THIS IS A SUPER NO BRAINER!!!! I planned my wedding from out-of-state. On a mini-visit to Tampa, Ed and his team came to meet the groom-to-be and and we instantly "clicked". He understood our eclectic musical selections and even worked out some fabulous ceremony music compilations. We of course used Music and More for our reception , whose location was different from the ceremony site, and they moved their gear without missing a beat. Our reception was simply one word: LEGENDARY!!! completely thanks to Ed and his team. even weeks later, ALL of our guests are raving about the fun we had, pointing out the dancing and GREAT music. The value of UNLIMITED hours for your contracted price , is simply AMAZING!!! They kept the music and crowd tempo going all night ...we had a small wedding of about 40 guests ..but EVERYONE was on the dance floor so it felt like we had soo much more! Even our older guests could stay off of the dance floor. The groom saw his parents dance like they did when he was growing up.----simply put --we want to get married all over again and this company is the reason why! I TOTALLY RECOMMEND!!! -

Music and More Entertainment Service is AWESOME!!! I used them for our corporate Holiday party. They provided music and a photo booth. Everyone loved the energy of Ed. He got everyone up and moving all night long. Chanel was such a valuable resource- walking around all night getting song requests and coordinating various games. I would def. recommend Music and More and will be using them again for future events. -

Best DJ service ever! They were professional, funny, prompt. all of the above. All my guest loved them. They are able to read the crowd and play songs that keep everyone dancing. I had a smaller wedding and still they had everyone dancing non stop. They always have at least two people so that everything moves smoothly. I would use them again in a heart beat. My wedding was on September 8, 2012. Music and More Entertainment Services was wonderful. Very courteous and professional staff with wonderful music/lights show. The photo booth was a big hit as well. I found them to be very reasonable as well. I will be using them for future events. They were definetely the icing on the cake. -

This DJ is the greatest!! They played all the music that we wanted and got everybody involved and up dancing!!! We had different types of music playing for different parts of the reception and everything was perfect!! You cannot go wrong with them!! -

Music and More was absolutely amazing!! I couldn't have asked for better service! From beginning to end it was a pleasure working w/Ed and his staff. I used them for my DJ, photo booth, and lighting. The photo booth was excellent. All my pictures looked professionally done, they sent me my CD within one week of the wedding, and they were fun to work with. The DJ was also excellent. He did our ceremony and reception. The music selection was tailored to what we asked for and kept the crowd dancing. The lighting would have been excellent but in our package we were suppose to get 12 but only half showed up due to miscommunication. The lights that were used, I was able to pick the color onsight to match the colors in my wedding. Loved how the lights looked.
Everyone who represented the company was very professional, very helpful, and looked like they enjoyed their job! I would highly recommend them. They helped to make night very special.
I would recommend having a final phone call with the company a week before the wedding to verify last minute details so that the day of the wedding everyone is on the same page. -

The event was my daughter's graduation from high scool, B-day and off to college party. The music was great, and everyone had a great time. YOu did a wonderful job getting the teens involved and the adults too! We loved it as did Abigail. We will suggest you to others and would use you again!!! -

Music and More made my daughter's sweet sixteen so much fun. They listened to everything my daughter wanted and made her a very happy girl. I have had other parties and hired other DJ's before but from now on I will only hire Music and More. Don't let the price fool you, I got more from Music and More with the smaller price then I did from other DJ's with a larger price. -

Setting up Music and More as our DJ was easy and the contract was easy to understand. Ed was a great DJ covering all our requests and working well with the hotel staff to setup and tear down in a timely manner. Music selection was perfect and the crowd was entertained. And the price was right - we received a great deal! For what we received in the way of customer service and performance we would have paid three times as much. Thanks, Ed and Chanille! -

I could not be happier with the customer service and performance from Music and More. Ed was an awesome DJ! He covered all our requests and got the crowd involved in group dances without being pushy. Having Chanille in the booth with Ed was a great setup as it allowed her to keep requests and time for speeches organized. From first contact to tear down, my experience with Music and More was 5 stars! -

I couldn't be more pleased with Music and More. Ed swooped in the last minute (I booked him the week before my wedding, after not finding a DJ.) We were so busy that we didn't get in contact with him much before the reception but he was in email contact. I gave him a couple of requested songs (first dance, mother/son dance and grandfather/granddaughter dance) and told him the theme of the wedding (supper club/vintage/ 1950's) and he chose the absolute perfect songs, and when the time came to turn up the energy he played the top forty club hits. It was amazing and everyone had an amazing time. I want to have another event so I can have Music and More there!! -

They were AMAZING! I was not the best on getting them a timeline or all my infomration and they still did a fantastic job! They knew the right times to do things and when to play certain songs to get the crowd up. They played great music all night, our dance floor was never empty! I will suggest music and more to all of my future bride friends!! -

I booked a 4th of July event with Music and More DJ Service for one of my residents. They were extremely pleased with the service and the price. Next time I need a DJ for an event, I'll be calling on them for sure. -

Ed was wonderful from start to finish! The music makes the party and Ed made our dance the highlight of the year. Kids and parents were raving about how great the DJ was. We had 100+ people attend the dance and nobody knew more than a handful of people. Ed had plenty of games/activities to get the kids involved, participating, mingling and dancing. He played all the songs the kids wanted and was very interactive. He also pleased the parents by making the sure all the content was appropriate. Best decision that I made!! -

I hired them for my daughters Quinceanera and they were absolutely amazing. Before the event whenever I had a question they were immediately there to answer and they accommodated all requests I had and were very flexible. The day of the event the arrived early for setup and very professional. At the event the got the crowd up and going and I must say my daughter is not big on dancing In front of poeple and ahe danced the entire night. They were great at doing things to get the crowd included and even played a game. They were awesome and I would suggest them to anyone that is looking for a DJ and would definitely use them Im the future for any events I have.

Ed Payton and his wife have hosted 2 events for us and have given us nothing short of their absolute best. They have taken the events and completely taken charge allowing me to enjoy. They have always been quick to answer any questions I may have. They conduct themselves very professionally. Over all, I feel we have most definately gotten our money's worth and then some. DJ Ed and Chanille Payton were the BEST DJ's that I've hired. They worked the crowd, provided entertainment, had great selection & flow of music. Ed and Chanille Payton provided DJ services for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary party. They were very helpful, even making a trip back home to provide some additional speakers for a special presentation we were making. Consider them highly recommended by this entire family. -

One word : AWESOME. The only tiny issue I had was they had gone out of town the week before the wedding so I went like 4 days with no response to emails, that freaked me out a little bit since the wedding was coming up. But everything else went PERFECT. Every strange song we had picked out they were able to find, we went very nontraditional with the entrance songs. They were able to get all of our crowd up and dancing, had some fun games. When the party was over, no one wanted it to end! They brought their own coordinator with them for the night in addition to the DJ, which helped everything run so smoothly. Highly recommend! -

I was completely pleased with all the professional service Music and More offered. Everyone had a great time. Especially, since there was no songs played with curses or bad language, that made a huge difference!. Love it, love it! very un pleased with the un professional services provide.. Ed never kept his promises and still has not delivered..... the music was a disaster and the slide show was even worse... the pictures were not professional...everything was very disappointing..... I do not reccomend music and more to anyone..... -

The only category rated high is flexibility as they were available on short notice but now I know why. I booked them less than a week before my sister's wedding as a friend was supposed to DJ but was unable to attend.
As the bridal party arrived at the reception, DJ C-Spin asked for names & pronunciations. We waited for the entrance song, she couldn't find it; those awkward silent minutes seemed like forever. It finally started playing & she started introducing. She said my daughter's & my brother's names wrong but the worst was when she introduced the bride & groom as Mr. & Mrs. Sanders...Their last name is Snyder. There was silence, then laughter & I was so embarrassed.
During dinner she played dance songs, not the songs that my sister picked to be played at dinner. So,I showed the DJ the requested songs on the paperwork and then she began playing a few. Shortly after, I heard the song that my sister was supposed to dance to with my dad come on. We were not happy.
She ended up playing the correct songs for the first dances but let them play forever, which we specifically asked to only be a minute or so long. The bouquet toss song was fine but for the garter removal, she claimed her USB didn't work so she couldn't play the requested song & he had to choose another. Then, the chosen song for the garter toss was not played.
Everything went ok once the dance songs started but even then she played songs that were NOT on the list such as "Baby Got Back". Our dad asked her to turn it off because it said "prostitute" & "horny". He's a minister & he was afraid the church people would think we wanted that song to be played.
At 8pm, my sister wanted everyone to do sparklers & see them off. The DJ insisted they do a last dance that my sister did not want to do & a handful of people left during the song as they did not want to wait. That made my sister upset because she didn't want to do that last song in the 1st place.
Unprepared & unprofessional. -

-Originally booked top dog package (photo, video, dj and photobooth)
-Had engagement shoot (only 1 photographer, contract said 2, the 1 photographer was a 1/2 hour late, the 1 week turnaround time took over 3 , which was after I called to inquire about them)
-Photos were bad (poses looked weird, lighting was horrible and had few poses (21) to even look at.
-Conference call previously arranged to discuss the wedding since they were providing many services
-After seeing the photos I e-mailed to give them a heads up that I would be cancelling services
-During the phone call I explained out disappointment with the photographer/photos/contract discrepancies and said that I did not feel comfortable having them play such a large part of the wedding
-He said he understood, that he agreed about the pictures and that the photographer had since been fired. He asked for a second chance to have a new photographer come out and redo the shoot. He said he would send her portfolio and I requested he send the contract that he had on file. I said we would discuss our decision and let him know the following day.
-I never received the portfolio or contract.
-When I never received the e-mail I called to give him our answer. I had to call
3 times over the course of 5 days before the call was returned.
-At that point, I told him we wanted to cancel our services.
-He did not want to refund our deposit, since we were canceling video and dj services (not related to the photographer). I thought this was fair, but requested to at least have the eng. session refunded. He agreed.
IF THE MONEY HAD BEEN REFUNDED WITHOUT A PROBLEM I WOULD NOT BE WRITING THIS REVIEW
Instead, I had to call/e-mail 10+ times over the course of 2 months before I received a response. They said they had left message (caught them in a lie. they said my voicemail had my name on it, but it doesn't) Services were cancelled in Feb and I received my refund in Apr.
One big unnecessary headache! -

NEVER USE THEM! This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I will never recommend them! Ed is a liar and a very rude/hateful person. They don't deserve and business in my opinion. -

The DJ never showed up. After paying in full many months ahead of time to get a "deal" I was nearly in tears on my wedding day. The man who was supposed to show up from this company apparently backed out at the last minute and called some random friend of his who showed up 3 hours late! The company has since treated me and my family like crap denying any problems with the wedding. They have even told me I owe them more money AND have threatened to take me to court all based on their lies. DON'T EVER USE THEM!!! I checked their references even.... -

I purchased their most expensive package which included DJ Photography and videoography. all photographic memories of my wedding are lost. I was supposed to have received a poster size photo from my engagement session. this never happened and was only the beginning. I found out 3 days prior to the wedding that the person that I had met to shoot my wedding day was fired and they had hired somebody new who I had never met or seen a portfolio of her work. I never received any of the photos as I was supposed to. There is also a second photographer and I have yet to see his photos. There was also a videographer and I have yet to see his video. there were supposed to be two books made from my choices of photos for my in laws I never received those either. So all in all I am missing a poster size photo from my engagement session, a dvd of my wedding, the second photographers pictures, all photos taken at the photo booth and two books all totaling $1000 per this company's estimation. I would love to look back on one of the most important days of my life and see the video that was made for me with my guests and loved ones. I have tried to contact ed and his staff numerous times via phone and email. I have left messages on voice mail, live people, and have sent emails that we're never responded to. Immediately after the wedding and for the next month or so I got the run around saying they were switching offices , the kids were finishing school , many excuses to delay sending my products. Then all communication stopped. this companies rating is based on the fact that I received less than half of the services that were paid for and even at that those services that I did receive we're not worth the price that was quoted. this is not a professional company. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. This is such an important day when you want to remember is being a great day. Do not choose this company if you want to remember it at all. -
