    Beautiful rentals and great to work with!

    Loved using My Lovely Events for our rentals. Vickie has beautiful items and was responsive and helpful!
    We got a lounge set and sweetheart chairs and they were the best!

    Absolutely amazing vendor with beautiful rentals

    We rentals a couch, two chairs, a coffee table, and pillows from my lovely events for a seating area at our reception at Camarillo Ranch. Vickie was so easy to work with. She helped up to come up with a design that went with our style and wedding colors and she helped us to decide the best placement for the pieces. I highly recommend her shop for anyone looking to rent unique and beautiful pieces

    I don't even know where to begin to thank Vickie for EVERYTHING. She was absolutely AMAZING. She was so organized and very detail oriented and SO good at what she does. She truly cares about her clients and making sure the day goes perfectly. She was truly a pleasure to work with. She scheduled phone calls throughout the months leading up to our wedding to make sure we were on the same page and on track. Her communication was excellent and she was always quick to respond. My husband and I wanted to give her multiple hugs days leading up to the wedding, during the wedding, and after the wedding to show her how much we appreciated her. Of course something unexpected always happens last minute before a wedding. For us it was rain but Vickie was on top of it. She thought of everything and anything we needed address. She took control of the situation and took a lot of the stress off of our shoulders. The weather continued to change throughout the day of the wedding. But on the day of the wedding she never once gave me a chance to worry about it because she did such an amazing job making sure everything went smoothly despite the weather. I usually have a type A personality but Vickie's organization and attention to detail amazed me. She is truly the best wedding coordinator I could ever ask for. She is someone that helped make our day so perfect and everything we could have asked for and more. She saw my vision of my dream wedding and made it come true. We highly recommend her to everyone. We enjoyed working with her so much. She is truly a sweet, kind, and amazing woman. Thank you Vickie!!

    My Lovely Events was so easy to work with! They had a wonderful selection of rentals for our wedding and the pieces we got just helped make the event so special and just tied everything together! I definitely recommend them and am so happy I found Vickie!

If you are planning a wedding you need a wedding coordinator and you will not go wrong with Vickie and My Lovely Events.     Vickie's services were invaluable. She asked questions about details I wouldn't have thought about. She coordinated everything with my venders the month of the wedding and took care of all the day of decorating and coordinating so I could just enjoy getting ready and enjoying my day.

    Where to start with Vickie at My Lovely Events...so many wonderful things to say but if you don't want to read through the whole thing, just book her. You won't regret it!
    After looking through endless reviews and meeting with several wedding planners, I decided to go with My Lovely Events and it was the best decision I made! I am a bit of a Type A personality and I needed to find someone who not only understood my personality but whom I could feel confident enough in to make sure my ideas were executed in the way I envisioned and Vickie was it! From our first meeting she listened to my ideas, helped me to come up with ways to implement them, offered great recommendations for vendors and design, and was just a tremendous resource of help. When it came closer to the big day, she made sure everything was on track by sending over worksheets, timelines, and organizing point with all my vendors. Without her, I can't imagine all the additional stress I would have faced running around trying to make sure each vendor was on the same page and on track with the timeline, original contract, were aware of changes, etc. When it came to the actual day of I didn’t worry about a thing because I knew Vickie and her team had it handled. It was such a relief to know that someone who knew exactly what you wanted was on top of everything and covering it all so you could relax and no one in your family had to run around stressing. If you’re wondering do you really need a wedding coordinator, or thinking it’s something that your mom or maid of honor could handle for you, the answer is yes you do need one, it’s worth it. Using her month of services enables you to relax and just enjoy your big day and soak in every moment because it flies by without having to worry about details- Vickie has it handled. But besides her organizational skills, Vickie has an incredible sense of style and design. Her touch truly helped to make it the best day ever and better than I envisioned!!!

    Vickie at My Lovely Events was so great to work with! We rented French Doors to use as a backdrop for our ceremony and re-purposed them for a back drop behind our sweetheart table. They worked out beautifully in both locations! We were able to swing by and pick up the doors on our way to our rehearsal to save on the delivery site fee and Vickie picked them up the day after our wedding to save us a trip. She was incredibly helpful in providing other ideas and vendor recommendations, plus her prices were incredibly reasonable! It really was a pleasure to work with someone so nice and helpful.

    If you're planning an event. Please consider this wonderful lady! We contracted for design/styling services, and décor rental for my daughter's wedding (including a custom piece). From the initial meeting up to the time she returned to the venue to pick up her items, she exceeded my expectations. She is as professional as she is kind. She and her staff are timely and efficient. I really can't think of anything more, I could have asked of Vickie and her team of designing women. I was thoroughly pleased!

    Vickie and her team were amazing!! Vickie was so friendly and professional. She helped us so much more than we expected for Day Of Coordination. Vickie was there for us from the moment we hired her; always willing to help and give advice. Our wedding day felt flawless and everything looked beautiful!!     There are not enough kind, positive words we can say about Vickie.

    We were referred to Vickie amongst other planners when we started this wedding process. After my first conversation with her, I knew we had to have her, and convinced my then fiancé the same immediately - our search was off. Right off the bat Vickie came across as kind and fun-loving, yet sharp, organized and absolutely committed to getting the job done.

    Throughout the planning process we bonded over more than just table layouts and timelines – we shared stories of our own families and lives – and by the time our wedding came I truly felt like we were working with a good friend and in good hands. She had us to reconsider details that we had cast aside that she believed were important, and yet respected our overall vision for the event, budget, and personalities. I was yet to meet an individual in our planning process who truly wanted us to be happy, and never pushed an agenda. Yet Vickie, and all of her recommended vendors, are all of these things.

    Furthermore, Vickie’s eye for detail and insistence on those “pretty” details meant she went above and beyond with respect to styling and put together gorgeous tablescapes with our florist, and arranged countless decors and extras to make our wedding look its very best.

    Most importantly, her positive attitude transcended any misstep or bad news that came up in the planning process, and on our big day. Even when things didn't go as planned, Vickie handled them like an absolute pro, kept a cool, level head, and pivoted to find a solution.

    Thank you Vickie and Jennifer for making our day phenomenal and everything we wanted! If you’re looking for a coordinator, do yourself a huge favor and stop your search here. Vickie is top-notch, 10/10, the real deal.

    How to begin to thank someone who helped create the day of your lives?

    We knew Vickie was The One from the very first hug, and we only grew to love her more as she helped us through the hectic process of planning a wedding. When we reached out to her, late in the process and confident that we’d covered most, if not all, of the bases, we could never imagine how much help she would actually be. She really was the ultimate wedding insurance. And assurance, because for as many times as one small thing went wrong, she was there to step in to help or ease any stress that formed.

    On the day of the wedding, it felt like she was part of the party. When speed bumps popped up, she guided us over them. She really and truly was there from beginning to end, and we relied on her before the wedding way more than we expected.

    By the end of the wedding, guests were coming up in droves, commenting on the look, the taste, the sound, but most importantly, the feel, of the wedding. There was so much warmth and love, and Vickie helped facilitate all of it. Her taste in décor is impeccable, and she worked so well with all of the vendors that we pulled off one heck of a wedding. The groom was very involved in the process – we called him Groomzilla, and still do – and cared very much for the small details, and Vickie was truly a blessing in terms of ease of communication.

    We could not recommend her more, and we’d hire her again for another wedding. She might just plan our next birthday party!

    I rented some vintage lounge furniture pieces from My Lovely Events. All the pieces were exactly as pictured, and even more beautiful in person. After pricing a few different vintage rental places, I found My Lovely Events to be the best quality and best price. Because of the uncertainty of the weather for my January wedding, My Lovely Events, had a couple back-up vignettes ready to be used inside, in case it rained the day of. They are a very professional and easy-to-work with vendor. Can't thank them enough for adding a little extra something to our special day!

    Vickie is the owner of MyLovelyEvents and she was the perfect fit for my wedding in January. As an out of state bride, I contacted her early on and she really went out of the way to answer all my questions and send photos of each rental item I was interested in. When things came up closer to the wedding date, she helped to give ideas on how to decorate, and even went so far as finding a calligrapher for our seating chart! She communicated with our wedding coordinator and did everything to make our wedding beautiful rather than simply dropping off the rentals. She really cares about the bride and how she can help to make it a special wedding day. Her prices are also VERY reasonable after researching many many of the other rental companies in the area.

    We rented a few vintage pieces for our wedding. Vickie is wonderful to work with. She is easy to get a hold of with any questions and her responses are always prompt and thorough. She goes above and beyond helping you dream about your day and the different options of rentals she has available. And her rentals are beautiful! I would highly recommend Vickie to anyone.

    Vickie Berry at My Lovely Events is an amazing, hardworking, professional, super friendly and a great individual! My now husband and I were not planning on having a wedding but eloping. Last minute, we decided to plan a wedding in one month. I found Vickie three weeks before my wedding. I sent out an emails to Vickie and I heard from her the same day. Our first conversation on the phone, I instantly knew she was going to be great to work with. She was so nice, professional, very understanding with our budget and took the time to understand what we wanted for our big day. I told her, we weren't planning on having a wedding but are now planning a last minute one, and that we really only wanted a day of coordinator. She said it was not a problem that she can come up with price that was fitting to our needs and wanted to work for us. I was (still am) so thankful that she was willing to help us out. Vickie went out of her way, helping me speak to vendors, email/contact people, and making sure that I was doing okay (before, day of and after the wedding). I never felt like Vickie was trying to make things her own way or take over anything, but alway having a positive, hard working, helpful attitude and making sure we were happy. The day of the wedding went so smoothly. Vickie and Christina were right on top of everything. She and her assistant stayed on time with the schedule, helped problem-solved any bumps in the road with timing and other issues, were helpful, friendly, even helped pack up the decorations at the end of the night (huge help) and always made sure that we (bride and groom) were doing well. Thank you ,Vickie and Christina for making our day wonderful, running smoothly and a day to remember!

    Vickie Berry at My Lovely Events is one of the most professional and hardworking people you will find in the Events industry. I had known Vickie from a past life where we worked together in a fast paced business environment, so I knew going in that she was an honest, hardworking person that has exceptional leadership capabilities and an unmatched skill at “getting stuff done.” She is the kind of person who is kind-hearted and cares too much about her work. Pair her great personality traits with her sharp style and eye for detail and she makes the perfect person for event organization.

    Her vintage rental furniture is to die for and it made for a very special atmosphere for my ceremony and cocktail hour. In addition to being the day of coordinator, it was an added bonus to have her keen eye to style all of the décor and make my wedding absolutely look as though it were out of a magazine.

    I had a large wedding, over 200 people, and I chose an airport as the venue, so there were a lot of pieces that had to come together to make it work. Working in a space that is not normally used as a wedding venue poses lots of challenges, Vickie did an exceptional job coordinating a ton of vendors and working around the rules and regulations of having a wedding at an active airport. I was on a budget so a lot of the elements of the wedding were do it yourself and needed lots of attention in transportation and assembly; Vickie executed all of these items with care as though it was her own. There was a lot of labor and a lot of effort that went into making it look exactly as I had envisioned.

    Without a doubt hiring her as a coordinator was the best decision I made in regards to the wedding. Vickie’s performance is what every event coordinator should strive to achieve, it is my honor to provide her highest recommendation.     Vicky was so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and willing to work with you. I won $400 of free rentals for my wedding and boy did it go a long way! She even painted her frames for the chalkboards to match my color scheme as well as let me pick up the chalkboards a few days early to get started on those. Loved working with her!

    Working with Vicky Berry was wonderful. She is such an amazing wedding planner and also does wedding rentals which makes it easier when planning a large wedding. Vicky goes out of her way to make sure you get what you ask for. For example we had rented a RR rental car that showed up an hour late, she fought the company for a partial refund while we were in our honey moon, we ended up getting 60% back of what we paid for. Vicky is just awesome!!!My lovely events also brings a team of assistants to make sure your wedding runs smooth and on time. I would highly recommend My lovely events if you want to have a stress free wedding.
