Dave is friendly, professional, and goes above and beyond to provide guidance and ensure things run smoothly
From our first conversation with Dave after reaching out, we knew we wanted to hire him. He's a true professional, but he's also very friendly and fun.
Dave went above and beyond in his responsiveness, staying attuned to our wants and needs (which sometimes had to change suddenly), and in giving us solid advice for areas we were unsure of. When we got close to our wedding day, it was hard to take everything into account and make some of those tiny but impactful decisions regarding the schedule, transitions, and what makes most sense for our guests. Dave would lend his years of experience to help guide us and make the process SO much easier.
Also, on the day of, some things unfortunately did not go as planned (heavy rain and a power outage!). Dave was instrumental in getting things back on track by keeping us informed, asking us the important questions, and working with the planner and others to fix things. He was more than a DJ - his words and actions showed that our day and everything going on in it were the most important priority to him.

Seamless, stress-free and unforgettable!
Dave was absolutely amazing and truly did it all. He was our DJ and master of ceremonies, handled announcements seamlessly (tables, entrances, everything), introduced us as a married couple, kept the energy up, and kept the entire reception flowing. Several people came up to us during and after to let us know we had a fantastic DJ. He was funny, professional, and supportive- there was a small dramatic hiccup that he handled like a boss and we didn't have to give it a second thought. He played great music to our style that kept people engaged and having fun the entire reception. We felt so taken care of, which made the whole experience even better! Dave was a huge part of what made our reception such a success, and we’re beyond grateful for everything he did!

Dave was amazing! easy to contact when we had questions and very helpful with suggestions for songs when we weren't sure. so perfessional the day of the wedding. kept the music going even for a relaxed type of wedding. knowing that we didnt have to worry about anything with him was the best. what he provides was definitely worth the cost. I would have paid more for his services for what we received. 100% recommended for a wedding.

Amazing DJ!
Hiring Dave for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. From our very first conversation, it was clear that he wasn't just in this for the music. Although it is his business, you can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and their special day. He was incredibly professional, personable, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire planning process, which took a significant amount of stress off our shoulders.
What sets him apart is that you’re not just getting a DJ. You’re getting a coordinator, an EMT (yes, really!), and a true friend. He went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, from timeline coordination to reading the room perfectly and keeping the energy exactly where it needed to be all night long.

Dave is THE DJ for your wedding!
Dave did such an amazing job at our wedding. We appreciated that after emailing him in the morning, he called back within minutes to set up a meeting with him. My husband and I enjoyed the first initial meeting we had with him. He was warm, welcoming, friendly, and professional. He took the time to get to know us and explain the importance of how crucial the DJ is for running your wedding. He made sure to communicate with us throughout the process. Dave provided a packet for us to fill out that helped us with planning our music for the ceremony and reception. A week before our wedding, we met with him to go over our song choices. He was very helpful in providing ideas for songs if we couldn’t think of any. He wrote an outline of events for the ceremony and reception with the songs that would be playing. Thank you Dave for your professionalism and talent. We loved meeting Charlie the cat! Dave Rogers and Wolf Lakes are the perfect combination for your wedding needs!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Dave who was our wedding DJ! From start to finish, he was the epitome of professionalism—prompt, communicative, and completely in tune with our vision. He took the time to get to know us personally, our music preferences, and gave our first-time officiant tips & trick for a smooth ceremony.

Having a good DJ will be the difference in having the most amazing night of your life, or worst. Thank you for making your wedding perfect. Dave took all the stress out of the wedding and everyone had an amazing time. Not only can he DJ your wedding, he’s also a paramedic who can do the Heimlich if someone consuming their chorizo tacos to quickly. I’d give 10 stars if I could but I’m limited to 5. Dave made the process from start to end very easy. He was great with making sure we stayed on schedule the day off. He was accommodating to any changed we needed to make, even the ones the day off. He was incredibly sweet with my grandma and went above and beyond with her by making sure she got back to her seat safely with her food. I would definitely recommend him for any events.

I first met Dave when he was the DJ for my cousins wedding. He kept the party going, so when it was time for my wedding I knew we had to book him! He is great and so easy to work with! Our dance floor was never empty and our guests had so much fun dancing the night away! The transition from ceremony to reception went smoothly. He even helped keep the song I walked down the aisle to a secret to surprise my husband! It was perfect!

Such an amazing night!
My husband and I hired Dave for our wedding and he was such an integral part of our special day. Throughout the entire process, Dave was incredibly professional and personable. He took time out of his busy work week to meet with us and review everything we needed for the big day. Thinking back, it was such a stress free experience as Dave frequently assured us that everything would be taken care of. We knew what we wanted for the majority of the wedding (ceremony songs, first dance, mother/son, father/daughter, etc), but gave little direction for the open dancing and he nailed it! The song choices were fantastic and my family won't stop talking about how they took over the dance floor lol. Overall, Dave is reliable, responsible and just an great person to work with! Highly recommend :)

Beyond amazing!
Dave Rodgers was the best Dj we could’ve asked for. As a DIY bride with no wedding coordinator, he assisted way beyond the music component of the wedding. He guided us in setting up our desired ceremony positions. His assistant and himself ensured everyone walked down the aisle in order & on cue. They even went around and lit candles on all the tables during dinner so my parents could relax and enjoy the night. As for his music, it was fantastic. He kept our very eclectic crowd on the dance floor all night. He was able to adjust to the crowd and play what was working in that moment. I can not recommend Mobile Sound Productions enough.

Dave is great!! I know him from so many different areas of life. He kept my wedding guests of ALL ages on their feet for 5 hours! No one could believe how great he was with his music and his ability to adapt to his audience! We couldn't have had anyone better for our wedding! Dave was absolutely amazing. He was on point with the whole wedding when it came to our schedule we had, and if something needed to be changed last min, he was flexible. He is also an EMT so we related much on that part. His daughter was a great help in timing everyone walk down the aisle. He kept people on the dance floor and kept everyone engaged. I truly couldn’t recommend anyone better. Plus his pricing is the best out there. Don’t wait, book now!

Amazing Dj
This is hands down the best Dj in the central valley. He made our wedding day so special. We also did our gender reveal at our wedding and that was a blast. It was great working with Dave from beginning to end - He has a positive, welcoming presence and was always on top of the details and communication. Since we didn’t have a wedding coordinator, it was really important to find an experienced DJ to trust for the night so that we could relax and enjoy… and that is exactly what happened with Dave! Dave made our wedding day just so much better!
I’ve known Dave since I was in 7th/8th grade at La Joya where he was Mr. Rodgers, my health teacher. What I didn’t know, is that we would be reunited once again 20 years later and he would be meeting the man of my dreams, seeing my daughters, and DJ-ing our fairytale wedding. Knowing Dave would be doing our sound and music production, made our wedding just that much more special. We met with him about a week prior before the wedding to go over songs and expectations and it truly felt like dinner with a friend, while picking out songs, Dave’s so organized and made it all go so smoothly from beginning to end and WE McElhaney’s couldn’t be more grateful 🙏 . My dream coming true!
Mobile Sound Productions was more than what I was hoping for with my wedding. My guests loved the photo booth and the DJ was playing the best music for what my guests were feeling so people were constantly dancing and having fun!! When things ran late with my caterer my DJ was able to think of a plan and make it even better than before! I went to a wedding a few weeks before my own and the DJ at that one had issues being able to read the room and would change music in middle of other songs, and would play songs that wouldn't even go with the song before so it sounded like he was just playing random songs. BUT Mobile Sound Production knew what songs to play and knew exactly how to get people to start dancing after dinner or after the special dances! BEST DJ EVER!!!!!

Great DJ and bonus for acting as a coordinator too
We believe that Dave made our wedding go from good to great! He was not only a good dj, but he was great at coordinating and emceeing the night. Our venue had an onsite coordinator, but if it wasn't for Dave knowing what he's doing, there for sure would have been hiccups in the ceremony and reception. Do not underestimate the value of not worrying about a vendor or plans being carried out! Dave also has a comprehensive music plan that he goes over with you and he is good at implementing your preferences to the wedding/reception. The value for his service is amazing. We definitely think we got a steal with Dave! Definitely give Dave a chance by having a chat with him to see if he's right for you. If after that chat you think he's good but aren't sure if you should go with him or another vendor, then I say go with Mobile Sound Productions!

Dave was kind, professional, and helpful. As every bride knows, planning a wedding is hard. Once you get to the big day, you need someone to help carry it along, from the ceremony through the reception. And he did it wonderfully, even coming to check on me before the ceremony to make sure I was feeling ok and that everything was good to go. If you are considering Dave, just book him. Dave was an amazing DJ. He was really professional and organized. He played just about every type of music at our wedding from Country, R&B, to Mexican music. He was very open to all of our requests. Dave Rogers is the consummate professional and was instrumental in making the evening one of the most memorable. Cannot get better than this! DJ Dave is the best!
Dave is just amazing! He’s so easy to work with and was super kind, flexible, and accommodating when we had to postpone our wedding! Another plus is that he sets up lighting, a photo booth , and super cute “LOVE” letters for display! And at the end of the event he gave us a photo book of all our guests who took photos at the booth with their well wishes written on them! We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ with such a great value! Thank you so much Dave for setting up the tone during the ceremony and living up the party during the reception! You truly made the day magical!

Dave is an exceptional DJ and stuck with us for nearly two years while we had to reschedule our reception multiple times due to COVID. 10/10 DJ Experience
We originally reached out to Dave with MSP in 2019 to DJ our wedding for 2020 but needless to say 2020 didn't go according to plan and we had to pivot to a later date in 2020 and eventually 2021. Every time we needed to move Dave was understanding and accommodating every step of the way. Come the big day Dave helped us work out an appropriate schedule for how we wanted our wedding to flow and worked with us throughout the day to keep things moving. The photo booth and accompanying photo album he gave us at the end was awesome and a small token that went a long way with us. Overall Dave was great and we'd recommend him to anyone.

If you want a DJ that is professional, caring, and an all around amazing person, you need to have Dave!!! He was great! From our first call until the end of the reception! I wouldn’t have wanted another DJ! I promise you won’t be disappointed!
He really saved us when we thought the venue was providing mics for the ceremony and we learned that wasn’t the case, he popped right in and had the mics ready to go!

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Dave! He was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He provided suggestions to make some decisions easier for us, while also giving us creative freedom with some non-English songs. His mix was perfect and kept people on the dance floor for hours. Don't settle for anything less than the best!
We hired Dave as our DJ for our wedding and it was the best decision. The whole process leading up the the wedding was seamless, he gives you a planner of reception/ ceremony and really helps you think of the little things you might overlook. Dave did a great job with the music, family / friends danced the night away. Not only did he do a great job with the music but Dave communicates with the venue staff and our photographers to make sure the night ran smoothly and on time. He kept me in the loop all night, and was flexible with us moving some things around when we had our fussy little one. We are very pleased with how much help Dave was and we will be recommending him to everyone we know. Dave also have a photo booth and giant marquee Love letters which we got as well. Both were a huge hit. Photo booth was so much fun, his family is so wonderful and easy going. At the end of the night they had a scrapbook of all the pictures from the night and family/ friends were able to sign in it. So glad we used them. Hire them! You can not be disappointed.

Our day absolutely exceeded our expectations! I never thought my dj would be the glue to the whole day. Never had to stress, he had everything we needed, even things we didn’t know we needed! Everyone at my wedding has said how entertaining Dave was and how great the music was. I never dance and that night I never left the dance floor! Just all around an amazing dj and entertainer! The photo booth was an absolute hit and I was given a photo book that all guests signed with their pictures and it was so special! Highly recommend to anyone and everyone!
