I loved having my wedding at Mission Hills!
Our wedding was 1/29/2020 and we worked mainly with Suzanne. She was AMAZING!!!! So accommodating, we kept in touch throughout the whole planning process which was about a year. She was always timely with her responses and was willing to be as flexible as we needed. There was a bridal suite AND a groomsman suite which we really appreciated. We had the whole building and grounds to ourselves for the entire day, which made pictures so much easier!
I cannot leave this review without talking about the FOOD. Sometimes at weddings the food isn't necessarily the focus, but that is something we never had to worry about with Mission Hills. All the food we had was phenomenal and our guests couldn't stop talking about it.
The staff was wonderful! Everyone was very nice and willing to help out with whatever was needed. I would recommend Mission Hills to anyone and everyone. -

Perfect venue and professional service
We held an event that involved food service, bar, set up and AV support. It came off without a single problem. Ample and close parking. The venue has multiple rooms that make separating the different activities of your event very easy. Food and bar service were timely and well handled. Set up was perfect and they offered AV support that we hadn’t even requested but turned out to be very useful. The outside views were beautiful. We wouldn’t hesitate to book mission hills again. -

Beautiful venue!
Such a wonderful wedding venue! My husband and I got married here last September and had a great experience. The venue is all inclusive so you don't have to find outside caterers, which was super convenient, plus the food was absolutely delicious. We had several wedding guests rave about the food. Our wedding was the only event going on that day, which made everything feel very intimate and special. We had our ceremony outside, which was beautiful on the golf course. There are separate getting ready areas for the bride & groom, and we had lunch and drinks in the rooms while getting ready. We worked closely with Suzanne who helped coordinate and make everything run smoothly. I would suggest hiring another day of coordinator in addition - there are many things that need to get done and it would be super helpful to have another coordinator there as well to make sure things run smoothly. Victor was also super helpful in making sure everything was perfect - he went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect day! Highly recommend! -

Could not recommend more!!
The Mission Hills venue was the absolute PERFECT fit for our big day!! Wanda and her team were very accommodating and all helped so much to make our wedding planning process a smooth one. Wanda helped us out every step of the way to create a day we will truly never forget! We had to postpone our wedding a year due to COVID and Wanda was on top of getting us a new date and making sure we kept our guests as safe as possible! We had our ceremony outside onsite and they even had a back up plan for us to move it inside incase the weather didn't cooperate (luckily it did) but we felt at ease knowing there was another option ready to go at any minute! The golf course made for a beautiful ceremony and flawless first look photos. We loved that both the bridesmaids and groomsmen were able to get ready here in totally separate areas; the girls in the bridal suite and the guys downstairs where they also had fun playing pool and foosball. The food was incredible and the options they offer are endless. We definitely recommend the Del Monico steak and the bananas foster dessert for such a fun show to get your evening started! We highly recommend the Mission Hills venue and Wanda if you are lucky enough to book her and her team!! -

Awesome, Affordable, Private Setting
Just had our wedding at Mission Hills and I have to say that it was amazing! Very affordable, beautiful, and great for us one stop shoppers.
The staff was great. All the servers checked in on us throughout the night and made sure to cater to my needs. I wasn't drinking, so they made sure my toast had no liquor. I'm lactose intolerant, so they made sure I had dairy-free ice cream. Seriously awesome!
Victor has 30 years of experience and made sure the girls and I were comfortable in the bridal room. He greeted us with drinks and space heaters. His experience with the venue helped me feel more at ease. It was clear he knew what he was doing.
Lastly, Suzanne, our coordinator, made sure that everything went according to plan. She took care of guiding the vendors and making sure we were on schedule. This allowed us to really enjoy our day. She constantly asked if I wanted certain things like appetizers in the bridal room. When I said "no thank you" it was done anyways and sure enough...I needed it! She and the rest of the staff were great at anticipating my needs. So happy we chose Mission Hills! Also worth noting that you get more at this venue for a better price than you do at many others. Value was a huge thing for us. Pricing is fair and venue is in great shape. 10/10. -

Having our wedding here was the best decision we made!
So happy we chose Mission Hills for our big day! It was affordable, private, and beautiful! Suzanne helped us navigate wedding planning through a pandemic and made sure things went accordingly on our day. Victor and the staff did an amazing job with guests and the venue. The Best Venue, Food, and Service
Mission Hills was an all-inclusive, intimate, and a perfect wedding location. The food is incredible, the venue is stunning both inside and out, but most of all, the service was amazing; whether it was working with our unbelievably hard-working and creative wedding coordinator, Suzanne, or the fully masked and vaccinated waitstaff who made sure I had sparkling grape juice in my champagne glass (as I don't drink)... they were incredibly kind, responsive, and paid attention to every single detail to make sure that all of my dreams truly came into fruition for nothing short of a perfect wedding day. I cannot recommend Mission Hills enough for any type of special occasion as their team will go above and beyond to make it unforgettable. -

Winter Wonderland Wedding
Mission Hills is a beautiful venue. I had a winter wedding at the hall and I was able to decorate to my desire. Everyone that was invited told us the food was wonderful and the banana’s foster was entertaining and delicious. I want to thank all of the servers that worked that night. They all helped us get everything cleaned up at the end of the night and brought items to our cars. Thank you Mission Hills for a day that I will never forget. -

Very nice venue and great staff
We had our wedding here in January 2020 but decided on the venue in November 2018. The biggest draw here is definitely the level of service provided by the staff. We worked primarily with one coordinator up to the day of the wedding (Jennifer) as well as with two other coordinators (Suzanne and Kristen) the two weeks up to the wedding and on the wedding day. They were all great and incredibly responsive. They made sure we were accommodated and met our needs from day one. The day of the wedding the ops manager, Victor, was phenomenal in making sure everything when smoothly. He ran the show a did an A+ job. I also want to make sure I mention the food, which was absolutely delicious. I got guest compliments on every course from the french onion soup to the banana's foster and cake dessert. The venue space can be transformed into anything you want it to be, depending on your budget and vision, and the staff is there to help you along the way. I recommend Mission Hills as a great space to create a beautiful wedding at a very reasonable price. -

Extraordinary Evening
We recently held a dinner party for 80 at the Mission Hills Country Club. I've received many compliments for the food and the service. Suzanne Gheradini helped tremendously in the planning and was present at the event to make sure everything went as planned. The event was perfectly staffed so there was no waiting for cocktails at the bar or for extra coffee at the end of dinner. Dinner was delicious and served graciously and on time. Suzanne followed through on everything that was promised and was key to the success of our event. -

Best food!!
Our wedding day was perfect, thanks to the help of Monica and Mission Hills. Everything about Mission Hills is perfect! The food is by far the best you will ever have at a wedding. Our guests did not stop talking about how amazing it was. Everything ran smoothly and quickly so we were able to dance all night! From the bridal room, to the billiards for the groomsmen, to the fireplace, to the beautiful chairs that you don't have to pay extra for-- every single detail at MH is beautiful and well thought out! I would recommend MH to everyone! -

excellent service and venue for our 45th wedding anniversary celebration.
We are truly proud of our venue selection and most of our guests were so impressed by the excellent way the ceremon was done at a separate lac from the reception area. Two of my young visitors are already planning to do their planned weddings at this venue.The people like Kristen,Suzzane and Victor are so accomodatng with our requests.For now , we are thinking of doing our 50th anniversary at this same venue.Thank you so much for a job well done. -

We had our wedding at Mission Hills on 11/10/19 and it was absolutely beautiful. Suzanne was professional and personable and helped us every step of the way to make our day beautiful. My husband and I had our wedding here May 2018. It was absolutely perfect! It is a naturally beautiful venue. They were very accommodating to us and made us feel special. They really worked with us to find a package to fit within our budget. They went above and beyond. The staff is all wonderful, especially Suzanne, who was so sweet and helpful throughout our entire wedding planning process. The food is Delicious! I attended a family wedding here and was so impressed!! The venue was so pretty and the views of the grounds from the room were stunning. This was our perfect venue for our wedding. My husband and I were looking for a large and open layout with high ceilings and many windows. Mission Hills really hit the mark! The grounds were beautiful for photos (even in the rain) and we were taken care of very well. Kelly worked so hard with us even though she came on board later in our planning. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with all decisions made. We highly recommend Mission Hills! -

I had my dream wedding here at Mission Hills Country Club. This was actually the first venue we visited when we started wedding planning (found venue on Wedding Wire). We went to see a few other venues but nothing compared to MHCC. We went back and quickly booked our date. Our initial coordinator, Mary Ellen was wonderful and a big part of why we chose the venue.. she was very informative, helpful and responsive.. We were worried when she left but felt just as taken cared of by Kelly and Suzanne. They made an amazing team!! Every wish we had for our wedding was fulfilled. Every detail was tended to... we never felt like we were just another wedding, they truly made us feel special.. They were patient with us and every one of our changes... On our big day, their goal was to make sure we (I) didn't have to worry about a thing... Suzanne was there the day of and made sure everything ran smoothly.. She made sure everything was set up as we asked, the vendors were all in place and on time... She checked in with us often throughout the night to make sure everything was to our liking. We didn't need a day of coordinator, they took care of everything, even things we didn't think about. Our guests are still raving about our wedding, the ceremony we had outside on the terrace, the cocktail hour, dinner (THE FOOD!!!), the dancing... Everyone said how beautiful the venue was... we took our pro pictures out on the greens... at the gazebo, on the bridge over the pond, near the pond, the willow trees... I can't wait to see them, no doubt they'll be beautiful with the backdrop we had... I can't thank the venue enough for all they did for us... My wedding turned out to be the most magical day of my life... -

The staff was wonderful. When our first coordinator left we were worried, but then pleasantly surprised by how friendly, accommodating and detail oriented Kelly was. Suzanne did the most amazing job the night of our wedding. Everything was coordinated and ran smoothly. Suzanne even brought over more champagne and checked on us multiple times. Victor the head server was so sweet. He put a cooler in the bridal suit because it was hot. Everything was organized and just as we hoped. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was awesome! I am really picky and I cannot think of anything I would change or anything that could have been better. Thank you Mission Hills we had an amazing wedding! -

Mission Hills did it again! We had our End of Year work event at Mission Hills in 2014, and we were so pleased and impressed by the venue and the Event Coordinators, Mary Ellen and Joann, that we decided to hold the event at their location, again in 2015.
We were all blown away by the food! I was able to create a menu with the help of Mary Ellen, that fit my budget, and impressed everyone with a plate in front of them. I believe we had a full 6 courses, from soup to dessert, everything was delicious.
Our actual meeting went off without a hitch, perfect A/V and sound - no issues anywhere, and staff were standing by to make sure our food started coming out after our Awards Ceremony completed.
The attention to detail and attentiveness of all the staff is just stellar. I have already referred some of my business partners to the venue, and hope we'll be able to do another golf outing again this year! -

This place was amazing along with the staff!! They made the wedding day possible! The food was fantastic! I am super happy with their service. We had our party of 300 people and it was movable there was a lot of space left. Temperature inside the venue was great. I literally can't complain of any huge things. We could not have been more pleased. Mission Hills looked beautiful and delivered everything we had been looking for when selecting a wedding reception venue for our daughter 's wedding.
What a wonderful job this staff did for us starting with Mary Ellen and Joann straight through to wait staff and bartenders. We are still hearing compliments from our guests who were happy and impressed from stepping in to the champagne service then on to cocktails , dinner and cake service.
You could never go wrong !! -

When I originally booked with Mission Hills to hold my wedding and reception I was hesitant because communication didn't seem to be very important. Then in December I got an email from Mary Ellen explaining how she was my new event planner and it was one of the best emails I had gotten. Mary Ellen, Suzanne, and Joann were all professional, courteous and wonderful. They were always there to answer any and all questions or concerns I had. They went out of their way to make sure that my wedding was perfect and everything went off without a hitch. The food was delicious and everyone had a wonderful time. I would recommend their services to anyone. -

The team at Mission Hills Golf Club were exceptional. We worked Mary Ellen, who was able to work with us on every detail to make our day wonderful. She was very prompt to respond to us when we had any questions and concerns. Her flexibility to work with my hectic schedule allowed to stay connected and on the big day, everything went off without a hitch.
Our quests really enjoyed the venue. We used the Copper Room which was perfect for our little wedding for 50 quests. The food and setting were great.
This is definitely a place that I would recommend to someone, as I don't do these too often.

We held a family golf outing at Mission Hills the day before my daughter's wedding. The team at Mission Hills did a great job for us. The golf outing was a special part of a truly wonderful wedding weekend for everyone. Several of the golfers commented on the excellent and friendly service. Mission Hills was very responsive, flexible and easy to work with from day one. I'd go back there in a heartbeat with another event.

My husband and I had the most amazing wedding Thanks to Joanne and Susan for their undivided attention for being on top of everything..food was amazing and bartenders were great servers were great..my guest enjoyed everything the place looked fabulous..it was really the wedding i imagined it to be..THANK YOU EVERYONE THAT WAS BEHIND THE SCENES...OH AND WE ARE USING THIS VENUE AGAIN FOR OUR TEN YEAR ANNIVERSARY... -

Mission Hills was a great location to have our wedding. We were very impressed with JoAnn and Mary Ellen from the planning, questions we had, the taste testing, our special requests, and everything in general. They were true professionals and we knew were in good hands with them. The day of the wedding the weather wasn't really cooperating, but they managed to have everything shifted indoors and still look beautiful!! All the guests were so impressed with the professionalism of the staff and how great the food was. The food was to die for!!!! Really it was!!!! I would recommend this venue and team to everyone!!! Thank you for making our day so memorable!!! -

My family booked the corner room with the fireplace and sunken bar for my father's memorial luncheon. The food was delicious and plentiful, the service was spot on, the room looked beautiful, everything was just perfect! From subsequent feedback from family and friends, everyone had a great lunch - the sun was shining, the room is so open and surrounded by nature, and the view was serene. I know my Dad would have been very pleased, especially overlooking the golf course.
Thank you to Mary Ellen, the Catering Manager, and her assistant, Joanne, who were extremely responsive, accommodating and professional. They made the event a painless process which in turn made it a memorable day. -

The staff was accommodating and helped in every way before and during party. Everyone commented on his great the good and service was. We gave been getting emails and phone calls from everyone telling us how fabulous the party was. Would do it again. -

I had an event at this venue and they were easy to work with during the entire process! I had about 200 guests and they all had a fantastic time. Food was great, everyone enjoyed their choices (chicken Marsala, almond crusted salmon, and penne pasta with vodka sauce). It was nice to have the cocktail hour room for those arriving prior to the dinner and for after to just mingle and hang out. The big windows were fantastic to give it a nice ambiance. The decor looked superb and I liked the chairs and linens that came with it; looked great without the extra cost! My only critique was that during the dinner serving, some guests had just been served their meals while others were already done. Understandable since it was a large group but it was an easy fix. Thanks again Mission Hills! We had a blast! -

Great venue!
We had our reception at Mission Hills on a chilly fall day and the venue provided the perfect ambiance. The food was so good, the service was excellent, and the experience for us and for our guests exceeded our expectations. Suzanne was so organized and helpful throughout our planning process, and she made sure the entire reception went smoothly. Mission Hills was the first venue we looked at, and after considering a few others, we quickly realized MH was where we wanted to have our dream wedding. Thank you to Suzanne and all Mission Hills staff for everything you did to make our wedding so wonderful and memorable! We recommend Mission Hills! -

Made our Day Special
I was so happy with the venue. The only real issue was the speed of responsiveness before the wedding, but everything was taken care of and addressed in time. The day was spectacular. There are plenty of places to take great photos, the staff was amazing and accommodating, and extremely flexible during the day as unexpected issues came up. And the guests all raved about the food as well. Definitely would recommend this venue to anyone. -

Better than we could’ve imagined
My husband and I had to switch venues 7 months before our wedding so in a scramble to find anything available we came upon Mission Hills. As soon as we met Suzanne we knew this place would be great for us. She was so helpful along the way and was the one mostly likely to calm me down when I started to stress. She went above and beyond and we can’t thank her enough! We’ve gotten so many compliments on the food, too! When we attended the tasting with our parents we were all blown away! We had such an amazing day and it was so much better than we could’ve ever imagined! -

The wedding coordinator was very professional and was pleasant to work with. Our guests were very pleased with the quality of the food and enjoyed the dessert table. The prices were fear and comparable with similar venues in the area. It was nice to be the only event at the club the day of our wedding. Everyone had a wonderful time. -

We had just the reception at Mission Hills. We worked with Randi who was very flexible with us and our budget. The only hickup was that the tables were not set up the way the layout was which then had to be moved the morning of. The food was pretty good and the price is manageable. -
