Bart was absolutely incredible—10/10 stars! The amount of time and effort he put into getting to know us as a couple, understanding our guests, and learning our music preferences was unlike any other DJ we spoke with during our wedding planning process. He went above and beyond to make sure everyone was on the same page and even helped us create a detailed timeline with specific cues for every important song and moment throughout our wedding day.
When the big day arrived, Bart completely knocked it out of the park. It has been two weeks since our wedding, and we are still receiving compliments from friends and family about how amazing our DJ was. He knew exactly what to play and when to play it to keep the energy up and the dance floor full, all while staying true to the vibe and playlist we had carefully curated together.
Bart truly helped make our wedding day the best it could possibly be. His professionalism, organization, and talent exceeded every expectation we had. We could not recommend him enough to any couple looking for a DJ who genuinely cares about making their wedding unforgettable! -

If you are looking for a DJ/ MC for your wedding reception, look no further! From the beginning, he was very supportive and quick to respond. He helped us create a schedule of events for our reception and asked us to choose our own playlists. Even though we thought it was a daunting task, it turned out to be a fun project. It was pretty easy to do in Spotify. Bart did a great job at our wedding! We received so many compliments from family and friends. We really appreciate Bart's professionalism, friendly personality, and creativity. We highly recommend Bart with Moments to Memories DJ! -

Bart was a huge part of our wedding day and he made things run smoothly, kept our guests entertained, and overall did a fantastic job. From the initial planning to the entire wedding day, Bart went above and beyond! He is thorough, detail oriented, creative, and loves what he does. Our music was amazing, MC'ing was clear and engaging, and his day of timeline made the day run SO smoothly. We are so complimentary of Bart and his services and we can't recommend him enough! And, our other vendors (day of coordinator, photographer, etc.) were very impressed by his organization and our guests had such a wonderful time and loved him as well. If you are stuck trying to choose a DJ, choose Bart!

during the entire wedding process, Bart was so punctual, quick to respond, so organized, professional, eager to hear all details and truly listened to the couple! On the wedding day Bart truly executed!!!! He was a wonderful MC and truly kept the guests entertained! The dance floor was SO fun and he truly was able to feel the vibes on the dance floor and killed it on every song and nailed it on our vibes!! All of our guests still continue to reach out talking about how much fun they had and how amazing the music was!! BART is amazing!!!! I would recommend him to anyone to be your DJ/MC!!! -

The Best DJ Ever!
My husband and I got married recently and we had the absolute honor of having Bart as our DJ. From step 1, Bart was hands on, encouraging, and so easy to communicate with. Bart made our wedding day so special. He turned our playlists inspiration into music that kept the dance floor full the whole time! I seriously couldn’t recommend Bart enough - anyone who gets him as their DJ is beyond lucky!

Rob DJ'd our wedding at Evergreen Lodge in October. As someone who's never hired a DJ before I had no idea what to expect, but Rob's approach to planning and flexibility was amazing throughout the process. I loved the docs he made ahead of time for us to fill in our music preferences, as much or as little as we wanted. We had 2 video calls leading up to the wedding, I felt super prepared leading up to the big day. Then during the wedding itself, Rob kept things moving from the ceremony to cocktail hour to reception. We loved the mix of specific songs and artists we provided, but also how he took liberty to throw in songs here and there that he knew our guests would like. Highly recommend hiring Rob / Moments to Memories! -

Bart truly saved the day with our wedding planning process! During our wedding planning, our original DJ spontaneously became upset without warning and rescinded his services about 1 month before our wedding. This was very stressful, but we quickly searched for potential DJ’s to replace him. After frantically requesting quotes from multiple DJ’s and my husband and I not totally loving the DJ’s we met with, we finally connected with Bart and quickly felt at ease.
Bart’s calm energy, kindness, and professionalism really blew us away and we felt so comfortable talking to him. Once we decided to move forward with his services, he helped us start a timeline and our meetings were very clear and smooth. He was also very flexible and successfully collaborated with our live band.
On the day of the wedding, our wedding coordinator left early without any communication and he took on a lot of those coordinator duties, such as dismissing tables for the dinner buffet and checked in on us about the next transition for the timeline. Bart truly went above and beyond with the music and exceeded our expectations. My husband and I never loved the music and dancing parts of weddings in the past, but he made it so much fun for us and it contributed to making our wedding so fun and memorable.
We highly recommend Bart and his DJ services! He is extremely kind, personable, flexible, and professional. He goes above and beyond to make you feel valued and will make sure everyone will have the best time at your wedding! -

If you are thinking about booking Bart/Moment to Memories for your wedding or event, DO IT!
Bart was a HUGE help in the entire planning process of the reception and almost felt like he was part Wedding Coordinator. He helped walk us through a timeline that made sense for us and the length of our wedding reception and made very helpful suggestions. Additionally, he never made us feel silly about any of our ideas nor did he make you feel silly if you disagreed with one of his ideas. We had a 6-hour party so we needed to be strategic about planning each part of the evening such as speeches, cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc. Another great part was that he was able to DJ both our Cocktail Hour and main Reception seamlessly. We shared with Bart that we were having a videographer, and we really appreciated his suggestions of interactive games/dances to add more content to our film. II especially loved the "Anniversary Dance" and so did our guests. We got a lot of comments from all guests that they loved the special touches like that and the different music played to satisfy all ages and music tastes. We had an early evening music vibe and a late-night music vibe which he nailed! I also loved that he was open to song requests because it was important for us to ensure all guests had fun and got to dance to the songs they wanted (in addition to the songs I wanted).
Do yourself a favor and book Bart for your wedding TODAY and you will have a load of stress taken away!

We selected Moments to Memories for our DJ and couldn’t have been happier. The process was super simple, Rob sent us a couple of forms to fill out and we were good to go. Rob handled everything from the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and reception and everyone was extremely happy with the music. His communication was perfect and was responsive if we had any questions. Highly recommend. -

Bart was the best DJ and host we could have ever hoped for. I chose a list of songs, and he integrated them really well. He definitely personalized my wedding and listened to my requests and wishes the whole time. He always answered my calls even on the weekends. He was very presentable and funny at the wedding. Just tell him what you envision, and he will make it happen. -

Amazing DJ!!
Bart is the man! From the moment I first spoke with Bart on the phone I knew how good of a job he was going to do. He has 15+ years' experience and was very professional, positive attitude, attention to detail, and has a passion for Music and DJ’ing. He DJ’d our friend’s wedding in 2022 & recently our wedding in 2023 and was phenomenal.
I rarely write reviews, but Bart was so good and easy to work with. He had a few consultations with us before the big day and always made us feel comfortable with his flexibility and knew each step throughout the wedding. He had a separate professional set-up for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception with all types of microphones, speakers, etc. He is a true professional and has a passion that clearly shines while he is in his element. We went through song playlists with him for each part of the wedding and he even gave us some great suggestions.
We had several guests compliment our DJ and how great he was while asking for his contact information. I would DEFINITELY recommend Bart for any large event! He was my favorite vendor hired for our wedding, we had so much fun having him as part of our big day; he really helped make our wedding amazing! Stop searching for another DJ and book him; you will be happy to have him be a part of your event! Thanks Bart; you’re awesome!! -

From the moment I booked with Bart, he was professional and organized. We chose all the songs for each part of the night and day-of, I could not have been more happy with my choice. He kept me to schedule, even when I was thinking eh let's just skip that part, and I was so glad that I didn't skip anything! The night was so special and a huge props to Bart in his role in making it all happen. I didn't have a wedding planner and wasn't even concerned because we had it all mapped out. Thanks Bart! If I were to ever get married in Napa again, I would choose you twice! haha -

Bart at Moments to Memories was absolutely delightful to work with. He took the time multiple times before our event to get to know us on a personal level. This level of interest in our music preferences, our event schedule, and our overall experience was above and beyond.
We had an unorthodox approach to our wedding reception and Bart helped us set up an appropriate game plan and schedule throughout our event to make it magical.

From start to finish, Bart was amazing to work with! He went above and beyond throughout the planning process of our half Persian/half American style wedding by providing helpful suggestions about our timeline. He organized everything into a google document for us to fill in certain details for our timeline, song choices, and announcements. The sound equipment was top notch during our wedding day, and he referenced the songs we sent him during the dance hours! He made sure that all of our guests knew where to go for different events throughout the day so that we didn't have to direct anyone ourselves! Bart was very kind and professional, and we 100% recommend choosing him for your wedding! -

Working with Bart was extremely easy and I feel that he provides the BEST value out there. From the first call we had I could tell that he really wanted to get to know us as a couple and our music preferences but what really stood out was how personable, nice and real he was. On top of that his set up was really nice and clean. I am very picky with details and it was really elegant. He provided up-lighting which transformed the room, lapel mics that were hidden and unobtrusive and his MC-ing was exactly what we asked for. Don't hesitate booking him - he will do a stellar job for your wedding and you will get an awesome value. -

It would be a mistake to go with any other DJ out there! Bart was with us on day 1 and provided the ulitmate customer service and communication to tailor the DJ portion of our event to exactly what we wanted it to be. The music was on point! Bart kept everyone on the dance floor the entire time during our wedding reception. I have honestly never been to a wedding where the grandparents, aunts, and uncles, are on the dance floor the entire night and we had that, all thanks to Bart. The music selection was phenomenal. Usually at weddings there are a few periods of time where people leave the dance floor because it wasn't a song they could dance to but this NEVER happened at our wedding. Bart knew the audience, kept the music I wanted to play and played it in an order where everyone is still talking about it, months later. 10/10 recommend Bart for your wedding DJ. He's the absolute best! -

I highly recommend moments to memories and DJ Rob! Rob spoke with us twice before the wedding and helped us out a lot with planning our reception, drawing on his experience working other weddings! During the reception, Rob MC’ed the event very well, helping us stay on time while we talked to our guests. Once the party began, Rob did a great job with the music, reading the crowd and working in our requests. The dance floor was full of both younger and older guests until the reception ended. My wedding was the best night of my life and Rob played a large role in making in as great as it was! -

Bart was amazing!!!! We had him for our wedding this November in Tahoe and he was SO fun! I did not hire a wedding planner so he helped me craft the timeline for the wedding and reception to keep us on track. He also helped me put together was music to play at different times. He helped me totally customize the music for the wedding and reception. He is super passionate about his business. His wife was also amazing - we were running late for our entrance to the reception because we couldn’t find the bussle for my dress but she came to the rescue! Her photo booth was also a huge hit. We used the photo strips in a book as our guest book. Nothing but amazing things to say about Bart - thank you so much for making my wedding perfect! -

Bart made the months prior less stressful by answering any questions/ concerns etc. The day of Bart made everything run smoothly with the perfect music. He checked on us to be sure we were ready for what was next. Then the phone booth was an extreme hit! Everyone loved it and Diana was so much fun! He let us include as many or as little "must play" songs as we wanted and he took care of the rest, fitting the vibe we wanted and keeping the party going perfectly! The equipment he brought was also really high quality, the mic setup during the ceremony and the speeches worked out great so that everyone was able to hear. We meet him officially at the wedding for the first time and he was just as nice and professional as he was in his Skype call to us. Our DOC's even commented how great he was to work with!
Everything went super smooth, great transitions, people were dancing most of the time! Highly HIGHLY recommend him to DJ your wedding/event.

It was the easiest part of the wedding because they were so professional that I didn't need to even think or worry about anything. They came in, set up the photo booth, and manned it the entire time to help guests with their props and taking pictures. In addition, they took one copy of each picture and created the most precious scrapbook where they had all of our guests sign their own silly photos. It is the most special reminder I have of the wonderful, wild night we had together. I would absolutely recommend them if you want to have an amazing time and have a keepsake to remember the fun you had on your magical night!
