Mystical magical!
Toured the revamped Mirabelle Estate this weekend and WOW! We are so enchanted by the venue and the owner/coordinators vision. We can’t wait for our ceremony to be set against lavender fields and mountains. The whole team was so warm and helpful. There packaged ceremony deals make planning a breeze. A true hidden gem less than 2hr drive from LA! We are so so excited. -

Just had my wedding yesterday 💁🏽♀️ & to say they made everything easy for us is an understatement. Once we got to the venue, we really just had to worry about getting ready. Everything everything from their vendors (cake, floral, food, photographers, DJ) to estate itself was better than we could've asked for. Not only were they all super accommodating & completely understanding, they were extremely friendly & catered to our each & every desire. I never thought my wedding would go as smoothly as it did & I really have the rose garden to thank for it. A million thank yous to Jamie & Ben who were there to help every step of the way. Im certain we couldnt have experienced our wedding any better. It was so great, we would do it all over again in a heartbeat! -

My husband and I got married in October of 2021 at the Rose Garden Estate. The day was truly one to remember and we have the amazing team at the Rose Garden Estate to thank for it. We booked the Luxury package. Everything was professionally planned out. There was always prompt communication, great customer service, and friendliness. From beginning to end. I cannot express enough how thankful we are for the Rose Garden Estate and all of their wonderful team.
Many say the wedding day can be extremely stressful, because we want everything to be perfect. I say "Not when you have great team working together to make your big day go as perfect and stress free as you imagined it".
If you are looking to find the perfect venue, you have found it!!! -

Perfect whole package deal!
Rose Garden Estate was a wonderful venue to work with. My husband, my mom, and myself loved that the venue offered different packages. We chose the the “luxury boutique” package, which included the venue, the caterer (we chose BBQ), the DJ, cake/desserts, florist, ability to get ready in the beautiful home on the venue property and my husband got to spend the night in the home as though it was an Airbnb. The packaged also included servers, a bar area that includes beer and sweet wine coolers. The wedding coordinator was great and was so helpful! While myself and my bridal party were getting ready, my mom started to feel hungry. The wedding coordinator offered and went to get snacks. The ceremony was wonderful. The venue/coordinator/DJ (the DJ is also the venue manager). He was great as well! Very personable. The area where the bridal part gets ready was beautiful, plenty of room for bride and bridesmaids to do makeup and hair. You get to meet with the woman who makes the cake and desserts, the florist, and the DJ, pick out all of the designs you want and songs you want. Everything was perfect. -

Let me start by saying that Rose Garden Estates recently made some needed employee changes. For the day of my daughters wedding our coordinator for the day was Banquet Captain Jamie and his helper Matt. Jamie was just an all around pleasure to deal with. Polite, professional, understanding, and beyond helpful. If you need something just ask and Captain Jamie will absolutely do his best to accomodate. Helper Matt was tasked with having to que the two songs we wanted for the ceremony using our Karoke machine. He did fantastic. The venue is beautiful. I would recommend Rose Garden Estates for any event.

My daughter was due to get married the day before Easter at Rose Garden Estates. After everything that is going on in the world right now my daughter's dream wedding day had to be put on hold. We contacted Lorie today with our thoughts and fears about the wedding. She was very understanding and gave us a full refund that she sent via PayPal within minutes. In these trying times it was so nice to deal with someone so understanding. Thank you for everything Lorie for your quick response and understanding!!! -

My husband and I got the Luxury package (which included officiant, florist, caterer plus service staff, dessert lady, DJ, bartenders!) and could not be happier with our experience! We decided on a February date to take advantage of the winter months special and had amazing weather on the day of.
The venue included beautiful, picturesque scenery that not only we took advantage of for official photos, but lots of our guests did too! Our social media lit up with the most gorgeous pictures and video taken by all who attended :)
Having use of the B&B on the property was such a bonus!! The fact that the house is split wing helped so much with keeping bride and groom from seeing each other before the ceremony.
Although we were constantly in contact with different organizers from the venue, we were continuously reassured that things were being taken care of.
We had decided on a non-denominational ceremony, which was officiated by owner of the estate. This was the fastest ceremony ever! We were so happy to have more time for taking pictures and the reception :)
We felt super fortunate to have DJ Ben Thomas as our DJ/MC!! He went above and beyond with creating a good itinerary for us and keeping everyone hyped up and having fun. He also worked so well with us having a mariachi band come for the cocktail hour and dinner portion of the reception. So many of our guests have complimented us on this being the most fun wedding they've ever been to and we'd like to attribute that to DJ Ben.
Our coordinator on the week of the wedding, Monique, was so accommodating and took so much weight off our shoulders by taking care of every small detail we had overlooked. We absolutely recommend this venue 100% It is worth every penny! -

I had my wedding here just last weekend and i have to say that it was absolutely beautiful!! From the service to the venue itself is just incredible.
Lorie was awesome very sweet and helpful as well as her team, Stephen and Monica.
Lorie was very responsive and very flexible with my husband and I. The location is gorgeous, th house we stayed in for the night was neat and had everything we needed. Hands down I would recommend the Rose Garden Estate in Tehachapi! You won't regret it.

Worth the drive !
My wedding day …. was perfect YAY !! I felt like I really didn’t have to bring any thing because the venue has so much free decor - so saved a bunch of money YAY !! again. Food was fabulous and Lories as the minister was perfect YAY !! amazingly pretty location and house to spend the night in YAY !! Harrison was wonderful the entire event as the manager YAY !! so what do I think of this place ?? …. pretty much YAY !! sorry former cheerleader ha ha . I'm from San Bernardino and it was worth the drive . -

I'm from Las Vegas and my fiancée is from LA . We never actually saw the venue before our wedding day but based on reviews and the venues website we made the decision to use Rose Garden as they were in the middle for both families. From my first phone call with Lori to the end of the evening at our wedding with the event manager Harrison , things were done to perfection ! I felt like they cared about my vision and my guests . Everything is clean and maintained and the property is fabulous from the guest house to the views. People were in awe . The price was extremely reasonable and the customer service I received was top notch . Worth It !! -

Hands down a wedding day is the most important day in a young girls life. A moment in life they spend hours daydreaming about and then years planning before the “big day”. Pictures speak for the beauty of the location and and how pretty the venue is. But what the pictures wont tell you is the dedication of the owner, Lorie, and her staff. On any big day there are bound to be small hiccups and a venue like this can shine or sink on how they handle them. The staff was quick to respond and deal with the few minor hiccups we had with professionalism and a smile. We got to relax and enjoy our daughters beautiful day. Rose Garden shined on our day.
Every vendor we dealt with was great and made things easy. The photography team helped guide us through the ceremony and kept us focused even while we were starting to have fun (both of our families love to party). Harrison, who is the event manager, made sure things were running smooth and kept checking in to see that I was happy (which I was!). The DJ was awesome, he had the right mix of dance and sentimental music. He was a great emcee who really kept the party raging till the end. The BBQ food we ordered was amazing and there was plenty for every one. We brought in copious amounts of alcohol and the bartenders kept it flowing till the end. Our families love to drink, dance, and party and the staff made it happen!
When our time ran out on the venue we were able to take the party out to the guest house and our RVs and continue the celebration till we were exhausted.
Every father wants to make his daughter’s big day special, so when the next morning my daughter gave me a kiss and said “Thank you daddy for my dream wedding” I could not have been happier.
Thank you Lorie and the Rose Garden team for helping me make her dream come true. -

When I saw it for the first time I knew right away that this was the place to begin my fairytale with the love of my life. The staff was super helpful with answering questions we had. Not to mention they were on top of everything including any concerns we expressed. I want to thank you Paul, Lori , and Luke for making my day amazing. You guys have created such a beautiful place. For any future brides this place should be your first and last stop for a venue. You will walk in on the premises and you will leave knowing your wedding will be amazing. I know mine was. I couldn't have imagined it any more perfect. Staying in the Victorian house made it so easy for me and my husband. Everything was just so beautiful and stress free! The way it should be!

Sandra Sent on 08/07/2018I can not say enough great things about this venue! From our first initial phone call, to our last hugs goodbye, Paul and Lorie were AMAZING and so easy to work with! They are over accommodating and the best couple to run a venue! We looked at a lot of venues and as soon as we found this hidden treasure we knew this is exactly what is perfect for us. The venue is so beautiful, and the reception barn is already decorated so perfectly you don’t have to add much decor to have the perfect day! The food was AMAZING, Laurie helped in every way on our wedding day.. all the way down to pouring me a drink of fireball after the ceremony! Our guest were all amazed at how beautiful everything is and said it couldn’t have been more perfect. Plus, you don’t find many venues that allow you to bring in your own alcohol, and use their bartender that comes inclusive with the package. We did the small package with 60 guest, and ordered pizza for the kiddos! The grounds are kept up beautifully... and the bed and breakfast for the bride and groom the night of the wedding is more than we could have asked for. To be able to walk from the venue, across the side walk for our wedding night was perfect! The help and attentiveness they give you.. just anything to make life easy for the bride and groom made the day so stress free and memorable! Thank you so much for going out of the way to make our wedding day so perfect!
You’re not just getting a Venue with the Rose Garden Estates, you’re getting amazing food, help through the day, and even beautiful arches to choose from! You won’t find a venue better than this one! -

Heard about Rose Garden from a future family member in Pasadena and loved it the minute I saw the photos and prices !! They always seem to answer their phones - shocking- and they were always patient with my MANY questions . Place is beautiful and very very peaceful . Every wedding I've been too had problems - not mine . It was smooth sailing the whole day . At the end of the night after dancing for hours , the jacuzzi was heavenly . I made the right choice , rose garden rocks !!

Robin Sent on 06/28/2018“When we started looking at venues we knew that we were looking for a space that would allow us to have a modest size, intimate wedding day with our closest family and friends. We had decided at the outset that we didn’t want to ask our guests to travel for more than 2 hours to get to our wedding venue of choice. Having said that… after another day or so of looking at the websites for what seemed like every single wedding venue with 2 hours of Monterey Park we just couldn’t get Rose Garden Estate out of our minds and just had to book a viewing. We knew within minutes of arriving that Rose Garden was the venue for us (and that it was worth the extra traveling for our guests)! We felt like we were in a magical garden as Lorie showed us around the beautiful grounds. Being able to hold the both the ceremony and the reception on-site was also a huge positive for us – we knew that we didn’t want to get married in a church and the barn was the perfect alternative. We are both in Law Enforcement and the package prices saved us a fortune over every other venue we looked at. We have had so many wonderful comments from our family and friends who said that they had never been to a wedding venue like Rose Garden before, it was definitely worth asking them to travel just that little bit further! Everyone has commented on how beautiful the venue is and the pictures do not do the venue justice !! The food was wonderful and there was allot of it. We have a couple of pieces of advice for other couples planning their wedding: don’t think you have to do everything that you see on Pinterest! Rose Garden is beautiful already, but if you want to add to that, choose a couple of DIY projects that you can easily execute within the time you have – your time is precious and we found that too many DIY project can be a little stressful! The scenery & views are absolutely breathtaking and the owners are the nicest, easiest people to work with. The packages they offer are simply unmatched. It made wedding planning much easier than we imagine it would’ve been. The day of was a breeze and the most magical day we’ve ever had. Luke was extremely helpful on the day of as well. He gave us great guidance and made everything seamless. I would absolutely recommend this venue to everyone & anyone!

Carla Sent on 04/25/2018My daughter and son-in-law were married April 21st at Rose Garden Estate. They picked the Ultimate Package with the American Food caterer. Paul and Lorie Weinroth and family took care of everything on their big day. The venue was gorgeous! The reception hall was amazing! We received so many compliments on the food. People told us that it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. Anytime I had a question, I would text Paul and he would immediately respond. This is so important when you are trying to iron out important details. Thank you, Rose Garden Estate, for an absolutely gorgeous wedding venue! Their big day could not have turned out any better.

Communication was always clear and prompt, organizing the day with Paul was so simple and there were no hidden costs. The staff could not have been any more welcoming and professional, it was their priority to ensure we had an amazing wedding - it never felt at any time tacky or rushed, it was just beautiful. Id do it again in a minute...could be back one day for a vow renewal! Thank you to everyone who was involved in our day! I had a Celtic wedding that we loved! Its so different from traditional weddings and the wording is beautiful. I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a non-traditional wedding that still is very elegant. Excellent food and the scenery is to die for.

Abby Sent on 01/27/2018I got fast and friendly service from the owners the minute I contacted them 9 pm !!! and we were in constant contact till the wedding . The venue is way more pretty in person than the photos show . It's like having an elegant rustic ballroom with a spectacular outdoor setting . The whole setting feels very intimate because it's only for your guests and I felt like every one that worked there actually cared for me and my event which took a load of stress off . I'm very grateful to Paul and Lori and their kids , they were always around during the event to do whatever I asked . Great service and excellent food ! And the big Jacuzzi after the wedding is a HUGE bonus .

Jonathan Sent on 01/03/2018The venue was stunning, amenities and capacity were more than prefect. Gorgeous people run this place. They were more than gracious to us and our situation. We had to cancel our wedding twice and through medical issues with both our mothers the day seemed impossible. But these amazing people gave two disabled veterans a perfect day.
They met all our accommodations, they were present for all concerns, the venue was magical, the house is perfection and we couldn't be happier. -

Lianne Sent on 10/04/2017The Rose Garden Estates is hands down the best place to get married! Location and Scenery is breath taking and the views are amazing. My handsome husband and I were married on Sept. 2, 2017 at the Rose Garden Estates.
Paul, Lorie, and their Family sure know how to make a wedding Successful!
They provided the best service, and they are upfront, reliable, and they will take care of you.
We visited the place about 4 to 5 times. We signed the contact in February, We got really lucky with our date.
We are from LA originally from Delano/Porterville. So it was super hard to find a Nice outdoor/Indoor
venue for our family and friends to travel to.
(Tip: We decided on no kids under 13 for our wedding as we didn't want to be responsible for any damages or anything breaking on the property, we also just wanted the adults to have a good time!)
We decided on the Luxury Package with 150ppl, which included, drinks, food, ice, china, free decor, set up, clean up, linens,officiant, the house the night of, and sercurity for 100ppl.
They were super helpful and flexible with our payments. Paul and Lorie were always available by phone, text, email.
We rented the house the night before to have a rehearsal dinner and to decorate. I had maybe 2 hours of sleep. (It was worth renting the night before to prep last minute decorations.)
The day of my ceremony in the morning with had yummy breakfast & coffee.
The day of the wedding Luke and Lorie and the rest of the crew set up everything that I asked for. I used their free decorations for the ceremony and reception.( Brides take advantage , they have cool stuff like, lace, welcome signs , cake stands, fairy lights, etc)
Rose Garden is Pet Friendly!! They let us share our special Day with mini Shepard mix Bridget!!
The Food was 100% bomb.com! All night our ourselves and our guest said the service was incredible from Luke, Lorie and the Fam!Thank you Rose Garden! -

Chelsea Sent on 12/22/2016This venue was nothing short of perfect. The owners are so sweet, helpful, and very accommodating. The entire ceremony was like a dream if not better. The beauty in every carefully chosen detail of this venue is well worth the price, which is still a steal! The food was some of the best I've EVER had, and we love to try new eateries for our date nights. The views were so beautiful and peaceful that we had to steal away from our guests to watch the sunset. That night, after all was cleaned up, and everyone was gone, we got to go dig into the saved left overs since we didn't get to finish our dinner. It was still amazing.
The next morning for breakfast, was cinnamon roll French toast and coffee which was the absolute cherry on top of our wedding weekend. I have and will continue to recommend Rose Garden Estate to anyone who wants a rustic yet luxurious wedding experience. -

Victoria Sent on 08/20/2016Where do I even start? I found out about this place back in 2014 shortly after my engagement. I was flipping through hundreds of venues & stumbled across this one. At the time it only had about 2 or 3 reviews about the bed & breakfast & maybe 1 wedding review but there was something very intriguing about it that I couldn't point out. My fiancé and I at the time (after a lot of thought) decided just to have a court wedding but decided to visit a venue as a potential bride and groom just for fun! Instantly I took advantage of the idea & we booked a Valentine's Day date to visit Rose Garden Estate Weddings. After seeing the place, breathing in that fresh mountain air, my fiancé (now husband) turned to me & told me that he could really see me walking down the aisle at this place and getting married on their outdoor altar. No doubt, it is a beautiful venue! And the fact that it's away from the busy-ness of the city (which is what we wanted) made our big day all the more enjoyable. It was like taking a short vacation for most of our guests...just far away enough from the LA area to be considered a "destination" wedding.
We met with Paul & he was such a pleasure to work with...always extremely patient & very prompt about responding to any questions I had. He & Lorie were so kind & accommodating to all of our wedding guests & even purchased extra tables for my large party! Although it was a DIY wedding & we provided our own vendors (aside from their caterer), Paul was very informative & helpful about what they could provide. The place came with a lot of decor which helped a tremendous amount with the rustic/vintage theme we were going for. Paul was always reminding me that he wanted the day to be stress-free for my now-husband & I & our wedding day really was just that! I'm so happy that I chose this place! In fact, we didn't even bother looking at other venues...it was this one and done! You just can't beat the price & the quality this place has to offer!!! -

I have edited this review several times to ensure it fits with Yelps guidelines and character limit, and I hope this is detailed enough to explain our experience.
My husband and I got married at Rose Garden Estates on August 3. While we had an amazing wedding day, the planning process brought several unexpected frustrations.
Our initial meeting in January with the previous manager and DJ, Ben Thomas, covered the luxury package. We opted to replace the package photographer with our own, as the original didn't offer retouched photos. We started contacting vendors in February and all the vendors were genuinely helpful.
On June 28, we found out on Facebook that the venue was listed for sale, which understandably made us nervous so close to our wedding date. After reaching out, Tim from Rose Garden Estates assured us that contracts would be honored through 2025. We had no choice but to trust them.
On July 1, Ben Thomas informed us he would no longer be DJing our wedding due to his recent termination. They said this was due to unprofessionalism, but we had attended 3 separate events with Ben and never felt he was unprofessional. RGE provided a replacement DJ and photo booth operator but avoided giving us direct contact information for the DJ, only gloating on his experience. They handed over contact info to our coordinator only, who then relayed it to us. Since Ben was in our original contract, it had to be canceled, and we received a new one to sign.
Meanwhile, we had already hired our own day-of coordinator, although the luxury package claimed to include one. We requested a $900 refund (per their contract) for not using their coordinator, Jamie, but were told that Jamie was actually a "banquet captain" and was responsible for opening and closing the venue. We were told that if we did not have Jamie, we would have no access to the venue. This miscommunication was frustrating and inconsistent, especially as Jamie had been referred to as a coordinator in previous texts and the venue website.
We also encountered issues booking the on-site house the night before. With a large bridal party (7 bridesmaids and 5 groomsmen), we needed early morning access, and Ben had mentioned that if there was no event the night before, we could use the house. When we confirmed closer to the date, however, they sent us an unexpected invoice for $429. To avoid further hassle, we paid the fee to ensure we could begin preparations on time.
Our walkthrough was scheduled for July 24 at 9 a.m., but we asked our coordinator to adjust it to 10 a.m. due to a time conflict. She emailed Jamie the day before at 8:30 a.m., but he hadn't checked his emails. He called us while we were en route, explaining that he was unavailable if we weren't arriving at 9, as he had other off-site appointments from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.. After some back-and-forth between him and the coordinator, he agreed to meet us at noon as he magically had an opening in his schedule. Jamie did make awkward comments about "not wanting tension or hard feelings," which seemed unnecessary.
The weekend before the wedding, our coordinator informed us that she was working to bring Ben back as our DJ, as his replacement, Eric, didn't have wedding experience and wasn't confident about the event schedule, despite us providing detailed instructions and being told he had done weddings many times. Thankfully, our coordinator arranged for Ben's return, and we were given a new banquet captain due to apparent unresolved tensions between Jamie and Ben. I thought if we didn't work with Jamie, we'd have no access to the venue? Funny how things changed.
On the night before the wedding, we were disgusted with the state of the on-site house. There were dead bugs under the bed, and spiders appeared several times, including from the bathtub jets. The morning of the wedding, spiders were also found in the master bathroom. This lack of cleanliness, especially with a wedding booked, was disappointing. There were also rose petals under the bed, and we understand it's a wedding venue, but it looked like there was no effort to clean properly.
After the wedding, our security deposit was delayed despite being told it was mailed on August 24. When we followed up on October 6, they confirmed it had been sent but apparently didn't make it, and finally mailed it again on October 9. While this could have been a mail issue, it added to the ongoing concerns about their organization and intentions.
In the end, we paid nearly $20,000 for an all-inclusive package that added more stress than convenience and ended up having to pay more due to them misleading us. Communication within the Rose Garden Estates team was horrible, and we felt nickel-and-dimed for services we believed were included. Although we had a wonderful day, thanks to vendors like Ben Thomas and our coordinator Marlene Roach, who went above and beyond, we would not recommend this venue due to the stressful planning experience.

Let me just say Lori has taken it upon herself to completley and utterly LIE about the events in my wedding. She's upset that my family has repeatedly posted negative reviews about how our experience was at her venue. I have text messages that prove her contradicting herself with what she has commented on everyone's review that was a part of my wedding. Not just from her but her DJ and photographers also have given me intake on Lori that will prove just how much of a fraud she is. She went from trying to apologize for her staffs actions to saying her staff is a 5 star servicer after seeing all the negative reviews! Feel free to message me for full experience and I can send you my review as the bride! It's quite lengthy considering how much CRAP my husband and I went through!
Lori also takes it upon herself to get other customers to comment great reviews after recieving negative ones as she did to me when I first booked with her. And I will post the review she originally credited me 100$ to do so. I also uploaded the screenshots of the review and her asking me to do so. These new reviews coming in so instant are with it a doubt her work and using my example you can see manipulative Lori is to get her way.
