My husband and I had the best wedding weekend of our lives, and so much of that is thanks to our amazing planner Rosalina Torres. She worked tirelessly to make sure our wedding celebration was everything we imagined. My family is from Puerto Rico and my husband's is not. Based on ceremony location, reception location, where people were staying etc. we had A LOT of wedding logistics. However, it all flowed seamlessly. She flawlessly executed every detail, and it created such an incredible guest experience. The day was completely stress free for us. Additionally, she has amazing relationships with all of the vendors which only added to the cohesiveness of the experience.
She also has an amazing team of assistants that works with her. Her team was kind, thoughtful, and very attentive. I felt that Rosalina and her team went above and beyond. I didn't have to worry about a single thing on the day!
Multiple people told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to! It was truly the most special and magical weekend. The wedding day experience completely exceeded my expectations. I wish I could relive it all over again. If you are looking to plan your wedding in Puerto Rico you absolutely should consider Momentus Special Events. I am so grateful to Rosalina for giving us the best weekend of our lives!!!! -

Their level of flexibility and understanding as a company stood out from the very beginning. In less than a month, they managed to coordinate every detail seamlessly, something that felt almost impossible, yet they executed it with precision and calm.
Rosalina and her outstanding team of assistants were present at every moment, making sure I felt supported and that our entire family was comfortable and enjoying the experience. Not a single detail was overlooked. Their professionalism, warmth, and commitment made all the difference on such an important day.

Our wedding was exactly 2 months ago from today and I am still dreaming of it! Immediately after speaking with Rosalina on the phone while looking for wedding planners, it was an instant match. Coming from NY and frequently visiting the island, PR was the one and only place I would have wanted to get married.
Rosalina executed everything better than expected. I keep telling everybody that I would get married every weekend, over and over again because of her 😂😂 She answered any questions I had with quick and fast responses. Rosalina made amazing recommendations with anything that I could think of - trust me she knows what she’s talking about!! She directed me to the best vendors that I am SO grateful for. Sometimes I can be so eager to do everything all at once, but she has something special about her that is instantly reassuring which made this journey so wonderful. A rainbow showed up behind my husband right when he started his vows and lasted during our vows 🥹🌈
Meeting her in person during our food tasting was so fun & she is absolutely more stunning in person! Our guest count was about 200 people!!! It did not even feel that way because of how organized everything was. My entire wedding timeline flowed so smoothly and perfect. Due to emergency circumstances, she left me with the best team. They were the sweetest, most genuine, attentive people. Maria, Niletza, Zulma, & Stefanie xoxo thank you so much. The day of my wedding I worried about absolutely nothing, completely enjoyed every second!!! Having full trust knowing that I was in good hands during a once in a lifetime event is something that you cannot repay. Every bride deserves to have a wedding of their dreams and this was absolutely everything I could dream of. The decor was so elegant, timeless and romantic + combined with my culture, and every Bunny Song, the vibe was unmatched lol. My friends & family were so impressed. I will be posting pictures until I’m 100! Lol.
The only thing I wish I could change is that we had more time together & that I could do this every weekend!! I’m already thinking about the next big life milestone just so we can work together again. Thank you again, with all my heart ❤️ -

Excellent Wedding Planner
Rosalina, was actually the first and only wedding planner I met with. She was actually the only one I wanted. So, when we met her, I instantly said this is the one. Just in our first meeting she called almost every vendor on my wishlist and booked them. Huge perk: she knows everyone. She is definitely the sweetest and most relaxed wedding planner, I felt 0 stress throughout my 1 year wedding planning process. We ended up having the most magical wedding at the St.Regis in Puerto Rico, with perfect vendors, crew, climate and guests. It was truly a dream of a wedding.

Amazing and Professional Wedding Planner
Rosalina helped plan our perfect day since 2020. She was very helpful throughout the process and had the best recommendations for every vendor. Coming from CA in the middle of the pandemic meant we couldn't travel to taste the cake, or food, or see the venue in person until the week of the wedding. Her professionalism in who she recommends ultimately showed. The cake and food were perfect. All the vendors were amazing and I thank Rosalina for that. The wedding went very smooth and we didn't have to worry about a thing because Rosalina was on top of everything. Her assistant was amazing, very kind and made the day perfect. I also appreciate she is there the day of and does one wedding a day so she is there for you and your partner no matter what.

Wedding Must Have
I am so glad we hired Rosalina and her company to assist with our wedding! She went above and beyond for all our wedding services. She helped connect us to the best vendors who she coordinated months leading up to the wedding and day of. My job is very demanding and I needed to trust someone who could connect and make appropriate referrals for me and she did just that. Day of the wedding she helped make sure everything went perfect when it started raining. She quickly moved my original to another part of the venue -- even though it was our plan B none of the guests knew! It looked stunning! Now that the wedding of my dreams is over, I want to say how amazing Rosalina and her team are. This was a wild and crazy year for us as a couple with COVID and working in the ER, but Rosalina made our day more than what we could have imagined. I am so thankful for that. The Best Wedding Planner - Rosalina!
As soon as we started our wedding planning journey, we began the search for a wedding planner. We are both very busy people and knew we needed a lot of help right from the beginning. After meeting with a few planners, Rosalina was a clear choice. Within a few days, she provided us with a curated list of exceptional vendors and reserved/coordinated meetings with our preferred vendors. She clearly understood exactly what we were envisioning and made vendor recommendations accordingly. She did not guide us wrong. Her broad experience in the field was the key to success for our wedding.
I am someone who pays attention to all the small details, and in all the weddings I have attended, there is always something that does not go as planned. After having the best night of my life, I could not find anything that went array at our wedding. All the vendors worked harmoniously to bring to life the most perfect wedding. The timeline was carefully curated and expertly executed. Her fantastic team made the night run without a hitch for us and our guests. Nothing got in the way of enjoying the most important day of our lives, and we clearly owe that to Rosalina. Having her lead this army was the key to our success. We had to push our wedding back twice due to covid and Rosalina was very helpful and flexible with accommodating our changes. For example, she suggested we ask the band to let the DJ use their speakers for the afterparty because the speakers were better quality. The Best Wedding Planner
Rosalina is the best at what she does and we are so happy we chose her as our wedding planner! She guided us through our wedding planning process for over a year and connected us with great vendors.

Our dream wedding took place at the Hacienda Siesta Alegre on 3.25.22 and Rosalina helped it come to reality! From the first call I had with her, she assured me that our destination wedding would be beautiful and she was 100% correct. It was everything we hoped for and so much more! Throughout a year of planning, she was always very responsive and made sure I knew that I can text her at any time if I had questions, and there were a lot of questions especially when planning a destination wedding during a pandemic. What I will always be extremely grateful to Rosalina for is how calm and in-control she is at all times. I am the type of person that stresses everything, but her calm demeanor always relaxed me and made me confident in her coordinating skills. She is an expert at what she does and while she does it, treats you with kindness, respect, and honesty. Not everything will go as planned the day of your wedding, that is inevitable, but with Rosalina by your side, it will all turn out better than planned. Our guests said that everything flowed smoothly and our wedding was one of the best they'd ever been to. That is in large part because of Rosalina and her team of vendors that she suggested. Rosalina is the wedding planner of all wedding planners. From the moment we met her on the phone, to the second we stepped into our reception, we knew we had made the right decision in working with her. I would describe Rosalina’s taste and professional style as modern, chic, and fun. All of my worried texts were answered promptly by Rosalina with detailed and comforting voice messages - through all 3 of our wedding dates that were reschedule due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The vendors that she recommended were not only top notch in quality, but kind and pleasant people to work with. BEST of the BEST! Rosalina and Momentus was the best decision I could ever make when it came to my destination wedding in Puerto Rico. The planning phase was seamless and so easy with Rosalina, even when I was extremely busy with work (I work in the U.S. Army), even with the whole COVID-19 restrictions and special requirements (she made sure we were all in compliance). Rosalina was available at all times and quickly responded to me. When she didn't hear from me closer to the wedding, she made sure to check in with me and was extremely flexible. She was such a pleasure to work with!
Rosalina recommended the best of the best vendors and I cannot say enough wonderful things about each vendor. She also inquired with me on things I didn't even think of, and I am so glad she did. I should mention that I booked her pre-COVID, so when the shutdown occurred, she coordinated with all the vendors to reschedule to a date I wanted without any additional fees from anyone. I was so lucky that everyone was available on the new date, and I didn't have to stress about coordinating with all the different vendors on my own.
Rosalina is subject matter expert when it comes to all things wedding. She exceptionally detailed, organized, and really knows what's best to make your wedding day perfect. She is extremely professional and what I love about her is that she is honest and just has so much experience to share.
My wedding was outdoors and she already had 2 back up plans in the event of rain....sure enough, it rained on the wedding day. But she helped create the most beautiful and intimate wedding. Although the rain caused the timeline to shift, it was so flawless and she kept things going for everyone without anyone noticing.
Rosalina and her team made the day absolutely perfect for us. Her assistants were all so wonderful as well and just made me and groom feel so comfortable.

Rosalina knows everyone in the business and will suggest the best vendors to hire for your event. We can’t emphasize this enough, as we couldn’t have known the best people to hire for our wedding otherwise - and the right team made all the difference!
Because these vendors are people she closely works with, Rosalina has deep relationships with them and they aimed to please. They provided a first-class experience for us. Everyone worked harmoniously and knew their roles well. Our guests were impressed with our vendors and were constantly remarking how chic, elegant and FUN our wedding was.
The day of the wedding, Rosalina brought two additional members of her team to join her. They were working non-stop all day and night on everything you can imagine. From straightening my veil (it was a windy afternoon) to coordinating with all of the evening’s entertainment, they paid attention to every detail so that our evening would be perfect. We didn’t have to worry about a thing!
Lastly, we can’t emphasize enough the care and love we received from this team throughout the process. Rosalina has a huge heart and perhaps that is the main reason why her events are so successful. She cared deeply about our big event and it showed.

When I was in the process of selecting a wedding planner for my destination wedding, I received at least 10 recommendations from our Venue Manager. I created a 5 page questionnaire to interview each of those who responded to my initial e-mail. Rosalina from Momentus Special Events was the first one I interviewed, and to make a long story short her answers were simply above and beyond everyone else I spoke with. Rosalina was organized, professional, and also personable with me in handling our arrangements. She is extremely trustworthy, and recommended only the best of the best vendors for me. If I chose a vendor to which she didn’t think fit my vision, she would advise me to change for someone else because they would be better suited for me (and she was right!). My wedding was absolutely beautiful. It was more than I expected. My vision was brought to life through Rosalina and her team from over 1000 miles away. My wedding was not the easiest to handle, having a split family with many bitter feelings coming together for a day is not ideal, and Rosalina and her team simply worked her magic to make sure I had a great day. I couldn’t be more grateful to have worked with someone who had such passion for her art and creativity, love for her team and vendors, and to-the-point personality that you need in for these occasions. We contacted Rosalina Torres after we had hired a photographer and contracted the venue and I was overwhelmed with the whole wedding process. I hired her mainly because she was familiar with the venue. I didn't expect everyone to know her and how fantastic she is. She was amazing. She eased my concerns whenever I had one. She listened to what I wanted and made great suggestions. It was super easy talking to her and I didn't feel like I had to sacrifice anything that I wanted. When I had a concern about pricing she talked with the vendor and they worked with us. She talked me off the ledge several times and always assured me that everything would be amazing. She never made us feel like our concerns were frivolous. When my fiancé and I decided to have a cocktail party to welcome our guests at the 11th hour with days left until the wedding, she suggested a DJ to work with us. I want to start by saying that Rosalina Torres is the best wedding planner you will ever have. Choosing Rosalina was the best decision my husband and I made! I'm originally from Puerto Rico so having my wedding there was my dream wedding. So planning a destination wedding was no easy task and I knew a wedding planner was a must. I reached out to Rosalina and she immediately reached out to me. On our first call she was super detailed about her services and I knew right then she was the one! Rosalina made the process super easy for us! She is professional, honest and caring all at the same time and has an excellent vendor network and can find anything for you on your big day including an awesome ice cream cart vendor.
She was very responsive and attentive to our requests and was available when ever I had a question or concern. She pays attention to your needs and what you want for your big day!
From the biggest detail to the smallest detail Rosalina has you covered. You tell her what you want and the vision you have and she will deliver.
All the vendors she recommended are the best and were all a big hit. She helped us in the search process and with the negotiations. From hair & makeup to photographer, transportation, the DJ and designer she helps you with all of it!
On the day of our wedding Rosalina had it all under control. Not only did it rain on our big day (Plan B ran smoothly) but we also had a power outage and Rosalina handled it all with so much grace and professionalism that my husband and I didn't even notice.
During the wedding reception Rosalina and her assistant Edwin were making sure we had everything we needed and made sure we had food and drinks! Her assistant Edwin even helped me with my long veil and train!
I can go on and on about Rosalina and the great work she did with our wedding. I would recommend Rosalina 100 times over to anyone who needs a planner for a wedding or an event in Puerto Rico. You will not be disappointed with Rosalina!

We first decided to hire Rosalina based on a referral of a bride whose wedding I attended several years ago. What I loved most about her was that from the very beginning she was very responsive to messages and emails. Communication was very important for us and every time we had a question, she would respond very promptly no matter day or hour and this continued through all the wedding planning process. Every single vendor she recommended was top of the line, and everyone worked together and made something really beautiful. We got married in beautiful Hacienda Siesta Alegre, and from the start she told me that if it rained, I would still have fun and still have a beautiful wedding. And boy, did it rain. It must be some sort of record. And even so, Rosalina handled everything like a pro. When she told me we would have to do the ceremony using our plan B because of the rain, I was confident it was the right call and that it would still be beautiful. But my expectations of the ceremony were exceeded by her work with our Decorator, Ana from Casa Flor who put together a beautiful backdrop for us to get married which Im still trying to get over from. Her amazing work continued throughout the wedding reception, making sure our guests were comfortable and we enjoyed our day. Im sure Rosalina faced a hundred problems and situations that could have affected the outcome of the wedding. None of them got to me or my husband because she handled everything making it seem effortless. We ended up having the most amazing time. I trusted every call she made and I was not wrong. My husband and I recently got married in Puerto Rico and it was the most perfect day, all thanks to Rosalina! I planned my destination wedding from Dallas, TX, and we knew a wedding planner was a must. When it came to choosing a wedding planner, I did some research and Rosalina was one of the top recommended for obvious reasons. When I sent in my request she immediately got back to me and gave us a full and detailed orientation of her services. From the hair and make up, the transportation, the photographer, the church, the reception, the entertainment, everything was perfect, all thanks to her incredible coordination. The day of our wedding I did not have to worry about a thing, she had two lovely assistants with her that were so kind and helpful. They took care of everything, they even adjusted my dress and veil during the ceremony, helped with my bustle at the reception and so many other details!

Clare Sent on 04/10/2018My son’s wedding was 4/7/2018 at Royal Isabela. Rosalina orchestrated and manage everything beautifully and professionally. Her vendors were awesome. We were especially concerned about the venue and vendors after Hurricane Maria, but Rosalina had it all under control. My husband and I live in PR, but most of the guests considered this a destination wedding. From the moment they arrived in San Juan, their only worry was to enjoy Puerto Rico and each other. Thanks to Rosalina, everyone had the most amazing experience!

My husband and I chose to work with Rosalina after I visited Puerto Rico and found my destination wedding venue location back in February of 2017. From the first time I spoke with her until my wedding day, she was professional, courteous, extremely flexible and responsive.

Latricia Sent on 12/23/2017I used Rosalina for my Dec 3, 2017 destination wedding in San Juan. Not only was she AMAZING, but she worked with me through one of the worst Hurricanes to ever hit the island. With EVERYTHING going on there, she was attentive, responsive, calming and a true professional that I now think of as a friend. My wedding exceeded EVERY expectation I had, and all of my 120 guests said it was the best, most beautiful wedding they have ever attended. Everything was executed flawlessly, all the vendors she recommended were superb, and the entire day flowed with no worries on my part at all! I had two hostesses of my own that she incorporated into her team, and they now want to move to San Juan to work with her as they loved the experience so much. She was worth every dollar and then some! You will do yourself a disservice if you do not use Rosalina for your special day....trust me you WANT HER on your team!

Rosalina es super atenta a los detalles, responsable, sincera, estricta y tiene buen gusto; sin embargo lo más que agradezco y la principal razón por la que la recomiendo es por lo rápido que siempre contestó todos mis mensajes y correos electrónicos .
