Wedding Makeup
Kaelyn and her team were the best make up artists for my wedding day! Kaelyn was very responsive and easy to communicate with from the start. She was very open to my ideas while putting her professional experience and touches on the final product. From the make up trial to our wedding day I couldn’t have asked for a better person to work with. Kaelyn made me feel like the most beautiful bride and my bridesmaids loved their makeup up as well which speaks volumes for both Kaelyn and her team. I really enjoyed working with Kaelyn throughout the whole process and would highly recommend her to any bride to be! -

Kaelyn is an expert makeup artist! When I was deciding my makeup look for my wedding day, I knew I wanted a natural, more elevated version of myself. I did not want to look like I was going to prom with glitter everywhere and caked on foundation. Kaelyn knew exactly what I wanted and put me at ease the day of my wedding. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a beautiful makeup look that makes you feel like the most gorgeous version of yourself! -

Kaelyn was just so wonderful to work with! I do not wear a lot of makeup and I'm not familiar with a lot of products, but Kaelyn made everything so easy and seamless! I wanted a dewy, natural look for my wedding day and she exceeded my expectations. My makeup was perfect and stayed on so well the entire day and evening. She also did makeup for my bridesmaids and my mom and they are still RAVING about how beautiful they all felt the whole day. I cannot say enough good things about Kaelyn, I highly recommend her! -

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Kaelyn and MyFairMakeup Artistry!! I don't know a ton about makeup so I was pretty nervous about booking a makeup artist for our wedding day. I wanted to look like myself without an overload of makeup and I was afraid I wouldn't know how to ask for what I wanted. Kaelyn was super professional and helpful from our very first conversation. She is CLEARLY a professional and knows what she's doing. I trusted her implicitly. She took great care (and time!) during our trial to ensure that I looked exactly as I wanted to look (spoiler alert: I thought I looked better than I ever could lol!) and was super prepared on wedding day to give me that exact look while staying on time. Kaelyn is super down to Earth and you will feel like you've known her forever. She's very easy to talk to and will immediately put you at ease. I loved working with her and all of my bridesmaids/moms did too! I'll always be grateful to Kaelyn for making me feel so beautiful on the best day of my life. -

Kaelyn Was Incredible!
I got married at The Lodge at Geneva-on-the-Lake on 08/07/2021. Kaelyn and her assistant did makeup for myself, two mothers, and six bridesmaids. They were extremely efficient and got it all done on time, no issues whatsoever. Leading up the wedding, Kaelyn was very organized, professional, and patient. Sometimes I would take weeks to respond to her messages as this has been in insane year for me, and not once did she get inpatient or unprofessional with me. She was always so courteous and understanding. She is also very thorough and detailed in her responses! It was so relieving to have someone as organized and put together as her. Just takes so much stress off your plate for such a big day. The makeup itself turned out amazing. All of my bridesmaids and mom and mother-in-law looked beautiful. And I just loved my makeup. She truly made me feel like a queen…and I am not girly or makeup-oriented whatsoever. I would not hesitate to hire Kaelyn. She knows what she’s doing, is very organized and detailed, and extremely skilled at her trade. You get what you pay for and more with her!

Kaelyn is INCREDIBLE! Not to toot my own horn, but I had no idea I could look so beautiful. Kaelyn is talented and kind.
I really know nothing about makeup, and gave her no direction other than "make me look pretty." She did. During the trial, Kaelyn did my makeup two different ways to see what looked best. I have tons of allergies and she was very sensitive to that. My wedding party was large, so Kaelyn brought another makeup artist with her who was also amazing. -

I am so very grateful to Kaelyn for taking the time to travel for our out of town wedding! Not only did she take time away from her busy work schedule she also was multitasking as a new Mother to her baby boy Deklan who was only a couple months old at the time of our wedding day. She still managed to work a full 8-9 hour day and provide flawless makeup work with myself and bridesmaids. Kaelyn is very professional, she goes the extra mile and performs great under stressful situations. It was an absolute honor to have her as my makeup artist on our wedding day, and I couldn’t have asked for a better makeup artist. If you don’t book with Kaelyn you’re missing out!! -

The Best Makeup Artist for Your Wedding
I love Kaelyn! She went above and beyond during my wedding makeup trial and brought my vision to life better than I could have imagined. Kaelyn is kind, responsive, and reliable. She is the real deal.
My makeup looked exactly as I hoped on my wedding day. Kaelyn also made all of my bridesmaids (and moms!) look and feel beautiful.
I can't wait for another excuse to have my makeup professionally done so we can work together again.

She was able to get all of my bridal party make up done on site the day of the wedding and everyone loved how it turned out! Kaelyn is personable, professional, and exceptionally talented. I am extremely picky with makeup and have super high standards, so I spent a lot of time researching makeup artists. When I found Kaelyn's portfolio, I knew I had to hire her, and she did not disappoint! Somehow she actually exceeded all of my expectations!
Whether you want to provide an inspo photo, describe the look you're going for, or just tell her to do something that will complement your features, she will do a phenomenal job. Kaelyn has a natural gift for bringing out the best in her clients.
We scheduled my makeup trial for the day of my engagement photos and I could not have been happier with how my look turned out! Seeing how beautifully the makeup photographed made me that much more excited for my wedding day.
Kaelyn did the makeup for myself, my mom, and 3 of my bridesmaids. Everyone was thrilled with their looks and they held up beautifully all day. If you want to feel like a flawless model on your big day, look no further!
I also want to add that Kaelyn is super committed to sanitary procedures (and was even before the pandemic), so you could not be in better hands. Even with the extra time needed to ensure proper cleaning of products, Kaelyn was right on schedule.
Trust me, you want to add her to your vendor dream team! I cannot wait to work with her again! -

Kaelyn is nothing short of amazing!
I hired my wedding day professionals from recommendations through my other day of vendors. MyFairMakeUp was rerecorded from my photographer. I knew I needed her and was 100% confident in my decision from day one! Kaelyn was so knowledgeable and down to earth. Some of my favorite pictures were from the end of the night and I am so happy with how the makeup held up through the rain, tears and dancing! Everyone looked absolutely gorgeous and cannot Thank Kaelyn enough! I would definitely book her for any of my future needs without hesitation. I have worked in the wedding industry for 10+ years so I needed to have my hand in everything but I was stress free when it came to my girls and my mom's makeup. -

Kaelyn was wonderful! I would give her 10 stars if I could! She was so professional from the beginning of working with her until the very last minute. We did a meet and greet session where we got to know each other and talked about my wedding vision. Then, we did my trial at her studio, which is so cute, and I loved the way my makeup looked. On my wedding day, she came to my parents' house in Rocky River where she and her assistant , Katie, did makeup for 10 of us. Everyone looked amazing and everyone loved their makeup (and are still talking about it today, three weeks later!) At the last minute, one of my bridesmaids decided that she wanted to get hers done, and Kaelyn was able to fit her in without any problem and she still finished ahead of schedule. I highly, highly recommend Kaelyn and MyFairMakeup Artisty. -

I never wear a full face of makeup and was nervous that I wouldn't look like myself - Kaelyn did such an amazing job! I was in awe of the results....the makeup was weightless and stunning! She knows how to accent your features to enhance ones natural beauty! Kaelyn was on time, patient, professional, kind, and most importantly she listens to her clients wants and needs. She also knows how to time her clients so no one is rushed; there were six of us total and it could not have gone more smoothly! Highly recommend and look forward to using her again! -

Kaelyn was AMAZING to work with! Not only was she prompt and quick to respond via email when we first began our correspondence, but she answered ALL of my many questions and never made me feel stupid for asking any of them. The trial was awesome and made me feel so much better about the day of. The day of ran smoothly and all of my bridesmaids absolutely loved Kaelyn. They all said it felt like she was just another girlfriend hanging out with us. She came so prepared and we didn't have to do anything but relax as she pampered us. She was kind and listened to our requests and the final result was more than I could have asked for. I highly recommend ANYONE who is looking for professional make up to work with Kaelyn. Kaelyn was also very flexible with scheduling my trial, as I live in another state and was not back very often. On the day of the wedding, we started at 7AM to be ready for the ceremony and worked with Kaelyn and an assistant. They we both wonderful people to work with and everyone's makeup turned out great! I almost never wear makeup and that was pretty much the only thing I told her, giving almost no direction because I don't know anything about makeup. I felt comfortable in my makeup and got many compliments on it, everyone said I still looked like me, which is what I was going for. Kaelyn was a joy yo work with and I would absolutely recommend her! -

Lindsey Sent on 04/20/2018What can I say... Kaelyn is absolutely AMAZING! From email communication, to the trial, to the actual day of she was fantastic! Super easy to work with. She really took her time during the trial to truly understand my skin and how I wanted to look on my wedding day. I was a little apprehensive about not using airbrush makeup and she showed me why I didn't even need it! On the actual day of, she was prompt and efficient and everyone looked absolutely stunning. She also got along great with my other vendors (hair, photo & video). I asked her if we could "glitz" me up just a little bit more than the trial and I am telling you she did not disappoint! I received a stunning amount of compliments on my makeup and it stayed on ALL NIGHT - even my lipstick!! I want to carry her around with me so she can do my makeup everyday - HAHA!

Emma Sent on 01/29/2018I cannot tell you the amount of times I heard "Don't stress the small stuff." or "If something is wrong nobody else will know it." and while all of this advice can be helpful, you still think about the small stuff leading up to that day. When I thought about the day of my wedding, I knew I needed to be surrounded by grounded, calm, and flexible women. The intensity and amount of emotions I felt that morning are hard to describe. Kaelyn was one of the first people I saw that morning... and I'm so thankful for that. She was punctual and pleasant. Who is pleasant and put together when you have to wake up at 4:00 am? Kaelyn. Makeup and hair can set the vibe for your day. All my girls were done early and beautifully which made the morning flow so nicely. We never felt rushed by them or by time. She let me laugh. She let me tear up. She calmed my nerves. She made me feel beautiful. I could never pay her enough for that. On top of this, she really listens to what you want. This girl can do some amazing artistry and whole heartedly captures what you want. I am still in awe of her work as we look through our wedding photos. She didn't let me "sweat that small stuff" because was a big part of the team that made for such a successful day.
Booking Kaelyn was easily one of the best wedding day decisions I made. She set the tempo for the best day of my life. We are so lucky to have worked with her! -

My makeup was amazing and stayed for the whole day, which i was nervous about. She definitely went out of her way to make everyone feel comfortable and she did amazing work. After one disastrous bridal make-up trial at a salon, I miraculously found Kaelyn at the last minute and she made me look like a goddess. I can't even tell you how happy I was with what she did for me, and for my whole bridal party. Everyone was just delighted. Her work is absolutely stunning - she's a really, really talented artist. I can't recommend her highly enough. I want her to do my make-up every day!
