DJ Ladarius!

We had Ladarius DJ our wedding in May 2025, and he was great to work with! We are happy with the pre-wedding call and the way he communicated with us beforehand. He was also thoughtful about details like what to wear and what his booth looked like. He kept the energy going and made smooth transitions between each part of our wedding. All of our guests had a great time thanks to his energy!

We are so happy with MixPro at Rocky’s Lake Estate!

We had such a wonderful experience with MixPro Events and are so happy we chose them for our wedding at Rocky’s Lake Estate! From the very beginning, Fred was incredibly responsive, organized, and easy to work with, which made the entire planning process feel smooth and stress-free.

DJ Carlos was absolutely amazing too! We really appreciated that he took the time to get to know us beforehand. It made the entire night feel so personal and intentional!

Having a bilingual DJ was especially important to us since my husband’s family is from Ecuador and Carlos did an incredible job making everyone feel included throughout the night. They seamlessly incorporated both English and Spanish, included music everyone could enjoy, and made sure guests from both sides fell equal equally part of the celebration. The dance floor stayed full all night, and the energy was exactly what we hope for! Not to mention, they so easily incorporated all of our special requests!

The process from start to finish was easy, professional, and very reasonably priced for the quality service we received. They worked well with Rocky’s Lake Estate too! They even took photos and videos throughout the night and shared them with us afterwards, which is such a special surprise and so meaningful to look back on.

We are beyond grateful for everything they did and would absolutely recommend them to anybody!

Amazing DJ!

The experience with DJ LaDarius and Fred was a really positive one. From the initial discovery calls to throwing it down on our big day, it was a seamless and smooth process the whole way. Fred was very responsive in getting us set up with a DJ that fit our needs and vibe. Having a DJ info sheet to fill out really helped us nail the atmosphere we were going for and LaDarius was really flexible when we needed to make changes.

On the day of, LaDarius was very friendly and professional. He did a fantastic job of emceeing the night smoothly! We've had many guests tell us they had such a great time and that the DJ/music was really good. Highly, highly recommend DJ LaDarius!

Quality service from Mix Pro Events and DJ Fred

We hired MixPro Events for our wedding reception and DJ Fred was our DJ and he was great, flexible, and creative where I did not have to worry too much. I gave him general guidelines and schedule and genres of music to work with and he took care of the rest. We had some videos we wanted to share and a Fred was able to take care of the sound system with no issues and had our wedding flowing smoothly with great vibes. Fred is able to adapt and make adjustments on the fly depending on the situation, and he does everything he can to make things work that you request. It was an amazing wedding and Fred was a big part of that.

Atlanta Wedding DJ - Highly Recommend!

After not being impressed by the many DJs we had researched and talked with for our wedding, we discovered Fred and MixPro through a friend-of-a-friend who personally knew Fred. As we felt music to be such an important part of the wedding reception - and something we know so little about - we wanted to make sure that our DJ created a great atmosphere that made people want to get up and dance. We enjoyed our initial consultation meeting and quickly decided to book Fred afterwards. We felt that the price was reasonable, and we had full confidence that he had the skill and experience to create that fun atmosphere we desired.

We filled out the info form that requested our music preferences, including must plays and, maybe more important for us, must-not plays a week before the wedding, and Fred did the rest! When the floor opened up, people quickly started dancing. We are not dance floor people at other people's weddings, so we were both a little worried that the reception would feel too long, but every time we stepped away from the dance floor, we would hear a song that made us itch to get back! We had so much fun dancing and singing alongside everyone who meant so much to us, and we were both so sad when the evening was over.

We received - and continue to, still - so many compliments about how great our reception was, and we know the music played a huge role. We would use MixPro again if the situation arose, and we would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone else!

Working with Fred and MixPro was truly a joy from start to finish. From our very first call, Fred made the entire planning process easy and stress-free. He gave us a simple info sheet to organize all the details and walked us through how every choice would shape the flow of the night.

We had a long list of specific songs and cues we wanted throughout our wedding day, and Fred handled every single one flawlessly. The whole setup was perfect—the lighting, the sound, the DJ booth, the announcements, even the Photo Booth. He kept the energy exactly where it needed to be at every moment. It felt like he genuinely cared about making our day perfect. Everything exceeded our expectations.

Our guests raved about the music, and even our caterers jumped into the photo booth! Fred and MixPro helped make our wedding unforgettable, and we truly can’t recommend them highly enough. Fred was incredibly responsive and always one step ahead of us. He is a true professional.

The best day ever!

We had Fred DJ our wedding last month and the experience with him was amazing from the first time we spoke. Every bit of the planning was a breeze and they were super responsive and helpful. My husband and I were looking for a DJ that wanted to bring our vision to life and he did just that!!! Not only did he let us have creative control, he even surprised us with CO2 cannons and extra lights for the after party! We were so appreciative and it took our wedding to another level. The Silent Disco was the best after party idea and I highly recommend adding it to your event!!! Our friends and family won’t stop talking about how it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to and we know Fred had so much to do with that. We cannot recommend him & MixPro enough!!!! Wedding of our dreams!

From start to finish, Fred and Tiffany were the dream team to work with. From our first call, I knew we’d book Fred. He was so professional and was great with communication from start to finish. He had a DJ sheet that he had us fill out prior to our wedding day that really laid out the particulars and really helped create the vibe we wanted. He and Tiffany were so patient and kind to our smallest guests too and they had the time of their lives. We had lots of little ones in attendance and I knew I needed something to help divert their attention and the photo booth was the perfect addition. Tiffany was the perfect host for the booth and she made it so easy for our guests to take adorable pictures, send them to themselves, and put them in our guest book as well. We also received our link of all of our photos so fast and it was fun to sit, eat our cake, and look at all the photos our guests had taken. Fred and Tiffany showed up early, were dressed so professionally, had beautiful set ups for the DJ area (we loved the lighting!) and the photo booth and we truthfully couldn’t have asked for a more amazing team. Fred requested photos/layout of our venue and as a type A personality, I appreciate his preparedness. I had a specific song in mind for my processional and it didn’t work out in the end (by no fault of Fred’s!) - I bring up this point only to mention that I appreciate Fred’s willingness to go above and beyond for me as the Bride. The specific arrangement I had chosen didn’t sound great slowed down and I opted for my plan B which turned out perfectly, so it was meant to be. I read through so many DJ reviews and every single one was spot on with Fred. I would highly recommend Fred and Tiffany to anyone! Thank you both for making our wedding day so much fun!

Best dj ever

DJ Kinetik - 11/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️

We had DJ Kinetik as our wedding DJ this past weekend, and we cannot say enough good things!! From the start, he totally understood what we were looking for. There were some specific songs that we wanted but for the most part, we trusted him and let him pick the songs. He was professional day of, was there early and ready to go. As an MC, we really appreciated him being able to announce the events both in English and Korean. During the dancing, he totally met what we asked for which was a few family friendly songs to start and have everyone dancing and then turn it up as the night went on!! The song choices were a great mix of current hits and old k-pop classics which was what we asked for. And his transitions were awesome. If people weren’t feeling a song, he just moved onto the next and kept the vibes up! Overall, 11/10! We got lots of compliments from guests about him specifically! Huge shout out to DJ Kinetik as well as Fred and the whole Mix Pro team!! ❤️❤️

10/10 highly recommend DJ Carlos!!!!

My wedding was Hispanic-American fusion, my family being Puerto Rican and Dominican! Carlos perfectly mixed the music having literally everyone on the dance floor at some point in the night, it felt like everyone got their time to dance, my family got their music and my husbands family got their music but overall Carlos really just read the room to see what we were all enjoying and just kept it going! He was super flexible with us, coming out to a venue that he normally doesn’t go to due to distance and just working a venue he’s never been to for the first time with ease! He translated everything at the wedding so both Spanish and English speakers could understand, we had last minute speeches and he was on top of it!! Timing was perfect, he was personable with our guests, it felt like he was just as much a guest at the wedding like everyone else and everyone really liked him!

100% recommend him and if not him then Fred Tian will find the right DJ for you! (:

Excellent DJ services at Wolf Mountain wedding!

We had our wedding at Wolf Mountain Vineyard in late September and absolutely LOVED working with the DJs at MixPro. DJ Fred helped get us set up with DJ services and DJ Aaron actually DJ'ed the music on our wedding day. Both were knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, and eager to get every detail right to ensure our wedding night was perfect (and thanks to their services it was!)

In terms of the venue, DJ Aaron was very knowledgeable on setup and effortlessly moved from the ceremony area to the reception area. We asked for several custom songs for the ceremony and he elegantly played all of them and transitioned through songs beautifully.

In terms of the reception, we told DJ Aaron that we'd love to have salsa/Spanish music integrated into our set list and he did a great job of integrating multiple music types, taking requests, and knowing when and how to switch songs for maximum fun.

Highly recommend MixPro! I wouldn't change a thing about the DJing on our special night!

My Daughter’s wedding!

We hired MixPro Events for my daughter's wedding, and Fred was our DJ," referred to by the Cowan Historic Mill, communication leading up the wedding and ceremony was spot on perfect. MixPro Events is very detailed oriented. MixPro has a very professional staff and helped to make her wedding seamless. The photo-booth is a great added touch for the guests and the bride and groom. DJ Zack at Rocky’s Lake Estate!

We had an amazing experience hiring MixPro Events for our wedding at Rocky’s Lake Estate. From the initial reach out and fast communication, to the wedding day. I cannot say enough great things. They are very familiar with Rocky’s Lake Estate so it made the set up that day go smoothly. Simply The Best!

DJ Fred with MixPro helped to make our wedding at Rocky’s Lake Estate the best night ever! Communication leading up to the big day was great - Fred was super patient and helpful answering my millions of questions, and did a lot to keep us on schedule day-of in a very kind and encouraging way (this was a huge life-saver for countless reasons). The quality of service was phenomenal - the speaker sound and music choice was exactly what we were hoping for, and DJ Fred really brought the energy. We chose to have the cold-sparks send off and those photos are some of my favorites from the whole day, and the CO2 cannon was so cool, our guests are still talking about it months later. 1000/10 recommend DJ Fred and MixPro for your wedding!!!

Absolutely incredible experience with MixPro Events!

From start to finish, working with Fred was a dream. As the bride, I had a very specific vibe in mind for our ceremony music, and Fred not only honored the custom playlist I curated—he enhanced it in a way that made the atmosphere feel magical and completely “us.” Everything flowed beautifully and set the perfect tone for the day.

Then came the reception… and WOW. The DJ set had everyone on the dance floor — from the tiniest guests to the oldest! One of the absolute highlights was seeing both of our moms dancing to Pitbull—hands down an unforgettable moment that had the whole crowd hyped!

We also rented a photo booth through MixPro, and it was a total hit! Our guests (of all ages) had the best time with it, and the full photo gallery we received afterward was such a fun surprise and one of my favorite keepsakes from the day.

Mixpro events is amazing

DJ Fred from MixPro Events was amazing! He was super responsive and any questions we had he could answer. A true professional and master of his craft. Phenomenal Services! Unforgettable night!

I hired Aaron for my niece’s wedding and I simply cannot rave about him enough! From the very first meeting to the very last song of the night, he was professional, electric and completely in tune with our vision. He read the crowd perfectly, expertly orchestrating the entire evening from ceremony to send off and kept the dance floor packed all night! He is so patient, communicative and organized. I was made of questions and had a laundry list of things I wanted to accomplish in a limited amount of time. Aaron delivered! He ticked every box and made it feel so organic and smooth. I felt like he was genuinely as invested in and excited about making this as special and perfect a night as I was, and it literally could not have gone better. Couldn't have asked for a better DJ!

I cannot say enough about Fred & his crew! They were fantastic!!!!! All of my guests said it was the best music they've heard in a long time!! He also has ALOT of available add ons as well (fog, photobooth, uplighting, silent disco, karaoke) - and at a VERY reasonable price! Here is my personal experience:

1) A questionnaire was sent regarding the wedding, and it was easy to fill out. I had been keeping a list of the songs I wanted to play during the wedding, so I transferred that information over. We had a small chat over the phone that was also very easy. During the event, his song transitions were smooth, and the lengths were perfect. The overall sound quality was also perfect - no hiccups during the ceremony and it sounded great! Also, maybe I was lucky, but the timing of when songs were played were perfect. I also had a blast during the reception myself. Fred also does a great job with announcements!

2) The photobooth was an absolute hit. Not many DJs also come with a photobooth so I was able to save money in that aspect. There were a ton of backdrops to choose from. On day of, there was a photobooth assistant who was very nice, and also the photobooth area came with music!! Their props were also a hit with the guests. Can't say enough! I'm looking at the digital photos right now, and the props were absolutely hilarious. They were also able to put my monogram design on the print outs. There was a time where the photobooth assistance intentionally had the groom and me take a photo at the photobooth so we can also capture some fun memories. I also received all the photos in a digital format after the wedding. We loved how the photos turned out, so we are very thankful for that! I wished my venue allowed for fog since they also have that, but I thought they had a great variety of event enhancer options.

3) Fred also has a nice booth stand where it's digital, and I was able to upload my own monogram design! It looked very classy!! Loved his overall setup.

Overall, they were great and very professional. I would pick Fred and his team again!! Thank you for your hardwork!!

Amazing DJ experience

Followed all our requests! Nothing corny or too in your face and Kelvin kept the volume up and the music kept changing as soon as the vibe started to settle after each songs drop! It really was everything we hoped for I have no complaints at all! Really appreciated how he was actually able to read the room and it really felt like we were back at a frat party with all our college friends in 2016!!!

Amazing DJ

We hired Fred based on our wedding planner’s recommendation and we couldn’t be happier. Fred was the life of the party! With a diverse crowd of Vietnamese, Chinese, and American guests, he curated the perfect playlist that got everyone on the dance floor. His energy was infectious, and he made sure everyone had a great time. The photo booth he provided was also a big hit and had a lot of props to use. If you want a DJ who knows how to bring the fun, Fred is your guy.

The DJs at MixPro Events are amazing. DJ Zach was at a wedding I attended in January 2024, and I knew we wanted to use the same company for our wedding in October 2024. The best DJ ever!!!

We hired Fred with MixPro Events based on a referral from our wedding photographers, Joy and Everette. We are based in GA but had a destination wedding in Florida. It was imperative that we had a dj who could handle a formal wedding but also keep the dance floor packed the entire night seamlessly, and Fred did just that! Our guests raved and raved about his professional set up and performance during the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. But the most important aspect of it all was Fred’s gracious assurance during our my father and I’s first dance. My fiancé had prepared a memorial video for us to dance to on a projector and we were having complications with my fiancés laptop last minute. Without hesitation Fred hooked up his computers and had the video working in minutes. There was not a dry eye in the entire reception, all thanks to him. We will forever be grateful and reccomend him to everyone.

Fantastic, versatile DJ!

DJ Aaron was fantastic! Our wedding was all outdoors, and the sound quality was great in each setting (cocktail hour, ceremony, and reception). We loved his DJ choice mixes, and he truly kept a crowd on the dancefloor from beginning to end. For the reception we requested 80s dance, disco, and Atlanta hip-hop. Yes, You Should Hire MixPro

We hired MixPro Events for our wedding, and Fred, the owner, was our DJ. We might have been a little high maintenance - my dad, who started DJ-ing local events when he was in high school - cares deeply about sound quality and guest experience. Fred is the best all-around. He helped us make decisions that made sense for our venue (Rocky's Lake Estate) and to give both us and our guests the best experience possible. He kept everyone dancing, and we were all so impressed with how good of a DJ he was. Best Decision Ever !

We hired MixPro Events for my daughter's wedding and DJ Zack was our DJ. Alexia saw DJ Zack at another wedding and wanted him to DJ her own after seeing his performance. I knew how important it would be to find a professional and skilled DJ to help her big day run smoothly. Since I, as her parent, was going to be paying for the DJ, I had many questions and after speaking on the phone with them, they answered my many questions, and reassured me of their qualifications.
From the communication leading up to the wedding, to the customization of music, the DJ info sheet, the setting up way before the ceremony, the quality of the equipment, and then the transition from ceremony to the bridal party introductions and then into the dance party, we were very pleased with our selection of DJ. Zack. Also when the bride and groom decided to end the evening a little earlier than planned, DJ Zack kindly continued to play some requested Latin music while the crew was cleaning up and a few others were still wanting to dance!
I got the best piece of advice months before the wedding, that the DJ for a wedding is what makes the difference, so to be sure to find the best one. She was right, a DJ really is a huge part of a wedding running smoothly and getting the celebrations started. We are so glad we chose MixPro Events and DJ Zack! Thank you again, for a fantastic job!

Awesome DJ and Photobooth!

We hired MixPro Events for our wedding and Fred, the owner, was our DJ. From the very beginning, I was impressed with Fred’s quick responsiveness and detailed information for his services. He sent us an info sheet to collect information for the event and asked us to share our music preferences, likes, dislikes, etc. He provided the perfect mix of following our direction from the form while using his music expertise to sprinkle in additional music and mixes based on what we told him we liked. The dance floor was packed the entire night and us and our guests had an absolute blast. In addition to the wonderful DJ services he provides, we also added on the Photo Booth and this was 100% money well spent. Our guests took photos all night long and it was such a hit with everyone. I also want to add that the picture clarity and photobooth equipment were of great quality. Hiring a good DJ was one of our biggest decisions since this is such a make or break for the party atmosphere and Fred absolutely blew us away. We cannot recommend Fred and Mix Pro enough. We will cherish these fun memories forever!

Amazing - so kind & helped our culturally diverse wedding rock!

We hired MixPro Events for our wedding, and Fred, the owner, was our DJ. I have nothing but great things to say! First off, he is so responsive and everything from the ceremony to the music went perfectly. We had a unique wedding blending religions and cultures and Fred helped us make sure we celebrated both sides and got everyone involved from the Jewish Hora to his knowledge of Afrobeats. He was very nice when folks came up with requests as well. I also got the photobooth through him which was so fun and a huge hit. He had all these props and the lighting was great. His wife actually ran the photobooth and she was so kind and professional and laughing along with our crazy guests haha! We asked for a club, dj fred delivered!

We hired Mixpro Events for our wedding and Fred, the owner, was our DJ! Everything leading up to the wedding, the day of and execution was fabulous.

We've been to MANY weddings that Fred has DJ-ed in the past and they were all such a blast we knew we wanted him as our DJ for our wedding.

Fred had an info sheet where we inputted all of our requests and included every detail i.e. what do we want to be announced as, who is walking together, music we didnt want, etc. We wanted our reception to feel like a hip hop club and Fred definitely delivered with the lights, music customization, everything!

We also rented a greenery wall & self photo booth from MixPro. Fred & his team set up the wall & installed the neon sign we had purchased & the photos turned out great! It was awesome to have it during cocktail hour and throughout the wedding.

Not only was he ON TIME but the setup / breakdown was done early - something I definitely appreciated on wedding day knowing I didn't have to worry about Fred & his team!

Cannot recommend Mixpro events enough!

We hired Mixpro Events for our wedding reception and DJ Zack was our DJ. We attended a wedding in Acworth, GA about a year ago where DJ Zack was DJing and emceeing, and we knew immediately that we wanted to hire him for our wedding this past month (01/24). The quality of the mixing was what hooked me. Since our wedding, all our friends can talk about is how good the dance party was! The communication leading up to wedding day was superb - they had us fill out an info sheet ahead of time that left no questions unanswered (for us or them). They arrived early to our reception to set up lighting around the whole venue, and were extremely professional and easy to work with. We also had some very out of the ordinary requests that they accommodated with ease. The pricing was extremley reasonable, especially considering that they traveled about 2 hours to our venue. And again, I can't say enough good things about the music. We had the time of our lives. Would 10/10 recommend this team.

Fantastic All Around

For those looking to hire a wedding DJ - look no further! I highly recommend MixPro Events. When looking for a DJ, it was important to me (1) support a minority/Asian-owned business and (2) hire someone more or less my own age (~30yo), since I figure there may be some overlap in music taste/preference, although that is not entirely necessary for a professional DJ. While these preferences helped narrow down my DJ search, again, I highly recommend MixPro Events to ANYONE and EVERYONE.

We booked him around a year in advance and the whole process was easy every step of the way, which as many know in the chaos of wedding planning, is a godsend. He also had experience at our venue, which was definitely a big plus. After signing the contract, he sent over a DJ Info Sheet that we filled out with all of the necessary information, editing it up until about a week before our wedding. We really did not need to communicate with him until the weeks before our wedding when we connected him with our wedding coordinator so he would have a good idea of the timeline, as well as booked a photobooth (which was run by his wife!). Again, the prompt communication, the easy booking, and the very thorough info sheet essentially made it so that we didn't have to think much at all about the DJ before our wedding.

The day of, he even exceeded expectations! He arrived on-time and had everything set up promptly, both between the music and the photobooth. I was able to meet and chat with him before the wedding started, and he is a very nice, thoughtful individual. The ceremony and reception went smoothly, and the songs he played and remixed were above-and-beyond. We had people dancing throughout the night, which is something I personally have rarely seen at weddings! Again, highly, highly recommend.

MixPro is THE best of the best

MixPro Events and Entertainment were one of the highlights of our wedding and our friends and family raved about the music. We were given full care and attention throughout the process of working with them and knew we could trust MixPro Events with the vibe of the party. There are a lot of stressful factors in planning a wedding but the music was not one of them since we knew they had our back!

I even requested to have snip bits of nostalgic songs played throughout the night! We decided to include a saxophone player and a drummer to the mix which was a perfect combo of a DJ+live music - it was a huge hit! Plus, MixPro Events and Entertainment has the option to bring in a photo booth and custom-made sign for us vs. using another vendor for all of that - another convenient factor!

Overall, it was the best day of our lives with the help of MixPro Entertainment. My husband and I (+all of our friends and family) highly recommend working with them!

Saved My Wedding!

MixPro and DJ Bobby literally saved my wedding! The DJ that we hired flaked out 2 weeks before our wedding, I was obviously freaking out but our planner suggested we reach out to MixPro. They were easy to work with, constantly communication, and so prepared with the DJ information sheet. We ended up adding the Photo Booth to our package and it was a huge hit and now we have hilarious forever photos of our guests. DJ Bobby was amazing and played all the songs we requested plus ones that fit our vibe that we just forgot. They are 10/10.

Couldn’t have asked for a better DJ!

We used MixPro Events for our wedding and Fred, the owner, was our DJ. We could not have been happier with his communication, professionalism and most importantly, his talent in the DJ booth. We had a full dance floor the whole evening, and our guests are still raving about how great the music was. Fred worked with us extensively before our wedding to ensure that he fully understand our style/requests/needs/etc., and executed on it all flawlessly (including working with a live musician friend of ours who we wanted included for portions of the evening).

Fred also handled the lighting for our venue, which helped us to transition the space from an elegant dinner hour to a dance party!

Wedding with DJ Fred

DJ Fred absolutely stole the show at our wedding!! His playlist was PERFECTLY curated for us; thoughtfully considering our recommended and ‘must haves’, while putting his spin on it. For example, my husband loves Drake— I remember looking at a phone and seeing we only had 15 minutes left in the reception and I think DJ Fred was able to remix 20 Drake songs into that short 15 minute window. We LOVED the energy he brought to the dance floor — it truly felt like club and I cannot express enough how fun it was. We could not have been more impressed with DJ Fred’s communications throughout the planning process, his professionalism and flexibility the day of, and the overall experience. So much of the seamless execution of the wedding day can be attributed to him and we are so grateful! 12/10 recommend.

We got married in early August 2023. We were introduced to MixPro Events via our wedding venue. Our communication with Fred (owner of the company) began months before the wedding and he made us feel so at ease about the event. AMAZING!!! Kept my dance floor full the ENTIRE time

I can’t recommend MixPro enough!!!! DJ nick absolutely nailed the song choices exactly how I envisioned. The dance floor was a freakin party the entire time. I know I may be biased because I am the bride but trust me this was the funnest dance floor I’ve ever been on, it felt like a movie. I upgraded the dance floor lights and it seriously was the vibe, it had everyone out dancing. I also had the hedge wall for my LED song and it was perfect because I didn’t have to hire an entire different vendor or set it up/break it down myself. It was definitely worth every penny. We also had cold sparks for our grand exit and it elevated the whole experience! Definitely one of my favorite additions. Fred was so quick to respond and super professional even when I would take forever to respond because of my frazzled wedding brain. Overall the experience we had with MixPro and DJ nick was probably one of the best vendor experiences we had for the whole wedding and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a party on the dance floor! DJ Fred had our Wedding dancing all night!!

We hired Mixpro Events for my daughter's wedding on the recommendation of our Wedding Planner. Mr. Fred was our awesome DJ for the evening, and we could not have asked for anyone better. When I was connected by email with Fred, he was actually on a trip but still took the time to respond immediately to all my questions. Leading up to the wedding, Fred provided us with a DJ information sheet to help us organize our evening and took the time to help walk us through every aspect of putting our music timeline together. On the night of our wedding, we wanted to have special lighting and music to create a specific dancing environment, Fred listened to our requests and implemented everything to perfection. He did a great job working with my wedding planner throughout the evening to keep the evening flowing and on time. I have been to many weddings where the DJ took the microphone and made the evening about "him", DJ Fred never did that! We hired Mixpro Events with Fred as our DJ and to say he was awesome, was an understatement!
From start to finish they were extremely professional, fun, and organized. The process started with filling out a detailed music questionnaire which we felt really helped us show the music that we did and did not want to have played at our wedding. Then as we got closer, Fred did an excellent job of communicating with us to see if there was any changes to the music as well the introductions/announcements.
When it came down to the actual wedding day, there was nothing we could think of being better. Fred’s music selection and DJ skills were perfect. He was very good at taking recommendations from guests but also sticking to what we would like and avoiding the music we didn’t want to have. It’s hard to count the amount of people who came up to us and said that the DJ was unbelievable.
Fred had one last surprise for my wife and I, he surprised us with a CO2 cannon which was an absolute hit! I had never seen one before at a wedding, but people went absolutely nuts when it came out.
It’s hard to encapsulate everything that we did with Mixpro. We also included the photo wall and lights package with ours. The Photo Booth was another big hit and was super simple for people to transfer the photos to their phones. The lights that we added were also very sweet!

Overall, I don’t think the experience could have been better! We’d highly recommend getting the Photo Booth, CO2 cannon, and the light package, people really appreciated it and told us that constantly throughout the wedding.

Great experience with MixPro Events and DJ Fred

We hired MixPro Events, and Fred served as our DJ and emcee for our March 2023 wedding at Foxhall Resort. Fred is not only an amazing DJ, but an emcee extraordinaire. working with MixPro Events was a DREAM

My husband and I got married last October and we hired MixPro Events for our wedding. Fred was our DJ and he was the. bomb. The entire night was seamless from start to finish. We were so impressed by MixPro throughout the entire process. We had a great experience with Fred/MixPro and DJ Zach for our wedding at 255 Milledge in Athens!! He responded quickly to our inquiry, and after chatting with him through email I knew I had the right guy! Fred sent over a helpful questionnaire that helped guide our music choices for our ceremony, cocktail, dinner and reception. The music was very important to me and my wife overall so I have to say DJ Zach nailed it! From the minute the dance floor opened it was full of people. Best if the best!!!

Our experience with MixPro Events was incredible! We used them for our wedding & they made everything so easy and seamless for us! The DJ planning sheet helped us know each part of the day that we needed to choose music for, which made it possible for us to completely customize our music from start to finish. DJ Bobby was FUN, professional, and kept us and our guests on the dance floor all night!!! We have nothing but rave reviews & would 100% recommend!

The BEST DJ you could hire!

Our experience with MixPro ATL was nothing short of amazing! Fred was super communicative from the start and made our night perfect. Lighting was amazing, the cold sparks and fobbles were a HUGE hit and most importantly the dance floor was always full. 10/10!

Worth every penny!

Fred did our cold sparklers for our wedding last October. It was a huge hit and was the perfect way to end our wedding! He was punctual, rofessional, affordable... absolutely a 10/10! MixPro was a highlight of our wedding

MixPro events was absolutely perfect and we are so glad we went with them. Fred and his team were very easy to work with and made everything stress free. We had quite a few specific requests that they were able to cater to. The planning sheet made things easy but even where it was hard for us to describe what we wanted, they took it and did better than we could have asked for. We had 200 people with a good mix of age groups and our dance floor was full the entire time. Communication and set up was seamless which was super valuable in a time where everything is stressful when planning. The equipment, lighting, etc all was very high quality, but above all was the quality of the DJ and sense for how to keep the party going. I think the talent to mix and flow from one song to another really sets MixPro apart from other DJs that are mostly just creating a playlist.
We are looking for an excuse to throw another party with MixPro and could not recommend them highly enough.

AMAZING! Worth every penny!

MixPro ATL was able to get me booked with DJ Bobby and I have no words! It surpassed what I could have imagined! He was amazing! Professional, friendly, so fun and easygoing! Every possible song I wanted and then some! All my guests kept asking where I found him hahaha dance floor wasn’t empty once! Thank you so very much! Best dj ever!

My husband and I used Fred with MixPro Events for our wedding and we can't say enough good things about him! I work in the wedding industry so having a great DJ was so important to me! From the very beginning Fred was so responsive and personable. He answered my millions of questions I had for him and was always on top of everything when it came to communication. He did an initial phone call with me and after booking he would always get back to me the same day. We added on the cold sparks to our package which I highly recommend for an amazing wedding exit that looks even better than sparklers! I sent Fred a playlist of songs we loved and he did such a great job playing so many of them and mixing the dance music. I love how personalized our experience was with him and you can really tell he is a pro and loves what he does! My guests kept telling us how awesome our DJ was and we had all the guests on the dance floor the whole night! Fred really brought the party vibe I wanted and his additional lighting for the dance floor and / equipment was great! He also made everything so smooth and easy when it came to our intro, first dance songs, and speeches. I didn't have to worry about anything because I knew Fred had it taken care of. If you are looking for an amazing DJ who will bring the party to your wedding but also knows how to read your audience you need to book Fred with MixPro Events! We had the best night and a huge part of that is because of him and his professionalism and DJ skills.

Perfect DJ

Fred was the DJ for our wedding on Oct 8th and we could no have been happier! Mix Pro has a thorough questionnaire to fill out to ensure they have all the key songs and details needed for the event, and was extremely easy to communicate with from the time we first contacted until the day of the event. Fred was timely, nailed all our special requests, and kept the energy high and the dance floor going for the entire night. We also added on a Photo Booth through Mix Pro which was a huge hit with our guests and was so nice to book this through an existing vendor we were using versus having another vendor to seek out. Would highly recommend!!!

Awesome DJ, photobooth, and overall experience!!!

Fred did an amazing job with our very large wedding! He did a great job working the crowd and getting people moving and dancing for over 2 hours, even before the sun went down! Our guests are still raving about what an amazing time they had! He also provided awesome photobooth services as well and worked with our venue coordinator on prime locations for the best foot traffic! He is a must have if you’re looking to host an awesome party!

Fred was Awesome!!

We had a great experience with Fred/MixPro for our wedding at Rocky's Lake Estates!! He responded quickly to my inquiry, which I loved. We spoke, I got a good vibe from him and his Instagram page sealed the deal. Fred sent over a helpful questionnaire , that helped guide our music choices for our ceremony, cocktail, dinner and reception. A week before the wedding we chatted again and I sent him the filled our questionnaire and a playlist we came up, so he could get a feel of our music tastes.
The music was spot on and played fluidly for our whole wedding. He has amazing equipment- we also did the Co2 canon and had the impressive cold sparkler showers(I can't wait to get the pictures back with those in the background). From the minute the dance floor opened it was full of people. Fred got the pulse of my guests and we had a blast!!

Highly recommend!!

I highly recommend MixPro Events!!! Fred and Ladarius were very friendly, professional and easy to work with. Their information sheet made it easy to communicate exactly what I wanted on my wedding day and Fred followed up with a phone call to make sure everything would be perfect. Ladarius was the DJ on my wedding day and he showed up early, had everything looking professional and formal for a black tie event, and played exactly the kind of music I had asked for. I wanted to make sure there was a good mix of music that all ages of guests would enjoy and he did exactly that. He did an amazing job keeping everyone on the dance floor all night long. I also asked for no vulgar/inappropriate music and when a guest requested a song he said he needed verbal confirmation from me before playing it which I really appreciated. You won’t regret using MixPro for your wedding!!

Thoughtful, experienced pros

Our experience with Mixpro was fantastic. They came highly recommended from our wedding planner, and I felt really good about them once I got on the phone with Fred, the head of the company. He had a good understanding of what we were going for and was a good listener. He personally was already booked for a wedding but he set us up with one of his guys, Nick. We were frankly a bit nervous about that at first, but I got on the phone with Nick and found him to be a very thoughtful man and a good listener as well. He was receptive to the very specific things I wanted for the ceremony, and he understood what I wanted from the reception immediately. At the end of that conversation he asked me a question that struck me as very wise- He asked us how old we were. Knowing that would give him big clues about the music we grew up with and what our "nostalgia triggers" might be. I felt then that we were in good shape.

The reception itself was spectacular, Nick is a great reader of the room and kept the dance floor bumping. We've gotten compliments about it even months later.

One last thing that really impressed me- When I showed up to the venue early to set up my guitar for the ceremony, I was kind of in a panic. I called Nick and he told me that he was in the middle of setting up the reception area and planned to wrap that up before working on the ceremony. I struggled to find the words to express that I needed him to switch gears and help me. But he could hear it, and after the briefest moment of me struggling to get my words out, he calmly offered to come down and help me out. That emotional intelligence and calm was what I really needed in that moment, and I really appreciated it in hindsight.

If you choose to go with Mixpro, I think you'll be in experienced, thoughtful hands. Fred came highly recommended to us, and if the other DJs on his staff are anything like Nick then you're set.

10/10 wedding DJ

MixPro Events was fantastic!!! The DJ, Zack, played EXACTLY what we wanted the entire wedding. I didn’t want overplayed pop music as the groom and I are big country music fans and the DJ played some of my favorite songs without me even giving him a specific list. The guests had an absolute blast and people are still talking about it. They were organized, responsive from the very beginning, and the service was overall 10/10. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Amazing wedding DJ!

My husband and I are so happy we went with MixPro for our wedding entertainment and so thankful we had Fred as our DJ. We had an incredible time and he was the best DJ we could have hoped for! Fred was extremely easy to work with and friendly throughout the planning process. He provided a lot of tips and suggestions based off his experience at our selected venue to ensure our day went as smoothly as possible.

We wanted a DJ who would play the music we wanted to hear but be able to mix, gauge the crowd to time the music, and emcee just enough to ensure the party ran smoothly. And with Fred, we got more than we bargained for. The dance floor stayed hopping throughout the night. He absolutely crushed it! Numerous guests during and after the wedding (and even weeks later) remarked on how awesome the DJ was.

I highly recommend Fred/ MixPro for any wedding or any event. I would hire him again without a second thought!

Can't recommend enough

I can't say enough about how amazing Fred was DJing our wedding. He worked with us to customize our ceremony, including helping me decide on key songs, accomodating last-minute requests, setting up a live duet for our first song, and generally ensuring everything was perfect. The sound quality for all our important moments was spot-on and seamless.

We also asked him to put together a diverse set of music (salsa, cumbia, hip hop, oldies, electronic music) for our family and friends who flew in from different parts of the country. The music and the incredible lighting had everyone - grandparents, kids, parents - out of their seats all night. It's been almost a month since our wedding and our guests can't stop talking about the music and how much fun they had. I can't recommend enough hiring Fred and MixPro Events for your wedding - it's 1000% worth it.

Fred is the best of the best!! Quick response time, very easy going and professional!! He likes to blend with the crowd by wearing attire that matches the event which I really like! Amazing team to work with!

We used MixPro for our November wedding. Fred was great to work with! We collaborated on the playlist and he even made suggestions on some uplights to add to the dining room. I was worried that it would be too dark. It looked fantastic.

LaDarius was our DJ and he was SO great! People are still talking about what great music we had at our wedding. He was able to merge Disco, Motown, 00's hip hop, and house music seamlessly. There was something for everyone! Not to mention that his great energy had everyone on the dance floor for the entire reception. I cannot say enough great things about Fred and LaDarius. I would recommend them to anyone and already have!

Awesome DJ

DJ Ladarius is amazing! He is so sweet and kind. Not only that but he is very professional, knows what he's doing, played all the right songs at all the right time. DJs are a very big part of a wedding (at least for mine) and they need to really pay attention to when to play what and etc. and he did it so flawlessly. He also played some Korean music (as I am Korean-American), loved that he was able to do that for me. I couldn't be happier with DJ Ladarius. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a DJ.
Also, a quick shoutout to DJ Fred - he replied super fast to my questions but also was super helpful.

Emory nursing graduation party

We hired MixPro Events for this year’s Emory Nursing School Graduation Party after receiving high praises from a bride who hired them to DJ her wedding. They were reliable, patient, and flexible with our expectations and delivered high-quality services. We used their mirror Photo Booth which added a modern touch to our graduation celebration. The uplighting gave added a complimentary glow to the Biltmore ballroom. The music choices blended nicely throughout the night and they definitely kept our guests engaged throughout the night. They were able to efficiently load in and out without any issues and came prepared. Even though this was not for a wedding, I would definitely hire them due to their high-quality customer service, attentiveness, and reliability throughout this entire process. It made our graduation party a night to remember

We had a great experience working with MixPro. Fred was a solid communicator, very responsive and timely with his messages. He listened to all of our ideas, provided some suggestions, and was ready to do whatever he could to make our reception amazing. My wife and I got married last year so Fred brought a TV to display our wedding video for our reception guests—it was a big hit! And he provided an amazing up-lighting setup that truly brought our reception space to life. Can’t recommend MixPro enough!

Fred absolutely killed it!

During our wedding Fred asked us where we found him, and my wife and I looked at each other as if we both wanted to take the credit; (my wife found him we think as a referral from Westside Warehouse). We sent Fred a playlist for the dinner/cocktail hour and the post dinner dance floor. Not only did Fred order the songs perfectly, he added in songs that perfectly fit the vibe and the audience. Several times, he would play a track and cheers would erupt at our wedding! One specific time, he spun a family friendly version of Atliens at our Atlanta wedding and the place went NUTS!

My best man who was a traveling DJ back in the day could not stop talking about how Fred was the best wedding DJ he’s ever seen. My wife and I could not agree more. He absolutely crushed it and so many people told us our wedding was such a blast. The dance floor went hard till our send off. This review is just a small token of appreciation for Fred being such a important part of the wedding celebration we were hoping for.

Best dance floor ever!

Fred/MixPro blew my expectations completely out of the water!! He took our style and ran with it and WOW - it was truly the most fun wedding I could have imagined! The dance floor started right after dinner and was FULL all night. We had to move tables to make room for everyone on the dance floor! All of my friends kept commenting on how great the music was (and the fun party lighting!!). Fred also does more than just the music - the uplighting he provided for the reception hall was amazing and really added to the ambience of everything. Not to mention the music/mics for the ceremony were also perfect (which is difficult to do for an outdoor ceremony in windy conditions)! I truly cannot recommend Fred enough. If you want an experienced, professional and extremely fun DJ for your wedding, you need Fred!!

Very Impressed

Fred with MixPro was amazing!! My dad is a DJ but because I was getting married we wanted someone else to handle the music and Fred was willing to listen to all of my music requests and take playlists that I created for my wedding. He executed seamlessly and the sound system was perfect. He announced everyone and everything very clearly and professionally and he kept my guests on the dance floor pretty much the entire evening once dinner ended. 10/10!!

Wow! Brought the energy!!

Nick did an awesome job keeping the energy high at our wedding as it seemed 90% of the wedding was on the dance floor for at least 3 hours! My husband doesn't dance at all and even he was loving it. They were great doing things on the fly like giving a birthday shout out to a groomsman, too.

The uplighting really took the vibe of the ceremony and reception to a whole different level and is something I recommend.

Not to mention the DJ's helper that stood beside him and danced nonstop really helped keep the energy going!

Cannot recommend enough!

MixPro ATL was amazing!! Me & my husband have had the pleasure of knowing Fred (the owner) for many many years. We knew right away we needed to go with his company for our wedding! Little did we know just how awesome they would end up being.
Zack, who was our DJ day of wedding and he was the best. He was such a nice guy and so professional but fun and great at his job. HIRE THEM NOW!! DJ K1netik played the BEST music set I've ever heard, and I'm so happy it was at my wedding! Everyone was dancing, including my 82 year-old grandma! DJ K1netik perfectly captured the vibe we wanted to create and we couldn't be more thrilled with him. Our guests cannot stop talking about how good the DJ/music was.

And for the owner, Fred - he was so wonderful with communication. I had a lot of questions to ask, but he always responded kindly and promptly which I very much appreciated.

We provided the wedding of our daughter’s dream

As parents of the bride, Mixpro and it’s team, allowed us to provide our daughter and her groom a party of a lifetime. The planning was well organized and professional (yet simple) from start to finish. Fred provided the entire equipment package for the wedding; from hi-tech microphones, the best quality speakers, special lighting and cold sparks for an over the top exit. Fred was a wonderful host to our guests. He kept the party moving at just the right pace. The music for the ceremony and for the reception was beautifully mixed, his timing perfect Thank you MixPro for making our daughter and her groom so happy. I’m looking for a party to crash….

Great DJ for any event!

Mixpro & our DJ Ladarius were amazing & kept the party going!! He was extremely organized, great with keeping the wedding flowing, & making all the announcements. Mixpro was easy to work with & made our wedding so fun. Not mention they have a sleek setup, lighting & lots of fun additions. Ask them about their “Fobbles” trust me you won’t regret it!

MixPro is a 11/10 Stars

My now husband and I were super picky about choosing the DJ for our wedding at Rocky's Lake Estate in Woodstock. We've been to so many weddings where a bad DJ almost ruined the night. Fred understood our concerns and sat down with us for almost THREE hours discussing everything there is to know about weddings, the wedding business, the ins and outs of different vendors and gave us recommendations for everyone and everything. We took his advice on basically everything and our wedding was a dream. He listened to all of our requests for what we were looking for music wise, and nailed it. His knowledge for the business, venue, lighting, sound, etc was invaluable and he did a fantastic job as our DJ. I felt like he truly understood who we are and what we wanted and really nailed it. So many people raved about the music and everyone had such a good time out on the dance floor. I cannot recommend him enough. If you're getting married at Rocky's Lake Estate, don't choose anyone other than MixPro Events!!

We Danced All Night! Great music, even better DJ!

I cannot emphasize enough how special MixPro Events and Fred Tian made our evening celebrating our wedding at the Atlanta History Center. Throughout the whole process (which was delayed for an entire year due to the Covid-19 Pandemic!) Fred stayed flexible with my changing plans and communicated frequently with us. He and the MixPro team transformed the ballroom with amazing uplighting and party lighting for the dance floor. I loved the custom DJ booth, speakers and lights that he brought to the venue - it really made the stage pop. And.... I have not even mentioned the music yet! It was fantastic and WE DANCED ALL NIGHT! Fred had a great combination of new and classic hits. I trusted him completely with the set list. My husband and I received so many compliments on the song choices and mixes from our guests that night. Thank you to Fred and the team for making our night so much fun! We really appreciate you.

Wonderful experience!

We used MixPro for our wedding this past May and were 100% satisfied. Starting from the beginning.. Fred helped us out so much by walking us through the package we were getting, quickly responding to our emails, and having all the answers to all our questions. The planning process was made so easy and we were able to customize our music with the google sheet they shared with us which made us so happy because good music was super important to us on our special day! We had Joey as our DJ for our wedding which included the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception and he did such a good job playing awesome music, meeting all our requests and making the dance floor such a fun time! We had so many guests coming up and telling us how great the DJ was all night. We highly recommend MixPro and would use them again in a heartbeat!

Super easy to work with and keeps the party going!

This was my family's second wedding with MixPro Events, specifically DJ Fred and there is definitely a reason that we simply rehired him from the first. From the time we first booked him to even after the event was over, his communication was super friendly and flexible. He sent us an info sheet to fill out with everything he needed to know for the wedding so that he could make sure that we got exactly what we wanted. Everything from ceremony processional songs, to cake cutting, to last dance, to just the type of music you like. He even checked in to make sure that he had the right version of some of the more obscure songs that we chose so that we got exactly what we wanted.

As the wedding got closer, we were trying to figure out exactly what to do for sound and video of the ceremony (we didn't have a videographer). DJ Fred sat on the phone with me for probably 30 min and discussed all of the options for sound, his recommendations for the best place to shoot video at my particular venue, and even offered to use his personal phone to provide a backup video during the ceremony in case something happened with our planned video. I mean, you can't ask for much more than that!!

Day of the wedding was perfect. He did music for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. He also was our MC at our reception. Each part of the day was exactly what we wanted. He made the reception so upbeat and people danced literally all night long. There was never a moment when the dance floor wasn't packed with people. He definitely played all the songs that we asked him to and then we let him take over and play whatever kept people moving and happy. We had several guests say that he was the best DJ that they had seen at a wedding and I would happen to agree.

After the wedding, I noticed that Fred had been taking videos during the night so I asked him if I could have a copy of them for the memories since I had been in the moment and not videoing myself. Within minutes, he had sent me every video/picture he had taken that day. He also unprompted sent me the video he took of the wedding ceremony before we even left for our honeymoon.

You won't go wrong booking this company. Class act from start to finish!

Awesome DJ Experience and SO MUCH FUN!

MixPro & Fred were amazing!! They made the planning process so easy and helped us with any questions or anything we needed at all. Fred was able to customize a mother/daughter dance and gave us everything we needed. We had many many comments on how awesome our DJ was and how much fun everyone had. The music was phenomenal! MixPro was absolutely amazing at our wedding! From our first conversion I knew I made the right choice. Fred was so professional and quick to respond to all of my questions! Best New Years Eve ever! (Oh, and wedding. Lol)

We booked MixPro for our New Years Eve wedding. We absolutely could not have asked for a better DJ! Throughout the entire planning process we were as involved as we wanted to be, and Fred never lost his patience! He helped us last minute pull off a balloon drop (seriously what DJ doesn’t make you get a separate vendor for that??). They hooked us up with a photo booth, and all of our friends and family had a blast being goofy bringing in the new year! The uplighting and the music were on point! I will be booking ONLY MicPro for all of my future events!!
