Best day ever :)
Got married here 5/6/23 and I could not have asked for a better team or venue! My husband and I were looking to have an indoor ceremony with a lot of in house vendors available and Morgan Creek Barn was beautiful, checked all of our boxes, and was within our budget! Communication leading up to the day was amazing and everyone was always so happy and quick to answer any questions we had. The day of could not have gone smoother without our day of coordinators always keeping us on time :) Special shout outs to Bailey, Abby, and Camryn for all their fantastic help!! -

Phenomenal Venue
Don't hesitate and book this venue ASAP! From the moment my husband set up an initial appointment, communication has been seamless. Danielle Garcia was our wedding coordinator throughout the planning process who provided feedback in a timely manner to ensure our wedding day would go perfectly. Cari was our wedding day of coordinator who was very professional and ensured that everyone knew their place and managed the time and vendors throughout the day. Morgan Creek Barn is a beautiful venue and I am so glad the ceremony and reception hall were a one stop shop at this location. The weather was perfect and our guests absolutely loved everything about it! I would highly recommend this venue as it allowed us to plan our wedding with ease. This was a destination wedding as we are from California and it really helped that the venue included many in-house vendors. -

Best in the Austin area!
I truly couldn’t recommend this venue and company more. From the very beginning, everything was clear and transparent—especially the pricing, which was really important to me while comparing venues. Reagan was fantastic during the booking process. She answered all our questions and made touring the space such a great experience. Our assigned planner, Danielle, was an absolute angel. She made sure every detail was taken care of and was always available to answer my questions—even late at night! Her support and calm presence were everything I needed. On the day of our wedding, everything ran so smoothly and perfectly. The wedding industry can sometimes feel a little overwhelming or unclear, but I can say with 100% confidence that this company is honest, professional, and genuinely cares about their couples. You’re in good hands here!

Beautiful Venue
I absolutely loved this wedding venue! The person I originally toured with - Keena - was great at making me feel excited and I could really envision my dream wedding. My wedding planner.. OMG where do I even begin. Danielle Garcia, you are incredibly good at your job. Every step of the process was smooth and easy. You made planning this wedding so stress free and I couldn’t have asked for anything more. On the day of the wedding, Danielle made sure to let everyone know to ask her any questions and directed vendors to the right places. Everything about this day was so special and memorable and I can’t thank y’all enough for being by mine & my husband’s side. Thank you so so much! -

This venue was perfect for our wedding snd everyone was amazing to work with! Our planner, Danielle so so kind and easy to work with. Macy, our day of coordinator, made the day a breeze! Everything went on without a hitch! Also shoutout to our DJ Anna and our photographer Lois. Every person that was present helping make the day go by so smooth. We are so grateful we chose the Morgan Creek Barn. it was PERFECT! Overall the value and the vendor partners that were provided, made a great team. -

Amazing!!!
Morgan Creek Barn took care of everything the day of our wedding! It took off a lot of pressure for us. Danielle Garcia made sure the day ran very smoothly and was on top of everything. I’m so glad she was there, especially to help me with a very complicated bustle on my daughter’s wedding dress! Thank you! The fajita buffet was yummy! The wedding cake was fabulous! Our DJ Emma & photographer Melissa did great too! Very sweet! hopefully I’m not forgetting anything, but overall we are very pleased.-

Perfect Venue!
Morgan Creek was the ideal venue for our wedding. With its breathtaking ceremony and reception area, we needed only minimal decorations to enhance it's natural beauty. Danielle, our wedding coordinator, was absolutely amazing-kind, efficient and willing to go the extra mile to ensure our day was flawless! -

Danielle and the entire Morgan Creek Barn team made our night AMAZING! It was beyond our wildest dreams.
When we were looking at venues, we didn't even know an all inclusive venue was an option, but we signed immediately! It made the whole wedding planning process so easy and fun.
Danielle was so incredibly organized and responsive, we could not be more grateful for her! She made everything perfect and stress free for us.
The DJ, food, drinks, and overall gorgeousness of the venue was complimented all night and for a week after!
I could not recommend this venue enough.
Thank you endlessly to Danielle and the whole MCB team! Our night was truly amazing! -

Amazing!
We got married on November 25 2024 at Morgan Creek Barn, and it exceeded all our expectations! From the very beginning each person we encountered or interacted with was very friendly and knowledgeable! Our day of coordinator Gabi was AMAZING! Our experience at Morgan Creek Barn was beyond anything we expected.
From start to finish, Abby, Danielle, Cari and each specialized vendor contact worked together to deliver an experience I imagined and prayed for! Danielle and Cari responded super quickly to all 5,000 of my emails and texts. Cari's service the day before and day of our wedding was so incredible, we seriously felt as if NOTHING went wrong. I told everyone, "If something went wrong or fell through the cracks, I DIDN'T SEE IT!" I have event production experience so I KNOW ONLY TOO WELL all of what could POSSIBLY go wrong. Cari and Danielle delivered the wedding experience of our dreams and I'll GLADLY recommend them and Morgan Creek Barn to ANYONE I know exploring wedding options. -

Very happy
Overall such a great experience. There were a few miscommunications on pricing throughout the planning process so I would suggest keeping track of pricing you were given after signing your contract. But all of our meetings were great and everyone was great to communicate I absolutely LOVED Gabi any our DJ through the venue who were sooo helpful with any situation -

Morgan Creek Wedding Venue was truly outstanding!
Our experience at Morgan Creek Wedding Venue was truly outstanding in many ways. The venue beautifully balances rustic charm with elegant design, offering a picturesque setting perfect for any wedding. From the beginning, the team at Morgan Creek displayed professionalism and a genuine commitment to making our special day unforgettable.
The black rustic barn provided a breathtaking backdrop, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that captivated our guests. The spacious indoor reception area comfortably accommodated everyone, and the outdoor cocktail area, featuring an open bar with charming string lights, offered a seamless transition between the ceremony and reception.
What truly set the experience apart was the impeccable service. Gabi, in particular, deserves special recognition for her dedication and tireless work. She ensured every detail went off without a hitch, making sure our day unfolded smoothly and beautifully. Danielle, who was instrumental in the planning process, was also fantastic—handling a minor issue with grace and ensuring the rest of the event ran flawlessly. These two were simply amazing.
However, there are a few areas that potential clients should be aware of, especially concerning the bar service.
First, we purchased the higher-end bar package but requested a substitution for Jameson whiskey. While the venue accommodated the change, we were charged at what was described as the venue’s "wholesale" cost, which turned out to be $76 per bottle, excluding taxes and fees. After all the additional costs, the price per bottle came to $100.43, far exceeding what we would expect based on typical retail prices.
Secondly—and most concerning—was the behavior of the bartender. We noticed that drinks were being deliberately short-poured unless guests tipped after each drink request. If someone asked for a bit more liquor, the bartender would tap the tip jar as a cue. Only when tipped would she add more to the drink. This practice was both unprofessional and inappropriate, particularly given that we had already paid for a premium liquor package of $3,400. It’s important to note that we paid for four bottles of Jameson, yet only two were used by the end of the night—likely because of these short pours. To add to the frustration, we were not allowed to take the leftover bottles with us.
Furthermore, although we paid for two bartenders, only one was actively serving drinks, while the other spent most of the night washing glasses. This was not what we expected when paying for full bar service, and it felt like we didn’t get what we paid for.
While we absolutely loved Morgan Creek as a venue and appreciated much of what they offered, these issues with the bar service were a disappointment. Future couples should consider this when planning and perhaps rethink allowing a tip jar at the bar, as it seemed to influence the quality of service unfairly.
Despite these concerns, the venue’s overall charm and the exceptional efforts of Gabi and Danielle made our wedding day truly memorable. Morgan Creek is a beautiful venue, and with some adjustments to their bar service, it would be perfect.

Beautiful Venue, Excellent Service / Staff
We recently celebrated our wedding at Morgan Creek Barn, and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience! From the moment we arrived, everything was beautifully organized and professionally handled. The venue itself is breathtaking – stunning scenery, well-maintained grounds, and gorgeous indoor spaces that provided the perfect backdrop for both our ceremony and reception.
A special shoutout to our amazing wedding coordinator, Danielle, and her wonderful assistant. They went above and beyond to make our day truly special. Their attention to detail, creativity, and calm demeanor made us feel at ease, knowing everything was in the best hands. Danielle worked tirelessly to ensure that every detail was perfect, while her assistant was there every step of the way offering support to make sure everything went off without a hitch.
Our guests were blown away by the beauty of the venue, and we received so many compliments on the food, the ambiance, and the overall atmosphere. It truly felt like a fairytale come to life.

The best day of our lives!! 07/26/2024
07.26.2024 My husband and I got engaged May 28th and reached out to Walters Wedding Estates the very next day where I spoke to Abigail Grantham via text (wedding specialist). And met with her for a tour May 31st Abigail was absolutely amazing. She was very polite, helpful, knowledgeable & made me feel very SPECIAL!! After the tour Abigail & I remained in contact. I had many more questions and Abigail would answer each one of them to the best of her ability and had very quick responses. After signing the contract we had Danielle G. as our wedding planner. Danielle was also very amazing and answered all of my questions. She also came in to the picture with only having a month till the wedding day! She made everything happen for us with having such a short amount of time. Gracie McKinnie was our On Day Coordinator and was also AWESOME. She made my wedding day go very smoothly, she checked in on me many times throughout the day & made sure I was ok. If there was anything that was needed she was on top of it!
Dj. Caleb was also GREAT!! he went above & beyond for us! He went out of his way to not only fulfill Dj duties but also to make sure we weren’t in need of anything throughout the night. Our Exit Vehicle Driver Michael was also amazing he made the decision of splurging for the exit vehicle even better than we thought It would be.
Have no regrets with having my wedding at Morgan Creek Barn everything was beautiful and like I’ve always dreamed of. Staff was amazing & up to this day we’re receiving many compliments from our guests! 10/10 recommend. -

Stress Free Wedding
Gracie and the team at Morgan Creek Barn did a fabulous job for my wedding! I had zero stress throughout the entire planning process, the planning team took care of so many details and made everything very easy to manage. The DJ Nolan was absolutely incredible. Everyone was very easy to get ahold of and were super responsive to any questions I had. The wedding day went absolutely perfectly - no snags or issues. Gracie helped everything to run smoothly and on time and my family and I were able to sit back and enjoy the day rather than stressing about coordinating everything. Morgan Creek Barn
We absolutely loved our wedding at Morgan Creek Barn! We worked with Abby S, Gabi M, and Danielle G, who were all extremely helpful and responsive. The venue itself is gorgeous, and we were very happy with all of the in-house vendors we booked as part of our all-inclusive package (catering, DJ, photography, photo booth, stationery, and luxury exit vehicle). As an LGBTQ+ couple, we always felt welcomed and accepted. The planning process was very smooth and seamless. Highly recommend this venue! -

Amazing venue and incredible coordinator
Morgan Creek Barn is a stunning venue first and foremost! I recently captured a wedding at this venue and Gabi was the day of coordinator. I cannot speak highly enough of this girl, she was there for everything keeping us informed and always had solutions to problems that arose. Morgan Creek Barn - Dripping Springs Venue
Morgan Creek Barn was a fantastic place to host my wedding. From the day I booked my wedding, they had a constant line of communication and communicated all expectations. Abby Scarce, the planning representative who assisted me up until the last month, was incredibly helpful leading up to the wedding as she answered millions of my questions and walked me through every possible detail of my day. Cari Weise who took over as my day-of coordinator was amazing - she went above and beyond when it came to helping me set up. As I DIY'd a lot of my details, she offered to take over and help set them up while my bridal party and I got ready. She navigated my wedding day perfectly even though it was incredibly windy - such as consulting with me about outdoor decor alternatives and even chasing down my veil when the wind caught it and reattaching it to me right before I walked down the aisle. Cari goes above and beyond to ensure that your day goes the way YOU want it, The organization of Walter Wedding Estates was phenomenal as they have an online portal making it convenient to talk with the coordinators, ask questions, make payments, view your contracts, see details, etc. The structure of the meetings provides a great timeline as to when you should be thinking about certain details of the wedding and helped me address all possible questions I may have forgotten about. One of the reasons I gravitated to this venue was because of all of the services they provided. In my package, they provided the venue, linens, centerpieces, bar, ceremony space and reception space, food, photographer, stationary services, and DJ. Since many of these vendors have worked with Walters Wedding Estates before and specifically at the venue, I didn't have to do much since they had experience with the venue/service - this was a GAME CHANGER. My photographer knew where to take the best photos, my DJ had no issues setting up, and it the day-of-coordinator (Cari) knew how to handle the event effortlessly. All of the vendors Morgan Creek worked with were incredibly professional. The only tip I would provide is mentioning the number of bartenders. I was told that there was 1 bartender for every 100 guests. I had 1 bartender for 100 guests and I felt like he was very overwhelmed as the bar got backed up - if I was to do this again I would've hired another bartender so I feel like this is a point that should be emphasized. Overall, the professionalism, communication, and value from this venue are 5/5 stars and 100% worth it. -

I was a wedding planner for a couple who booked Morgan Creek Barn and the whole experience was amazing.
The whole staff was very friendly and very accommodating, Abby & Gracie, our site coordinators were always very helpful and guided us with any questions we had while making us feel like great friends!
The food was excellent, the table setup was perfect and a great hill country view. A place to enjoy and relax for your Big Day! -

Best Day Ever
My wife and I just got married here. I worked with Abby and Gabi for my wedding and they're absolutely amazing. My dad went to the hospital the day before my wedding and coukdnt come, Gabi did everything she could to make sure our wedding day was as perfect as it could be and made sure everything ran smooth and it did. It was even raining and it was still the most perfect day it could have been. If you want the most perfect day of coordinator as for Gabi if you can. 💛 We had our wedding on a Thursday, so around 9 most of everyone was gone due to work the next day and the storm, all the rest of the staff came out for sparklers. Also, DJ Nolan was great too! -

Our Dream Wedding
We just got married here, and I can’t recommend it enough. Great location, beautiful indoor and outdoor areas, and stunning architecture. Plenty of parking and a beautiful view. The venue team, Abby, Gracie, and Caleb truly went above and beyond to make our wedding special. They were all amazing and helpful throughout the entire process. They also work with fantastic vendors. The food was absolutely delicious. There was nothing we would've changed. They really paid attention to all of our requests and made the wedding of our dreams come true. I have had several family members also rave about how stunning the venue was and how they had such an amazing time. If you are getting married, please consider Morgan Creek Barn as your wedding venue, you won't regret it! -

Morgan Creek Wedding
My wedding turned out better than I ever pictured it. I was trying to find a venue where I could stick to my budget and with the packages it takes the stress of searching for a caterer, dj, bartenders, etc. With Morgan Creek I was able to have it all done for me! All of the staff for my wedding was truly incredible and very professional, but my day of wedding coordinator, Gabi Moore, really made the wedding perfect. She was always there if I needed anything, checked in on me throughout the reception, helped organize everything including moving a certain number of chairs to each table for me, and she went above and beyond what I expected her to do. She really wanted to be there to help, but I could also tell she actually cared about our wedding. She wanted to make a perfect wedding and a friendship out of the day. She has a true passion for her career. There are always some things that happen that you cannot control that will go wrong.. However, for me when the bustle of my dress broke and guests were waiting on me, Gabi started sewing it on the spot to fix it. She had the sewing kit with her and saved the day, and honestly it’s now one of my favorite memories of my day! If I hadn’t had her there, I would not have been able to dance at all in my fluffy ballroom dress! She is incredible and I was so blessed to have her as my day of wedding coordinator!! -

Morgan Creek Barn
My husband and I got married here on December 23rd, 2023 and it was wonderful! The venue is like a blank slate that you can decorate beautifully if you choose too. Otherwise the venue by itself is still absolutely stunning on its own. We got so many compliments from guests. The whole day went smoothly and we had no complaints. Our day of coordinator, Cari, was wonderful and we knew we were in good hands! She was on top of everything and made sure we weren’t stressing over anything! We had the fajitas as our meal and it was actually some of the best wedding food I’ve ever had and our plates were FULL. The bartenders were extremely fast and our DJ, Alexy, was AMAZING. Overall the day was perfect and I wouldn’t change a thing. I highly recommend this place! -

Great wedding
Great wedding venue if you’re looking for a rustic/modern barn. All the vendors that were included were amazing!! I can’t express how awesome Abby was. She made the whole planning process a breeze!! Best Day Ever
The most beautiful venue and best vendors are located here. I never knew an inclusive venue was a thing but it sure was a blessing when it comes to how stressful wedding planning can be. From the minute I toured the venue with Abby Scarce I knew this was the place. They have everything include from coordinating,DJ,catering, Photo Booth and anything they don’t have they have the perfect recommendations. Abby and her team made everything so easy. She was always a text away and always checking in making sure I didn’t need anything, facilitating communication between the vendors and coordinating meetings. Day of the wedding she did absolutely anything and everything I needed including digging through my car to find somthing I forgot. If I could do it all over again I would 1000% choose Abby and her team and will forever recommend her! -

Stellar Team at Morgan Creek Barn!
Abby Scarce is the most incredible wedding planner/coordinator ever ever ever!!! I truly cannot imagine our wedding day going as well as it did without this woman!
We got so many comments from our wedding party, family and friends about Abby saying how she was the best coordinator they have ever seen- some of these people were already married, and said she was even better than who they hired! She kept everyone on schedule, in the right place, and did it all with a smile! She even helped our bridesmaids and groomsmen choreograph and practice their reception entrances.
Abby was professional, kind, and could get stuff done which is always MUCH needed on a crazy wedding day. From the beginning of the wedding planning process, Abby was the absolute sweetest person to work with. She got to know me and my husband and helped us to make our wedding even better than we could have imagined. She was so incredibly organized and made sure we thought through every detail and she checked in on us especially in the couple weeks leading up to the big day.
On the day of, she was peppy and was somehow everywhere all at once! She helped get all the decorations set up, got us ahead of schedule during pictures (which is quite the feat!) and helped everyone feel calm and ready the day of. At the reception, she ensured we were fed and made sure that my husband and I always had a drink in our hands.
I wish I could express just how grateful we are to Abby! Words do not do this woman justice. If you ever get the opportunity/privilege to have Abby work with you on your wedding, know that you are in THE BEST HANDS POSSIBLE! THANK YOU, ABBY, FOR HELPING US HAVE THE GREATEST DAY EVER!

I recently had the pleasure of attending a wedding at Morgan Creek Barn in Dripping Springs and I can't express how incredible the experience was from start to finish. The venue itself was absolutely stunning, with its beautiful chapel and open reception space, making it the perfect backdrop for the special day.
What truly set this venue apart was the
excellent planning and operations staff. The wedding planner and coordinator, Abby, did an exceptional job. She was organized, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect.
The operations team, led by Glory, deserves praise as well. They seamlessly executed every aspect of the wedding, from setting up the reception hall to serving delicious food. The bar and waitstaff was attentive and professional, ensuring that guests were well taken care of throughout the evening.
And last but not least, we had the pleasure of having Anna as our wedding DJ, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Her ability to read the crowd and keep the energy on the dance floor was remarkable. She seamlessly transitioned between songs, mixing our favorite tracks with skill and precision. A Night to Remember at Morgan Creek Barn!
My best friend recently hosted her wedding at Morgan Creek Barn and the event was absolutely fabulous! I work in the wedding industry myself, and was so, so impressed with the entire staff who helped make the day such a success.
The Planning Representative, Abby, was instrumental in making the entire wedding weekend perfect. And, we were overjoyed when we learned she’d continue with us as the day-of coordinator, as well. She managed our large group with ease through the rehearsal prior to wedding day, kept the big bridal party on task and on time day-of, and most importantly, made sure the bride and groom never lifted a finger. Abby is incredible at what she does, and I’m so grateful for the time and effort she put in to make the event so special.
Glory & the entirety of her operations team also made sure the night moved with efficiency, cleanliness, and polish. The venue was sparkling upon our arrival, the bar and buffet lines moved quickly, and dishes were bussed promptly throughout the night. Every member of the staff was so kind and professional. The team worked tirelessly to ensure a seamless evening, and it was evident!
CoHost Entertainment also made the event spectacular. DJ Anna was an awesome emcee. She worked the crowd well, and had the dance floor absolutely packed all night! Her energy was unmatched and she mixed a great blend of genres for our group. And, Adam with CoHost Luxury Collection gave the couple the cherry on top at the end of the evening, bringing a stunning Rolls Royce for a romantic and epic grand exit. Everyone was in awe!

Wonderful Memories of a Great Day!
The venue itself is lovely. We really liked how there were two buildings separated by a courtyard - perfect for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. We also like a "one-stop shop" where we were able to get the venue, DJ, food and day of coordinator. This not only reduced our work greatly but it increased our confidence that the day would go off without a hitch, since all of the vendors work together regularly. On the business side, we received all the information we needed up front to get started, along with the pricing. The customer portal was such a convenient way to communicate, pay bills and sign documents. Everyone we worked with was kind, helpful and professional - Abbie & Camryn! On the day of the event everything went very smoothly. Camryn kept everything on track. One of our guests later commented to me how efficient the event was - which I appreciated! The bridal party enjoyed the men's and women's dressing rooms as well. They were very comfortable and created the perfect space for them to relax and get ready. Overall, I would highly recommend Walter's Wedding Estates and the Morgan Creek Barn.-

Caring and overly helpful!
Abby helped managed all of the details leading up to the day of the wedding and was super helpful. She made sure to keep me in the loop and updated me on all the meetings and paperwork I needed to fill out. We did our wedding on a Thursday which saved us so much money and had about 90 guest. Overall they had the best prices for quality in the Dripping Springs area.
My day of coordinator was Camryn and she was the key to having a smooth and successful wedding day. Of course like any other wedding there are small hiccups, but she made sure none of them ruined our special day. I decided to set up my own decorations and without having to ask Camryn volunteered to set up our desert area. We also had to change what time we did the sparkler exit the day of and she was a good sport about it.
Everyone that worked the day of the wedding was just phenomenal. They moved decorations from the ceremony room into the reception room for us and even helped clean up the flower pedals at the of the night.

Dream Wedding
We got married 10.21.22 and it was a dream. Kayci and her team did a wonderful job. During the planning process I spoke to several people which made me worried/concerned for the day of but they nailed it. From the planning, rehearsal, and day of- everything went perfectly. Kayci was so sweet to not only me but to our whole family. She made sure everyone was taken care of and most importantly, she made sure me and my husband were catered to all night long. She worked great with all our other vendors and our day seemed flawless. We left some items back at the venue and she was so sweet to reach out and let us know, I would recommend this venue over and over again. The dream team showed up for us!!!-

Leading Up To The Wedding:
Leading up to the big day we had tons of questions but Amanda did any amazing job emailing us back in a timely matter to answer them. We had a great time meeting with her for our details meeting where she gave us a timeline of how things would go down on the wedding day and explained every detail/aspect of the wedding in a way that we could understand.
Wedding Day:
I don't even know where to start... Jess (event manager) and Dana (day of coordinator) were AMAZING. I'm still so shocked that they were able to pull this off! Everything went so well and they completely catered to us! They handled everything with such grace and they were so kind and supportive about everything! They allowed us to make any decisions we wanted but still stuck to the schedule that way we could get everything in within our time slot. Don't even get me started on their work ethic! They were there early just like we were and they were running around until the very end.
Lastly, Jesse and Glenn were GREAT! They were also in the background making everything possible! Running the bar, the buffet, passing around the appetizers, helping us gather our decorations and cleaning up at the end, you name it!
It blows my mind that these people ran a wedding so beautifully! They even took a photo at my photo booth since I get the pictures and grabbed the polaroid from my polaroid guest book, snapped a couple pictures of our first dance and signed our guest book.
I can't say enough good things to express how amazing this venue and the workers are. Please don't let the bad reviews scare you away! These workers have so much more to offer and it's sad that the negative reviews are preventing them from making other couple's dream wedding a reality!

Beautiful venue!
We had our wedding at Saddle Creek Weddings and we are so thankful that we did! We toured the venue while it was still being built and I instantly knew that I wanted our wedding to be there. Saddle Creek Weddings is a beautiful wedding venue and it fit our style perfectly! I really liked that Saddle Creek Weddings had a ceremony building and a reception building. They also have an outside ceremony/cocktail hour area too! Monica was great to work with. She answered all of our questions and stayed in contact with us through phone calls and email. We were able to drop off the wedding decorations and items the day before the wedding which was a huge help! All of our guests talked about how beautiful the venue was and it was the perfect backdrop for our pictures. We would highly recommend Saddle Creek Wedding for your wedding venue! -

Great Dripping Springs Venue!
My then fiance and I toured Saddle Creek back in fall of 2019 after having looked and toured at about 3 other venues that day. When we stepped into Saddle Creek, we both knew that was where we wanted to get married. We were drawn to the A/C barns (planned for a wedding in July in Texas), separate ceremony & reception area, the beautiful ceremony barn with chandelier and full windows in the back, & convenient location next to downtown Dripping Springs. We ended up being able to get married on 7/18 and the venue was wonderful. I was even surprised that once it cooled off in the evening we had guests using the courtyard area & outside games. When we toured we met with Adrian & Monica. They were both great and answered all our questions. Saddle Creek is as beautiful in person as in the pictures! -

Beautiful Venue w/ Amazing Day-Of Coordinator
I stumbled upon Saddle Creek Weddings on Instagram by chance right after they first opened a year ago — and I'm so glad I did! Our wedding at Saddle Creek was a dream. The venue itself is impeccable. We used the two barns for our ceremony and reception, and the outdoor ceremony spot for our happy hour. We hardly had to decorate because the venue was beautiful all on its own. The bridal suite and grooms suite are awesome extra touches; we actually wanted to spend the whole day at the venue.
We really want to thank Monica, the day-of coordinator, for making our wedding so stress-free. She was very communicative leading up to the day and made sure we'd thought of everything. The day of, I was so calm because I knew Monica would handle anything that came up.
Between that and the venue's assistance with set-up, our wedding day was so peaceful and we were able to focus on just having fun and enjoying our people. 10/10 recommend!-

Beautiful Venue
Dream wedding venue with a dream team. If you get the chance to work with Danielle as your point of contact, you are in good hands. Morgan Creek Barn had everything we were looking for - separated ceremony hall and reception space, bride and grooms suites, round about for exit vehicle to be on display, and spacious cocktail hour area for pictures and comfortably fit 100 guests. Everyone is Fantastic
During our planning and day of, we worked with Raegan, Abby, and Cari. All 3 people were very helpful with answering questions and being there for anything we needed. The venue includes a lot of what you need, so the only outside vendors we needed to figure out was florals and cake (which I think Morgan Creek Barn just added those options too!)-

Most-inclusive & Helpful Venue
Planning a wedding is stressful and Morgan Creek Barn & their team made it so much easier by having options for in-house items. Abby helped us plan for and organize most things while Gabi absolutely crushed the Day of Coordinating. Everything went smoothly and was kept on track because of Gabi's organization and professionalism. I highly recommend this venue location and more importantly Abby & Gabi to be part of your big day plans.-

Amazing wedding at Morgan creek barn!
I cannot recommend this venue enough. Leading up to the wedding there were a few hiccups but Morgan creek Barn staff were diligent and thorough in responding and making right of anything they could. The venue is a gem in itself but the true thing that made our wedding night was our coordinator, Gabby. She was FANTASTIC! Our night would’ve been no where near what it was without her. Truly, we are so blessed we had her and for all she did. Morgan creek barn is lucky to have her, she makes the venue go from awesome to amazing and a must have. I absolutely would recommend the venue, and would gladly do it all over again as long as we could have Gabby by our side. -

Modern Gem in the Texas Hill Country
We had the most amazing wedding at this venue!!! It's such a beautiful space that is really a blank canvas for you to create the wedding of your dreams.
Abby and Cam were our planning representatives and day of coordinator and they were PERFECT!!! They were there the entire day to make sure everything ran smoothly. They were very knowledgeable of the venue from the beginning of the process and helpful when it came to setting things up and making sure everything was on time and everyone was in place.
Something to note about the venue is that food and drinks are included and you have to use their kitchen/bar. This was nice for us because it saves a lot of hassle of having to find and manage extra vendors, but it does limit your options to some extent. They were very accommodating with bar options - we wanted a Spicy Marg as our signature cocktail and they worked with us to make that happen (and it was delicious!!).
Overall, this venue is beautiful and the staff is kind and hard-working. It's the perfect mix of Texas Hill Country with a modern touch.

Morgan Creek Barn is Beautiful!
Morgan Creek Barn was beautiful. We got a ton of compliments from our guests on our venue. The layout is great—the flow of events is simple and makes things very easy. Texas weather is very hard to predict, so I knew I wanted an indoor ceremony. The chapel is beautiful with its large windows behind the alter. The cocktail space was perfect (between the 2 buildings), and I loved that the bar had a ½ garage door that opened up to the courtyard. The reception space was also gorgeous and had a ton of possibilities. The grand entrance staircase and fireplace add so much to the space, and we loved the giant built-in bar. We are sad we missed the big renovation that they are about to do, but we still loved everything about the venue. The renovation will only make it even better.-

Best Day Ever
Our experience started off rocky but was incredible towards the end, thanks to Abby and Camryn. At the time of booking, we were told we had to choose a bar package, though neither me nor my husband drink alcohol. We later found out we could've chosen a soda package instead. Our original planner, Amanda, took on average, a week to respond to inquiries. When we brought our concerns to her about the bar package, she was very passive aggressive and not very pleasant to work with. We eventually got it sorted out but after how much money we had spent on the venue, its vendors, and the amount of time we had spent on planning the wedding, I was unhappy with the treatment and service we received from Amanda. A few months before our wedding, I started receiving messages from another planner, Abby. There was no communication about us getting a new planner, but I honestly did not mind the change because our previous planner was difficult to work. Abby was an incredible planner! She responded to emails kindly, in a timely manner, and was very accommodating. Our day of coordinator, Camryn was AMAZING! I can't sing her praises enough. She was on top of things, willing to help with whatever was needed, was kind, and extremely helpful. Abby and ESPECIALLY Camryn made our day AMAZING and a day/night I wish I could relive over and over again. If you book here, do yourself a favor and request Abby and Camryn. -

Beautiful venue and incredible staff!
My husband and I got married here a week ago, and I can not say enough good words about this venue and their staff! But here are a few things I would love to point out:
1. The venue itself is stunning! We’ve attending a wedding here before the renovation, and it’s crazy the difference it made. Our guests couldn’t rave enough about it.
2. Planning was made so easy. The venue was easy to contact. They had plenty of opportunities to tour the venue and meet other great vendors (one of which we hired for our wedding!). Abby was so kind and patience to answer any questions we had during and after our details meeting.
3. And finally, I truly don’t think our wedding would have been as fantastic if we didn’t have Kayci and other staff members from Morgan Creek working so hard on our day. Kayci jumped in and helped everywhere she could, wore so many different hats, and went above and beyond for us. Of course with any wedding, we had quite a few bumps in the road on the day of the wedding. Thankfully, I had no idea that any of those happened until after the fact because Kayci took it on head first and resolved any problems. She was every bride’s dream!
Again, I can’t rave enough about this venue and their staff! From planning, coordinating, the food, the drinks, everything was fantastic. I’m so happy we chose Morgan Creek Barn to be the place we will remember forever for our wedding!

Great Venue!
Overall we loved the venue. Many things were included such as linens, chargers, flatware, decorative lanterns, a day-of coordinator, food & alcohol. Great food & drinks. However, the venue did start taking cleaning/ breaking down tables before our reception was over.-

Beautiful Wedding!!
My wedding turned out exactly as I had hoped. Danielle and Cari were fantastic and made it possible for me to worry about nothing but getting married on my wedding day. They were responsive and helpful with every question I asked along the way. Perfect wedding venue
Morgan creek barn was the perfect venue for our “destination” wedding! Having all the vendors available from Walter’s wedding estates made planning and organizing simple and fun without having to hunt from vendors from across the country.
Our day of coordinator Cari was the perfect host for our event and made our day truly magical and effortless. She was flexible and made sure that the whole day went off without any issues ( at least that was knew about).
Our guests are still taking about how much they loved our DJ - Anna- and our photographer- Misty and how they made the day so much more fun! -

Mother of the bride
Morgan creek barn is a beautiful setting. My daughters wedding was an amazing evening. The staff and day of wedding attendant Cameron was extremely professional and attentive. The food was very good and served hot. The DJ, mya had the guests dancing all night long. I appreciated the all inclusive package that was offered and it helped reduce our search for other vendors. It was less stressful. Thanks Abby and Cameron. You all did great! -

Things to know about Morgan Creek
Morgan Creek Barn is a beautiful venue that provides a number of services you can add into your contract (Planning/Coordination, DJ, Catering, Linens, etc.). Raegan Z. assisted us with booking and was very attentive to our questions and needs throughout the process. The package options are presented in a clear way when you first tour, but we do wish the venue would have been more transparent on the front end about customization options they offered us later at a reduced price compared to the packages as well as unseen costs like the high catering tasting fees.
We really appreciated being able to centralize our vendors, minimizing the amount of research and coordination we needed to do on our own. The DJ we worked with, Nolan, did a great job, and we received so many compliments from our guests about the Walters Wedding Estates catering. We worked with Abby for Wedding Planning and Gabi for Day of Coordination Services.
The Planning Services were not as helpful as we hoped. They primarily consist of a few meetings to stay on track with organizing details that pertained to Walters. While the meetings are helpful if you don't know where to start or what you want, most of it could have been done through a fillable form. We had difficulty reaching out planning POC multiple times, despite clarifying the best forms of communication, which was frustrating.
The most valuable service was definitely the Day Of Coordination. Gabi was excellent to work with, and we highly recommend her. She was consistent in her communication, reliable, and truly helped our day run smoothly. She did a good job of keeping our timeline on track, even with the team being short staffed that day. She was attentive without being overbearing and did a good job staying calm, which is one of the best gifts a coordinator can give a couple on their wedding day. -

Review of Our Wedding at Morgan Creek Barn Dripping Springs
Our wedding at Morgan Creek Barn Dripping Springs was undeniably beautiful. The venue itself exudes elegance and charm, requiring minimal decor to create a stunning ambiance. The included services, including the open bar, lighting, cold sparks, and DJ, added to the magic of the day.
While the day-of coordinator was helpful in many aspects, there were some notable hiccups that affected our experience. Unfortunately, there were timing issues and a mishap with the recording during our toasts and speeches. This might have also been compounded by coordination challenges with the catering service, which was handled separately from the venue.
During the wedding planning process, we managed to get everything done, but communication with the team and wedding planner was not as seamless as we would have preferred. It was sometimes challenging to reach them when needed, leading to a bit of frustration.
Additionally, although the DJ provided a lively atmosphere, they didn't play all of the songs we had requested. Despite these issues, both the ceremony and reception were memorable and enjoyable.
On the downside, we encountered some issues with the bar staff, who were occasionally rude. However, the drinks served were of high quality, which was a saving grace.
One significant issue was that the day-of coordinator disappeared for a large part of the ceremony, causing some stress and confusion.
Overall, Morgan Creek Barn Dripping Springs operates like a well-oiled machine, with a few areas that could benefit from improvement, especially considering the prices. With some refinements in coordination, communication, and staff training, it has the potential to be a top-tier wedding destination.
There were some areas that could have been improved to enhance our overall experience. Better coordination, communication, and responsiveness from the venue's team, as well as improved professionalism from the bar staff, would have made a significant difference. Despite these challenges, the beauty of the venue itself made our wedding day truly special.-

Suggested Improvements
The venue itself is beautiful and fit perfectly with the style our daughter envisioned. Even though communication and follow-through were rough at times, the wedding ultimately turned out lovely and memorable.
Initially, I appreciated the all-inclusive concept the venue promotes, but I quickly realized that when you’re locked into their preferred vendors, there’s little incentive for those vendors to go above and beyond. You truly lose flexibility, and the value isn’t quite what it seems once you factor in the 21% service fee added to every charge—which still does not include gratuity for the vendors. The “all-inclusive” pricing can add up fast.
Vendors:
Floral (Design Haus): The overall look was fine, but not exactly what we requested. Color variations are understandable, but the boutonnieres were extremely small and didn’t match the provided directions (we ordered two roses and baby’s breath but received one rose). When we had to purchase an extra boutonniere from H-E-B to match, theirs was triple the size—highlighting the difference in quality. The bridal bouquet also had browning edges and some flowers had fallen out by the end of the ceremony.
Bakery (Jenny Layne): We were promised to-go boxes for leftover cake but were told the day before that this was no longer allowed. The gold cake plate we selected was also unavailable at the last minute.
Catering/Service: During the champagne toast, guests who requested sparkling juice were not offered any as promised, and the servers did not seem to understand English well enough to communicate.
Staff & Experience:
Danielle deserves special recognition—she was fantastic. Despite a rough start, she jumped in to help with decorating, was quick to respond, and coordinated everything smoothly. Caleb, the DJ, was excellent and kept the dance floor full all night. The bartender also did an outstanding job and was friendly and professional.
Venue Notes:
The bridal suite is charming but impractical for large wedding parties. With 10 people doing hair and makeup, the room was too warm, lacked sufficient electrical outlets, and didn’t provide enough seating. Given that the venue can accommodate up to 250 guests, the bridal and groom suites could use more seating and better climate control.
There should also be tables and chairs outside for guests who want a break from the loud music during cocktail hour or the reception. Additionally, only two women’s restroom stalls felt inadequate for even a mid-sized event like ours (70 guests).
Overall, the wedding turned out beautifully, but I’d advise couples to go in with clear expectations. The property is gorgeous, but the “all-inclusive” model and vendor limitations make it less flexible and more costly than it appears at first glance. -

Poor Management, Disrespectful to Guests
We just got married at this venue. It's a very beautiful venue but the management is a disaster and down right disrespectful to my guests. Since booking, we've had to work with 3 different managers who all complained that the one before them did everything wrong. We paid extra for the Elite Catering and when it came to the wedding day they served our guests 2 oz. steak and chicken with one piece of broccolini as their entire meal. When I asked the GM about this, they responded by saying portion size was reduced based on inflation. They did not tell me they would be making this decision. On top of this, the ceremony hall was a mess and my in-laws had to get there early to sweep the whole building. We also noticed that all of the plants in the entry were dead and not being taken care of. Although, we had a great day and a fantastic wedding, the venue and their management were by far the worst parts. -

Very poor! Do not sign with them!
Where’s the options for ZERO STARS?
DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT book with this venue. The venue is nice but there are so many other options that would be better. This company will nickel and dime you for everything, you are simply a number once you sign the contract. They do not make you feel cared for, seriously lack in communication (unless it’s for a payment) and do not cater to you whatsoever. The staff is extremely unfriendly. My groomsman requested champagne the day of and it took over an hour to get it after retrieving it myself but they complain about outside alcohol.
After signing our contract, we overpaid for a tasting, $55 a person to be exact. We drove over an hour and were excited to taste the menu only to find they only had 3 different chicken dishes and a salad. None of which were anything special. Though it was set up as buffet style, they quickly took the food away once everyone got a sample. We waited over 30 min to speak with the GM who was with another couple. We eventually left (without a full stomach) after waiting so long. I wrote an email explaining our frustrations. The GM responded very passive aggressively and said their prices were fair and we should have viewed the menu before attending. How were we supposed to know there was even a tasting menu when no one had communicated that with us after signing? Instead of accommodating us and offering another tasting free of charge due to the lack of communication they told us we could sign up and pay for another date. In hind sight we should have because we chose steak and chicken for our dinner thinking they surely couldn’t mess that up…. We were wrong. Although the sides were good, the steak and chicken were almost inedible. I could not even finish my plate at my own wedding because I was so disgusted. The kids complained that their food was also inedible because their chicken nuggets were hard as rocks. They had to go searching for dinner rolls on untouched plates because they were so hungry.
We had to have a rehearsal the day of the wedding because the venue was not available the night before. The day of the wedding the coordinator was more concerned with what alcohol was being brought in rather than going through the day and making sure we were taken care of and had everything we needed. The suites are on the smaller side, especially if you have a large party and there are no showers. She did not keep us on schedule and tried to skip our garter and bouquet toss for lack of time. They did not have a plan for our sparkler send off, my dad had to coordinate himself where we should have it.
All in all we had a great time at our wedding but that is no thanks to any of the staff. SKIP CONSIDERING THIS VENUE. -

Terrible experience through a pandemic
Terrible experience getting approval for anyone other than approved vendors. Ended up having to cancel through a pandemic and was the only company through the wedding that would not even issue a partial refund. Terrible experience. Would not recommend this venue. -

Unresolved complaint
This venue was previously Saddle Creek Weddings. The wedding coordinator that originally worked with us, Monica Egan, still works there. I tried reaching out to the new owners of Morgan Creek Barn, Hopi g they would address my complaint, but they have been unresponsive. I am still hoping they will make it right.
