Incredible woman, ceremony and experience
We feel to lucky to have not only had Trudi for our ceremony, but to have met her. Such a kind, wonderful person inside and out. We loved the ceremony but also enjoyed the meeting over coffee and tea, talking about life. I feel so incredibly grateful. Our ceremony was beautiful and meaningful. We had guests all evening telling us how beautiful the ceremony was and that's all thanks to Trudi. Thank you! Highest of recommendations for Trudi!! -

Truly Made our Wedding Special
Trudi and her lovely husband, Eric, truly go above and beyond to make your wedding day special.
We had a faith-oriented elopement ceremony that Trudi travelled to. She was so very accommodating at every step of the process. The vows she wrote were beautifully worded and so carefully thought out, and she was very patient with all the questions I had regarding wedding license procedures. She was really flexible when there was a delay due to rain. The ceremony was so incredibly precious. Trudi did an excellent job guiding us and the audience through the vows.
Beyond the ceremony, Trudi and Eric were there to provide advice to me and my fiancé before and after the ceremony. Eric snapped a beautiful picture of us during the ceremony. It was such a pleasure to have them take part in the festivities.
If you want someone who genuinely cares about the couples they are helping wed, look no further than Trudi and Eric. -

Highly Recommend!
We have nothing but good things to say about Trudi and her husband Eric. We are an interfaith (Jewish and Catholic), cross-cultural couple and Trudi was super considerate and accommodating. She planned a beautiful wedding ceremony and even suggested to include bits in Spanish so that all of our family members would understand what was going on. She was also flexible and very responsive. We decided to hire her husband Eric as our wedding photographer. He did an amazing job as well. The pictures were perfect! Do not hesitate to make Trudi and Eric part of your wedding, you won’t regret it. -

My partner and I wanted a simple, quiet ceremony, with less than a month of time to plan it. We found Trudi on WeddingWire, and her work with us was perfect.
After initially contacting her on WeddingWire, Trudi arranged a call to go through questions and concerns. We then signed up using her website (ministerofthepeace.com) with a simple form. Trudi gives you the option for her husband, Eric, to take photographs during the wedding, which is another feather in the cap of her hassle-free services.
Leading up to the wedding, as additional questions and concerns arose, we texted Trudi and received prompt, helpful responses. We initially planned for an outdoor ceremony, but as the day approached it looked like we were going to be rained out. Trudi was incredibly flexible with the location. In general, her responsiveness and flexibility alleviated a ton of anxiety that I imagine would normally come with planning a last-minute, quiet wedding.
Speaking of locations, Trudi has some truly amazing spaces of her own for you to use, yet another feather in her cap. We initially arrived at the outdoor space - in a gorgeous wooded area next to a gentle river, in the hopes that the rain would pass us by. But upon hearing thunder, we moved to her indoor space: a nearby beautiful modern building, with a kitchen and space for a small reception. Again, Trudi’s flexibility was incredibly helpful.
Trudi crafted a wonderful ceremony for us, sharing it with us ahead of time so we could make a few corrections and suggestions. Don’t just take our word for it, but the words of our guests, who were delighted with a simple yet touching wedding. I cannot recommend Trudi enough. It’s obvious she loves her line of work, and she is incredibly good at it. Don’t hesitate to hire her! -

We would absolutely recommend Trudi Cooper
Trudi is a wonderful and warm-hearted officiant and we would absolutely recommend her. We had a small wedding license signing ceremony on 4/9/2021. Trudi was very responsive and helpful with anything that we needed. She helped make our ceremony very special, even during these COVID difficult time. On our wedding day, Trudi emanated warmth, caring, and calm. It was really wonderful and we feel so lucky to have had her lead our wedding. Words can truly not express our gratitude for her making our day so special. Also Trudi helped us provide two witnesses Eric and Hazel for our wedding, they are warm-hearted and helped take photos for us during the wedding. Much appreciated and truly recommend Trudi !!!

Trudi was wonderful!
We had a beautiful elopement at Trudi's venue in the country. The space had beautiful natural light and was very clean. She was very gracious and understanding with my small children and laughed right along with us as we celebrated our wedding and family. She wrote us a lovely ceremony and made us feel special, even though we had no guests. I definitely recommend her for anyone planning a wedding. -

perfect short notice elopement
Trudi was absolutely amazing for our elopement. She was able to accommodate our date even on short notice, wrote us a beautiful ceremony, and we used her riverfront ceremony space which could not have been more perfect. She and her husband were lovely to talk with at the wedding and they offered us helpful tips and suggestions for the space that made our pictures turn out wonderfully. We highly recommend Trudi for your wedding ceremony! -

Michigan wedding
What can we say about Trudi. She is a wonderful person with a huge heart. Our fun filled "theme" wedding at the Michigan tailgate party September 7, 2019. She had a great. Ceremony football related. We had an awesome time. We highly recommend her for any type of wedding you are wanting. -

Simply amazing.

Full of Thabksgivinf
Trudi was amazing to work with. Very thorough, responsive, and insightful. We had a very intimate ceremony and thankfully she brought her husband to take photos for us. She thought of everything! Once she arrived her and husband took care of everything from making sure my Dad who was on Skype had a good view to keeping our son occupied. It was the perfect wedding for us! I’m incredibly grateful she made herself available during Thanksgiving weekend. Everything was perfect! -

We kinda planned our wedding last minute & we were scared we wouldn't be able to find someone available or able to make our dream wedding come true on such short notice. Trudi was up for the task & did a phenomenal job! She was very easy to talk to as well as work with. She was very responsive to all our emails, texts & calls. We had a particular vision for our wedding which Trudi took note of & was able to come up with the perfect wedding for us! We were truly blessed to be able to find someone who was able to pull our vision together & give us the most perfect day!! And she did it in a matter of a few weeks!! I would HIGHLY recommend Trudi as your wedding officiant! -

Trudi Cooper was the perfect officiant for our ceremony - patient and a good listener, she helped us talk through our ceremony and figure out what we wanted and would be meaningful for us. The end result was a unique ceremony more beautiful than I had ever imagined. Trudi suggested a lot of small touches that brought everything together and created a special space.
Trudi was responsive, organized, laid-back, and a truly genuine person. Great person to work with and be around. Highly recommend. -

I must say that my wife and I were so entirely pleased with our wedding ceremony that Trudi Cooper officiated for us. In every way and detail she was exceptionally perfect . Trudi spent quality time with us in our home getting to know us and learning our love story and background which in turn helped her to personalize our ceremony . She is incredibly grounded as a person which alleviated all of our pre wedding nervousness and in turn helped us to envision the perfect ceremony that suited our every need. Trudi promptly emailed us with her thoughtful and insightful draft of the ceremony for our review. We had not a single revision to make. It was perfect ! During the ceremony , Trudi guided us through without a hitch , and had all of us smiling and crying together. She even added a few personal touches that made the ceremony more spiritual for us which we all really loved. All in all I would recommend her for anyone thats getting married and would like an authentic , warm , caring , sweet woman to officiate their wedding.
