Best DJ ever!
We had our wedding 11/04/2017, and still to this day everyone talks about how amazing our dj was! Everyone danced the whole night! My husband and I were so grateful for Josh and our wedding was absolutely perfect! Thanks josh! You are the best! -

I had gone to a bridal expo in Hartford and met Mr.MusicMan. He hooked us by telling us about his Flemish rabbit! At the time, my fiance and I were looking for both a DJ and a JP. Holy cow... Mr.MusicMan is both!!! We set up a meeting with him and knew he was our guy- we did not even meet with anyone else. Josh is the complete package. And had the best package for us! Not only was he our DJ and JP, he also had a photobooth! let me start off by talking about him as our JP. When we had our final meeting, he made me tear up because of what he was going to read at our ceremony. His words were so beautiful. He was so personable that my husband and I felt very comfortable with him. During the ceremony he kept everything moving along (exactly what we wanted) but if we wanted to add in more, he would have been wicked accommodating. He was so professional! Now, onto him as a DJ! He was FANTASTIC at that as well!! He got everyone dancing and out of their seats. He played a special song for my Babci (grandma) which was New York New York. SO many of the guests were in a circle doing the kickline with my babci. a handful of us in tears because my babci was very close to passing away in January but she pulled through, kept her promise, and danced with me at my wedding. Very emotional and so special. He would come out from behind his booth and would put the mic up to a group of people so they could sing into the mic! closer to the end of the night he got all the guests together and we all sang our hearts out. He would turn the music low and we would all be singing the words together. I loved those special touches. OH! at one point someone lost their phone so he said "everyone look at your phones. if you're not looking at yours chances are it is because I have it." oh my gosh it was hysterical!! he even checked the speeches our people were making and tweaked them to make them better. I had a nightmare that my twins speech was going to be a mariacha band... so my twin added tha -

Josh was our DJ at our wedding on 10/09/2016. We had such a good time because of Josh! My friends and family all commented on the music selection and how much fun everyone had and Josh was the biggest reason why everyone enjoyed themselves. The photo montage was one of many people's favorite parts and meant the world to so many of our friends and family who laughed and cried through the whole thing. Josh was always professional and extremely fun to work with. He helped us through every step and was always willing to return numerous phone calls and answer any question we might have had. I cannot say enough about how much Mike and I appreciated Josh's attention to detail and ability to read the crowd and get them moving. Thank you so much for making our wedding the BEST DAY EVER! -

Everyone at our wedding loved Mr. Music Man. When we met him to see if he would be our DJ he was very friendly, ready to answer my long list of questions and showed us the program he uses for his music.
He offers many packages as extras. We opted for the WOW package because of the unlimited time, so we did not have to end our party early. The WOW packages offers many bells and whistles, although we didn’t use everything the package included it had a lot of fun items included.
He has been in the wedding business for a while so he knows how to run events at the wedding, the proper music for each part of a wedding and most importantly how to get the crowd moving!
He made our wedding reception the party we wanted it to be! -

Josh was amazing. He went above and beyond in all aspects of my wedding. He helped where he didn't have to and his past experience of weddings he helped with the coordination and everything. Truly an amazing guy and amazing DJ. Super funny too!! I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Music Man for any an all your music needs!!! -

Kate and her team were amazingly flexible and accommodating. The tasting was delicious, her services were superb and the food was excellent. Tastyplates were by far our favorite vendor to work with throughout our wedding plan. -

Josh was an excellent DJ. He discussed with me the music I would like to play at my wedding and played all the songs we wanted to hear. He asked me throughout the night how I was doing and really listened to my needs and what I wanted at my wedding. He played great music. Everyone was dancing and had such a great time we extended the wedding for a longer period of time. Everyone had so much fun and that really depends on the music and the DJ. He really got people up and on the dance floor for the whole night. I highly recommend Josh for any event! -

Josh was great! Photomontage was amazing, music flowed perfectly throughout the night and he even helped bustle my wedding gown!!! Definitely suggest him he's a great guy to work with. -

We hired him to be our Dj but he turned out to be so much more! He was so helpful with every part of the wedding and was willing to lend a hand where ever we needed it. Music wise he was amazing!!! Everyone told us it was the best wedding they have ever been to and they are still talking about it almost two years later. He made the night truly unforgettable! -

Josh and his partner were absolutely amazing! I was a very picky bride when it came to my vendors and Josh exceeded any expectations that I could have had. The months leading up to my wedding, Josh was there at my every call, the days leading up to my wedding, Josh was there for me with advice and support, the wedding day itself, Josh was phenominal, AND the days AFTER my wedding... Josh was still there for me, making sure that my day was everything I had dreamt it would be and showing his happiness for both my husband and myself. The hype proceeding my wedding day from my 250 guests? Yes, my flowers were beautiful, my gown incredible, my site breathtaking... but the actial HYPE my guests kept talking about and STILL talk about, was JOSH. Josh is so much more than a "DJ." In fact, I don't even like to label him as one. Josh is an entertainment coordinator and a "day of wedding planner." I will be using Josh again in the future and will without a doubt be reccomending him to everyone and anyone. YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED WIT HIM! Josh- if you read this... WE LOVE YOU! -

Josh is an AWESOME DJ. From the moment I met him, I knew that he was the one. He helped me with so much more than just my DJ'ing services too. He made me feel like I was the only client he was working with, he did an amazing job with the mix for our first dance and the photo montage for our reception. He got everyone up and dancing at the wedding. We had an amazing time at our wedding and it was in large part to Josh. I will definitely use Josh again whenever I need a DJ. -

Josh (aka Mr. Music Man) provided us with top shelf DJ service, we couldn't have asked for anyone better. we highly reccomend his services. He thought of everything and listened to what we wanted, "no chicken dance or macarena for us". Josh is THE BEST! -

Josh did an awesome job, not only with the music but with helping out with other things. Everyone like how we had the purple lightening to go with our theme and the lights with our initials and wedding date on the wall. I highly recommend Mr. Music Man for all weddings. -

Josh is the BEST! Having been IN 13 weddings, I can tell you I have never seen a DJ more caring and involved in the Bride and Groom's big day. He did such a fantastic job at our wedding that I hired him to do my husband's 40th birthday, my parents' 50th anniversary, 2 school reunions, and will continue to have Josh be a part of our family's celebrations through the years. I met Josh at two local bridal fairs and he was just so friendly and engaging, I knew we had to book him. I am very pleased that we did. He is so down to earth and so experienced in doing weddings! If you don't know what song to pick for a certain situation, he will help you. His equipment is all computer based and up to date, and it is great. He provided ceremony music and reception music. His prices are great! And our guests were literally dancing ALL night! Even my 80 year old Gramma was dancing for hours! It was great, and Josh is the best. Highly recommend! -

Josh and Chris were the perfect MC and DJ for my wedding. Everyone complimented me on having such wonderful entertainment for my wedding. Everyone was out on the dance floor. The lighting, as well as the photo/video montage were an added bonus. I would highly recommend Mr. Music Man! :) -

Josh was great! People would probably think we were nuts but we actually booked him before we booked anything else! We were so impressed with him at a bridal show we went to that he was the MC. He was great with the crowd but was no over the top. He spent hours with us walking us through the process, helping us with logistics & music. Josh & Chris were great on our wedding day. Our goal was to get everyone up & dancing all night & they certainly did that. The music they played really got the crowd going. Everyone had a blast & didn't want the night to end! -

Mr Music Man did an incredible job! The main thing that I was looking for was someone who could get everyone up dancing the entire night and he did just that! People of all agaes were dancing the entire time and everyone had an incredible time! He played every song we asked and helped us put together and amazing video as well. We were amazed at the job he did! -

We had the best time at our wedding mainly because we had a great DJ, Angel. She let us give her a specific list of music we wanted to be played as well as a "do not play" list. The photo montage she did was amazing except one of our groomsmen was left out so double check before you finalize montage. The only thing was that when I tried to contact her afterward to obtain my extra copies of the montage and asked her to add in the missing groomsman which she indicated she could do, she has failed to get back to me in over 3 months. I would still highly recommend her and would definitely use her again but make sure that you view montage prior to wedding and make sure to get copies the day of the wedding. Great value for the amount of things they do above and beyond playing music. -

Josh kept the party moving and our guests had a blast. The package we purchased included Josh and another DJ, which I believe, made everything run a lot smoother. Everyone stayed dancing all night long and he was very good at reading the crowd. He also “checked-in” with us through out the night, which was great; making sure some of our strange guest requests were o.k. to play. He also kept the bridal party organized for introductions and even grabbed us a couple of drinks during dinner. His only negative is he’s a control freak. At times we had to get firm and tell him “this is how we want it”. He has a lot of his own ideas. If you are indecisive you will love this trait. His package is pricey but comes with a ton of extras that if you added up the cost if you had to use more than one vendor would cost you quite a bit more. Our photomontage was stinking fabulous. We provided pictures and they did the rest. It included 120 pictures, with music and movie clips. -

I am not sure if I'm one of the few unlucky ones, but Josh ruined my wedding day. He came hungover, did none of the things I had requested (played songs on the do-not-play list and played zero from my requested list. He claimed I never supplied him a list which was a total lie since music is very important to me.) He told me minutes before I walked down the Isle that he didn't get to start working on my wedding until 11pm the NIGHT BEFORE my wedding, played Christmas song lyrics while I walked down the Isle (was supposed to be edited), messed up my first dance compilation big time (huge embarrassment), cut off the last minute of my wedding song, and pretty much botched every aspect of the night. He didn't have the extra lighting I paid for. He messed up so badly that Judge Judy's publicist called me wanting me and him to attend her show. Josh knew he was in the wrong and refused to attend. After several attempts at a refund, he claimed he had zero $ and was bankrupt and could only refund me a lousy $200. I see that was a lie as well. Josh, I hope you understand that you ruined the best night of my life and weren't even man enough to fess up to it. You made excuse after excuse. I'm sad to see you're still in business and only hope you don't destroy someone else's special day. Be weary when hiring Mr. Music Man. -

Josh played his own mix of (terrible) songs for the cocktail hour and reception - not what the bride & groom requested. He also did not have their 1st dance song, which was forwarded to him days earlier. He made the bride & groom aware of that 20 mins before their first dance and the groom had to leave his own reception to go home to get the song off of his computer. He is not at all professional and I would never recommend him to anyone. -

Terrible DJ all fluff and no substance. Son’s wedding was very negatively impacted due to the several issues. 1) impersonal, stayed behind the screen. 2) could not understand the words in the music or intros, way too loud no one could talk, asked to correct by several people and ignored them. 3) many songs requested for brides Polish family and 0 played ! 4) I stepped out in the foyer of the Aria and missed the cake and bouquet toss, disorganized 5) light show on the cake was a total let-down. Please do not use this DJ, ridiculously bad all the way around!!! -
