Tonya helped us plan our honeymoon to Mexico, and she did an amazing job! We gave her a general idea of what we wanted (mainly lots of activities) and it felt like she instantly got us. She ran with our ideas and handled all the details, which meant we didn’t have to stress over anything. She put together a beautiful, easy-to-follow itinerary that made the whole trip feel effortless. This was our first time working with a travel agent, and Tonya made it such a smooth, enjoyable experience. She was thoughtful about our budget, incredibly kind, and clearly puts a lot of care into what she does. We highly recommend her!

A Dream Like No Other

Romance and Relaxation!
All we wanted in our honeymoon was the ability to relax and to have some romance in the Caribbean. Memorable Honeymoon!!
Working with Nicole Gilbert was a great experience. Two of my friends planned their honeymoons through her so she came highly recommended! We had an absolutely amazing time on our Honeymoon, and we can't thank Nicole enough for all that she did to make it smooth, easy, and memorable for us. We absolutely loved our time in Positano, Le Agavi hotel was our favorite place to stay by far! The concierge was so helpful in getting some dinner reservations and even a reservation at one of the beach clubs, which we really enjoyed! Sorrento might have been our favorite part of our entire Italy leg of the trip; the town, the people, and the food were incredible! We especially enjoyed our hotel rooftop bar. We also really loved the day boat trip to Capri, it was so much fun! We want to go back and stay in Capri next time! Finally, Rome was fantastic but HOT! We did a lot of sightseeing before we made our way back home, and indulged in lots of pasta and wine!!!

The perfect honeymoon!
Tonya helped us plan the most perfect honeymoon in Maui! My husband worked closely with her to find the best hotel and fun activities for us throughout our trip. She had been to Maui many times and was super familiar with where we were staying, so not only was she able to tell us where to eat and where to find unique local experiences, but she helped us find transportation to get to each place. Tonya and my husband also planned some surprises for me during the trip, which were really special. She set up a helicopter tour, snorkeling, and romantic dinner dates for us so we didn't have to worry or stress about the details. She also uses a really helpful app that laid out all the activities and locations for dinners so we could follow along and be where we needed to be. Despite all the fun activities, we relaxed a bunch at the hotel, which had a gorgeous spa and multiple pools for us to lounge by. 10/10 recommend working with Tonya! We can't wait to work with her again!

Incredible Honeymoon
Working with Tonya was such a pleasure! She was so helpful from day one and answered all of my texts and emails within minutes no matter the time of day or the day of week. Even when we arrived in Saint Lucia, we were worried we didn't know where to go after customs to get to the hotel. I texted Tonya and she answered me within minutes, making us feel so much more comfortable. She was so patient when we would ask questions and always so happy to help. 10 Year Anniversary Trip of a Lifetime!

Greece honeymoon
Mindy was such a great resource and the main reason we had such a fun and relaxing honeymoon!! Traveling to Greece was our first trip outside of the country for both my husband and I. Mindy made sure that we had all of the correct documents and even had us download an app to our phones that was easily accessible both with and without wifi that included our day by day itinerary and tickets for all of our excursions! Mindy set up all of our transportation to and from airports/ferry ports which made traveling to and from each island so easy! The convenience of having someone plan a custom trip based on our interests and organizing all of the logistic details was exactly what we needed after spending months planning our wedding. Mindy was such a huge part in making our honeymoon so special and relaxing because she made sure everything was taken care of!!! Communication with Mindy throughout the process of planning the trip was the most prompt of any of our vendors! She replied so quickly and was truly an expert on traveling abroad and Greece specifically!! Her recommendations for excursions and resorts were amazing!! We have raved to family and friends since returning about how great each resort was! Mindy was fantastic about respecting our budget and providing options for add ons and upgrades when we wanted to splurge a little by upgrading our resort or adding excursions!! Mindy was so flexible and helpful and we can’t say enough great things about working with her!!! We often bragged about Mindy to other vacationers we met in Greece as if she were a personal friend of ours :) We felt like Mindy truly cared about us and wanted to make sure our honeymoon was unforgettable!

No Stress Honeymoon
Mindy is amazing at what she does. While we were busy planning a wedding, she had everything under control. From the initial consultation until we got back from the honeymoon, she made sure everything was seamless. This was our first time in Europe and the trip was even better than we could have imagined. We went to Greece and we were able to travel to 3 different islands with Mindy's help. Having all transportation booked for us whenever we arrived to a new island was a game changer. Not a minute of our honeymoon was wasted while waiting for a ride. Every single hotel was amazing. I would go back to each of them. We loved the excursions, especially the private cooking class in Santorini. We would recommend her services to anyone, especially if you want a relaxing honeymoon. We will definitely continue to use her services for our future trips because I can't imagine traveling without Mindy's guidance!

Groom for our honeymoon
Mindy was unbelievable in assisting us for our honeymoon! While we were completely focused (and at times overwhelmed) with our wedding, Mindy gave us such peace of mind. She was extremely detail-oriented, and her execution was flawless, even against elements out of our control. The personalized itinerary was tailored to exactly what we wanted to experience, and traveling to Tahiti was a breeze once all the coordination was put into place. Dreamy Honeymoon in Costa Rica
Mindy did an outstanding job planning the honeymoon of our dreams in Costa Rica. She made suggestions for places we never would have found on our own, and it made us fall in love with Costa Rica. Nayara Springs resort was the highlight of our trip, with so many adventurous activities nearby, delicious restaurants and hot springs onsite, and a gorgeous room to come back to. We also spent time traveling the coast in Guanacaste and the views in this beautiful country consistently made us swoon. Mindy's guidance (she helped us pick a honeymoon location based on our intro call with her explaining exactly what we were looking for and what kind of travelers we are), clear communication and attention to detail throughout the planning process were so appreciated (especially during Covid times). Hawaii honeymoon, 11/3- 11/16/21. Mindy was amazing and incredibly helpful. Her packets of info and tips really helped to make our honeymoon fantastic. We only encountered one issue during our honeymoon; one excursion had to be canceled, and it was done so swiftly and easily. Our resorts were the nicest places either one of us had been to and we're eternally grateful for the bookings, recommendations and hook ups. Mindy was ready to answer any questions while we were on our honeymoon and prior, she responds to emails quickly and kept us informed throughout the planning/ waiting. I'm very glad to have used Mindy; I truly could not have been bothered to plan this honeymoon for a number of reasons, including lack of knowledge of our destination but Mindy did what I couldn't do perfectly. We plan to visit Hawaii again at some point in the future and we'll definitely still use Mindy or the lovely women at My Vacation Lady for our future vacations.

My Vacation Lady helped plan our honeymoon and made the experience beyond amazing. It was great that Mindy and her team were able to make the overwhelming task of booking our vacation easy. Amazing honeymoon specialist!
Hawaii was amazing! Everything was streamlined and easy to get to with the help of Mindy. We went zip lining, horseback riding and enjoyed a luau. Transportation to and from the airport was planned and easy to get to. Would definitely recommend My Vacation Lady! Mindy is so nice and works with you each step of the way.

Honeymoon in Hawaii
Mindy helped us plan a beautiful, and adventurous honeymoon in Maui, and the Big Island. We had so much fun, and made memories we will never forget! Fantastic!
After my sister used Mindy for her honeymoon and had such a positive experience, we decided to reach out to her to help us plan our honeymoon. From our initial meeting, Mindy was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. She asked what we were looking for in a honeymoon and incorporated exactly what we had envisioned our honeymoon to be. After creating our itinerary (not only once, but twice due to Covid), my husband and I couldn't have been happier with the outcome. Our honeymoon to Greece was absolutely magical and we loved every minute of it. From the resorts, to the transfers to/from the airport, ferry, and excursions, to the excursions, everything was so well organized and seamless. We were able to download our itinerary on an app so we had everything we needed in one spot. The day before we left for our trip, we were nervous about the fires near Athens and potential changes in Covid mandates. We called Mindy, she looked into our concerns right away, and got back to us quickly to ensure us that everything was going to be fine! Our experience with Mindy was great and we highly recommend her to assist you with planning your next trip!

Amazing trip to Hermitage Bay Courtesy of My Vacation Lady.
Mindy originally helped us plan a wonderful trip to Greece for June 2020; however, Covid caused us to change our plans. Due to the restrictions and our wishes, we decided to change our honeymoon destination and have it a year later. Mindy and her staff helped us change our plans, and gave us a few great options in the Caribbean. We ultimately decided on Antigua with her help. Her suggestion was to stay at Hermitage Bay, which was completely breathtaking. She even helped us upgrade to a beachfront room. It was truly a seamless operation due to Mindy, My Vacation Lady, and her staff.

Honeymoon of a lifetime
Mindy came highly recommended from two close friends. My wife and I knew we wanted to visit Bora Bora and Mindy helped us plan the honeymoon of a lifetime. She introduced us to the island of Moorea as well and we couldn’t have been more pleased. I’m typically not one to utilize a travel agent as I enjoy planning my own itineraries but I don’t think I’ll ever book a trip without Mindy again.
I must also add that Covid-19 postponed this trip about 5 times. Mindy worked with me and my wife at all hours and weekends to ensure we were still scheduled. Prior to arrival, we were required to provide Tahiti with extensive documentation to allow us into the country. We saw people get turned away at the airport due to lack of documentation. Mindy worked with local contacts and travel boards and provided us with organized lists of everything we needed. This certainly is not the norm and likely is not the typical level of service you’d receive from any travel agency.
Mindy was as excited for us to arrive in Tahiti for our honeymoon as we were and we felt like she was a part of our journey there. We received a beautiful bottle of champagne upon our arrival with a note from her which truly made it even more special.
I’m not one to ever write reviews but Mindy deserves every word of it. If you’re a trip planner like me or just want a hassle free, wonderful experience with the best recommendations possible, work with Mindy!

Dream Honeymoon
We had our dream honeymoon in Moorea and Bora Bora thanks to Mindy. It was the most beautiful place we have ever been and loved our trip to absolute paradise. Everything was taken care of and we did not have to worry about a thing. Mindy helped us pick the perfect excursions to complete our trip. Mindy is knowledgeable, responsive, reliable and so kind. Even through all the craziness and unknown of Covid, Mindy was there for us every step of the way. We cannot wait to use her again!

Excellent honeymoon planner
Mindy was a pleasure to work with when planning our honeymoon. We went to Hawaii (Maui & Kauai), which she has so much knowledge about. She was always quick to respond. We had to postpone our honeymoon due to Covid, and she really helped make our experience as stress-free as possible. We give her a lot of praise for having to reschedule so many vacations! Honeymoon 2020
Mindy was awesome when it came to planning our honeymoon.. TWICE! Our trip to Bali was cancelled twice due to covid, but she quickly helped up plan another trip to St lucia a month before our new wedding date! She is so easy to communicate with and handled all of the logistics and cancellations/refunds so quickly. We did not even have to lift a finger. She took care of everything and made it stress free during a very stressful time in our lives! We definitely recommend Mindy when it comes to booking a vacation/honeymoon!

Creating Your Dream Honeymoon!
It was the Honeymoon we dreamed and talked about all thanks to Mindy! I'm a very organized person and a planner at heart but I knew the last thing I wanted to plan was my honeymoon. Mindy was referred to us by family who had both used her to plan their honeymoons. She was a great choice and made the process simple and easy. Right before we left we received our itinerary and overall tips when traveling to Greece (like tipping). It was so helpful and organized! Loved having an itinerary and didn't have to think about what we wanted to plan for the day.
Mindy was extremely responsive and quick to plan our honeymoon. She got a sense for what we liked and wanted to do during our initial call and then created an itinerary with excursions that were perfect for us. Dream honeymoon
Mindy planned our 2 week honeymoon to Hawaii and it truly was our dream vacation! It was everything we hoped it to be! The resorts were amazingly beautiful. Hawaii Honeymoon
We used Mindy and Myvacationlady to plan our Hawaii honeymoon. With the expense of the wedding and everything, we were somewhat hesitant about the cost of the trip but Mindy worked with us and explained everything along the way and helped us find some great values while not skimping on anything. She really took the time to get to know what we were looking for and customized our itinerary and excursions to what we wanted. The hotels and restaurant recommendations were great! Along the way we wanted to make changes and she was more than accommodating for us as well. Overall, working with her took a lot of stress off us us and the vacation went very smoothly. Unforgettable honeymoon
After researching honeymoon destinations for six months i was ready to give up. I was just overwhelmed at the amount of information i had gone through. I finally decided to get some help! I found My Vacation Lady through a search on google and all of the reviews were outstanding so i gave them a try and I'm glad i did. Mindy got back to me right away by email and within a week we had a phone screen with her. We gave Mindy all the details on what we were looking for in a honeymoon and what we wanted out of it. Mindy booked us the most amazing honeymoon ever. When I tell you the only negative thing that occurred the entire trip was that it rained for 15 minutes that should tell you everything you need to know. All of our FOUR transports were on time in between the airports and hotels, all of the resorts were amazing, and the excursions Mindy selected were perfect. Mindy made our honeymoon to Italy everything we wanted it to be. She took the time to get to know our wants and needs, tailoring our itinerary to meet our expectations. Mindy was easy to get in touch with when we needed her or had a question/concern. The itinerary was easily understandable and was a great mixture of activities and excursions. The vouchers were easy to understand and most of the transfers were planned ahead and smooth. Many of our activities or main sites were in walking distance from our hotels. Italy was a dream come true.

Mindy helped us plan our honeymoon to French Polynesia and we couldn't be happier with the services she provided for us. We've never worked with a travel agent before so weren't quite sure what to expect. We leaned heavily on Mindy to help us decide where we should go on our honeymoon, as we were pretty undecided initially. After having a consultation where Mindy asked questions to get to know us, our travel likes/dislikes and our budget, Mindy presented a few proposals to us. All of the packages sounded fantastic so we knew we couldn't go wrong no matter which trip we chose, but we ended up choosing French Polynesia and are so glad we did. Our trip was perfection!
Mindy helped us plan our dream honeymoon while keeping our budget in mind. We felt at ease knowing we were working with someone that has personally been to French Polynesia and clearly planned a lot of trips for other couples there. The assistance Mindy provided in regard to travel arrangements - including flights, private transfers, and ferries - was invaluable. It was so nice to not have to worry about planning all of those honeymoon details when we were already busy planning our wedding! Mindy included fantastic excursions/experiences in our package, and worked with us to add a few additional ones that we were interested in. When our return flight was cancelled and rescheduled for the following night, Mindy sent us an email as soon as she was notified to ensure that we were aware and able to adjust the rest of our flight itinerary.
We highly recommend booking Mindy at MyVacationLady for your honeymoon (and future) travel plans!

Mindy was AMAZING! We had never used a travel agent and with so many things to plan for the wedding Mindy went above and beyond planning our honeymoon for us. There was no extra fee to use her and she was able to get us extra perks at our resort! She arranged everything from arranging pick up at the airport to having an extra bottle of liquor in our room. We truly did nothing but relax at a beautiful resort that Mindy had selected for us! We will be using her for absolutely every vacation we ever take going forward. My husband and I have talked more about our honeymoon then we have about our wedding day because it was truly a fantastic vacation.

While planning our wedding, we had very little time to think about our honeymoon vacation. Fortunately Mindy made that a breeze and arranged our dream honeymoon for us! The whole process was incredibly easy and the results were amazing. My wife and I used My Vacation Lady to book our honeymoon to Fiji. Mindy was fantastic from the beginning. She was always responsive and available to answer any questions you might have. You begin with a consultation about your idea of the perfect honeymoon. Mindy then uses these guidelines to put together a presentation of a few destinations that you might enjoy. After selecting Fiji, we did not have to worry about a thing because Mindy took care of everything from there. Every step of the honeymoon went smoothly from hotel transfers, to check-ins and special gifts once you arrived at your hotel. We have and will continue to refer Mindy to our family and friends.

My Vacation lady made booking our honeymoon so easy! After planning a wedding it was so nice to have all the details of our honeymoon planned out for us. Mindy gave us the perfect miss of adventure and relaxation. All of the experiences were first class and made us feel special. The way she planned out the sequence of our trip was absolutely perfect and something we couldn't have planned ourselves without her knowledge and expertise. There were so many little surprises along the way from champagne and chocolates delivered to our room to getting prime seating at restaurants. We have already recommended My Vacation Lady to friends and can't wait to book our next trip with Mindy

Mindy gave us the best honeymoon we could ask for! We toured Italy for about two weeks and we didn't have to think about a thing. Everything was perfectly arrange and she presented everything so clearly with the vouchers. All our tours that Mindy booked for us were amazing and exactly what we wanted. All the hotels had beautiful views with breakfast included. I would recommend Mindy to EVERYONE. With all the wedding planning, it was nice to have Mindy plan our honeymoon and all we had to do was show up! We can't thank her enough for all her help and expertise! And of course, we can't wait for her to plan our next big trip!

Using My Vacation Lady to plan our honeymoon was the best decision we made! Mindy exceeded our expectations on finding out exactly what kind of resort we wanted to stay at to make our honeymoon dream a reality! Mindy was extremely friendly and easy to talk to from the get-go. She was professional and took the time to be sure she understood exactly what type of vacation with which we would be most happy. There were a few misunderstandings on the part of the tour company that booked some of the excursions, but other than that, the accommodations recommended were stellar, and the overall service was excellent. I would absolutely refer Mindy to anyone needing assistance in planning their dream vacation/honeymoon.

Even though we had already chosen Hawaii for our honeymoon, we were unsure which islands we wanted to visit, where to stay, or how to go about booking. We decided to use a travel agent and I'm so glad I found Mindy! In our initial consultation we talked about our likes/dislikes, past vacations, and our honeymoon wishlist. She really took the time to get to know us and understand what we were looking for. Mindy took care of ALL the booking, which was a huge weight off our shoulders since we were already so busy with wedding planning. She was able to get us the best deals at the resorts and she provided us with endless amounts of information on the islands - what to see, things to do, places to eat. Whenever I had a question about something she responded within minutes! The week before our trip, Mindy informed us the dinner cruise we booked was cancelled but she had already taken care of re-booking us for another cruise. One less thing for us to worry about! Looking back on our honeymoon, we had the trip of a lifetime!!! Hawaii was an absolute paradise and I'm so glad Mindy helped us choose Maui & Kauai! Thanks to Mindy, we had the best rooms in the resorts, prime seating at the luau, and the most exceptional honeymoon service. She also sent champagne & chocolate to our room when we arrived! Even when I had a question during our trip, Mindy was available to help us out. She truly goes above and beyond for her clients and I would HIGHLY recommend her services to anyone looking to take the stress out of planning and traveling!

We booked our honeymoon with Mindy at My vacation lady and it was the best thing we could have done!! My husband is paralyzed and wheelchair travel can sometimes be difficult and unpredictable. Mindy took all the worry and anxiety out of our tip so that we could just enjoy a magical 10 days in Croatia!! Mindy thought of everything! We had transportation and assist everywhere we needed it, the excursions were exciting and wheelchair accessible and our hotels were not only beautiful but handicap friendly!! It was the greatest 10 days we could have asked for and we can't wait to book another trip with my vacation lady!!

We used Mindy for our Honeymoon to Hawaii. Let me just start by saying ...BRAVO Mindy! She understood what exactly we were looking for. When I first found Mindy I was very discouraged as I had went to another travel agency to try and book our Honeymoon; they did not want to listen nor did they really give me any options another than what they wanted me to see.
Mindy was so accommodating and responded to my emails so quickly. We didn't know a thing about Hawaii and she put us at ease with her vast knowledge of the islands. Planning was such a breeze, Mindy gave us a ton of information and options. We loved how she gave us her opinion of the hotel options and why we would like or not like the hotel for us. Her service is exceptional and even after our plans were set, she was always available for questions or help with adding more activities in. We were simply blown away with how smooth our trip went. It was so stress free and Mindy always had a little gift and personalized note waiting for us upon arrival at each hotel; this is the kind of personalized service we were looking for! We had the bests seats where ever we went whether it be at restaurants or the Luau. We will be using Mindy going forward with any vacation we take and have highly recommend to her to friends and family. You can not go wrong with Mindy!

We cannot say enough positive things about our experience planning our Honeymoon with Mindy! We wanted to it to be a once in a lifetime trip that we would look back on with no regrets. Mindy did a great job from the start! We went in with a budget and a vague idea of what we wanted our honeymoon to be like. She spent a lot of time asking us questions and getting to know our preferences. It was clear from the beginning that she wanted to make sure that she was planning the perfect vacation for us. Throughout the whole planning process, she would give us options and tell us pros and cons of each. It was very comforting to know that she knew the ins and outs of all of the excursions and resorts that she was booking for us. It was the most memorable and fun filled vacation we could have ever dreamed of and we would book her again in a heartbeat! Thank you Mindy for the memories that will last a lifetime!

There no are no words to express how wonderful and helpful Mindy is. She made planning our honeymoon so incredibly easy and stress free. From your first meeting with her and the entire way through the process she is so incredibly helpful and accommodating. We just got back from our honeymoon and everything was perfect. The best part is we didn't have to do a thing she took care of absolutely everything! I'm pretty sure I'll never plan another vacation again because I found her! Mindy was probably my favorite person to work with during my wedding planning process. She helped us with our two week trip to Italy for our honeymoon, and as soon as we spoke with her we knew we would be in great hands. She really listened to our preferences and needs and provided us with an itinerary that met all of our expectations and more. She was incredibly efficient, responsive, and professional, which produced a strong level of trust and comfort knowing that she would do whatever it took to make sure we would have an unforgettable trip, and we did! From the amazing hotels she provided us, to our excursions and activities (like our cooking class and wine tasting tour in Tuscany and our personal drive along the Amalfi coast and private prosecco cruise our last night in Positano), to the convenience and ease of traveling through Italy with our drivers and prearranged train tickets. It truly was a stress-free honeymoon we were looking to enjoy and not have to plan ourselves. We are so happy with Mindy and what she has done for us to provide us with a trip we would never forget. We look forward to using her again for all of our vacations needs to come!

Mindy planned our honeymoon to Maui, Tahiti, and Bora Bora. My husband and I had a wish list of what we wanted to do, and Mindy expertly put it all together for us. Every pickup, excursion, dinner, and detail that she planned was exactly suited to us and the honeymoon we dreamed of. From our first call, I was impressed with her attention to detail and ability to craft a trip that truly met each of our individual and shared hopes. She was always quick to respond and provide updates as soon as they hit her desk. Our flights home changed and she immediately notified us to ensure we didn't miss the flight.

I am so thankful to have booked my honeymoon with Mindy! She truly made the planning process stress-free and seamless. From our initial conference call with Mindy, my husband and I knew we were making the right decision. Mindy is extremely knowledgable, and offered great advice in helping choose the perfect location for us. I wanted a tropical experience, preferably with an overwater bungalow, while my husband was deadest on an all-inclusive to ensure a worry-free trip. We both wanted something relaxing, with great food and optional excursions (we're not big on nightlife). Mindy thoughtfully suggested Riveria Maya (a location we hadn't even considered) as a destination for us, as they just opened the first overwater bungalows in the area -- we couldn't have been happier with the suggestion! The trip was perfect!! My husband and I spent 7 days at a larger resort near great excursions and activities, and then transferred to the Palafitos of El Dorado Maroma for the last 3 days of our trip. The palafitos (overwater bungalows) were an absolute dream come true- from glass floors in each room, to a private pool, private ocean access, and two butlers (yes, butlers), we truly felt like royalty. Mindy also scheduled our private car transfers to/from the airport and resorts to make sure every aspect of our trip went smoothly. It was apparent that booking with Mindy had some great advantages too- at each resort, we had the best room possible (top floor, ocean front infinity suite at the first resort and then the bungalow at the end of the pier, facing the beach to watch sunsets every night at the Palafitos). Both resorts also offered a gourmet all-inclusive package with a great quality and variety of food. The entire trip all we kept saying to eachother was how much Mindy nailed our wishlist. She truly provided us with a once-in-a-lifetime experience!! Thank you, Mindy! We can't wait to book a future trip with your guidance and expertise!

Mindy planned our recent honeymoon to Hawaii
We were there for what weeks and travelled to Big Island, Maui & Kauai. Our honeymoon was spectacular. Mindy did an amazing job planning it and we got to fully enjoy the experience. Mindy even had chocolate covered strawberries and fresh pineapples sent to our room at two different hotels with a personalized card. I would strongly recommend Mindy to anyone looking to book an unforgettable honeymoon.

Mindy made our honeymoon planning stress-free, easy and fun, and the Hawaii honeymoon trip she planned for us was fantastic! All of the activities we did were great. Having Mindy book everything for us and book early was great. We had front row seats at the luau we went to, front row seats for the helicopter tour, etc... It was also really awesome that when we had an issue with our zip-lining reservation, we didn't have to stress, Mindy just took care of it for us and also made sure the rest of our excursions were all set. We will definitely recommend Mindy to friends and family and will use her again for our future trips!

Mindy was absolutely amazing from start to finish on planning my honeymoon vacation! She removed all of the stress i was having from wedding planning and created the trip of a life time for my husband and myself. Mindy spent time talking to us on the phone to determine our likes and dislikes of previous trips and had both of us fill out Questionairres. SHe listened to our concerns and gave my husband and i 3 choices for honeymoon destinations based off of our conversations. We ultimately went with thailand which i would have never dreamed of choosing. From start to finish she planned everything, excursions based off of ouur interests, to airport to hotel and hotel to airport transportation everythng was covered. I had no anxiety about what the next step was or whether e would be stranded in a foreign country. after my co workers saw my honeymoon pics they asked me for my entire itinerary stating that they were disappointed they hadnt choosen thailand for themselves. Thank you so much Mindy for giving my husband and i a trip of a life time!!! We would do it again 1,000 times over

Vickie was a dream to work with- professional, responsive and patient! My husband and I traveled to Hawaii in November for our honeymoon and chose Vickie as this was one of her specialties and she had outstanding reviews- she definitely did not disappoint! She was able to get us great deals and was able to work within our budget. We stayed at two fantastic resorts in Maui and Kauai all thanks to Vickie's suggestions. She even sent us a welcome note at each other the resorts when we arrived- a very nice, personal touch. When our flight itinerary changed due to the airline, she made sure to notify us right away and changed our connecting flights so we didn't have to wait around the airport. Highly recommended!

My husband and I were not sure where to start with the honeymoon process. We wanted it be as stress-free as possible, after all of the craziness of wedding planning! My Vacation Lady made that happen for us! From our first phone conversation, we knew we were in great hands. Mindy asked us thoughtful questions to gain a better understanding of what we wanted and dreamed for our honeymoon. After coming up with sample itineraries, she answered all of our questions and assisted us in coming up with alternative options. She was very open with us on what would meet our interests and budget needs. In the end, we decided on a Caribbean vacation in Antigua, and it exceeded our expectations! My husband and I decided we wanted to explore working with a travel agent to book our honeymoon because we had our hands full already with all of the wedding planning. We had never used a travel agent before and weren't sure if it would be worthwhile. After an introductory conversation with Mindy we knew she was the perfect person to help us plan our dream honeymoon. She asked all of the right questions to get a feel for what we were interested in and what we weren't interested in and had great suggestions. We had been considering going to both Ireland and Greece on our honeymoon and offered great insight that made us realize we were trying to do way too much and would be better off doing just Greece for our honeymoon.
The entire process of planning the honeymoon couldn't have gone more smoothly. Mindy provided us with great options for hotels and activities and was so patient in answering all of our questions. It was so much fun to get to look through all of the things we could do and picking the activities!
The honeymoon turned out to be even better than we had dreamed. Every single detail had been thought of and taken care of in advance. Pick-up/drop off from the hotels, tickets for all activities, detailed itineraries, and an emergency number that we could call if anything came up during the trip. Every hotel we checked into provided us with complimentary treats (e.g., bottles of wine, chocolates) and we received complimentary upgrades at every hotel. We were able to really relax and make the most of the honeymoon because we weren't stressed about any logistics.
We'll definitely be working with Mindy on all of our vacations in the future! Next stop - Ireland! :)

I cannot stress enough how happy my wife and I are that we chose to work with Mindy! She helped to put together our honeymoon to Hawaii and she made the process very easy and stress free. When shopping around for a honeymoon we started to become overwhelmed with all of the options available to us. We had spoken with a few other travel agents who, while very nice and provided some good options, were quick to provide only the options from one particular destination they specialized in. This is where Mindy sets herself apart. Instead of giving us one destination, she took the time to get to know us and interview us about our likes and dislikes, and what we considered the perfect honeymoon. That helped us narrow down a world of honeymoon options into just a few that were designed just with us in mind. All in all we had a fantastic time in Hawaii, Mindy took care of every detail for us from the flights to rental cars to hotels to activities and it all went off without a hitch. Every detail was exactly what we had hoped for- from hotel accommodations, to transportation arrangements, wine tours, private cooking classes and everything in between it was so amazing. She took all the stress out of planning our honeymoon while we were planning our wedding. She recommended excellent accommodations and itineraries that exceeded our expectations and met our budget. Mindy is a MUST for anyone planning a honeymoon or even a romantic getaway. We can't wait to work with Mindy again in the near future.

When we began honeymoon planning, we thought we wanted to book a Sandals resort in St Lucia. Once we saw the prices, we wanted to look into other options but planning a wedding and honeymoon simultaneously turned out to be too stressful for me. We found Mindy through Wedding Wire, and I'm so glad we did! She does a very thorough consultation with the couple over the phone where she asks a ton of questions to figure out what you're looking for in your honeymoon. We wanted an all inclusive beach vacay. After discussing our budget, she told us we could do Sandals but we wouldn't be able to afford all the best options, or we could go to Mexico and get a lot more bang for our buck. She sent us 3-4 resort options with detailed descriptions and gave us time to do some research and book our honeymoon. We went to the Valentin Imperial Maya, a 5 star adults only all inclusive, and it was PHENOMENAL! I truly don't think we would've found it on our own since Mexico has so many resorts. Mindy always answered my emails quickly, and even helped us change our flights and hotel dates (for no extra fees!) after we missed our flight the day of departure (long story haha). I highly recommend booking with her, she was very down to earth and realistic with our budget! We can't wait to book another vacation!

Mindy knows her stuff! What I truly loved was the initial conversation where she heard what my husband and I both wanted from a honeymoon. She provided great itineraries and when we were FINALLY ready to pull the trigger, she gave us amazing options which were easy for us to sign off on and book. She does all of the heavy lifting in regards to scheduling flights, excursions and the resorts which was much appreciated as taking a major international vacation can be overwhelming. And she was on-call for us during the Bora Bora AC breakdown experience and got right on it. She definitely planned an unforgettable honeymoon for us!

Mindy was so helpful and patient in helping us plan our dream honeymoon! With all of the details of the wedding we were focusing on, we really appreciated how much time and stress that Mindy took off of our plates in researching the various destinations, accommodations and excursions for our honeymoon. We initially had so many different ideas of where we should go on our honeymoon, but with Mindy's dedicated time spent getting to know what we liked and what our must-have were for a perfect honeymoon, we were finally able to decide on a destination. Mindy even provided sample itineraries of the various destinations we were considering, which really made the decision making process so easy! We wound up deciding on French Polynesia (Tahiti, Moorea & Bora Bora), which was the ultimate dream honeymoon. Mindy was always so responsive to our many questions throughout the planning process and really kept our budget in consideration while planning our various options. On our honeymoon, there was not a worry to be had or an excursion not planned, as Mindy had everything arranged and organized for us. How stress-free! I can't imagine travel any other way now, so stress-free! Thank you so much Mindy for all of your help - you were such a pleasure to work with and everything was an absolute dream!
