, let alone enjoy people taking our photos, so having a photographer we were comfortable with was extremely important. We booked an engagement session so we could meet Nadia before our big day and get beautiful photos at the coast. We were on the fence if we needed to book an engagement shoot but we are SO HAPPY we did. I would recommend this 100%. Not only did we get to know Nadia in a more casual setting, but she got to know us and what kind of photos we liked. This gave us a good practice run so we could start getting comfortable in front of the camera, and our dog, who would be part of our ceremony, enjoyed it as well. When it came time for our wedding morning, Nadia was the only vendor I was not worried about. Leading up to wedding day, she was always in communication with us (including both me and my husband on all emails which I appreciate), checking to ensure we were all on the same page and happy with the timeline. And oh, the timeline! Nadia makes the day run so smooth and stress free because she already did all the research and homework ahead of time! As a very organized, thorough person, this made me so happy and knew she had everything under control. She was always available when we had questions or concerns and would reply to our emails within the day. She listened to what our vision for the day was and always kept that in mind. When shooting, she shot photos we requested as well as spots she knew would look great. Our first look and private vows were our most important photos for the day and we decided to do about a mile hike so we can get some action shots in the forest. It was a rainy October day and we were covered in mud and freezing but Nadia never once complained. She followed us and got dirty because she knew these were the photos we were looking for. All of my guests spoke of her professionalism and how hard working she was. When we had about 30 mins left with her at the end of the night, she checked in to make sure there were no last minute photos we wanted before heading out which I appreciated so much. Once we received our photos back (from both the engagement and wedding sessions) we were blown away by how beautiful they were. The photos instantly brought smiles and tears to our eyes as we reminisced about the memories we had from that day. Our day was what it was thanks to Nadia and I know she will be our go-to photographer for every occasion moving forward. Overall, if you are thinking about hiring Nadia - DO IT! You will not regret it. I could not speak more highly of her professionalism, kindness, organization, familiarity, and of course, her talent! Thank you Nadia!

  VEA is a Must for Weddings/Elopements in the PNW

  When we began looking for a photographer for our micro-wedding, we gravitated towards Nadia’s images over and over again. Not only did they capture raw, intimate moments between couples and families, but they elevated those moments in elegant and natural landscapes of the PNW; everything we wanted. We reached out and set up a consultation call immediately.
  
  We were initially nervous and felt very unprepared to speak with photographers because we had zero ideas for what our special day would look like, but after our call with Nadia we were confident that Venture Ever After was the right choice for us. She was so knowledgeable and did a TON of legwork planning our timeline to best capture the moments we wanted in the lighting we needed, recommending a variety of locations for some private moments as a couple and group activities with our family, and keeping us grounded and calm throughout the entire process.
  
  On our wedding day, Nadia took the reigns and gently guided us through the day with compassion and grace. She constantly reminded us that each moment was for us and encouraged us to revel in all of the details. She even conquered some pretty crazy heights armed with multiple cameras and a walky-talky to capture some dramatic and beautiful couple’s portraits.
  
  Beyond being an incredible photographer, Nadia is one of the most genuine and kind people I’ve met. She has a knack for keeping elopement/wedding day energy light and helping her clients feel natural in front of the camera. My partner and I truly felt like models. I feel so blessed to have our wedding photographed by her and, above all, be able to call her a friend.

  Nadia is the best!

  We are beyond measure delighted with the experience of working with Nadia and the stunning photos she captured for our engagement session. It was fun, stress free, and her guidance through the various posing and spaces never felt stiff or uncomfortable. I think what made this the best, is that we walked away feeling like we had just spent a couple hours with a very good friend doing we we love (playing in the snow and outdoors)! The icing on the cake was when we received our gallery and were blown away by how well Nadia captured our joy, love, and honest to goodness goofiness as a couple. I am even more excited to get into the wedding planning process after working with Nadia!

  Nadia was absolutely wonderful! My fiancé surprised me with an engagement photoshoot for his proposal. It was absolutely perfect and we had such a blast! Nadia created beautiful photos for us that commemorated the moment invaluably. Nadia was kind, gracious, and professional. She went above and beyond and really took her time to get the perfect shots, as well as taking our preferences into account. We would highly recommend her!

  The absolute best

  Nadia was just perfect. Her professionalism, her equipment, her raw talent, her kindness, and above all, how comfortable and fun she made everything. We had a very small wedding, and her skills for capturing the intimate candid moments without a doubt made the day way more special. We were not sure we even wanted a photographer, but our friends told us it was their biggest regret, so we decided to get the best. She captured the special moments perfectly and with subtlety . I cannot recommend Nadia enough, and you will thank yourself (and Nadia) after the wedding. :-)

  Fantastic work, and beautiful pictures!!!

  Nadia exceeded my expectations. Her professionalism and talent went above and beyond and we couldn't have asked for more. Our plans had changed a few times as a result of the pandemic, but Nadia was always there from start to finish to clearly and promptly communicate that she had everything handled on her end. Nadia was also super accommodating including traveling outside of the city. We appreciated her photographic knowledge too, helping us perfectly capture the day. I would definitely recommend Nadia to those interested.

Nadia photographed our micro wedding during the COVID-19 pandemic, so she was one of only four other adults at our ceremony - and the single person we spent the most time with on our wedding day. She is a wonderful human who has an incredible knack for capturing all the special moments while staying out of the way of them. Some photographers don't understand that it's not about them - Nadia is the complete opposite. She added to the fun on our wedding day by just being her, and her time management and planning support were a huge stress reliever. And wow - her photos are AMAZING. My husband and I are both perfectionistic designers with a combined 30 years of experience between us - we don't hand out aesthetic compliments unless they're well deserved.   Nadia = Best Photographer Ever

  Nadia was the best photographer for our special day! She is extremely friendly and takes the time to really know her clients. This helped shape conversations around how we wanted our photos to look. With her wedding package, we received engagement photos, phone consultations, and 5 hours of wedding day photography. Now, my husband and I have over 1,000 photos that capture how special our wedding day was. The only problem is our walls aren't big enough to hang all of these amazing photos!!
  In addition to her great photos, she took extreme COVID-19 precautions when photographing our day. We had a 18 person wedding during the pandemic.   Nadia was the best photographer for our special day! She is extremely friendly and takes the time to really know her clients. This helped shape conversations around how we wanted our photos to look. With her wedding package, we received engagement photos, phone consultations, and 5 hours of wedding day photography. Now, my husband and I have over 1,000 photos that capture how special our wedding day was. The only problem is our walls aren't big enough to hang all of these amazing photos!!
  In addition to her great photos, she took extreme COVID-19 precautions when photographing our day. We had a 18 person wedding during the pandemic.   I can’t even begin to say how happy we are that Nadia was our photographer. She is absolutely amazing and we LOVE both the engagement and wedding photos. She captured the feeling and the moments perfectly. She is professional, friendly, and has an energy about her which made everything fun and feel effortless.   Simply the best

  Working with Nadia was such a wonderful experience! My husband and I had an intimate elopement ceremony on the Oregon Coast, and we wanted a photographer to capture our special moment. We had originally picked out a different photographer, but we ended up cancelling plans with them, as we were starting to feel like we were getting lesser service and lesser care because we were a smaller budget job (i.e. not a "typical" wedding).
  
  Nadia was recommended by a friend, and when she responded to my initial email, I immediately knew she was the one. She was very thoughtful, responsive, and attentive to our needs and wishes. Even though we were a smaller-budget job and only needed a photographer for a couple of hours, she made us feel just as taken care of as if we were doing the full wedding thing.
  
  She captured our special day exactly as we wanted, and we could not have asked for more!

  Elopement of our dreams.

  When my husband and I started out the wedding planning experience we had no idea what we were getting ourselves into. Not only were we doing an elopement but we were traveling over 1,000 miles to do so. We looked at many photography sites on google and Venture Ever after stood out to us. We like the vibes of the pictures and the give back part of the packages. We had our first phone meeting with Nadia in the early stages of planning and she made us both feel so comfortable about our visions and expectations. She did so much scouting at our dream location which as helpful because we weren’t going to be able to see it before the wedding. Nadia is so warm and makes you feel like you have been life long best friends. She is also extremely professional and exceptional at her craft. Our wedding day had an unexpected guest, Mother Nature, but she took it in strides. She braved the freezing cold on top of a mountain with us. She brought gloves with warmers for me and even extra blankets. She is so thoughtful. She really saved the day and came up with great ideas for new plans since the weather did not cooperate.   Nadia has been such a perfect fit for our wedding photography. We had four photographers lined up to interview, as we were unsure how to pick such an important partner for our day. We had questions ready to go, expectations on pricing, and goals for getting engagement photos taken sooner rather than later. Nadia was the second photographer we chatted with, and immediately after, we canceled the remaining appointments with the other photographers. She was the perfect fit! She was kind, our values aligned, and we so appreciated her commitment to philanthropy of organizations that were impactful. She asked us all the questions and answered all of ours, really getting to know us and our desires for our big day. She made us feel seen and heard with our preferences. Nadia sent multiple packages to fit our needs, including engagement photos and different lengths of time for shooting our intimate wedding. She also very quickly scheduled engagement photos for us that were absolutely unique! She asked us what we love to do together and was completely on board when we offered thrift shopping, walking in the park with our dog, and getting ice cream! How special and truly unique to us! Nadia was so flexible when the morning of was a bit chaotic for me, due to a last second cancellation of a makeup appointment. She was kind and supportive as we started the session a bit frazzled! The whole day was beautiful and fun, never stressful, and it felt like we were enjoying a day with an old friend!
  Nadia sent sneak peeks of the engagement session within the week and allowed us to send out a save-the-date right away. She delivered the rest of the photos very soon after, and we were so impressed with the amount of perfect shots that she captured.
  
  As we prepared for the wedding day, Nadia worked with us to create a timeline that was incredibly helpful. I’m a very planned and organized person, so having this advanced planning and timeline was absolutely essential to a smooth wedding day. She alleviated so much of the stress that I had with developing the plan for the day. Nadia also sent over ideas and chatted with us to ensure that the day went as we hoped, sending us a questionnaire to make sure she got all of the family photos we wanted, had a first look where and when we imagined, and the super special moments towards the end of the day together during golden hour.
  On the Wedding day, Nadia was instrumental to this day going as beautifully and smoothly as it did. I seriously cannot imagine the day without her. She helped me make sure my lipstick wasn’t on my teeth, helped me put on my bracelets, gave me calming words and support, and expertly captured every single shot and way more! My husband and I felt so completely relaxed and comfortable with her, as she had become not only our photographer but a friend throughout the process. Nadia transformed our beautiful setting into a magical atmosphere that made our photos shine. She delivered sneak peeks less than a week after our special day, that we had the opportunity to enjoy while still on our honeymoon. That was so special! The sneak peeks alone captured our day so beautifully, we were absolutely shocked that when the remaining photos were delivered a little over a month later, there were even more perfect shots! My husband noted how impressive it was that she seemed to capture multiple moments around the reception seemingly simultaneously! It seemed like she was in four places at once with the incredible footage she took. I cannot rave enough about the experience we shared with Nadia. The photos she captured of our wedding day will be cherished for many years to come. She is thoughtful, helpful, supportive, and a truly special person.   Nadia absolutely rocks at every stage of the game. In a few cases, when working with a vendor during our wedding planning process, we found challenge with communication, thoughtfulness, and at times, a sense of value in what we were paying for. Not at one time did we have the slightest of these feelings with Nadia. Nadia carried herself with grace and professionalism throughout the entire wedding planning, day-of, and post-wedding activities. This is so important, believe us! :-). For any couple planning to, or about to, go through the wedding planning process, you will quickly come to appreciate Nadia’s talent and dedication to making your special day ever more special, as well as, brilliantly captured as a memory of a lifetime. Not to mention, she will also help you calm down, breathe, and remind you, it is “your” special day.
  
  At first, we had some challenge with finding a wedding photographer. It was an immediate connection when we met Nadia. We knew that she was the one. One piece of advice I have given couples who are about to get married is that they need to find a photographer that will capture them, their special day, and allow that story to be written through the photos for years to come.   We are forever grateful

  We would 100% recommend Nadia, Cassidy, and Venture Ever After for anyone looking to get married in the PNW. In finding a photographer we needed someone to help us figure out where to get started, what to look forward to, and to guide us along the way. We wanted something simple and easy, but even that came with some stressors. Nadia and Cassidy provided us with a detailed itinerary for the day and constant communication. On my elopement day we were so at ease, we were just sitting around waiting for the time to start like “what now?” Which is a great alternative to a stressful and chaotic wedding day. The photos were beautiful and everything we ever wanted. I appreciate being able to share those memories with the friends and family who could not come. Although Nadia and Cassidy were hired for photos and to officiate the ceremony, they helped with so much more. From flower shop recommendations, hotel stay suggestions, restaurants, even ceremony ideas.

  Holy wow we have nothing but incredible things to say about Nadia and Venture Ever After. Her photos are phenomenal, but more amazing is the experience of working with her. From the beginning she made the experience personal to us as a couple and made a genuine connection with us. Nadia is your wilderness and adventure guide, a jokester when you're feeling camera shy, and someone you can put your trust in to capture memories that you'll have for a lifetime. We would recommend her to anyone who wants to make their day about spending quality time together making new memories outdoors!

  Nadia was the first and absolute best vendor we booked for our wedding. From our first inquiry phone call we felt so good about working with her and knew she had our backs. Wedding planning is so incredibly stressful but we never once stressed about our photos thanks to her attention to detail, thorough planning and constant communication. Not only is Nadia a great planner and communicator, but she is so incredibly talented behind the lens! We absolutely loved how our photos turned out. They really captured our authentic selves and genuine moments throughout the day. People we didn’t even know have looked at the photos and said they’d “never seen such genuine joy construed through wedding photos.” Every moment was captured beautifully and we’ll be obsessing over these photos and the smooth sailing day for the rest of our lives.
