Working with Mirelle and her team was an absolute dream! From the very beginning, she was professional, kind, and incredibly talented. I’m usually shy in front of the camera and don’t love getting my picture taken, but Mirelle made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. She captured our wedding day so beautifully, and looking at the photos now, I’m so grateful to have such stunning memories to relive every moment.
Beyond the wedding day itself, Mirelle also helped us design gorgeous wedding albums for us and our parents, which turned out to be the perfect thank-you gifts. The quality and thoughtfulness she put into them made them so special.
I cannot recommend Mirelle highly enough! If you’re looking for a photographer who is not only incredibly skilled but also warm, patient, and a true professional, she is the one to work with. Thank you, Mirelle, for giving us memories that will last a lifetime! -

Mirelle was a dream of a photographer in every way possible!!! Not only were they the most beautiful photos ever but she took the time to understand what we wanted. From the first meeting to engagement photos, to the many calls between and then the wedding day, she made it fun and easy for people who don't love being in front of the camera. She helped us stay on schedule all day and I truly could not have been happier with Mirelle. ALSO the photos were a dream, they way she made the colors pop and her editing style is so timeless. I cannot wait to frame these photos and use them the rest of my life.
We highly recommend Mirelle to anyone in need of a photographer. She is truly amazing, and we feel so lucky to have found her and had her support throughout the whole wedding process. Thank you, Mirelle, for the incredible memories that we will cherish forever!

Hire Mirelle for dreamy, magazine-worthy photos! Mirelle was the first vendor that I hired and I remember reaching out and then anxiously hoping, praying, and wishing that she was available on my wedding date. Fortunately, she was available, and I didn’t have to wait long for my response because Mirelle is an extremely communicative vendor! I ended up using Mirelle for my engagement and wedding photos and it was such a great experience and me and my husband (and everyone else, we received so many compliments!) love the photos so much. From Mirelle’s Instagram and website, I knew the photos would turn out well, but I had a hard time believing that our photos would look as good as the stunning ones that she highlights on there. But the photos we received are really, truly gorgeous. Both the posed shots with each other or family members and the candid shots laughing with guests. Beyond the photos, I will also say that working with Mirelle is such a joyous experience. You spend a lot of time with your wedding photographer on your wedding day, and we had such a wonderful time with her that day and during our engagement photos. We were a low key couple embarking on a big day and she brought the calm energy we needed while also being exuberant and take charge about getting the photos we needed. This may be a weird way to describe it, but she felt like a true ally and friend on our wedding day. Weddings are beautiful events, and I hope you hire Mirelle to capture the full beauty of yours! (Or any other event, she’s just a wonderful photographer in general!) -

Mirelle is a must hire for your photography needs! Mirelle was our wedding, rehearsal and engagement photographer and we can't recommend her enough. Mirelle is so sweet, very professional and is extremely talented. Our photos are beautiful, perfectly lit and natural. She made the hours of photo taking completely painless and fun. She knew the important moments to focus on and brought our wedding to life through the photos. We love Mirelle and will absolutely hire her again for our family photo needs.

PERFECT 10/10 Photographer!
Mirelle was a dream of a photographer in every way! She is professional, responsive, warm, talented, friendly, fun, takes her work seriously - I could go on and on! I interviewed several photographers and did a ton of research, and truly could not have been happier with Mirelle. She and her sister Cheryl shot our wedding and our photos are incredible. Our bridal party and families had great things to say about Mirelle and Cheryl, too! We got married at the Ebell of Los Angeles in June 2022 and did our engagement shoot with Mirelle in LA in August 2021. Both were amazing experiences. My husband and I recommend Mirelle wholeheartedly! She's just incredible. -

The BEST Wedding Photographer!
We are so grateful that we were able to have Mirelle as our wedding photographer. She is simply the BEST! We had a small micro-wedding with just our immediate family, and it was like Mirelle became a part of our family by the end of the day! She is an absolute pleasure to work with and made everyone feel so comfortable. She's fun and kind - the kind of person who you want to spend your special day with. She's also very efficient when it comes to staged photographs which we appreciated so we could spend more time enjoying the moment and capturing candids. Lastly she's incredibly talented. Her portfolio speaks for itself! We couldn't recommend Mirelle more! -

I was referred to Mirelle for my engagement and wedding photography after seeing her work from my friend’s wedding a few years before. Mirelle is so incredibly talented, warm, caring and above all else professional in her work. You can tell she takes great pride and responsibility to capture these timeless moments in the most perfect way. In these times of the quarantine, we have been looking back at these pictures and will so throughout our lives, and it instantaneously brings us back to the happy times and beautiful shapshots. The absolute BEST photographer!!
Mirelle was such a pleasure to work with. I knew from the moment that my husband and I met her that we would love working with her. She made the entire process relaxing and fun, and she is the absolute sweetest person!
Mirelle is such a talented photographer. We couldn't be happier with how well our engagement photos and wedding photos turned out. All of the images are so natural looking and the light is just gorgeous. I also love how she shot with film photos in addition to digital. Hiring Mirelle was one of the best decisions I made when it came to my wedding. We are excited to use her again when it comes time to celebrate our future life events! I cannot express how incredible Mirelle was for us! Her photographs--both of our engagement and wedding--were OUT OF THIS WORLD BEAUTIFUL. I can't even comprehend how amazing her photography is. Every image is honestly a stand-alone art piece. I can’t tell you how many compliments we’ve received on the engagement and wedding photos we have shared.
Not only will you absolutely, positively get the most beautiful photographs with Mirelle, you also get an amazing person! Mirelle was so helpful, fun, responsive throughout both our engagement photo shoot and wedding photo shoot. Mirelle has such a warm, amazing personality that my husband and I (who are extremely shy about taking photos) felt soooo at ease and comfortable.
Mirelle also went above and beyond to make sure all of our photos were perfect--from scouting out locations ahead of time, to coming up with an amazing back-up plan when it was pouring rain on our wedding day. Mirelle is a dream to work with given how detail-oriented she is--she created a perfect wedding timeline that lent to a stress-free and amazing day! Oh and icing on the cake--we received all of our beautiful wedding photos exactly 1 month after our wedding. She kept the magic alive for us!
We can't thank Mirelle enough for her amazing work and giving us the perfect pictures to help us relive the best day of our lives. ❤️❤️❤️ -

She was professional, flexible, very friendly, and her photos were breathtaking! Photography was the largest part of our wedding budget, and we absolutely made the right choice.
Right from the beginning, we were totally enamored with her photojournalistic style and the beautiful way she works with light and color. We contacted her and hit it off immediately. Over the months, we got to know Mirelle better, from her great sense of humor and love of dinosaurs, to her delightful and talented family. (Including her sister, Cheryl, who is her second shooter and a fantastic photographer.) On the day of our wedding, it felt like we had two extra friends there with us who just happened to be incredible photographers.
We got married on the beach, so our first look photos had a rush of wind and the ceremony itself was set against a backdrop of crashing waves. Mirelle captured the warm glow of our evening reception perfectly, the scrumptious food, and--most importantly--the sense of celebration and love surrounding our party. We could not have imagined a more perfect day, or more perfect photographers to share it with. -

Colleen Sent on 05/02/2012Mirelle is an amazing photographer with a great eye for detail, perfect at capturing light and making her subjects contrast beautifully. Whether the photo is of a person or object it has a sparkle to it that draws the eye and is simply breath taking. As a person she makes everyone around her at ease, directs poses for the shy subjects and keeps the mood joyful and relaxed. I appreciated most her attention to detail such as when hairs are out of place, clothing is disheveled, or a shot just isn't working as planned. She responded promptly to emails/phone calls, worked hard to get every shot we asked for, and suggested other shots as well. I would recommend her to any couple preparing to say I do. We had our engagement photos and wedding photos with Mirelle. Our wedding photos were the most important thing to me from that day and I am so pleased with the memories we will always have thanks to her! -

Mirelle is an amazing photographer and lovely person. Throughout the planning of my wedding she was quick to respond to my emails and highly professional.
We had asked for mainly natural and quirky photos, which is what made me choose her in the first place, and Mirelle understood that we did not want to waste our day posing for photos. She made the posed sessions quick and easy. You didn't even know her and Cheryl were there the rest of the time, they floated around in the air!
I haven't actually received my final photos yet but Mirelle has blogged our wedding on her website and the photos on that are amazing so I am not worried about the final photos!

I'd never heard of any of them and was basing my opinions of their work solely on their web presence, portfolio, and package offers. (Top on my list: dual photographers, extra hours of coverage, digital negatives.) Mirelle was a perfect fit for our needs. Luckily for us, she is also a super sweet gal! Mirelle was was VERY flexible as it rained week after week... I think we rescheduled our engagement session three times... Mirelle and her sister Cheryl are an amazing team and this didn't faze them at all. We now have some of the most amazing engagement and wedding pictures, photos that we will cherish forever. We were running late on hair and makeup, it was raining, and it was pretty chaotic, but Mirelle was calm and genuinely excited to be taking our pictures! Even my beautician was happy with how great she was. Regardless of the rain, she worked it out without a hitch. In the moments when I was swept up in the moment, she was able to take great photos without me even knowing she was there! I've only seen a few photos, but of what she showed me, I'm really impressed. Can't wait to see the rest! Thanks again Mirelle for being a part of our special day!
