A Dream Venue!
If you're looking to get married at a winery, look no further. Mount Palomar is breathtakingly beautiful, and a top notch venue to work with! It's situated at the top of a hill so the views from your ceremony site are incredible, plus the outdoor courtyard for the reception is dreamy! This was the 5th venue we ended up touring and after we visited, we were teary eyed because we knew we didn't even need to keep looking. Not to mention, it's extremely affordable compared to other venues in Temecula/SD/LA! Plus it is DOG FRIENDLY :)
Shellie was our POC from the very beginning and was with me from 9AM to 11PM for my wedding. She is amazing to work with! She really knows the venue inside and out, is on top of her game, and never missed a beat! I work in the event planning industry and as soon as I met Shellie, I knew I was in good hands. Because I ended up hiring vendors myself (most of which were on a list provided to me by Shellie), I didn't need to hire an outside coordinator. Shellie and her team did all of the coordination the day of. The day of my wedding went absolutely perfectly. The venue looked pristine, we started on time (and stuck to schedule thanks to Shellie), food was tasty, and due to the venue staff's hard work, I didn't worry about a thing and just got to enjoy my wedding like every bride should! TRUST ME (I work in the event planning industry), this is an AMAZING venue to get married at!-

Breathtaking Venue
We had the most amazing experience at Mount Palomar! We visited 10 venues all across SoCal in 3 days and when we saw Mount Palomar, the venue was absolutely breathtaking.
When I saw those columns to walk down the aisle to it was so stunning, we immediately said yes! Then, when we saw the barrel room for an after party we were like, where do we sign?
Shellie and the entire staff were great to work with - highly communicative, effective, and kind. They literally make it so easy for you with all the vendor recs and timeline specifics. You don't have to worry much! -

Incredible Venue and Staff !!
My husband and I got married on 8/27/21 after postponing from our May 1st date. Shellie went above and beyond to make sure our day ran smoothly. Our wedding cake didn’t hold up well in the heat and she worked so hard behind the scenes without us knowing to make sure that we had a beautiful cake to cut during the reception. A very big thank you to Nothing Bundt Cake that stayed open to save the day for us. All of the staff was incredible and took special care of us and our families and we could not be more thankful. The venue itself was so so beautiful and and we could not have imagined a more perfect day. -

Amazing Experience!
Our wedding at Mount Palomar Winery was better than we could have ever imagined!
When we got engaged, we knew we wanted to get married at a winery in Temecula. We hadn’t been to Mount Palomar previously, but based on the reviews and photos, we scheduled an appointment there and at one other place. From the very beginning, it was clear that Mount Palomar was the winner. After our tour, we agreed that there was no reason to look anywhere else. The ceremony and reception sites are breathtaking, and are situated away from the public area of the winery. This is very important if you don’t want the general public wandering in on your wedding day or taking pictures. Mount Palomar also hosts just one wedding per day, so you know you will receive all of their attention.
Sandy was our wedding guru and venue coordinator from the day of our tour through our wedding day, and we couldn’t have done it without her! She is very patient and always quick to answer questions and handle special requests. At first we were considering hiring an outside wedding coordinator to handle the planning throughout the months before and the day-of details, but Sandy convinced us that this added expense was not necessary. She was right! If you already have a vision and are planning on selecting and meeting with vendors yourself, Mount Palomar handles the rest. Sandy provided us with a list of trusted vendors, and we chose many of them from this list. This is certainly the way to go if you want excellent professionals familiar with the venue and the staff.
Catering is part of the package pricing at Mount Palomar and is handled by Temecula Catering. There are several options, including a buffet, plated choice or dual plated. The food tasting was set up directly by Sandy. We were a little nervous at first, because we didn’t have a choice if we didn’t like the food. However, everything at the tasting was very good and it was hard to narrow down our selections.
Throughout the months preceding the wedding, we were in regular contact with Sandy who coordinated with all our vendors, worked with us on the layout and details of the ceremony and reception, and helped us create a timeline. Sandy arranged an in-person meeting and walk through of the site, about a month before the wedding, to ensure that everything was in order. Mount Palomar also provides a separate day-of coordinator, and we worked with Kimberly. She was amazing too! Kimberly ran our rehearsal the day before our wedding and made sure that everyone was comfortable with the details of the ceremony. She even pinned on the groom’s and groomsmen’s boutonnieres as none of them knew how to do it…..she’s a lifesaver! The most important part was that on the day of the wedding, we didn’t have to worry about anything. Our wedding day went so smoothly, with none of the glitches you often hear about. The weather in early October was beautiful, the venue was set up perfectly to our specifications, the entire day ran on schedule, and the food and wine were great. We received numerous comments from our guests that it was the best wedding they had ever attended and the most gorgeous wedding venue.
Our wedding day was an amazing experience that we will never forgot. We cannot thank Sandy, Kimberly and the staff at Mount Palomar enough for making our wedding dreams come true.

Wonderful venue and service!
I would highly recommend Mount Palomar to anyone who wants to get married in wine country. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous, and it is very reasonably priced. The Mount Palomar dtaff and Temecula Catering were all fantastic, and made our big day as easy and seamless as possible. We are had an absolutely fantastic experience from the moment we paid our deposit up until the end of our wedding night. Having Sandy there to answer questions and make sure everything went smoothly gave us so much peace of mind. Thank you Mount Palomar! -

The most perfect winery venue!!!
We just got married here in September and I couldn't imagine a more beautiful venue. Even though it was 100 degree weather that day, everything was still perfect. The ceremony takes place overlooking the most gorgeous scenery and the outdoor reception area is breathtaking in the evening. I can't believe how great all the photos came out. Everyone has been telling us it was the most beautiful wedding they'd ever been to and it was the best wedding food they have ever had (they use Temecula Catering and the food was delicious!!!!) I can't say enough good things about this venue and how perfect they made my wedding day.-

Our experience was one of a kind! The venue was everything we wanted and more and the team at Mount Palomar was exceptional and friendly!
Mount Palomar is a hidden gem in Temecula!! The venue is stunning and as the bride I fell in love with the aisle that opened up to a beautiful ceremony space overlooking the vineyards! Sandy and the team at Mount Palomar were extremely helpful and made us feel special leading all the way up to our day! We will forever cherish Mount Palomar and would highly suggest the venue to anyone looking for a spacious, beautiful, and magical setting for your wedding!

Amazing Venue!
We recently had our wedding here at Mount Palomar and we loved every second of it! Sandy was amazing to work with and was always there with any help we needed! Throughout our wedding night, guests kept calling us over to tell us it was one of the most gorgeous venues they've ever been to... it truly is a dream venue!!! -

Seamless!!
My hubby and I got married at MPW last month and we couldn’t have been happier with our venue choice. Our Dream Wedding!
We can't say enough good things about Mount Palomar + team! We decided on Mount Palomar after touring many wineries in the Temecula area – but you really can't beat the gorgeousness of the grounds and how private it feels at MPW. We loved that the outdoor wedding ceremony and reception sites were on a separate level and blocked from the public access areas - we honestly felt like we were on our own private little winery. Sandy was beyond helpful and responsive to my (many, many) emails throughout the months leading up the wedding. She was so easy to work with and I am so grateful I was able to work with someone so professional and who seems to truly enjoy working in the wedding industry. Kimberly was our day of coordinator and she was prompt, friendly, organized, and got things done!
Our guests are still raving about the views, the location, the food, etc from our wedding! The staff was so accommodating with all of our requests! The value and experience we got for our wedding far exceeded our expectations and that is a true testament to the staff at MPW. We look forward to returning to Mount Palomar in the future, as it will forever hold a very special place in our hearts! Thank you so much for making our wedding dreams come true!

Simply Perfect
Our wedding day was nothing short of perfection. Our guests from our amazing day on June 2nd are STILL (over a month later) raving about our wedding. The food was amazing, the stuff was attentive and professional, the grounds were absolutely breathtaking. We could not have asked for a better day, truly. Sandy was a joy to work with and she ensured that all our questions/concerns were answered in a timely manner - And we had a lot of those since this was a destination wedding for us! Our hearts are forever grateful to MPW and their incredible team! Wedding Venue
If you are looking for the perfect venue Mount Palomar is it. I have said it a million times and I'll say it again. It is an absolute hidden gem. It is not one of the more well known wineries in Temecula, but is by far one of the best.
From taking a tour to our actual wedding day the staff at Mount Palomar was amazing. Sandy is amazing and so easy to communicate with and helps organize everything with all the other vendors. Kimberley then made our wedding day run so smooth, we never worried if things were getting set up, everything just went seamlessly. They both were fantastic and made our wedding so easy and fun!
We decided to do an all outdoor wedding and from the beginning I liked the idea of using all the spaces for different parts, so instead of having cocktail hour up at the ceremony site, we moved it down below to the big open area. Sandy was more than happy to make this happen. We have gotten SO many compliments on our wedding and the venue.
The food was amazing, the caterer they have contracted with was so professional, checked in with my husband and I few times to make sure things were up to our standards, brought us extra appetizers while we took pictures during cocktail hour, and made sure we had food and drinks before anyone. Not to mention the food was so good!!
Also, their wine is so good! They gave us a complimentary six month membership when we booked with them and we loved it so much, we continued our membership. It now gives us a great reason to go sit and listen to the live music and enjoy some wine.
I honestly can't say enough good things about Mount Palomar. The venue is amazing, the staff is wonderful, professional and so accommodating, and our wedding could not have been better. If you are at all considering Mount Palomar, you will not be disappointed! -

Amazing venue!

Made our dreams come true
It's hard to put into words how amazing this entire team is! The venue is absolutely stunning and barely require any decor! Sandy was truly my guardian angel during this entire planning process! She answered all of my questions no matter how silly they were. We also we're so in love with the venue we wanted to show it off to our parents and Sandy always made sure she was available to be there.
On the day of the rehearsal we met our day of coordinator Kimberly who was so sweet and organized. She ran the rehearsal so smoothly and was someone I knew from the moment I met her that I would be able to put all my trust in her on our day and not worry at all! On the actual day, the day went off without a hitch and I had zero worries the entire day!
Our only downfall was the rehearsal dinner which was $65 per plate not including drinks and the food portions we're very small and a lot of our guests did not enjoy the food taste. Please keep in mind this has nothing to do with the venue itself as we chose to do our rehearsal dinner here and it wasn't pushed on us as we could have gone somewhere else .
This was a dream come true venue and I would choose this place hundred times over! -

A Dream Come True
Mount Palomar was absolutely amazing!!!! We had our wedding there this past February. The venue itself was gorgeous, and the staff made the entire experience seamless. From the tour all the way through to the day of, they were very communicative and responsive to our questions and requests (thanks Sandy!!!). I knew nothing about how to plan a wedding or an event of this scale, and Sandy really helped me through the process to ensure that everything was done on time and to a very high standard. Kimberly was our day of coordinator and she made everything absurdly easy on the day and kept everything running on time. By the time it came down to it, we were actually able to enjoy the wedding, as opposed to worrying about any logistics, which was exactly what we wanted. The food was lovely, the wine was exquisite, and many of my guests told me it was one of the best weddings they had ever attended. It was also by far the best value for the package you get compared to other venues in the area (we toured several others). I truly don't think we could have picked a better place to get married, and thank you so much to everyone at Mount Palomar for helping us have a wedding that surpassed even what we hoped forMount Palomar Winery's reply:

Our dream wedding venue!!
My husband and I (love saying husband now!!) had the most incredible wedding at Mt Palomar Winery. Everything was absolutely flawless and we couldn’t have imagined a more perfect day! We looked at several wineries in the Temecula area and Mt Palomar was by far our favorite. Sandy was extremely helpful and quick to respond when we had questions. We had the whole wedding venue property to ourselves. We used the barrel room for the “after party” and had late night “snacks” (pizza & sliders) for our guests and it was a blast! The entire wedding from the ceremony to the reception looked like a dream with the beautiful landscapes & sunset! Nothing Short of Perfection!
My husband and I couldn't have asked for more than Mount Palomar had to offer us for our wedding day! From the day we viewed the incredible venue throughout the entire planning process, the staff was professional, responsive, flexible, and detail-oriented - There wasn't a single time I had to stress out about anything because they were always one step ahead of me to make sure coordinations were running smoothly. The wedding packages are the most inclusive and have the best value compared to any other venue we toured (we toured 9 other venues) and their ceremony and reception spaces are jaw-droppingly gorgeous! We had multiple guests comment that our wedding was the best they've ever been to and it was largely due to Mount Palomar and it's incredible staff. Wedding of our Dreams
Me and my Husband recently got married here, and Sandy and the whole Mount Palomar team were absolutely incredible.
We originally had planned to have both ceremony and reception outside, but a storm rolled in the night before. Due to the weather so the grounds were soaking wet the next day. The Mount Palomar team had suggested to have the reception moved inside to the barrel room. At first, I was not to thrilled and a little bummed that we were moving everything inside because that is not what I had envisioned for our big day, and I felt that the barrel room would not have the vibe I was going for..and boy was I wrong!
The barrel room ended up being more than perfect! It was such an intimate romantic setting, and everything looked so nice set up in the room! Not only that but our guest fit comfortably and we had about 150 people! We also had a Photo Booth that was stationed perfectly right outside the doors, so if guests got hot from dancing they could enjoy the fresh air, and if they got cold they can be in the comfort of the barrel room. It was everything I could have asked for.
I received so many compliments on our wedding day, and so many compliments on the barrel room as it was so fitting since we were getting married at a winery! I Really could not have asked for a more magical day!
BIG THANK YOU AND SHOUT TO Mount Palomar staff for making our day seamless and so special! If we could do it all over again there is nothing we would change!

My husband and I could not be happier about this venue. It has so much natural beauty that there is little you actually need to do to decorate. A few personalized touches and you have a magical space for a wedding. The venue coordinator Sandy was so inclusive of my outside wedding planner and they both were on the same page on the wedding day. It was so refreshing. A huge advantage is that the venue only has one wedding per day so you have the ability to decide having the reception outside vs inside until the day before the wedding. We are so incredibly pleased with our decision. Our guests could not stop talking about the space and I understand why. -

My wife and I researched many venues in and around Temecula for several months and by far, Mount Palomar seriously exceeded every venue we visited, they truly make us feel like family. The grounds are impeccable, all of the staff are professionals and the food was delightful. There was not one detail of our wedding that was overlooked. Sandy, Kimberly, the whole wedding staff, Shar, Lauren, and every winetender in the tasting room truly made our day magical. My wife and I could see that everyone sincerely wanted to do what they could to make our day special.
The planning process was made easy with Sady's expertise. She was patient and gave us suggestions that we never would have thought of, which made our wedding exceptional. The weeks following our wedding, our guests have complimented us on how gorgeous our wedding was, many saying it was the most beautiful wedding they have been to. Mount Palomar Winery is so generous with their wedding packages, I highly recommend Mount Palomar Winery to anyone.
Having a Day Coordinator included in the wedding packages is wonderful. It allowed my Wife and I to truly focus on our day instead of dealing with the timelines and details. We were treated with the absolute amount of respect throughout the planning process and through the day of the wedding. I do not have one complaint about any part of the experience with planning our wedding or our wedding day because of how amazing Mount Palomar Winery is. -

Mount Palomar Winery turned out to be the perfect choice for my husband and I. From beginning to end, everything from the decor to the food and wine was amazing! We had our reception in the barrel room. The smell of the wood barrels plus the candle light was so romantic. If your thinking about an outdoor ceremony, they have a couple of options depending on what you like. Both are beautiful. Our pictures turned out great! We chose to have a pretty small wedding with simple decor and but you could easily dress this place up to be more formal and fit a pretty good amount of guests. The staff was so accommodating especially with any questions or concerns we had. They made my husband and I, plus our friends and family feel so relaxed and ready to enjoy our special day. -

We had the absolute pleasure of hosting our wedding at Mount Palomar Winery in Temecula and it truly was a dream come true! The venue was so naturally beautiful with the landscape and scenery that all we had to do is enjoy the party!-

Once we narrowed down we wanted to get married in Temecula we set appointments at a few wineries. Mount Palomar was the second winery we toured, and it blew every other one out of the water. We knew immediately that we wanted this venue when we saw it. The views at the ceremony site are incredible, the photos don’t do it justice.
The MPW staff is extremely easy to work with making the day of very smooth. We had our wedding in the beginning of May and the weather was gorgeous and the flowers and vines were bloomed.
Bonuses of the venue:
• It’s gorgeous all by itself you don’t need to spend a ton on florals
• All-inclusive – we were planning our wedding from afar and the only vendors I needed were the music, photography, and floral
• The food vendor brings you plates of your cocktail hour food and dinner, so you get to eat
• They only do one wedding a day so you have full access to everything to take photos and the staff is focused on just your day
The only complaint I heard from quite a few people was that as soon as they would set their wine glass down to take a photo or chat the staff would take the glass immediately. I experienced this with my glass too when I was taking photos I’d turn around to get my glass and it was gone. We did an open bar so price wise that didn’t affect us but if you weren’t doing an open bar I would suggest getting those drink toppers that say “Please don’t take, I’m still enjoying my drink.”
I would highly suggest Mount Palomar Winery for your wedding. The venue looks like a million dollars but is extremely affordable. I can’t tell you how many people told me this was the best wedding venue they’ve ever been to.

We had our wedding at Mount Palomar on April 14, 2018 and it went throughout without a hitch! Sandy and her team made sure everything was taken care of. Our guests are still raving about how beautiful the venue is and all had a great time. The staff was really great on the day of too. Every guest was well taken care of. We were told bartenders were all friendly and fun. We must have toured almost every vineyard venue in Temecula before deciding on Mount Palomar and we couldn't be happier about our choice! For what you get, it is very good value. During the planning process I definitely had many questions and MPW staff responded to every email very prompty and helped me through it all. Our guests all raved about how good the wedding food was too! Overall, if you're considering MPW, look no further, you won't regret your decision to host your wedding here. :) -

We had our wedding June 2017 and we were beyond satisfied with the service provided by the staff at Mt Palomar Winery. The day of coordinators were very helpful and allowed my husband and I to feel like we didn’t need to keep track of anything on the agenda. The serving/food staff were excellent and seemed to always be one step ahead of what was needed. Lauren was very organized and responded to all my emails in a very timely manner. I always felt I had the info I needed when I needed it which made planning my wedding that much easier. She was also great at giving feedback/recommendations for outside vendors to hire. We absolutely loved all of her recommendations! In addition, the winery and views from the winery are absolutely stunning and allowed for beautiful pictures. Our guests continue to express to us what a great time they had and how stunning the venue was. Mount Palomar Winery is absolutely a great choice for a wedding venue! -

When we began looking at wedding venues, we were interested in the Temecula area and so we had several appointments at various locations booked in the same day. At the end of the day, we decided to do some wine tasting and talk about our thoughts of the venues we’d seen. We happened to pull into Mount Palomar, and as we walked the grounds, joked that we’d love to have our wedding there but we knew we’d never fit it into our budget. On a whim, my husband took a brochure and Sandy happened to be available for a tour. We were surprised and delighted to find that not only was the venue affordable, but it had each of the elements we had been looking for.
We were very happy throughout the process that we decided on Mount Palomar for our November wedding. Sandy, Lauren, and Kimberly were all very helpful and communicative during the months leading up to our day. When the weather forecast showed rain on our wedding day, Sandy helped us to make a Plan B, setting us at ease. Luckily, we had a gorgeous day (without a drop of rain!) and the MP staff helped to ensure everything went smoothly all day. We received many compliments on the food, the wine, and the grounds, and when the sun went down the barrel room was a perfect space for our reception. We loved that we were the only wedding on the grounds that day and that we could use as much of the gorgeous winery as we wanted to! If you’re looking for an affordable and beautiful space for your wedding in Temecula, we highly recommend Mount Palomar! -

My then fiance and I had run into this venue on a whim while doing some wine tasting. There had happened to be a wedding going on during this time. We decided to schedule an appointment to do a walk through of the venue for our possible wedding location. Lauren, the weddings and events Manager, was very attentive and answered all of our questions. We were 1.) happiest with the environment and natural beauty of vineyards 2.) happy they accommodated our party of 200 3.) offered hard alcohol on top of their set package and 4.) had a in house staff. Therefore, we booked with them instantly.
Lauren and her staff were sweet enough to work with us whenever we had questions even when we booked with them over a year in advance. We had a very detailed sit down meeting one month prior to the wedding which was very helpful in making each step and process successful for the day of the wedding.
My now husband and I received tons of compliments on and after the day of the wedding, from the decor the ambiance of venue. The day of the wedding turned out remarkable. The wedding was at the end of October and the weather couldn't have been any better. The colors of the leaves in the vineyards had a little bit of fall colors peaking through and the sky was clear blue. The staff was very attentive and every detail I requested was granted with all of my expectations met. Our guests complimented on how great the food was and loved all the natural setting of the venue. -

The venue was gorgeous and the entire Mount Palomar team was easy to communicate with and accommodating! I was an out of town bride and I always felt in the loop and got a fast response! The three different ceremony/reception sites really makes the venue unique and romantic. People were blown away by the jaw dropping views and grounds!! -

There are so many amazing things that I have to say about Mount Palomar Winery! My husband and I had our wedding here in October 2017, and it was the most amazing and magical night of our lives. Everything from the breathtaking ceremony site overlooking Temecula to ending the night in the Barrel Room for late night dancing went perfectly. This is all thanks to the amazing staff. Lauren, the wedding and events manager, played a huge role in making the evening as successful as it was! From the moment we started looking at this venue until the day it was over, she was always readily available for any questions or concerns we may have. Even when I emailed her 3 times a day with a million questions, she never faltered to answer my questions in a pleasant and helpful way. Our day of coordinator, Sandy, was also amazing. She made sure our day ran smoothly and took care of any and all last minute issues that came up. All of our guests had an AMAZING time, and we are still hearing from people about how it was one of the most beautiful wedding venues they have ever seen, and one of the most fun weddings they have ever attended!!! Some things that sealed the deal for us with the wedding venue was the ability to move inside at 10 PM to keep the party going until 12 (there is a noise-ordinance in this county which prohibits loud music after 10 PM outside), and the ability to add-on hard alcohol on top of the beer and wine provided. I have zero regrets about choosing this venue for our wedding, and I would do it over again a million times! -

Mount Palomar was the best place we could have picked for our wedding last month. The grounds were absolutely gorgeous and the staff was amazing to work with. Everyone was very concerned with making sure that our day went exactly the way we wanted it to. Every request we made was granted- no problem! So many of our guests commented that our wedding was the most beautiful they have ever been to, and Mount Palomar has everything to do with that. -

My husband and I visited 9 different Temecula wineries before finally settling on Mount Palomar. I can look back now and honestly say this was the best decision (apart from actually marrying each other) that we made. Lauren is incredible, and I do not know how she pulls off what she does.
The food was delicious, the staff was on top of everything, and they made for such an incredible day. They (unbeknownst to me) blocked and tackled throughout the day. Our guests have already asked us to promise we will renew our vows in 10 years at this same venue.
This place is breathtaking. The only change I would make is actually a testament to their professionalism. If I could go back, I would have chosen to forego hiring a wedding coordinator. She was not necessary. -

WOW! My husband and I are from Milwaukee, WI and we knew we wanted a wedding in a vineyard in California. After the multitude of questions I sent to various venues, we had it narrowed down to 2 locations and decided to take a quick 36 hour trip out to Temecula 13 months before our wedding. We knew we wanted to get married on our 8th anniversary (May 15) and both of the venues had that date open still. I contacted each before flying out and asked if we could do a food tasting (we were willing to pay) and see everything in the venue. Mount Palomar went above and beyond in accommodating this. The other venue refused to allow us to do a food tasting and required we fly back out there a few months before the wedding (which was NOT in our budget). I worked with Lauren as our coordinator the entire time up to the wedding. She was great! She was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. She even managed to get us a rehearsal on Mother's Day (even though they had events going on). Our day of coordinator that I mostly worked with was Kimberley and she too was fantastic (Sandy was also there, I just didn't have much interaction)! It was a little cooler than normal and we were able to last minute add on heaters for the day of our wedding. On the day of, everything was beyond perfect. All of our guests were even mentioning how great everything was. Our food was awesome too!! Kimberley made sure myself and my husband were doing great throughout the entire evening!!! Everyone was so professional and great to work with. OH and it was a bit windy that day so they even double sided taped all of our decorations! Thank you to all of the Mount Palomar staff who made our wedding everything we could have ever imagined and more!!!! -

We cannot recommend this venue enough. The staff was extremely helpful and kind throughout the entire process. It was a gorgeous setting for our dream wedding. Our guests cannot stop talking about how beautiful Mount Palomar was and how much fun they had on our special day. We had a long engagement because I am in grad school, so we visited the winery several times with family members so they could see what it looked like. The tasting room and event staff always treated us like gold and made it a special experience. Even "local" guests were blown away by Temecula. Such a fantastic weekend with our loved ones. We can't stop looking at pictures. Mount Palomar really made it a stress-free experience and we are so grateful. -

Mount Palomar is the most beautiful wedding venue in Temecula. Period.
The sweeping views from the ceremony site are unbeatable and the entire venue is thoughtfully arranged. Lauren, the wedding and events manager, is no-nonsense and highly competent. It was easy to make decisions with her and prepare for the big day.
During the wedding, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and made our guests feel at home. You wouldn't believe how many compliments we received about the venue: "How did you find this place?" "The setting is magical!" My favorite thing was how dreamy the outdoor reception area is at night time with the strings of market lights. Swoon!
And the wine? Top notch. Go for the Meritage, if it's available.
The one area that could use a touch up is the bride and groom suites. Both suites are on the small side (I only had three bridesmaids and we felt cramped) and not very well appointed. Based on everything else about the venue, we had expected the suites to be more luxurious and spacious. Again, this was relatively minor in the grand scheme of things.
Overall, I'm so happy with my decision to have my wedding at Mount Palomar. It was absolutely a night to remember! -

Mount Palomar was the PERFECT wedding venue for our special day. All of our guests have commented about how it was the most beautiful wedding they have ever been to. All of the staff went above and beyond to make sure our day was absolutely PERFECT. Lauren was so great to work with and made the planning process very easy for us. We were from out of state, and I can honestly say planning our wedding was a breeze with her assistance. You will not find a better venue than this for your special day. Make sure you spend time in the tasting room- the staff is FABULOUS :) -

Our September 2017 wedding at Mount Palomar was truly magical, and we could not have asked for a more perfect wedding day! Their resident wedding planner, Lauren, made sure we were taken care of from start to finish, patiently answering our every question through the planning process and making sure our wedding day went off without a hitch. It took so much stress off of me as a bride knowing we were in her capable hands! Not to mention the venue itself is absolutely gorgeous- we took advantage of all three wedding areas, and our photos turned out amazing with the beautiful vineyard/mountain views in the ceremony area, the twinkling market lights in the outdoor dining area, and the backdrop of barrels in our reception photos. The staff at Mount Palomar made sure everything was set-up and coordinated with all the vendors on the day of, so we did not have to worry about a thing! We received tons of compliments about how beautiful our wedding was, and our guests also loved the food and drinks (especially the awesome Mount Palomar wine). For those that want a stress-free wedding day in a beautiful winery setting, I cannot recommend Mount Palomar more highly! -

We had our ceremony and reception at Mount Palomar in January of 2017, and it was truly the most perfect day. The Mount Palomar staff is fantastic. They are on top of everything, and I didn't have to worry about a thing on the wedding day. I did most of our wedding planning from overseas, so it was challenging at times, but Lauren made it easy by being very responsive to emails and sending me photos of things when I needed them to help decorate/plan. The day of the wedding, we thought it was going to rain, but we ended up having perfect weather. Everything was absolutely beautiful. The food was also excellent, and many of our guests complimented the food as being some of the best wedding food they have had. We had our reception in the barrel room, and it was lovely. We were able to hang market lights around the entire room, and really had free reign over how we wanted to decorate, which was a major plus. I highly recommend Mount Palomar. My husband and I could not be happier with our decision to marry here. -

SPECTACULAR!!
My daughter's wedding at Mt. Palomar Winery in Temecula, was like a real live Fairy-Tale, the kind little girls dream of all their lives! We visited several venues in Orange, San Diego and Riverside Counties before we chose Mt. Palomar. My daughter fell in love with the setting, the moment she saw the ceremony site. Nothing in the area even comes close to the beauty and ambiance...it is an altogether different world, completely private for you, your guests and your wedding party the entire day of your wedding. The setting is utterly "magical" with sweeping views, flowing fountains, and twinkling lights at night. The service staff is wonderful, and the food and wine are outstanding.
Lauren is the main coordinator and she takes charge of every detail, so you don't have to worry about a single thing. She is beyond accommodating and works with you in every imaginable way. You and your guests are treated like royalty throughout the entire planning process and the event. On my daughter's wedding day, Lauren, Sandy, and Lauren (who also works in the tasting room), were amazing, making sure that everything was perfect. All of our guests, many who came from all across the country, were completely blown away! They unequivocally said that my daughter's wedding was the absolute best one they had ever been to. I don't think they will ever stop raving about it, and telling everyone what a wonderful time they had there. It's hard to believe that as far as cost is concerned, it was the most reasonable venue we looked at, yet they provided the most of everything, for an all-inclusive price. Of course, the free flowing wines were especially divine! It is impossible to truly describe how awesome Mt. Palomar is for a wedding venue, but my family and I are positive that it is the best choice anyone could ever make for the most important, beautiful, fantastic, event of your life!

We searched Temecula wineries and other wedding venue locations, and fell in love with Mount Palomar Winery as soon as we arrived. We are from Arizona, and were in town for the afternoon to check out several locations that I had researched online. Mount Palomar was by far the best venue with the prettiest scenery, and it was also very reasonably priced for our strict budget that had made for ourselves. They have a private wedding ceremony and reception venue set aside from the winery. They also only have 1 wedding on the property per day, so this made our day even more special.
Lauren and her staff were extremely helpful throughout the entire planning process. We were able to book all of our appointments that we requested, as we were coming from out of town for each. They were very accommodating for everything that we needed. The day of our wedding was perfect. They set up everything for us exactly as I had described, and even made special accommodations for a few extra details that were unplanned. I arranged all of my own flowers, and one detail that I forgot in the chaos of it all was the flowers that I had previously told the cake vendor that I would have set aside to be placed on the cake when she arrived. Lauren and her staff were extremely helpful by using some extra flowers I had and arranged them on the cake. They day went smooth and perfect, thanks to Lauren and the Mount Palomar staff.
All of our guests raved about how gorgeous our wedding was and what an amazing venue that we chose. We are so happy that we were able to have our big day at such a beautiful venue. We cannot wait to visit Mount Palomar again soon!

Believe me when I say I searched all of the Temecula area for the perfect venue for my wedding. Mount Palomar was not only the most picturesque site, it was also the best value. I had so many compliments about our wedding at Mount Palomar, it only solidified I made the right decision. To make things even better, the staff was OUTSTANDING. Anyone from the tasting room, to Lauren, all treated me as the only bride to have a wedding at their location. They even were very accommodating to my mother-in-law who would often go there on our behalf to help plan. Being from out of state, Lauren and her team made it very easy to plan our wedding there. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who is looking to have a magical wedding. -

We fell in love with Mount Palomar Winery from the first moment we walked into the venue. The location was beautiful and the views of the valley were amazing. Lauren and her staff made the planning process very easy. They guided us along the way for the main decisions and were flexible and open to our special requests. This was an AMAZING venue choice - my husband and I could not have been happier. This was the only venue we looked at that only books one wedding per evening, so the whole day/evening is just dedicated to your special day!! Lauren was absolutely amazing in helping us plan, and answering ALL my questions leading up to our wedding weekend. Our wedding at Mount Palomar was more breathtaking than I could have ever imagined. Lauren was very organized and made sure everything went off without a hitch. She literally even had me wipe my nose on her dress as I was getting ready to turn the corner to walk out. We planned our whole wedding from the east coast with only one visit in person. The food was amazing, the views from the ceremony site are beyond beautiful, and the barrel room for the reception is so romantic. We are so happy we chose Mount Palomar for our wedding! -

I recently got married at Mount Palomar in September of last year and I have to say the experience was better than I could have expected. Lauren, the wedding coordinator was amazing through the whole experience always being available for any questions and helpful with things like timeline, layout of the property, decorations and other recommendations. I did not have another wedding planner so having her along the way and the day of was a must. The day of everything went perfect and she was great in making sure my husband and I always had a drink in hand, the flow of the events were on time and everyone was having a blast. The views from the top of the hill from Mount Palomar are breath taking and the grounds are just as beautiful. There are different locations on the property inside and out that you can have your wedding at and they only do one wedding at time which was a must for us. You have the option of being on the property as long as your willing to pay for it, no cut off time, which with out friends and family was also a must :) The food was amazing by Once Upon a Time, which is who they contract with and the wine and beer selection was plenty and delicious, we also go to add sangria to our cocktail hour!! I would highly recommend having your wedding at Mount Palomar and want to do it all over again!! Thanks again Lauren and your staff for making my husbands and I dreams come true to have a winery wedding on a budget

My new hubby and I got married here on August 28th, 2015 and it was the most magical day I could have ever dreamt of! No other venue out there offers you the beauty, the view, the grounds, and the price that Palomar does! I loved that they were one of the only vineyards that hold only one wedding a day. I’m not bridezilla, but sorry- I refuse to share the same venue with another bride on my one designated fairy tale day! Lol.. Ladies, can I get an amen? Anyways! The whole process was very easy and very well organized. Lauren is the wedding planner there and she is amazing! She answered every single question I had, and quickly. She even give us suggestions for our rehearsal dinner location and our favors! They also offer a preferred vendor list, and that helped tremendously when figuring that out. We had our final detail meeting and she put the finishing touches on everything. Weddings are stressful and its so awesome that they designate someone to help run yours so that you can truly sit back and relax. On the day of, we arrived at the air conditioned bride and grooms suites and they were fully stocked with water, beer and champagne. Lauren came in a few times to check on me and reassured me that everything was good to go! They stuck to our timeline and managed moving the party from location to location. She and Cassie (her assistant) literally checked on us every 20 minutes to be sure we were happy, had a drink, and didn’t need anything. They rocked! The night did end too soon, but getting out of there was easy, as well. They helped pack up the gifts, all of my decorations, and the suites and had it all ready to go. The next morning, I realized I left my diamond earrings in a little jewelry bag in the suite, which my 'maids wiped clean the night before. Lauren literally dug through the trash with me until I actually FOUND them!! Lauren and the entire team at MP are spectacular. Thank you guys so much for making our dream wedding come true!! -

After getting engaged, Mount Palomar was the first potential wedding venue we visited and we immediately fell in love! The grounds are spectacular with breathtaking views and the staff is incredible. We cannot say enough amazing things about Lauren and Cassie, the wedding coordinators. They were professional, flexible, highly accommodating, and very responsive throughout the months leading up to the wedding and they helped to facilitate the planning process as much as possible.
On the day of the wedding, they did an incredible job coordinating between all of the vendors, were so attentive to us as the bride and groom, and made sure everything ran perfectly. These ladies know what they are doing! It was so nice that we just got to enjoy our day from start to finish because we trusted completely in Mount Palomar's staff.
As efficient and professional as Lauren and Cassie are, they are also very sweet and welcoming. We made venue visits a couple of times during the planning stage to show our parents the grounds and to make design/decor decisions. Each time we were there, we were warmly greeted by either Lauren or Cassie and given complimentary wine tastings with our families. They really make you feel special :) Choosing Mount Palomar as our venue was the best decision we made! -

We are not from the US and had never been to California but had our heart set on getting married in a winery in Temecula so all our research was all done online and via email, we had contacted about 20 other wineries before we stumbled upon Mount Palomar. The others didn't work with our budget nor the number of guests we were having (less than 10) but when we contacted Lauren the wedding coordinator at Mount Palomar she offered us the perfect package that was exactly what we were looking for!
We didn't see the venue until the day before the wedding when we met Lauren to do some wine tasting and even though we had seen so many photos online we were mesmerized by the beauty of the entire grounds of this place, it took my breath away as it's that stunning. You really don't need to have any decorations because it's that beautiful the venue just speaks for itself! Lauren and her team made our day so perfect, they took care of everything so the only thing we had to do was get ready in our own suites and get married! Lauren took us around the venue on a golf buggy for our photos as the place is quite huge and everything she did was amazing, she really knows what she is doing and has been a pleasure working with her! I would recommend this place to anyone, if this is the first venue you visit then you will not want to look any further as you automatically fall in love with the place!! We will definitely return for wine tasting and lunch next time we are in California! Just perfect!! -

When people ask about our wedding we can never say enough about our venue. Mount Palomar Winery is, in our opinion, the most beautiful location in all of Temecula wine country. This venue truly made our wedding. We didn’t have to add anything to make the setting beautiful, it is just already breathtaking. Even in the middle of summer, the grounds were absolutely lovely and incredibly green. Our wedding package was quite reasonable and included a lot of what the other wineries charge extra for. The wines were delightful!! The Riesling was a huge hit among our guests. The food was absolutely delicious! Everyone raved about the food at the wedding, commenting on how it was some of the best food they have ever had at a wedding!
Even more impressive were the wonderful people who assisted us from the very beginning, over a year ago, to the end of a most perfect day. Lauren Shields, our on-site coordinator, was so pleasant and helpful from our very first meeting. Her professionalism and kindness put us at ease immediately, we left feeling such excitement about our event. A year later she continued our confidence with her timely contact and further planning of our rehearsal, rehearsal dinner (in the fantastic barrel room) and then on the big day. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and Lauren and Cassie and the rest of the staff were a huge part of that. They took care of everything and made sure all went well for us and our guests. We didn’t have to lift a finger or stress at all, they took care of everything so that we could simply enjoy ourselves. We are so grateful for their effort in making sure everything ran smoothly, which it did and we had such a perfect day with no problems or hiccups at all! We have had so many compliments on our beautiful wedding and the great food and wine. Many have said it was the best wedding they had ever been to! I would definitely recommend Mount Palomar Winery as a fantastic choice for a wedding venue!! -

Mount Palomar Winery made our dream wedding a reality. Everything was perfect and ran smoothly. The customer service was beyond compare. I am the type of person who gets stressed out easily, but the staff at Palomar made sure there was nothing to stress over. Every employee we met, including the owner, was very friendly and polite. Customer service is VERY important to me, and Mount Palomar definitely had some impressive customer service. Lauren helped with the planning details throughout our engagement. She is super sweet, she handled all my millions of questions like a champ, and she made sure I got what I wanted. Cassy was our day of coordinator. She made me feel like I was in very good hands. She made sure we were well taken care of. She was sweet, friendly, and professional. I couldn't think of a better team to have coordinating my wedding day.
In addition to the outstanding customer service, Mount Palomar has the most beautiful property of all the wineries. The ceremony site was on a hill top with breath taking views. The property felt very private. We didn't run into any wine tasters since the winery closes at 5 and the ceremony site is well separated from the tasting room. We chose to have our reception in the barrel room because we loved how unique and pretty it was. We didn't need to add any extra decore. The room is ready with ceiling draping and lights strung through the barrels. It's gorgeous! The indoor option was also great because Temecula has a noise ordinance that requires outdoor music to be off by 10. We didn't have to deal with that constraint since we were inside.
I highly recommend Mount Palomar Winery for anyone looking for an amazing wedding venue. I can't express enough how happy we were with everything and everyone we worked with, including all the amazing vendors that Palomar recommended to us!!! I am so thankful we got to experience our special day at Mount Palomar Winery! -

Their package prices are very competitive for the area and from what I experienced a great value. Lauren and her team were amazing! Very accommodating to our needs and concerns. The day of, I was so nervous and Lauren handled everything, even helping me bustle my dress! We had our wedding here on June 13, 2015 and I would describe it as a complete fairytale. As soon as we toured the site, we knew this is where we needed to get married there. The ceremony site is absolutely breathtaking, as well as the outdoor reception and the barrel room. The staff knows how to maintain and decorate a beautiful site. Lauren is a wonderful wedding coordinator - so organized, quick to respond, quick to find solutions.
On the day of our wedding, I was able to completely relax and get ready in their bridal suite with my mom and bridesmaids. Lauren and her wonderful staff took care of everything. Cassidy, her assistant, was such a sweetheart to us when we were getting ready. She was doing set up and checking on us. The set-up at the reception was so breathtaking, and all of our guests were telling us they had never seen such a gorgeous ceremony and reception.All of the guest photos so far have shown this - we cannot wait to get our professional pictures back! Our guests also commented on how well everything flowed - this is due to Lauren and my other wedding planner who she recommended, Annette from A Classic Touch Events. Also, the food and wine are excellent - My husband had family coming from far and wide, and they loved it! At least half of our guests have said it was the best and most romantic wedding they had ever been to.
There is a noise ordinance due to the houses located nearby, so at 10pm we relocated the reception into the barrel room. This was the cherry on top of our reception - it is such a beautiful room and a great place to have people dance! All of our guests raved about what a fun way it was to end the party.
To sum it all up, mount palomar made our dream wedding come true. If you are thinking of getting married here, I recommend it 100%!! I wish we could relive the day! -

Mount Palomar was the first winery we looked at during our hunt for a wedding venue in Temecula, and we fell in love with the views even after touring some of the other beautiful wineries in the area. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Lauren and her staff. Our dream outdoor wedding ended up getting rained out, and we had to move our cocktail hour and reception into the barrel room. Lauren made this transition so seamless, that we had many guests exclaim their surprise that the barrel room hadn’t been our first choice. To say that we could have been miserable with the changes, only speaks to what a wonderful experience Mount Palomar created for us on our wedding day.
The food and wine was delicious, and the barrel room was so beautiful…which promoted many of our friends to return the day after the wedding to take in the sunny views and join their wine club. As disappointed as we were in the lack of the outdoor wedding, the staff’s professionalism, efficiency in making the last minute changes, and their beautiful indoor option all made for a dream wedding. Thank you to Lauren for keeping us sane, and making sure that all our crazy requests were met with a calm smile and a nod. We highly recommend Mount Palomar for any couple’s wedding! -

We visit Temecula frequently but had never been to Mount Palomar until the day we scheduled our visit to meet with Cassie to tour the venue. We had definitely been missing out. There was no question when we left to go to the next winery that we didn't need to go anywhere else. If you want amazing views for your pictures and an experience you and your guests will never forget you must pick Mount Palomar! My wife and I could not have imagined any better! From the first time that we met Cassie during the walk through to working Lauren on all of the details we knew we had picked the right place for us. You are the only wedding on property so we took advantage of utilizing almost all of the beautiful grounds. Everyone that works at Mount Palomar is so friendly and attentive which was important to us because we live in Las Vegas so we were running blind on some of the planning. Lauren was so easy to work with and was very responsive to all of our questions and concerns. Our guests were mainly from Ohio and they are still talking about the amazing time they had, how good the food was, and the great wine! On the day of our wedding we don't know what we would have done without Cassie. She made sure we had everything that we needed, ran all of the property to ensure all of our details were on point and made sure we kept up with the timeline. We didn't have to think about a single thing except each other. The ceremony site is breathtaking and the barrel room is stunning. We did a duo plated dinner with a few vegetarian plates. Mount Palomar is the only choice if you want a complete turnkey venue for your ceremony, cocktail hour, reception and want the best service! The location was ideal...the architecture...the views, the maintenance, extremely friendly staff, the food WAS AMAZING !!!
We had guests from Australia, New Zealand, Chile, Africa, Canada...you name it! Each and every guest enjoyed the location and took a million pictures back home.
We couldn't of asked for more!!! I am not the one to write reviews, but I would want every bride and groom to know that this is THE location in Temecula to have your wedding!!

Lauren Shields was our wedding coordinator, and was outstanding! Our wedding in July was truly wonderful. It started to rain, and she was on top of everything. There were a lot of last minute changes due to the unexpected rain, and she managed them perfectly. She also worked effectively with all of my vendors. I can't imagine it having gone better in spite of the rain.
The Mount Palomar serving staff were excellent. They are professional, personable, and very helpful.
Mount Palomar Winery is a beautiful, rustic, and romantic venue. Any location on the site is naturally beautiful, so it isn't necessary to have a lot of flower arrangements. In fact, too many would detract from its natural charm.
The Mount Palomar wines are fantastic.
Food is catered by an outside vendor.

My husband and I were married this past September at Mount Palomar Winery in Temecula, CA. We were later told by many of our guests that our wedding was the best wedding they have ever been to! I think the venue had a lot to do with that. We chose Mount Palomar Winery as a wedding venue since the ceremony and reception would both be outdoors and we wanted an atmosphere that was open and relaxing, yet elegant and classy.
Mount Palomar Winery has hands down the most charm out of all the wineries. The scenery is amazing. The area where the ceremony was held is on the highest peak and overlooks the entire Temecula valley. It is quite picturesque. There are also fountains, statues, wine barrels and grape vines that decorate the winery. September is also an ideal month since all the grapes are on the vines. We were even able to enjoy a beautiful sunset during our reception.
The wine and food were both awesome. My guests loved the wine, including my European in-laws who are less favorable to California wines since they tend to be too sweet for their taste. The rose is my personal favorite! The food was also complimentary paired to the wine (which we were able to sample and chose ourselves). We chose heavier dishes to go along with the wine, such as a mashed potato bar and prosciutto wrapped chicken in a buffet style arrangement. I was so happy that the food was good since wedding food can be hit or miss!
Finally, we went with Mount Palomar winery because we didn’t have to worry about a thing! The winery provided us with wine, food, tables, tablecloths, chairs flatware, candles, outdoor lighting, bride/groom suites to get ready in, waiters, bartenders, set up and break down, optional fireplaces, and Lauren (our own personal wedding coordinator). That was so important for us in choosing a venue since we really wanted to be able to enjoy our day without any worries or duties, which we did! It truly was a magical wedding.

When we first got engaged, I knew the only place I wanted to get married was Mount Palomar Winery. It was the best decision I could have made. I believe (but am probably biased) that it is the MOST gorgeous winery in all of Temecula. The views, the landscaping, the Mediterranean ambiance, the fountains, the vines, EVERYTHING is gorgeous! It is such a large and gorgeous property.
Louis, the winery owner is such a sweet and generous man. Lauren, the venue coordinator is professional, on top of everything she has to do and is well prepared. She helped me so much that I don't know what it would have been like without her. The staff and all the crew at Mount Palomar are professional and kind. Cassie, Lauren's assistant, is a dream come true. Everyone knows what to do, where to go and how to get things done. On the day of, I was so scatterbrained and elated with happiness that I had no idea how things looked or if things were where they are suppose to be. Lauren and her team did everything perfectly to the last minute. Being with a professional staff that knows what to do is the biggest biggest relief a bride can ask for.
Their wines are delicious and their caterer is kind and a great chef. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thank you Mount Palomar :) -

Everything about our experience at Mount Palomar was perfect- from our first visit through our actual wedding day! First, the venue itself is so beautiful- the views from the Bella Vista ceremony site were amazing and the barrel room reception was unique and elegant. There are a ton of wineries in Temecula, but Mount Palomar has some of the most breathtaking views! It was such a beautiful venue that we really didn't need any floral at all!
On top of that, Lauren and everybody on the staff were a pleasure to work with. They were always responsive to our questions and requests and worked hard to make the planning process easy and stress-free. Every time we visited the venue, we felt welcome and taken are of. Our actual wedding day went so smoothly due to all of the staff at Mount Palomar.
Finally, the wine and food were amazing! All of our guests loved the food and several loved the wine so much they bought bottles to take home. We also loved that we were given a membership to the wine club and were able to enjoy Mount Palomar wines throughout our wedding planning process!
There really aren't words enough to say how much we loved our experience at Mount Palomar. There were so many small touches about the venue and their treatment of us that made it such a treat. We are so grateful to have started our new life together at Mount Palomar and look forward to continued visits there! -

From the minute my then fiance and I pulled up to Mount Palomar Winery to check it out as a potential site for our upcoming wedding, it felt like home. It made us feel warm, comfortable, and familar, which was exactly the way we wanted our wedding to be...beautiful scenary, gorgeous, romantic, yet very comfortable setting...just so perfect. Before we were even engaged, we knew we wanted to be married at Mount Palomar. We'd been there before as part of a birthday winery tour, and its decor coupled with its scenery are unmatched by any other winery in town. When we first met with Anthony (whose official title is "Tasting Room Manager" but should be "Wedding Czar") we were saddened because the prices seemed out of our range. But Anthony worked with us and found ways to make this wedding happen. Unfortunately, Mount Palomar went through three or four wedding coordinators during the months we were planning our wedding, but Anthony never gave us cause for concern, and acted as our personal point man for our multitude of questions. When they finally found a wedding coordinator worth her salt, we found her to be well worth the wait. Her name is Danielle. She was somewhat new to the game, but her enthusiasm and her attention to detail blew us away. We had a few concerns regarding the timing and location of the appetizers, and she found the right solution in a heartbeat. Both her and Anthony were present the day of the wedding, and were rushing around with poised urgency to make sure everything went off without a hitch. And it did! We got so many compliments on our choice of venue; everyone was enchanted by the beautiful atmosphere. The food was delicious, the servers were upbeat and friendly as well as attentive, and the bartenders kept the wine flowing. We could not be happier with Mount Palomar, Anthony, Danielle, and all of the others who made our wedding day so special! -

Absolutely breathtaking wedding we just had at Mount Palomar Winery. My husband and I got married this September and the weather was beyond perfect. We had the most beautiful backdrop with vineyards all around and sunset hitting right at dinner hour. The venue is filled with lush landscape making it the premiere location for a vineyard wedding. Our guests have sent us so many compliments and describe it as being one of the best weddings they've been to. Our wedding coordinator Lauren is phenomenal, extremely professional and very thorough in the planning process. The day of the wedding the Mount Palomar team executed and everything went as smooth as possible. If I could do it all over again I would in a heartbeat. If you're on the fence on your venue, this place will definitely not let you down. -

After meeting with Lauren, she told us about some of the wonderful features that made MPW stand out, such as: they only host one wedding a day, a 6-month membership would be included, we would have access to all three locations, she would be our day-of-coordinator, and they had both a bridal and a groom’s suite.
The suites were filled with their sparkling wine, the rooms were clean, and both Lauren and Cassie were constantly checking in with me to make sure the day went by smoothly and that I had everything I needed. The only hiccup I had that day was that my parents table (#1) was put in the back instead of up front with me, but they didn't seem to let it bother them.
After mingling with the rest of the guests though, the one word that was constantly repeated was “Magical”. Everyone was so impressed by the ambiance of the romantic atmosphere that MPW provided. Under the night sky, people danced and laughed and enjoyed themselves to the very end. My husband and I would highly recommend MPW to anyone who is looking for a fairytale wedding. -

I visited about a dozen venues (mostly wineries) in Temecula, and it didn't take long to narrow it down to Mount Palomar. These were my main reasons:
- The venue is beautiful, with many locations to take gorgeous photos. The barrel room provided such a beautiful and unique setting for a reception.
- The venue and service was more affordable compared to other venues.
- I was worried that we could not reach the guest minimum at most venues, but Mount Palomar allows you to upgrade the linens, purchase bottles of wine for the wedding day, etc. to reach the equivalent cost of the minimum.
- Although the winery is open to the public during the day, the ceremony site was distant enough to keep the event private. Many other wineries were too commercial and did not offer privacy.
Overall, our expectations were met! The food was a small downside for us. The winery partners with a catering company, so we didn't have much of a choice there. Also, our wedding cake came with 3 flavors, but only 2 of them were served. When a guest asked a staff member for the cake that wasn’t served, the staff said there wasn't such a cake available. This was my only disappointment with the service, and it was a small one in the grand scheme of things.
The wedding day would not have gone as smoothly if it weren't for the coordinator Lauren, her assistant Cassie, and the staff at Mount Palomar! Lauren and Cassie answered any questions I had. Even though many people warn against just having a "venue coordinator," Lauren was essentially a "day-of-coordinator." Lauren contacts all your other wedding vendors prior to the wedding day and helps you plan and coordinate the wedding timeline. We were able to drop off any of our DIYs (card box, favors, etc.) for the staff to set up for us on the wedding day.
So many guests commented on how beautiful the venue was and how my wedding was the classiest one they've ever been to. I highly recommend considering Mount Palomar as your wedding venue! -

This is the best winery in Temecula for a wedding for SO many reasons. The outdoor areas have by far the most breathtaking views of the area. Since you are up on the hill, it is so quiet, so private and all of our guests were blown away by the view. The reception area outdoor is also fantastic. It features amazing views as well as the beautiful lighting that looks great in photos. Lauren, the wedding planner at Mount Palomar, is so great to work with. She is very calm, knows what she is doing and how to make your vision come to life. She was also fantastic to all of our vendors and each of them said they loved working with her. Everyone we dealt with at the winery was so friendly and accommodating. The wines we were able to select were amazing and our guests loved the food. I would highly recommend having your wedding at Mount Palomar, they made my dream wedding come true! -

Best day ever
My husband and I got married at Mount Palomar Winery on 10.11.18. It was the most beautiful day that we could have ever imagined! Finding a venue is never easy, but once we saw the beautiful greenery, the mountain views, the vines, and the ceremony site of Mount Palomar Winery, we were sold! We absolutely LOVED working with the staff and team of MPW! Sandy, Kimberly, Lauren and the other Mount Palomar staff took the best possible care of us not only on our wedding day but on each day we spoke prior to. They helped us pick the food, the wine, plan where the decorations would be placed, and finally helped us organize our vendors. There are so many moving pieces on the big day and Mount Palomar staff did their very best work to make sure everything was beautiful and went according to the plan!-

Mount Palomar is a stunning, unforgettable venue for a wedding. Our family and friends still rave about our special day there. My husband and I live in Chicago and we appreciated that Lauren and her team made it easy to plan our wedding from far away. We visited the venue once, signed the agreement and came out only one more time for the catering and wine tasting. The rest was handled via email and phone calls - which we appreciated!
The food was outstanding, the wines were great and the day flowed smoothly with the coordination from the Mount Palomar team.
I have been a bit surprised that no one from Mount Palomar followed up with me after the wedding seeking feedback about our experience. If they had, I'd have shared with them that one thing slipped through the cracks: we were supposed to have a wine-blending ceremony and no one put the wine out for it to take place. We ended up having to do a bit of improv during the ceremony and since it was listed in our program, a few people asked us why we skipped that part. I presumed that the venue would provide and set up these items and no one told me that I needed to bring the items and have them set up for the ceremony. I'm still not sure whose responsibility that part was. Because of this, I couldn't give perfect 5 stars across the board.
However despite that oversight/miscommunication (not sure which it was?), if given the chance to do it all over again, I'd still choose Mount Palomar Winery for our wedding ceremony and reception site. The team there helped us to create a beautiful, unforgettable day.-

My wife and I had our dream outdoor wedding at Mount Palomar Winery last September! Only about an hours drive from our home in San Diego, we had previously visited this winery during our first day trip to Temecula wine country. What we liked about the venue was its positive energy and open space, which made for an especially delightful environment to enjoy wine. We were happy to find that the venue was also very affordable, and conveniently located only about an hour away from our family in Orange County. As we expected, our guests, both local and out-of-towners, were blown away by the venue. It sure felt great having some of our most well-traveled guests compliment our venue of choice!
While we had gone in knowing that the event space was special, what was really memorable for us was the exceptional staff. During the planning process, they focused on our desires and were flexible when working with other vendors. This exemplary conduct transferred into the wedding day, where the staff really went above and beyond, treating all guests with respect, friendliness, and professionalism. They were reliable and anticipated our needs, which made us feel relaxed and stress-free, allowing us to savor every special moment with each other. -

My husband and I were married on September 24, 2016. When we started wedding planning, we knew we wanted to get married at a winery, but we weren't sure which one. After checking out close to 20 venues, Mount Palomar was a no-brainer for a stunning, outdoor wedding. The entire planning process was very smooth from start to finish. Lauren was really helpful, and we also loved all the staff at the winery. We were quite pleased that we didn't have to worry about catering, linens, set-up, staff, etc., because the winery provided all of that in our cost. Quick side note- you get six months of wine club for free when you book a wedding there. We definitely enjoyed that perk, and we also purchased a wine barrel with the discount, which we used as our guest book! Anyways, the day of our wedding was smooth and I had no worries whatsoever. All of the vendors coordinated with the Mt. Palomar staff, so I wasn't involved in anything. I got to enjoy the bridal suite with my girlfriends and a few bottles of sparkling! We received so many compliments on how stunning the venue was, and I must say it couldn't have been a more perfect outdoor wedding, between the ceremony background, the reception area (market strung lighting, fountain, bar areas, etc. - all gorgeous), the grounds for pictures, etc. We were beyond happy that we held our wedding at Mt. Palomar and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a rustic, elegant, winery wedding! -

We recently got married at Mount Palomar this past July and I must say it was a dream wedding. The staff was on board with all my crazy ideas (lawn games, photo booth, cupcakes....) and helped to give us anything we needed. The space is unbeatable, from its sweeping views of other vineyards, to the sunsets at night, it is just gorgeous. We barely had to do much decorating in the venue space because it is surrounded by vines, roses, and market lights.
Both the Bridal and Grooms suites are large spaces, we fit all our parties, parents, grandparents, and even a few friends in them (and Palomar helped to stock the mini fridges with Palomar sparking wine!) It truly was a stress-free day because Palomar helped out so much with the set up.
The best part of working with Palomar is how inclusive it all is. It is one price which included the open bar and caterer (which is fantastic food!) We didn't have to scourer around looking for all the vendors. They made it easy which is so nice when planning a big wedding. Anyone thinking of Mount Palomar for their wedding, we highly recommend. -

Mount Palomar was fantastic - so many of our guests said it was the most beautiful wedding they have ever been to. We got married in August and I was really worried about the heat. I'm not going to lie, it was HOT in August - but it was manageable. For the ceremony, we had Mount Palomar serve water and tray passed Champagne and used their parasols. I bought paddle fans separately. Our guests used everything and we kept the ceremony short (15 min) - and everyone was back in the shade. Once the reception started at 6:30 it was very comfortable and the perfect outdoor wedding weather.
The staff at Mount Palomar helped everything go off without a hitch - they helped us line up for the ceremony site, kept us on time, ensured everything was set for the reception, it was great. The food was good too - not the best we've ever had but it was good wedding food. Recommend the chicken over the steak since the stuffing in the chicken kept it moist.
The drinks were also phenomenal - we had them do the raspberry mojito, the margarita, the lemonade w. vodka, and whiskey and coke and people raved about not only the wines but also the drinks. Highly recommend.

I loved everything about this venue. I wish there had been a little more flexibility with the catering option, but I have no complaints. To be fair, I had no time to eat at the wedding (so I have no idea what the food was like - but we had no complaints from guests), and even that's only because we were too busy having fun. Everyone was very professional and made things so smooth for us. We planned most of the wedding from out of state, and had no problems coordinating between our planner and the venue. Lauren was really helpful and responsive whenever needed. -

While our wedding was small (less than 40), MPW staff went out of their way to be exceptional in customizing a wedding and reception that met our budget. The guests thoroughly enjoyed the winery, staff, and the abundance of food and libation. Since our reception, many of our guests have visited MPW on their own. -

After looking at several venues in the Temecula area my husband and I choose Mt. Palomar Winery. Not only are the grounds amazing but it was also very convenient having your venue, tables/chairs/linens, caterer and bar all included for one price.
The location itself has a few different areas for your wedding/reception that are isolated from the tasting room/main area. We really enjoyed this intimacy and the ability to take pictures without worrying about vineyard guests standing in the background. We also liked the fact that you are the only wedding on your special day so you don't need to feel rushed or in anyone's way.
The vineyard's staff are also great. Between the time we booked and our wedding day we tasted/visited the vineyard several times. Each time the sommeliers and tasting room staff greeted us warmly and many asked us how the planning was going. Although Lauren was the one who originally helped us, Sandy was a HUGE help as we got closer to the wedding. She was always very timely in getting back to us regarding last minute changes and was always so helpful in answering our questions. She also took great care of the wedding party on the day of and made sure my husband and I were always happy. Sandy was also very kind in dealing with our groomsmen who lost track of time on their way out.
My only complaints were that the business office was disorganized throughout the process and a high level event staff member was very rude to my mother at the end of my wedding when packing up the bridal suite. But other than that the wedding was amazing, the pictures at the venue are incredible and everyone had a great time!

Lauren and Cassie and the rest of the staff at Mount Palomar Winery really helped to make our wedding day the most beautiful day of our lives. Both Lauren and Cassie were there to help make sure all our tedious DIY favors and decorations, etc. made it to their proper places, as well as making sure that all our outside vendors were informed and looped in on the happenings of the day as well. This was a HUGE help as I didn't have a wedding planner or day of coordinator! Throughout the day, both Lauren and Cassie were there to make sure my husband and I had our drinks refilled and to make sure everything was going off without a hitch. They were instrumental and we couldn't have done it with out them! On top of it all, they are both so sweet and genuine and make you feel like you're a part of the Mount Palomar Family. :) And the venue itself is just stunning! We got married August 22, and the weather couldn't have been more perfect that day - which is great since we were having an all outdoor wedding! I highly recommend doing the reception outside as well (although their barrel room is gorgeous!) because it doesn't get much more beautiful or picture perfect than this place! The bistro lights sparkle so wonderfully as the sun is starting to set and on into the evening... It's all just so magical! And it goes with out saying that the wine is PHENOMENAL! You get to choose 4 wines for the day of, and you really can't go wrong! We had so much fun choosing our wines and went back for many tastings throughout the wedding planning processes. If you're lucky, you'll have Kevin or Taylor helping you out and pouring your wine tastings - both of them are so sweet and were a HUGE help to us :) All in all, everything and everyone at Mount Palomar are top notch and it was the absolute best decision for our wedding venue. We have since become wine club members and are just so happy to be a part of this wonderful winery and the amazing people associated with it. -

Spectacular venue and wonderful staff.
Mount Palomar winery was the most stunning venue for us to get married- the sun was setting and backdrop of our ceremony looked like a painting. Shellie and her team are absolute gangstas on the day and are so pro and efficient. Thank you guys for having us, best day and night of our lives and best wedding ever!! Xxx Mr & Mrs Cha-

Perfect Wedding
We had our May wedding at Mount Palomar and it was absolutely gorgeous! Truly the most breathtaking landscapes in Temecula. So many great spots for photos! We used the barrel room for cocktail hour and then went back outside for the reception. I know this was not a common choice, but I am so happy our guests got to experience both locations (most guests were coming from Arizona and had never been to a winery or barrel room). Sandy was always quick to respond to all my questions and everything went smoothly on the day of. We had a perfect wedding! Thanks Mount Palomar Team!-

Recently got married at Mt Palomar winery and I am very pleased with how everything turned out. The staff were extremely professional and helpful from day one and always worked hard to meet our needs. I am so thankful for everything that they did. The space is gorgeous and provides many great opportunities for photos. Pricing is very competitive and it comes with a large number of perks and services, which made us feel very comfortable throughout the planning process.
People were raving about the wedding and the property and staff were a huge part of that. I would recommend this winery to anyone looking for a wonderful venue in the Temecula area! -

We had our wedding on 5/27/17 and it was such a beautiful and well organized event! The staff is so attentive, especially on the day of. I'm so glad they had a coordinator because I was too busy trying to enjoy myself to think about anything else. My whole family was surprised at how beautiful the venue is. Definitely recommend! -

The team at Mount Palomar Winery was exceptional! Everyone did an amazing job to make sure that the entire day was perfect. My own wedding coordinator failed tremendously if it wasn't for Lauren Shields and her staff the day wouldn't have a happy ending. The amount of details that went into our special day and how everything came together is all because of her and her team. We are so happy that we decided to get married at Mount Palomar Winery. The food and the wine was better than we expected. Highly recommend this venue and the team that puts it all together.
