You know the type of people that go out of their way to make you feel like the most important person in the world? That is Miranda. Not only is she extremely talented and so good at what she does, her vibe and demeanor is exactly what you need on your wedding day. She is the complete opposite of chaotic, she is warm hearted, kind and so very calm. Even if you thought you were stressed out, once you start your interaction with her, you are instantly comforted. So not only does she make you look like the most beautiful person in the world, she makes you feel like it too. Her pictures show her talent, but I am hoping this review help you understand the whole package you get with her. She truly is amazing all around! -

Miranda was the first vendor I hired. After stalking her instagram for so long, I would have literally changed my wedding date if I couldn’t get her. After confirming that her 2020 brides were not rescheduling for my wedding date (such an honorable and kind thing for her to do for all of the 2020 brides), she became my wedding makeup artist and Sydney became my hair stylist. In total, Miranda did my makeup three times: engagement photos, wedding trial, and wedding date. Each time she knocked it out of the park! Seriously there’s absolutely no need to have anxiety or stress about how your hair and makeup will turn out so long as she and her crew are there. Sydney did an absolute perfect job with my hair, as well. My hair does not hold a curl easily and the weather on my wedding date was an absolute scorcher. That didn’t stop Sydney from delivering beautiful voluminous curls that lasted well into the night. Miranda was communicative throughout the process - a trait I am very appreciative of. Miranda and Sydney treated me and all my my girls like princesses on the wedding date. My girls had all types of skin textures and colors and every single one of them looked drop dead gorgeous! If only Miranda and Sydney could do my hair and makeup every day! -

Best Makeup EVER
I knew I was going to book Miranda from the moment I saw her Instagram page. She has SO much talent and seeing that made me feel at ease about my wedding look. I was amazed at how I looked for my wedding. I felt SO beautiful :) Miranda is amazing and so is her entire team! We had 4 stylists because I had a lot of bridesmaids but everyone was so happy with their hair and makeup. -

Incredible!
Miranda and Lauren are so very talented and made me look and feel beautiful for the most memorable day of my life. Beyond their talent, they were godsent when plans were changed at last minute. Without hesitation and smiles on their faces, these girls quickly accommodated and made me feel so special. The work they did is incredible and I am forever grateful! -

Insane amount of talent!
Miranda and Lauren were the “Dream Team”. Not to toot my own horn or anything, but I looked AMAZING on my wedding day, and it’s all thanks to Miranda and Lauren. Miranda killed my makeup. I was flawless. Lauren perfected my vision of my hair. Both of them listened to me 100% and gave me more than I asked for. You should 100% hire them, they’re one of the best expenses I had!! -

Victoria Sent on 03/29/2018I booked Miranda to do hair and makeup for me and 5 bridesmaids for my wedding, and everyone looked absolutely amazing! I had seen a lot of Miranda's work through social media and she had done my photographer's wedding makeup, so I felt very confident that we were in good hands. Miranda was so professional, responsive, flexible, nice, and gave good advice about picking realistic inspiration based on skin tone and facial features. My bridal party had a variety of skin tones, and she made everyone look like the most beautiful versions of themselves! The makeup looked flawless all day, and she captured the exact look I was going for. Lauren did my hair and absolutely killed it! I gave her a lot to work with (with extensions) and she made my hair a masterpiece. I knew photography and makeup were very important to me on my wedding day and I'm so glad I found Miranda (and Lauren) to make my wedding dreams come true. Thank you!!!

She is always on time for her appointments so bride's dont worry about your timeline that day! Miranda was punctual, professional, very sweet, and does an amazing job! I could not have chosen a better person to do my makeup. I will always go to her when I need to look my best for events! Check out her facebook page too for her before and after pics! Not only is Miranda the sweetest, but she is so talented! I wanted a natural, but elevated look for my big day and she nailed it. Miranda was able to give me a full coverage look that felt so light and looked very natural, you could even still see my freckles! I got sooo many compliments for looking like myself, just a little more glam! Everything about my makeup was PERFECTION. I felt so relaxed sitting in her chair during the trial and on the big day because you could tell she genuinely cared and I didn't feel like just another bride. Sydney (who is equally as talented and kind-hearted!) styled my hair in a midi-updo and it felt really soft/flowy but was secure enough to last dancing all night long! I gave her a lot of hair to work with, but she had her tool belt on and ran around me with a big smile on her face pinning and spraying the whole time! Again, I was so happy with how it turned out- FLAWLESS. With 7 bridesmaids, plus my mother, mother-in-law and grandmother, we could have easily gotten off schedule but Miranda and Sydney brought additional stylists and we even finished early which is unheard of for getting ready! They were truly professional and calm which made for a relaxing morning. It was such a pleasure to get dolled up by them and I would absolutely recommend Miranda! I couldn't have asked for a better or nicer team of artists and stylists for my wedding! -

Kara Sent on 07/08/2017I hired Miranda Paige Beauty to do hair and makeup for myself, my mom, and my two maids of honor on my wedding day. Our hair stylist (Lizzy) and makeup artist were both very skilled, sweet, and hilarious, while Miranda herself was extremely responsive and clearly cares a lot about her clients.
For my trial, I went down to Miranda’s studio in Prince Frederick. Both my hair and makeup came out amazing, and I knew that I had made the right choice.
On the wedding day itself, our makeup artist—who was also 7 months pregnant at the time—had a frightening medical emergency just a couple of minutes after my family, bridal party, and I arrived at the venue. I ended up having to call 911 so that she could be taken to the hospital. Thankfully (!), Miranda reached out after the wedding to let me know that the makeup artist and her baby are fine, but in the moment this left us searching for a makeup plan B—only a handful of hours before the ceremony.
Fortunately, Lizzy is a godsend with an amazing attitude and decided that she could take on everyone’s hair *and* makeup—with an assist on false eyelashes from my day-of coordinator. As luck would have it, Lizzy has a very similar skin tone and the same hair color as I do, and she actually ran out to her car to get her own personal makeup to ensure that she was able to do mine to the best of her ability. Lizzy ended up finishing only about half an hour after the scheduled end time in Miranda’s planning email, which is crazy considering that she took on the work of two people. Not only that, but everyone was very happy with their finished looks.
Because this medical emergency was something of a freak accident, because Lizzy is an amazing person and it turns out amazing at makeup in addition to hair, and because Miranda handled the situation in such a professional way, I would still highly recommend this team for your wedding.
