  No need to look elsewhere for a venue!

  This is a DREAM venue! It came with everything that I’ve needed down to the food, bar, dj… everything!!! Not to mention Hallie who has been helping us through the whole wedding planning process! She is truly amazing! She has made it so easy to plan out all the details for this wedding! I would be lost if it wasn’t for her help!

  Great first impression!

  Laura Baker was amazing giving us a tour and explaining everything to us. She provided detail explanations and options for what we are looking for and I cannot wait to work with the team in making our wedding vision come to life.

  Communicative, responsive, flexible, helpful

  Beth and Ozzie were extremely helpful, available, and professional. Beth helped us with ideas and quickly responded to questions and needs that we had prior to the event. They were both hard workers who helped make our event run smoothly.

  Amazing location and coordinator

  This venue is absolutely amazing, but what really made it special was our coordinator, Morgan Stover. She was on top of deadlines and coordinating with the packaged vendors to ensure that our day ran smoothly. I highly recommend asking for Morgan if you sign at a Walters Wedding Estate location!

  We are SO happy we chose Monroe Pearson (Walters Estes). They are truly amazing in everything they do. Hallie is our planning person, and let me say....she's the best. No jugdement, honest, helpful, and just fun to chat through all the details with. I highly recommend picking them! 10 out of 10!

  The perfect host

  We had a really good experience working with Walter’s. Loved the venue and all the staff was very accommodating. Emily was the one who helped us organize the details, so pretty much all we did was show up. Would 1000% recommend doing a wedding or event with Walter’s!

  The perfect venue

  This venue is breathtaking! It was perfect for our day. Having two separate getting ready rooms made both of our parties comfortable. And being able to have our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all in one place made it easy for our guests! The staff was amazing!! Madison, Emily, Sam, Daniel, and SO many others were amazing during our planning process and on the day of our wedding. Many of our family and friends even reached out to ask about using the venue in the future. Even if it’s not for a wedding, Monroe Pearson is such a great venue and you will NOT be disappointed when working with Walters.

  The MOST beautiful night💞

  I can not say enough wonderful things about Walters Wedding Estates, especially Monroe Pearson. It was the most beautiful venue for our special day and most importantly the staff made sure everything was perfect for us and they truly went above and beyond. Thank you to Amanda for helping me plan my dream wedding (in THREE months!!!) and being the sweetest human being. She made sure she was a part of our special day until the very last moment and even signed up to serve that night….and I’m so thankful I got to experience all of that with her. Thank you to Tabitha for helping me make sure all of the final details were taken care of the day of the wedding and making sure I (the bride) didn’t have a panic attack. Lol. And last but not least, Latecia you were THE best!! Thank you for being so organized at our rehearsal so that our ceremony could run so smoothly. Thank you for taking care of me all night because without you I think I would have lost it.😂 you genuinely saved the day when we couldn’t get my dress bussled and when wine was spilt on me and when I lost my drink!   Amazing experience - 3x !!

  I have done 2 bridal shows at the Monroe Pearson and each time they have completely blown me away !
  
  The Denton bridal show was absolutely spectacular and the Monroe Pearson was the perfect venue to host the show and the staff was SO helpful!

  Beautifully Done!

  Amanda at Monroe Pearson was absolutely Fantastic!! She made sure that our daughter's wedding came off beautifully!! She helped me with all my million questions timely and graciously! The venue is beautiful and just what my daughter wanted! No problems with parking, plenty of restrooms, great food and bar service!! Loved our experience with them!!

  The team at Walters Wedding Estates are seriously incredible and wonderful humans to work with. As a bride, there’s a lot of details to plan and factors to consider but I can honestly say that this team helped to alleviate the majority of my stress. People would always ask me, “oh how is wedding planning going?” and every time I could honestly say, “it’s really kinda easy! The venue staff is amazing and it’s full service so no hunting for vendors!”
  
  Amanda was my planning rep and deserves every award, raise, promotion, whatever her heart desires. I had a handful of things go wrong, outside photographer, change from church wedding to not, and every time I sent Amanda a panicked email she would response quickly, calm me down, and assure me that they could accommodate any change. She even set me up with the amazing photographer we used for our day! (Shoutout Emily Chappell).
  
  I seriously could not have planned such a perfect day without these people. Thank you for making us so special!!

  What sets this venue apart is the team who works here. The planner, the GM, the food, the servers, the bartender, the DJ, the photographer--all are amazing! They truly care about you and giving you everything you want--and are consummate professionals throughout.
  
  My friends and family are still raving about how gorgeous Monroe Pearson is, how tasty the food was, how the bartender was so quick and personable, how the DJ kept the room dancing, how the photographer was happy to accomodate requests, and what a lovely event we had together.

  Monroe Pearson could not have been more perfect for my daughter's wedding. Geoffrey and his team ensured everything ran smoothly for the event. They were so helpful and accommodating. The planning process was truly painless, all the in house vendors were so prompt and communicated so well. Our planning rep, Amanda was kind and responsive to our last minute changes. I felt so taken care of. Once we arrived for wedding week I was truly blown away. They were so accommodating and attentive. Geoffrey made sure the plans were communicated to the team and Laeticia executed those plans perfectly. I was highly impressed, even when I changed my mind multiple times she was just so sweet and understanding.   Beautiful venue and great service!

  The Monroe Pearson was the perfect venue for my client's intimate wedding. Not only was this venue perfect, but I had a wonderful experience working with the General Manager, Geoffrey H. He was extremely helpful in ensuring every detail was executed to ensure my couples special day was even more special. From set up to strike, Geoffrey and his team stayed engaged to ensure that all needs were met. I hope to work with Geoffrey again!!! Maybe next time I can get him on the dance floor with us (LOL).

  Perfect venue and staff!

  From the staff, to the venue itself working with the Monroe Pearson team/ Walters Estates team was a dream! They were responsive and ready to go at any time and I genuinely felt like they were trying their best to make my wedding day as perfect as possible! They worked with me through everything and were so very kind! I loved that they would check in even before the wedding to make sure everything was okay or if I needed anything! Crystal, was absolutely lovely! She was our wedding coordinator the day of and made everything run so smoothly! She did a PHENOMENAL job. This venue is beautiful and the fact that they have such a wonderful staff working it makes it a MUST if you plan on booking. Seriously, don’t hesitate I would recommend this venue and staff a million times. 5 stars and above in my opinion!!

  Dream day with the best venue and team!

  This Venue was a dream to work with and ALLIE the coordinator was stellar. When she was prompt and motivated to make the day amazing. The venue has a wonderful history and stunning look! As the maid of honor it was my goal to make Veronica’s day a dream come true and Monroe Pearson and Allie made it happen!

  We LOVE Monroe Pearson!

  We are not married yet but they are fantastic with everything so far! We are a same sex couple and have not once felt out of place. We are over the moon and so happy we hired Monroe Pearson for our wedding venue and their in house catering! We can't wait for the big day!

  Dream Wedding Venue

  Monroe Pearson was the most idyllic location for our wedding. The staff was so incredibly helpful and kind. If you are looking for a venue that has it all - look no further. We loved that it was down the street from the square which is where we went on one of our first dates. It's really in a central location to anywhere you could possibly want to go in Denton. The venue lends itself to not needing to add a whole bunch of "fluff" decoration. The venue and decor they have is already so picturesque and beautiful. If we had to do it all over again we would still pick Monroe Pearson, without a doubt.

  Everything I dreamed of

  This was the first and last venue we looked at. It’s industrial, yet modern. It has so many unique and beautiful details that we loved! Our wedding guests raved about how beautiful it was. Faith, our venue coordinator was awesome and quick to answer any questions we had. Only down fall to the venue is you can’t go in until 2 hours before your event so you can’t really get ready in the beautiful suites they have to offer. Other than that the venue is seriously amazing
