  Patti was super and Very welcoming to us into her home to Officiate Our Special Wedding Day! She was Amazing for doing everything we asked for! She takes beautiful pictures and helps stage everything just right! She is so easy to talk to and responds to all phone calls and texts very quickly! We are so Happy we Chose Her!   Melanie is a rock star!

  Melanie was terrific to work with. Her three question process was so fun and added such a nice, intimate touch to the ceremony. Her process helped my husband and I feel less nervous about exchanging our vows in front of a crowd, and made us excited to know what the other had said. She coordinated a ceremony that expressed our love perfectly. 10/10 would recommend to any couple!

  Perfect!!!

  Melanie is amazing! my partner and i have been trying to get married for some time but have had trouble with our license. i reached out to melanie only two days before and she was very response and incredibly flexible. due to covid and military we only did just my partner and i and we met melanie and she made it feel so special for us despite it being just the two of us. I highly recommend her and would love to use her again for a larger wedding

  Melanie was WONDERFUL. She was extremely responsive and very helpful. We got down to the wire and she took our vision and was able to make the perfect ceremony from it. I had many guests (family) ask me how I knew her and tell me how wonderful the service was.

  Martin Wedding

  We decided to have a small wedding in Charleston SC at White Point Garden (Battery Park). Living in TN and doing the wedding planning ourselves, we had to depend on reviews and searches online. We had a last minute change with our officiant and had to look for another one. With on less than 2 weeks to our wedding, and right before Christmas, we were little nervous that we would not find someone. After doing a intense search, reading all the reviews, and email several, we got a call from Melanie and we knew after our conversation she was the one. From first conversation, to emails back and forth, to additional phones call, to rehearsal to the wedding, she was hands down AMAZING!!! She paid attention to every single detail and had amazing suggestions for the ceremony. After meeting her the first time, I thought we had been friends for awhile. She made our wedding so special from rehearsal to when we were signing our licence. Her three questions were a HUGE hit and our family and friends are still talking about it. She even spend some quality time with my husband to learn more from him about his three questions. I was amazed how amazing our wedding went with the little time that we had to put it together. But it was everything and more than we dreamed, and it was because of Melanie! My only regret, I wished we were able to work with her earlier with Marriage Counseling. At the end, she spend some time with us to give us some advise moving forward with our marriage. I loved hearing about her and her husbands story. If you looking for someone for our wedding, look no more, Melanie is your person. We loved working with her and was honored to have her a part of our special day. Thank you Melanie for everything and making our wedding all that prayed, cried and hoped for. You were a God Sent.

  Awesome Ceremony

  Melanie did an excellent job with our wedding ceremony. She asked us questions and gave us exactly the kind of ceremony we wanted. She was always quick to call back if we had any questions and she’s very professional. Melanie was awesome!!! Would highly recommend her in a second!

  Melanie was great! She was prompt to answer questions, very professional and very nice. She gave us 3 ceremonies to look at and we could pick and choose passages from each. We did that and Melanie put together a beautiful ceremony. Even our guests commented on how beautiful the ceremony was. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone. She really was awesome!! Thanks Melanie!! ❤️❤️❤️

  A lucky find

  I was searching for an officiant for a wedding that we wanted to happen ASAP. My fiancé and I had been engaged for over 3 years and we were both just ready to be married already. After doing a google search and calling 2 phone numbers where nobody answered Melanie then answered the phone. She was so friendly and warm. She asked my fiancé’s name and then called him by name throughout the rest of the conversation. Our phone call took place on Friday Dec 28th and she said she would be available Monday Dec 31st to marry us. We were so pleased and flattered that she would be available so soon AND that she’d take the time out of her New Years Eve holiday to marry us. We promised we wouldn’t take much of her time. We emailed a few times over the weekend ironing out details. Day of, she showed up early and was so calm, kind and professional. Melanie was truly a pleasure to work with and I’m so thankful she took a chance and answered the phone that Friday night to talk to a crazy girl like me trying to get married as fast as possible. :)

  Just What We Wanted

  Glad we found her. I interviewed 4 vendors and was shocked at how they priced things and that they refused to let us have a mixture of my Indian heritage and his Christian beliefs. Melanie agreed to do both. Thank you for such a great day.

  Everything we wanted and MORE

  Melanie helped us design a ceremony and was willing to let our friend read a poem. When she added her "three questions" into our ceremony, it changed the entire tone and our guests love it. We are glad to have her be a part of our family!

  Very flexible and easy to work with

  Melanie helped us write our own vows and made sure we knew where to go to get our license. When we were short on time from arriving on a weekend, she went with us to pick up the license from the courthouse. I could not have found anyone easier to work with and now she is like family.

  Melanie was the first person I hired after booking our venue. She was the first and only Officiant that I met with. We clicked instantly. She is very down to earth and she will tell you like it is! She also became a venting outlet for me over the ten months of wedding planning and always offered a listening ear. We did not want a completely religious ceremony, but she is ordained so we were able to have a partially religious service to suit the style I wanted. I was able to set up the ceremony how I wanted. I have a daughter from a previous relationship and Melanie offered a special set of vows for the three of us to say together. It not only included my daughter into our ceremony, but EVERYONE said that was their favorite part!

  After an extremely rough week and our wedding being cancelled. We had the absolute joys of being married tonight. Melanie Epps Murray is the absolutely best!!!!   After an extremely rough week and our wedding being cancelled. We had the absolute joys of being married tonight. Melanie Epps Murray is the absolutely best!!!!   Melanie with weddings your way was the best! She is very professional and makes sure she delivers the best for you. She is very pleasant to work with. She did an amazing job on joining our family into one with having the kids apart of it as well! I highly recommend her services to anyone that is looking to get married!! She is awesome!!!!!!!

  So, I'll start with saying our wedding was on in the freezing cold on the beach on January and it was a rainy week. Melanie was awesome both me and my bride were shaking it was so cold and I (the groom) looked like I was having a seizure because I was so cold on top of being nervous. Melanie did her best to keep me calm in the freezing cold while waiting on my bride to walk down the beach and take my hand. She came up with a beautiful and unique ceremony that suited us perfectly. She even understood when me being the absent minded goof that I am forgot all of our paperwork and waited for us at the reception to sign everything. I absolutely would not have been able to pick a better person to marry me and my wife. Melanie really is the best!

  When it came down to the time for the wedding to happen, we realized that we had not really planned out how everything would flow, but Melanie offered to step up and even help us there.
