Working with Adam and Chelsea was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! From the very beginning, they were incredibly warm, personable, and genuinely interested in getting to know us as a couple, not just our timeline or shot list, but our story, our families, and what mattered most to us. That care and attention made such a difference and helped us feel completely comfortable in front of the camera.
Throughout the day, they were calm, organized, and so easy to be around. Nothing ever felt forced or staged. They captured everything so naturally, the big moments and all the small, meaningful ones in between, and somehow managed to be everywhere without ever being intrusive.
When we received our photos and footage, we were blown away. Everything felt authentic, emotional, and beautifully edited. They truly preserved the energy of the day, and being able to see and hear our loved ones and all those candid moments means the world to us.
Even after the wedding, they’ve continued to be amazing to work with so patient, responsive, and helpful while making sure we could track down every photo and video we were hoping for. We never felt rushed, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were completely happy with everything.
We’re so grateful for their talent, professionalism, and kindness. If you’re looking for a team that truly cares and will capture your day in a heartfelt, meaningful way, we can’t recommend them enough! Thank you for everything! -

Mooncrest was amazing!! We’re so glad to have worked with Adam and Chelsea. When we were looking at potential photographers, we loved that Mooncrest’s work really captures the personalities of each couple and their guests, and we definitely made the right choice. For both our engagement and wedding photos, we ended up with beautiful photos that really feel like *us* and capture the joy that we and our guests felt on the day. Adam and Chelsea are also super personable and easy to get along with, and we’d work with them again in a heartbeat. We will enjoy the photos for many years to come! -

ZOMG, Adam & Chelsea were AMAZING!!!!!
My now-husband & I booked them for our October 2024 wedding for both photography & videography (this review is long overdue, I know)
From the initial consultation all the way to when they delivered the final pictures/film --- they were an absolute dream to work with.
Our package came with a free engagement shoot but since we already had our engagement shoot, we invited them to come a day early (only if they could) & capture our rehearsal. They didn't miss a beat - they were there during our rehearsal run-through at our venue and were able to get a lay of the land prior to the big day. After our rehearsal, it was golden hour so of course, Adam took a couple shots of my husband & I (took not even 10 min) & let me tell you, from the previews he sent me THAT night --- I was so blown away with how beautiful they turned out. He definitely has an eye for it!
FYI - Our package also came with an additional photographer & videographer.
So when it came to the day of, they introduced us to James (from StateFarm, lol) & Laura. This completed the DREAM TEAM! Cannot stress how amazing it was to work with these 4, A. MA. ZING!
Being the Type-A bride that I was, I provided Mooncrest with a Shot List on request & they delivered on that. They made sure to get the shots we wanted & even some bonuses that we didn't think about. This is why we leave it up to the professionals :)
They were professionals but it also felt like we were surrounded by friends. I know they probably get this all the time, but they were hella cool & tbh, if we lived closer - they'd be awesome to hangout with.
We received our final edited photos right before Christmas so it served as an early Christmas present to finally see pictures from our wedding & WOW, they turned out so beautiful! From the edits to the stolen (candid) shots - AMAZING (using that word for the millionth time in this review).
When we received our Teaser Film, they also provided a "Message from your guests" video, which was a complete surprise for us & a wonderful surprise at that. It was so cool to see our friends and families wishing us well, behind-the-scenes style. Such a great bonus!
Once we received our full wedding video, they provided a Documentary Edit so that we can relive the moments in real time - First look, private vows, ceremony, & speeches. So, something to make note of - during the initial consultation --- my husband only had one request, he wanted to make sure all the speeches were recorded. So I am guessing this led to them providing the Documentary Edit & we are soooo thankful for this. It's something we can watch over & over again & relive the key moments.
Our final wedding film took the cake! Adam & his edits, geeez louis! This man has got the eye and talent. His edits were impeccable & we couldn't have dreamed of a better way of capturing one of the most important days of our lives. From the songs he chose (which he used our friend's cover who performed during our cocktail hour) to the cuts/transitions -- *chef's freakin' kiss!
The day of our wedding went by in a blur but the photos and film captured, we will forever cherish. Mooncrest helped us remember things that happened during the day that we don't even recall because it went by so fast. We would recommend them to anyone and everyone. If you want pictures that look like they're out of a magazine and videos give you the feels - BOOK MOONCREST! You will not regret it! -

We absolutely LOVED working with Adam and Chelsea! They’re truly a dream team that captures the perfect moments, brings great vibes and organizational presence to a chaotic environment, and delivers exactly what you ask for. We recently hired them to take photos at our wedding in San Luis Obispo and we're absolutely thrilled with how they turned out! We can’t express how happy we are to have had them be a part of our wedding team. -

Mooncrest Media Dream Team
Mooncrest Media is the most wonderful photography/videography team made up of a husband and wife - Adam and Chelsea! We were referred to them by a trusted friend who is in the wedding industry. We did some research and loved their husband & wife dynamic, artistry, and comprehensive photo/video packages. On our initial call with them, we loved their infectious energy and kind demeanor. They were just so EASY to talk to which is important to find in your wedding photographer. You quite literally spend more time with your photo/video vendors than anyone else (including your husband) on your wedding day! And they are there for pretty intimate moments (private vows etc.). So it is important to like them and feel comfortable around them. Chelsea is hilarious and so down to earth which is a huge bonus. And Adam is such a sweet soul who truly cares about delivering the best possible photos and videos - these two are gems I am telling you! We absolutely LOVED how our engagement photos, wedding photos, and wedding videos turned out. They are perfect. We even got some fun videos for social media. Everything was perfect. Adam and Chelsea were so flexible and receptive to my crazy ideas/requests, and they even off-roaded to a remote mountain and then climbed a barbed wire fence just to get the BEST SHOTS EVER! Seriously stunning. My husband and I both feel hiring Mooncrest was one of our best wedding decisions. They made everything so easy and worked collaboratively with our other vendors. If you are debating, do yourself a favor and book Mooncrest Media. You will love your photos/videos and you will have new lifelong friends. You won't regret it!

We absolutely adored working with Adam and Chelsea for our wedding! We loved how important it was for them to get to know us as a couple, as our personalities and relationship really came through in the photography and video. It also made it really fun to work with them, as we spent so much of our wedding day with them! They were extremely responsive and accommodating, and I just can't recommend them enough for both their professionalism and great work! -

Long overdue review for Mooncrest Media. Adam, Chelsea, and the whole Mooncrest Media team were fantastic! They were recommended by our wedding coordinator, Joyfully Joined. I liked that prior to signing the contract, they wanted to have a Zoom with us, get a sense of our personality and learn more about the type of wedding we were planning. We were originally scheduled for a 2020 wedding, but had to push out to 2021. Adam was accommodating to the change of date and checked in on us throughout the year as the planning was on hold. We were so glad to have booked engagement photos with Mooncrest, as it gave us a chance to get to know them before the big day, and for them to know us - and we got great photos! I appreciated the last-minute connection to a hair and makeup artist for the engagement photos as well as local dinner recommendations. They took the time to get to know us, which helped in understanding the photos we were trying to achieve.
During the wedding / reception, the whole Mooncrest Media team was fun, happy and relaxed. They didn't stress us out and rolled with our laid back vibe. We didn't want a lot of staged photos, and they captured happy, carefree and joyous moments, where we didn't even recall seeing the photographer / camera there. We were so thankful to have both still and video of our special day. The video is something we'll revisit and watch again and again.
They were professional, respectful and genuinely nice people to be around, which made us relax and happy. Our joy and love was so well captured from the day and we're thankful to have had Adam, Chelsea, and the whole Mooncrest Media team there as such a crucial part of our wedding. Highly recommended! -

Where do I even begin... Mooncrest Media is INCREDIBLE!! As a local wedding planner, I can't express enough how amazing Adam and Chelsea are! Him and his wife did an incredible job not only photographing the best day of my life, but they also did an incredible job making us feel comfortable, natural and not stressed. They helped ease the flow of our wedding day by coordinating our pictures in a way where we didn’t feel rushed. After looking back at pictures during our ceremony and reception I catch myself saying “I didn’t even notice they took a pictures of this moment” they were like flys on the wall, capturing some incredible pictures that we will cherish forever!
