  Mindy from My Vacation Lady was phenomenal as our destination wedding planner !!! She always went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. All of my guests were extremely happy with her services , responsiveness to questions/service as well as her personality. As our wedding planner, navigating us through our Mexican destination wedding, Mindy was always able to help us with our planning and remained in contact with our resort to provide the best service :) !! Couldn't have picked a better person to help plan a wedding of my dreams ! Thanks Mindy!

  If you ever want to go on your dream honeymoon/vacation and don't want to be stressed out by any of the planning, Mindy is the perfect planner. From the start, she truly took the time out to get to know myself and my husband, so she could recommend the perfect honeymoon destination for us. All consultations were done over the phone, which was so easy and convenient. She took all our interests and made knowledgeable recommendations to ensure our honeymoon would be amazing! It was definitely the easiest part of planning our wedding thanks to Mindy. I would highly recommend Mindy to anyone and everyone!   Mindy was AMAZING! We had never used a travel agent and with so many things to plan for the wedding Mindy went above and beyond planning our honeymoon for us. There was no extra fee to use her and she was able to get us extra perks at our resort! She arranged everything from arranging pick up at the airport to having an extra bottle of liquor in our room. We truly did nothing but relax at a beautiful resort that Mindy had selected for us! We will be using her for absolutely every vacation we ever take going forward. My husband and I have talked more about our honeymoon then we have about our wedding day because it was truly a fantastic vacation.

  Dreamy Honeymoon in Costa Rica

  Mindy did an outstanding job planning the honeymoon of our dreams in Costa Rica. She made suggestions for places we never would have found on our own, and it made us fall in love with Costa Rica. Nayara Springs resort was the highlight of our trip, with so many adventurous activities nearby, delicious restaurants and hot springs onsite, and a gorgeous room to come back to. We also spent time traveling the coast in Guanacaste and the views in this beautiful country consistently made us swoon. Mindy's guidance (she helped us pick a honeymoon location based on our intro call with her explaining exactly what we were looking for and what kind of travelers we are), clear communication and attention to detail throughout the planning process were so appreciated (especially during Covid times). Thank you for the trip of a lifetime, Mindy! Costa Rica will forever hold a special place in our hearts, and we have you to thank for that. Pura Vida

  I wish all my vendors were like Mindy. Mindy was one of the most responsive and professional vendors we used for our wedding planning. She generally responded within less than 24 hours any time we reached out to her, and she always had on point and helpful answers to our questions. We put so much effort into our wedding that we had little time to think about our honeymoon aside from where we wanted to go. Mindy was the perfect solution- she helped us pick hotels and activities that suited our every desire and need. All we pretty much had to do was go through the interview (which seems wacky but was helpful in my husband and I learning about what we truly wanted in a honeymoon) and tell her our budget- she took care of the rest. It was the most stress-free part of the planning. She picked out BEAUTIFUL hotels and fun activities through professional vendors. On top of booking the trip for us, Mindy provided us with tons of information prior to the trip to help us plan what we wanted to see and do when we got there. The nice gift baskets and upgrades at every hotel were also a great treat. We loved every moment of our Hawaiian Honeymoon and Mindy made it possible. We will definitely use her for future vacations!

  Incredible Honeymoon

  Working with Tonya was such a pleasure! She was so helpful from day one and answered all of my texts and emails within minutes no matter the time of day or the day of week. Even when we arrived in Saint Lucia, we were worried we didn't know where to go after customs to get to the hotel. I texted Tonya and she answered me within minutes, making us feel so much more comfortable. She was so patient when we would ask questions and always so happy to help. We had the perfect honeymoon thanks to her. We can't wait to book with Tonya again!

  Planning our honeymoon with Mindy was great! She was so helpful and very quick to respond to emails. We were unsure where we wanted to go, but Mindy helped us find the destination that was right for us. Our honeymoon to Costa Rica was awesome, and Mindy made the planning very smooth for us. I would definitely recommend Mindy to anyone who plans on traveling, she was great! :)

  From our first information request about My Vacation Lady Honeymoon service to us landing home sweet home – Mindy has been absolutely amazing to work with! Planning and picking our belated honeymoon spot after our wedding was such a breeze and easy process thanks to Mindy’s expertise of the world and best places to visit. She truly paid attention to the details we wanted and didn't want on our trip. The hardest part was picking one resort since we wanted to visit all of them! After consulting again with Mindy we decided to visit Sandals Halcyon in St. Lucia. We had the most amazing and wonderful belated honeymoon in May 2014. I truly believe if we had booked this trip by ourselves after the wedding it would have been just a “vacation” and we very much appreciate the way Mindy was able to work with the resort to make this a special – honeymoon trip for us despite it being 8 months after our wedding. We met couples during out trip who were on their anniversaries / honeymoons and they did not get the extra little specials that we received which I know was all due to booking with My Vacation Lady. Thank you Mindy so much for making this a very special trip for us! Also I wanted to really command Mindy on how wonderful she is with her clients: she was always reachable by phone for any silly question and amazingly quick to respond to all my emails – thank you for that! Additionally – all the confirmations, information, flight info was always quickly emailed over in a consistent manner which was easy to print and pack along. Working with Mindy on our honeymoon was a ton of fun - we are very lucky that we met her during a Bridal Show and will be using My Vacation Lady for all our future getaways – we can’t wait to plan our anniversary trip!

  Mindy made our honeymoon planning stress-free, easy and fun, and the Hawaii honeymoon trip she planned for us was fantastic! All of the activities we did were great. Having Mindy book everything for us and book early was great. We had front row seats at the luau we went to, front row seats for the helicopter tour, etc... It was also really awesome that when we had an issue with our zip-lining reservation, we didn't have to stress, Mindy just took care of it for us and also made sure the rest of our excursions were all set. We will definitely recommend Mindy to friends and family and will use her again for our future trips!

  Simply put, if you want to go on your Honeymoon and have no stress about where you're going, and how you're getting there, call Mindy at My Vacation Lady Travel!! Our honeymoon was not the first vacation we've booked with Mindy, but she came through for us just like she always does. The experience of working with a travel agent is so comforting and easy, I don't know why anyone wouldn't do it! Mindy made all of our arrangements so simple from the flight, to the transportation to the resort and back, and everything in between. First she provided us with a presentation on the locations we were interested in going, asked us for our thoughts, ideas, and interests so that she'd have a better idea of where we should go and what we'd like to do when we got there. Next she narrowed down some choices for us provided us with all of the information on each resort and location so that we could decide where to go. She made the entire process simple and helped us pick the most amazing destination and resort. We could not have asked for a more outstanding honeymoon and probably would have had a lot more headache and aggravation if we hadn't asked Mindy to help us! You have enough on your plate when you're planning your wedding, let Mindy alleviate the stress of planning your honeymoon!

  My husband and I knew that we wanted to use a travel agent when it came to planning our honeymoon. We were deciding between locations we weren't familiar with and wanted someone with experience and knowledge of the areas, hotels, etc. to help. We did some research on our end, met with a bad travel agent until we were finally introduced to Mindy, who was referred to us by our Rabbi (she had helped plan his daughter's honeymoon and she came highly recommended). From our very first interaction with Mindy, she was so professional, friendly, warm, and gave you the impression she would get things done. Very early on in the planning process she had an extensive conversation with us, to get to know us. She wasn't interested in just finding out where we wanted to go and how much we wanted to spend, she got to know the type of people we are, what we like to do, are we morning or night people; what interests us, did we want adventure or leisure? She listened to every bit of information we provided and planned us the most amazing honeymoon. We decided to go to Greece and that required her to book multiple flights, hotels, ferries, activities, car services, etc. There were ample opportunities for there to be a mix up with flights, schedules, transfers, missed pickups, etc., but NOT once was there an issue. She provided us with an extensive itinerary, detailing all of the information we needed to know regarding hotels, transportation, activities and EVERYTHING went off without a hitch, it was truly impressive. Not having to deal with any travel issues, allowed us to be even more carefree and enjoy ourselves. The hotels we stayed in were incredible, the service was outstanding and the activities booked for us only added to our enjoyment. She was doing her due diligence, updating us when needed and made sure we would be okay. Mindy did such an incredible job with our honeymoon we will absolutely be using her services again and have already recommended her to friends and family.

  We had a great experience when planning our honeymoon in Hawaii with Mindy! She helped us choose the islands and got us some great package deals within our budget. We went to Maui and The Big Island. Mindy left us notes with gifts at both hotels. She gave us tons of dining and excursion options with reviews. She was extremely helpful during the planning process for us Hawaii first-timers and we knew we could contact her at any time during our stay with questions. I'd recommend My Vacation Lady to anyone planning a big trip!

  We had an awesome time on our honeymoon! Mindy was able to get us upgrades at both hotels and we got special club access at our hotel in Kauai. Definitely would recommend Mindy to anyone planning their honeymoon!

  Mindy did an amazing job researching resorts in Aruba and presented us with 5 choices. The details and informative was extremely helpful! We choose the Radison and loved it! We plan on going ack soon and staying there again! It was a very painless process!

  Mindy came highly recommended from my brother and she did not disappoint. Mindy provided me and my husband with outstanding service. She was always reachable and answered all of our questions.   My husband and I were not sure where to start with the honeymoon process. We wanted it be as stress-free as possible, after all of the craziness of wedding planning! My Vacation Lady made that happen for us! From our first phone conversation, we knew we were in great hands. Mindy asked us thoughtful questions to gain a better understanding of what we wanted and dreamed for our honeymoon. After coming up with sample itineraries, she answered all of our questions and assisted us in coming up with alternative options. She was very open with us on what would meet our interests and budget needs. In the end, we decided on a Caribbean vacation in Antigua, and it exceeded our expectations! We had a blissful time and it was just what we needed after 14 months of wedding planning! The resorts we stayed in were beautiful, and we knew we made the right choice. If you want a stress-free honeymoon planning process, My Vacation Lady is the way to go.   Mindy was recommended to us by my brother and his wife, and what a blessing this was. My husband and I were not sure of a lot of things when we first went to Mindy to plan our honeymoon, but she sat with us for quite a while explaining all of our options and staying within our budget. She is very knowledgeable about so many different parts of the world and only suggested excellent resorts to us that she was familiar with. Once we decided on our St. Lucia location, she did everything for us. Mindy even pre-booked our excursions and researched restaurant suggestions for us (because we wanted to eat out one night). We also really liked the organized booklet that everything came in. It was so easy to follow. Mindy also called after our honeymoon to follow up and make sure everything went as planned, which shows that she values all her clients and the quality of their trip. We are looking forward to using her for future trips and you should for sure use her for your honeymoon or trip. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy! :-)

  It was a pleasure to work with Mindy. My fiance (at the time) and I were very worried about the expenses of traveling to Hawaii. He has gone alot of places but never Hawaii and I don't travel at all. Mindy was so incredibly patient with us through the process. She always offered input and feedback and assured me not to worry because we would have a wonderful honeymoon wherever we ended up. In the end, we did choose Hawaii and I wouldn't change a thing. I can't wait to go back oneday. I don't typically use a travel agent when I travel but since it was our honeymoon and we were going somewhere a little out of our league, I thought it would be nice. We have no regrets. Not one single thing went wrong on our trip. It was an amazing honeymoon. A memory that I will remember always.

  We could not even begin to imagine taking on the challenge of planning our honeymoon along with wrapping up our final wedding details without Mindy's help. We reached out to Mindy 3 months before our wedding date, and Mindy was patient, professional, and above all helpful! Mindy took care of all the details.
  
  We consider ourselves seasoned travelers, but just didn't have the mental bandwidth to take one more thing and plan it. Mindy took our likes and wrapped them up perfectly in an experience that was unforgettable, that we likely couldn't do on our own. Mindy is the best!

We always plan and book our own vacations, but with the stress of the wedding we figured we might try using a Travel Agent for first time. We were not 100% sure on where we wanted to go and what we wanted to do, but Mindy took the time to get to know a little about the type of people my husband and I are and sent over some sample itineraries. We decided ultimately on French Polynesia (Moorea and Bora Bora). Mindy found us an amazing deal on airfare and even managed to end up finding a deal on our hotels. Bora Bora has been a place I had long wanted to visit and the Four Seasons was where I had always hoped to stay (though figured it was well out of our budget), yet somehow she worked it all in. She was easy to contact and responded quickly, I had completely forgotten to book any excursions and we were set to leave in 2 days and I contacted her and she was able to arrange everything without a problem. Everything went super smooth - flights, transfers, hotels, and excursions. We definitely plan on booking more trips with Mindy!

  Amazing trip to Hermitage Bay Courtesy of My Vacation Lady.

  Mindy originally helped us plan a wonderful trip to Greece for June 2020; however, Covid caused us to change our plans. Due to the restrictions and our wishes, we decided to change our honeymoon destination and have it a year later. Mindy and her staff helped us change our plans, and gave us a few great options in the Caribbean. We ultimately decided on Antigua with her help. Her suggestion was to stay at Hermitage Bay, which was completely breathtaking. She even helped us upgrade to a beachfront room. It was truly a seamless operation due to Mindy, My Vacation Lady, and her staff.
