    Our groomsmen had a great experience at Moores. The sales staff are extremely helpful and we found tuxes that made all the guys look dashing. Couldn't be happier.

    I used Moore's Tux rentals for the 3 groomsmen, my brother and the two dads. The rentals were a decent price and they all looked outstanding.

    the staff was super helpful in getting the guys into the right sizes and handled multiple acccessory changes without a hitch

    We ordered 10 tuxedos from Moores, one of which we had to order 8 months ahead of time because one of our groomsmen was moving to another country. They were very flexable with this which we appriciated. We worked mostly with one person so everything was fine for the most part. There was just a small issue when dealing with the payment for the suits, but that got resolved. It was nice that they were in a conveinent location as the store was in a central location to everyone renting a suit (aside from the groomsman who moved to another country) We also got a free tux rental which helped with the cost of the wedding.

    All if my guys looked good and had suits that fit. My only really problem with them is how they do business. I really didn’t like shameless up selling. I also fell I was not given what was promised to me at the wedding show. I was told if I have 5 guys getting suits I would get a suit for free for the groom. Will when I asked about that the sales women said that’s not how it works and long story short the groom did not get a free suit.

    Two of the three tuxs had to be 'fixed', however the staff was quick to make the necessary changes.
    One came with a ripped jacket, and one came with the wrong size vest.

    We ordered 12 tuxedos from Moores and had groomsmen, ushers, etc from all over the province. For this they were great. We worked specifically with one consultant and she was awesome. Yes, some times went wrong, some measurements had to be redone, some went to the wrong location, but it wasn't difficult to fix. We had 2 tuxes free due to the wedding show special. We found them very convenient.

    We originally went moores because they seem to have the lowest prices. The staff were very helpful but the tuxedos were of low quality hence their low price I went in to look at the tuxedos for 69)$ and right away I could tell why they were so cheap. ( paper thin materials and out of date styling) Even their more expensive tuxes seemed to be of cheap quality. Seems the best way to go is with a store that rents or sells tuxes as their main business such as Tuxedo Royale or Freemans. We ended up checking out both of these stores and went with tuxedo Royale because they allowed us to try on the styles we wanted in the sizes we needed. Seems kinda weird but tuxedo Royale is the only company that does this others will let you try on their sample for size but not in the style you are looking for. Kinda hard to make a decision if you not wearing the jacket you actually want.

    I went to Moores to purchase suits for myself and my 3 groomsmen. Staff was professional and measured and started selling right away. I was put into a suit that looked great but was way over my price range. We tried to find something more in our budget but could not. Staff went back and 'checked prices' meaning added discounts and sales to try hit our range but were still more than we were planning on. We left the store without buying anything. However, we do plan on renting just vests from Moores.

    We had a horrible time working with Moores. It is clear that they do tuxedo rentals in bulk, and are not good at working directly with a particular customer. Record keeping was poor and consistently full of errors. One of our groomsmen had to get measured a second time due to the file being lost. One tuxedo was delivered to the venue on the morning of the wedding because of poor fit (twice).

    Everything worked out fine in the end... we did end up with the right tuxedos and colours. However, I felt it took way too much work and time to get there, and would not utilize their services in the future.

    Moores is not a place I would recommend after my experience with them. My fiance and I saw them at a wedding show and liked the deals. Unfortunately, I feel that thier staff have very little experience and are not consistant in the information given to their customers. My ring boys name was entered incorrect on their files. When I called to have that corrected, they said it was not possible. Umm...Ok?
    We wanted both the ring boy and the best man to have bow ties, and the remaining wedding party to have long ties. Less than two weeks before the wedding, we discovered that a long tie was ordered in for the ring boy. They did change it, but if we had gone in any later, this change may not have been possible.
    The groom's tie was to be a solid colour; he now has stripes (not what we wanted). Meanwhile, the wedding party is with solid colours. Moores failed to document his request at the time of ordering.
    He had also paid the deposit for all groomsmen and asked that the groomsmen not have to pay when they go in for fittings. I suppose this note did not make it to their computer file either because two of them were asked to pay an additional deposit. Kind of embarrassing when we told the guys that there would be no fee bc we covered it. I guess, if you want to book your wedding party with Moores, my advice is to stay on top of things by constantly confirming all details and pick up your suits way ahead of time.
    Oh, I forgot to mention that they mesasured the best man incorrectly. If we wanted him to walk down the aisle in tights, we would've gone to TNA

    Moore's completely ripped us off. Throughout the whole process they had told us we would be receiving one tux for free, with the rental of the 4 other groomsmen, however 3 days prior to our wedding when we went to pick up my fiance's tux they had let us know we had a balance owing on his rental. They completely went back on what they had originally told us and forced us to pay for the rental.
    They have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I'll never shop there again.
