My husband and I renewed our vows after 10 years at Dreams Playa Mujeres. My Love Films was the best vendor decision we could’ve ever made. My Love Film was not only a master behind the video camera, but also a true professional. He arrived on time and the moment they walked through the door, I could tell they were passionate about going above and beyond for their clients. Our video was a true work of art. I was blown away! Roger, indeed brought my vision to life, it was as if he lived inside of my head. My family & friends adored him and his team. There is no better videographer in the whole country of Mexico for the price, professionalism and quality.

Roger was so great to work with from start to end! I planned my photographer early on in my destination wedding process and she recommended a few videographers. When I looked into My Love Films I knew their quality of work was exactly what I wanted. The short videos down to the full video captured every moment perfectly! They made us laugh and helped us to be ourselves. While it was hot on our wedding day they ran around to ensure everything was captured perfectly! The layout of everything was picture/video perfect. I have interviewed many photographer and videographer and ultimately, I had chosen Roger [videographer] and Isidro [photographer]. Before my wedding day, I was really nervous that I would not like my film and photos but, my goodness ♥️ I am absolutely blown away by how my photos and film look. Roger and Isidro have an amazing eye and delivered exceptionally magnificent results.
They are a true definition of professionalism with an outstanding skill set. My wedding film and photos were stunning and too beautiful. I have watched my wedding film almost EVERY DAY and I always have a BIG smile on my face. It makes me teary-eyed every time I watch my wedding film and look at my photos. I am IN-LOVE!
My family and friends LOVED my portraits and video! They felt like it was a “fairy-tale and magical movie”.
I have had so many questions/concerns and Roger was very patient with answering all of them and clarifying my thoughts via e-mail and zoom call. Throughout my wedding day, Roger and Isidro were GENUINE, FRIENDLY, FUN, ENGAGING, CREATIVE, PROFESSIONAL, and ARTISTIC! They have made my bridal party, groom and bride feel comfortable, easy-going and care-free. The film and photos were truly breathtaking with excellent quality. I will forever cherish these documents in my heart and proudly share with everyone 🤍 I am speechless and amazed. Roger, Isidro and their team have captured my love story in the most PERFECT and captivating way. The film and pictures allowed me to RELIVE the day. They captured our love, happiness and joy spirit of our wedding day. They were great at instructing us on how to pose for the photos, and the backgrounds were clean. It is BEYOND what I have imagined. After the wedding day photoshoot, they have continued to communicate with me and were quick to respond with my questions. They went above and beyond in making sure that I am happy with my wedding film and photos. They have exceeded our wildest dreams. YOU have made the bride and groom VERY HAPPY. Ugh ♥️ 1,000 stars 🌟⭐️🌟 A true artist with attention to detail. THE BEST.

We absolutely loved working with Roger and his team. They are so kind and very prompt. I purchased the 6 hours coverage package, which included an IG Reel, Teaser Video, Highlight Video, and Full Length Video (20+ minutes). It’s really hard to elaborate on I LOVE OUR WEDDING VIDEOS! Roger and his partner arrived on time, was affordable, was friendly, was affordable, was professional and did I mention AFFORDABLE. My Love Films got our video back to us a little over a month after our wedding and I love everything about it. I was very picky about the music that I chose for our ceremony, reception and highlight video but when it came to the full video, I let Roger do his thing… he nailed it! My Love Films are amazing! Found them on wedding wire and I honestly went on a whim booking them. I just saw they had really good reviews and pictures.

They are just amazing people that do amazing work. I haven’t received my films yet but I have seen sneak peeks including one the night of the wedding. Having a destination wedding can be stressful and picking out the right vendor can be overwhelming! MyLove Films made our experience fun and memorable! They are professional and very open to suggestions. My husband and I are creative people so seeing them work their magic was awesome. I am so glad I chose to work with MyLoveFilms! Roger and his team were so responsive and professional. They always answered my questions promptly and with so much kindness! They arrived on time and helped my wedding day go so smoothly with my photographer (Monica Lopez), and I didn’t even notice they were filming for most of the wedding they were so great! My family and friends raved about how amazing they were, and my husband and I felt so comfortable with them. The videos I got were so beautiful and well done. I got the highest tier package because I wanted the most time and videos. Roger worked with me to help me get exactly what I wanted, and the videos are so special! Roger and Alexis were extremely professional, kind, and quick to communicate leading up to our wedding and they were the same way in person. We booked the 8-hour package that includes a trailer, a highlight video, and a longer film video. I couldn't believe how quickly we received them and we absolutely loved each video! My love films was amazing from the first email I sent a year prior to my wedding to even post wedding! They were very responsive and helpful in setting up everything I wanted for my destination wedding in Cancun. I truly couldn’t have asked for anything better!
I was amazed when they showed up on my wedding day ready to go and all of the different angles/video footage they were getting without being asked.
All of guests commented on their services as well and kept asking me where I found them because they were amazed at how attentive they were. We all couldn’t wait to review the footage we knew it would be great just from watching them to their jobs, there was a camera present at all times which is exactly what I wanted.
Even post wedding they were great on communicating with me when I would receive my photo/videos. I got a teaser package 48hrs after my big day, a highlight video a week later, and all of my photos and video footage about 6 weeks later. I couldn’t recommend them enough they seriously made my day even more perfect than it already and they were all so nice and funny.
The best advice I was told was to get my own photographer/videographer and don’t skimp on it! I am so happy to have the footage to look back on and admire my special day forever. -

These gentleman were extremely professional and went above and beyond to make our day special. They captured all the special moments we wanted and got all our photos to us in a timely manner. We had a hurricane hit the day of our wedding and they came back a few days later to capture our reception! I was on the fence about getting a videographer in the beginning, but I honestly can say I think it is the best thing I did for my wedding. Roger was so amazing to work with from the very beginning. Great communication and very thorough. My love films team were extremely kind and helpful, and I am so thankful that they were available for my day. I will treasure the videos forever. They truly captured the love and energy. I cry every time I watch them. They work their magic QUICK! I had my teaser video in a week!! The highlight and full video were just as amazing! Roger and his team were amazing ! From the start communication was super easy. Roger and his associate showed up with a smile And were like ninjas. You would think having videography and photographers it would feel intrusive. Not with them, that made it feel like they weren’t there.
I was very much on the fence about spending extra money on a videographer as I was already over budget.
Ladies, my only regret was I hired them for 6 hours instead of 8. Do the whole time !!! I have watched my video over and over again !
I had a 1 minute teaser video in 3 days, my 4 minute highlight video in two weeks and my one hour video in a month. These guys are quick but with quality.

I have nothing but positive words about the team. They were professional, great to work with and have already gotten some sneak peeks 5 days later. They are worth the vendor fee my resort added on by not using the resort videographers! The team blended in so well during our ceremony and reception I never felt like they were too much in the face or anything with their cameras. Their work has been amazing and I can not wait to see what else they send my way, cause so far it will be hard to top the teaser video. The team was promptly on time and already had split up to my room and my husbands room to start getting video, there was no time wasted there. I also had some timing change on my end for ceremony and reception and informing the team was easy and they were flexible on all accounts which is greatly appreciated. I asked for certain photos/videos to be taken and they did just that, it is so nice to have someone listen to what you want. I would recommend this team for anyone in the Cancun area and wanting amazing work! They went above and beyond my exceptions!My Love Films's reply:

I had the best experience with MyLove Films, they were originally set to do my wedding but we had to cancel at the last minute.. They worked with me and offered to do a 2-hour photoshoot on a local beach for our honeymoon instead. The team was so detail orientated and did everything I asked & MORE! Their video and photo quality is amazing, I would 100% recommend them to everyone.
