From the moment we met Moses and Steph, we knew we made the right decision. They were so personable and wanted to get to know us. It felt like more than just a job for them and made the entire process so fun. When we did our engagement shoot, they made it feel so easy to pose and know what to do for each picture. We did not think it would be so natural and the time went by so quick that we realized they stayed way longer than was expected. They kept in touch throughout the planning process and made us feel confident with how the schedule of the day would go. On the wedding day, we were so excited to see them and we wish they could've stayed the whole night! The pictures were better than we expected and captured the day perfectly. We're sad that it's over and we aren't working with them anymore. We definitely plan on using them as photographers in the future! -

Where do we even begin? Our wedding was just this weekend and I could not wait to write a review. Working with Moses and Stephanie was one of the absolute best decisions we made for our wedding. From our very first phone call, I felt instantly at ease—they were warm, kind, and so easy to connect with. I knew right away that we were in incredibly capable hands, and they truly exceeded every expectation from start to finish.
On our wedding day, they were a calming, steady presence in the midst of all the emotion. We had intentionally planned a small, low-key celebration to keep things simple and stress-free and yet I didn't seem to have gotten the memo that morning lol. Stephanie was so patient and reassuring, helping me breathe through the chaos of the morning and gently grounding me when I needed it most. And Moses, with his calm energy and sense of humor, reminded me of the carefree day I had envisioned all along. Together, they went out of their way to center me and help me find peace in the moment, and I’ll never forget that kindness.
Not only are they genuinely wonderful humans—funny, thoughtful, and incredibly kind—but they are also so talented. Their attention to detail is unmatched, and the way they work together is seamless. Steph was so flexible and patient as I changed the photo order last minute, and they somehow kept everything perfectly organized without ever making us feel rushed. Tony and I felt completely taken care of the entire time.
And the photos? Breathtaking. Truly. They captured every laugh, every tear, every quiet, meaningful moment with such artistry and emotion. We got a sneak peek the day after the wedding, and we were completely blown away. If those few photos are any indication, we’re going to have a very hard time narrowing down our favorites once we get the full gallery.
We honestly cannot recommend Moses and Stephanie enough. Not only are they incredibly skilled photographers, they are two of the kindest, warmest souls you could hope to have by your side on such an important day. We’re endlessly grateful for them—for their talent, their calm presence, and their hearts.
If you're lucky enough to work with them, know you're in the best hands. -

From the moment I saw Moses & Steph's work in May 2021 at a friend’s wedding, I was hooked. Then, in April 2023, I had the privilege of being a bridesmaid in my best friend’s wedding and experienced their incredible work firsthand. From that moment, I knew they were the ones for us—no need to interview anyone else. We had an immediate connection, and it was clear that Moses and Steph truly care about their couples.
Not only are they incredibly talented, but they are also genuinely amazing people. They took the time to incorporate any photo requests we had, while also using their own talented eyes to capture the most beautiful and meaningful moments. They made our wedding day run seamlessly, and we are already blown away by the sneak peek of our photos. As excited as we were for the wedding, we were genuinely sad to end our journey with them.
We are so grateful for everything they did for us and cannot recommend them enough. -

the BEST wedding photographers out there!
Not too long ago, we were in the same shoes as those reading this review and trying to pick a photographer for our wedding. Moses Cruz was recommended on a Facebook group so we looked him up and fell in love with his style of photography. We inquired, set up an initial meeting to learn more, and the rest is history.
From our initial call, we fell in LOVE with Moses + Steph. Their work truly does speak for itself but personally, they both are such amazing people. We got the opportunity to do an engagement shoot with Moses included with our wedding package (which obviously the photos blew us away) but most importantly we got learn how they operate and they got to learn us as a couple. Fast forward to our wedding day and we honestly couldn’t have imagined anyone else being our photographers on one of the most important days than Moses & Steph. They truly go above and beyond for their clients and it’s reflected in all the work they produce. They bring out the best in every couple by making them feel comfortable and ensuring they don’t forget to have fun, even though the day can be stressful. When the end of the night came, we were genuinely sad when they had to leave because we had such a great of time with them by our side.
Moses & Steph, thank you once again for EVERYTHING you have done for us. Picking Moses Cruz Photography has been one of the best decisions we have made and we couldn’t even imagine you both not being by our side on our wedding day. We are so grateful for all the PERFECT photos you were able to capture from our wedding day that will help show all the love that we have for each other for generations to come. -

From the moment we met Moses & Steph, we knew they were going to be an integral part of our wedding. As a couple themselves, they understood the dynamic of our relationship and the love story we hoped to tell through our wedding photos.
Their coordination and professionalism were apparent from our first meeting, but it was their warm presence and organic excitement about our special day that really stood out. They recommended an engagement shoot which we are very grateful for. Not only do we cherish the photos, but it also allowed us to both get acquainted to their style and get more comfortable in front of a camera. On the day of our wedding, they were more than photographers; they were an essential part of the celebration, blending in seamlessly with our guests and never missing a beat. So much so, they have now become genuine friends.
Moses managed to capture the essence of our love in every shot. His portraits of us are breathtaking, and he has a talent for using the natural light to bring a glow to our photographs.
Steph has an incredible eye for detail, capturing the little moments that we were too busy to see. The way she photographed our rings and the laughter of our family members was beyond exceptional.
Together, they worked in perfect harmony, ensuring that both the candid moments and the main attractions were immortalized. Their timing was impeccable, snapping pictures at just the right second to capture the array of emotions our wedding provoked.
The final gallery was delivered in a timely and personal manner. We were in awe as we scrolled through every picture. Each one was a work of art that told a piece of our story. They managed to make us relive our wedding day with the same intensity and joy we felt in those very moments.
We cannot thank them enough for their hard work, their passion, and their talent. If you are looking for a photography team that will capture your day with love, care, and exceptional skill, look no further. They are truly the best, and we feel so fortunate to have had them as a part of our wedding journey.

Picturesque Photography
Although we ended up changing our original venue and wedding date, the one thing we knew we couldnt change was Moses and Steph as our photographers. They were so accommodating when we decided to change our location from New Jersey to Maryland and we were so grateful because I dont think we could of found a better team. Their photos arent just photos they are truly works of art. His eye is super creative and he thinks of the shots that your typical wedding photographer wouldnt think of. Im so happy with the photos ! Thanks again ! -

Modern, Elegant, AMAZING.
It's no surprise why Moses and Team have 5 star ratings across the board.
From the moment we met Moses & Steph, we knew they were it. Not only is the photography incredible, paired with the skill of his artistic eye, but the personal bond that we created is irreplaceable.
Moses took the time to get to know us as individuals, as a couple, our families, our hobbies... to truly capture every ounce of us on our special day. Let me tell you, this is the most important part of the process if you want to get the most out of your wedding photos! You spend your entire wedding day with your photographer, not only do you have to enjoy their company, but you have to be lock step on your wedding vision... This person should mirror your energy and vibe and understand how to capture every special moment. MOSES DID EXACTLY THAT. He was organized, focused, artistic, professional, made us laugh at those stressful moments and took moments to remind us to enjoy each other on the day. All while remaining calm cool and collected at all turns (and let me tell you, I was a handful in this process...) Moses delivered on ALL fronts.
We were absolutely blown away with the result. Our photos look like a magazine shoot. The lighting and editing, the wide angle shots, the up close and personal, all of it turned out magical. We even had a photographer just to capture every detail that I designed. This team did not skip a beat. The most important part is that the photos remained true to us and our vision. While highlighting the venue, the dress, the bridal party and all of the others, the one thing that cut through in every photo was our love for each other.
We will absolutely be keeping Moses Cruz Photography close to us for every photo op in our future!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE this team. -

Moses and his wife Stephanie are an amazing team (along with their additional photographer, Gerardo). They are so optimistic, positive, and funny and truly made the months leading up to my wedding so easy. Moses is a truly talented photographer with extraordinary vision. There were so many great shots of the wedding that I don't even remember taking. I highly recommend booking him as your photographer! My guests have all commented on how great they were and everyone who has seen the first batch of pictures has been in awe! -

Oh, Moses… What can I say? PHENOMENAL PHOTOGRAPHY!
My husband Brian and I first found out about Moses through a mutual friend and once we saw his photography on Instagram, we quickly entered into a free engagement photoshoot contest that Moses was running in December of 2017. Brian and I happened to win the contest and set up our engagement shoot for August 2018 in Asbury Park, NJ.
After meeting with Moses and even prior to our engagement shoot, we booked with Moses immediately! His vision, style of photography, and creative outlook was exactly what we were looking for.
During our engagement shoot, Moses and his wife Stephanie knew exactly where to go and what to shoot. We had beautiful photos from our shoot that we used as a our Save the Dates and put onto our wedding website.
As the time drew closer to our wedding, we met with Moses to go over our timeline for the day of our wedding. He was professional and truly treated us like his own family. He was so wonderful during our meeting and we felt so confident as it got closer to our wedding.
Day of our wedding, Moses and his wife Stephanie were with me while I was getting ready and his assistant, Gary was with my husband while he was getting ready at his parents home. Being that I had already met with Moses and he had once before shot photos of us, I was SO comfortable day of our wedding while getting ready. At the church, Moses, Stephanie and Gary were professional and efficient!
While at the venue, we were able to complete all of our bridal party photos prior to cocktail hour beginning. My husband and I attended our entire cocktail hour where we were able to greet all of our guests and enjoy the food! During our reception, Moses pulled us outside for a few GORGEOUS silhouette night-time shots.
Overall, Brian and I cannot express enough how much we LOVED working with Moses and are SO HAPPY we decided to choose to have Moses photograph our wedding!!! -
