We had an absolutely amazing wedding here! Chris, the wedding coordinator, was amazing from start to finish! She’s was great with communication and made the entire process stress free. This was the only venue that had many of the services included with the price AND Chris was there the entire time to make sure everything uwent smoothly. The property is beautiful too! I would highly recommend this venue to anybody!!

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Majestic Oaks for our wedding! From the very start, we knew we'd made the right choice. Our day-of-wedding coordinator, Chris, was absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond, ensuring that everything was taken care of on our big day and making it as stress-free as possible. Leading up to the wedding, she was always just a phone call or text away to address any questions or concerns we had. Her dedication and attention to detail truly made the day run smoothly.

As for the venue itself, Majestic Oaks is nothing short of stunning. It's a beautiful and classy location that provided the perfect backdrop for our special day. We have absolutely no complaints and are so grateful that we chose this venue. If you're considering Majestic Oaks for your wedding, do not hesitate – you won't be disappointed!

Majestic Oaks was the perfect venue for my wedding day! I used the outdoor lakeside ceremony location for my wedding ceremony (did ceremony only at Majestic Oaks and had my reception elsewhere) and it was BEAUTIFUL.

The venue put up beautiful sheer draping on the columns which perfected the ceremony site. Christine also offered different decoration options for us to use at no additional cost. And Christine herself was incredibly helpful. She had a whole system on the day and knew exactly what needed to happen when, which was great because I had never done this before! lol She was also incredibly flexible to our needs (if we needed the space for pictures, a rehearsal, a second, indoor ceremony option in case of rain etc.) and easy to work with on contracts and payment.

Overall, I am so happy that I chose Majestic Oaks as my venue because it created the most beautiful space for me and my husband to marry. Watching back the video and looking at the pictures, I am always so amazed by the beauty of the day!

Let me tell you, if you book your wedding here you will be nothing but thrilled and completely satisfied. Chris was amazing and was with us through it all for almost a year. That woman is by far the most amazing person you could ever gave to help you plan your wishing. Highly recommend this place!!!!

From day 1 - Chris (wedding planner/coordinator/take care of everything) made us feel like we were the only couple getting married, listened to our needs and wants, making sure we were within budget, and treated us like family! She is beyond knowledgeable when it comes to weddings and knows exactly how to keep you calm in the craziest of situations. The venue is just gorgeous, the bride/groom quarters are the absolute best I have ever seen and the vendors they work with are impeccable! If you are looking for the perfect wedding spot and the best wedding coordinator, look no further! I would HIGHLY recommend this venue to anyone and everyone!!!

If anyone is looking for a place that can do it all and to ensure your wedding day is absolutely perfect, I would highly recommend the Moffit Oaks and Chris Krauss as the wedding coordinator! We recently got married at the Moffit Oaks and Chris was amazing throughout the wedding process and planning. All of the vendors Chris recommended did an awesome job with the service as well and could not have more happier with how the wedding went!

The perfect place to have a wedding. We just got married at Moffitt Oaks last Saturday. We opted for an all inclusive package and we are so glad we did. Our ceremony was outside at The Cantina, which was a picturesque outdoor setting. After the ceremony, we made our way into the barn for what turned out to be the best party ever. For dinner we served fajitas, which were delicious. JPL Entertainment (included in the package) was on point all night. We did their extensive survey and they just nailed the music. Not that cheezy DJ that you sometime come across at weddings. Now for the best part; our coordinator, Chris. She was amazing!! Chris walked us through all of our options in our initial meeting, which was pre-COVID. Once the pandemic hit, as you could imagine, we were freaking out. One phone call to Chris and all of our worries went away. She was so accommodating and reassuring that our day would still be great. She and I had many phone calls/text messages over the course of planning and not once did I feel like I was a bother to her. Most phone calls ended in "that was the easiest call I have taken all day". Chris is a true professional and it showed on the big day. She graciously guided us through the day, helped setup our personalized touches in the reception hall. Answered all of our questions and concerns, and simply helped calm the pre-wedding jitters. We could not have asked for a better coordinator, she was simply perfect! Our day was better than we envisioned. We had multiple guests tell us that our wedding was the nicest, classiest, and smoothest run wedding that they have ever been to. We agree. First, Moffitt Oaks is beautiful! The grounds are well maintained and the attention to details is amazing. And the staff at Moffitt Oaks really makes putting together a wedding easy. Kellie, our wedding planner, helped make our wedding hassle-free, organized, and a dream come true.
From the beginning, Kellie was willing to walk us thru the ceremony and reception process – there were so many details I did not know about – and recommend ideas that fit us as a couple. She helped us select details such as linens and centerpieces as well as discussed options for the s’mores bar. I couldn’t believe the amount of research she did on sterno (as my fiance was very particular about this). My fiance & I were surprised and impressed by her follow-up on sterno the day after we met.
Kellie took the time to ensure we were comfortable with everything for the wedding. She accommodated an extra phone meeting so I fully understood the schedule and layout for the wedding. Kellie and the staff at Moffitt Oaks also executed my detailed set up notes about what needed to be on guest tables, sign in tables, cake table, and the candy bar. I didn't touch any of it and it looked perfect. The candy bar was so fun and looked great.
The vendors that where selected thru Moffitt were also exceptional. JPL Entertainment’s DJ: Walt, was wonderful – with the music, his emceeing, and his attentiveness to the overall wedding. I know that Walt took the time to read the detailed notes we filled out on your website. He was able to improvise when more music was needed.
Café Natalie was also fantastic. The food was more delicious than I remember at our tasting. Their waiters were attentive and knew when our families joined the cocktail hour – bringing them hors d’oeuvres. I was amazed at how well their staff moved throughout the wedding attending to their tasks without disruption. The tables somehow got cleared but I don’t remember seeing the staff.
The cakes Lisa Barcelona made were gorgeous. Lisa was another of Kellie's great recommendations. She gave us several options to try and they were all excellent – you really know your business partners. I couldn’t have imagined a more beautiful or delicious cake. The flowers and choice of cake stands were perfect too - facilitated by Kellie.
The day of the wedding was nerve racking, it poured in the afternoon, and the weather services threatened rain into the evening. The Moffitt staff waited as long as possible to move the wedding inside. They were able to open the barn door once the rain stopped. During this whole process, I didn’t once have to think about the details of place setting – favors, menus, candy bar, or where my fiance should be standing – as these details were in place thanks to Kellie.

Everything I could imagine and more!!

Moffitt Oaks is an all inclusive venue with two outdoor ceremony choices. They also have a bridal sweet and a really cool groom's room. The coordinators are knowledgable and taught us what to expect from cakes, to where to shop for dresses. Very helpful!

Moffitt Oaks is the most beautiful venue for a lovely romantic chic wedding! Our wedding coordinator Lauren Benham made possible for us to have the wedding of or dreams! And it was made possible with only two months for planning, with the wonderful team at Moffitt Oaks, including Mrs. Moffitt, assistant coordinator Chris Kraus, DJ and MC Manny with J&A Entertainment, cakes by Lisa Barcelona, and the lip-smacking food from the Rib Tickler. Lauren was a pleasure to work with, always available, always helpful. The day of our wedding was perfect thanks to the Moffitt Team, from the grand entrance to the lovely exit with sparklers.

The cantina and barn were set up exactly as we discussed. Chris and I did not stress at all. Our timeline went smoothly. We were worried about feeling overwhelmed or rushed but we didn’t. Everything was perfect!!!

Cafe Natalie’s food was delicious. The filet was cooked a perfect medium rare and the food tasted exactly like it did in our tasting.

JPL Entertainment kept the dance floor poppin’ and the got some hilarious photo booth pics! They really engaged our guests.

Bavarian Cakery made our cake taste better than it looked! We received several compliments.

Lauren— thank you again from the bottom of our hearts for paying attention to the small details and making our day perfect and stress free. There is not one thing we would have changed about our day. You have definitely found your calling. It’s obvious that you love your job. Thanks again!!

Moffitt Oaks was an absolute awesome venue for our wedding! Moffitt Oaks is a beautiful venue, and was exactly what we were looking for because of its all-in-one packages. We had the Rib Tickler cater our Lone Star Package, J&A Entertainment DJ, and Allison Hughes Specialties do the hair and makeup for the event.

We were married in front of the Cantina and had our reception in the barn. The venue went perfect with our theme and we had to do very little additional work to spruce up the place because of its natural beauty. Lauren was our coordinator, and she was fantastic! She was very proactive at communicating and always got back to me immediately when I had any questions. We met 3 times prior to the event, and I left every meeting feeling confident that our wedding would go well! She helped me pick out table settings and décor that Moffitt Oaks includes in the wedding package. Lauren was so great the day of the wedding. She went above and beyond to make sure that we didn’t worry about a thing. Moffitt Oaks was the best and our wedding was an absolute blast because of it!

Thank you for the most amazing day! Our daughter was married in an outdoor ceremony last Saturday! The entire staff at Moffitt Oaks could not have been more helpful! Kimberli and Dixie.....you two ladies are just the BEST!! The entire wait staff was great! The food, drinks and service provided by Custom Culinary was truly delicious! Flowers were provided by Striking Stems....Ashley and Sandy did a beautiful job! Can't wait to share some pictures from our event in the near future!!! We booked our wedding just 3 months in advance because the original venue had not finished remodeling in time for our date. Chris was helpful and responsive. She cheerfully rewrote the budget for us several times as our head count changed significantly. The ballroom is beautiful and had more than enough room for our 110-ish guests. Our coordinator Lauren is an absolute doll who kept us calm and focused (no small task, since the arrangements we’d made previously had all fallen apart). In the few weeks before the wedding, she walked through the timeline with us, covering all bases and thinking of a few things we hadn’t. The way she ran the rehearsal gave us full confidence that the wedding and reception would go smoothly, which it did. Our entire bridal party was impressed with her skilled management – we had one complaint during the reception, which she detected and corrected immediately without any drama. Lauren allowed us to have our DIY flowers delivered to the venue a few days before the wedding and store them in buckets in the bridal suite, which is beautifully appointed and spacious enough to accommodate a dozen people plus a few stylists. The fridge was stocked with water, juice, and soft drinks as well as platters of fresh fruit, cheese, and cold cuts. We were even provided with champagne so we could make mimosas. During the reception, we had not a care except spending a precious short time with all our friends and family. Whatever needed to be done, Lauren made it happen, leaving us free to enjoy the best night of our lives. The Moffitts offer the community a lovely venue and professional staff. Our guests raved about the food, the DJ, the bartender, (all included in our package) as well as the ballroom itself, and we will not hesitate to recommend Moffitt Oaks to everyone we know.

Moffitt Oaks was the ONLY wedding venue I looked at! We met Chris when we got there and I was instantly in love, not only with Chris as the coordinator, but Moffitt Oaks as a whole! The whole entire planning process was a breeze and completely STRESS free!! Chris is amazing. She answered every question I had and every email I sent no matter how silly or crazy the question was. Being insanely OCD, Chris was able to take over for me and I didn't have to worry about a thing. I highly recommend Chris and Moffitt Oaks!

I knew my boyfriend had the ring, because I picked it out with him ;) I started to research venues even before he proposed  My cousin and I went to Moffitt Oaks for a tour. The moment I drove onto the property I knew it was the venue for me! Moffitt Oaks is gorgeous! There are so many areas you can get married at and have your reception. I fell in love with the barn! That day, I booked my wedding and called my boyfriend to let him know that he had a year to propose lol! I didn’t care about the cost (which was average by the way!), because I knew that I would have no regrets looking back. We planned to have our wedding and reception in the barn!
Our wedding was the best day in my life! My wedding coordinator Chris Krauss did such an outstanding job! She took care of everything for me. She would drop everything to make sure that I was taken care of and stress free.
She does so much work behind the scenes to make your day perfect. I literally had nothing to worry about the day of my wedding. Chris made sure that everyone knew their responsibilities and when and where to be. I just sat back and relaxed while I had my hair and makeup done! They are an amazing team!!! The venue is gorgeous!! They are helpful through out! Chris Krauss is the best. We were celebrating a 15 year vow renewal, an I do take two. We were married at the court house 15 years ago & wanted the celebration we never had. They made the day feel so special & gave us the dream day we always wanted. Things don't always go perfect but the entire time they kept things smooth & calm & took care of everything. Thankful for such a sincere kind & professional team. They treated us like we were more than just business. Go visit they are everything they seem & more!!

As a mother who had just finished a wedding for one daughter Nov 2016, it was very daunting when my oldest announced her engagement at the end of November. In steps Eric at Moffitt Oaks, I call him Saint Eric because he performed an absolute miracle of planning this wedding without one ounce of worry. The wedding went off without a hitch, the venue was breathtaking and we never once worried about anything not being done, Eric had it done before I even asked! I feel bad I can only give them five stars, as they well over 1p in my opinion. Thanks Eric for all the hard work.

I can't say enough great things about Moffitt Oaks! From the second that my husband found their website and sent it to me we knew the grounds and facilities were beautiful, but what really solidified our decision to have our wedding at Moffitt Oaks was how welcoming and helpful the staff was when we toured the venue. My husband and I decided to have a short engagement, so we had less than 5 months to book the venue and get everything planned. At our first meeting, our coordinator, Eric Cmar, told us "I can plan a beautiful wedding for you in less than a week! With 5 months your wedding will be perfect!" Well, Eric was right! Even though we had to make the call to move our wedding inside the day before the wedding because of rain (we were planning to get married at the Arbor and reception in the barn, so we ended up having the wedding and reception in the barn), everything was stress free! Eric and the wonderful staff at Moffitt Oaks made every part of planning and the actual wedding day stress free for us! I am so thankful that Eric was our coordinator - anytime I texted or called him with something that I thought would be a problem he told me not to worry and handled it right away! He made every part of the planning process fun - I loved meeting with him at our planning meetings! An all inclusive wedding venue like Moffitt Oaks is absolutely the way to go! The only things we had to find on our own was a florist, bakery, and photographer, and they will even help you find those too! Overall, Moffitt Oaks was the perfect place to have our wedding! We loved our experience there and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wedding venue!

I don't even know where to begin. When I thought about our wedding day I pictured it somewhere that felt like home. A place friends and family would come to celebrate our marriage and feel like they just experienced a backyard wedding and not just some venue like every other wedding. What I got at Moffitt Oaks was that and more. From Patricia Moffitt coming in to talk to me and ask me "honey how are you doing?" during my hair trial, to ALL the friendly faces when walking into the house for every meeting and to Eric Cmar who made me feel like I was planning my wedding with my best friend. From every email, phone call, text and meeting they made me feel like family, not just a bride. Our wedding day was perfection. We got married April 23, 2016....the week of The 2016 Flood. Like all of our planning, stress free, Moffitt Oaks wasn't even going to let a flood get me stressed out. Eric handled everything and even surprised me the day of letting me know I was able to get married at the arbor! It was the best surprise of the whole day. The fact that he knew how much I wanted that and made it happen is just amazing and shows how much these people care about you and not just making money. If you want to have the wedding of your dreams you will book at Moffitt. They truly treat you like family and not just another bride and I can't thank them enough for everything. A special thank you Eric Cmar!!! You totally Rock!!

I got married on April 15, 2016 at Moffitt Oaks and it was a wonderful experience from the first tour to the final goodbye. Our coordinator was Christine Krauss and she did an amazing job. They have everything you would ever need, they are quick to respond, and they are extremely professional. Christine Krauss and her team decorated the barn for my reception and when I walked in the day before my wedding, I literally started sobbing immediately because it was so beautiful and elegant. I had my wedding at the outdoor cantina and it was a beautiful day with great landscaping. The reception was in the barn and I got so many compliments on the decor and the set-up. Even the tree-lined drive into Moffitt Oaks feels magical. I am so serious when I say that I could not have had a better experience. Ask for Christine Krauss. She is sassy, thoughtful, and gets the job done.

My husband and I got married at Moffitt Oaks November 21, 2015 - our ceremony was at the Arbor and our reception was in the Barn (although the entire venue is gorgeous). I truly could not have asked for a better venue or better staff on my wedding day! Everyone at Moffitt went out of their way to make sure our day was perfect and stress-free. Everyone we dealt with really did care about our day and they were always so kind, friendly, and helpful - which really goes a long way in reducing any wedding planning stress. Moffitt Oaks exceeded any and all expectations - we would highly recommend them!!

Our wedding was held at Moffitt Oaks on Jan. 29, 2016. I can honestly say it was one of the highlights of our life! It is the perfect place to begin building new memories. The Venue is beautiful and the staff is willing to customize for any theme or size function. It was an honor to work with our coordinator Eric, who made all worries seem like nothing and took care of each and every detail. I highly recommend Moffitt Oaks for the superior service and obviously a staff who strives to make sure everyone is happy at the end of the day!!

We got married at Moffitt Oaks just a few shorts weeks ago and have been wishing the day back ever since! The venue alone is stunning & paired with the right weather it's unbelievable. Outside of the venue being just plain gorgeous; the people who work here make it all that more special. From the first time meeting Trish at the bridal extravaganza I knew we would be in good hands but I had no idea the blessing coming our way by the name of Eric. Eric was our coordinator/planner/friendly advice and saver of the day! Not one thing went unplanned or unspoken of and the communication lines could not have been more clear. As a bride everyone expected me to be frazzled on the day but there was just his calm presence and suttle "you shouldn't be doing this- go get ready" remarks to keep us all on track. We had several guests compliment the flawless execution of our ceremony (even though the maid of honour forgot the grooms ring) and the fun filled reception and for that Moffitt is to admire. The DJ, the catering company, the help offered, the staff and the creative freedoms we had planning our big day made it dream like. Anyone looking for a little slice of heaven should head out to Tomball.

We couldn't have been happier with our decision to get married at Moffitt Oaks. Everything from our first tour to our planning sessions, rehearsal dinner and big day was above and beyond! Moffitt Oaks was the venue of our dreams. The venue and the people are truly amazing. We feel in love with the venue the moment we saw it but once we talked to the coordinators, we knew this was it! We had visited so many other venues that said they were all inclusive but then when you sit down and talk to them the story is quite different. Not at all the case with Moffitt Oaks. They do not nickle and dime you to death like so many others do. They take the time to make you feel like your wedding is the only wedding they are doing and they give your wedding that kind of attention too! We would highly recommend this venue to any couple looking. Whatever your desire is, Moffitt Oaks can make it come true!

I haven't had my wedding here yet, but I have booked it and started working with my wedding coordinator and it has been amazing. The staff is so peaceful and welcoming, and the property is beautiful. My favorite thing is the tree-lined drive and the elegance of the property. It has a rustic vibe, but it's not overwhelming or tacky, it's perfect! I can't wait to get married here. Plus, I love the bridal and groom suites.

Melissa did a fabulous job helping us with all of the planning for Nancy and Patrick's wedding in the barn at Moffitt Oaks. She responded quickly to our emails and phone calls. On the day of the wedding she and Kelly made sure everything ran smoothly even though we were having severe rainstorms. Everything was perfect and so many of our guests have told me how much they loved the wedding and reception in the barn. I highly recommend Moffitt Oaks for your wedding.

My husband and I got married here April 11, 2015. We had our ceremony lakeside and our reception in the Elegant Ballroom. I can't tell you enough how much I enjoyed my experience planning for almost a year to have my wedding there. I got to work with Melissa, Chris, and Kellie. They made this experience wonderful for us. We booked them when they were a very new venue. They were constantly adding aspects to their venue that made the value even better. They let me carry out every wish I could've imagined. They completely embraced my ideas, and made sure that I was happy. The only thing I regret was not booking the Junior Bridal Suite package. I really wanted to get ready in the manor, but didn't book the suite so another bride beat me to it. They were very accommodating though. They drove all of the bridal party to the manor, so no one had to walk. They made sure all of my guests were comfortable. As I was stressing all day about the impending rain, they made me feel very comfortable. I was dead set on having my wedding outside and they made it happen. The rain held off long enough for us to say I do! If I could get married all over again, I wouldn't pick another venue to begin my marriage. The funny part is we toured Moffitt Oaks and then tried to book another venue not too far from there and someone else booked our date within hours of us leaving the other venue. I cried for days until I decided to revisit Moffitt Oaks. I'm so happy my other plans fell through. I can go on and on, but if Moffitt Oaks is on your list of possibilities, then you should definitely make it your final choice!

Moffitt Oaks is exquisite. Everyone can find a setting that they love at MO...they have a little bit of everything for everyone. They provide assistance through the planning process and then the weekend of just let go of the wheel because they have everything covered. The staff is so warm and welcoming. You will feel like part of the family at Moffitt Oaks!

The entire experience with the people at Moffitt was fantastic. From the initial planning session to the actual wedding date, they went out of their way to accommodate us. The Moffitt's are such warm, welcoming people, as are all of the people that work there. The entire staff goes out of their way to make your day as stress free and wonderful as possible. Our daughter smiled the entire day and clearly enjoyed every second of her wedding. The venue was beautiful, Melissa, Megan, Ronnie, Tina and everyone else were so gracious and helpful with every little request and detail. I cannot think of one single complaint. My only regret is that it is over.

It's hard to start planning a fairy tale wedding without a dream venue and I wasn't having any luck finding mine! My husband and I toured around 10 facilities and nothing felt right. The second I stepped onto the Moffitt Oaks property, everything started falling into place. After meeting with Chris and Tricia, I knew this was the venue that would make our dream wedding come true. The staff really is amazing! They understand how stressful planning a wedding can be and make sure to do everything in their power to offer a hand where they can. From choosing the right vendors down to the last minute detail, I had someone by my side the entire process. No matter how many other events, weddings or brides they were dealing with, they make you feel like you are their number one priority. We chose the package that allowed for the bridal party and myself to stay at the venue the night before. This is one of the best nights I've had in a long time and what a relief it was to not have to worry about spending the morning of our wedding rushing all over town for different appointments! The girls and I woke up, ate the breakfast they had prepared for us, drank mimosas to help take off the edge and spent the rest of the morning relaxed while we being were pampered. I couldn't have imagined MY wedding day going so smooth! Chris, Tricia and the rest of the staff took care of everything, working with the vendors to make sure it all looked just right.. and it did! I couldn't have imagined a more beautiful day to marry my best friend at the most amazing venue. Thank you Moffitt Oaks for making our dream wedding come true! A special thank you to Chris and Tricia for standing by my side through this entire planning process and making me feel undeniably special. I will recommend this venue to any and every bride-to-be I come across!

My husband and I just recently got married here on August 1, 2015 and we LOVED every minute!! I wish there were more stars to give them :) The venue is gorgeous (we had our ceremony at the Cantina and the reception in the barn), the staff is AH-MAZING and the experience was one we will remember for a lifetime! They truly deserve a round of applause. Most of our guests commented that it was the best wedding they have ever attended. Our coordinator was Melissa B. and she never missed a beat! The whole team was very detail oriented and made sure our day went 100% according to plan! The packages they offer make your wedding planning go very smoothly! They provide the DJ, the food, hair/make-up services, table linens, table decor, ceremony/reception site, bridal suite/groom's quarters, and MANY MORE! Saved us so much time and stress! My husband and I got married at Moffitt Oaks on June 13, 2015!! The venue is AMAZING!! So many of our guests commented on how beautiful the venue was. Our ceremony was held by the lake and our reception was in the ballroom. There was an 80% chance of rain the day of our wedding at the time of our ceremony. Kathe (our wedding coordinator, she's awesome!) had many of the staff on standby to move the wedding ceremony indoors if needed. I cannot begin to express how helpful and awesome the staff is at Moffitt Oaks. Everyone works together to go above and beyond to make your day perfect! They truly want it to be everything you ever wanted!! They work with you like family rather than a business and are always available to help with anything you need. The venue is also all-inclusive which saved us a ton of money and time. They provide the caterer, DJ, hair and makeup, alcohol and drinks, chairs, tables, linens, decorations, wedding coordinator, and so many other things all in the package price! The only things that we had to find were our florist, photographer, officiant, and cake vendor! This saved us a ton ton ton of money, stress, and time! The beautiful property, the awesome and easy to work with staff, and the all-inclusive deal was why I would highly recommend Moffitt Oaks to anyone and everyone looking for a wedding venue!! I could not have imagined having my wedding anywhere else!!!

The staff at Moffitt Oaks did a fantastic job with our May 2, 2015 wedding! We were married outside under the gorgeous Arbor then had the reception in the elegant and rustic Stables. We booked Moffitt Oaks before the work on the Stables was completed, but we felt completely confident in their vision. The entire planning process was stress-free. I ended up stressing myself out because it felt like there was more I needed to be doing, but they take care of every detail. My bridesmaids and I stayed in the suites the night before and everyone in the house was very accommodating. We later found out our officiant couldn't find his Bible right before the ceremony, and everyone was tearing the place up looking for it. Fortunately the staff took care of the situation and we had no idea, to us our wedding seemed flawless. Thank you to everyone at Moffitt Oaks for carrying out my vision, and making my dream wedding possible.

I had my wedding reception in the Stable at Moffitt Oaks on December 6, 2014! It was truly AMAZING! My guest are still talking about how much fun everyone had and how BEAUTIFUL everything was! :)

This venue was just perfect! I knew from my first visit that this is where I wanted to get married! The staff was very helpful and accommodating through-out the whole process! They were very detail orientated and always went out of their way to be accommodating for planning sessions, our stay the night before the wedding, set-up, and of course our wedding night! They took all of the stress out of the planning/ the wedding day & night, and made my husband and I feel very relaxed!
This is truly an all-inclusive venue! It was so great to have a one stop shop for all of my wedding planning! (Their selection of decorations/chairs/linens are next to none!) I was able to bring my own vision in and they helped me make it a reality! The wedding planners were also always available to meet with me or take my phone call whenever I needed to check on something or had a new idea!

My bridal party stayed at Moffitt Oaks the night before my wedding! We were able to relax and have some fun! We were provided with breakfast, snacks, lunch, and drinks on my wedding day! We were all able to get our make-up and hair done in the beautiful bridal suite! There was plenty of room and a great set up! (I had 10 Bridesmaids) I would highly recommend having this experience!

Moffitt Oaks has so many venue options for various wedding styles. The team is so welcoming and on top of it; they always make me feel like family! They are an all inclusive venue too, which makes wedding planning very easy. They are perhaps a bit pricey, but otherwise I have no complaints!

Our son and daughter-in-law held their wedding this past weekend at Moffitt Oaks and I can not even begin to tell you how wonderful the venue is. From the lakeside ceremony, to the poolside cocktail hour, to the reception in the Stable, everything flowed seamlessly and looked amazing. My highest praise needs to go to the entire staff at Moffitt Oaks. From the planning stages to the actual wedding, they bent over backwards to accomodate every little request with a smile. Thank you, Kellie and Melissa for coordinating our wedding, and thank you to all the behind-the-scenes staff who worked so hard to make the day so special!! We couldn't have been happier with our choice of venue.

I am a bridal consultant in the Houston area, so when it came time to finally plan my own wedding everything had to be absolutely PERFECT! Moffitt Oaks was the only venue I visited because from the moment I pulled up I was speechless. Not only is this one of the most beautiful venues in the Houston area, the staff is amazing and so EASY to work with. Everything is included which makes things super easy and more budget friendly, but the added bonus with Moffitt Oaks is that they give you choices!! There are about 5 different ceremony locations and 3 different reception locations on the property to choose from so that you can make sure your dream wedding comes to life :). I seriously cannot say enough wonderful things about Moffitt Oaks and all of the ladies that make the magic happen here. To Trish and Melissa especially, "THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!! Moffitt provides a wedding coordinator, planning sessions, table linens, centerpieces, chargers, and more! Everything you need is at your fingertips right there at the venue. It is truly worth every penny to not have to worry about all the extras and setting it up becuase you will be worry free at Moffit because they provide it for you. We had our reception at the stable. It has it's original features which gives it that genuine rustic feel. All of our guests are still talking about the stable how there could have not been a more perfect place for a reception and there really is no other venue like this in Houston area. We had many guests from out of town who said they wished there was a place like Moffitt in their home towns. Melissa who was our coordinator was a true blessing. She really catered to us and made everyone in our family feel comfortable. The bridal suite is gorgeous and made for great pictures. Melissa and Mrs. Moffitt checked on myself and my bridesmaids through out the day as we got ready, getting us things we needed. The DJ service included in the package: JPL entertainment was awesome. Our DJ really kept our guests entertained and dancing all night just like we requested. We did not want our reception to end! We would recommend Moffitt Oaks to everyone.

If you're still searching for a venue, search no further. Moffitt Oaks is incredible. They have SO many different locations with so many different styles, so everyone can find what fits them. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. They literally go above and beyond each and every time something arises- whether it's figuring out the best mode of arrival for the bride to the ceremony, coordinating vendors, fixing vendor issues, checking to make sure everything is going great on the day-of, or skillfully setting up decor. They are amazing and I enjoyed every second of the process with them. They literally have everything and will do almost anything!

If you're even thinking about Moffitt Oaks (MO)-- save yourself the trouble & JUST BOOK IT.

Since MO includes so much in their wedding packages, it not only made it easy on us to plan but the vendors they partner with are actually really good. 80% of our guests traveled from out of town for our wedding & we had to do everything ourselves. Our families are not local so all of the wedding planning details were up to us. The staff at MO are friendly, professional & efficient. If they said they'd do it, I didn't think twice & moved on to the next task.

MO makes it easy from the beginning & REALLY shine on the big day. You might worry about the bundling of vendors, wondering if they're the same vendors you would have selected for your wedding--- don't sweat it! Everyone is top notch-- MO knows what they're doing & partner with vendors that are on their level.

Another thing I love about this venue is that "the extras aren't extra." Some other venues we considered have a base price then had price lists for every single thing that you would think are supposed to be included. It's overwhelming, confusing & unnecessary.

You won't get nickel & dimed by MO-- the price they give you includes more than you can even imagine. Upgrades are always available but they don't force you into it with their price structure. In fact a better question is "what isn't included?" This makes planning easier too because you know what key costs are going into the event & can keep your budget in line. The pricing is upfront so you don't spend a bunch of time just trying to get a clear "quote" that ends up not being complete or figure out a bunch of questions you didn't know you had to ask. MO makes it easy-- no hidden costs.

If you haven't seen the venue yet-- take a tour! Anyone can build a pretty website but if you compare a few venues you'll come to realize that a picture might be worth a thousand words but a tour is worth a billion more.

My husband and I started looking for venues for our wedding and really wanted something different-something rustic, country, and sophisticated. We ended up at Moffitt Oaks on accident during one of their open houses. After viewing the property and meeting the vendors and staff, we knew it was the perfect venue for us and booked that day. We really enjoyed all of the options included in the package, which made planning the rest of the wedding extremely simple. Melissa was our coordinator and she was great! She was always so excited at our planning sessions and made it easy to create floor plans, pick decorations, and finalize all of the details. Her experience helped us create the perfect atmosphere for our wedding ceremony and reception.
On our wedding day, all of the details really came together. From our arrival to get ready for the day to the last dance of the night, everything was perfect. Thanks to the staff at Moffitt Oaks and their vendors, everything went smoothly! It truly was a stress-free and wonderful experience to have planned our wedding with this venue. It turned out to be an amazing rustic wedding that was better than we could have ever imagined!

Moffitt Oaks did an AMAZING job with my wedding. We had about 150 guests and used the Ballroom for our reception and the barn for our ceremony. They were very responsive throughout the entire planning process which made me feel very at ease during the weeks leading up to the wedding. The day of my wedding a HUGE storm rolled through and they were able to move my entire ceremony indoors at the last minute and it was flawless! The venue is beautiful and everyone on the Moffitt Oaks team works super well together. Thank you Chris, Kellie and the Moffitt's for letting me carry out the wedding of my dreams!

My husband and I chose Moffitt Oaks for our May 2018 wedding after an exhaustive search. We loved the beautiful location, and, since we were planning long-distance, liked the many highly-rated vendors and decorative items as part of their package. The only other vendors we had to find ourselves were photography, bakery, and florist. Our MO coordinator, Christine Krauss, and the rest of the MO team made the wedding planning simple and stress-free. We had three big meetings starting six months before our wedding to ensure that the big day went smoothly. They went above and beyond in setting up, coordinating vendors, and making our guests comfortable. Amazing food by Cafe Natalie and makeup and hair by Allison Hughes Specialties. We had a great time and so did our guests. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had visited several venue rental-only locations and other venues that offered bundled packages. None of them compared to Moffitt Oaks! First, their customer service and attentiveness was superb. The "sales process" was not salesy or pushy...Tricia and Kellie were both very personable and patient in answering our many questions about their services. They also offered much detail to us, which was important in us building our trust in them so there would not be any surprises just because we did not "ask the right question." We were paired with Chris as our wedding coordinator. She is well experienced, patient, and was a great communicator every step of the way (super important for us to understand who would do what, when we needed to do things by, what was flexible, etc). We could not have been happier with another wedding coordinator helping us bring our vision to life. Our package included vendors: catering by Cafe Natalie, DJ services by JPL Entertainment, and bartenders. Cafe Natalie's food and service was superb, JPL Entertainment really pumped up the party with their enthusiasm, and the bartenders were very accommodating. Both Chris and Kellie guided our day, and if there were any issues the day of, we certainly didn't hear or see it! Although going with a packaged venue like Moffitt Oaks will require an investment, it was worth it by not having to source/communicate/ organize/pay each individual vendor. Plus going with Moffitt Oaks' vendors eliminated the timely vetting process and resulted in high quality service!

Moffitt Oaks was the perfect place to have our wedding! All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating to our needs. During day-of the wedding, they were very attentive and helped things move as smoothly as possible. We were married lakeside and held the reception in the stable, which was absolutely beautiful. The bridal party also stayed in the house the night prior as part of the package, which was amazing as well! I highly recommend Moffitt Oaks to future brides!

We got married at Moffitt Oaks in May 2016. The venue is so beautiful and flexible! They really worked with our budget and vision/preferences and were usually very responsive to our emails and questions. It was so nice not having to worry about setting up the ceremony and reception area ourselves and coordinate with all the individual vendors.

The reason I'm giving this venue 4 stars instead of 5 in "Quality of Service" is because I felt like we didn't see our coordinator much before the ceremony on the day of the wedding. She checked on us around 10am to do a short rehearsal of the ceremony (we opted to rehearse the day of instead of the day before the wedding), but other than that, we didn't see her until the ceremony at 5pm. My bridesmaids also commented that they were not informed when the ceremony was about to start and that she did not look for them to make sure they were on the way to the ceremony site when it was time. Luckily, they got there on time but we felt there was lack of availability and overall guidance of events before the ceremony started. During the reception, she did a great job!

With all that said, we still loved getting married at Moffitt Oaks and wouldn't have changed our decision. It's such a beautiful venue and they really do treat you like family.

Moffitt Oaks is an amazing, refreshing venue. We found them August 2013, when they were still under construction. Even though at that time the stable was still a REAL stable, the vision Tricia communicated to us was something we were willing to take a chance on.

The entire staff was so gracious in allowing us to share their pride and joy as they continued adding even more than we bargained for (at lightning speed). From the very beginning, Tricia and Kellie were flexible with everything from scheduling meetings to giving us options to help fulfill ideas we had. At one point I mentioned we were looking for barrels to rent, & a few months later, POOF! Mr. Moffitt purchased some for the venue. The day of the wedding, service was stellar. Melissa helped plan as the wedding got closer, & the day of she and everyone else really made us feel at ease.

I did sadly have to take off points - the 1st, :( - because despite multiple touch points with both the DJ and Moffitt Oaks, an instrumental version of our first dance song was played. It was awkward, and disappointing since the meaning of the words are the most important part. I thought someone might notify the DJ to correct it shortly into the song (I may be mistaken, but assumed that's why we reviewed all the details together), but we ended up dancing through, which felt like forever.

Despite that hiccup (which I'm sure is rare, not all their fault & not indicative of MO's overall greatness) I would still recommend them & only wished we had more reception time. 4 hours was too short for me but we didn't have budget to add hours :(.

Overall we loved it, and would love to do it all over again - it's gorgeous, unique, & the staff do care about you! We are still thrilled we chose them. Definitely go see!

Moffitt Oaks was beautiful, the decorations were wonderful, and the food was delicious, but I felt very rushed and as if our wants were extremely unimportant to Kathe. If anyone asked for my recommendation of the facility I would tell them to book their event at Moffitt Oaks in seconds, however, I would let them know to ask for anybody other than Kathe Cox.

Our wedding ceremony was set for the lake and though there was no rain, Kathe, really wanted us to have the ceremony in the ballroom where the reception was. After four different times of talking to her on the wedding day, as I was getting ready, asking her to set up the lakeside area, she FINALLY called to set it up about an hour before our ceremony.

I heard from too many of my bridal party members, including MY mother, how rude she was throughout the evening and especially at the end of the evening. We gathered our things as quickly as possible, we were working to get cars loaded, with three small children asleep, and she was unprofessional and very rude. Those are the two words that I heard from my bridal party AND guests, and I agree completely. My fiance built a beautiful unity cross that was a major part of our ceremony that Kathe disassembled completely causing that moment of our ceremony to become a small disaster. Needless to say that cross was returned to us in pieces, in a plastic bag. After specifically requesting for her to pack away our top layer of cake (for our anniversary) we have no cake. Oh, except for the pile of slices that she shoved into a box that she dug out of the trash can. I wish I had a photo of the cake massacre....

As for the officers who were supposed to be on premises for guest safety, I hardly know how they did their job while sitting in the bridal suite on their phones the ENTIRE time (and don't even get me started on how often they went up to the bar for more than just a soda - I HEARD them both order an alcoholic drink - confirmed by the bartender when I asked).

Literally forgot about us. We asked to do a virtual tour with them since we are planning from out of state. They offered the date/time for 10/9/2020. 15-20 minutes after our appointment was supposed to start, Chris texted and said we'd have to reschedule because the previous appointment ran long. I found this to be really rude: if we had scheduled an in-person tour and this had happened, would she have asked us to drive back another time? I was ready to shrug this off, and I put the ball in her court and told her to let us know. It's been a week and a half, and she has not reached out to reschedule. I'm assuming she's completely forgotten about us and is not interested in her business, so we have booked elsewhere.

I gave 3 stars for flexibility and value because I don't know! I planned to ask about these on the tour.

I really wanted to give this venue and vendor five stars. I mean who wouldn’t want to? It was my wedding day and I wanted it to be perfect. But so MANY things went wrong that I don’t know what to start with... I found this place online and read the reviews and when I went there I fell in love with it. It’s beautiful and spacious and it was my dream venue. I met with Lauren and I loved her and was so happy to have her as my coordinator but in the middle of the process she got changed to a different girl who knew nothing about planning a wedding. She lacked personal ownership of her job and didn’t really follow up with us. My wedding was supposed to be at the lake side with the ceremony in the barn. Well it’s Houston and it rained(flooded) that day. We went with plan B and had the wedding inside. But the venue was not water tight and started leaking from the ceiling to the point that we had to stop the wedding for 20 minutes so they could clean the water. Then the walls started leaking too. It was embarrassing. We spent SO MUCH money for this venue and the explanation that “this has never happened before” wasn’t really believable for a venue located in the Houston area. We live in HOUSTON guys, it always floods and rains. The coordinator was losing it and me, the bride, had to keep people calm. It was a BIG DISASTER. I am writing this review 5 month after the wedding because even thinking about that day makes me angry and very very sad. That was my big day that I planned towards for a whole year and it was ruined by this venue. I am so mad I can’t even think about the good parts of my wedding which were very few due to all the stuff that was messed up by the venue. NO BRIDE SHOULD FEEL THIS WAY. I can’t bring that day or those people back and I can never recreate that day. And I have to live with this memory for the rest of my life. If you want to go with this venue, make sure it’s not the rainy season and also do some research about your coordinator.
