Mt Pisgah was a wedding dream come true. We were so happy to have our wedding somewhere that shows the best natural beauty of the area.
Leisha, the venue coordinator, is a huge pleasure to work with, helping to make sure we are on track and providing great resources for us who planned our wedding on our own without a planner.
This venue is great for anyone who wants to have their wedding outside, wants to impress people, especially those from out of town with the area's natural beauty, and for a couple of cool love birds.
There is nothing like guests being able to spread out and enjoy being in an awesome park in addition to whatever wedding activities you have. The biggest pluses are the convenient and amazing reception and ceremony space, the exclusive bathrooms that are designated for the wedding, the lawn space for lawn games, and the built in decorations that come in addition to the already beautiful park. At the Mt Pisgah, its easy to wow all your guests just by being there. -

Recent Bride here! I looked at 5 other venues in the greater Oregon area before finally checking out Mt Pisgah Arboretum, which is basically in my backyard, and guess what? It’s legitimately the most amazing venue I have ever seen! The trees are absolutely stunning, the building for the reception area is spacious AND stylish, and Leisha the site manager was an absolute pleasure to work with. One thing that made this site stand out from the crowd are the lack of upcharges. Everything but parking is included in the price, and the fees taken for parking benefit the arboretum, so talk about a win-win. If you want beautiful wedding photos, and a stress-free day, I highly recommend Mt. Pisgah Arboretum! -

Leisha and the staff at Mt. Pisgah were amazing during the process of planning our wedding and pulling everything together for our big day. My husband and I live in Chicago so we had the extra logistical challenge of planning remotely, but we couldn't have asked for a more helpful, flexible, and friendly venue to work with. -

We are/were entirely delighted with Mt. Pisgah Arboretum as our wedding venue! Leisha was easy to communicate with and very helpful as we planned layouts and arranged for other vendors (bartenders, dj, food, rentals). The venue is well kept and very clean, and our guests were highly complimentary of the beautiful natural area combined with the lovely pavilion space and all it provided. The price is incredible for all that's included, especially for the number of people it accommodates and compared to other outdoor venues in the area. If we could do it all over again, we would not change a single thing! Because our wedding was on a Friday it was slightly less expensive than a Saturday wedding, which was a pleasant bonus. -

I would definitely recommend them to a friend. Fantastic service paired with a beautiful location that easily accommodated our ~145 guests. It fit our needs perfectly. We had lawn games before the ceremony on the lawn which was awesome. Our catering was done by Carte Blanche, who were great. It couldn't have been better. -

Our July 2019 Wedding
Mount Pisgah did everything in their power to make sure our day was perfect! It’s so sooo beautiful, clean and Leisha is awesome to work with :) hands down the BEST day of my entire life, if I could relive it I would lol . I would highly recommend this venue -

Perfect venue
Mount Pisgah is the perfect blend of outdoor wedding with an “indoor” reception. The barn door style doors on the arboretum make it feel like you are still outside, but if the weather goes south, you have coverage! The venue coordinator was so lovely and very easy to work with, she was very quick to respond with any questions we had. A fun perk, you get a free state park pass for a year if you get married here. I love the little things in life and we are very outdoors people and I was thrilled about this! I would choose this venue a million times over if I had to do it again. We also used the front grass area for lawn games in between our ceremony and reception and our guests loved that! We were married on July 5th and it was a little warm, we had several fans aimed at the dance floor and no one was cold towards the end of the night. We initially considered renting heaters for when the sun set, but we didn’t and I am happy we didn’t because the weather was great. I would say, good fans are a must in this time of year. Considering keeping them in the boxes and if you don’t use, you can always return. -

From the first phone call to reserve our wedding date to the long awaited day itself, our experience with Mount Pisgah Arboretum and its staff could not have been better. Leisha Wood, with whom we worked the closest, is the embodiment of grace and her calm presence and organized mind took away the stress of planning completely. One of my favorite aspects of weddings at Mount Pisgah is the fact that they are a non-profit organization. The funds they receive from booking weddings go directly towards education and outdoor activities that focus on conservation right there on site. The natural beauty of Mount Pisgah Arboretum is breathtaking and you are sure to come away with stunning wedding photos. Not only does Mount Pisgah Arboretum provide the venue, but also gorgeous round lanterns inside the pavilion and bistro lights over the dance floor. I cannot say enough good things about this special and one-of-a-kind venue. -

Peg and Mandy were so helpful and wonderful when it came to helping make our day perfect. Our wedding day was absolutely wonderful and I don't think it would have been quite as awesome if we hadn't chose Mount Pisgah as our wedding venue. -

Chelcie Sent on 07/06/2017Our wedding ended up being much smaller than we expected (40 people), so the venue seemed a bit big, but overall we're super pleased we chose Mt Pisgah. From the beginning Mandy was super helpful getting everything arranged and wonderfully friendly. The hours are a bit restrictive because it's a Lane County park, but we ended up having plenty of time to set up before our 3pm ceremony start, and everyone was partied out by 10pm when we had to leave, so it worked out well. The ceremony Oak is amazingly beautiful, and getting married under it was everything I had ever dreamed. The reception pavilion and the surrounding areas are beautiful, well lit (the bistro lights in the courtyard are an especially nice touch!) and a perfect mix of natural beauty and useful amenities. Our two complaints are really minor, their mowing equipment broke and so the grass around the pavilion was really long, which made lawn games both amusing and difficult! Also more of my fault for not specifying, the picnic tables were set out front of the pavilion and all our guests ended up sitting there instead of the courtyard we'd had all set up. Overall it's a wonderful place to have a wedding, beautiful, accommodating, well set up and thought through (the blueprints provided online were a life saver for a destination wedding location) and especially in May when it's green, you won't find a more magical location. -

Tables and chairs are included in the price of the rental.
Be sure to book your date a year out, spaces fill up fast each summer!
Only minor downside is that you have to have your festivities shut down by 10pm. -
