    Amazing time at an amazing place

    The venue was beautiful. The staff were helpful and very communicative. We felt really taken care of. Plus, everyone raved about the food and the bar.

    Wedding of Our Dreams

    When we went wedding venue searching, Mission Inn was our last stop and we truly saved the best for last. As soon as we arrived we were greeted and felt an instant connection with the wedding coordinator and the resort itself is gorgeous! When planning your wedding with them you never have to worry about them forgetting about you or your vendors. They communicate with you so effectively you don't feel lost in the planning process and when you do feel lost, your assigned coordinator will help with whatever you need. We had a big wedding of 220 guests and enjoyed all the amenities the resort offered. All our guests said they had the best time and I truly couldn't imagine our wedding being anywhere else. I highly recommend Mission Inn for your weddings or any of your big party events!

    Mission Inn Resort Maritza and David

    Mission Inn Resort is a beautiful venue for a wedding. The wedding sales manager we worked with was great. All the staff before and during the wedding were awesome. It all went off great. Everything was setup and ready on time. We very much appreciated all the staff at Mission Inn that helped make out day special.

    Wedding Venue

    This was just the most perfect place for my husband and I to have our wedding. We loved every moment of the experience. The team here was so nice and accommodating, we couldn’t have asked for a better venue. We were married in the Legends Courtyard… an absolute breathtaking place for a wedding.

    Gorgeous location, wonderful staff, perfect wedding day!

    My husband and I had our November wedding at Mission Inn, and we could not be happier with our entire experience. Our coordinator, Paige, was beyond incredible to work with and made our day run unbelievably smooth. Every single staff member we interacted with was kind, friendly, and helpful. Absolutely stunning!

    Unforgettable experience!

    I cannot rave enough about how great Mission Inn was for our wedding! The resort style stay made it extremely easy for family to get together and spend time with each other all weekend instead of booking separate hotels. The weather was perfect and the golf lovers in our group loved playing the courses before the wedding! We even had a huge scramble with the guests. Paige was extremely responsive and helped us out for months leading up to the wedding. We could not have done it without her. We had multiple events on site including a welcome party, reception, ceremony, and after party! Shuttles were provided and transportation was easy. The guests would not stop talking about how beautiful the venue was. If you’re looking for the ‘old Florida’ feel, the Mission Inn is perfect! Highly recommended, we did not have a single issue on wedding day! Thanks Mission Inn team and Paige for an unforgettable weekend!

    Mission Inn Weddings

    We chose Mission Inn as our wedding venue, and we are so happy that we did! We were originally looking at another venue nearby, and then my now husband mentioned the Mission Inn, just right across the street. He used to golf there with his grandfather when he was younger. We decided to take a tour, after struggling with finding a venue. We met Jessica, and we fell in love! She showed us the multiple venues that are available for weddings, and we chose the Legends Courtyard. A secluded, quiet, gorgeous spot overlooking the golf course. Not only did we find the perfect wedding venue, we found the best wedding planning team! The all-inclusive package made wedding planning so smooth, and made our decisions much easier. Paige was our event manager, and she made sure we were happy with all aspects of our special day. She was very responsive, organized, and so kind to us. She’s got a busy job, but she made us feel like we were her only couple. And on the day of, she checked in on us throughout the day, and all through the night to make sure we were satisfied. Our wedding day was the best day of our lives, and we will forever be thankful to Mission Inn for being such an integral part of that.

    Misson Inn Resort Wedding Team

    Mission Inn was the perfect location for our wedding day! From the moment we stepped foot on the resort, we loved it - Jessica Castrejon gave us a tour and answered all our questions. We booked our wedding that day!! She was such a delight to work with and continued to check in with us throughout the planning process.

    We then worked with Kerry Elise on all the wedding day logistics - from food tasting, to reviewing all the little details, and of course my 100 emails throughout the planning process. She was there EVERY step of the way. Kerry was always accommodating and available - whether it be via email or phone... and she always did it with a smile on her face. She genuinely cares about you and ensures you have the best wedding possible. I truly would have been lost without her. Words cannot describe how thankful I am for her!!

    It was a dream

    Mission Inn has become our home away from home. My husband and I went to so many venues around Florida; name a town, we looked. None of them felt right until we drove onto Mission Inn’s property. Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating. We fell in love with La Hacienda and Plaza de Palmas but always dreamed of an oak tree for our ceremony. Jessica made sure that dream came true. Our ceremony was a bit off the beaten path and could not have been more perfect for us. Kerry was our catering manager and she went above and beyond for us. She answered any and all questions and helped guide us every step of the way. I can’t say enough how thankful we are for her. Our wedding felt like a fairytale and all the little details were flawless. If there were hiccups, I was blissfully unaware of them because of how well managed everything was. We loved that our guests could stay on property when our reception went on into the night and we loved even more that we could do the same. Mission Inn’s team made sure we had champagne, food, and cake waiting for us in our room with a surprise gift to end the perfect night. We can’t wait to go back and celebrate our anniversary at our favorite place.

    The Mission Inn is a dream to work with!!

    The best choice we made while planning our wedding was choosing to have it at the Mission Inn. My mother suggested we have a look at the venue, as it was nearby another one we were touring. We really weren't thinking we'd end up choosing a golf resort as our venue, but they blew everyone else out of the water. They had many venue locations for us to look at and ended up falling in love with the Courtyard area at Legends. We were blown away by their packages and offers; it was the best of what we had seen offered out of all the other venues in Central FL we had looked at. We had also gone in December and were given a Black Friday deal where they provided the DJ. We booked in December 2019 for a March 2021 wedding. Of course, Covid had other plans, and we ended up deciding to push back our date to 2022. They were extremely helpful in getting us rebooked, it was fairly painless.

    We mainly worked with Helen R. She was fantastic! She saw to all of our needs and she made sure all of our questions and concerns were addressed. She was very communicative with us and gave us brilliant suggestions of vendors when we ended up having to move the date (as some of our previously selected vendors were not available on the new date). Helen really spent a lot of time going over the details of our wedding and making sure we were happy with the arrangements.

    We were hesitant to book a place that was going to provide the catering without having tried some of the food. We looked up other reviews about the Mission Inn and in nearly all of them; I mentioned that the food was great, so that won us over. So here's another review to attest to that! THE FOOD WAS AMAZING! We absolutely loved the food for our rehearsal dinner and for our reception! I am looking forward to being able to eat there for our future anniversaries!

    We enjoyed our honeymoon suite and our wedding guests said they liked their rooms. We really enjoyed relaxing by the pool. Our stay was overall really pleasant. My advice would be if you end up booking, have your guest book rooms EARLY for your wedding date!


    Each vendor we booked made comments about how they enjoyed working with the Mission Inn; almost like it was a relief to them we had booked Mission Inn for our venue. So that was comforting to know that as we were planning everything. Sure enough, there were no issues between the Mission Inn and our other vendors. The Mission Inn is -very- good at managing their weddings. While checking in the day before our wedding, I overheard a conversation where one of the staff informed a guest that there were SEVEN weddings happening that weekend. I was a little worried when I heard that, but really it was all fine; I saw hints that other weddings were going on, but never did I feel like I was sharing space with another bride, nor did our parties overlap at all.

    I can confidently say based on our experience, that booking with the Mission Inn is a solid decision. It's going to make your planning so much easier and you will have a fantastic day. We loved our wedding! We wish we could do it all over again. We loved it so much! Thank you to all the Mission Inn staff for making it a truly amazing day for us!!!

    They were hands down the BEST and always have been!

    We held our wedding at Mission Inn Resort on Friday March 25th, 2022 at their “Plaza de la Fontana and La Hacienda restaurant” and we just want to relive our wedding over & over again! The best part is that we had a wedding WEEKEND with all of our family and friends from out of town because everyone was able to stay right on the property, it was absolutely amazing. During our stay, we were able to utilize the resort to its fullest, between the two
    Golf courses, the spa, multiple restaurants, billiards and arcade room, and pools / hot tub. Our wedding was not only eventful, but a relaxing vacation. When we started wedding planning, we were in contact with Jessica who was extremely knowledgeable, eager to help, and easy to get ahold of. She immediately made me feel that I could trust their staff with such an important day in my life. They offer an “All inclusive” package where Mission Inn provides you with a list of all of their preferred vendors, you can book an officiant through the venue or opt to provide your own, catering and linens are provided by the venue and the food has NEVER disappointed. Once you pick your vendors, Mission Inn’s staff handles the rest! In charge of the food and day of is wedding coordinator, Helen, she was amazing and accommodated all of our wants and needs professionally and within a timely manner. She invited us for a tasting and set up the table in options for the reception which was perfect because I’m a very visual person. Helen was also extremely helpful because she was able to schedule extra activities during our wedding stay. Fast forward to wedding rehearsal - my month of wedding planner, Heather, was hired from “For the Love of Events” and she was all around wonderful. She is the one who conducted our rehearsal while it was RAINING right next to our ceremony site in a covered walk path so we would not get wet but still could see where we were all going to be. She kept everyone focused and on task to get the rehearsal done correctly and allow us to move on to our dinner. Wedding DAY!! Heather from For the Love of Events was working with us all day and knew exactly what she needed to do; she took all of our wedding decorations and set them up exactly the way I wanted them, she made sure all the other vendors were showing up on time and had what they needed, she even helped my fiancé remove blood stains out of his white collared shirt before the wedding!! Everything for our wedding went so smooth, ceremony was beautiful, Mission Inn has many beautiful spots to take pictures afterwards, and my new husband and I even got to take a few minutes alone to walk into our reception and see it all set up before any of our guests went inside. Everyone raved about their dual plated dinner and we all danced the night away, ending in a beautiful sparkler exit! We were so sad when we realized the night was over… but the party was NOT, we all had a blast for the rest of the weekend! If you want a wedding where you hardly have to lift a finger or even worry about anything… go to Mission Inn and take advantage of all of their amazing options and activities that they offer with it!

    Deserves 10 Stars

    My husband and I got married at Mission Inn on March 12, 2022. We reached out to Mission Inn somewhat late, as we realized we had another tour lined up nearby and wanted to see if we could also tour Mission Inn on the same day. Jessica quickly answered our email and was happy to accommodate us! She met us in the lobby and brought us around to all three ceremony and reception sites, discussing our views for our wedding and answering any question we could think of along the way. Jessica was personable and professional the entire time, and we could feel her love for Mission Inn on our tour! We went to the Legends ceremony and reception site last, and I just knew this was where I wanted to marry my person. Jessica sat with us for quite a while after the tour was complete to further discuss our wedding vision and to introduce the all-inclusive vendor package. My then-fiance and I made that decision official before we even got to the car to leave; we would do the all-inclusive package and get married at Legends! We emailed Jessica the next day to let her know the happy news. From there, we were assigned Helen as our catering manager and were provided the list of vendors who were included in the all-inclusive package so we could start choosing who we wanted for our big day. There were a wide variety of vendors who offered everything we wanted and more! We also worked closely with Helen (who is amazing, by the way) to choose every detail of our ceremony space and reception. The catering team was able to make my decade-long dream of having a late night mashed potato bar come true, as well as ensure my then-fiancé was able to show his love for chicken tenders by having it as an appetizer. Literally any time we said "Hey Helen, we were thinking of doing X," she was completely on board and found a way to make it happen. She's like a wedding wizard. Anyway so after thirteen months of planning, the day finally arrived. It was so stormy in the morning, but then the clouds parted and I think I literally heard angels singing. Our ceremony space was beautiful, and our upgrade choices (like white gloved service and passed champagne after the ceremony on the way to cocktail hour) were executed perfectly. Every staff member we interacted with was an absolute pleasure, and it seemed they all tried to bend over backwards to ensure my husband and I had the best time. The reception continued in the same manner, and everything was beautiful. The vendors we had carefully chosen from the all-inclusive list were exceptional, and truly helped us have the absolute best day and night of our lives. But it didn't stop there! When my husband and I got back to our room, we found desserts from our wedding along with a sweet note and a bottle of champagne. We enjoyed an amazing brunch at La Hacienda the next morning (I am still dreaming about the Prime Rib) before departing. It is now nearly three weeks after the big day, and we still have guests contacting us to tell us what an amazing time they had at our wedding. They compliment the beautiful grounds and warm staff, as well as the amazing food and overall atmosphere. I am very sad that our wedding day is over, and wish we could relive it many more times to come! We will be returning to Mission Inn in the future to revel in the memories we made on our big day. I would not hesitate to recommend Mission Inn to any future couples considering getting married here, and we highly recommend the ease of the all-inclusive package. DO IT, you will not regret it! Our wedding far surpassed our wildest dreams, and we credit that to the staff and vendors recommended by Mission Inn!

    The best place and team ever!

    Jessica and her team are always above and beyond my expectations! They really make sure that you have the MOST magical day! Since the day you say yes to the venue until the next couple days after the wedding! THEY ARE THE BEST NOTHING LESS

    Fairytale Wedding!

    Mission Inn captured our ideal fairytale wedding! Everything from the locations offered, the amazing staff, the food, the all-inclusive package, and the desire to make us feel as if we were the most important people to them during the planning process. It was absolutely wonderful! Kerry Bosela was our planning point of reference, and we just can’t say enough wonderful things about her. She is cool, calm, organized, and just who you need by your side on your special day. Her communication with us was superb! The all-inclusive package really narrowed down for us who we wanted to be a part of our day. It was nice to have top of the line options for all of the necessary components of a wedding/reception. As far as the venue, I couldn’t believe we were still in Florida! It’s a beautiful historic, Mediterranean feel with romantic vibes everywhere you turn. It was literally dreamy. We had to contend with winter storm Izzy on the day of our wedding, and weren’t sure we would even be able to have our wedding outside. Kerry walked through other indoor options with us up until the very last possible minute just in case changes were needed. Thankfully, Izzy blew over, and our fairytale continued! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

    Dream Wedding Experience

    My wedding at the Mission Inn Resort was incredible! When comparing wedding packages from other venues to Mission Inn, it was a no brainer. The menu is amazing, the resort itself is picture perfect no matter which venue you choose on property, and the guidance you receive from the Sales Team + your personal Catering Manager is what I felt made my wedding planning experience top notch!

    When selecting the Mission Inn Resort, we fell in love with Plaza Fontana for our ceremony and the resort side ballroom for our reception. I had the best of both worlds with having a stunning outside ceremony on Plaza Fontana and then my enchanted forest wedding inside the ballroom. It was everything I hoped it would be on wedding day and more!

    Jessica, the Director of Wedding Sales, was my first contact at Mission Inn. She helped create a customize package that met my needs. She was so easy to talk to and made the booking process smooth!

    After saying “I Do” to Mission Inn, I was assigned my personal Catering Manager, Helen. Helen is the Director of Conference Services and was very helpful in the planning process. If I ever needed a second opinion she was a perfect person to ask. She worked with me on creating a custom menu for our wedding reception and was a huge asset on wedding day, by directing the vendors so I could enjoy being a bride all while knowing my wedding was being taken care of. She was also extremely detailed and quick to send me my event details once we finalized our options.

    Nelson, our Banquet Captain, took care of us all the way back at our menu tasting and throughout our wedding weekend. He took the time to get to know our families at our rehearsal dinner and took extra special care of us at each event. Always ready with a new glass of wine and making sure we had time to eat after mingling with our guests. Everyone needs a Nelson on their wedding day, he was the best!

    The food was phenomenal! We added on a Short Rib to our dual plated entrée and our guests couldn’t stop talking about it. Chef Krystal and her team absolutely nailed it!

    Tony was our Bartender for both our Rehearsal Dinner and Wedding. As soon as my husband and I entered the event space, he took care of us immediately. He tended to us diligently and was more than accommodating throughout the night.

    I had my wedding vision in my head for so long now and it honestly was better than I could have ever imagined. The Mission Inn Staff, from setup, banquets, the kitchen and conference services, all went above and beyond for our day. I truly feel like I received the best experience a bride could have ever asked for on her wedding day.

    Fantastic place for a wedding!

    I had a very difficult time planning my wedding. In two years we had to cancel 5 times at several locations due to covid restrictions, travels bans, etc. I actually had cancelled everything when I called Mission Inn on a whim to see if they could accommodate the day we wanted. They could, and not only that they had an all-inclusive package that allowed us to easily plan everything in less than 2 months! In just a short amount of time, the Mission Inn and the vendors that I chose through them put everything together seamlessly for me. I actually ended up liking the venue more than the original venue that I had to cancel. It is an absolutely gorgeous place to have a wedding (unfortunately for us it rained for our ceremony so we had to move inside), with three different locations to choose from. The rooms where we got ready were SPECTACULAR- especially for the men! The food and restaurant staff were incredible. The vendors were some of the best in the industry. Not only that, but they give the couple two free nights at the resort and a really sweet surprise in the room after the wedding (I don't want to give it away so I won't say!). Even though I was pretty down about the weather that night, I can honestly say that Mission Inn exceeded my expectations, and I was very happy that everything worked out the way it did so I could have my wedding there. Helen and Haley were awesome and so helpful. I kept changing details at the last minute, and Helen worked hard to accommodate everything. If you're looking for a venue in Central Florida I highly recommend the Mission Inn.

    AMAZING I would highly recommend

    We were beyond happy with the service at mission inn. They were amazing from the day we toured the venue all the way until the wedding day. They helped with every step of the way and were very accommodating. They did an amazing job at making sure we felt special and going out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly. They made sure we were taken care of in terms of food and drinks the entire night. This venue is beyond beautiful and the service was amazing. I would highly recommend!!

    Best day ever!

    Just WOW! I don’t even know where to begin...from the very beginning when we toured mission inn, Jessica showed us around and she was so sweet & funny! We instantly fell in love with the legends courtyard & ballroom! We had other venue appointments but we canceled them and booked here! We loved that guests could stay on property and not have to drive anywhere once they arrived! There were so many things guests could do here, most of our guest made a long weekend out of it. The skeet shooting, spa, golfing, pool, hot tub and can even rent a boat! Guests absolutely loved the amenities. Helen was wonderful! She was so patient with my million questions & emails and answered promptly! ALL of my guest were in awe of the grounds at mission inn and how beautiful it was, how amazing rehearsal dinner & wedding reception food was and how great their service was during the wedding and their stay! A 2 months later and everyone is still raving about our wedding! My guests love it so much a group of them are talking about going back for a long weekend for our anniversary weekend to celebrate because they had so much fun!! Everything was flawless!! DREAM wedding! Thank you so much!

    Hands down best venue

    The staff was absolutely phenomenal and the venue was beautiful. This entire experience was more then a dream wedding and I have everybody at mission inn to thank. Helen, my coordinator, made everything smooth and easy and just the cherry on the cake. My guests are still raving about how great their weekend was.

    Terrific Venue and Wonderful Staff

    We chose Mission Inn for our December wedding and were so happy with everything. Jessica was a great help in our initial contract process and provided us a variety of options to meet our needs. Kelsey then di a wonderful job as our plans took shape, ensuring that the ceremony set up, reception set up, menu and everything were just as we wanted it. The Plaza La Fontana was a perfect outdoor venue for the ceremony and the Plaza De Las Palmas was perfect for our outdoor reception under the stars. Every staff member we came in contact with throughout the event was gracious and extremely helpful. The all inclusive package fit our needs perfectly and had a great deal of flexibility to customize. The sparkler exit was a perfect conclusion to a wonderful evening. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect setting or a more perfect day.

    Amazing venue over looking Lake Harris

    Our wedding was held at Mission Inn- Marina Del Rey right on Lake Harris. Such a beautiful venue! The team at Mission Inn was amazing, from food, beverage, shuttle service, checking in and planning it all with Helen was so easy. They make you feel like family and that added something

    Great venue

    Amazing Experience

    Not only was I lucky enough to find this Extraordinary Beautiful Mission Inn Resort & Club. We found Bri Marbais in Wedding Sale. Meeting her was so special. My now husband is 77 & I am 70. We still think we are 16 & 17. It was not our first rodeo. We did not want a huge white wedding but something special and within a certain budget. Bri, listened, suggested but really understood what we wanted. That was the best decision we ever made in choosing Mission Inn and having Bri Marbais handle all the things I needed or forgot to ask about. The Venue is so fantastic. The scenery is impeccable in all directions. It was magical!

    Our Wedding

    When we decided to marry, Patty and I decided to visit the Mission Inn because I had eaten there in the past and thought the food was very good plus it was a truly beautiful venue. As soon as we arrived we were met by Bri , she took Patty by her hand and walked her though the various areas that could be chosen for the ceremony and the presented us with a package. Bri was incredibly professional yet charming and showed she really cared about our event. Note: I am 77 and Patty is over 30 so this wedding must last forever. As soon as we agreed to the wedding designed by Bri and my now wife, COVID forced Mission to close its doors. However, we did not lose hope and on March 16th we were the first couple to be married after the semi opening of Mission Inn. The package included two nights at the hotel in the honeymoon suite. it was and beautiful with a view to match. The suite, the grounds the food were all perfect. In fact, we made arrangements with Bri to book us a room and dinner for the next 10 years on May 16th. with n option of 5 more.

    Most amazing Venue

    I had my wedding here in September of 2019 and it was the most amazing experience ever. I had to change my date last minute due to my mom becoming ill with cancer. They were fantastic working with such a short notice change and helped me plan my wedding in less than 4 months. Everything on the day off ran so smoothly I couldn’t believe it. Jessica was great in the planning process, making sure everything I wanted was available; from serving my favorite meal of tacos during the rehearsal dinner, to making sure every liquor I loved was available for the reception, to a printed photo of me and my husband from the wedding night in our room waiting for us with cake when we got back after the reception .....everything was perfect. I would do it all over again

    Mission Inn Resort

    Bri and Kelsey are rockstars! We got married at the Marina and even though it poured, everything was perfect. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. We got married at the end of May and Mission Inn has done a great job implementing safety and social distancing measures. All of our guests raved about the food! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day!

    Look no further than Mission Inn - EXCEPTIONAL!!!

    My new husband and I went to a wedding here in 2019 and loved the resort! Naturally after we got engaged, it was the first place I booked to do a tour. We first met Jess and loved her about as much as we loved the resort. We chose the Marina location for our day cause it was so perfectly us. But honestly all locations were gorgeous and none would be a bad choice. We had the luck of being able to plan our wedding through the global pandemic and they were amazing throughout. Helen was our venue manager and she was absolutely wonderful, never missed a beat in ensuring we had the day we dreamed of and that we were happy. She was so responsive to emails and the ever changing factors of the pandemic. We got married on Sunday, but checked into the resort on Friday. My groom and his friends/family took advantage of the amazing golf courses, while I took advantage of the pool. This resort is so amazing. Everyone is so nice, welcoming and happy to give you your perfect happily ever after! The front desk was so helpful in making sure we had everything we needed and getting our welcome bags out (even our specialty ones). And if you can...ask for Mauricio as your banquet captain. We met him at our tasting, he was there during the day in our getting ready room, and I have never met a nicer man. Thank you to everyone at Mission Inn that gave us our perfect start for the rest of our lives, but especially Jess, Helen, Mauricio and everyone else. This is the most amazing resort to get married...if I could give it 100 stars, I would!

    The Green/Spade Wedding

    If you are looking for a beautiful venue and an awesome wedding team and staff, The Mission Inn is the perfect place for a wedding. We started planning my daughters wedding a year ago and just celebrated the wedding on March 7, 2020. Jessica Castrejon was the Wedding Coordinator that worked with us and from the moment the venue was selected, she was there every step of the way. She is truly a professional and knows her "stuff". Everything went beautifully the entire staff was excellent and the attention to detail was unbelievable. It was truly a wonderful and magical experience from the accommodations, the ceremony, to the quality of the food and beverage for the Rehearsal Dinner and the Reception. I would highly recommend this venue if you are looking for a beautiful venue for your wedding.

    Mission Inn is simply perfect

    We wanted a smaller wedding with 60 guests! Mission in had a wedding venue for every number. We first picked Legends but when my mom saw Plaza de la Fontana, everything changed. The venue changed and our entire planning changed. All these changes were happily accommodated by Mission Inn. We first met Jessica during initial tour. Her professional, yet warm, approach made it so easy and comfortable to talk about our dream day! We had Shelby as our catering manager and I couldn’t thank her enough for how patient and calm she holds her self! Mission Inn made it happen for us! The food! The team! The views! We couldn’t be thankful enough.

    We had our reception in Plaza de las Palmas. It was perfect for what we wanted — dancing under the open sky while feeling the intimacy of our small wedding— everything was perfect as Mission Inn!

    Raising the Bar on Service

    As seasoned travelers, my husband and I have experienced our fair share of hotels around the world. The Mission Inn Resort & Club offers more than just good service; it prides itself on genuine hospitality. This quality alone made the property an unparalleled value for our wedding, which we held at Marina Del Rey. Other features were just added perks, from the stunning, Old Florida scenery, to the simple touches such as fire pits outside La Hacienda that made for cozy pre- and post-dinner conversation "nooks." Hats off to Shelby who did a stellar job as our wedding coordinator. We didn't hire a wedding planner (I wouldn't necessarily recommend that!); however, she kept our minds at ease because she is always on top of her ****, not to mention an absolute sweetheart. She made the process effortless and fun for us. Outside the wedding crew, we and our families -- who stayed through the weekend -- felt overwhelmingly pampered by the staff. Staff workers were happy, attentive, personable and fun. Thanks to Greg, Rebecca and everyone else who left a lasting impression that weekend. If we had to nitpick: The resort did feel a bit worn, and one of the rooms smelled musty, but none of this fazed us or any of our guests -- the service surpassed any minor fault. Also, it's an old property; it's part of the charm! This place now holds a special place in our hearts, and we plan to return for a staycation sometime in the near future.

    Gorgeous venue, delicious food, amazing staff

    We had our wedding at the Legends Ballroom at Mission Inn and it was PERFECT!
    We originally didn't think it would work with our budget, but the sales manager removed a few things from the standard package to make it work for us. There were a few costs that we didn't think about when we signed the contract, but in the end we were still close enough to our budget that we were ok with the cost.
    The food was AMAZING! We went through a few catering managers, but we did book our date almost a year out. Each one was able to pick up right where the last left off. Every detail was thought of and played out just as planned.

    If I had to do it over again, Mission Inn would be my go-to venue every time.

    Seriously a dream come true!

    Kelsey and the team at mission inn really brought my vision to life. We had a very simple wedding so I was worried it would not be as pretty and grand as some weddings I have attended and they made the space so beautiful and amazing. I was shocked at how perfect everything was when I walked in. I can’t wait to get my pictures back to look at it more. The planning process with also extremely smooth and easy. The little details were great like when we got back to our room they had little to go boxes of our cake and desserts waiting for us along with a breakfast for the next morning. We did not expect that and it was such a nice surprise. I wish it wasn’t over so quickly so we could just keep reliving it over and over.

    Happily Inn Love

    My wife and I first met Jessica and Mission Inn on a whim when we decided to attend their “Seasons of Love” showcase. We did a group tour with Jessica and had a amazing time meeting all their vendors. After the showcase, we couldn’t stop thinking about the beautiful location and the amazing staff that we met that day... and the delicious hors d’oeuvres that we enjoyed while we were there. After comparing locations and staff, we couldn’t imagine holding our ceremony in any other place with any other people. We then met Bri and our love for Mission Inn grew even more. Jessica and Bri are amazing ladies with remarkable attention to detail that made our entire planning process simple and stress free. We looked forward to meeting with them at all of the various wedding shows and intentionally hunted them down just to say hello. Bri-Ica made our wedding day and night, a night to remember. We received rave reviews from those who attended who also fell in love with the scenery, food, and service... but really those reviews belong to Mission Inn and their staff. Bri-Ica really out did themselves and we look forward to visiting the resort each month as our getaway from reality and reliving our “Happily Ever After”.     Incredible experience from start to finish!

    My now husband and I could not be more happy with our decision to have our wedding at Mission Inn! Everyone was super helpful and friendly every step of the way, particularly Helen who literally made the entire process so smooth and was able to answer every question and quell every concern we had. The venue itself is stunningly beautiful, and each of their ceremony locations are awesome and can appeal to any couple's style. We had our ceremony at the Plaza de la Fontana and it was so picturesque we didn't even bother with extra flowers or an arch or anything which saved us time and money, and the pictures turned out so great. A lot of our family and friends stayed at the resort for the weekend and the entire staff was so friendly and helpful to everyone, and the food was awesome too. We didn't leave the resort for all three days because everything you could need or want is right there. Our guests kept telling us all evening how great the venue was and what an incredible time they had. I truly cannot say enough how having our wedding at Mission Inn was one of the best decisions we made. If you're considering Mission Inn, do yourself a favor and take a tour and you'll definitely see what the attraction is!

    Beautiful Wedding Venue and Resort

    We decided to have our wedding ceremony & reception at the Legends Courtyard & Ballroom located inside the Mission Inn Resort, and we do not regret our decision in the slightest! Every little detail from the venue, to the grounds, the staff, our rooms and the service was perfect and we have heard nothing but good reviews from our guests about the quality of the food served at dinner and the hors d'oeuvres served during cocktail hour. The venue itself is also stunning, well-maintained, and very clean. The windows in the ballroom that look out over the golf course  & the lake offer a stunning view as the sun sets. Jessica & Shelby were very helpful and organized during the planning and execution of our wedding ceremony/reception, and we would definitely recommend Mission Inn resort to anyone and everyone who is looking at this resort for their special day! 5 star service, 5 star scenery & 5 star accommodations.     Wonderful Wedding Weekend at Mission Inn

    Our out-of-town daughter wanted an unusual venue not far from where my husband and I now live in Central FL. We parents vetted several venues and really clicked with Jessica Castrejon, who was very helpful in giving us initial options. After we narrowed the venues down, our daughter and now son-in-law flew into town and decided Mission Inn was the best place to accommodate their large wedding with many out-of-town guests. From the rehearsal dinner on the lake pavilion to the more formal ballroom reception venue, everyone had a good time! Beautiful grounds, friendly staff and many options abound at Mission Inn.

    A pleasure to work with!

    When we started our journey of looking for a venue for our July wedding we had no idea that Mission Inn would be in our budget with how beautiful and well kept the grounds were. But little did we know that they would be the cheapest of our picks. We looked through pictures located in the lobby of the resort and decided that we wanted to stick to our love for bodies of water and chose The Marina location located on Lake Harris. After conducting an on-site tour we decided it was perfect for us and the vision we had for our special day. Bri helped us tremendously at the beginning in picking which all inclusive package would be best for our price point. Then Jessica took over and helped in answering every question we could throw at her. Unfortunately, Jessica left the team and we were introduced to Helen who helped us from the menu tasting until the meal was served at the wedding. Whether you choose to pick the Marina or any one of the other sites located on the resort grounds, you're sure to be amazed by the beauty of each site. Everyone that we came in contact with were super helpful, happy, and exuded true joy for our celebration. We truly appreciate everyone whom had a hand in getting our day accomplished, it was everything we hoped it would be.

    Mission Inn, more beautiful in person then in pictures!

    Mission Inn was on my top 2 list when searching for our wedding venue. From the initial email requesting information to touring the venue was a great experience. Jess C made choosing Mission Inn extremely easy even though the property spoke for its self.     They go above and beyond what you would expect. They are very intricate in their details. Everything for our wedding was beyond our expectations, all the minor things were well taken care of. They truly made it easy for us as couple and gave or guests an amazing experience they are still talking about.

    Fantastic from start to finish!

    From the moment we set foot on Mission Inn property, I had a feeling this would be our wedding venue. I wanted something close to “home” (now, technically where I grew up), that had the old Florida lakeside feel. Marina Del Rey was the answer I was looking for! Bri painted a lovely picture of what the wedding day would look like so we had an idea of how things would be set up and showed us pictures of other weddings at this location. She was even kind enough to accommodate my family and ourselves to tour again during our short trip home before securing the venue. My catering manager made the entire process smooth and never hesitated to answer any of my questions, no matter how silly I thought they were. Kelsey took over for us when our previous catering manager was no longer with Mission Inn only several weeks before the wedding. She made the scary thought of having planned my whole day with someone else disappear immediately. She clearly had gone over everything and eased my mind and worries right away! For the rehearsal and then the wedding day she was right there checking on us and made sure that things were executed in a timely fashion and worked so well alongside my day of coordinator. I can’t rave about Bri, Kelsey, and the entire Mission Inn staff and location enough!

    Perfection

    From the moment we scheduled our tour of Mission Inn we felt like family! We first met Bri who was unbelievably amazing and assisted us with selecting the best wedding option for our budget and our style. She truly listened to what we wanted as a couple and never tried to up sell something. Mission Inn property is like out of a dream! Every wedding location was breathtaking including the waterfall on the main resort property! Mission Inn made it incredibly easy with the ceremony, reception, rehearsal and resort accommodations for our guests. Jessica M. was our wedding coordinator and if someone could be called perfect it would be Jessica M. She went above and beyond answering all of our crazy questions, walking us through the process when we met, assisting with every decision and decorating and making our reception location beautiful. She was there for every decision and assisted in more ways than we could have ever imagined. Jessica M. made our wedding perfect and take place without any problems. I could not have gotten through the wedding planning process without the help of Jessica M. We could not have asked for a more perfect wedding than the one we got with Mission Inn, Bri and Jessica M.! We got married at the Marina Del Rey and it is a beautiful location with the water backdrop. If you want a place where you will feel at home with people who truly care about your wedding vision then Mission Inn is the location for you!

    Wedding Weekend at Mission Inn

    We spent our wedding weekend at Mission Inn Resort for our two-day event! From our first visit, Jessica C. helped create the vision for our dream wedding. Marina del Rey for our Hindu ceremony was her suggestion and it made for a picturesque backdrop for the festive bright colors. The path made for a grand entrance for my groom on his horse for the baraat. Everyone raved about the amazing Indian food at lunch!
    I love that the venue offers multiple sites so our guests were able to experience different settings for each part of our wedding. Our traditional ceremony on the second day was at Plaza de la Fontana as the sun started setting. It's so beautiful we didn't need much ceremony decor. Cocktail hour in the Plaza de las Palmas courtyard was a selling point for my husband. He loved the market lights and wrought iron tables. Our reception was at La Hacienda and it was a unique and perfect room to offer an intimate feel to a wedding of over 130 guests.
    With most guests coming from out of town, it was definitely a a huge plus that everyone could stay in the same place. We were able to enjoy the resort and our spend time with our guests all weekend.
    Most importantly, Jessica M. was such a pleasure to work with through the entire process. She brought the vision of our dream wedding to life. With multiple events, she was attentive to detail and so responsive! We are so thankful to her and the entire team at Mission Inn for making the weekend so spectacular!

    Mission Inn is AMAZING!

    We are extremely happy with our decision to use Mission Inn as our venue for our dream wedding. The resort is absolutely BEAUTIFUL, the food was AMAZING, and the service was EXCELLENT! My husband and I truly enjoyed every moment of our wedding and are extremely grateful to Jessica for being there for us every step of the way to ensure that we had every detail executed perfectly! We can't say enough great things about our entire experience! Our dreams came true at Mission Inn!

    Mission Inn Resort, Marina Del Ray

    To say our wedding at this venue was amazing is an understatement. Everyone and everything surpassed our expectations and we are so happy we chose to celebrate here. Literally everyone who works at this venue will bend over backwards to help you anytime any day, believe me we tested this. You can’t ask for a nicer person than Jessica to help make your day perfect. Anyone looking for a venue should seriously consider this place because there’s something for everyone. 10/10 would recommend.

    What a great place!

    Mission Inn was absolutely the perfect place to have our wedding! They had everything we needed and they were a pleasure to deal with. They definitely went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. We couldn’t have asked for a better day and Jessica was such a help! I doubt it would have been this stress free had we chosen a different venue. Our wedding was beautiful and it was all due to our vendors.

    2 Happy Brides

    Our Wedding was at marina Del Rey at Mission Inn, the experience overall was amazing. The venue was breathtaking, the staff at the reception area were attentive, polite, professional and just wonderful. The coordinator Nadine was just a gem to work with, we are sad we won't be able to see her again. Nadine's Assistant was great as well. The food was great, our guest were happy with it all and can't stop talking about the food, cocktails and location they loved it all. I will recommend Mission Inn to friends and family. We actually already spoke about doing our 10 yr anniversary here. The Mission inn website does not do Marina Del Rey justice it is just an amazing spot for any occasion.

    Wonderful and flexible

    We got married at the Marina and it was sooo beautiful. Jessica was our coordinator and met with me several times to make sure the weekend was a huge success. The wedding went flawless and Jessica and the staff were excellent!

    Dream Venue

    This is the most beautiful outdoor venue I've ever seen. The grounds are impeccably maintained, and the scenery is exquisite. They have several locales to choose from, but the Legends Courtyard with beautiful trees and greenery and a lovely fountain was my most favorite. The staff and events team, Jessica especially, went above and beyond for our event. We had very "special circumstances" that required delicate care and a few particular details, but they covered everything flawlessly. The service left nothing to be desired. Everyone showed they actually, genuinely, cared about making everything perfect for our perfect day. AND THE FOOD! SO GOOD! I can't say enough about this amazing little hideaway, the best kept secret in Florida, a little hidden gem, The Mission Inn is an ethereal escape from reality that will make all your wedding dreams come true!

    Since we saw this venue I were in love with the peaceful atmosphere and aesthetic of the location . The entire process was smooth, everything was as desired and planned with no bumps on the road.     Mission inn perfect wedding!

    Our Son was married at The Mission Inn and Resort on 12/29/18. It was by far the perfect wedding!!
    Working with Bri Marbais to book the wedding was great . She made the entire process so easy to understand and Helped the kids decide on exactly what they wanted.
    The wedding coordinator Jessica Maertchik was incredible to work with. We are a very detail orientated family and she help us figure out every detail making the wedding just perfect. So many guest told us that this was the best wedding they have ever been to . I credit Jessica with making everything that day just perfect!!!
    The ceremony in the Plaza de la Fontana was just picture perfect..The cocktail hour and reception was also just wonderful , the setting was just perfect.Having a wedding at The Mission Inn when many of your guest will be coming from out of town was just wonderful. We had almost 70 guest staying there and everyone loved it especially those who play golf!!! If you are looking at having a wedding in central Florida I would highly recommend the Mission Inn !!!!

    Nothing short of magical

    From greeting Bri to plan my event, to having Nadine make sure it was perfect, it was magical. The venue was beautiful, the food was fantastic, and they took care of everything! The day of was even better than I expected, and I have these 2 ladies to thank for it

    Amazing Wedding at The Mission Inn Resort

    Our wedding was held at the Mission Inn Resort on Saturday, November 10, 2018. But, before I share details of the amazing day, I like to first share our experience with both the Wedding Sales Manager, Jessica Castrejon and Nadine Haines, Catering Manger. Our first contact was with the wedding sales manager, Jessica; who greeted us with the most warmest smile and greeting. As she shared with us the specifics of the resort, it was clear she was a master of her role as the resort sales manager. She did an amazing job showing us the options where to have our ceremony and reception. She offered us recommendations of the various vendors that we would likely need for our special day, I.e. photographer, makeup artist, bridal shops. Once we made up our mind that our wedding choice would be the Mission Inn Resort, Jessica connected us to our Catering Manager, who would over see every detail of our wedding. Nadine, the Catering Manager, did an amazing job making sure our vision to our dream wedding would come to reality.

    We found the Mission Inn Resort to be competitively priced but the service was beyond our expectation - from the sales manager to the hotel front desk to the bellman; all were helpful and upbeat. Our guests all said they enjoyed their stay and the restaurant experience was outstanding. One of the advantages for our guests, was all the activities it offered to lengthen the guests’ stay through out the weekend. We had family members play golf, teenagers signed up for Shoot & Skeet and of course the beautiful pool.

    We recommend this place for both wedding and ceremony because of their exceptional experience in pulling it all together with as little stress for the bride and groom. Their aim is for the bride & groom to relax and enjoy the “ride.” We are so happy to have chosen the Mission Inn Resort.

    Fantastic all around!

    Mission Inn Resort & Club - Howey in the Hills was the perfect venue for our small, intimate wedding. Everyone was helpful and worked with us from the first meeting until after the reception and beyond. Bri was able to make my dream of having the ceremony and reception a reality and Nadine assisted in making my wedding day relaxing and beautiful. The property was fantastic for pictures, the food delicious and all the staff we encountered were friendly and courteous. We are looking forward to returning and celebrating our future anniversaries and can not recommend the Mission Inn Resort & Club - Howey in the Hills enough!

    Great Wedding Experience

    The Mission Inn was the perfect location for our wedding. We loved the Spanish architecture and the feeling of being transported far away while only being 25 minutes from home. The Marina Del Rey was full of greenery and overlooked a grand lake. All of our guests were mesmerized with the scenery just as much as we were.
    Our wedding would not have been a success without the help of Jessica and her assistant Nadine. In the months leading up to the wedding, Jessica was helpful and responded quickly when we had any questions or concerns. She always had our best interest in mind.
    On wedding day, Jessica and Nadine took care of decor, vendor organization, and overall made sure that we were stress free. We enjoyed having them along during every part of the day. The staff during the reception was also amazing and so helpful.
    We have so many great memories from our wedding day and we cannot wait to visit The Mission Inn Resort again soon.

    Amazing!!!

    My husband and I were very specific about the venue we wanted to get married and since most of our guests were coming from out of town, it was important for us that the venue had accommodations and that everything was held on site, ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. I believe we visited over 15 different venues before we decided on Mission Inn and I am glad we did, it was no doubt the best decision!! Mission is a unique place, and as a romantic bride, I fell in love with Plaza de La Fontana at the moment I stepped in, the stunning views, the Spanish architecture and the impeccable grounds got me sold on our first visit. The director of sales Bri Marbais showed us around ,she was incredibly knowledgeable, personable and attentive, she listened to all our “ must to have it” list and made sure it was all included in our contract. The communication was always good, professional and prompt. Along the way we meet our catering manager Jessica Maertchik and what a blessing it was to work with Jessica, she is amazing! My husband and I planned our entire wedding witch was very elaborated and full of details that were very important to us. Jessica was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, it didn’t matter how crazy our requests were, she went out of her way to make sure everything was the way we wanted. During the process, we had issues with our first choice of florist and I started to panic, without hesitation Jessica offered to help find a reliable and reasonable priced vendor, within a few days she found me an amazing vendor that offered more than I was looking for!! Jessica always replied to our uncountable emails with great attitude and I cannot imagine going thru this process without her help. In the end our wedding was absolutely perfect and everything we expected, the food was delicious, the servers were helpful and the service was flawless. It was no doubt the best day of our lives!!!

She created a vision and executed with a very professional and creative team of wedding vendors and Mission Inn staff.     My husband and I had our wedding at the Marina Del Rey at Mission Inn Resort located in Howey In The Hills, Florida. Our catering manager was Jessica, and she made our special day better than we could have imagined! Her constant communication from the day we signed the contract to the day of made the process and everything run very smooth. Jessica and her entire staff always remained professional, timely and respectful to everyone involved with our wedding. The venue is beautiful and exactly what we were looking for and is perfect for those looking for an outdoor ceremony and an indoor reception location. It was also an added perk that the two were right next to each other so we didn’t have to travel to the reception. The overall atmosphere of the resort is amazing. Our wedding guests cannot stop talking about the food we had on our buffet, everything was excellent. One of the perks of having our wedding there was 2 night in the honeymoon suite. That was an awesome addition, and the resort has a very modern but timeless feel to it which we both really enjoyed. We cannot say enough good things about Mission Inn Weddings! 10/10, highly recommend!

    Mission Inn was our third venue we looked at one of them was Bok Tower the other one was Hickory Pointe then we stopped at Mission Inn best thing we ever did. The tour of the venue sold us right away. Marina Delray is so calm peaceful just puts you in another world. You could not asked for any better support, promptness, right on top of things never have to wonder what is the next thing to happen they do not leave you in the dark and guessing. As the old saying goes the best thing since sliced bread !!!

    I can’t imagine having my wedding anywhere else! Mission Inn Resort exceeded my expectation in everything- the beauty of its grounds, the knowledge of its staff, the quality of its service, and the elegance of the resort’s accommodations. Jessica, the venue coordinator, was wonderful to work with. She was very easy to communicate with and always put me at ease with any concerns. I lost count of friends & family who couldn’t stop complimenting the venue and the room accommodations. Friends & family even enjoyed golfing and the skeet range. My husband and I are already looking forward to returning each year for our anniversary not only for the nostaglia but because the resort offers such beauty and elegance and all of the restaurants are delicious no matter the meal!

    When I first went to view Mission Inn, Bri was the first person we met with. She was super sweet and helpful. We instantly fell in love with MI and the old Florida feel. We also loved that our guests could stay over, which was a huge selling point for us as we have lots of family from out of town and state. Once we booked our wedding date (about 14 months in advance since we wanted a long engagement), we had a not so great coordinator in the beginning who didn’t seem to care BUT then a few months later we were blessed to get Karen as our coordinator. I was 100% thrilled to have someone so caring, generous and actually excited for our wedding! Honestly Karen made our experience absolutely perfect. From every detail she went over with me (numerous times, since I’m so indecisive haha) to random wedding Wednesday emails. She always made me feel like a priority and not just another customer no matter how far or soon my wedding date was. I don’t know what I would of done without Karen! Our wedding was absolutely beautiful and a dream come true. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating during our stay for the weekend.

    My wife and I were just married at the Marina Del Rey at the Mission Inn Resort. Everything was perfect and the staff went above and beyond to make it happen. In particular, the Catering Manager, Jessica Maertchik and her assistant, were hands down the most valuable people to us. They are the definition of professionalism. We did not have a wedding planner due to budget and did just about everything ourselves. Inevitably we forgot a few small details. They sprung into action and took care of it. I could go on and on about Jessica because she was that wonderful. The rest of our stay at the resort was no less enjoyable. Everyone from the front desk staff to housekeeping to staff at La Hacienda were always polite and more than accommodating. The food was delicious at La Hacienda during Sunday's brunch buffet. Though we never took the do not disturb sign off the door, Maria in housekeeping made sure to keep us stocked when passing her in the hall. We will not only be back to try out Saturday nights dinner buffet but I have a good feeling it has become our go to stay-cation spot

    Everyone at Mission Inn did a truly exceptional job at making our wedding unique, personal and amazing! All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The wedding went off without a hitch. The shuttles ran well and were always readily available. We could not have asked for more from any of the people! Truly the best customer service I've ever experienced at a resort! Also the rooms themselves were very comfortable and the resort grounds are gorgeous. We didn't get much of a chance to enjoy all of the amenities but what we did experience was excellent!     I am so happy and proud to have chosen Mission Inn to host my wedding!! Mission Inn is a very unique and beautiful wedding venue. What I liked most about this venue is that we got to spend the entire wedding weekend onsite and no one had to drive anywhere, everything was in one location! We did our rehearsal dinner on Friday night at the Marina del Rey, the ceremony was in the Plaza de la Fontana, the reception was in La Hacienda, and a farewell brunch on Sunday. It was fabulous. I have received so many complements on how gorgeous the venue was and how much my guests enjoyed staying at the resort. With the wedding package, we had a day of coordinator from the venue that met with us throughout the wedding planning stages. Unfortunately she left her job at Mission Inn a week or two before my wedding. At first this made me very nervous as I loved her and she knew everything about my wedding and how I wanted it to go. Thankfully, the very sweet and amazing Karen took her place and stepped right up to the plate. She was nothing short of amazing! She was very accommodating and listened to me. She provided me with everything I wished for and more. My wedding included a few aspects that were different from the norm at Mission Inn. We did more of a casual party style reception which wasn't offered in their regular catalog. The staff at Mission Inn was very receptive to my wishes and created a customized menu for the stations that I requested. The food was outstanding! I was very thankful for this. I would recommend this venue over and over again!

    The Mission Inn was the perfect location for our wedding. The ceremony was at their venue called the Marina del Rey. It was everything we wanted for our wedding and the staff was very helpful during the planning process. We were assigned a wedding coordinator named Jessica and she was amazing. She was extremely patient with all the various questions we had and easy to get in touch with. She was very easy to talk to and kept me calm and relaxed on the big day. I highly recommend Jessica’s services of this venue is selected. I’m so glad i chose this wedding so I could have my dream wedding.

    We had an incredibly positive experience with the Mission Inn at our brunch wedding in the Legends Ballroom and Courtyard! From our first tour of the resort, to making decisions throughout our year of preparation, to the wedding day itself, Mission Inn's team made wedding planning entirely stress free. As an out of town bride, I appreciated working with the Mission Inn's extremely professional and competent team because they completely put my mind at ease throughout the planning process. The wedding day itself ending up being more wonderful than we could have imagined and guests complimented us on the beautiful location, and delicious food. We would highly recommend the Mission Inn to any engaged couples searching for a wedding venue to make their own!

    Mission Inn is such a special place! They made our wedding day truly spectacular!! We felt as if we were in our own fairytale.     I am so glad we chose the Marina at Mission to host our wedding. Since we had a lot of out of town guests it was so nice that they could stay in a beautiful location during our wedding weekend. Our wedding coordinator Karen was wonderful! We had countless questions, and changes we wanted to make, and she was so kind and responsive throughout the whole experience.     My husband and I had our dress rehearsal dinner and our wedding at Mission Inn. The entire venue is exquisite, not just the space you get married, but all around, making for very pretty wedding pictures. Jessica Maertchik was our venue coordinator and made sure everything ran perfectly smooth - I did not have to worry about a thing! Jessica, her assistant Karen, and the rest of the team at Mission Inn truly take pride in their jobs and it shows in the attention and care they give toward every detail. If you want a breathtaking wedding that is flawlessly run, then you need to consider Jessica as your coordinator and Mission Inn for your venue. Hindsight is 20/20, and there is not one thing we would change about our magical wedding weekend thanks to Jessica and the beautiful Mission Inn!

    My husband and I got married at Mission Inn this past October 2017 and we couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out! It was a dream come true wedding! We had come across Mission Inn way back in June of 2016 due to the amazing reviews online and decided to visit the venue. The moment we walked out to the Plaza de la Fontana and saw that amazing view we knew that this had to be our venue and had to book it right away (even though we were a year and a half out!). Bri took us around the whole resort to all their different locations and gave us so much information we really had no questions at the end for which location we wanted to do and how soon could we book our date with them. Bri was amazing, so personable, nice and very accommodating to us at the first meeting and a multitude of times after that (even when our wedding day was already over too)! We were set up with Amy as our coordinator there at MIR and she was amazing too! She helped us every step of the way with anything planning wise with Mission Inn and picked out the most perfect champagne flutes for us to have at the reception, it was like she knew us so well! The cake box waiting for us in our honeymoon suite was an extra bonus! We had our ceremony at the Plaza de la Fontana location, cocktail hour at Plaza de la Palmas and our reception in La Hacienda and every single one of these locations were absolutely perfect for our day. La Hacienda was transformed into a completely different room. It truly was out fairytale wedding and we couldn’t have been happier to have chosen Mission Inn to have our wedding at!! Thank you Bri, Amy and the rest of your team for making this the best day ever for us!! Pick Mission Inn for your wedding, you will be extremely happy with your choice!

    When it comes to our wedding weekend, I feel the term "exceeded expectations" doesn't do it justice. Karen and the entire staff at Mission Inn exceeded expectations that I didn't even know I had!

    From the very beginning, all of the planning was very smooth with Karen. She was always available when we needed to communicate. Since we were an out-of-state couple, sometimes our trips to Florida would be unexpected or last minute. Karen would go above and beyond to make herself available when we would say "hey, we are in the area!" She would never make it seem like it was an inconvenience. We were very satisfied with the planning stages: great communication, significant amount of control of the layout and an abundance of options to really make the space your own.

    In regards to the wedding day, this is where I was blown away. It is a day I will remember forever and I am by no means a romantic/sentimental type bride :) It's hard to put into words, but seeing everything come together, seeing all the work of Mission Inn and the different vendors come together was incredible. As a team they were able to put together a vision that was in my head that I never thought I communicated all that well (with so much planning being long distance and some last-minute). It's like they were able to read my mind and bring it to life! I think the part that I hold most dear will not only be the way that I felt, but the way our families felt. In that space, not only my husband and I made memories, but countless family members had their own moments that they will remember. Most of the day I just felt speechless at how beautiful and 'perfect' everything turned out.

    If I could sum it up in one phrase: Even while managing multiple events, Karen and the entire staff at Mission Inn had a way of making you *feel* like you were the only ones in the world, and that will be something I will be able to reminisce on and feel forever :)

    We just had the most PERFECT wedding at the Mission Inn Resort!

    Mission Inn Resort was one of our top choices to get married at. After meeting with their team, we decided to get married there and we definitely made the right choice. Amy and Bri were so helpful through my whole wedding planning/process. The day of the wedding Amy, Bri and team helped set up the ballroom and it looked absolutely amazing. I honestly couldn’t have pictured a more beautiful room. When I walked into the ballroom for the first time I was speechless. They really went above and beyond to make my day extra special from the ceremony, cocktail hour, to ballroom. The food was also great! After our tasting we knew our guests would love the food and sure enough they did. We received a lot of comments on how tasty the food selection was.

    One of the reasons we chose the Mission Inn, was because we had a lot of family coming from out of town and they could stay there. We got several compliments from our guests about how beautiful the resort was and how everyone there made it such a pleasure to stay. The bellman and front desk staff were amazing. The front desk lady was such a doll and the bellman helped load/unload our vehicles.

    Hands down best place to get married! My husband and I are so grateful to them for making our wedding run so smooth and perfect!

    Our brunch wedding at Mission Inn was the wedding I always dreamed of! Mission Inn's staff was incredibly accommodating throughout the entire wedding planning process and particularly on the day of the wedding. They even worked with us to make sure we stayed within our budget. The Venue Coordinator provided by Mission Inn went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. She even fixed things I didn't find out about until after the wedding in order to make sure my day was perfect. The food was also absolutely superb! I highly recommend getting married here.

    My wedding at Mission Inn was absolutely beautiful and an absolute dream! Our package included so many perks, fit our budget and their coordinators are amazing! Communication was key for planning my wedding since I live far away and my family did most of the planning. The Mission Inn team was quick and efficient in responding and helping with everything! Not to mention the actual venues are absolutely beautiful and are perfect for minimal decor as the site itself has so much character. They have everything and anything you can think of available to you and lots of resources to save time. Everyone LOVED the venue, photo opportunities and the overall event.

    Mission Inn rocks! When starting our venue search my husband and I kinda knew what we wanted but when we visited Mission Inn wow we were we blown away!!!! Just touring the property was amazing and then we got to meet the weddings team. From the first meeting to the very last request the whole entire wedding team was exceptional! Bri and Karen were so professional and caring catering to our needs for our wedding! We had a guest that had dietary needs and they were able to accommodate them. Our guest came back and said not only did they feel included but it was the best meal in a long time they had! My husband and I had our dream wedding and it was all thanks to Mission Inn!! Best decision ever in having our wedding there!

    Mission Inn was a perfect place to have our wedding. The venue was absolutely beautiful and so convenient for our out of town guests. Our guests were able to stay entertained with the golf courses, pool, and restaurants. Our venue coordinator, Karen, and all of the staff were very helpful throughout the planning process and the day of. We were able to do a food tasting to determine which dishes we wanted on the buffet. On the same day, they brought in colored linens for me to decide which ones I wanted. Karen was very responsive to my emails, even when she was out of town. She always responded so quickly and was very helpful. Our rehearsal dinner and reception food was amazing. I would definitely recommend another bride to use this venue, especially if they have a lot of out of town guests and want everything to be in one location.

    The venue coordinators at Mission Inn went beyond my expectations. They helped me with every step of planning the ceremony and putting together the reception. They even worked with my florist when decorations and putting together my sweetheart table and guestbook table. They did such a beautiful job! They were so responsive and helped make any and all requests for the wedding possible.

    I just got married a few days ago at the marina del Rey at the mission inn florida and it was amazing, our every need was catered for. Karen our wedding planner was fantastic she could not have organised it better. The views at the marina and throughout the property were stunning. I could not recommend enough.
    A special mention to our hairdresser the best hair and make-up I've ever had wonderful.

    We decided to have our wedding at Mission Inn Resort without even visiting the resort first. Crazy right! Not for us! We wanted a small gathering of family and a select number of friends to share our day with us. We wanted this to be a family affair as we live in NJ and decided on FL due to the number of family members living in the area. We wanted to bring our wedding to them not bring them to our wedding.

    The staff at Mission Inn Resort helped us to make the decision in those early days just by being so attentive and understanding of what we were looking for on our wedding day. Every email and phone call was greatly detailed in all responses with no hesitation. We would receive replies day and night no matter how stupid or simple our questions may have been.

    On our wedding day things could not have gone smoother. It rained about 2 hours before our outdoor ceremony at Marina del Rey, however, by the time of the ceremony the rain had magically stopped. The ceremony was absolutely beautiful with the set-up and the venue hall at the Marina was set-up beautifully.

    The wait-staff was attentive to all guests no matter the age which ranged from 4 years old to 90 years old. Everyone was treated as family which coming from NJ is extremely important. Our venue coordinator, Karen, was an absolute delight. She is the coordinator everyone wants! She helped us along the way with all final details and ensured everything ran according to plan from morning to way after the night ended. She does not look at being a venue coordinator as a “job” but rather enjoys every aspect of your wedding.

    I would recommend for everyone to contact Mission Inn Resort for their wedding or any other gathering as the rooms are beautiful, there are things to do all hours of the day/night, and you have so many options!

    Mission inn made our wedding day and experience the absolute best! From the venue to the staff, they went above and beyond. We had both our rehearsal dinner and wedding ceremony and reception there. Karen the wedding coordinator is the BEST! We would definitely recommend mission inn to everyone looking to get married!     What a fantastic wedding venue! We planned our wedding while living in New York City, and every step of the process was so easy with the fabulous staff at Mission Inn. I grew up in the Orlando area and when we got engaged my lovely mother went looking at wedding venues and she absolutely fell in love the beauty and 'Old Florida' feel of the Mission Inn. Since we were unable to fly down, we used FaceTime to see the property and speak with Brie (who is wonderful!) and just knew that this was the place for us. It was so easy to plan from a distance with the staff at Mission Inn. Our coordinator, Karen, was an absolutely dream to work with and helped us with all of our rentals from linens and chargers to swagging the ballroom ceiling. Everything about our wedding day was flawlessly executed by the staff. Their professionalism and attention to detail was truly impressive and we didn't have to worry about a single detail on the day. It was wonderful to be able to just enjoy our special day without worrying about any of the details. I also have to mention that it was so wonderful to find a venue that is all inclusive. With the vast majority of our guests coming in from out of town, we really wanted to make sure that all of our events were in one location and that there would be plenty of activities and restaurants for our guests to enjoy throughout the weekend. Mission Inn absolutely fulfilled this dream and our guests are still talking about the beauty of the property, how friendly and accommodating the staff was, and how much fun they all had golfing, hitting the pool, and playing shuffle board. We are so grateful for the wonderful staff at Mission Inn and couldn't recommend them more highly. It was truly a magical weekend.

    This place is simply awesome! We had our ceremony and reception at the Marina Del Ray. It was so gorgeous! While still on resort property you feel secluded in a way that you have that whole area to yourselves its so amazing. I booked this place without even seeing it in person. My parents live in Florida and drove there and we face timed so I could at least get a virtual tour and even over the phone i knew it was the perfect place for us. Its the perfect destination wedding it really has it all! The staff was so friendly on wedding day and Amy was a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend!

    Vanessa and her team at Spa Marbella did such an amazing job with me and my wedding's hair and make up! They made me look the prettiest I've ever been on my wedding day! My husband and everyone loved my whole wedding look. They did exactly what i asked and then some. I would not suggest anybody else to do your hair and make up day of. Everyone looked fresh and the make up didn't feel too much or caked on. It was absolutely perfect!

    Our Wedding at Mission Inn was going to be a destination wedding for us and about 95% of our guests. I was a little worried with planning something out of state and thinking there may be a few lines of miscommunication, especially since we went through 3 venue coordinators. Mission Inn exceeded my expectations and then some! Everyone was very professional and responsive. My questions were always answered within one or two business days. Our last venue coordinator was Jessica, and I was thoroughly impressed that after communicating with two other coordinators, nothing was missed when Jessica and I reviewed all the final details. Everything was executed perfectly! We got married at Marina Del Ray and it was perfect. The spot was very well manicured and had great upkeep. There also was not many bugs which we were really happy about! The food was outstanding and we heard from most of our guests that it was the best food they ever had. The wait staff and bartenders were very friendly. We also hosted our rehearsal dinner and had a small welcome reception at Plaza de las Palmas. Again, outstanding! My ONLY negative is PLEASE fix the AC in your van! We had to take a shuttle bus from the resort to Marina del Ray to do our rehearsal - the AC was broken and the driver told us it has been broken for a while with no intent to fix it. It was in the high 80's and 30 people in that bus - it was very HOT! But that is my only complaint! Everything else was fantastic!!!!

    Right after my husband and I got engaged we immediately started researching different venues around Central Florida. We went to a number of different places that we thought we would love, but they turned out to be...terrible. After those failed attempts we decided to check out the Mission Inn and we fell in love! Not only was everything absolutely gorgeous, but the staff was amazing and great to work with! We worked with Amy the whole time and she was wonderful. She answered all of our questions quickly and was there every step of the way. Our ceremony was located at the Plaza de la Fontana, cocktail hour at Plaza de las Palmas, and reception at La Hacienda. Every single location was so perfect that we only felt the need to add minimal decor to the reception area. Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful everything was! The hotel staff was wonderful as well, always helping out and running around for us whenever we needed assistance. My husband and I had our dream wedding and we honestly can say that it would not have been as great if we did not choose the Mission Inn!

    We had our wedding at Mission Inn this past weekend at the Plaza de la Fontana. It was the most beautiful weekend and we are so glad we chose Mission Inn for our special day. From the day that we met with Mark to see the venue all the way through our the wedding day, everything was perfect. They truly know how to host a wedding! Amy, our event coordinator was also great. The staff, food, and service was amazing. I cannot say enough about Mission Inn. You will not be disappointed by having your wedding there as well! Thank you Mission Inn for the most unforgettable wedding weekend!
