We worked with Kelly O'Dell during our wedding planning and she was fabulous! She was wonderful to work with in person, over the phone, and through email, and certainly went above and beyond as our onsite contact! We booked the Botanical Garden for our wedding ceremony, and she was always quick to confirm anything that was asked or find an answer if we had questions. The day before the wedding, she had welcome fruits and cheeses brought to the room with a hand signed note. On our wedding day/night, they left chocolates, desserts, and a bottle of champagne, as well as a very special and completely unexpected surprise on our bed! It is the little things like these that...We worked with Kelly O'Dell during our wedding planning and she was fabulous! We had our dream wedding reception at The St. Regis Monarch Beach Resort and it was BEAUTIFUL!!! The resort is absolutely gorgeous and breathtaking and it was THE PERFECT location to host our reception on a beautiful summer day. The resort grounds is stunning with breathtaking ocean views.
We were so fortunate enough to have our dream wedding at The St. Regis. The catering managers that we worked with, to the executive chef, to the bellman were EXTREMELY friendly and accommodating. Everyone was such a pleasure to work with that I have nothing bad to say. You definitely get the best service you could ask for and I couldn't be happier! On the day of our wedding, i was SO impressed with the service and how they really cater to your needs and do their absolute best to please you. We got to meet our banquet captain and even our catering director, along with the entire staff that evening, were present in our ballroom when I got to take a sneak peek of the ballroom.
Overall, we had our dream wedding and St. Regis was THE place to host our event! Highly recommend this venue to anyone searching for a beautiful beach resort in South OC!!! you won't be disappointed!!! -

I would put this venue up against nearly any venue in the country. Their service, professionalism, beauty, food, and entire grounds are the best in the world. I have been to a significant number of excellent hotels/resorts and this place is at the top of my list. They also were extremely easy to work with from a wedding preparation standpoint. Marissa was our point of contact at the St Regis and she was nothing but professional, courteous, accommodating, and an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire wedding process. They provided excellent service to us and our guests from check in to check out. The rooms were perfect. Our guests constantly raved about the location and the events....I would put this venue up against nearly any venue in the country. What else can be said about the St. Regis Monarch Beach, it's absolutely stunning and magical! The views, and resort are impeccable. We felt like royalty on our wedding day! My husband and I were married at the St. Regis Monarch Beach in June 2013. We were initially a little taken aback by their prices, but looking back on our wedding and the amazing experience that we had, they're justified. Our coordinator at the hotel was Eileen Hanly, who was awesome! We couldn't have asked for a better coordinated, as she was always quick to respond to our (admittedly excessive) emails, very informative and helpful, and an overall amazing resource to us. We definitely couldn't have pulled everything off without her!

Everything went off without a hitch and we couldn't be happier that we decided to have our wedding there. Thank you, thank you, thank you to the staff (especially Eileen) for giving us the best day of our lives! -

The St. Regis was a recommendation from our wedding coordinator - initially outside of our budget, but the excellent customer service clinched it for me. The resort is obviously gorgeous. It's very close to the beach, so we were able to steal down there after the ceremony for some beach shots. We booked the botanical garden, and it was a lovely and intimate ceremony site. The food was excellent. The cake looked amazing and tasted even better! My guests had nothing but nice things to say. (One complaint - they saved the top layer for us, but it was a hassle getting it home; we were thinking about saving it for our one year anniversary, but we didn't wrap...The St. Regis was a recommendation from our wedding coordinator - initially outside of our budget, but the excellent customer service clinched it for me. June is obviously a popular month for this sort of thing, and we were forewarned; just know that the resort may be at full capacity if you decide to have a June wedding -> a testament to their amazing venue and service.)
Overall, they met and exceeded every expectation. We were blown away by the service throughout the planning process, as well as on our wedding day. Both our site coordinator and dinner captain were sweethearts and consummate professionals. We felt totally pampered. The St. Regis even decorated our suite and had chocolates/champagne waiting for us at the end of the night. So if the price is right, I would definitely recommend having a wedding at the St. Regis. My guests had an amazing time; everything went smoothly and I can't wait to go back!! -

The food was Ok compared to the price. we got our cake from them too, but they didn't provide the right cake. Also, our service included tea and coffee by table. Most of our guests didn't receive tea or coffee.
