    Outstanding Food

    Easy and responsive to communicate with. Great at creative solutions. Our guests raved about the food and the service staff. We got our bartender through them Aaron. Highly recommend Modern Fine Catering!!!

    You’ll be in good hands.

    The MFC team of Eloisa and Gereld will take care of everything, giving you peace of mind that your guests will be well fed and taken care of. Their food presentation, and of course the food itself, is a feast to the eyes and stomach. If you want something meaty, request their tri tip steak. If you want Filipino, make sure to request their Filipino spaghetti (way better than Jollibee). If you request dessert, their sticky toffee pudding will not disappoint.

    Overall great service and flavorful dishes!

    You can tell that Chef G is really passionate about every dish he makes. He listens to your ideas and your preference of food- then he works his magic and you are presented with an amazing dish more than words could even explain! The service and the quality of food is worth every penny!

    Professional service with creativity and delicious food

    We have used Modern Fine Catering for a variety of events. Gereld is an amazing chef, he is creative and eager to make your event one of a kind. His passion is evident in the food he serves, and he has a wide range of catering offerings for any palette. He uses fresh ingredients with an array of seasonings and spices that come together eloquently. We always receive raves from guests with Modern Fine Catering.

    Service was excellent but Food was five star quality

    We found Modern Fine Catering on Yelp and book them for our backyard wedding because the food looks delicious. When we did a tasting, it exceeded our expectations. Fast forward to our wedding, all our guest were blown away by how fresh and delicious the food was. We definitely paid for the quality and it was all worth it.
