Absolutely gorgeous, stress free venue. Perfect for a wonderful wedding
What an amazing wonderful hotel. The ballroom was beyond gorgeous, worth every penny. The food was delicious, more than just hotel for and my guests loved it. The whole process of payments, selections, food, packages, recommendations from the hotel and sari who booked and went through with me the event was fantastic. Table service for the food was elegant and our own personal waiters were catering to us all night. It was like having a royal wedding -

This review is really for Sari Rose at the Millennium Biltmore. If there's one woman who knows the wedding business in Los Angeles, it's Sari. I chose the Biltmore obviously because it's absolutely beautiful and is probably one of the most amazing buildings in the country. However, what made me confident in going forward with the Biltmore was the service we received from Sari. She won our trust and love in the way she assured us of how fabulous our wedding would be, and especially because she wasn't trying to upsell us on every little thing. A lot of venues have coordinators who only care about trying to extract the last dollar out of their brides and grooms. Sari stands out because she's a genuine person, with an incredible amount of experience, and a true understanding of what people need to know when they're picking a venue. We're SO happy to have met you, and THANK YOU for everything you did to make sure that our wedding was the best night of our lives!!!! Lots of love, Angela & William. -

She's one of a kind and we truly appreciate all that she did for us to make our day extra special. I hope that Biltmore knows you're a gem, Sari. Also, the staff is incredible and very accommodating; we couldn't be more pleased. :)

I can't say enough about the Biltmore! Thanks to Sari and her team, I was able to have the wedding of my dreams! Sari was wonderful to work with. She was able to help us out with the price so that our dream venue could fit within our budget. Sari and her team were extremely responsive, accommodating and professional. The hotel itself is so beautiful, we barely needed any recommendations. Our 120 guests were raving about how good the food was and how amazing the hotel looked. Thank Sari and team for giving us the night of our life! -

We couldn't have done it without her and the incredible Biltmore team! This is the most gorgeous and classiest venue in Los Angeles. The decor and aura of the hotel is that of "Hollywood 1920s Glamour" (Gold, High Ceilings, Art Deco). Sari, the catering manager, is a true professional. We had a big fusion Indian and Chinese wedding, where we had to types of food being served (Indian and Western cuisine). Sari was able to work with us, so that the two types of cuisine flowed seamlessly. Our guests loved the food and appetizers! Our family loved that gilded ceilings. My husband and I love the amazing customer service provided by the hotel. Our day was 100% perfect!

We absolutely LOVED everything about our wedding at the Biltmore.
We had visited over 20 venues and had felt so discouraged with not finding the right one for us. As soon as we decided to give Biltmore a try, everything all fell into place. From the initial email with Sari Rose to set up an venue tour to meeting her in person. She has been nothing but wonderful.
Upon entering the Biltmore, Sari greeted us so warmly and was so excited to hear about us! She is so personable and made us feel so comfortable. We left feeling so excited about the venue and knowing this is where we will be married!
Sari has been so accommodating and emails were always quick and responsive. She took such wonderful care of us and our wedding.
and the FOOD! So delicious! Our guest are still raving about it!
The venue, service, and staff were all wonderful and very professional. Words cannot describe how thankful we are for all their help and dedication.
The wedding ceremony and reception was absolutely spectacular and more than we could have hoped for. THANK YOU SARI ROSE!! -

Sari,
Our wedding was even better than Mandy and I could have ever imagined. I knew it was going to be great, but it was beyond that. Everyone told us it was the best wedding they've ever been to and that's saying a lot. We can't get over how awesome it was and I don't think we ever will. I wish we could add pictures here to show your prospective clients how amazing of a job you did. Everything was perfect and we would not have changed a thing!!

The Millennium Biltmore was absolutely amazing and the venue was stunning for our wedding. Our experience started with Sari Rose, the Social Catering Manager, who was extremely pleasant, responsive and accommodating. On the day of the wedding the service staff was very attentive and amazing. I could not have asked for more for my wedding and I really appreciate all that the Millennium Biltmore and their staff did to make it an amazing wedding night. Not to mention, our pictures came out AMAZING because it is such a beautiful venue. Thank you! -

The crown jewel of DTLA. To get married here was the best decision i have ever made. I was checking out Langham, Roosevelt, Four Seasons, Vibiana, Ebel LA among many others but when my wife (then fiancee) almost cried the minute she walked into this hotel and saw the ballrooms where she wanted to have our wedding at, i thought this was it. This was what she wanted. The romantic, intimate, old European world vibe. She initially wanted to get married in Paris at Le Bristol or George V, or Florence or Lake Como, but those places are far and I told her our guests will not fly that far. She was very picky. She knew what what she wanted. She wanted to feel like she was in Rome, or Paris, or in any of those old ancient city. The place met her criteria: the columns, the gods, angels and the demons on the wall, the fountain, the high ceiling with ancient roman designs, bronze stairwells, and gold lots of gold color. The venue doesn't come cheap, i have to admit, but the service we had at our wedding was superior. I can't complaint about the hospitality, everything was amazing from the bar that served only the finest alcohol to the fillet Mignon to the tea and coffee service. The night was magical for the both of us. Our presidential suit that we stayed at for 2 nights was beautiful. Thank you Biltmore. We had the most amazing night of our lives. If we could do all over again, we would still choose you! -

A historic hotel. I love the interior. Everything screams "old world" which is the reason why i picked Biltmore as my wedding venue. I love the columns, the angels on the wall, and the beautiful high ceiling.. The kind of luxury and beauty that you would only find in Europe. I went to countless venues in Southern California, spent 4 months looking for "the one", but nothing hit my heart hard like this one. The minute I walked into the ballrooms I wanted, I said to myself "this is it". I choked up a bit because at that moment, I could picture myself in a long vintage-like veil standing up there at the altar. I swear my second choice would be the Roosevelt ONLY if Biltmore didn't have the date i wanted. I actually had to fight a bit to get the date I wanted with some couples who reserved the same date but did not put down any deposit. Oh well. I wanted the date to be mine so bad I had to bother the catering manager for days. Couldnt be happier when Sari said "the date is now yours". The service provided during my event was superior and went beyond my expectations. Food came on time and hot. Every single dish was delicious according to my guests. Im not easy to please and can be very demanding, but they did exceed my expectations. A very high class service from a high class hotel. I was very happy. I loved my presidential suits during my stays, I have no complaint. I know from reading here, people said the bathroom needed to be replaced etc because it's old and dated, but hey this is part of their charms! Ive traveled the world, and have stayed and seen many beautiful hotels, and I wouldn't change a thing about the room here, unless it's really bad, not working and disgusting. And the bed in my room was pretty, comfy and i didnt have an old mattress. My husband's relatives didn't complaint either. So i cant complaint about that. Parking? $45 per pop? Do i care? Not really. It comes with the territory. You can host that or host the parking garage at Pershing Square. ~RG -

All it takes is a step through the double doors to see what the Biltmore offers aesthetically. It is stunning. I call it the Plaza in LA. Structurally, architecturally, the property is unmatched. BUT, beyond that, is how seamless and magical the entire process was. A beautiful venue is only that without paralleled service. Sari Rose handled all the details of our wedding from the booking stage through the night of, and I have never had an experience more perfect. A 300 person wedding is bound to have hiccups, but we felt NONE. Our guests later talked about how impressive the service staff was, they felt so tended to, and like everything they needed was there before they could even ask. Sari truly made the scary notion of wedding planning so easy, fun and truly enjoyable. I wish I could do it all over again. Thank you Sari, Don, Steve, and everyone else who truly made the night perfect. -

We are so thankful that we choose the Millennium Biltmore for our wedding. Sari Rose took such wonderful care of us and our wedding. We could have not wished for anything more.
For the almost year leading up to our wedding, we always knew we were in good hands. Sari made herself available to us to answer every question that we had and always helped us find the perfect solution. However, nothing could have prepared us for what to expect on our wedding day. Sari and the Biltmore staff made us feel as if we were the only guests in the entire hotel was certainly not the case. In the wedding day frenzy, there was always a host of attentive and gracious hotel staff just an arm's length away to attend to our every need. Sari and the Biltmore staff were with us every step of the way. In fact most of the time, Sari and the Biltmore staff knew what we wanted and needed before we did.
In the months since the wedding, every time we see a guest they are still raving about not only the quality of the service but about the quality of the food and drinks. Without fail our guests tell us that the food was absolutely divine and that the drinks were free flowing :-) Universally, they tell us it was the most lavish and excessive wedding that they have ever attended in their life!
Thank you, Sari! We could not have done it without you! -

Where do I begin? After my fiance and I were in search of a venue in LA for our wedding, we finally dropped into the Biltmore and met with Sari. Let me tell you, we met with many coordinators, planners and venues. High end to mid range. Sari at the Biltmore had me sold from the very beginning. Not only did she show herself to be exceptionally professional and generous, her overall attitude was just what we needed. Any minor request or detailed suggestion, to simply make our experience better, was delivered. Not one issue with Sari. She was efficient, responsive, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. She has a background from another large hotel group, which I also met with. Since she joined forces at the Biltmore, WOW my expectations were blown away. She was a breathe of fresh air to work with. She was event present the day of our wedding to make sure everything went well and up to her standards!!! We were so satisfied with her work, I have referred people to her since. Even my wedding planner who's pretty known in the industry was so pleased with her, I think they're working together now :) Sari worked with us in every dept of planning our wedding. She was so hands on, I felt like I needed to pay her extra just for her good will because I'm not used to this type of behavior. She worked side by side with all my vendors, met with our caterer, worked with my planner and florist, assisted in the smallest things that from the outside may not be noticed but let me tell you, THEY MATTER. If it weren't for Sari, my experience would have been completely different. It's possible we might have even gone with a different venue to be honest. She even called my cell a couple weeks after the wedding to follow up, see how I was doing, if all went well, if there was anything I needed, etc...I have to send her a gift in the mail for everything. Whoever is considering to use the Biltmore, I STRONGLY encourage you to speak with Sari. Trust me, you won't be disappointing. -

The Biltmore was the perfect location to host my wedding. I looked all over Los Angeles for a wow location. The Biltmore was by far a wow location. The staff was very professional and accommodating to all my needs. David Romero was the BEST catering director. He went above and beyond to make our day special. If you are looking for timeless elegance and unbelievable service then look no further because the Biltmore is your location. -

We were very impressed with the level of professionalism at the Biltmore Hotel. The rooms are absolutely breath-taking - all the way up to the detailed ceilings. It has been the place to hold lavish events since the beginning and will continue to impress in years to come with it's classic location - it will never be out of style.
The granduer of the Biltmore is reminisciant of 1920's Los Angeles. Bravo -

Many of my guests said that Biltmore was the best wedding venue they have ever been to. Planning and constant communication was a bit stressful, but in the end, we were all able to throw one hell of a party. Although Sari was swamped with multiple events to organize and plan, Sari has been very helpful and got us through everything. I definitely received a lot of bang for my buck. I booked the top package and it was completely worth it. My cake, food, linens, chiavari chairs, alcohol, ice sculpture, incredible service, $500/night suite (for two nights) was all covered. I felt like a princess because they treated me like one. They were extremely accommodating and right on top of everything, including folding the guests napkins every single time they got up. The hotel was exquisite. -

The Biltmore is a beautiful hotel and a very good value for such a historical site to have your wedding. We initially signed the contract with Valerie, the caterer who has been there for many years. Unfortunately, she left her position and I had to work with a new hotel coordinator. She was also very nice and accommodating but she was new to the position so there was quite a learning curve for her. She is also less organized than Valerie and you have to definitely keep track of all the details yourself and manage her to get them right. After the wedding, dealing with their accounting department to make any sort of reconciliation of the final bill is extremely frustrating. I have to email them constantly to get any sort of response and now feel that they're just giving me the run around. After saying all this though, we still loved our wedding at the Biltmore because the venue itself is amazing and there is nothing like it in LA and if I had to do it again, I would do it again at this location. The staff during the wedding day was AMAZING, flexible, and extremely helpful. It's really just dealing with the hotel coordinator and accounting department that makes the planning process challenging. -

Pure chaos - Beautiful Venue
This venue is show stopping and stunning. The workings within the hotel are lackluster and make the whole experience disappointing.
The turnover and lack of staff should be telling. We went through 4 catering managers from time of deposit to the actual wedding. None of them knew what was going on…
There is no valet parking, not nearly enough valets to move luggage, or receptionists to check you in. It took me 2 hours of waiting to check in as the bride! With the manager!!
The food was spectacular, the chef was amazing and so nice. Day of the wedding the food tasted better than our tasting! The menu was executed perfectly.
They over charged us in several spots and missed several details the day of due to lack of communication between the team members. my personal accountant had to sort through the ending BEO as it did not even come close to matching what we agreed to two days prior…
The rooms are not well kept and the majority of them are depressingly dated. If they just fixed a few key details this could be back to the splendor this hotel once was. -

Terrible Venue. Rude Staff. Unethical. Unsubstantiated Charges.
In February 2023, I had a 300 person wedding at the Millennium Biltmore for which the venue charged me $57,000 in fees. As an owner of wedding venues throughout California, I always strive to treat my guests with respect and consideration, provide no-nonsense pricing without any hidden fees, and instruct my staff to conduct ourselves with the utmost integrity. Although I was acutely aware of wedding venues taking advantage of people and acting unethically, I can for sure say that in dealing with the MB, I have come across the strongest example of greed and immorality that I've ever experienced. Because of this, I feel the need to let others know of my experience.
My experience with the staff is that they were rude, impatient, and unethical. The feedback that I received from my guest is that the event staff provided by the hotel was rude, hostile, unfriendly, angry, and unaccommodating. This is further evidenced the fact that at 1:45 a.m. on the eve of my wedding, one of the hotels personnel pulled me off the dance floor of my own wedding and insisted that I follow him into some shady side-room. Upon following him in, I found myself surrounded by nearly a dozen other staff members, insisting that I sign some sort of contract which they thrust into my face while I was inebriated (rightly so...). Upon refusing the staff became very irritated and continued to persist. I did not sign this document, not being able to even read it, and was frustrated that the venue would even have the gall to pull me aside before my event was even over.
We had procured 3 rooms for my family to stay at the hotel from a 3rd party website because it was cheaper than the block rate that the hotel offered. A few weeks after, I received a bill for $220 in incidentals ($120 for valet, $45 for self-parking, $55 for porterage). This happened to be the exact amount of the credit card hold that they asked for upon checking in. My brother had previously called the hotel to ask for an explanation for the charges, for which they replied that my vendors had charged their parking to the room. Aside from the fact that someone who isn't on a reservation should never be allowed to charge to a room, I contacted all of my vendors who assured me that it was not them who had done so. I tried to contact the hotel accounting department to resolve the issue, having called and left voicemails which went unanswered, having emailed them which also went unanswered, until finally I asked to speak with anybody. I was told that I would need to speak to each department separately to resolve the issue for some opaque reason. This hotel will find a way to screw you, it seems to be a part of their business model as my sister-in-law had the exact same issue. When I was finally able to speak to somebody, i was told that the porterage charge was for taking things up to my room. Imagine that, you spend $57,000, not including renting 3 rooms for the evening and that doesn't even include taking your bags to your room.
In short my experience that this is a shady enterprise that it will go at lengths to procure even an additional penny from you. They are rude, unprofessional, unorganized, and have built a system where nobody that has legitimate grievances can get resolution. They don't respond to voicemail or email, and why would they, they're only interested in screwing you.
If I could give 0 stars I would and I would neither recommend anyone stay at the hotel nor would I recommend utilizing their event spaces. -

Worst Experience of my life!!
DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT book with these criminals! In 2018 my fiancé as I put down over $10,000 down for our wedding in Dec. 2021. Fast forward to 2020 when COVID hit. 9 months prior to our wedding we reached out and didn’t hear back for 3 months! Finally someone reached out to say everyone was furloughed. Well that didn’t help our situation. We needed to plan a wedding! We still had not tasted our food etc. 6 months before our wedding again no response. We sent out several emails and called on numerous occasions to try and plan our wedding.
We finally hired a lawyer who has repeatedly reached out and still no response. Our wedding obviously did not happen because guess what!!! No response! Nothing! Not even the week of our wedding. It has been a complete nightmare! These people are criminals! Please do not let these people take your money. They don’t care about you!!!! We are completely devastated and are still trying to get our money back. I just cannot believe this happened to us. This should not be how a marriage should start off. If only I knew this is how they treated people. Please don’t let this happen to you. We will keep fighting. Also, I’d like to mention some more disturbing things. We were going to have about 150-200 guests. They changed it to only 3 guests were allowed, they must be vaccinated, they must be masked and they have to pay and take rapid covid tests the morning of the event before they could enter the building… and we still had to meet the $20,000 minimum. Which made no sense. How can you feed 5 people spending $20,000. What makes this worse is; I had to get in touch with corporate to get this information. But then they were unsure because they weren’t in CA. No one was willing to help me there too and they were rude! No one from the LA Biltmore was going to let me know about this especially when my wedding was months away!!!??? This place is awful!!!!! There are better places! -
