We had a traditional Nigerian ceremony and our vow exchange on the same day…essentially 2 ceremonies which involved many moving parts and a busy day of schedule. It was absolutely the best day, the entire staff was very helpful and tended to every single detail. The meetings leading up to the wedding were very thorough which made it very easy to enjoy our wedding without any hassle. The wedding package made planning so easy, the venue was beautiful, and most importantly we had the most amazing time! Thank you so much Melissa for pulling everything together and Mariah for handling all the day off matters! -

Beautiful, Helpful, Everything We Wanted
We had an absolutely amazing experience with Monroe Pearson. From my original tour, every single staff member I worked with was extremely professional and detail-oriented, with a special shoutout to my planner Melissa. Everyone also clearly loved their jobs and are very experienced. Melissa went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfectly aligned with our vision. The quality of service was exceptional and communication was great. The convenience of all-inclusive services and the reasonable price was well worth it. I highly recommend Monroe Pearson and Walter’s!!! -

My husband and I had the BEST experience at Monroe Pearson! Our amazing wedding planner, Melissa, was so attentive and wanted the day to be as perfect as we did. From our initial planning meetings to the send-off at the end of the night, she was so calm and organized. Our day would not have been as wonderful without her. Our DJ, Carson (CoHost Entertainment), was incredible. Our family and friends still talk about how great of a DJ he was for our special day. Our photographer, Christopher (Emily Chappell Productions), was such a gem. He took the time to get to know my husband and I throughout the day and we felt so comfortable taking our photos with him. We are so thankful for all of the vendors that were a part of our special day! -

Wedding 2024
This venue is perfect! It hardly needs any decor on its own! Beth, our planner, was amazing to work with and we had the best wedding day!! Everyone is so friendly and the planning process was pretty smooth! Everyone asked me if I was stressed about planning a wedding and I kept telling them no! It was a beautiful night for us and I just wish we could go back and do it again!! Don’t overthink it, just book with Walters and let them do all the planning! The food was good, the cake was amazing, the florals are gorgeous! We just got our sneak peek pictures and they are amazing!! The DJ was fun and friendly. Overall 10/10!! -

Amazing experience - 3x !!
I have done 2 bridal shows at the Monroe Pearson and each time they have completely blown me away !
The Denton bridal show was absolutely spectacular and the Monroe Pearson was the perfect venue to host the show and the staff was SO helpful!

Amazing location and coordinator
This venue is absolutely amazing, but what really made it special was our coordinator, Morgan Stover. She was on top of deadlines and coordinating with the packaged vendors to ensure that our day ran smoothly. I highly recommend asking for Morgan if you sign at a Walters Wedding Estate location! -

Working with Madison as my wedding planner at the Monroe Pearson was an absolute dream come true! She was always available to answer any questions, to meet at the venue when I needed to and went above and beyond to make our special day totally unforgettable. From the first time I met her to the day of the wedding, every detail was covered and made the entire wedding planning experience incredible. Madison’s detail-oriented and confident approach to wedding planning was exactly what I was looking for. She took every detail I gave her and assured me it was or would be taken care of. Her attention to detail and ability to help turn our vision into a reality was truly impressive, all while calming any nerves or stress I had.
The day of the wedding was seamless thanks to Madison’s hard work and dedication. We were able to relax and enjoy every moment knowing that everything was taken care of. Walking into the space and seeing how everything came together left me speechless. But, Madison also went above and beyond the role of a traditional wedding planner. She quickly became a friend that I knew I could count on. She even helped get my bouquet pin ready with the pictures of my grandparents because I ran out of time and was heartbroken it wouldn’t be done - she immediately took it off my hands and got it done because she knew how important it was to me. She also jumped in and helped with our kiddos throughout the night who had grown to know and love her throughout the months of planning and meetings, giving them extra snuggles before we made our exit, and just made sure that everyone had the best time possible. Neither of these things is part of her job and are just a couple of examples of a very long list of things she did to make our experience personal and perfect. It’s no surprise though, as this isn’t just a job to her. She is passionate about creating your perfect day, whatever that looks like. She truly wants your day to be special and to be without stress as much as possible. She constantly went the extra mile throughout the entire process and there are truly not enough good words to say about her. Madison is a one-of-a-kind planner and a genuinely good person with an absolute heart of gold. The venue and vendors were amazing and perfect and was everything I had ever dreamed of, but without Madison, it wouldn’t have been what it was. The experience she provides is hands down what makes this venue a 10/10.
We wholeheartedly and highly recommend Madison with Monroe Pearson to anyone looking to create unforgettable memories that will last beyond their lifetime. Thank you for making our wedding day an absolute dream come true, Madison! The experience you provided was priceless. We loved every minute of having you a part of our wedding season and the only thing I’m sad about is that it’s over!! You’re a rockstar and worth your weight in gold and then some!!!! This venue is breathtaking! It was perfect for our day. Having two separate getting ready rooms made both of our parties comfortable. And being able to have our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all in one place made it easy for our guests! The staff was amazing!! Madison, Emily, Sam, Daniel, and SO many others were amazing during our planning process and on the day of our wedding. Many of our family and friends even reached out to ask about using the venue in the future. Even if it’s not for a wedding, Monroe Pearson is such a great venue and you will NOT be disappointed when working with Walters. -

The MOST beautiful night💞
I can not say enough wonderful things about Walters Wedding Estates, especially Monroe Pearson. It was the most beautiful venue for our special day and most importantly the staff made sure everything was perfect for us and they truly went above and beyond. Thank you to Amanda for helping me plan my dream wedding (in THREE months!!!) and being the sweetest human being. She made sure she was a part of our special day until the very last moment and even signed up to serve that night….and I’m so thankful I got to experience all of that with her. Thank you to Tabitha for helping me make sure all of the final details were taken care of the day of the wedding and making sure I (the bride) didn’t have a panic attack. Lol. And last but not least, Latecia you were THE best!! Thank you for being so organized at our rehearsal so that our ceremony could run so smoothly. Thank you for taking care of me all night because without you I think I would have lost it.😂 you genuinely saved the day when we couldn’t get my dress bussled and when wine was spilt on me and when I lost my drink! Lol.
I promise you will not go wrong if you book at Monroe Pearson. It was the most amazing experience and I’m so grateful to ALL of the staff who played a part in our special day. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!🙏🏼😭 -

Amazing Reception
Monroe Pearson could not have been more perfect for my daughter's wedding. Geoffrey and his team ensured everything ran smoothly for the event. They were so helpful and accommodating. The food was delicious, bar service amazing and DJ perfect. The reception just sparkled! Thank you, thank you for helping make a special day extra special. -

Absolutely Perfect from Planning to Exit
I walked in and instantly knew this venue was perfect for us. The historic building and the beautiful classic touches sold me! The planning process was truly painless, all the in house vendors were so prompt and communicated so well. Our planning rep, Amanda was kind and responsive to our last minute changes. I felt so taken care of. Once we arrived for wedding week I was truly blown away. They were so accommodating and attentive. Geoffrey made sure the plans were communicated to the team and Laeticia executed those plans perfectly. I was highly impressed, even when I changed my mind multiple times she was just so sweet and understanding. Our servers Juliet, Breezy, and Jaden, and bartenders Crystal and Cherity were such a delight! It was a magical night and the entire staff at Monroe Pearson helped to make it run so smoothly. I am so very grateful. -

From the staff, to the venue itself working with the Monroe Pearson team/ Walters Estates team was a dream! They were responsive and ready to go at any time and I genuinely felt like they were trying their best to make my wedding day as perfect as possible! They worked with me through everything and were so very kind! I loved that they would check in even before the wedding to make sure everything was okay or if I needed anything! Crystal, was absolutely lovely! She was our wedding coordinator the day of and made everything run so smoothly! She did a PHENOMENAL job. This venue is beautiful and the fact that they have such a wonderful staff working it makes it a MUST if you plan on booking. Seriously, don’t hesitate I would recommend this venue and staff a million times. 5 stars and above in my opinion!! -

My wife and I had our wedding ceremony and reception at Monroe Pearson and absolutely LOVED it! It was absolutely beautiful, just the right size, and had everything we needed for our big day! Best of all, the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and flexible which made putting the day together SO EASY! We definitely recommend Walters Wedding Estates and hope to go back to Monroe Pearson again soon! (for someone else's wedding) -

Everything I dreamed of
This was the first and last venue we looked at. It’s industrial, yet modern. It has so many unique and beautiful details that we loved! Our wedding guests raved about how beautiful it was. Faith, our venue coordinator was awesome and quick to answer any questions we had. Only down fall to the venue is you can’t go in until 2 hours before your event so you can’t really get ready in the beautiful suites they have to offer. Other than that the venue is seriously amazing -

Mina Sent on 10/16/2017I honestly did not think I would find the red brick, the historical landmark of a dream venue I've imagined most of my life until I found the Monroe Pearson. Walters Wedding Estates have embraced the community's appreciation for the historic with their renovation of the Monroe. They have preserved the original brick that is throughout the entire venue, made original signage of the 100-year-old warehouse an amazing art piece, and truly embraced the vintage ambiance of the whole space with décor. The changes they have made only enrich this gorgeous location. Giant skylights that bring in beautiful natural light, an outstanding bar set up, and phenomenal layout that will make any wedding look magical and run smoothly are just some enhancements to note. Plus, the bonus that is the venue director, Kalyn, and our Day-of-Coordinator, Caroline! Kalyn’s genuine joy in being part of your wedding and excitement for your engagement is catching. She’s incredibly responsive, I must have request ten different versions of our proposal and she was always happy to write up a new one, and she makes the Monroe very accessible. I can drop by for inspiration and schedule same day tours of updates. I’m a shy person by nature and as the bride, you’re in the spotlight which can be uncomfortable. Caroline made me feel at ease immediately and was a CHAMP on the day of our wedding. She handled difficult guests firmly with professional ease and grace (I didn’t even know about this incident until weeks later when my MIL told me). Caroline kept us on schedule and stress-free, a true gem! The Walter’s Wedding Estate team makes your experience with the Monroe very personal and makes you feel like their favorite client. Planning a wedding is very stressful and can easily become overwhelming. When I’ve gotten to this point I’ve simply called them up to visit the site and I’m instantly relaxed and back to being thrilled about my wedding! In short, if you want a flawless and unique wedding, book now! -

The venue is such a beautiful blank slate and I loved the concept because it is something not commonly found in wedding venues. Of course it was a big leap with it not being done yet, but the staff is so caring and kind and personal! I mostly made the decision to book this place because I knew we were going to be taken care of by the staff here. We were one of the first to book this place and I am excited to go on this adventure with them! Would always recommend 100% -

We were incredibly happy with our experience using MP as our reception venue. Kaleigh was our assigned planner and her attention to detail and organization made the day run seamlessly (from the bride's perspective!) We were also happy with MP being a "one stop shop" for us to get many of our vendors from--their vendor packages made our planning a lot easier. Thank you Kaleigh for all of the effort you put in to make our day perfect!! -

Such a lovely space with the vintage vibe I was hoping for. And the staff is so helpful and supportive. I was having a hard time imagining so many things, Madison Shields put my mind at ease every step of the way. She made wonderful suggestions and truly made our day memorable. And I REALLY appreciated not having to navigate so many vendors individually. I wanted a 1 stop shop for everything, Walter's Wedding Estates delivered. My husband and I fell in love with this venue at first sight! It is difficult to find a venue that is not rustic in Texas, so when we found a place that felt modern yet homey we knew that Monroe Pearson was the venue for us. However, what we loved even more than the venue was working with Kayleigh. She was a bright spot during such a stressful time of day to day wedding planning. Her attention to detail, patience, kindness, and making us feel like we were a priority. She was especially good at understanding our vision for the wedding, and carrying it out exactly as we planned it. If you are considering choosing Monroe Pearson as your venue, then be sure to ask if you can work with Kayleigh!
