    David is Seriously THE BEST Planner Ever!

    David cares SO much about his couples. He is extremely organized, professional, and extremely efficient. We had a call every month leading up to our wedding where we discussed every possible idea, concern and plan. He handled EVERYTHING! We booked a lot of our vendors through him, which made our planning process so easy and we couldn't be happier! I am so grateful for his decor inventory!! He did an amazing job on our ceremony and reception decor - the tables, backdrop, welcome signage and all the little trinkets were absolute perfection! We didn't have to source much outside of what he already had. He constructed the most detailed timeline that really allowed for our day to flow so smoothly, and honestly, I'm just so happy that we had such an amazing planner. I'm not great at planning so it was just a breeze having David's help. We are beyond grateful for him and all that he's done to make our day so special. 1000% you have to hire David as your planner!!

    Best decision

    My daughter and son in law are both in the military. As the mother of the bride, I was doing most of the planning on their behalf. Hands down - the best decision we made was to use Mx2 Even Design and doing the signature wedding planning package. The difference you will pay in the package will more than make up for itself with use of decor inventory, knowledge of vendors and what fits your price point, the organization of what needs to be done and when, and a completely seamless day. David is incredibly responsive. He responded to texts/emails very quickly. I really cannot say enough about how helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with that he was. Forever grateful for all that he did to make the day so special!

    Awesome wedding coordinator

    David was very easy to work with, from our first meeting with him until the day of our wedding. He kept us informed of all necessary timelines and everything went very smooth on our wedding day due to his organization and attention to detail. We would highly recommend him for your wedding day needs.

    MX2 was the best of the best !

    David did an amazing job helping my husband and I navigate through wedding planning . He made sure our day ran as smooth and nerve free as possible. We had the BEST DAY and he was there every step of the way. We are so thankful for David and MX2 for all of their help and helping create the most amazing and memorable day for us! We highly recommend!

    Excellent service

    David is an amazing person who was extremely helpful during this stressful process. He gave us so many ideas along the way and made sure our wedding went EXACTLY how it was planned. We are so glad that we decided to go with Mx2. Cora was also extremely helpful, especially on the actual day of the wedding during the clean up process. I highly recommend choosing them as your planner!!

    Best wedding ever!

    David and Cora made our wedding incredibly special and our wedding was perfect down to the last detail. We did not have to worry about anything! David was able to take our two backgrounds and create such a seamless wedding and we would recommended them to anyone

    Mx2 is the best of the best!

    David and his team were such a pleasure to work with. David is SO good at his job and is always one step ahead of the game. My husband and I got married back in May of 2022, and having David as our wedding coordinator made our day such a success. You name it, David did it....pre-wedding vendor communications, the coordination of linens, setting up my endless amounts of wedding decorations, bustling my dress, dealing so professionally with all of the guests and vendors, making sure my husband and I had food and drink throughout the reception, and even packing up at the end of the day... just to name a FEW. I highly recommend hiring David and his team to ensure that your wedding day is the absolute dream that you have always imagined. They will go above and beyond and do so much behind-the-scenes work to make sure your day is everything you hoped for and more. Thank you, David, for all that you do!

    A Dream Come True!

    David was absolutely amazing. I can guarantee there is no one else like him. I didn’t have to worry about ANYTHING my wedding day. His timeline kept us on track and made the entire process seamless. You need to hire him!

    Excellent planners

    David certainly knows the ins and outs of wedding planning; we wouldn't have been able to plan such an amazing wedding without him. He is professional, organized, reliable and hardworking. Not only was he able to recommend top quality vendors (florist, makeup artist), but he also let us borrow lovely vases, card boxes and other accents for the reception from his vast inventory. The best part was, whenever we had a question or issue, he called or e-mailed us back right away. Korra was great in helping coordinate the reception, as well. They are a great team who helped us have the best wedding we could have asked for. Thank you!

    The BEST choice for your wedding day.

    I cannot even begin to imagine how our day would have unfolded if we had not chosen David as our wedding planner. David was responsive from the minute I reached out to him. He is professional, to the point, and will get the job done, no matter what. No matter how many other weddings he was dealing with, he always made us feel that we were his only couple and his top priority. He was always readily available to chat and help guide my choices. With David, you will always get a response to your email, even in the most dire of circumstances. David was always quick to give suggestions and recommendations, but was never pushy and understood if I wanted to go a different direction. Planning a wedding during a pandemic was ultimately our biggest stress. David always kept us up to date with the current restrictions and was the most responsive of our vendors keeping us calm when we decided to move forward. He made us and our guests feel comfortable and enforced all restrictions keeping us all healthy. David is probably the most organized person I will ever meet and provided the most impressive timeline for us and our vendors. The best thing about David is he takes over all communication with your vendors. This took so much stress off of us as the wedding day neared. Along with our seventeen vendors that David communicated with, we had a windstorm right before our ceremony that knocked out the power and had all of our vendors struggling. David kept the show running as smoothly as he could. I have no doubts that if we had gone with a different planner, things would have run a lot less effortlessly. Since our wedding, we have a new running joke with our friends. We have been to several weddings since ours, and anytime something is going wrong, we laugh and say “If David was here, this would not be happening”. David was the absolute best decision we made for our day. Thank you so much!

    Fabulous Wedding Planner- A++ Best in Class!!!

    We hired David / Mx2 as our planner for our day – booking his premiere package. Let me tell you, it was the BEST decision we made. I asked my husband what vendor would he recommend to anyone - it was the fastest he ever answered a question (lol) - David!
    David gave us great recommendations on vendors from a cake lady, music and transportation. We booked each vendor he recommended, and they were beyond amazing!
    David was also so easy going, especially with the pandemic, as we had to do most of our meetings through video / phone calls! He was always so professional, caring and understood the vision from the start. We trusted David with our entire day!
    Speaking of our wedding – we didn’t have to plan a thing. David connected with each vendor, making sure they knew what time to arrive, where to be, what was needed. It was a wonderful feeling not having to worry about anything for our day. He had an extremely detailed timeline (which I’m type A), I was LOVING knowing what was going on when 😊
    David and his team also did a beautiful job with décor – they draped the corn crib and pavilion, used his string lights, globes, and beautiful gold beaded chargers in the reception. I had three different tablescapes – with David’s input and design skills all three came to life! I remember I peeked into the pavilion before the reception started and thought I was walking through a magazine! Everything was perfect!!     Literally cannot say enough!!

    David is hands down THE BEST. He was so thorough, involved, and creative! He had so many ideas, but at the same time, really listened to what we did and didn’t want for our wedding day. I could never have imagined the extraordinary design that he created!! Also, his inventory is amazing and makes everything so much easier. We literally had the best and most stress-free day as every piece and part was orchestrated and facilitated perfectly by David and his staff. We could not have asked for more. We hired David to plan and coordinate and could not have done it without him. He went above and beyond with every part of our wedding to truly make it a day we’ll never forget.

    Fantastic Experience

    My husband and I had the pleasure of working with David as our coordinator and he was the best! He is very organized and detailed. Goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of and puts so much attention on the couple the day of. His ultimate priority is the happiness of the wedding couple! Any issue or problem, he takes care of it, and you are none the wiser!

    He is extremely responsive to e-mails and makes keeping details organized super easy and painless. He hung draping in our reception venue of Historic Acres himself (beautifully), decorated the fireplace mantle and as I get pictures back I see some details he added in and they are just perfect!! He goes above and beyond to make sure you have the day of your dreams! Thank you, David!

    Superb Day-Of Coordination

    We had the absolute pleasure of working with David Snook for our recent wedding at Historic Acres of Hershey. From the initial phone call all the way through cleanup after our reception, David was professional, efficient, and genuinely kind. He provided excellent service and proved to be extremely trustworthy when he stepped in after a change in our Day-Of Coordinator. Our goal of hiring Mx2 Event Design was to ensure we would not have to 'work' on our big day, and he sure did accomplish that goal for us. David and his assistants worked very well and seamlessly with our vendors, wedding party, and guests. His communication is the best of anyone with whom we worked. We are so thankful and wish David and team the very best for the future.

    Mx2 design - david = amazing perfectionist!

    OMG let me tell you what David went above and beyond what I expected of him on my wedding day. We booked him for the Day of coordinator package at Historic Acres of Hershey. His timeline was point on, and nothing went out of order on the wedding day, David is very organized and professional with all vendors and planning. David listened to every little detail on décor and what I expected on my wedding day. We got so many compliments on how organized and smooth our ceremony, cocktail to reception went. A lot of our guest said they never seen a wedding run so smooth, and its all because of David and his team. THEY ARE A DREAM TEAM! I would recommend them x100000 YOU GUYS ARE SO AWESOME!     MX2 Event planning made our wedding. We honestly could not have pulled off our wedding without the help of David. David was there to help along the whole process, he was very organized and took all our dreams and turned them into a reality. As a bride, I was not stressed at all because I knew David had it all under control. He helped us with every big and little detail.     David is Amazing

    I am in CTO Grand Central and we worked with David this past weekend. He is hands down the best planner we have ever come across. The venue was breathtaking from his design and attention to detail. David works hard with urgency, professionalism and Heartfelt enjoyment. Excellent communication and preparation down to the minute. His warm and friendly personality while running the tightest ship of vendor control was nothing less than impressive. I have been doing this for nearly 15 years and this is my first ever review of another company... he was that good!

    Made our wedding PERFECT!

    I do not have enough good things to say about working with David and Maria! Had the pleasure of having Maria as our day - of planner and she made our wedding so seamless. I seriously did not have a thing to worry about during the day of the wedding. All of the small details and planning aspects were taken care of, and Maria was so sweet and accommodating throughout the entire day. I cannot recommend this company enough, they are absolutely amazing and made our wedding day perfect!

    We wanted to reach out to you and let you know how incredibly happy we were with Maria's assistance and guidance before, during and after the wedding. She was INCREDIBLE!!!

    I've never seen anyone work so hard or diligently pay attention to the smallest of details...and all while smiling and being cordial the entire time. She ensured that the entire wedding weekend was perfect! We LOVED everything about her!

    We enjoyed every minute of the wedding because we had full confidence in her ability to make Raquelle and Andrew's wedding day, special!     Maria is the best!

    Maria is the best wedding coordinator around! She has been there for us since day one. She always answered her emails/ phone calls/ texts no matter what time of day it is.     If you want the best, you’ve found it!

    David was the greatest resource for our wedding! We live out of town and he was totally available to help coordinate with the vendors in town the entire time we were planning. David always had valuable and positive input whenever we went to him with a concern or question.
    Among all of his responsibilities (setting up the ceremony location, the entrance way table, and coordinating all the vendor delieveries, among much more!) he was constantly checking in on me and my bridesmaids and the groom and groomsmen.
    The night of our wedding had a few glitches - such as the heavy rain and local traffic that pushed back our guests arrival- , but David was on top of it and kept us in the loop the entire time. He was quick to adjust our timeline and keep our event flowing.
    He even kept the string quartet, that my husband was surprising me with, a secret from me.
    We HIGHLY recommend David - no question about it!

    Out of This World!

    If it's one vendor that I am SO thankful for it's Maria with Mx2 Design! Words cannot express how amazing she was. If you had told me how smoothly our wedding day went - I would have never believed you, but it was all made possible because of Maria!
    She is kind, patient, and most importantly she is organized. She told us (and all of our vendors) that you'll never hear her say “that’s not my job” because she was willing to assist anyone in any way possible to make mine and my husband's wedding day a memory of a lifetime!

    We hired David as our day of coordinator and he was fantastic. His organization and professionalism was exceptional. From our first meeting, David took note of what was important to us in order to make our dream wedding a reality.     All in the Details

    David was excellent in every aspect of our wedding. Leading up to the wedding, the detailed schedule that he provided was reassuring that everything was going to go smoothly. That day, David had everything set up just as I envisioned, and was ready to tackle any snafus (lost button, dirty train, wardrobe tape). He was always attentive to us as the bride and groom and kept us on schedule. After the wedding was over, he packed the car and packed up all of my decorations just as I had originally packed them. The details that he paid attention to were exactly what I wanted and more!

    I cannot say enough about Mx2 Event Design. David was incredible to work with. We were planning our wedding living 7 hours away, and he was able to provide vendor recommendations – for vendors we absolutely LOVED – and worked with our schedule when we were in town to meet. He also worked with our vendors in advance of our wedding day to ensure that the timeline was correct and all of the i’s were dotted and t’s crossed. Having him there on our wedding day was invaluable. Not only was he busy decorating and making our vision come to life, but he also came to help us with any “emergency” – bridesmaids in need of safety pins, double sided tape, etc. Throughout the reception he was there to make sure we were on schedule and things were going as planned, and he also made sure that we – and our families – were taken care of. Our wedding truly was everything we had hoped for, and we have to credit David for that. I would highly recommend him and his team at Mx2!

    I cannot recommend Dave and his team enough! I’m admittedly a bit of a control freak and was hesitant to book a day-of coordinator, but it was the best decision I could’ve made! Dave’s unmatched level of energy, creativity, organization, experience, and professionalism helped me relax and enjoy our wedding day knowing that everything was in good hands. He always follows through, responds quickly, and is clearly passionate about helping his couples.

    Leading up to the big day, Dave was easy to reach by phone and email. I had lots of silly little questions that he answered with tons of detail and without making me feel dumb. On the day of the wedding, he did everything from coordinating vendors and services, to running to get my mom’s jewelry that she’d forgotten, to adding little last minute touches that made all the reception decor come together (plus tons of behind the scenes things that I bet I wasn’t even aware of). I cannot stress it enough- booking Dave and Mx2 will be the best decision you make for your wedding!

    About 6 weeks before our wedding, we realized we needed a day-of coordinator. I contacted a few companies and David and his team at Mx2 Event Design got back to me immediately. I spoke with a member of his team, Maria, the same day and got a great feel for who she was and how she could assist us on our wedding day. Maria helped us each step of the way by coordinating vendors, creating a timeline, etc.

    The day of our wedding, Maria was beyond amazing! She decorated our venue as requested, made executive decisions as needed, and ensured the day went smoothly. Without Maria, we are positive that our wedding day would not have been a wonderful and stress-free day. She was there for anything we needed, including bobby pins, hair spray, getting us drinks and food, finding members of our family for photos, and more. Maria is the best and we are so thankful she was there to help us with our day!

    David is more than I ever hoped for in a wedding planner. He is full of ideas that you should allow him to present. He came up with the perfect dinner duo.
    Since we weren’t local. David was always accommodating and found ways to get things done either in person, email, conference calls, and skype meetings. Every single vendor was found and suggested by David based on our budget. GUEST WHAT, they were all fabulous.
    David will help you with the following: Décor items, designing and ordering your invitations, signage needed, create a down to the minute (sometimes seconds) timeline of the day. Come the day of the wedding David will have anything and everything you could possibly imagine. He may even have the little dog playing piece from Monopoly!
    I asked David to help release each person of the wedding party down the aisle to a special part of the processional song. (You know… like they do in the movies!?) It was seamless. Exactly as I imagined.
    The most important part of this review to take away with you is that David is a man you can truly trust. He knows what he’s doing. He called me the weekend before our wedding just to make sure I was doing okay.
    Come wedding day, the venue suggested we pack up and move everything in doors because it started to rain. I didn’t even know it had rained until I went out for my first look and everything was wet. I am told he was tracking the passing storm, advised the venue there was no need to move anything, and insisted the ceremony be outside. It was outside, and it was BEAUTIFUL.
    I’ve conclude that the most important vendor you must carefully chose is: The Wedding Planner. They are more important than your venue, than your caterer, than the dress, than ANYTHING!
    I wish we could do that whole wedding again and again. But let me tell you this… I wouldn’t do it again without David.

    We worked with Maria from Mx2 Event design and to say she was phenomenal would be an understatement! She helped make our day go so smoothly, it was great. I brought things for the day of to set up with no idea how I wanted it done but her and the staff didn't think anything of it and they had everything set up perfectly that day. The little details they thought about throughout the day to make something that much better - they did it and with creativity!     Maria did an OUTSTANDING job as our day-of-coordinator! Our wedding would not have been nearly as wonderful as it was without her. She was in contact with all our vendors, created a timeline for the day and kept everything to schedule the day of. She took my decor ideas and executed them beyond what I ever imagined. I don't even know of any issues that arose because Maria took care of everything and we could just relax and enjoy the day. She was so much fun to have around and truly works so hard for her couples.     David is absolutely the BEST! He was super professional, organized and on point with every detail. In the upcoming months and weeks David assisted us in the timeline coordination and helped with decor ideas. The rehearsal was interrupted by heavy rain but David was able to control the situation and make sure that we all knew what to do and when to do it. But nothing compares to actual wedding day. I'm not sure what I would have done without David's help. He took care of every detail was in contact with all vendors. I did not have to lift one finger! I got to enjoy the morning with my bridesmaids =) The wedding was perfect and I have David to thank! I urge all brides to consider working with David because I know you won't be disappointed.     David and his team were exceptional! We had booked our venue space soon after getting engaged and once doing so realized it would require a lot more work than we originally thought to make it the wedding of our dreams. We then came across David, truly an angel. He met with us at our venue for our initial consultation, we then received a quote for his services and decided to book him as our coordinator/event designer. From there he literally saved the day.

    For about a year out from our wedding he worked day and night to ensure we were right on track. He took care of ALL the details, from contacting vendors, designing all of our beautiful signage (table numbers, bar signs, photo booth, memory table). He essentially designed our whole wedding and reception space, he worked side by side with our florist and vendors months prior to the wedding to ensure all details were sorted out.

    Our wedding we had a LOT of moving parts, a lot of first looks, and we had a LOT of locations for these moments. David worked diligently and completely arranged a timeline from start to finish of our day; once we hired David all our wedding worries went away. Not one single detail was missed.

    Anytime we had a question he was just an email, txt or phone call away. He is so professional and will make sure what you need gets done. Our theme we were going for was whimsical garden and MY GOODNESS did he deliver. Mx2 Event Design is truly a DREAM TEAM! Best decision we made.

    He joined us as our day-of coordinator but his assistance started well before the big day. He got to know the groom and me. He got to know our vision for the wedding. He then made sure all the final details were completed with that vision in mind. He also made sure the evening progressed seamlessly and was on hand and ready to respond if any issues arose.

    David allowed me and my now-husband to focus solely on enjoying the day. For that, I am forever grateful.

    As the "FOB" (Father Of the Bride) I cannot say enough things about David Snook (Mx2 Event Design) and the services he has provided before and during our daughter's wedding. With all the stress involved in the months preceding the event, all my wife (the "MOB") and I wanted in that special day was to sit down, relax, meet people and have a good time, knowing that everything was in place and well coordinated with other vendors and with the venue set up details, on top of giving peace of mind to Bride&Groom. From the early meetings till the day of the event itself, David has worked genuinely, diligently and methodically following what the B&G wanted, kindly and professionally accommodating our requests, leaving no stone unturned. Though we all felt a bit nervous in hours prior to the event (hey.. it was our daughter's wedding!!!!), the result was predictable: with his experience, familiarity of the venue and vendors, David (with the help of Tatiana) coordinated all the initial activities in the morning followed by a beautiful and flawless ceremony in the afternoon ending with a great party late in the day, where everything worked so well.     David was only hired as our day-of coordinator but consistently went above and beyond that title for the ENTIRE engagement process. His energy, organization, and expertise in the business become crucial as the wedding comes closer. He helped us find special linens, fresh greenery, and even provided us stationary as we searched for the perfect invitation! One of the most amazing things about David is his response time. As a nervous bride, no matter the time of day or day of the week, I would e-mail David and hear back from him within the day or at the latest, within 24 hours. This was so comforting! He provided us with in depth timelines, coordinated with our (MANY) vendors, and helped us with each part of our wedding night – dinner, cake cutting, exit, etc. David is an amazing wedding coordinator—you will be grateful to have hired him…we could not have done it without him!     Our wedding venue, Historic Acres of Hershey, has a partnership with Mx2 Event Design, and though I was reluctant to hire a coordinator at first (yeah, I thought I could do it all on my own), it was the best decision ever to hire Mx2. Though the owner, David, had another wedding, Maria Achenbach, his right hand woman, was assigned to coordinate our wedding.
    I cannot tell you how thrilled I was to have Maria there with my [then fiance] every step of the way. She immediately caught the vision I had dreamed of my entire life - and so easily turned it into a reality! Maria is everything you want in a coordinator; easy to communicate with, responsive!, sweet, yet firm when she needs to be! She also knows how to manage time and delegation of responsibilities well, so I knew the morning of, that I could trust Maria to accomplish all design and layout aspects. The photos attached just depict some of the work done by Mx2. They facilitated so much more!
    Even David sat in on a meeting of ours, just because he was available, and found a quick solution to a problem we were trying to sort out. They were a joy to work with and I can wholeheartedly say I gained a friend in Maria!
    5/5. 10/10. 100/100. Mx2 Event Design is who you want to hire to be your day of coordinator.

    David Cole Snook truly makes wedding magic!!!! Our day was absolutely perfect due to David Cole Snook! Everything was beyond what we could've even imagined. We cannot stop talking about how truly perfect the day was because of David! His attention to detail and organizational skills and ability to truly create our vision amazed myself and all of our guests!

    Everyone could not stop raving about how gorgeous the setup was and how seamless the transitions were from one phase of the wedding to the next- that was absolutely a reflection of all of David’s work and love that he put into the space!

    When it came to the rehearsal, it is common that wedding coordinators can be pushy, humorless, and impatient. David was anything but. Preparing and instructing two dozen people (including little children) to be ready for the big day can be a stressful task and David demonstrated only tact and professionalism. He was assertive and clear on what needed to be done and was respectful to everyone involved.

    David had recommended that my husband and I see the reception area prior to the guests. It was such a special moment for us to share together in the beautiful space he had created.

    He is also the most prepared person I’ve ever met. There was not a single scenario that he was not ready for and did not have a solution for.

    I could write on and on about how vital David was in making our day one we will truly never ever forget!!!

    David was absolutely wonderful to work with. He went above and beyond what we expected! From the very first step of meeting with him, through the planning process, all the way to the end of the reception and cleaning up, we couldn’t have asked for anyone better! He answered every question we had as well as brought up some essential things we never would have thought of ourselves. He had some wonderful recommendations for vendors we hadn’t yet decided on. And prepared. Oh man was he prepared. He was ready to tackle ANYTHING on the day of the wedding. Any issue we could have run into. He had a solution for it. He kept the entire day running smoothly and we were actually ahead of schedule most of the day! It was a bit of a wet day outside but did I mention prepared?     We never would have been able to pull off our dream wedding without Mx2 Designs. Maria worked with us to plan out every single detail of the wedding and reception. Before our first meeting, we were overwhelmed with how much we had left to do. Maria asked all the right questions and after a half hour we realized that everything was almost done. She kept in contact with us and all of the vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page leading up to the wedding.

    The day of, we did not have to worry about anything. Maria made sure things ran smoothly and timely. Any problems that arose she dealt with, making our day stress free and enjoyable.

    Our only regret is waiting so long to invest in Mx2 Designs expertise and services.

    Our wedding was planned by David of Mx2 event design.

    Without David’s extensive knowledge, careful design, and meticulous planning, there’s absolutely no way that our wedding would’ve gone so perfectly. When we first decided to hire a planner for our wedding, we had almost nothing decided. We knew that since we were living across the state and having the wedding in Harrisburg, planning the wedding would be complicated. We needed a planner that would communicate with us often. We interviewed a few planners in the area, but stopped after we interviewed David. His prices were very competitive, and he seemed to know precisely what would be required to plan our wedding. Throughout the planning, it felt like the hardest job we had was to sit down and write an email to cover the vast amount of work he had accomplished since we had last spoke. He would gladly meet us whenever we could spare a weekend and travel to Harrisburg. He was generous enough to give us access to his inventory of wedding supplies, which literally saved us hundreds.

    The day of the wedding went perfectly. We were constantly impressed with the attention to detail and decoration. He took it upon himself to make sure each element was appropriately decorated and placed. Weeks later, we are constantly hearing from guests how beautiful everything was, how organized the day felt, and, most importantly, how much fun everyone had.

    We're already recommending him to other couples we know that getting married.

    I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with David. he completely took care of every detail from decoration to calling vendors. My wedding day was the best day of my whole life. There was zero stress for me or any of my family. If I had to chose between alcohol and david for budget purposes I would 100%pick david. Because of him I have nothing but the fondest memories of not only the wedding day but also the planning. He responded to every email and text within minutes. He knows where to save money to keep you in budget. He has such a great eye I gave him complete decorating license and was wowed by the finished setting. I love David and I wish I could hire him to run my life!

    David is AMAZING!! He was extremely easy to work with throughout the wedding planning process. After our final meeting with him weeks before the wedding, I knew that our day would be stress free. He is on top of everything, and ensures that your vision is carried out the day of. Several things went not as planned the day of, and it had no impact on our day because of David. He came to the rescue so many times, including calling in a back up hair and make up artist (because my original vendor did not follow through fully)! It was the best decision to have David coordinate our wedding- we would recommend him ten times out of ten!!!

    Where do I even begin? Let's start with just this next sentence. My daughter's wedding would not have been a success without David. I knew David was the perfect planner for my daughter's wedding the very first time I spoke with him on the phone. David was recommended by our wedding venue manager. Diana's wedding had so many components to it that there was no way it was going to come off without a hitch unless someone very organized and competent was in charge. We hired David as a "Day Of" planner, but he was involved with many phone calls, texts, and meetings along the year of planning this event. David provided the draping of the venue along with overseeing the coordination of the flowers, the rented vintage furniture, the cake, the wedding wands, the caterer, the cigar bar, the s'mores, the caricature artists, the band, the video equipment, the photographers, the bus rentals, and the ice sculpture. He came to the rehearsal and helped put it together for the wedding day. On the wedding day, he tied the bowties for the guys. David came to the rescue when one of the groomsman discovered that he did not have the vest that every other guy had. He FORCED a certain men's store to bring it to the venue. When we discovered that the ring pillow was missing, David had a solution. As the Mother of the Bride, I did a lot of work for this wedding, but I wanted to turn all the worries and headaches on the wedding day over to someone else AND David Cole Snook was the person that MADE THE DAY HAPPEN! Many guests told me it was the best wedding that they ever attended. So...thank you David! Mission accomplished.

    To all future brides, David is by far the #1 thing you need to make your day! From the moment my husband and I met him, we knew he was exactly what we needed! He wasn't just by our side on the wedding day. David was in contact with us off and on throughout our entire planning process checking in with us and making sure he had everything we needed and what our expectations were so that he could provide, and exceed, all of these things! My husband and I didn't want to put our bridal party or parents to work the day of the wedding, so David set everything up for us and made sure it was perfect! He also helped us take down the decorations at night and had everything ready for us to load up in the cars. Our wedding was seamless from start to finish, even including the rehearsal the night before. David aims to please in a flawless manor. He does not leave room for error and is a jack of all trades! He helped my bridesmaid's sew up some wardrobe malfunctions, and had just about everything you could think of in his emergency kit! We honestly do not know what we would have done without him! He thought of so many things I would have never even dreamt of!     Maria provided day of coordination services for our July wedding. We had the pleasure of being Maria's very first solo wedding! When we first booked, David was involved in all email communications and meetings, but when we began to work with just Maria, the transition was so seamless! Maria was amazing to work with! She was so fun, organized, flexible, and helpful throughout the entire process, but especially on our wedding day. We had a few hiccups with the getting ready process and with our venue, but Maria was on the ball the ENTIRE day - which was from 8 am until 11 pm, might I add! She did a fabulous job decorating our venue, keeping everything (and everyone!) in order and on time, and even helping our DJ hand out glow sticks!     Where do I start with David!? David was ON THE BALL from the very first email I sent him to the very last. I can even say there were guests who commented they wanted to get "re-married" just so David could do their wedding. I continuously told David that I don't think he ever sleeps because he answered my emails, calls, and/or texts with lightening speed and he never missed a beat. I felt completely comfortable with David being in charge of one of the most important days of my life, and I can tell you David treats your day as if it is the most important day of his life as well! David was never late, he was always on time, and always a step ahead of me, but he never overstepped his boundaries and took every idea (crazy or not) that I wanted at our wedding and executed it flawlessly. His attention to detail is uncanny. My now husband and I are both artists and we both had very specific (well maybe just me hehe) images for our big day. David took those images and brought them to life. He listened, cared, and made everyone feel important. David is one of the people I have to thank for bringing this girl's wedding dreams to life.     I highly recommend David Snole Cook From Mx2 Event Design as a wedding coordinator! We hired David as our day of wedding coordinator and during the wedding dinner, my husband turned to me and said "hiring David was the best thing we bought for this wedding" and he was right! David was incredibly organized, highly experienced in event coordinating, and easy to communicate with. I didn't have to worry about a thing on my wedding day and if something had gone wrong, I was confident that David could handle it. David not only helped the wedding come together the day of, but also helped the flow of the wedding throughout the night. I highly recommend hiring him as an event coordinator!

    I found David through Weddingwire.com as I was looking for a 'Day Of Coordinator'. I had to meet him in person because his reviews were too good to be true. When my husband and I met with David, we've decided to expand his role and he became more than my 'Day Of Coordinator'. Through many months of working with David, I can confidently say the reviews I read were ALL TRUE. He is hard working, very dedicated, ultra creative, multi-talented and yet oh so empathetic wedding planner and he truly has made our wedding a perfect day. There has never been an email missed, text not replied. He was a god send. I especially appreciated his honesty and transparency. He would be the first one to tell you what he can and cannot do and he truly lives up to his promise. You will not regret working with him, because he approaches each and every weddings/events as if it were his own. David, again, thank you very much for all of your dedicated hard work!
    p.s. We had to accommodate our Korean guests and David went above & beyond to get our seating cards printed in both languages, but he's not Korean! You won't regret working with him.

    THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Where do I even begin?! Let's just say my wedding would have been a complete disaster without David! Initially I struggled with hiring a wedding coordinator because my fiancé and I were paying for our wedding by ourselves but soon I became overwhelmed with all of the work that went into it and that's when David came in! He was so affordable and even helped save us money throughout the entire process including taking care of ALL of our decorations! Every time a little glitch came along (which is an absolute guarantee when planning a wedding) David was completely calm and handled it to make it better than it would have been beforehand! I cannot say enough about how amazing our experience was with David and I would recommend him to anyone! I got to be a guest at my own wedding and actually enjoy it!     Dave was our Day of Coordinator, and he was worth his weight in gold, and then some. My daughter's wedding was on private property, which meant they had to have EVERYTHING brought in. Twenty four hours before the wedding, the sound system arrived -- broken. Within two hours Dave had another sound system arranged! For the initial meeting, he met with my daughter and her fiancé via FaceTime, because they were in California. He made some wonderful suggestions that no one had thought of, which added special touches to the wedding. We didn't actually meet Dave in person until the day before the wedding. Dave coordinated arrival and set up of at least 20 vendors. Shortly after the reception started, it was determined that it was too cold and windy for an outside bar.......Dave arranged and helped to move it inside the tent. It was done flawlessly, and NO ONE in the families had to be involved. He worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure everything ran smoothly, while checking with me periodically to see if I needed anything. He even kept the bathrooms stocked! The families were able to enjoy the wedding, without a care in the world. I can't say enough about how valuable Dave was to us. This was the best gift I could have given to my daughter, her now husband, our families and myself.

    David was amazing to work with! He went out of his way to make our day absolutely perfect. He was always quick to return our calls / emails and helped keep our wedding planning right on track. I was planning my wedding while living in a different state and David calmed my nerves and reassured me there was nothing to worry about.     David was beyond amazing. If it weren't for him my wedding wouldn't have run nearly as smoothly. He's super quick to respond to emails and more than willing to help out in any way he can. I only utilized him for day-of wedding stuff but I can honestly say that I wish I would have used him for everything. You can tell that he really likes what he does. The day of my wedding he had everything! He had floss picks for my ladies who had fruit stuck in their teeth, extra hair spray since my hair dresser forgot some of hers. During the night when I was dancing someone accidentally stepped on my train when it was bustled and it ripped but David grabbed something out of his bag and fixed it in less than 5 minutes. He's just awesome. I'd give him 20 stars if I could. Booking him is probably the best wedding decision you'll make (besides marrying your loved one??).

    It was a 96 degree, sunny day. My daughter and the groom were being photographed. The outdoor ceremony was to begin in 30 minutes. I breathed a sigh of relief that our do-it-yourself wedding was finally all set up and going on the right path. What I DID NOT know was that a freak storm had popped up in our area. We were in the path of a small tornado! A huge black cloud engulfed us with high winds, thunder, lightning, and rain. Wind ripped through the barn, toppling glassware on the beautifully arranged tables. The ceremony chairs got soaked. Arriving guests reported seeing trees snapping and falling.. Was I worried? NO, I had David Snook on my team.
    Previously, David helped us set beautiful tables, organize the seating, schedule, and so much more. When challenges came up David was reassuring. He quickly and calmly resolved the stressful issues. As he put it, “ALL weddings have HICCUPS.” When this crazy storm hit I knew that David would help us deal with this “hiccup” as well.
    The rain ended. Soon the guests were seated in dryed-off chairs. Everyone was ready. The music played. My husband kissed our daughter and the magical wedding began. How did things get turned around so quickly? …David Snook!
    David was great. He was there setting up, organizing, dealing with disasters,and preventing disasters from happening in the first place, all with his smooth, professional style. He is a great communicator and is there to assist YOU, without being bossy. When David needed to assemble the bridal party or line up family members (a lot like herding cats) he was appropriately firm and (thankfully) in control.
    From the moment we hired David our stress levels went way down.He is professional, reliable, flexible, and great to work with. There were no long gaps between phone calls or email messages. If you are in need of an excellent Wedding Coordinator I highly recommend David Snook!

    David was the by far the most amazing wedding planner!!! We were so lucky to have him as our planner and I couldn't imagine planning our wedding without him. Not only was he extremely affordable but he saved us on so many other costs! He picked up our wedding day flowers, which saved us about $200 in delivery, helped us find a tent vendor that was closer to our location, which saved us on over $500 in delivery costs, helped us pick all our vendors who he had discounts with given his relationships with them and many others that are too many to list here! Not only was he financially worth it but on an emotional factor he was amazing! He made the process as stress free as possible, he talked to all our vendors to make sure everything was organized and answered all their questions. Since I was working full time at the time right before the wedding, I was so lucky to have him handle all the little details with the vendors. He even came to our reception site months before the wedding to review the outline and design and came the day before the wedding to help organize our rehearsal and to start our design. Best of all he had such beautiful taste with design!! I got so many wonderful comments on how amazing our tent design was and all the beautiful details he put into the design of the tent and table with the flowers and the lighting. He met with our florist multiple times to make sure our flower areangements were perfect. He even brought his own decoration to help decorate our tent/tables.
    Oh and did I mention how great he is with the time factor. He made our timeline weeks before the wedding and sent it to all the vendors. Everything flowed perfectly during the wedding, from the two ceremonies we had, to organizing all the pictures to the sparkler exit he organized at the end. There is absolutely no way it would have all went perfectly without his guidance! So 100% having David as our wedding planner was the best decision I made when planning our wedding!!!

    Whatever you do for your wedding, hiring David should be #1. I was skeptical at first because his pricing was great but he had very little to no reviews. So I called him to get a better feel for the situation. David explained how he has been a cruise event director for many years and is just getting into weddings. With that kind of experience I felt confident going forward. But I had no idea what an absolute asset and invaluable player I had added to my wedding team! Firstly, no matter what time of day or night I got a response from David on average within 10 minutes of any question. This was incredible as you will probably learn soon enough that wrangling certain vendors can be a headache. He was always willing to go above and beyond what was exactly contracted to make sure I was confident in the wedding day plan. He made multiple timelines of the day of until everything was perfect.
    He also took over my vendors 2 weeks out which I would HIGHLY recommend. He dealt with making sure everyone knew where to be at what time and what to do so it was not my problem. He was always very reassuring and truly made me feel like no matter what happened, he would handle it.
    The day of the wedding David was everywhere. When it was time line everyone up, coordinate the send off, transition the guests from one venue to another. He made sure to only ask me questions about important things and completely took my opinion into account. (I had hired a cupcake truck to pull up, but it was raining. He was going to arrange for them to set up where the caterer was. My guests were running around in the rain so I told him not to worry about it and he conveyed all this to the cupcake people) He also re-set up my photobooth which was meant to be on the lawn, under a covering without me even asking. He definetleyhad his eyes on the details. All in all, David made my day as worry free as possible and was incredibly reliable, which is what you need during this time.

    To put it simply, David is professional, experienced, and delivers high quality service. I am incredibly detail oriented and enjoy planning, therefore was convinced I could plan my wedding entirely on my own. Stress and a busy work life got the best of me and I caved, deciding to hire a day of wedding coordinator. When we sat down to plan, David asked me "tell me in a sentence or two what is most important to you about your wedding day, describe how you want to feel?" I told him I wanted it to be completely stress free, laid back, and entirely focused on our marriage rather than getting lost in minute details. He assured me the day would be exactly that, and he 100% executed. Despite my micro-managing & anxiety-prone tendencies I did not worry about anything, the entire day I felt so incredibly "present", peaceful, and as cliche as it sounds, I was blissfully happy and in love. I did not spend any time setting up, chasing around bridal party members, giving vendors directions, breaking down decor - David and his incredible assistant Emily did it all. Everyone in my wedding party has mentioned to me how impressed they were with his professional mastery of being kind and assertive, present and always available to help yet not at all overbearing. Overall, my only regret was not hiring David to help me plan the wedding from Day 1!

    I cannot express how happy and relieved I am that I had David as my wedding coordinator. Our venue was no easy task; it was completely DYI, requiring complete set up of everything. At first I thought I would be able to handle it on my own but quickly realized that I needed some professional assistance. David was more than willing to take on any and all challenges I threw at him (which were quite a few!). From setting up the ceiling draping with lights to the arbor and barn curtains to the flow and timeline of our wedding day (to making sure the sun would not shine in our eyes for our ceremony, he thinks of everything!), David was on top of his game. Any issue that came about on the day of our wedding David quickly corrected with ease and made sure that it did not disrupt our day. I highly recommend David as any brides wedding coordinator.

    I cannot express my gratitude for David's attentiveness during my wedding. I started planning our wedding approximately 17 months in advance. A few months before the wedding I finally decided I didn't want to "run the show" but wanted to be able to enjoy myself. I put a feeler out and was quickly drawn in by his competitive rates and "keyboard" charisma that is equal in person. I debated for the longest time whether hiring someone for one day was "worth it" and it was worth every penny and more. My vendors were delighted with him; my DJ gave a glowing recommendation on his personal and professional Facebook pages. My MoH, my sister, was very happy; I wanted her to enjoy herself too. My guests were delighted with how everything went and there's comments all over social media about how our wedding was the best they have been to in a long time or ever. My venue was no easy task, our prep rooms were on two different floors and the venue spanned across three floors, two of them with no or poor cell service. The night went superbly with very minor hiccups that I saw. If there were more, David did a good job keeping me out of it so I wouldn't worry. He really had OUR BEST INTERESTS in mind. A friend asked why she should look at hiring a coordinator for her own wedding instead of just using the wedding coordinator at her venue. I told her because sometimes you just need someone to look out for only you, not the other services they provide or in the interest of their boss.

    All email responses were prompt at ALL hours of the day, not just business hours and he would remember details that I didn't even remember mentioning (or perhaps he just "knew"). I was happy when he sent me an email the night of our rehearsal with his game plan on alleviating an issue we had with our ceremony audio/visual. Our wedding was last night but I wanted to be sure I gave David credit where deserved. I'm recommending him to my friends! You can't go wrong. I can't say enough.

    David and Bri of Mx2 Event Design were wonderful to work with and took the concept of my 50th birthday party and made it a beautiful reality. They transformed an ordinary hotel ballroom into a fun dance party. The party was exactly how I pictured it. I appreciated their creativity, connections with vendors, ability to work within my budget, interest in fulfilling my vision and attention to the smallest details, such as the personalized centerpieces that were created and the hanging record decorations from the ceiling. Most of all, though, I appreciated the calm demeanor and adaptability in a less than ideal circumstances. Unfortunately, my original party date had to be changed at the last minute because of “snowzilla”, the blizzard of January 2016. Mx2 eased my stress when they were able to seamlessly reschedule the event, reschedule vendors, re-issue invitations and even transfer my out-of-town guests’ hotel reservations to the new date. Friendly and professional, Mx2 was the perfect party planner and I would highly recommend them for any event.

    Mx2 provided us with the absolute best experience and options anyone could ask for. David had fairly short notice for our small backyard wedding but his flexibility and ability to make you feel like you've known him forever left a lasting impression that will be in our hearts forever. Mx2 is an experienced class act that I would highly recommend for any occasion or event that needs planned. David's ability to bring everything and everyone together on that special day truly left us amazed, satisfied, and just plain happy. If there were more than 5 stars to give Mx2, I would've.     I cannot stress enough how nice it was to not have to worry about anything on your wedding day. Dave did just that- He attended our venue walk-through, our rehearsal, ordered our sweet-heart table linens, and he was at our venue on the day of our wedding form 10am- 10pm. He is absolutely responsive with emails, reliable, and always is one step ahead of everything. Before we hired Dave, I contacted about 10 day of coordinators and none were as responsive or comparable in price as he is. Our wedding was absolutely wonderful, stress free, and memorable all thanks to Dave Cole. I would highly recommend hiring Dave for your wedding as you will not be disappointed. He takes great pride and joy in what he does.

    Dave was amazing to work with. He responded to emails promptly and helped me with numerous things you don't really think about (such as where the vendors are to eat and how much to tip people) whenever I was getting overwhelmed with details. He always responded to emails in a prompt fashion, which is extraordinarily important whenever planning something.

    He is also extremely handy to have around for the unforeseen issues. I had a very long dress that everyone kept stepping on and partway through the night one of my guests tore a hole in the top layer of my dress, which wouldn't allow that layer to remain bustled. Thank goodness I had Dave who can sew and was able to patch my dress back up so I could party the night away!

    Maria was a great help to me on planning the wedding and being there the day of to help with set up and tear down. She took away a lot of the stress that could have been there. She was so easy to work with and very personable. David was so helpful in decor and scheduling and getting me set up with Maria. I am so thankful to have had them be a part of my big day!

    David stepped in at the end phase of our planning to provide coordination of vendors and day of setup. We were pleased with the services he provided. David has great relationships he has built in the industry which was very helpful!

    Maria was absolutely fantastic! I originally wasn't going to hire a day of coordinator thinking I could manage everything myself and ultimately decided to hire MX2. She helped with everything! You think of it, she will do it. Definitely helped make the process far less stressful and run much smoother!
