  Mission BBQ Wedding

  Mission BBQ catered our wedding and it could not have been better! Maria and her team went above and beyond with their attentiveness and communication. Maria definitely knows what she is doing and made sure my husband and I felt at-ease with all of our decisions. Her display of the food was also amazing. Maria and her team made sure we had drinks and brought food to our table. We especially appreciated the bag of food she packed for us to take with us. Thank you!!

  Wedding Dreams Come True!

  I had Mission BBQ cater my rehearsal dinner and was extremely pleased! The food arrived hot and on time and absolutely delicious! The catering staff was easy to work with and was very accommodating to my special request. All of my guests left full and happy. I would highly recommend Mission BBQ catering!

  Maria is so amazing! She was very helpful and made sure that we were served dinner at our table and brought us apps while we were taking family photos!

  So delicious!!!

  Mission BBQ catered our wedding and it was the best decision we made!!! The food was outstanding and the employees are absolutely fantastic!!! We are still getting compliments about the food at our wedding! From the set up, cocktail hour and buffet - everything was absolutely wonderful!!! They even decorated the table according to our them which was awesome!! Would definitely recommend them for any of your catering needs!!!

  Mission BBQ catered our wedding this past weekend. I cannot say enough good things about them. First off, almost every single one of our guests said it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. We went to their location in Richmond for a free tasting and they literally gave us everything off the menu. The staff helped us pick out what we liked best and helped make our menu. Maria was so helpful throughout the planning process she was available via email and phone. Maria and Sarah, who was one of the catering staff the day of our wedding, stopped by the day before the event to set up and scope out the reception venue. Sarah was so awesome and made sure that my husband and I ate during the reception and made plates for both of us. Our guests ate so much food and we still had a bunch leftover, which they packaged up for us nicely! The set up was really cute too. If you want awesome tasting BBQ with a great price, you need to use them!

  Well, I might as well be a walking ad for Mission BBQ. I cannot sing enough praises for the Richmond/Henrico location! Ever since our first visit to the restaurant, where we encountered friendly staff and a huge dose of ‘Murica, we knew it was something special. Call us crazy, but our hunt for a reception venue revolved around one main criterion: that we were allowed our choice of caterer so that we could have Mission BBQ!
  
  Maria Briggs is the Catering Manager and Community Ambassador for this location, and she was a DREAM to work with. She listened to our wants and questions, made suggestions, and held our hands through every step of meal planning. We could tell from her cheerful and professional demeanor that we were in for a treat, and boy, were we right.
  
  Maria and her staff had everything set up when we arrived to the reception, and even decorated the buffet tables with some flowers, framed text, and framed chalkboards identifying each menu item. The food was hot, well-seasoned, and overflowing. Maria quickly arranged two ginormous plates for my husband and me, so we had time to eat and more time to greet guests. She also helped to accommodate a few dietary restrictions, which took a load of stress off me and made the affected guests feel extra cared for! We received loads of compliments on our catering choice. Mission BBQ made the reception feel unstuffy and fun—it fit our rustic, but polished style.
  
  Maria and her servers stayed longer than expected, to help slice and serve our wedding cake and ensure that the venue was clean of all trash at the end of the night. I even received a phone call from the venue owner the next day, exclaiming how awesome the place looked!
  
  Thank you, Maria and Mission BBQ staff, for helping make our wedding day extremely special. We know we made the right choice in choosing a business that serves delicious food, offers stellar service, and has a mission to celebrate our uniformed heroes.

I had a hard time getting hold of her atforst because ot qas tooearly. Everyone raved of the food, and we were so happy we had a bag packed just for us afterwards.
