My husband and I could not be more happy with DJ El Cumacho. Our wedding was so much fun and he plays a great mix of your requests along with upbeat party music that keeps the party going. No one sat down all night. He is also a pleasure to work with and so kind. There is so much we could say about this DJ. He was amazing. Truthfully the best DJ at any event either of us have ever been to. Everything he played was perfect all of our guest had an amazing time and danced the entire night. He played a great mix of hip hop, r&b and reggae. Not only that but his personality was outstanding! He was kind and considerate. He even put back up the photo booth for my husband and I at the end of the night to get one more shot. If you want a DJ that will rock the house, create your ideal atmosphere and is incredibly personable, this is the one for you! I am a Covid 19 bride and I had to reschedule my wedding 2x. I finally found a venue that can host a small ceremony and when I tell you he was so flexible and my small group had a great time! He did his thing with mixing Jamaican and Haitian music and kept the energy in the room going!

Music was the most important part of my wedding planning. The music dictates so much of the evening! Dj El Cumacho made our wedding better than I could ever imagine or plan!! Our wedding planner basically disappeared half way through our reception and wasn’t around to keep things moving like telling people when to get dinner, the cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc. Elgin took over and kept things running so smoothly! Great Experience
Great DJ and kept the party rocking the entire time. He was always available and despite weather conditions, he still made things happen and gave my wife and I, along with our friends and family a great time and party. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a DJ.

I don’t even know where to start!! My family loved DJ EL Cumacho and his assistant!! He was very professional and kept my wedding guest entertain. Omg so they were highly recommended from my planner and I see why!! He did an awesome job responding to me and VERY professional. He was definitely interacting & playing the BEST music!! When i tell you we danced all night!! That’s exactly what we did! We also had the chance to experience the digital photo booth which was sooooo much fun!!! My guest are still talking about that lol! DJ El Cumacho was the best DJ we could have asked for! We were able to speak with him ahead of time and discuss the flow of events we wanted for the reception. He also took into account the age group of guests, and types of music we wanted played. It was easy on me knowing that all of this was planned ahead of time so I was really able to relax and trust in him during the reception. He definitely met our expectations with emceeing and he played all the perfect songs that we wanted. He kept the party going all evening, and he even left the DJ stand to interact and dance with us and our guests! We had so many compliments that the dance portion of our wedding was a blast, and so I absolutely recommend DJ El Cumacho to make your event a hit! We absolutely cannot thank DJ El Camacho enough for such an amazing wedding this past Saturday. I have received nonstop texts about how much fun the night was and how perfect the music was. We had many special requests when it came to our first dance and wedding party intros and DJ El Cumacho went above and beyond to deliver. He was quick to get people up on the dance floor after dinner and was a fantastic emcee. I have no doubt in my mind that the night would not have run as smoothly without him. An all-in-one great find!
My wife & I had the pleasure of working with DJ EL Cumacho/Moor Productions for our wedding. He is very attentive to what the customer wants. He offered us a great plan with all the extras that we were seeking. I highly recommend the photo booths because our guest loved the attraction while having fun taking photos and being able to print, email, or text themselves right there on the spot. DJ El Cumacho asked us for a detailed list of the songs we wanted played and the type of genres we liked. His sound system is on point and we really enjoyed his energy and professionalism.
If you’re looking for a DJ who has a huge catalogue of music and someone who listens to what the customer wants, he’s the guy for your special occasion. Our guest enjoyed him and we hope to use him again in the future. Moor Productions is all-in-one great find. Thank you much!

The very best
Elgin was simply great. I’m latina and all of our guests were latinos too and I was worried about hiring a non-latino DJ because our parties tend to be somewhat different but he did such a great job! Great experience!
Our wedding and reception was amazing and part of the reason was our great choice of DJ. DJ El helped transform our venue with uplighting and a very fun photo booth. Our guest enjoyed the booth almost as much as the music. He read the room and was seriously playing all the favs. I knew the event was going great with the crowd was eating their food and all chimed in to sing “Candy Rain”. We got so many compliments about our DJ and how much fun our party was. Our wedding was a brunch at 12pm and trust me, the entire guest list was up and dancing until 4pm when it was over. We highly recommend DJ El and would use his aging for our next event!

Passionate & Professional - Perfect!
Picture it is your wedding day and you find out the neighboring hotel decided to throw a 600 person pool party? Yikes - instant stress. But, no big deal with Elgin & his team on your side. He stepped-up with his professional expertise, coordinating with the other vendors to help rearrange our poolside wedding when this wrench was thrown. The entire time, I was comfortable - knowing I was in good hands and it would go off without a hitch -it did- it was perfect.
Elgin & his team were a joy to work with. He provided just enough advance communication/guidance, read our crowd - playing off our list & knowing exactly whatelse to throw in the mix keeping everyone dancing even in the heat. His lighting was on point, he took cues with pure ease, and kept the reception moving at the perfect pace. The photobooth was a huge hit and the young woman staffing it was pure joy - guests loved her.
You can tell Elgin's passion for what he does & his clients. (I mean what other DJ is going to run a personal fan onto the beach for you from the hotel because he doesn't wan you to overheat?!?). A true gem & someone I am happy to call a friend now. Thanks for being part of our day!!

Moor productions is your all around service vendor for weddings/events . Moor was very responsive, and flexible to every request, and willingly accommodated last minute changes that occurred on our wedding day. Our guests loved the photo booth, and the gold backdrop matched our wedding colors perfectly! The purple uplighting created an amazing ambiance in the reception ballroom. First off let me say that my wife and I have received numerous compliments on how fun our wedding reception was! My wedding was a bit more challenging logistically however things went exceptionally smooth due to DJ Elcumacho and Moor Production's professionalism and wealth of knowledge. DJ Elcumacho flew to Washington D.C to do our wedding and even advised me on what equipment we would and would not need, which ended up saving me money. I was fairly nervous on my wedding until I got a text from him hours before the wedding letting me know that everything at the venue was all set and ready to go which eased my nerves. Our wedding reception was easily one the best parties I've ever been a part of ! I was super pleased, my wife was super pleased and our guests had a blast ! I highly recommend DJ El Cumacho. This guy is the real deal !

WOW!!! What can I say!!! My fiance and I had an amazing time!! We hosted a Monday wedding and Moor Productions kept our guests on the dance floor! Everyone enjoyed their time! It was great that our guests got to take a souvenir home from there amazing blow-up photo-booth! It WAS SOOO MUCH FUN!!!!!!! Elgin was also extremely accommodating!!! DJ El Cumacho was awesome! We heard from so many of our guests how much fun they had at our wedding. The dance floor was packed the whole night. A fantastic mix that somehow managed to keep both young and old happy and just the right number of slow songs. We couldn't have been happier. He was also the most reasonably priced DJ we reached out to, and the only one with a SoundCloud account. (I don't know how you can call yourself a DJ without one....) The photobooth we added on was also worth the cost and a lot of fun for everyone. We were so lucky to have DJ El Cumacho at our wedding and highly recommend him!!!

I had such an amazing time at our wedding. Chad was very professional, responsive and caring. He even offered to meet with my fiancé and I prior to the wedding to discuss any outstanding questions that we had. His music and event knowledge is exceptional. He helped us pick songs for our entire event. Our wedding was on a Sunday and we were worried that guest may be hesitant to party however, Chad kept the dance floor packed. My wedding day was absolutely magical thanks to DJ El Cumacho! He kept my guest on the dance floor all night long! We had a beach wedding in Key Largo at a private resort and we were worried about the DJ setting up outside on the sand! After talking with Elgin he assured us he was able to accommodate and he absolutely nailed it! Moor Productions team showed up early and made sure that everything was setup and absolutely perfect! Great experience working withDJ El Cumacho. From the jump the communication between us was clear and precise. Pricing was fair and he made sure we got exactly what we asked for plus more. Professionalism was extremely impressive as any questions we may have had was answered promptly. We were coordinating from out of state yet he did his best to ensure he got a feel for what we wanted! Our guest had a great time as he was tactful and timely in his song selection. As if that wasn’t enough he provided great subtle/ appropriate lighting for the Venue. Finally the photo booth was an absolute HIT! Our guest had a blast in the photo booth Moor productions provided and would recommended to all for their events in this social media era. El Cumacho was the DJ at my wedding in October. He was amazing. We had a mixed crowd my family was from Jamaica and my groom's family and friends were from South Carolina. El Cumacho did a great job ensuring the party never stopped. He MC'd on que and his mixing was a sure crowd pleaser. He was so professional from the very beginning with his survey that ensured he met our musical needs and wants to his professional lighted booth. Our wedding was unforgettable because of our DJ. I would book him for my company events next. You can't go wrong with this DJ. He was great!

What an amazing experience!!! DJ El Cumacho is probably the best DJ I’ve ever encountered at any party, let alone a wedding!!! From start to finish he made our wedding reception the most memorable time imaginable. After a brief phone consultation he outlined every aspect of the reception from the introduction to which songs would be played during and after the cocktail hour. Not only did we love his professionalism but we especially enjoyed his personality as the MC for the night. His company, Moor Productions, also provided us with a photo booth, which all the guests really enjoyed as well as custom lighting and monogram logo on the dance floor. The entire night was fantastic and very interactive. Moor Productions and DJ El Cumacho definitely get an A+ rating from us!!! I would highly recommend anyone looking for an awesome experience book him for all of their events.

Hands-down, DJ El Cumacho and the Moor Productions team are excellent and provide epic service. From the time they arrived to the time the event ended we received professionalism beyond professionalism! We booked everything through Moor Productions! We got a photographer, videographer, DJ, Live Band, photo booth, up-lights, and monogram services all through Moor! Make sure when booking your next event book with them you will never be disappointed!

Our wedding was the best! Moor Production played all the right songs to get everyone on their feet dancing. Everyone wouldn't stop talking about the great time they had! The DJ even showed us how to do a few line dances for those who didn’t know how. The photo booth was also a smash hit! I highly recommend using moor Productions!

I cannot say enough about DJ El Cumacho and his Team! The Moor Productions went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time! We ran a little late, and we were worried about how things would work out, but he made sure we were relaxed so we could enjoy the day! His song selection was incredible!! Money well invested (spent). Hire" Moore productions " for your event, and I guarantee that you will not regret it. Moor Productions provides not only DJ services but we rented a photo booth from them that was a crowd favorite!! We also rented up-lights from them which made our ball room look amazing! Hands down Moor Productions is one of the best companies for events in south Florida!!

Amazing DJ
We were married on December 8, 2018. We are 20 days past the wedding and we are STILL getting compliments on our DJ, the party, the DJ booth, the music choice, his personality and friendliness. DJ El Cumacho was, by far, the best choice for us. ALL of our guests (110 of them) danced for the full 4 hours of reception. We were told by many that they have never danced so much at a wedding before. We were told that this was by far, the most fun wedding they have attended. And it was a super simple wedding. All we cared about was having good music, and I have to say that DJ El Cumacho NAILED it. So happy with this. And we also rented the photo booth from him. We had a constant line at the booth and the sequins background was so fun and pretty. The design on the bottom of the strip was fun and went with our theme. The props were perfect. Everyone had a great time with the booth!
My only recommendations to them: great communication through phone and text. Allmost immediate reply each time. Email was difficult to get a hold of him.
For the photobooth, I would keep the printer by the photo booth and have the guests exit with picture in hand and also point out the book for the photos for the bride and groom. A lot of our guests did not see the book to put pictures in. But he sent me the link to all of the pictures so I was able to print them out myself!
But I would not change our choice for our DJ at all. It was a no-brainer to choose Moor Productions. You can't see other wedding DJs perform without being a wedding crasher so it makes it very difficult to decide. They make it so easy with the social media posts and everything. Nothing was misrepresented. Everything was perfect.

Misled by DJ El Cumacho
I hired DJ El Cumacho at least 9 months prior to my wedding. I liked the fact that he had good ratings online and he was very responsive when inquiring about his services. Fast forward to the week of the wedding we are sorting out details for the wedding, we are both excited about the choice music and how the day will go. Then he tells me he will be bringing his assistant to help. So I’m thinking great, this way he can work the room and do his MC thing. Then he ask if he can set up first thing in the morning because he had another event AFTER my wedding. Mind you my wedding started at 4pm and I contracted him for 5 hours. I’m a pretty reasonable person and I made the arrangements for him to set up as early as 9am if need be. The day of my wedding he was present for the ceremony and the introductions and he was no where to be find after that. He left my wedding to go to another wedding and left his assistant to DJ my reception. After the fact I did voice my concerns to him hoping for at least an apology for the misunderstanding, but nothing. Granted the DJ that was there was good, it’s still not right to blindside your clients on their special day.

Disappointed
We had hired Moor, specifically DJ Elgin, for our wedding in March 2021. The lead up to the wedding was a wonderful experience. Unfortunately my husband got Covid-19 a week and a half before our wedding. Elgin was not comfortable working our wedding because he had just had a newborn and declined to provide services. We understood and moved on. After our wedding week, we reached out to discuss reimbursement for services not rendered as we had paid the full fee ahead of the wedding. Elgin refused to provide any reimbursement even though we did not cancel his services, he did. He was unwilling to discuss or negotiate and stopped responding to emails and calls. To this day we have not received any of the over $2000 we paid Moor.

No call/noshowed to my wedding
***READ THIS BEFORE HIRING THIS VENDOR*** I will tell my story and let everyone of you judge this vendor. My wedding was on 3/15/2020 and my ceremony was at 5pm. 4:30 comes along and no sign of the DJ or photobooth. Family members start calling him and leaving messages until finally at 4:50 he responds with the following excuse: “I transferred your event to another DJ in the area and he decided not to do the event because of the COVID 19.” I was NOT notified of this change not would I have agreed to it had I known. I hired Elgen “DJ El Cumacho” not a random stranger who I had never talked to or met. DJ Elgen Cumacho then indicates that he is sorry and that he reached out to another random DJ and photo booth vendor to go fill in ETA 7:10pm. I had to delay my ceremony and scramble around trying to figure out how I was going to do my ceremony without music. Thankfully my amazing officiant Nicholas Kurinzi was very well prepared and let us pair a phone to his speaker and play the music for the ceremony. Without this man my ceremony would not have taken place. We had to rent the speaker from the officiant in order to continue playing music through the cocktail hour and introductions. The photobooth was suppose to be set up during cocktail hour but that did not happen. We didn’t get a DJ until our first dance. At this point we didn’t need a DJ, we had figured it out with the speaker and there was not much to announce at this point.
I contracted him for the following services:
1. DJ/MC service for 4 hr reception................I did NOT get a 4 hr reception. Alternative DJ did not get there until around 8pm. Replacement DJ sent her husband to set up until she could make it there but he was not a DJ and played 70s music for about 45 min until his wife got there (the replacement DJ).
2. Light up DJ booth........................................The alternative DJ’s booth did NOT light up. It was a tiny table with a speaker. She was amazing but the presentation was not what I payed for compared to the pictures on DJ Cumacho’s website.
3. Dance floor light set................................... I did NOT get this service
4. On-site Ceremony music........................... I did NOT get this
5. Music for cocktail hr................................... I did NOT get this
6. Uplighting rental (12 LED wireless LED).......... I did NOT get this
7. Photo booth album...................................... My guests will not have an opportunity to write their messages next to their photos which was the best thing about having a scrapbook because I have access to the photos so I can print them myself. The price is not worth it anymore.
I payed $1,325 for all the services.
I email DJ Cumacho about a reimbursement for the services and the horrible experience that he caused. He responded saying that the reimbursement would take a couple of weeks. I continued to email him about access to the pictures from the photo booth and the reimbursement several times without a response. He finally responded on 4/03/2020 (wedding 3/15/2020) and offers me $250 refund for the un rendered services. I repley with a long email explaining why I believe this amount was an insult and the lack of concern for having ruined my wedding day. He calls and continues to express that he met his end of the contract by hiring other vendors to do the job and increased the reimbursement to $350 to include the uplighting that I did not receive. This man has no remorse and nno respect for what a wedding day means to a couple spending huge amounts of time and money into this big day. If I would have cancelled my wedding the same day I would not see a dime of the money I paid. So please have a back up plan if you decide to hire this worthless man to be a part of your big day.

The contract states “Failure to Perform Services. In the event Vendor cannot or will not perform its obligations in any or all parts of this Agreement, it (or a responsible party) will: Immediately give Notice to Client via the Notice provisions detailed in this Agreement.”
What a joke.
Our wedding was 1/25, and I emailed 12/18 to confirm that everything was set and ready to go, and on 1/2 to confirm the time that setup would take place. I was told everything was confirmed, nothing else needed to be done on my end, and that set up would take place one hour before the contracted start time.
My husband and I noticed at 6:30 pm at our wedding reception, the booth that was supposed to start getting set up at 5 was no where to be seen. No notice, no warning. Just waiting like idiots for a service we paid in full for, for a company that would never show.
Our day-of-coordinator called the company and was told that they had no one scheduled to come to us, because there was “an error” in whatever scheduling/payment tool/program they use (the same program that conveniently had no issues charging me for the remainder of the cost of the service).
When we asked if they could send someone ASAP to still have the photobooth set up and used (still had enough time in our reception to get a full 2-3 hours), we were told they would “try.”
When no one showed, we were provided a full refund and offered to have us send them our professional photos so they could put their photobooth frame/design onto them to make up for it. Geeeee. Thanks. Because that would totally give the same experience to my guests that my husband and I had in mind. And we never received any email or call to formally apologize for the failure.
Unbelievably upsetting that this small part of our wedding day we and our guests were looking forward to was completely ruined by this unprofessional company. Beware and don’t trust in their “contract” or your diligence in confirming that everything is going to go as planned.
