    I was married at Moore Mansion in Pasco, WA on September 9, 2017. I had initially ruled it out during my search, as I had a DJ friend I wanted to DJ my wedding. My husband and I decided to attend a Brides’ Night Out event to find a photographer, etc. We instantly fell in love with this venue. Deb Peck was so amazing. She gave us a tour of the mansion and we knew Moore Mansion was our venue. Deb was so easy to work it. She was so responsive to my calls and emails. She was very accommodating to my schedule and budget. The venue itself is beautiful! They have a new addition on the property with newly built restrooms, which are amazingly beautiful. Deb really puts care and work into the property and landscape. The DJ is built into the cost of the venue. Caleb (the DJ) was so easy to work with and listened to everything we wanted as far as music. He was so attentive. The day of the wedding Deb was absolutely amazing to us. She was very nurturing and catered to my every need, even making sure I had something to eat (was nervous and didn’t eat anything all day). Noelle was the coordinator for the wedding procession and schedule of events. She was so sweet and ensured that everything ran smoothly. My husband and I did not have to worry about one thing on our day. There are not enough words to describe how amazing Deb Peck and her team at Moore Mansion were to us. I recommend Moore Mansion.

    I can't imagine getting married anywhere else. Staff was an absolute dream to work with--met with us plenty in advance, was incredibly flexible on the day of, did anything they could think of to make things easier on us. The entire experience was so much less stressful because of the Mansion's involvement. That they had worked with our caterer before and supplied the DJ meant we barely had to talk to our vendors at all; all the coordination just happened without us. I can't overstate how much you get for your money at the Mansion, and the money all goes back into the Mansion, making it better for the next couple and for non-profit events hosted in the Tri-Cities. On top of all that, the venue was *gorgeous*. Not one person at our wedding had a bad thing to say about it, despite it being an over-100 degree day. Nearly a year later, we still get comments about how beautiful the venue was. We didn't supply any flowers--the Mansion doesn't need any. So we saved a ton by not having a florist at all. One of the owners is a veteran, and offered to make the area a no-cap zone so my in-uniform Marine little brother could take his cap off. They supplied all the linens for the tables, all the chairs, and extra tables for us and our caterers. My husband and I went to look at the Mansion first, and meet with the owners, and left the meeting cancelling all our other venue appointments, because we knew we had found the perfect venue. Don't bother looking anywhere else.

    After researching and pricing MANY venues in the Tri-Cities area, I found the perfect venue with the Moore Mansion. Debra is nothing short of AMAZING, and simply wonderful to work with. I was planning a wedding in Washington from California, and Debra was always quick to respond to my questions. She loves what she does and goes out of her way to make sure everything flows smoothly on your special day. She has beautiful linens to choose from, well manicured grounds that photograph beautifully (save money on floral arrangments with this venue!), and perfect lighting on the grounds. DJ services are included in the venue fee as well, which made things so much simpler for me. Having all the tables, chairs, linens, tents, lighting, DJ, and more taken care of for one price was a huge stress relief and I cannot say enough about the kindness and professionalism of Debra. I highly recommend this venue!

    The Moore Mansion is run by Deborah and Brad who are beyond helpful and insightful and completely dedicated to the day being what YOU want. The sight offers tables, linens, chairs, 3 smaller tents, a gazebo, and a large tent in case of bad weather. The entire mansion is setup with lighting and sound. The mansion's package also comes with a DJ. The DJ is amazing to work with and very flexible. The interior of the mansion is perfect for bride and bride and groom photos.

    This place is so beautiful! A white historic mansion. A little on the spendy side but they will make sure everything is perfect. They're a bit anal but for good reasons. :)

    I have always dreamed about the Moore Mansion and now to get to have my wedding there is a dream come true. Debra is amazing. She works with you to find what you like and want. You don't have to do flowers for center prices because it's full of beautiful flowers and the venue is kid friendly which is a huge bonus since other places aren't.

    Debra at Moore Mansion is incredibly helpful, quick to respond and really cares about her brides! She made my day totally worry-free.

    Way too overpriced!! Terrible customer service!!

    If I could give this place 0 stars I would!! I just got married 2/21/21 at the Moore Mansion in Pasco, Wa and we had the worst experience ever with the owners/planners!! I don't even know where to start! Take in mind we paid $3,556 for a 6 hour wedding that had less than 60 guests. My husband and I paid for wedding officiant, bartender, liquor, drinks, food venders, cake, centerpieces, silverware, plates, cups, etc separately. A month before the wedding the planner/owner clearly said she was going to set everything up for us at the pavilion/reception area and we should have no worries in the world! The day of the wedding she sends a text message to my husband and I saying she did all this "extra stuff" she wasn't supposed to do! I was like "what extra stuff?!" She said setting up the reception area. I was shocked to why she told us one thing in the beginning and then told us last minute day of the wedding that we were supposed to do it!! I told her "if you would've told us to do it ourselves, we would've done it!!" She only said "it's because I didn't want you guys to have to do it". I can't believe this lady. You are literally only paying money for the looks of the mansion because they provide the worst customer service. Oh by the way we only had 7 guest tables. The owner/planner told us to have someone else take the drinks, ice because she didn't want us to do it! So my bridesmaid/sister was unloading all the sodas, ice etc from her vehicle in heels and the wedding/planner didn't even help her!!! My sister put the drinks on the ground and all the owner/planner said was "I wouldn't put them there if I were you". They treated my guests like shit! I was inside the mansion (take in mind they only let a limited amount of people in there, no children by the way so I had to have my son outside with my sister and couldn't even take pictures with him) so I couldn't take control and direct the wedding myself since I had two planners running around supposibly doing it, I was going to go outside to direct the wedding myself with wedding dress and all. My wedding ceremony started at 4 pm and it was already 3:10 and I asked my bridesmaids to go with me to go see the reception area, and the planner said I wouldn't go in there if I were you because they are barely setting stuff up. The pavilion is like an open garage and they were supposed to have doors a month before the wedding but the day of the wedding they were barely putting the doors up, by the way the 2 doors that the guests were coming in and out wouldn't even close they were overlapping each other and wouldn't close! The room where I was supposed to get ready in inside the mansion and take pictures was super dusty there were spider webs on the windows with spiders and flys on them! I had to tell my photographer to edit all that stuff out! The vehicle you get dropped off from at the ceremony/ the grand entrance of the bride has a very very low roof, I had to be ducking down and my crown broke a whole piece off because I hit the roof it was a disaster! They didn't even provide a microphone to us during our ceremony so no one could hear what the wedding officiant or my husband and I were saying! Once we paid the money in full the owner/planner literally changed her whole attitude up on us she was super rude! My maid of honor and bridesmaids were literally going above and beyond to help me make my day better! After the ceremony the planner was trying to bustle my dress so I wouldn't get it dirty in the reception hall and have people walking all over my train. I tried showing her where the buttons were and she grabbed my arm and threw it!! I had to yell at her to STOP that I would have my train out during the whole reception I didn't care at that point if people were walking over my train. I made it work! But it was unbelievable how they treated me I got soo mad! The reception part was the best because I didn't have to deal with the owner/planner. They would pop in here and there and by what my guests told me, they were giving them dirty looks! I had set up with the owner/planner how I was going to throw my bouquet, throw the wedding garter and have different games and the special dance and nope I had to be running up to the dj to tell him when we were going to do the next game/dance. I felt like the whole night I had to be running around organizing everything myself!! At the end of the night we asked the owner for garbage bags she simply said nope I don't have any. I was shocked how poorly they treated us. Save your money!! This place is way too overpriced..
