Made the whole process stress free
I cannot recommend this place enough. We started to plan a big wedding but decided to just elope and invite our closest family and friends. Throughout the whole process Miss Caroline helped ease my anxiety of being states away and making sure everything was what I hoped for. We opted for the wedding in the little chapel and it was just as beautiful as the pictures. It is also a great perk, she has an on site dressing room for the bride. Most of the people attending the wedding stayed at the cabins which were all conveniently located so we could hop between them all. We also had favors for them when they arrived and Miss Caroline helped us arrange it so we could set them in everyone's cabins for when they arrived. Also a big perk for us was that we were able to bring our dogs along. Miss Caroline has all the ducks in a row and is definitely a one stop place. Plus she gave amazing dinner suggestions for after (J Arthurs).

They have so many different ways to make it your own . We brought in our own music and flowers . You can also choose different add ons - which makes it convenient .

Our perfect day!
All I can really say is that we are SO beyond happy and blessed to have had our wedding at Miss Caroline’s. We have no negative things to say. Not only is this place just a great deal financially speaking, but what it gave to us was PRICELESS. The family that owns and runs it are the kindest people and they made us feel so comfortable and at home. The ceremony was perfect and included all of the elements that we wanted. It was simplistic and spiritual and easy going. We all just laughed and had the best time. The photos we got back were so lovely and I very much appreciated that Caroline really let us run with it and we were just posing away and she just let us do our thing and we got so many wonderful photos we’ll treasure forever. From the wedding cake to the bouquet… “planning” and the day of were all just so stress free. We wanted to elope just the two of us but we still wanted to feel like we had all the traditional wedding memories of our special day and this place just knocked that out of the park. I 1000% recommend this chapel to anyone and everyone. I promise you will not regret it. (I’ve included several photos, as when I was looking into this place originally, wedding photos were something I really wanted to see but noticed not a lot of people posted them so I wanted to share some of the great shots we got back! I did change some of them to black and white and whatnot but everything else was ALL Caroline and I couldn’t have asked for a better photographer than her!)

Perfect space for a perfect day!
WOW! We truly enjoyed our wedding day at Miss Caroline's. We decided that we just wanted to do something small with our close friends and family and Miss Caroline's was the perfect place to do just that. We went with one of her packages that includes a two night stay in one of her cabins and let me tell you - it was great! Our ceremony went off without a hitch. My only critique was that the ceremony itself was very heavily religious. My husband and I aren't religious in the least, but our friends and family loved it. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the way our wedding ceremony went and have already decided to visit Maggie Valley and stay in one of her cabins again! If you're looking for a very affordable, all inclusive ceremony package, then look no further! You will not be disappointed.

Amazing and Stress Free
We had the most amazing experience with Miss Caroline's Wedding Chapel. Everything was done by phone, and when we arrived it was the most magical setting. The process of getting married there is totally stress free. The owners, The Edwards, are friendly and down to earth. The facility is beautiful, elegant, and clean. They provide a room for the bride and groom to prepare for the wedding. Our wedding was perfect! The cost is very reasonable. I love every picture Mrs. Caroline took of us during our wedding. WE couldn't have chosen a better venue or people to marry us. They provided 100% perfection. We can't thank them enough! Our wedding happened during the quarantine period and we're excited they provided us with awesome service.

Best Wedding Experience Ever!
Love love love Miss Caroline and her chapel. My now husband and I wanted to have an intimate ceremony with just the two of us and we were looking to get married within 3 months of getting engaged. Miss Caroline's chapel offers a quaint, intimate spot and with her packages I didn't have to do anything except show up with my pretty dress and my hair done (she even gave a list of local hair salons)! There was no stress; everything was absolutely perfect!! I would highly recommend Miss Caroline and her chapel.

Excellent in every way
We just want to thank Caroline and her husband for making our day so special. They are an amazing couple very professional and made our day unforgettable. From beginning to end everything went great. The rain came but ended just in time and though we didn’t get married at the waterfall we did get pictures out there. The ceremony was so very special the scripture was perfect. The cabin was very nice and right on the river. Thank you both for a beautiful wedding. I highly recommend this venue.

Maggie Valley wedding chapel
Chris and I had a wonderful experience with Mrs Caroline’s wedding chapel. It was a simple , no worries ceremony. But the ceremony was so special to each of us. It was like God was talking through the minister to us as the vows were said. It was a beautiful memory. She took great pictures also. Our magical dream come true
Ms. Caroline is amazing ! We had to end up changing our date and she was so helpful. Ms Caroline was easy to reach for consultation in the weeks leading up to the wedding and was quick to respond to emails and calls.The facility is beautiful and offers the option of indoor and outdoor settings. Miss Caroline and Burton are the sweetest couple ever!! We eloped at Miss Caroline's and she made everything from the first phone call to the " I Do's" so easy and stress free. She emailed me a list of salons in the area and also had some great suggestions for nice places for dinner after the ceremony. We arrived and we're immediately greeted by Burton and he took us in and sat down with us and got to know us a little bit before the ceremony. Caroline is an amazing photographer. Photos turned out great and were in the mail when we got home from our honeymoon. If you are looking for a wedding venue in Maggie Valley area I would definitely recommend Miss Caroline's.

Beautiful Fall Wedding November 7, 2018
My husband and I were very happy with our wedding. Everything was wonderful! We loved the little chapel. It was perfect since we eloped & it was just the two of us. The minister was very nice & we liked the Bible scriptures quoted & the vows he had us say to each other. It was beautiful. Miss Caroline did an awesome job taking the pictures. They turned out great! We stayed 2 nights in the Roosters End cabin by the creek. We loved hearing the sound of the flowing water & the cabin was so cute & comfortable. Also loved the Jacuzzi tub & the fireplace. The whole experience was wonderful! We are looking forward to going back to stay in a cabin when we get the chance.

Miss Caroline is one of the sweetest woman I have ever met. My wedding was more then I had expected. Miss Caroline was so helpful with everything. I live in Massachusetts and I sent my wedding dress down ahead of time. We were also renting one of the cabins. The cabin was absolutely beautiful. Miss Caroline hung my dress up for me so it wouldn’t wrinkle. I thought that was so thoughtful and kind. The wedding was absolutely beautiful. We had ours at the waterfall. I loved it! The pictures she took were also beautiful. The day was above and beyond what I expected. I am so thankful for everything Miss Carolina did for us. It was the BEST day ever. So happy we found Miss Caroline!!

Perfect getaway wedding experience!
We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Miss Caroline's Weddings! We wanted our ceremony to be short but sweet with only a few guests and Miss Caroline was so great and accommodating to our needs. She was very attentive and made the entire thing effortless and fun! The pictures came out beautifully as well. The cabin we stayed in was totally cute and quiet, we loved the entire weekend experience! Our family and friends all spoke highly of the ceremony and Miss Caroline and loved their cabin too!

My husband and I just had our wedding at Miss Caroline’s last weekend and everything was fabulous - due in large part to the care and professionalism of the owner, Miss Caroline. I was concerned about the arrangements as we live in Illinois, but she was very helpful, sweet, calming and responsive during the entire process. We had to change our date once, had several of our young granddaughters participate, and brought our own officiant. And then, at the last minute, due to intermittent rain showers, we had to decide whether to have the ceremony outside by the waterfall (which was both my husband and my preference) or inside the bright and airy chapel. Miss Caroline was very helpful and flexible, being willing to accommodate either choice very quickly. We are so pleased that we were able to be outside. She was very gracious to all of our family and friends and were able to keep us on track for the timing of pictures and getting to our reception. I’m so looking forward to seeing the pictures that she took! I highly recommend having your wedding / vow renewal with Miss Caroline.

We were married on January 20th, 2018. We could not have picked a more spectacular venue than Miss Caroline's Wedding Chapel. The Chapel far exceeded our expectations, the Pastor that officiated the ceremony was absolutely perfect and Miss Caroline is the most attentive and special lady who works extremely hard make your special day AMAZING!!!

She had everything ready for me and directed my entire bridal party where to go and what to do! The pictures she took were amazing and she had them mailed to me within a week after my wedding! I can't say I wasn't skeptical at first because the price she charged was inexpensive so I assumed I would get what I paid for but again she gave me so much more! The only thing I would have changed is the volume of the PA system it was a little difficult for my guest to hear our vows behind the noise of the waterfall. I truly recommend this ceremony location it is without a doubt the most perfect spot for a smaller ceremony! Thank you Miss Caroline for making my wedding day as special as possible!

Wonderful experience! Great value! We got the package with two nights cabin included. Miss Caroline was so nice! Pics were great. It rained so we had to move the wedding inside and she was very accommodating and allowed us to choose which inside venue we wanted on very short notice. And we were still able to take pictures outside after the wedding when it stopped raining.

If you are looking for a small, yet lovely wedding experience, you MUST check out Miss Caroline's! From the very beginning, she was so helpful and kind that I felt at ease booking my wedding without visiting the chapel (I live 3 hours away). Upon arrival, she showed us where we could have the ceremony since we had chosen out by the waterfall (beautiful by the way) but it was forecast to rain on our big day. We then made our way to out cabin. We stayed in Roosters End which was perfect. The cabins are pretty close together so its great if you have family staying in the others. Not so great if your wanting privacy away from everyone. I would absolutely recommend Miss Caroline's Wedding Chapel to anyone. Our experience was absolutely perfect. The photos were in our mailbox when we arrived home from the Honeymoon and they were perfect as well. I just couldn't have asked for more. Thank You Miss Caroline for making our big day so unforgettable!

Miss Caroline was the sweetest person who made us feel so welcomed and at ease before, during, and after the wedding. She treated all the guest with that same sincere compassion and truly made our wedding special. Even our dog Hershy felt her hopitality during the wedding. The church was adorable and the waterfall was perfect for pictures. Having a distant wedding is a little risky, but you don't need to stress if you decide to get married at Miss Carolines wedding Chapel!

We are so pleased and happy that we chose Miss Carolines. My husband and I got married here in June 2010. We drove almost 6 hours from our home in Virginia. I had always grown up vacationing in Maggie Valley, NC and when I saw Miss. Caroline's Wedding Chapel I knew it was perfect for us. We had planned to get married in front of the waterfall, but unfortunately it started pouring down rain. Miss Caroline was very accommodating and moved us into the large chapel. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and love the memories from all the great pictures and the DVD that was provided of the ceremony.

Not only do they take care of the wedding and photography, they also have the sweetest, coziest cabins on the same property as the chapel. It couldn't get much easier in our opinion! Miss Caroline is accommodating, kind, personable, and treats your wedding with such genuine care. It was a very enjoyable experience for us. Note: If you do plan on staying in a cabin I would recommend staying in The Rooster's End. It is directly on the river and in my opinion has more space for your vehicle and offers slightly more privacy.

My husband and I have been together for 6.5yrs and we were going to get married next November but we didn't want to wait another year. We decided to go to the mountains with just my mom and dad and get married then go to the Biltmore for the Candlelight Christmas. I did not want to get married in just a courthouse so I went online and found Miss Caroline's and I'm so glad I did. Miss Caroline was so helpful and so sweet from the very beginning. She literally took care of everything. All we had to do was show up. Everything from the bridal dressing room, to the cozy little chapel to the cake cutting ceremony (cake was delicious) was all perfect. She took a variety of pictures and they turned out amazing. Even the preacher was amazing. I couldn't have picked a better preacher then if I had known him myself. It was a very wonderful and unforgettable wedding and weekend. I would absolutely recommend Miss Caroline's Wedding Chapel to anybody!!!

My daughter decided less than a month away from Thanksgiving that she wanted to get married while we were in the mountains renting a cabin with the whole family instead of the big expensive wedding. My problem is I wanted it to be in a church not just at the courthouse. WIN, WIN for everyone! All we did was show up and everything was ready to go! No hassles trying to plan a wedding from a thousand miles away, the retired pastor who did the ceremony on the Chapel was beyond nice and the staff put up with a bunch of women at their wits end! Miss Caroline even suggested a great place to go have a nice dinner afterward - Sweet Onion in Waynesville (less than 15 min) , was delicious and they were also helpful handling our party of 20. The picture disc (which is included) was practically in the mailbox before we got home!

Miss Caroline is one the the sweetest people I have ever met. She met all of our needs with a smile on her face and did everything she could to make our special day one to remember.
My husband and I were each given a private dressing room to get ready in, which was really helpful in keep the element of surprise afloat. I also got to chose a lovely bouquet from Miss Caroline's generous selection to use in my ceremony and photos and to keep!
We had our service by thier gorgeous waterfall, and it was the most intimate and perfect ceremony. My husband and I couldn't be more pleased with how everything turned out.
Our photos came back beautifully as well. Everyone was begging to know where we had them done, and shocked when I told them it was included in my wedding package!
I would recommend Miss Caroline's to anyone wishing for a private mountain getaway wedding.

We had a small wedding of only 15 people and it felt so intimate and personal. Caroline and her staff heard all of our requests and executed them beyond expectation. Caroline answered all of my "new bride" questions and concerns. In addition Caroline was very accommodating to our personal religious believes for the ceremony. We got married here on February 17, 2007. It was fantastic! We opted for Maggie Valley so our families could all come from different locations and enjoy a three day weekend in the mountains along with our wedding. I did not want to spend thousands of dollars and have the headaches of a large wedding. Miss Caroline and her husband were fabulous! They treated us as if we were the only couple they were dealing with. They were gracious and responsive to every phone call prior to the wedding. Everything was as we agreed upon. The ceremony was a beautiful cermony. The chapel is gorgeous and made for beautiful pictures. The waterfall out back was frozen from the cold and also made beautiful pictures. Jody & Terri Franklin -- Married Dec 7, 2015. Our experience was perfect!! We wanted a small, simple & intimate ceremony. That's exactly what we got!! Miss Caroline was the sweetest lady & so accommodating. The preacher was old fashioned & personable. The venue was beautiful!! Miss Caroline did an awesome job taking pictures AND we received the CD in the mail two days after the wedding!!! WOW!!!
Thanks to Miss Caroline for making our wedding day so memorable!!!!

Amazing ceremony. We were well taken care of and our cabin Sweet Serenity was cozy, romantic, beautiful and clean. Miss Caroline was awesome!!

Miss Carolines was very accommodating and we were able to schedule our small wedding within 2 weeks. We had our event in February and loved the frozen waterfall! We also got our pictures back within a week.

Miss Caroline was so professional and accommodating. The venue was perfect for us, as we had 10 people and used the larger chapel. It was intimate and romantic, and had the spiritual emphasis we sought for this special occasion.
The photography was incredible! We had so many people comment on our pictures. With the Comfort Inn being right next door, we were able to host the reception there and house our guests with minimal movement and inconvenience.
The preparation was so much easier with Miss Caroline's help and her packages were perfectly suited to our needs.
I would definitely recommend Miss Caroline's to anyone looking for a smaller, more intimate, yet meaningful venue of any kind.

Miss. Caroline's is a great place to get married. We wanted a small ceremony and it went exactly as we envisioned. We changed our location at the last minute, and they accommodated us and were happy to do so. The cottage we stayed in was perfect, can't wait to go back on our anniversary!

Caroline was amazing. We stayed in one of the cabins which was perfect! It was quiet, private, cozy, and we got an added suprise-snow in March. The service and minister was short and sweet, the way we wanted. Caroline captured photos and put together an album for us. It was a wonderful, memorable weekend.

Miss Caroline's was simple, yet complete, exceeded expectations for a chapel in the mountains though still in town. Miss Caroline herself was exceptional and we would recommend her to others. Photos were great that she personally took.

My wife and I were married on 12/01/16. We had a great experience at Miss Caroline's Chapel. Everyone involved was wonderfully kind and professional. Our wedding was lovely and so memorable. We would definitely choose this venue again.

Was a very great experience. The ministers sermon for are vows was very touching that I couldn't have said it any better. Staff was very friendly and took good care of us. The facilities where very clean and organized. Should include a sign Just Eloped after the ceremony is the only other thing I could think of. I would recommend this place

Very easy and beautiful
Ms. Caroline answered all our questions and made our day very special. She really does have it all down to a T. Our only disappointments were not having a photo in front of the chapel, but her photos where wonderful. The other was the change in minister. Although the older pastor was very sweet he did not speak loud enough for video recordings and he stumbled over some words. But I would still recommend this location, well organized and took all the pressure off of us. Thank you Ms. Caroline

My fiance and I had a wonderful experience. We wanted to share our memories more formally than just going to the Justice of the Peace but not an entire wedding since we are both over 55 and this venue absolutely met all of our criteria. Everyone was so kind and helpful and would recommend them to anyone desiring a smaller venue in a beautiful setting.
