    Delicious and Beautiful

    Gorgeous Cake, Delicious Taste

    I knew way back in high school that when my big day came, Nadia's would be the one to make my wedding cake... and here I am, 29 years old, and they did just that!

    Andi was the cake designer we worked with. She was so friendly and completely understood what we wanted for our 2-tiered cake and cupcakes for guests. She even worked with us on our budget.

    The day of the wedding, they arrived on time, and laid everything out beautifully. Our cake looked identical to the photo I showed Andi from Pinterest and it tasted so so good. The cupcakes were also beautiful and our guests still can't stop raving about how delicious they were (and our wedding was 5 weeks ago)!

    We loved our experience with Nadia's and I will recommend them to everyone looking for a special occasion cake or cupcakes!

    From the initial email inquiry to delivery, working with Nadia's was an absolute dream. I brought a picture of the cake I wanted and boy did they deliver. It was absolutely beautiful! I chose a buttercream frosting over fondant because I knew my guests would prefer the taste, but was concerned about how it would affect the look. I needn't have worried! The cake was PERFECT, like straight out of a magazine. What's more, I had several guests who said it was the best cake they'd ever had.

    I used this vendor for my wedding and let me tell you- she is good! I got her name from the bride at a wedding that I went to early last year. I didn't even know the couple getting married and I swear, I walked up and was like "Hi! Beautiful ceremony... um, could you tell me who did your cake?" She did this 5 tier fondant cake in yellow that was absolutly breath taking. I mean, there was a crowd around this thing the whole time. Then when we got to taste it we thought for sure it couldnt be beautiful AND taste good but it was amazing. It was totally moist and light. I had my interview with her and was very impressed. I pretty much just gave her a color story and style and let her do her thing. It was amazing! She was very professional, and of course, my cake was even more beautiful than the one I had seen. I'm so glad to see her on this site so I can finally sing her praises in the hopes that you all reading this will have a cake just as beautiful and delicious. And delivered without the worry. Definitely recommend!!!

    Absolutely amazing! We do not have a single complaint. From the initial consultation to the actual cake they were perfect! And, the cake tasted SO good! Best wedding cake I have ever tried.

    Delicious cake. Gorgeous designs. I loved the quality of my cake and they delivered at the time they promised. I had a great experience with them and would definitely recommend them and use them again.

    I was thrilled when I saw my wedding cake Satuday! She was highly recommended by the party supply company who provided my tent and chairs. We have severe food allergies in my family so I requested proof of food safty training from her. I was immediatly shown all the documents I requested, including a public health permit, business license and food handlers certificate. She also offered to give me a list of referances from previous brides. Other local vendors I spoke to were not able to produce these documents.

    Abby, was the best. She was so nice and professional during this stressfull time. Abby really listened to me and what I wanted in a cake to help celebrate our big day. She took her time showing us different options and designs, nothing was too much for her. The price was also very resonable for what I was asking for.
    On the day of our wedding Abby did a great job setting up the cake and making sure everything looked perfect at the reception. The cake was stunning!!!! We didn't even want to cut into it but I knew it was going to taste so good that I couldn't wait to see my parents reaction. They loved it!!
    I'm very thankful for Abby, I knew she understood what I wanted in a cake, it was one less thing I had to worry about.

    Awesome cakes! I have a bakery I always used to go to for everything but the cakes they offered were the standard wedding cakes and I wanted something different. I Found Nadia Cakes and was very impressed. Like a lot of other people I didn't like fondant before, I thought it tasted pretty bad, she brought some of her fondant to the tasting and it was actually good, completely different from what I had tasted before. She makes totally unique cakes and is very creative, but she listens very well to what you want and doesn't assume she knows better. She is easy to get into contact with and stays in touch as the process goes on and the way she acts takes away any worries and stress you may have about your wedding cake. She also does well with out much direction, I really didn't know what I wanted for a cake, I pretty much just told her I wanted different and let her design it how she wanted. When she showed me her design before we settled on it for sure I loved it. She set it up beautifully at the reception and it tasted awesome, all of my guests loved it. Overall, a marvelous vendor who I will definitely work with again if I get the chance.

    THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. Abby you completely made our wedding reception something to remember. The cake was exactly what I imagined. I had a hard time explaining to Abby what I wanted but somehow she figured it out. I guess it was because she took the time to get to know me and make me feel as if I were the only client she had to deal with. Which I know for a fact I wasn't. Thank you again for such an amazing cake!!!

    It seems like everybody in the AV does the generic white cake with fresh flowers so I was really happy when I found Nadia Cakes. Her cakes are very beautiful and unique and my husband and I were very impressed with her pictures from the get go. The cake is very good. The fondant also was very good as is stated on her website. She is very available and accomodated us right away when we tried to make an appointment. She returns calls and emails almost immediatly which was important to us. She offers a 1 year freshly baked anniversary cake for $10 which was much more cost effective then keeping the top tier. She offered a lot of choices for our cake stand. Our cake was an exact copy of one I found in a magazine and she executed it to a tee. I was very happy with the service and final product.

    10 out of 10! I had my reservations about doing the fondant but Abby assured me that the fondant she uses is really good...it IS! I don't klnow where fondant gets it's bad wrap because this stuff was like eating marshmallow. Very soft and yummy! The cake was beautiful and was ten times better then the picture I had brought her. Abby really goes above and beyond. She took care of everything. She even provided a box and freezing instructions for the top tier for our anniversary. She was actually the only vendor who showed up on time and did what she was supposed to- both our DJ and caterer were late and my flowers were not what I ordered. To bad not everybody is like her. This is a great business!

    Can't recommend her enough! Cake was absolutly beautiful- beyond my expectations in everyway. Probably the most noteable was the taste. It tasted amazing!! I did cake tastings at several other local bakeries in Palmdale and the difference was incredible. I went with the devil's food cake with the cream cheese filling and frosting and everybody was blown away by how good it was. Her price was actually the same as another vendor I had visited in Lancaster and the cake from Nadia Cakes was in fondant instead of buttercream which I is always more expensive. If the pictures don't sell you, do the $10 cake tasting. It will seal the deal. The venue recommended her and I read the reviews but I still shopped around. The other reviews are dead on! She is amazing and professional, the price is right, the cake tastes wonderful and the end result is exquisite. Can't say enough. One of the highlights of my wedding.

    Nadia Cakes was probably the highlight of our reception. Almost every one of our guests asked who did the cake and one of our friends is using them this coming June for their wedding. Our cake was beautiful, the service was professional and fantastic. We made several changes and had a complicated design but they handled everything professionally. It was also obvious from the beginning that we were not going to have to worry about the cake. One less thing to worry about. Not only was our cake beautiful, it tasted amazing. I can't imagine a better cake or vendor and can't recommend them highly enough.

    Did our wedding cake and WOW!!! Great cake, beautiful and exactly what we wanted. From 5 minutes into our appointment with her we knew she was for us. Professional and had great pictures. I highly recommend!!

    This cake decorator was awesome. She was recommended to me by my cousin who used her for a birthday party cake. Her work was exquisite. She actually drove 45+ miles to my reception site in Pasadena just to do my cake and I am so glad she did. First of all, it tasted great- I went with a red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting. Everybody was blown away! I never knew wedding cake could be good! LOL! The design she came up with was beautiful. She did a yellow fondant with white piping and hand made roses. I cant even describe it. I wouldnt have come up with it in a million years. The pic might be on her website but I havn't checked. All I knew was I wanted red roses and the brides maids dresses were yellow. The cake went perfectly with my colors and style of wedding. She was very professional and put me at ease immediatly. My cousin says all her work comes from word of mouth and that she really doesnt advertise so I'm glad I got the chance to recommend her on this site!

    P.S. My best friend is getting married in 2 months (why I'm on wedding wire) and we tried to hire her to do the cake and she was already booked. ):

    I absolutely loved working with Abby. She was always quick to respond to any emails or phone calls, the price was decent, and the cupcakes and cake were beyond amazing! I highly recommend the lemon, red velvet, and strawberry cupcakes - they were divine!
