Amazing experience

I had such an amazing experience working through the process of choosing what I wanted for invitations. I ended up hand delivering some invitations and recorded my guest’s reactions and they were blown away by how beautiful the invitations were. I wanted to send invitations that would also serve as a keepsake to remember the beautiful view and location of our wedding.

WORTH IT- So Beautiful!

10/10! Now I know this is a a big topic is to save money on invites or go all in. And I must say, I went all in and yes mine were definitely up there in price but I do not regret 1 penny of of it. You only get married once (hopefully) so I wanted something to capture exactly what our day will be like. THEY WERE BEAUTIFUL!!! People are still complimenting us on our invites and how unique they were. We went with a water colored painting of our venue on it. The process is cool too! They start with a phone call to get to know you and what you are looking for. Then they send you a box with all different samples of papers, colors, ribbon, fonts and materials to find exactly what you envision and then they do a creative brief and start your design. They were super responsive and very helpful again of what they thought would or wouldn’t look nice! My only thing was my invitations went out a little late due to holiday hours and printer broke so caused a tad bit of stress but they were open and communicated it with me and for that I was grateful for. Throughout their whole process communication was great!

Amazing!!!

Momental Designs made the process of designing invitations so easy and super personal. The invitations were STUNNING! They really made sure to capture every little detail and would change anything that you decided to change your mind on. All of our guest loved them and most ended up saving them because they were so beautiful.

Incredible team and designers

Momental Designs was a dream of mine to work with since I discovered their Instagram back in 2012. Before I even met my husband, I knew no matter what I wanted to use their stationary for my wedding day. This was one nonnegotiable.

When my husband and I got engaged, we decided on a destination wedding so we knew our invitations would be a small quantity but we wanted them to feel very personal. In the design process, I had sent the team a photo my husband and I took during our first trip to our location in Engelberg, Switzerland. The team then used that image, along with swatches and floral designs to create the most beautiful stationary I have ever seen. Our invitations were praised by everyone who received them.

Unfortunately, due to COVID our wedding date changed and was pushed multiple times. The team at Momental was there along every step of the way. They were so helpful in creating new save the date cards and were patient with the design and printing process since we were unsure about our new date a few times. They also offered a discount on printing because of the date change which was super helpful. We also had them create place cards for our guests as a keepsake. They were a huge hit. :)

I can't say enough good things about this company. The attention to detail and the level of quality is truly unmatched.

Absolutely Amazing!

Momental Designs was absolutely amazing to work with! They spent so much time working with me to make my dream vision for our wedding invitations come true. They spent several hour long meetings with me reviewing design details. They were always extremely quick to respond to e-mails, which was really helpful. I had a tight deadline, and they worked with me and communicated with me pretty much every day of the month before our deadline. Our final wedding invitation was so incredibly beautiful - I received SO many compliments on it from our wedding guests! The quality of the materials was also really good. I am in love with our wedding invitations and Momental did a great job!!

Beautiful work

We are so happy that we chose Momental Designs for our wedding invites. They were able to create a perfectly individualized invite with all the small details we wanted to incorporate. Amazing talent

Rosalina Torres truely has an amazing talent for wedding planning. Her ability to create a signature look and her amazing eye for details is what make for a dream wedding. She truely went above and beyond for our wedding. I have to say that having to change venues within a week because of unforeseen circumstances happening in Old San Juan, I was a mess, but Rosalina truely stepped up and eased all my worries and handled the situation with talent and grace. I was blessed to find her and have her working behind the scenes to make all my dreams come true. Along with her amazing talent she is a beautiful person inside and out. Rosalina truely loves what she does and it shows through her commitment to details and all of her professional connections she has in the industry. I have to say when I mentioned her name to any of my venders they would all say the same thing "you have the best, with Rosalina, by your side"
Not only did I find a talented well respected wedding planner, I gained a friend.

Gorg gorg gorg!

A late night scrolling on pinterest led me to this amazing vendor! The staff is beyond friends and nice and oh TALENTED! They created the most detailed watercolor design! I was blown away! They drew my venue, incorporated the flowers that I was having on the day of, added in all the New Year's Eve details, and of course my dog !! I loved working with them and how detailed they were. You get a welcome box to kick off the project with sample invites and paper and ribbon - it got me so excited! My guests told me my invite was the most beautiful they have ever seen!!!

My invitations and paper goods were probably one of my FAVORITE parts of wedding planning! I knew I wanted really special invitations and paper goods for our wedding and I am so thrilled and glad that we went with them. My planner contacted them first for me to get some ideas and help understand my goals and the pricing and after that we had a kick off call and from then forward I was so impressed with everything they did! We probably started about 9 months before our wedding and I am glad we gave ourselves time because we were still a touch tight on the day of items once it came down to the day.
I told them I wanted lots of colorful florals, a tiny bit of hidden Disney, and our dogs. They delivered on everything and I got SO many compliments on our invitation suite and paper goods. I worked with mostly Kelley and she is kind, upfront about timing and pricing, and so incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. I also talked with Jillian some and she was great as well!

We also had them do all of our day of stationary too and it helped so much to complete my vision for the day and bring up how special the event felt with programs, favor tags, menus, table numbers, and our extra, extra special Dachshund silhouette place cards! That was a vision I had from day one and it was SO perfect to see all the little dogs with everyone's names on them all around our tables! They got so much love from our guest and a lot took them home! I want to also say, that for the day of goods, I thought they were incredibly reasonable. They are a little more expensive than what I was initially quoted elsewhere, but it was only about a $0.50 difference for something that is hand painted, perfectly matched our invitations, and carried the whole look throughout the day. It was completely worth it for us and made such a difference!
These invitations are not budget invitations by any means, but you are getting a tiny work of art that I can promise, your guests will absolutely love!

Let me say that any bride wanting that statement piece for their special day NEEDS to check out Kristy Rice’s Momental Designs. We received our invitation suites today and couldn’t be happier with the beauty & quality of our custom design! They are everything we imagined!

Kelley and the deign team are true professionals, with unlimited vision who collaborate directly with you to create that unique work of art for an unforgettable first glimpse into your special day. Through the phone interviewing process, they were able to take our ideas & capture our vision including our venue, dog, & sentimental specifics. They cheerfully & patiently worked through several revisions... wording, colors, & differing paper samples, to transform our invitation into a custom, meaningful, elegant piece of art.

With that being said, this process is a labor of love, so begin early!! We started our invites 8 months before, as we had a destination wedding, and didn't want to feel rushed. The process was enjoyable & we were always excited to open their emails & watch our design come to life! Changes to the design are cheerfully completed and often take a 1-3 week turnaround time, whereas smaller less significant paper or bow color changes can take a few days. They are very upfront about this, but it’s worth mentioning.

The proofing process can be done digitally online, or for a fee an actual sample can be fabricated. If you are working with a variety of paper samples, I highly recommend having a sample made for you. That way there are no surprizes.

Positives: Endless possibilities for artwork, design, & materials. Truly custom pieces of art. Wonderful professionals to work with.

Downside: Custom work takes time and does cost more.

The Momental girls are a dream to work with—designing our invitation suite with them was hands down the most inspiring, enjoyable part of wedding planning for me. And let’s be real, after we finished our invitation suite, there wasn’t a chance I was letting them go!... Momental designed all of our stationary extras as well (table numbers, menus, programs, donation sign, place cards). From our very first email exchange, they made me feel so special... like I was the only bride they were working with (which was obviously far from the truth!). The girls are incredibly warm, down to earth, and easy to talk to, and the level of talent they possess is incomparable. Their attention to detail is meticulous, with even the smallest design elements being addressed. It was just the most exciting thing to watch my husband and my vision come to life over the course of the several months we worked with them. We had several people tell us that our invitations were the most beautiful they had ever seen. Their work brought me to tears on more than one occasion (and I’m not much of a crier!), and their emails lightened the stress on even the most taxing of wedding-planning days. We could not be happier with our wedding stationary from Momental Designs. Kelley at Momental Designs was so responsive throughout the process with helping us set up our order. We ordered our wedding invitations, ceremony programs, menus, escort cards and table numbers from Momental. The design was flawless and like nothing else you will ever see with another artist/stationer. Each piece of stationary was a work of art and perfectly reflected us as a couple and our venue. Everything was custom and well worth the price.

Just received my gorgeous invites by Momental Designs! They are exactly what I had envisioned & they did a wonderful job bringing them to life. I worked with Jillian on creating the design. She is so talented & created the most stunning custom artwork!

Kelley was always quick to answer any questions I had regarding my order & just overall very responsive. My only advice for any future bride is to start the design process early! Since it is such a highly custom process it does take a few samples to get it perfect. I started the process 10 months before my wedding. Probably earlier than most but I found it to be perfect. I was able to make as many changes as I wanted to my invite until it was absolutely perfect without ever feeling rushed or pressured! Overall I highly recommend The Momental Team.

Momental Designs created our gorgeous wedding invitation suite! The ladies went above and beyond to create our masterpiece invite suite, which also included day of stationary. They were always very responsive and always eager to help with any needs. I sent over my wedding mood board for color and style. The finished product was exactly what we had in mind. Lavish purples, whites, florals! All our guests were in awe when they received them in the mail! Our day of stationary matched everything perfectly!
The invitation process takes a bit of time. Be sure you leave plenty of time, ahead of time to start and compete your suites and any other pieces you may need. Always read policies and ask questions when unsure about anything. The girls will answer any questions and explain any policies with you! You will not regret going with Momental Designs for any invitation needs, including your wedding invitations! We can not wait to use them for our next event!

The most wonderful invitations and paper goods for our wedding - perfectly custom designed and each hand-painted -- almost EVERYONE commented on how wonderful and unique they were. The pricing was a little confusing because everything is totally custom designed for you, but they were super responsive by email and phone for every question I had! I came to them with a vague idea and they gave me the most beautiful invitations designed especially for us.

Wow, What can I say that will do these gals justice?! They are all so amazing and talented! Kristi was so great! She really worked hard to capture my 1920's style. I have a vision in my mind of how I wanted my invites to turn out and they really helped me capture it! From my first sketch to my final product it all worked out and turned out AMAZING! I LOVED every minute I worked with Momental Designs!! This team KNOWS what they are doing! I originally started working with them for my invitations, not having any idea what I wanted. I was able to show them picture of my wedding location, and answer some questions, and that just got the ball rolling! After two samples, my fiance and I were beyond pleased! The paper quality, colors, fonts, the hand painting!! Everything was just beautiful. It was so easy to communicate with everyone at Momental, I always received a timely response. They even sent me guide sheets to help me with what information (directions, table numbers, etc.) that I needed to provide to them. I also got my table numbers and seating cards from Momental. I loved how they coordinated perfectly with my invites! After my invites went out, I cant tell you how many people complimented them! I have seen what Momental Designs can create, if you dream it, they can do it! I think out of all the planning for the wedding, this was the most exciting and the most enjoyable. The personalized attention was top notch! Momental did our wedding invitation suite, table numbers, escort cards, programs, and menus! Everything they gave us exceeded expectations and were absolutely beautiful! Our guest absolutely raved about all the paper goods! They are not cheap, but you do get what you pay for and it was worth it to have unique, hand painted artwork throughout our wedding. The team was always responsive and answered all our questions. They were extremely patient with us and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them (just make sure you have plenty of time... it is a long process)! Thank you girls for everything!

This team of ladies is fabulous. They are the most prompt and polite business I have ever worked with. They were quick to make any changes I requested and seemed to genuinely care about my wedding stationary. Their products aren't cheap, but the service they come with is more than worth it. My wedding stationary was a work of art and is my favorite (non-family and friends!) part of the whole event.

I can't even remember how I stumbled upon Momental Designs, but I am so glad that I did. Kristy and her team have the patience of a saint, especially between all the revisions and voluminous amount of emails that I sent to them. My invitations were a work of art. Flowers and invitations are what I spent my budget on, and it was worth every penny. The cost was high, but it is an original work of art and worth it. I couldn't be more thrilled with the final product. The welcome package they send to you is adorable, down to the packaging of the final invitation shipment.

I found this vendor while googling images for DC themed weddings. Saw a GORGEOUS DC invitation that was just posted and that's when I had realized I had seen Kristy's work in blogs but didn't make the connection until later. I asked her to recreate something similar for us and she got it on the first TRY! We did adjust the font and word placements though. All communications was done via the same email along 2 of her employees. They are very quick in responses! They're also quite busy so they have a schedule when will your work be done on each step and asked me for a week's delay during final production in June. I was in no hurry as I contacted her in February and didn't need them until the end of June. I loved that it was so personal and no other wedding will have the very exact same invitation. Beautiful job!!!!

I cannot say enough great things about Momental Designs!! They were absolutly fantastic. The quality of the product they provide is top notch. I mean who actually has hand painted detail on their wedding invitations. I loved the process from start to finish. Starting with the cute welcome kit with paper swatches and samples right up the the delivery of the invitations and accessories with a personal note included by the Momental team. Kelley was amazing with quick responses to all of my e-mails and I felt like I was their only customer even though I can see from their blog how busy they really are. I though prices were very reasonable for the quality of the work and overall experience. Some people complained that the prices were too high but I think that you get what you pay for. I would highly recommend Momental Designs to any bride looking for beautiful and unique wedding stationary.

Simply incredible! Kristy and the design team at Momental made my unique vision come to life. They are so helpful and talented. If I ever have invitation needs in the future, I will definitely call Momental. They are the best in the business. Everyithing is handmade an hand painted so expect them to be a bit pricier than the average run of the mill invitation, however, the cost is well worth it!!!

My son was married this past May and my husband and I were hosting the rehearsal dinner. We were interested in a unique invitation incorporating the home cities of the couple, Cleveland and Memphis. We searched the web and came across Momental designs. We promptly received a phone call from Kristy after our web inquiry and the process began. We had a vague idea of what we wanted including hybrid skylines from each city and the bride and groom. The design team was accommodating from start to finish in helping us finalize our perfect invitation. Everything from the artwork, colors, fonts and choice of paper were played with until we were satisfied. Every email was quickly addressed and we were guided each step of the way. The finished product was nothing short of spectacular. We continue to receive phone calls, emails and questions asking where we found such fantastic invitations. First of all, I wish there was a 10+++ rating for Momental Designs!!

I am a very detailed person and very scheduled. Working with Momental Designs, even across the Country, was such a wonderful experience. From my first point of contact to receipt of my order, was only 7 weeks! I am impressed. They were always on task!

Their team was always very responsive, friendly, explanatory of the process and accommodating, not to mention very pleasant to work with.

I found their artwork on a website as I was searching for photography ideas for my upcoming wedding. I had come across an invitation done by Momental Designs in one of the photos...and right there and then I had to have them. I went to the Momental Designs website, followed the instructions and Wah-La! Just like that I have my own set. They couldn't be any more perfect. Thanks Team MD!

I believe there are things when planning your wedding that deserve that extra finess, detail, expense..and what I can now call my own, are just that. Thanks to Momental Designs, they will now be a part of our story for generations to come!

I started planning early, 15 months prior to our wedding date. I searched online and looked through the typical wedding invitation books that you find in stationary stores and couldn't find invitations that I loved. I wanted something unique, classy, beautiful and customized to our special day and venue. Then it happened :) I came across the Momental Designs website and was is amazement at their beautiful work. My initial call was with Kristy, we spoke for about 30 minutes, I told her about my vision, colors, ideas, etc. I spent the next 8 months working with Kelley back and forth via email to make sure that the invites were perfect. Kelley is WONDERFUL, extremely patient with all of my changes, a great communicator, and very responsive. I received my invites last week and I'm in love with them :) They are simply gorgeous! I am super excited to mail them out. I highly recommend Momental Designs if you are looking for extraordinary invites with exceptional customer service. Keep in mind, that the entire process does take a good amount of time, so make sure that you have at least 8-9 before you need your invitations in hand. I ended up spending more than I initially thought I would for invitations, but in the end it was worth it :)

Now that our wedding is over, I want to finish this review by saying how pleased I am with the programs, seating cards, and menus. All of the accessories turned out more gorgeous than I imagined. We received many compliments from our guests!

I cannot thank Momental Design enough for the beautiful work they provided for my wedding. I used a sculpted bloom for my invitation and had a hand painted timeline. I felt that this "set the tone" for the classy, fun event. Kristy was fun to talk to and discuss design ideas and used the location asthetic to create an incredible invitation. I also used them for my programs, hand painted menu, and seating cards. I couldn't have been more happy with their work and my guests were blown away with the unique designs.

I would like to take a moment to rave about the excellent customer service and high quality of products to be had from Momental Designs. They have been amazing through the whole process of selecting and designing invitations, as well as other stationery products, such as rehearsal invitations, additional enclosures, and day-of stationery needs (table cards, etc.).

Just a few weeks ago, I received my invitations in the mail and was stunned by how beautiful they are. I still love to pull them out of the box and just stare at them. What really sets Momental Designs apart from the rest of the wedding stationery vendors I looked at is their ability to make something uniquely suited to you - in fact, each one of my wedding invitations has hand painted additions, as well as tags depicting my specific venue. And, on top of that, they designed stamps to go with the whole ensemble!

I have to receive my table cards and name cards - they're still in the works - but I feel confident that I will love them. Kristy and her team have managed to exceed my expectations and wishes for my bridal stationery each step of the way.

Considering the amazing customer service, attentiveness to detail, and originality of design, you would think this would break the bank, but that's far from the case. I would seriously recommend choosing Momental Designs before choosing any other stationery vendor - you won't be disappointed!

I am highly, highly impressed with Momental Designs. My invitations were absolutely stunning! I heard from so many of our guests that our invitations were elegant and exceptional quality. The hand painting on the invitations and response cards set the entire tone for the wedding.

I really wanted custom invitations, but when I saw Momental Designs I thought it would be out of my price range. I was shocked when I learned the invitations were less expensive than letterpress. Check them out! I guarantee you will be smitten with Kristy Rice and her colleagues.

I got married on May 28, 2011, and actually began planning the day after I got engaged, so nine months prior.

I sent out an email to Kristy Rice and her staff and told them about my nautical themed ideas for the wedding. They responded back via email immediately and we began brainstorming on what I wanted and what I needed, of course, they sent back ideas off of my ideas, and thoughts and all kinds of goodies that made me so so happy! We are on the same page, which helps a lot when you are planning by your self.

I ordered announcements (timeline style! Check it out, its so creative and inventive! If you are quirky and romantic like me and my husband, then you will love it! You know what, scratch that- any type of couple will love this!) They used beautiful papers (all eco-friendly recycled paper btw), romantic and stimulating fonts, that if you passed it, you had to read it, and of course, the icing on the cake, the paintings and designs! Truly "momental"!

Next, we went to invitations, which I changed wording, design, and all kinds of stuff a million times and they were very understanding and patient with me! They listened to everything I said, sent me drafts and ideas, and emails 5-10 minutes after I would email them! They were honestly the easiest vendors that I worked with!

When I got the invitations in the mail, they were all shipped perfectly safe and sound! When they were sent out, I got a ton of calls and emails raving about them! Everyone loved the work and wanted to know how to get ahold of them for their next event!

I would and will recommend Momental Designs to anyone who needs wedding invites, save the dates, announcements, etc etc etc. They do it all people!!! Check out the gorgeous detail work on the maps! Cool!

The staff is amazing, sweet, and patient, and an all around gorgeous group! They love what they do, and that right there tells you that what they turn out, will be amazing!

So- if you want your guests to get a first glimpse of what you and your future hubby are like together, and what your concept is, and what your colors are...go with "Momental Designs"! I hope you get the same feeling I did when I saw their work for the first time!

The Momental Design team provided the stationary for my recent wedding including invites, programmes, table numbers & guest book. From the inital contact until completion of all my order their attention, service & creativness were all first class. For a wedding vendor which I was only able to be in contact with via email (as I live in N.Ireland) they were super! Momental Designs is by far the most unique, creative, and accommodating vendor I've worked with so far. Kristy designed custom artwork for both our save-the-dates and invitations that was simply stunning and absolutely perfect for our event. I never dreamed of having such gorgeous wedding stationery! My invitations and save-the-dates were delivered on time and well under budget. Kristy and the Momental girls were a dream to work with! I first contacted the studio 5 short months before my wedding. Kristy worked with me to quickly craft a design combining the elements and colors I had envisioned. Our stationary quickly became the centerpiece of our planning efforts and contributed to a unified theme. Kristy also designed various day of accessories, some of which were untraditional. I never realised how global our world had become until I started planning for our wedding. When I found Momental Designs on the internet I knew they were the team I wanted to design my invitations. I was extremely nervous about the timeframe I had to work with and being in Australia we have a huge time zone difference. Kristy and Kelley were fabulous and very accommodating. I knew exactly what I wanted and they delivered it. The process from start to finish was very quick and they were always very prompt in getting back to me when I had a question. When the invitations arrived I was blown away by how they turned out, there was not one thing I would have changed. The special little touches meant that each time people picked them up they notice another little bit of detail that they hadn't seen before. I highly recommend them.

Working with Momental Designs team, especially Kelley and Kristy, was an enjoyable experience! I like the fact that I played a major role in designing the invitations for my special day and I appreciate that Kelley and Kristy were very patient, accomodating and flexible. I'm meticulous by nature and after a million times of changing my mind about this and that, I was still restless about what the final product would look like. I anxiously waited to receive my invitations in the mail and literally tracked the packages online at least 100 times the day they were expected to arrive. I am sooooo glad that Kelley and Kristy did not let me down. My invitations were absolutely beautiful. Although I was slapped with a hefty import tax on the value of the invitations, they are priceless to me.

Kristy and her right hand gal Kelley were beyond fantastic. It took me 3 months to find the perfect person to do my invitations and I am so happy I chose Momental Designs. I was really indecisive at first and probably not the easiest to work with, but they kept providing me samples to satisfy me 100% and at the 3rd one, I feel in love. They were perfect and the feedback I have received by my guests has been off the charts. I did a sculpted bloom with swirl art work which tends to be on the pricier side of the options, but well worth every penny. It inspired my cake design and I just had to have them do my programs, table names and seating cards. It became the focale point of my wedding, theme and colors. Everything was so well complimented and what I love most, it's unique, mine and no one else has it. Kristy and Kelley respond very fast to all my emails and answer my questions promptly and precisely. They are a pleasure to work with and I know you will enjoy them as well.

I ordered the Melanie design...This was a design that Momental design had already created for another bride. However, I was so in love with it that I new it was the one when I saw it. Kristy was able to re-create the design and put some extra touches to it that made it unique for our wedding invitations. Needless to say everything was perfect! I had so many comments from both women and men about how beautiful and unique our wedding invitations were. I also ordered our ceremony programs, menus, and several other items from Momental for the wedding day. I loved the way the design flowed throughout the entire process. I did a lot of research before going with Momental and was so bored with the same old invitations that you can get any where. Momental Team has not only designed and created the perfect stationery for my wedding, but they have made my dream come true! Although I had some idea about what the invites would look like, the final product was much more beautiful than I had ever expected! The stationery is quite expensive, yet, all worth the money you spend on it! The hand painted details, carefully picked colors, exquisite fonts are the things that your wedding guests will adore and remember. I am so in love with the invitations I received from Kristy and the ladies at Momental! This was a wedding area that I had not planned on splurging at all, but I found their website and was mezmorized by all the beautiful images of past projects and just had to do it. I feel like it was a very good decision and I feel that they were worth every penny. My fiance and I sent the invitations a couple weeks ago and have received so many comments from friends and family about how beautiful they are! LOVE Kristy and Kelley and LOVE my invitations. It was an absolute pleasure working with them to design our invitations. After one phone interview with Kristy, she was able to capture the sentiment I was hoping to convey in the first proof. After a few slight modifications, we arrived at the final inivitaion and packaging and I could not have been happier. They are extremely flexible, understanding, and creative. The fact that each invitation is hand made is mind blowing. That being said, it has to be understood that there are going to be slight variations between each invitation - there were a few I didn't use because they weren't as neat as the others, but it worked out fine because I had ordered extra. They were conscientious of my budget and worked with me to keep me on track. The invitations were worth every penny.
I am so happy I found Momental and was thrilled with the outcome. I received phonecalls and emails from almost every guest telling me how amazing they were. I agree. My MOH is having one framed for me. Highly recommend.

My fiance and I have been engaged since 2012 and since then I have known that I wanted our invitations to be done by Momental Designs. As soon as we picked a date I reached out to Kristy, about 9 months prior to our wedding. I was not disappointed! The team at Momental Designs worked very hard to ensure that our invitations were perfect and exactly what we wanted. When I gave feedback they adjusted the art to suit what we were looking for. Kristy and her team were usually very quick to respond to my e-mails and calls. There were a couple of times that I was told new artwork would be ready in 2 weeks and I waited 3 - 4 weeks, but I do understand they were very busy with wedding season coming up. The only problem that I had during the process was when we received the invitations and were short on RSVP enclosures. When I called to let them know they responded very quickly and professionally and sent the RSVP enclosures by next day mail. Ultimately our invitations only went out a couple days later than anticipated. I have had wonderful feedback regarding the invitations. The artwork is phenomenal and people have told me they are the most beautiful wedding invitations they have ever seen. I would recommend working with Momental Designs to anyone.

I loved the wedding invitations that we got from Momental Designs - the entire process was very easy, and we loved the end product. We couldn't have imagined anything better.

The only qualm that I have is that they were a bit slow. I started out the invitation process several months in advance, and ended up getting the invitations just in time to send out. They promised a 2 week turn-around between when I approved the final proof and when I'd receive the final product, but it ended up taking 4+ week. Otherwise, the invitations were really beautiful.

I have nothing but good things to say about Momental Designs and any bride considering ordering invitations should consider Momental Designs before she chooses a pre-made design from another vendor. Momental designs talks to you and designs the invitation exactly as you want it. When they did the first draft, even though it was what we discussed, we didn't like it as much as we thought we might. We opted to make a major change which they did without hesitation. Our invitation was absolutely gorgeous, we got tons of compliments on it and it was extremely personalized to us. Price wise, they were not cheap but I think they may have been cheaper than it would have been to order invitations, direction cards and response cards from elsewhere. I love the way they post things to the website so you can see your design. We also got a hard copy (non-electronic) version before they completed the order so we could feel the invitation in our hands and knew we liked the paper quality, etc. I loved the fact that every single invitation included hand painting. The invitations turned out perfect. My only negative is make sure you allow enough time for your invitations to come in. I ordered mine with lots of time to spare but got them a week or two later than my original requested date. They did let me know that would happen shortly before the original date, it was due to holidays but don't end up without enough time to mail them, order them so they arrive early.

I fell in love with a Momental Designs' wedding invitation that I found in the Summer 2010 issue of Inside Weddings magazine. Once I got to their website after that and saw the impressive portfolio of artwork by Kristy Rice, I was hooked :) It was a true pleasure working with Kristy and her team from the moment I sent that first inquiry e-mail through the order of my save-the-dates and all the way through to the delivery of my final wedding invitations. Kristy and her team took my vision for both my save-the-date and my wedding invitation and brought everything to life! Kristy was very responsive and very generous with her time. We had abundant e-mail exchange and multiple conference calls during which I was able to tell Kristy and her team about our story and our vision for the wedding as a whole and for our invitations specifically. For my save-the-date, Kristy created a custom drawing of my university (where my fiance and I met and went back to get married) and incorporated it into a beautiful timeline that I continue to get compliments on to this day. For our wedding invitation, I sent photos of a unique inn where our reception was being held and I included a rough sketch of how I wanted everything to be laid out on the invitation. Kristy created a gorgeous rendering of the inn, with every detail I asked for included, and added artistic touches of her own that rounded out the whole design to perfection. I even gave a copy to the owner of the inn to display onsite, it was so beautiful! My RSVP cards kept coming back with comments about how beautiful and unique my invitation was. No one has ever seen anything like it before. Thank you for capturing the essence of my wedding in just a few pieces of paper. It is not an easy task but you do it so very well. We are planning to frame our invitation and hang it up in our new home! Working with Momental Designs was a true pleasure and I highly recommend them to any bride-to-be.

The Momental team is amazing. They will work and tweak your design until it is exactly what you are looking for. We changed colors about 20 times and they never got frustrated with me! They are also extremely professional and accept nothing less than 100% quality and service. There was a mix up with my order and it was shipped to my house rather than my parents. When I contacted them they immediately apologized, refunded my shipping and offered to pay for it to be overnighted from my parents house to my house. They make sure that all of their clients are overjoyed with their product. We were so happy we kept ordering more and more items from them. It truly made the wedding look spectacular!

Everyone, I mean bar none loved the invites!!!!! Thank you so much it set the tone for my whole wedding! I told her what I wanted and immediately she started working on a draft and needless to say I liked and decided to use her services.

One more thing, there is nothing like talking to the owner directly, its personalized service at its best! I was reassured that It was not just an internet order that would only be touched when mailed(that is the first human contact)

Kristy and her staff are amazing. I had her create a custom vineyard landscape invitation suite and all of our paper needs for my July 2012 wedding. This included the invitations (response card, timeline, pocketfold), table numbers, seating cards, thank you notes, ceremony programs, dinner menus, and bar menus. They all looked so beautiful and artistic- everyone was extremely impressed. When I first started planning my wedding, the paper necessities were not a high priority, but as I got further into the process, they became more and more important. The invitation really sets the stage for what guests can expect of the wedding. When the invitations went out, we started getting phone calls and emails from our family and friends, telling us they were the most beautiful invitations they’d ever seen. Definitely be sure to start the process with Kristy and her staff early on- the level of quality you will get from her does take time, and I felt rushed at some points because I pushed the envelope a little with my timing (totally not Momental Designs’ fault- all mine). I highly recommend Momental Designs to all future brides, and anyone who needs beautiful invitations for a special event.

If you have any artistic inclination, you will love invitations made from Kristy and her design team. Invitations were the last thing that I thought I would splurge on, but after I saw her designs, I just couldn't settle for something generic and cookie cutter. The end product was the most beautiful wedding invitations I have ever seen. I have already gotten so many compliments from friends and families that say they will keep them forever.

I found Momental Designs online after my Wedding Planner (who I eventually fired) recommended a vendor whose style was far to "graphic" for my taste and for the style of my wedding. I wanted a hand-painted "look", I had no idea that I could actually afford custom-designed hand-painted invitations! I was beside myself in excitement when I found Kristy! I purchased invitations, ceremony programs, favor cards, thank you notes, and a header card for my seating board from Momental Designs. Everything was gorgeous and the design process with Kristy and her staff was fun and exciting! While Kristy CAN do invitations at a very reasonable price point, it is hard to stick to a budget when you see all the gorgeous accessories and papers that she offers (from envelopments)! I recommend getting the process started VERY early with Kristy, I thought I started early enough, but had to resort to electronic proofs due to time constraints. The e-proofs were very representative, and allowed us to see lots of options, but were not as fun as seeing the hand painted proofs on her blog. I think this part of my wedding planning was the most fun! Kristy's staff were so sweet in their correspondence and thorough in their answers to my questions. The only "issue" I see is that Momental Designs is getting QUITE popular (for good reason!) and I noticed that it started to take longer - sometimes 2-3 days - to get a response, which got frustrating as the accessories design went down to the wire, time-wise. I enjoyed the personal responses and attention to my design, I hope they can keep it up as they get more and more busy! As a side note, Kristy and her staff truly demonstrated their professionalism after the hurricane hit the east coast the day my accessories were supposed to go into production. I don't know how they did it without power or water, but they came through with all my items and expedited them directly to my venue so that they were guaranteed to be there in time. We were very thankful and impressed!

Momental Designs did our wedding invitations, escort cards and programs; they are the most beautiful paper products that I have ever seen. They are so unique and crafted exactly to reflect me and my venue. Kristy and her team were always so quick to respond to emails; I should mention that I live in Michigan and even though I never actually met the staff, the whole process was so organized and efficient. I had a short engagement so everything had to get done pretty quickly, it all got done with time to spare. I highly recommend Kristy and her team, they are truly a great group of creative, talented people.

I absolutely loved my invitations! I was able to create exactly what I wanted however it did take some back and forth. The team was always quick to respond to my requests. While they are a bit pricey, it was worth it to get a invitation that really set the tone for my wedding. My only gripe I had was each little thing was extra and it was not clearly explained up front. While I was bit surprised about some of the charges that were on my invoice, the momental team was able to discuss the charges and find a design that still worked within my budget

I originally intended to DIY our wedding invitations, but after falling in love with Momental’s Big Bloom collection, there was no turning back. These were absolutely stunning - coordinated to our exact (very specific) color scheme and including custom drawings of Penn State’s amazing sundial, they were perfectly “us.” The invitations were completed on time, delivered to us in wonderful packaging, and without any errors in design, print, or count. Overall, we were so, so happy with our invitations, and many of our guests commented that they were the most beautiful invitations they had ever seen.

We absolutely loved the end result of our invitations and got many compliments on them!! We went through a few renditions to get there, but Kristy was more then willing and ready to be flexible in order to find the perfect blend. At times the response time was a little long for answers emails/questions, but I know it's a small business with a limited staff. Luckily I started early enough in my timeline that I never felt panicked. Overall, I'd definitely recommend using Momental Designs if you want that special touch of creativity and uniqueness that is lacking from many of your "everyday" online vendors.

Kristy took my wedding's -movie-ocean- concept and created an extraordinary starfish with a camera design for my favors and invite tag. Everybody loved the invitations and the favor labels.

I was planning my wedding in Puerto Rico while living in NJ. It came to a point that I was anxious and even frustrated. Kristy was very professional and never lost a nerve with me.

Firstly, let me say that we had countless guests who told us that our wedding invitations and accessories were the most beautiful and exquisite they had ever seen!! We really enjoyed customizing our stationery to incorporate our wedding venue - we had amazing original stationery that no one else in the world has. All thanks to Momental! The girls here are exceptionally talented.

With that said, I ordered 3 different batches of stationery from them and 2 out of 3 times, my stationery was sent to me later than the agreed upon date. I understand they get swamped with orders during wedding season, but they shouldn't create unrealistic expectations then of when a bride can expect to receive her order. I also felt that I had to continually touch base and proactively reach out to Momental, just to be sure that my order was going to be completed on time. There was also one instance where the final product I received did not look exactly like the proof, which was a bit of a disappointment.

However, all in all, I was extremely impressed and delighted with my wedding stationery. It added so much elegance and beauty to our wedding day!

Momental Designs provides beautiful, unique invitations that I absolutly loved. I also loved being able to help design them and make them my own. I only have a couple minor complaints. I would have liked to get them a little sooner, so they could have been sent out on time. I basically got them a few days after I would have liked to have them sent out. I had also made some major changes to my original proof, and it would have been nice to see one more hard copy proof with all the changes. I ended up doing a pocket fold invitation, and at last minute I added a few more invites (5) to my order. Those invites came assembled differently than the rest, I guess because I added the extra 5 invites, Kristy did not have the right paper for them and they had to be made differently. It just would have been nice to be told that. Otherwise, I had so many compliments on them and I wish I could do the process all over again, it was really fun!

One of the most stressful part of my wedding planning was getting the invitations on time. I contacted Monumental Design about 3-4 months before my wedding. Since day one, I expressed my concern with my timeline since I knew that they are in PA and I am in CA and it would take a bit of communicating to get things on time but I was assured I had more then enough time.

My first concern was that they are in the east coast and so I could not go to a shop and see the qualify first hand, but honestly that was not even a concern as the qualify of their work is superb!

My first contact was Kristi, the owner, she pretty much seals the deals and contacts you when you have a complaint. After that I communicated frequently with Kelley her assistant.

Kelley was always very responsive and professional. However, as the time pass it was difficult to get a response from them. At first it would take a couple of hours then it was a day and then it got to 3 days before I got a response. I always tried to be flexible since there was a 3 hour difference but I would receive prompt response and even late in the evening responses when something would go wrong!

Two major issues: I received my invitations 3 weeks later. Yes, I was told that it was being rushed because of my deadline but I honestly felt that if they would have responded sooner we would not have ran into that issue. Not to mention that I had to repeat my messages since I felt they were not all being read.

Second issue: I received my invitations and paid for the extra service of having them print the addresses for the guest on the envelops. I had emailed them the document with all the addresses and even gave them the total count of all the addresses yet they missed about 15 addresses. Kristi fixed the issue immediately.

Overall, stressful experience but great quality! I recommend that you contact them with plenty of time and you should not run into these issues.

I hired Momental to create my wedding invitation suite. I loved their work and coincidentally and without my knowing, my sister had used them for her wedding four years prior! She also loved them, so they seemed like an obvious choice. I understand this business can be complicated as Momental wants every client to be happy and get the product they envision. With people like me who didn't really have one going in, it can be even more difficult I'm sure. I can't argue that I was unsure of the design when I hired them, but I did communicate my budget and was hoping they would help me reach the vision I had within that. If things I wanted were not possible within that budget, I would have liked someone to tell me during the brainstorm process and not months later when it was a struggle to pull back on work that had already been done. As for timing, I have emails time stamped showing multiple weeks where I didn't hear back...and confusion on not receiving images I had already sent to push the creative along. It felt like their team may have been too small for the work given them. The project didn't move forward until I expressed concern in timing. At that point we moved to the next phase but even then there were delays. I gave feedback in real time to push along, yet time lines for finalizing the invitations were still not stressed on their end. I don't want to harp on these points but it shouldn't be on the client to meet deadlines, which I think they recognized when offering to expedite production. Regardless, my invitations still arrived and went out late, which made for a stressful month leading into the wedding when finalizing RSVPs. All of this aside, our wedding invitations have been the most talked about detail above everything else. People were blown away by how creative and beautiful they were. The Momental team is also a staff of very lovely people and a very talented bunch. I chose to work with them for that reason, not for operational efficiency.

Momental Designs does the most beautiful invitations we had ever seen. Our guests made many comments on how unique and gorgeous they were. Nice paper quality, original artwork, and hand-made design provides that extra touch that every bride and groom is looking for. With that said, they are on the pricey side. Starting at around $9.75 per invitation set, it's much much higher than the average stationary company. And they add on a design fee that's not mentioned in the pre-planning process, as well as it costs extra for any of the add-ons (exterior artwork, tags, embellishments, etc.). We would recommend Momental Designs for those having a wedding of less than 50 guests or if your total wedding budget is over $40,000. We mailed out 150 invitations, so we couldn't afford any of the extras other than the set invitation package. However, as production was running close to 4 weeks behind schedule for our requested received-by date, they were extremely understanding and generous, and threw in the surprise of an exterior ribbon and hand-embellished tag when our invitation sets arrived! Such a sweet and wonderful gift that definitely was not expected nor required. To sum it up, great product, okay service, but worth the $ if it's in your budget.

If you decide to create custom invitations, leave yourself plenty of time! Momental Designs did an incredible job design wise but its really up to you to stick your timeline, even if you tell them a due date. We went back and forth making sure the design was just right. It was only until about two weeks before I needed the invites delivered did they inform me that due to all the changes during the design process that we weren't going to make the due date. I also paid for upgraded envelopes (matte envelopes come standard but you can upgrade to shimmer). When I received my order, the envelopes were matte. I was so behind schedule that I decided to start putting them together as is. I let Momental know the next day and the had already completed the new shimmer envelopes before I could request a refund. They did overnight both orders and were helpful and fun to work with; and my invitations were a dream. I'd say its probably a good idea to go in with a clear idea of what you want rather than depending on them to create something new for you - it can take quite a long time and you only get a certain amount of changes with your initial design fee.

I must say that the invitations were beautiful. I had high standards and the invitations exceeded expectations. However, do not plan on using this company unless you have at least 4 months before the invitations need to be sent. The process took entirely too long and my invitations were sent out late because they did not finish by my deadline. If you have the time for the design process definitely use them but if your wedding is less than 5 months away I would stick with invitations by dawn.

if I could do it all over again, no.

First, they do beautiful work. The quality of work isn't my issue. My biggest issue with them is what many have already said and that's their lack of transparency around all-in costs. Yes, I understand a la carte vs. package, and add-ons, etc. but it's just bad business to nickel and dime WITHOUT keeping the client updated on total fees along the way. Instead, it's "sure, we can do that for an extra $1.50 per piece!" and suddenly, the original budget you communicated with them is out the window. This is made worse by them invoicing you on PayPal a million times for the add ons ($250 here, $350 there), so it becomes pretty difficult to figure out how much you've actually spent in total.

And FYI, what they are posting on IG, TikTok, etc. is costing many thousands of dollars, think $4,000+ and this is not a critique--just an FYI for future brides. Had I known, I probably would've spent it elsewhere. It also really surprised me how long it took (I had virtually no edits btw) and the lack of expedited services for how much customers spend with them. Ours were late.

But this has everything to do with business standards and operations, so I guess it’s feedback for the owner, not artists/staff or their amazing work. And seeing how defensive the responses are to any feedback that's not 5/5, I’m sure I’ll be hearing from her :)

I guess the bottom line is, if you have the mucho $$$$ and lead time, you'll be fine. If not, spend elsewhere.

Brides Beware! Momental does gorgeous work, but they charged me so many hidden fees I wound up spending over $6,000 with them which came in well over my budget and cost 10 times more than the upgraded package I purchased. Their high-end lavish package didn't wind up covering very much since I didn't want the very basic white envelope look and every single item I chose after that was an upgrade. I thought by choosing their upgraded package that it would cover some upgrades but it hardly covered anything. I designed a lot of the work myself and needed custom dies made for my save the dates. they charged me hundreds of dollars to have the dies made and when I asked if I could keep them, they said no. I then saw them use the design I came up with for other customers which they posted on instagram before my wedding had even took place. When everything kept coming in over budget, I asked to omit the included free white envelopes so that I could just purchase my own black envelopes online cheaper instead of paying a much larger upgrade fee with them, and they said they would have to charge me a $.10 fee per omitted envelope. So to forgo the free included envelope they were still going to charge me a fee per omitted envelope. I had to check every invoice they sent me since I often found mistakes. On several occasions when I had an issue with their pricing, they got very snippy with me. I found them to be extremely rigid with their "policies" even when you spend thousands of dollars with them. Weddings can be a very stressful time especially when you as the bride are planning and paying for the whole affair and I found them to be lacking of empathy. They even held one of the pieces I had commissioned for ransom until I would pay a cancellation fee for a separate item which they barely did any work on. When I asked to speak with the owner on this issue she never called me and they suggested I call her on my wedding day to discuss it. Would I recommend them, NO.

Bespoke Save-the-Date

On 9 October 2023, we engaged with Momental Designs for our save-the-date cards, selecting UPS Ground Shipping from the viable options listed on a digitally signed proof. This document required our signed approval, which was provided based on the information presented. The subsequent invoice included a shipping fee of $35, based on our selected method. We fulfilled this payment promptly, trusting in Momental Designs’ expertise in international shipping to provide accurate shipping options. Kelly, Client Manager, later admitted to mistakenly quoting this amount (26-10-2023). Our choice of international shipping was based solely on the flawed information provided by Momental. This decision was made under the assumption that the information supplied was both accurate and complete. Kelley failed to identify and correct the initial error in their shipping options list, nor did Momental update the Design Confirmation Proof to reflect these changes. Without our consent or prior notification, the shipping option was changed to UPS Expedited, International, leading to an escalated shipping fee of $205.83. We were not given the opportunity to review and approve the revised shipping charges. Had we been properly informed of the change, we would have chosen to have the package shipped to our home in the United States, where we maintain a residence in addition to our international address. Momental, assuming partial fault, later imposed paying one-half of the overall shipping costs. This paltry offer was delayed and accompanied by less than respectful communication. Kelley’s email, dated 30-11-2023, suggests that the onus was on us, the clients, to identify the error in shipping options. We contest this assertion. Given Momental Design’s extensive experience in international shipping, it is tenable that they would have identified and communicated such a critical error. We were billed for a dimensional weight of 3 lbs, which raises concerns about the cost-effectiveness of the packaging decision. Further complicating the matter, Kelley claimed that Momental Designs had negotiated down the international shipping fee from $269.19. We find this claim suspect, and have yet to receive documentation confirming it. Moreover, Momental Designs' refusal to continue with our wedding invitations, despite having received a creative fee of $395, constitutes a failure to deliver the contracted services. This action is in direct contravention of the terms of our agreement and reflects a breach of contract. We assert that the responsibility for this oversight rests solely with Momental Designs. It was their professional duty to ensure the accuracy of shipping methods and costs in international transactions. Their failure to consult us about the change in shipping method and to provide a corrected digital proof is a clear breach of their professional obligations. Concerning shipping, Momental Designs provided a list that we now know to be inaccurate and lacking in necessary detail. This oversight, which they failed to rectify before dispatch, constitutes negligence on their part. We had explicitly consented only to UPS ground shipping, as corroborated by the signed confirmation proof, and further communications dated 25-10-2023, 26-10-2023, and 30-11-2023. Momental's failure to facilitate clear and transparent communication regarding the shipping options led to this discrepancy. As clients, we could not have foreseen this issue. We expect Momental Designs to formally acknowledge their error, issue an apology for their unprofessional conduct, and proceed with the production of our wedding invitations as per the original agreement. As a gesture of goodwill, we remain open to paying half of the outstanding shipping fees, provided Momental Designs agrees to these terms and proceeds as per our initial contractual agreement.

Update: Despite our wedding date nearing and our efforts to resolve issues amicably with Momental Designs, they continue to disregard our verbal/written agreements regarding our invitation suite. In a gesture of goodwill, we offered to cover full shipping costs—not our responsibility—and falsely boosted our review to 5 stars. Regrettably, their response has been unsatisfactory and unapologetic, underlining a persistent lack of customer service. We feel their approach is vindictive, further disappointing us in this crucial time.

Furthermore, their public mention of our country of residence, whether intentional or not, felt inappropriate, compromising our sense of privacy and anonymity. This action, coupled with our experiences, suggests an expectation from Momental Designs for customers to accommodate them, rather than focusing on customer needs—a perception that we find disappointing.

Our invitations were by far the most frustrating and painful process of planning our wedding. All of our other vendors were a dream to work with and their product went above and beyond all expectations...except Momental Designs. When I first spoke to Kristi and showed her a very detailed moodboard with color reference I felt so confident she seemed to completely understand what we were looking for. The first sample was gorgeous, but had so many add-ons and extra cost options we had to make edits. From then on the process was a NIGHTMARE. The Save the Dates arrived and were the completely wrong color. First Momental tried to argue saying this was hand painted....as someone who works in the textile industry with hand printed fabrics I completely understand however Red & Purple are two different colors. They did replace however the color was still not totally correct but we did send because we were 2-3 weeks later than planned. When it came time to the invitations Momental took 3 days to provide any feedback from a proof and delayed the process unneccessarily with such long response times. Due to the lateness of schedule I provided a Pantone to match for the invitation hoping this would alleviate any headaches. When we received the invitation that Pantone color matched perfectly - yay! However, the soft blush color in the Save the Date became NEON pink. At this point it was way too late to not send so I was forced to ship the magenta invitations. After the disaster we did not use Momental for any day of needs and I made all ceremony programs, menus, table numbers, and place cards. I really wanted Momental Design to create this beautiful vision we had for paper goods, but in the end they were a big disappointment. Save yourself the stress...DO NOT USE Momental as your invitation vendor.

Horrific experience with Kristy Rice and her team. Invitations arrived one month late, despite making my time constraints during the first conversation. I was charged $900 in shipping because they decided to pack the invitations using an absurdly large box that comprised 90% Styrofoam peanuts, when it could have been shipped for $100 in a much-smaller box. Pressured into going custom, despite budget and time constraints, and then told that they would charge the full $200 design fee despite promising I could do 'semi-custom' for $100. Held over a barrel at every turn because they will not release samples or proofs without further payment. NO communication or advice from the design team despite repeated emails. A nightmare experience that I would not wish upon any bride in her planning journey.

I was very excited to see the initial design posted on their website and took the leap to splurge on the invitations. It is was not listened what I wanted to include or not include leaving a first sample nothing like what I had wanted. I was offered a second sample that was like what I had originally seen, but did not incorporate what I had requested. When expressing displeasure, I was made to feel out of line and that it was a problem to make changes, even after a hefty design fee to start the invitations. Before I had a completed invitation, I was then asked for more money to begin and enclosure that I had specifically said I did not want. I discontinued the process after only six days as to not get any deeper into debt with no product and had to go to paypal to ask for even a partial refund of the design fee that left me with no product, just in debt. I was counter offered half of my design fee to resolve the dispute.
