If you are considering hiring Misty, all I can say is don’t hesitate and book her immediately! Misty was an absolute gem to work with and I can’t imagine not having her expertise and assistance throughout wedding planning. My fiancé and I live over 10 hours away from our venue (Integrity Hills) and we were only able to make two trips to the venue for planning meetings. Misty was so wonderful and was able to schedule all the meetings needed in these two short trips to pull off the wedding! She has contacts and recommendations for absolutely anything you could dream of! And if it’s new to her, no worries, she will make it happen. Misty and her team have such a calming presence which was huge for me, especially on the actual wedding day. We had rain on our actual wedding day, and had to consider some back up plans, but Misty stayed calm and professional throughout it all. Thankfully the rain stopped right before the ceremony and we were able to have our dream evening with a majority of the wedding outside! I can’t say enough good things about Misty and her team. Our families and wedding party also were so complimentary of Misty and she made it so we could sit back and actually enjoy the day without worrying about details. Thank you again Misty for making our dream wedding weekend come to life! -

Right after Trey & I got engaged, I went to the Metropolitan wedding expo. I immediately noticed Misty being a total boss babe. I didn’t know a thing about weddings or if I needed a wedding coordinator but I didn’t care, I was getting on her schedule asap! Wedding planning wasn’t super stressful but let’s be honest, there were a few stressful moments for sure. From our 1st phone call almost 2 years ago to wedding day, Misty completely erased any stress I had and made wedding planning so much fun. From removing pasta sauce off the back of my dress, making sure I stayed hydrated, bringing me food, keeping my wild family in line, and a million other moments with Misty saving the day. I didn’t have to worry about anyone else or anything at all, I was able to have the absolute best day. I could go on all day but I may start crying. If you are getting engaged, hire Misty!!! I cannot imagine getting married without her! 🥹💕 -

Our wedding day was everything we could have dreamed of and more— all thanks to Misty. She brought our vision to life by linking us to the right vendors, helping us navigate the process— and doing so in a way that did not make it overwhelming. Misty’s knowledge of the industry paired with her interpersonal skills truly make her the best in the biz.
After booking our venue (Integrity Hills), my fiancé and I quickly realized we were in over our heads. After finding Misty, all the stress and anxiety that comes with planning a wedding vanished. She laid everything out in manageable tasks, checked in regularly (but not excessively), and communicated with vendors while keeping our vision in mind. She has several relationships with trusted vendors and even extended herself to create new relationships on our behalf. She listened to us, did her research, and because of that we were able to have an UNFORGETTABLE wedding.
My fiancé pulled off the greatest surprise by having one of our favorite artists, Brett Young, sing our first dance song. Misty not only 1) kept it a secret, but she 2) personally made sure that Brett and his team had everything they needed. I could go on and on about the tedious tasks that we were able to overlook because Misty had them all handled. We were present and in the moment because Misty and her team handled EVERYTHING. Without overlooking a single detail.
Our families and guests left our wedding with rave reviews for not only the wedding, but Misty specifically. She truly became family during this process.
So, if you are on the fence about hiring a planner— go with Misty. -

Misty is truly one of a kind, we cannot praise her enough! We hired her for day of coordination but she provided us with so much more. She was there for every single question we had throughout the whole entire planning process and she made everything extremely easy and stress free. Even after the wedding she was still checking in to make sure a few minor things were taken care of!! She has so many wonderful ideas and great connections for any last minute things we needed or forgot! Every single vendor we had spoke so highly of Misty and many of them had worked with her on several other occasions so it was a breath of fresh air to have her as the leader of our amazing vendors team!! Many people told us that our wedding day would fly by and that we needed to take a step back, enjoy, and take it all in. We believe that having Misty as our coordinator really allowed us to do just that! We will always remember and forever be grateful for Misty!! -

Misty was truly above and beyond any expectations we had for a wedding planner. We are a very busy couple, and she took all the stress away from wedding planning. She uses a user-friendly wedding planning platform which helped us stay organized and helped us build our vision and it was so nice having everything we needed in one place. Misty had an answer for all our questions, a connection for all of our needs, and a solution for every problem that arose. She was the ultimate guidance. On our actual wedding day, everyone in our wedding party and our families were both raving about how amazing she was! She kept our day calm, cool and collected. She made sure everything happened according to our itinerary. Walking out from the bridal suite and seeing everything pulled together was very emotional and I truly don't believe I would have experienced that moment of peace and excitement without her. She took all the hard stuff off our plate and allowed us to enjoy our day. Sometimes people forget that a wedding is a celebration of love and Misty constantly reminded us that that was what our day was for. We can't imagine our wedding planning experience without Misty and will recommend her to anyone. -

Absolutely 5 star all the way!! After speaking to other parents of brides, we reluctantly decided to reach out to a wedding planner to help us plan for our daughter's wedding. After doing some research, we found our way to Misty Willinger Events and it was the best decision that we made! She is professional, conscientious, and organized. It's apparent that other vendors respect her, and I believe her attitude helps elevate the entire vendor team. Jake and I got married at Dogwood Canyon last month. One of our best decisions was to invest in our wedding planner, Misty, who had been amazing all through out. She kept us on track in all planning stages, and her professionalism, flexibility and quick thinking lead to flawless execution of a dream come true. Her recommendations and insights are all focused to bring the best of who we are as she got to know us in the process. The way she worked with our vendors and with us is very efficient and comfortable. She was able to solve issues in a calm manner (there’s always something no matter how careful and detail-oriented we are such as missing card holder, candle holder, etc., my lesson was not to rely on other people who “likes to get involved”). Misty made sure that our day is the best day ever, and for that, we are always grateful. -

My wedding would not have been the same without her! Not only is Misty a wonderful human being, she has mastered her craft in every sense of the word! Going above and beyond is an understatement!
Planning a wedding is overwhelming and scary at times but with misty guiding and supporting me… Everything was perfect!
On the wedding day, brides are always a ball of nerves and wondering how it’s all going to come together… well, I walked out and it was the wedding of my dreams! From the decor, to the food, the music, all the detail were handled and set in place for me to just enjoy the day!
Misty is professional, comforting, positive, beautiful (inside and out) extremely detailed, patient but direct when she needs to be (which I loved) and just gets things done!
If you are on the fence about hiring her as your wedding coordinator, just hop on over that fence!! You won’t regret it, SHE IS THE BEST! -

Amazing!!!

I would 100% recommend Misty as your wedding planner! She was wonderful and helped the day go so smoothly. She is so experienced and knows how to handle any last minute hiccups with ease. She gave me an entire day-of-timeline so I didn't feel rushed on the wedding day. Big Cedar Lodge is a large venue and she helped make scheduling the shuttle service for guests to go from the ceremony location to the reception so easy! All the guests had a great time and no one was bored! She will handle every little day-of detail that would have been overlooked if I hadn't hired a wedding coordinator! Absolutely wonderful! You won't regret hiring Misty! -

Best money I ever spent!
When other vendors of mine asked who my planner is and I told them Misty, I got the same answer every time. “You picked the best in the business.” And they were absolutely right. My matron of honor quote: “Every time Misty walked into the room, I could feel a sense of calm, even in everyone.” Another spot on quote. I remember telling Misty myself whenever I would get stressed, “I just need to see you.” Her and Claire were phenomenal and my new husband and I both agree that our wedding day was actually perfect and if something did go wrong, neither of us noticed. Stop looking and just hire her already!!! -

Misty is the industry's best of the best
I can't brag about Misty enough when it comes to the success of my wedding day! I hired Misty as a Day-Of-Coordinator, but you get so much more than just that one day. Misty is so personable and professional, my husband and I clicked with her instantly. I met Misty at a Met Bride show and wasn't able to hire her then, but the following year I tracked her down and made sure I got her for my wedding date! On the day of, my wedding day went by in a blink of an eye and I did have one worry or concern the entire time! Everything ran so smoothly and if something did go wrong, I had no idea because Misty would have taken care of it. Grab Misty and breathe a sigh of relief. She is simply THE BEST in the business. -

From recommending the perfect vendors for us, to reading every contract, to handling all correspondences with vendors, to answering EVERY question we had any hour of the day for two years, to giving her honest opinion always, to planning the perfectly flawless timeline of our wedding weekend and making sure every single person executed it, to giving me a checklist from the moment we were engaged to the week of the wedding she thought of EVERYTHING, to handling any moment of my stress with, "I've got it taken care of." Misty is amazing!
Misty is THE BEST EVER! I was someone who thought, “I can handle this, I won’t need help.”… until about a month before my wedding and I was drowning. Misty does it ALL! She is the most amazing planner and day of coordinator. I worried about literally nothing (except drinking champagne) on my big day. All of our friends and family were raving about how amazing Misty is and how they couldn't believe everything she can handle. She made our big day absolutely perfect! I wouldn’t change a single thing, except hiring her sooner! Thank you Misty, you are truly the best!

One of the best decisions my daughter and I made for her wedding was hiring Misty as our Day of Coordinator. She gave us so much more than one day of her time! We sent Misty all vendor invoices as we received them so she could coordinate and confirm all vendors. We had a meeting with her a month or so ahead of time, which was invaluable. The week of the wedding, Misty met us at the venue to confirm and walk through all details of the reception. She worked closely with us and with the vendors to create a perfect timeline for the rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, and wedding day. She attended everything and kept us all focused and on the same page, but in such a fun, positive, thoughtful way. The day of the wedding, I didn't worry about a thing! Misty handled everything with grace and professionalism, not to mention a wonderful sense of humor. So many friends and family members have commented on how calm and relaxed I was on the day of the wedding...that is ALL because of Misty. She handled the details so I could enjoy my daughter's dream day. And my younger daughter caught the bouquet, so I will be contacting Misty again soon! Can't wait to work with her again! -

Misty did an incredible job from start to finish! I couldn’t have asked for better! She was helpful and had excellent recommendations on who to use for invitations, decorations/flowers, and cake and anything else that I needed as well. She did anything and everything I asked her to help me with from picking out any and all options regarding flowers, invitations, etc. and coming to every appt. She made me her number one priority! On my wedding day she was there for me front and center overseeing every aspect of everything while also checking on me to see if I needed anything whatsoever! Misty is a master of communication. We had a rehearsal dinner in Bentonville, Arkansas, and I live in Dallas. COVID hit, and she did not miss a beat. Everything we planned had to be changed as the bride and groom had to cut numbers. Misty redid all the numbers, she talked with me daily, and during the event, she managed everyone so that I did not have to worry. She is calm, cool, and collected when we had some issues with the mail system. Misty just has a calm nature about her and is a problem solver if one arises. Her prices are reasonable, and she will try to get the best discount for you through the vendors. I highly recommend that you hire her for your event. I will miss talking with her daily. -

Misty was unbelievably helpful for our wedding. We hired her as a same day coordinator a year in advance at a wedding expo. She always kept in touch during that year and was there if I needed anything. she gave us recommendations for vendors and advice and tips when I had questions. A month before the wedding she started organizing our vendors and helping me plan out the wedding day. On the wedding day I didn't have to do a single thing. She made sure the day ran smooth and that there were no issues. I had no stress all because of her. I would highly recommend Misty to anybody. She is very professional and very good at her job. Simply put, my husband and I could not imagine planning our wedding without Misty by our side. Our single best choice in this entire process was hiring Misty to be our planner! She was always professional, quick to respond, had the best ideas of ways to save money/decorate/tips and tricks, and not to mention- she gracefully and easily got us through having to postpone and change our date because of the pandemic! During a time that would typically be extremely stressful, she took all of that off of our shoulders and took care of everything, from finding a new date with ALL of our original vendors, to getting new contracts and documents updated for us. Misty did a fantastic job keeping everything under control, all while being super fun, pleasant and a JOY to work with!! There’s no real place to begin on how Grateful John andn I are that we had Misty at our side during the whole wedding process. We could NOT have made it without her. We were planning a wedding whilst dealing with the ever changing situations of COVID-19 and there were plenty of changes to be made constantly, and she took care of every single thing, including calling me and calming me down And giving me hope and reassurance after many crying spells over thinking our wedding wasn’t going to happen due to the corona virus. That being said, we had our dream wedding and our dream wedding planner behind us taking care of every last detail. Misty isn’t just a wonderful planner, she’s a wonderful human being and I for one am grateful to know her, and not just call her a business partner but a friend. If you have even the slightest inkling that you want or need a wedding planner, get ahold of Misty and she will sit down with you and talk over everything before you even make the decision! However, it will be one of the best decisions you make in your wedding process is having her by your side. Misty, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you so much.

I don't know where to start.... Misty is absolutely amazing!! If someone told me I could only hire one vendor for my wedding including photography, dj, and catering - it would be Misty. She handled everything at my wedding and made things run so smoothly even though we had to move the ceremony indoors last minute. She even helped serve food when the caterer told us they couldn't stay and do it. I cannot recommend her enough! Misty thank you for making our wedding day perfect -

Misty Willinger Events coordinated our wedding last weekend and we still can’t believe how smooth the day went. Misty made sure that we didn’t have a worry in the world that day! At first we weren’t sure if we even needed a wedding coordinator but boy were we wrong - we are so glad we booked Misty and we can’t imagine how the planning and execution of the wedding would have been without her.
She was there for us anytime we had questions or needed her during the planning process. Anytime we booked another wedding vendor, we just sent her their contact information and she took care of the rest.
She always made sure that we were happy and that everything we wanted in our wedding and reception was included. I could tell that she has a lot of experience with event planning because of her expertise and how organized she was, she thought of all the little details that we didn’t!
Leading up to the wedding everyone kept asking us why we were so calm - it was all Misty. She confirmed the times and places with each vendor, she even ran our whole wedding rehearsal for us, where she clearly explained to everyone in the bridal party where they would be and when (there were 12 of us total) and provided printed wedding day timelines to the entire bridal party and the parents so we didn’t have to worry about that.
