  Gorgeous photos, fantastic communication - Myles is a dream to work with!

  Planning a wedding is tough. There seems like an infinite number of options for every detail of it, and an intimidating amount of importance attached to every single decision you make. Let me help you make one of them: Hire Myles. As fast as you can.
  
  Working with Myles Katherine was an absolute dream from start to finish - Her communication is phenomenal and professional, her pricing is incredibly reasonable for the fantastic level of service and artistic vision she provides, and her photos… well, they should speak for themselves, but they’re unbelievably beautiful. From the very first inquiry I submitted on her clean, well-designed website, Myles was responsive and informative. She quickly set up a Zoom meeting for us to chat about our ideas, and talking to her was instantly comfortable and easy. We felt confident in our choice to hire her right away, and everything from then on just kept reinforcing that decision.
  
  On our wedding day, Myles (and her partner Chris, who we also hired - check out Melody Mouse Media for our great experience with him too!) arrived at our venue early, immediately started shooting, efficiently checked off every shot on our photo list (which she suggested most of!), and was unobtrusive but ever-present. She was easily our favorite vendor to work with by far, and made our lives that day so much easier. Myles was also up for an adventure, and zipped off to the top of a mountain with us on an ATV to get some golden hour photos! She brought more cameras than I have ever seen one person juggle at a time, and shot both digital and artistic film photos all day.
  
  Afterwards, she delivered a huge amount of “Sneak Peek” photos with an incredibly fast turnaround time - seriously, we were floored to get so many photos so quickly after our event! Her creativity and eye for detail is impressive and inspiring. If you’re able to get on her client list for any job - wedding or otherwise - absolutely do it. We couldn’t be happier with her work!

  You'll love Myles!

  Myles made our wedding photo dreams come true! She is professional, responsive, relaxed, and a true artist. We chose her because she does both digital and film photos and she delivered! She carried 10! cameras with her and was able to take very unique shots using cameras from Polaroid, Holga, Contax, and of course Canon. She also did really interesting double exposures. I highly recommend going this route because you get to see your special day through many different artistic lenses. We loved looking through the film photos even more than we thought for this reason. Myles delivered >1000 photos from our wedding very quickly and all the shots were beautiful, both your typical wedding photos and the special film ones. The action photos from the hora and dance floor were priceless. We hired her and her husband Chris for the combined photo + DJ package and they were both lovely to work with. It's nice to coordinate with two vendors in one couple. Chris did a great job setting up a disco ball for the dance floor for me, served as our MC, and of course he spins vinyl and digital so that guests loved that as well!

  10/10 - hire Myles to shoot your wedding!!

  Myles (and her husband -- so nice having a second shooter!) truly captured our special day and I cannot believe how HAPPY I was with our photos. We look beautiful (and I think I usually look very awkward in posed photographs), and our photos will be cherished for years to come. With the fluster of the day, we had just a few photos we had specifically asked Myles to take. She has such great instincts and knew exactly what we'd want to see even if we didn't. From excellent photos of the table settings, seating chart, and musicians, to photos of friends and family, both candid and posed, and of course the family portraits and shots of me and my husband -- Myles captured it all. We got married in August and I love the double exposure with wildflowers, it really shows the essence of the warm summer day. They're some of my favorite shots out of the whole bunch. Myles was extremely easy to work with and very responsive. We've been to some weddings where the photographers have felt intrusive and in the way, but Myles and her husband navigated our event so seamlessly. I feel like we totally lucked out with having her shoot our wedding. She's a highly talented photographer and we absolutely got our money's worth with her services!

  Great photographer—creative and responds to requests!!!

  I am really glad we hired Myles Katherine Photography for our wedding. She took really great photos of us and our entire wedding party. So many turned our fabulous! I really appreciate her creative style and I love our Polaroid photos—they have a neat old time feel that I am so glad she captured.

  I knew when we started planning our wedding that Myles was only woman I could trust to capture our day. She did such an amazing job, we'll cherish our photos for the rest of our lives. She's organized and communicative and incredibly talented. We were amazed at the amount of photos she took! Not a moment missed! She's affordable and well worth the investment. So grateful for people like her!

  Myles was absolutely amazing throughout my wedding process. She is a true artist and I could not believe the beauty she captured through her lens. She listened to what we wanted and helped us not only capture this magic day in our hearts but in photos we will one day show our grandchildren. No complaints!

  When my husband and I were searching for a wedding photographer, we wanted someone who would capture our day in a way that we would remember the emotions that we and our guests had during all the small moments. Myles' portfolio had exactly what we were looking for, and she executed beautifully. I knew from our first email exchange that Myles would fit in perfectly with our wedding crowd. She agreed to do a Skype session to "meet" in person (OR to VA) and she is such a sweet person with an awesome style!
  
  On our wedding day, she arrived on time with a ton of cameras and her assistant, and promptly started snapping away. Even with all of the stress and chaos leading up to the ceremony, she captured so many small, special moments with our families that we can revisit forever now. We have SO many pictures of EVERYTHING from our entire wedding - much of which we missed during the event! There are so many moments that Myles photographed that mean so much to us - my husband and I holding hands under the table during our Best Man's speech, or us giggling at a private joke at our sweetheart table.

  Myles Katherine Photography is THE BEST in town. I have never felt so comfortable upon meeting someone. I first found Myles (Mille) through a Google search. I emailed her and she was very kind and professional. We decided to meet up at a bar downtown but ended up driving to Buffalo Wild Wings instead. She had a drink with my now husband and I and we discussed our special day. I had plans to meet up with another photographer a day later but cancelled them due to my wonderful first impression with Myles and my impression with her art. She is crazy about cats and loves painting and she made me feel relaxed. She really becomes your friend...and you know it's not played or fake. She truly cares about her clients and wants to get to know them. I had scheduled a boudoir shoot with Myles which I had to cancel for personal reasons, but she still was kind enough to open her home to me for my hair and make up trial run. She even made delicious cupcakes and made my mom and I feel at home. On the wedding day she showed up on time with her second shooter (her boyfriend, Chris, who is also super talented). Chris went to my fiances apartment (well our new home together) to shoot the guys getting ready, while Mille stayed with us girls. She did a great job of asking questions when needed and being apart of the day while actually not making herself very visible. I purchased an all day package so she came with us to my home church for the ceremony and then the reception at a downtown hotel. We were SO pleased with Mille and Chris that we really wanted them to be part of our special day as our friends in addition to their services which they did so finely. I was thrilled! After the wedding, Mille sent both our photos and our video in a VERY timely manner. I cried from how much I loved the photos and video. I would 100000000000000000% recommend Myles Katherine Photography for your wedding (and also for taking cat pictures because she's amazing at that too!)
