Jeanne makes the absolute best cakes and desserts. Not only is everything that comes out of her bake studio delicious, but she is such a joy to work with. She's a great communicator and incredibly accommodating. We hired her to do our wedding cake and dessert table as well as the groom's cake and she nailed every single thing. I don't even like caramel and her salted caramel bars are the best dessert I've ever had. You cannot go wrong with anything made by Jeanne.
Beyond the wedding, we also hired Jeanne to make our gender reveal cake for our first baby, and she knocked that out of the park as well. The cake was beautiful and exactly what we wanted - and SO good! She is so much more than a wedding vendor, I consider her a friend and am so grateful to have had her help in celebrating all of the big milestones in our marriage! -

Delicious cake.. even more amazing baker!
Jeanne was a delight to work with. My husband and I are traditional vanilla cake fans, and she turned us onto some spectacular alternatives! We had such a difficult time deciding which three we would go with for our cake. Not only was the cake delicious and looked gorgeous, but Jeanne was very helpful in figuring out what size cake we should select. I highly recommend using Mill Stream Farms for your next cake needs! -

Jeanne's desserts were to die for! We opted for a dessert bar to have a little bit of everything and she knocked it out of the park. She was so nice, and we really enjoyed getting to know her when we did our dessert tasting. There isn't a dessert she has made that I did not love!! -

Jeanne is wonderful - so attentive, thoughtful, and kind! She really took care of us. She made us a double barrel gluten free cake - no one even could tell it was gluten free. We got a "mimosa" layer where we took the pink champagne cake and did an orange filling - yum! Then, white chocolate with raspberry - stellar. Highly recommend all around. Lots of options for rental stands as well. -

What started off as Pumpkin Rolls in my elementary years became my wedding cake and dessert table dreams.
When the first bite of Mill Stream cake that my then-fiance-now-husband takes is followed by "This is stupid good," I knew we would absolutely be booking Mill Stream Farm and Jeanne- not that I needed to be told twice. The tasting was a wonderful experience with Jeanne's opinions and expertise on flavor pairing of cakes and desserts. She kept in touch with us through to the wedding day to confirm choices and flavors, and the spread she brought was everything we wanted it to be! Guests raved over the options- having a smaller cake and then several smaller dessert choices gave us a little something sweet for everyone at our wedding. -

I cannot say enough amazing things about Jeanne! I work in the industry and when it came time to plan my own wedding, there was no one else I wanted to work with. In my professional experience, we only recommend Mill Stream Farm and Jeanne. She is always so focused on making everyone's days special and will put in every bit of effort to make it perfect. I have never had a couple or wedding guest unsatisfied and I am truly honored to have her on so many of our weddings.
For my own personal wedding, there was no questions on who we wanted to work with. While my husband and I both grew up around Jeanne, I know our special relationship did not change the way she treated us or our wedding. Jeanne captured my husbands favorite childhood memories (eating her pumpkin rolls at SummerFest!) while offering an amazing selection of cupcakes. We had a vision of his and hers cupcakes and Jeanne not only made delicious recommendations, but also worked hard to try to provide a type of icing that was unattainable. (Not her fault, the whipped icing from grocery store cakes is literally complete processed foods and cannot be recreated - plus her alternative was WAY better). We had about 70 guests, but ordered around 160 cupcakes and only had a few left (that my planner had set aside for my husband and I). I'm still getting messages about how amazing the cupcakes were and it was honestly the first feedback I got from friends after the wedding.
I would use Jeanne again without a question and would pay even the TOP dollar for her amazing creations!! -

Working with Jeanne was so wonderful! Our wedding cake was absolutely perfect and tasted amazing. We also had a dessert bar with cheesecake squares, cupcakes, apple hand pies and strawberry shortcakes. It was everything we wanted and more! Our guests loved all of it. Mill Stream Farm is the best!!
Jeanne is the best and I can't recommend her enough! She not only bakes incredible desserts, but is also so easy to work with! We didn't want to do a cake for our wedding, so we worked with Jeanne to do a dessert bar-- everything we tried at the tasting was so good that it made it hard to pick which desserts we wanted! Throughout the process Jeanne was great to work with and was always available to answer questions. Her desserts were so amazing we highly recommend her for any wedding or event! All of our guests raved about the dessert bar and how good everything was! -

From the initial inquiry, to the tasting, to the choosing and ordering, to the set up and finally eating the desserts...The experience could not have been better. Jeanne nailed it in every area!! I heard several people say it was the best wedding cake they ever tasted!! My son and daughter-in-law chose the apple cake...Excellent choice!! The other desserts chosen were delicious as well! The only problem you will encounter is having to narrow it down and choose from all the delicious desserts and flavors!! -

They nailed it!
I gave them a picture of what I wanted the cake to look like, and they nailed it! We chose 3 different flavors (one per layer), and each was delicious. We had a short time line that we gave them to make the cake, and they were able to come through for us and help us. They really helped make our day special! -

Jeanne at Mill Stream Farm produced a beautiful dessert bar for my daughter's wedding. Our guests loved each dessert and truly could not pick a favorite as they were all delicious! Hands down, the BEST! Jeanne is phenomenal to work with and makes the most beautiful, delicious cakes! We received so many compliments on our cake both for how beautiful it was and the taste, we were a little obsessed with it ourselves. Jeanne is the absolute sweetest to work with, doing all she can to make the day go with as little stress as possible. She goes above and beyond, she even went out of her way to get some final touches for our cake! We can not recommend Mill Stream Farm enough! -

Above & Beyond!
Jeanne with Mill Stream Farm was absolutely incredible to work with! She started the process by coming on site to do a tasting, being sure we nailed down exactly what flavors we wanted. She helped us create an entire dessert bar, not just a wedding cake. From cupcakes, to cheesecake bites and strawberry parfaits she did it all! And every goodie was as yummy as the next! She provided props for the dessert bar and for our cake display, and arrived plenty early enough to be sure it was all set up correctly. She stayed through a monsoon to be sure things were served appropriately and the display was constantly stocked. Jeanne was so much more than just our "cake lady", she was an integral part of our wedding day! You won't find another that cares as much!! -
