    When I first mentioned Moniker Warehouse to my wife as a possible venue option she turned up her nose and said "I don't want to get married in a warehouse". I told her let's just look at it and then make a decision. Once we walked inside we both immediately fell in love with the feel and ambiance that the warehouse provided. It was right up our alley as far as the theme and setting we were looking for. It definitely has a industrial rustic feel and all the wood complimented our wedding perfectly. The staff at Moniker was very good at explaining what you are able to do and what they provide. You really have a lot of freedom with this venue to make it your own. You can use your own vendors as long as they have the proper insurances. They have a bar area already set up and a DJ booth with its own A/V system (that saved me a lot with my DJ, since he didn't have to bring any speakers). The cost was pretty much in line with other venues, if not cheaper. I would definitely recommend giving Moniker Warehouse a look if you're in the market for a venue rental.

    The Moniker Warehouse was EXACTLY what my husband and I were looking for for our non-traditional wedding. We wanted something that would be perfect for a party, where we had freedom to get creative with the space and the Moniker delivered!

    Aly was awesome-- Always keeping us updated with improvements and updates to the space, and always willing and available to give us a tour anytime we had questions about layout and design for our event.

    The two rooms-- the anteroom with the bar, and the main room where dinner and dancing took place, was even more perfect than we could have planned. Our guests had the option to join the crazy dance party, or to mingle near the bar with relatives that hadn't seen each other in ages.

    I could not be happier with the Moniker, and would absolutely use this space again, and would recommend it to friends over and over. Thank you!

    Aly Tate, and by extension Moniker Warehouse were the perfect selection for my daughters wedding reception! It is a fun atmosphere for a party, not a stuffy country club. So if you want traditional stuffy, don't use them. On the other hand, if you want the most fun people to work with, complete freedom to decorate, bring in your own bar, caterer, band, or DJ, you can't find a better place. In addition to renting the venue, I hired Aly and her team as Wedding Coordinator; totally worth every single penny spent. She kept me from climbing the walls, had great suggestions on other vendors, did every single thing I asked of her, and made sure everyone was where they should be throughout the entire wedding day and well into the night. To help me save some $ on rental costs, she let me have all the chairs delivered to Moniker and then she took them over to the Park for the ceremony and brought them back for the reception. Moniker has 60" round tables and folding chairs you can use at no charge. They also have a full audio system, also at no charge. Another great thing about Moniker is that they have covered parking (again, at no charge). I originally thought parking would be a problem, as during the week it is a very busy area, but on weekends there is an abundance of street parking in addition to their parking lot attached to the building. Aly is the greatest person to work with, very calm, just plain sweet, and works her tail off for you. Moniker and Aly are incredible! You should go see them.

    To begin, my groom and I were looking for a wonderful space that would allow us to throw a party reflective of who we were as a couple. We were running into the frustration of finding venues that required preferred vendors and had extensive rules on personal expression via décor etc. Moniker is the exact opposite of these places. It is an incredible blank canvas that you can transform into whatever vision you have. They had no problem with me hanging things on the wall or bringing in a food truck and stocking my own bar! In fact I never heard "no" once and always received timely and friendly correspondence. This place is the definition of accommodating! I would 100% recommend that you get the day of coordination to be included. It was never pushed on us but given as a very reasonably priced option. Upon meeting Aly I realized that she was nothing but professional and I was happy (after all the planning) to turn over the reigns for the day of. I am so glad I did! we had our wedding off site and she did a wonderful job of coordinating the ceremony. When we came to the warehouse for the reception everything was EXACTLY how I had envisioned. I honestly didn't have to worry about a single thing. I am so thrilled with the choice I made. Moniker transformed into my dream and I have only the best to say about Aly and her team mates!

    We're so glad our wedding coordinators (White Lace Events & Design) steered us towards Moniker Warehouse. We hadn't heard of them before, and we were stuck trying to find a venue that fit our vision (industrial organic), our budget, and could accommodate the number of guests we were anticipating (almost 200). Most places within our budget required a lot of dressing up, but Moniker Warehouse perfectly matched the vibe we were going for. They also allowed you to bring your own vendors and alcohol which was a plus - no need to select from a preferred vendor list (although they do provide some recommended vendors if you'd like). Aly and Leslyn were always super quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had - most of the time within a few hours. Venue rental includes access to some of their inventory (i.e. plastic rounds and some rectangular tables, black folded chairs, wine barrels, belly bars) but they have some nicer wooden rectangular tables for rent if you want. There's a built in bar, DJ booth, and market lighting so that was one less thing to worry about. We ended up with about 140 guests and we found that to be a comfortable number (200 would have been pushing it space wise if you used only rounds). There's a built in stage that you can use, although we didn't. Parking didn't seem to be an issue for our guests, but we did encourage people to use Uber or Lyft. There is an attached parking garage with a limited number of spaces and then street parking available as well. If you plan an event on a weekday (like we did) just keep in mind that there are offices in the space during the day, so your event can't start until after 5pm (that includes access to the parking garage). Overall, our guests loved the venue and thought it had a lot of character.

    Moniker Warehouse was everything my husband and I were looking for when planning our wedding. We wanted a place that was open and flexible to our thoughts and vision, would let us bring in any vendor and was at a great value. They hit the nail on the head! We only had the reception here, as our ceremony was just down by the bay.

    Aly was a fantastic contact, very responsive and helpful with suggestions. The venue was undergoing construction during the time right before our wedding and Aly kept us updated on timelines and changes happening with the venue.

    They let us bring in a live band, food trucks and stock the bar ourselves. We had freedom to decorate as we pleased and the venue provided tables, chairs, wine barrels and belly ups. Plus the lighting in the venue is perfect! You can choose how much light you want and where you want it, as there are string lights as well as overhead lights and gallery lighting. They had a manager on site who helped with the lights, sound, hooking up the band and DJ and anything else that came up. I docked the overall rating slightly, because the air conditioner did break and it was leaking in one area of the room, but the manager was quick to address the issue as best possible.

    The setup of the venue was ideal for our guests, as the front area (foyer) provided a place for people to chat and hang out near the bar (built in bar!), but still peek through the open doors to see what was happening in the main hall. Plus there is some parking available in the garage! Street parking was not an issue, as long as it was past the metered time.

    Overall, loved the venue, it met our expectations and was perfect for what we envisioned. I would recommend to anyone looking for good value, fun location, freedom to book any vendor and receive professional, friendly service.

    This venue was amazing! The vibe was great and they were helpful with any questions along the way. Tobin was helpful with all my questions since I didn't live in the area. The only thing I want to be critical about are the back and forth regarding their rules. The rules I read in the beginning changed the day of our wedding. To be specific, before the wedding we were told we could not have open flames so we invested in hurricane covers for all of our candles. On the night of the wedding, they told us we could have open flames. We are now stuck with $300 worth of useless glass candle covers. Before the wedding, we were also told we could put holes in the wall to hang a photo collage. On the night of the wedding, we were told we could not. I don't want these problems to deter anyone from choosing this venue. Just double check on these kinds of rules. because everything else was beautiful and amazing. Joseph was especially helpful on the night of our wedding. He went above and beyond helping us with audio-visual details. Thank you so much!

    Not a venue to support

    After being notified that a social media person rented this space to do a seminar where they repeatedly use choking, hanging, and fear tactics on dogs that cause immense amounts of pain and emotional damage. Despite the warnings and pleas from around the country they allowed the event to take place.
    We have to hold all business owners to a higher standard especially when they have been warned of pure abuse being perpetrated against innocent beings in their venues and proceed anyways.
