We were absolutely thrilled with Mili's Sweets as our wedding baker! Every dessert was delicious and went beyond our expectations. From the moment we first tasted their samples, we knew we had found something special.
The variety and quality of the desserts were exceptional. Each treat was beautifully crafted and tasted even better than it looked. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how delectable everything was, and we couldn't agree more.

Stop looking for your dessert vendor and hire Mili!! She's absolutely the best and everybody at our wedding was raving about the desserts. She has an excellent selection and everything tastes amazing. Mili is very easy to work with and is very accommodating. She checks in with you before and makes sure everything is exactly as you'd like it to be. She was responsive and when we decided to make a last minute change she had no problem updating our order. We can't say enough good things about Mili and neither could our guests as ALL the desserts we ordered finished! You won't have any regrets. -

Stress-Free
Working with Mili for our desserts is just the best thing I could have done for my wedding. She made things so stress-free and worked with me every time I wanted to make changes to the dessert menu. She created a beautiful display of desserts for me, and all the guests were raving about them. Trifles, Cookies, Pumpkin Pie Bars, Cheesecake, Cupcakes and more all were so amazing. And she was even able to do Gluten Free & Vegan options as well. Mili is going to be my go to cake person from now on, she is an absolute gem. Thank you Milis Sweets!! -

Mili was amazing! We ordered the tasting package from her first and were blown away but the quality, selections quick communications and professionalism from the get-go. It was a no-brainer based on the price and quality to hire her to do our cake and desserts for our wedding. Her selection is accomodating to many dietary restrictions and allergies which also helped us in deciding to hire her as our vendor. We were able to order a selection of cupcakes to meet everyone's needs on our guest list without breaking the bank or settling on one flavor alone.
Mili's communication was exceptional. Her consideration and attention to detail were extremely appreciated as we had an outdoor wedding in August, so she has some very welcome considerations to offer us and worked around the timeline of our wedding day to ensure timely and discreet delivery of our desserts. I highly recommend her for any event, weddings, showers, birthdays and all!

Mili was a joy to work with and have at our wedding in April! From the tasting package, to our email coordinations, to her catering our wedding day desserts, she was so kind and friendly and helpful! Not to mention, her desserts are phenomenal!!! My guests couldn’t stop talking about how delicious and beautifully presented all 6 of our dessert options were, and our wedding cake. My only regret is not eating more of them myself at my wedding! Thank you so much Mili, you were a highlight of our wedding day and we appreciate your hard work so much! Delicious Desserts and Delightful to work with!
Mili was great to work with from day 1. She is super quick to respond to emails and/or texts, which I was very appreciative of during wedding planning season. I found Mili via Instagram initially, and continue to loved following her along with her posts and stories even post-wedding (great inspo!). For our August 2023 wedding, we opted to do 200+ mini desserts for guests and a small bride/groom cake and delivery/set-up package. Mili knocked it out of the park! Everything looked fabulous and all the desserts were to die for. Our guests raved about all the yummy options. My personal favorite was the salted dulce de leech mousse - SO GOOD. I still think about them.
You cannot go wrong with booking Mili. She is extremely organized and her personality is a delight. Since I wasn't local to the San Diego, she let me drop off my cake topper and decor during our tasting pick-up which was so accommodating for us. We couldn't recommend her more - easy to work with and excellent service! Also, definitely do the tasting package - we ended up changing several initial selections after tasting new flavors, so definitely worthwhile. -

Mili was such a pleasure to plan with, she was responsive, easy to work with, and we loved her vision and creativity! We ordered a 6” Three Layer custom cake and 7 different Mini’s, 24-36 of each (cheesecake bars, brownies, white chocolate blondies, strawberry shortcake trifles, Italian tres leches trifles, churro cupcakes, and millionaire bars). The dessert bar was an absolute hit and their custom labeling, plate rentals and set up service made the pictures stunning ! My only regret is not ordering more minis and a bigger cake !! Definitely use Mili’s Sweets for your next event or Wedding! -

Milli provided the desserts for our wedding and I can't even express fully how delicious they were. We had SUCH a hard time deciding on which ones to pick because they were all insanely yummy. Milli was an absolute sweetheart and pleasure to work with. She also arranged the florals on our wedding cake and it turned out gorgeous! We had several guests reach out to us after the wedding saying how impressed they were with the dessert table. We have honestly been contemplating on driving out to San Diego for a tasting package just so we can have some of her desserts again. If you're getting married, I definitely recommend Milli for your dessert needs! -

Wonderful quality!
We were very pleased with Mili’s desserts and cakes for our wedding . Not only did everything taste sublime but the display was beautiful! Planning was straightforward and she was extremely helpful in working through details. Most important to us was the natural, homemade taste of dessert that is hard to find in typical weddings; Mili’s baking is the perfect blend of aesthetics and quality, which is incredibly hard to find especially at American weddings. -

I found Mili because she was recommended to us by our venue (Ethereal Gardens, part of the Trademark Venues group). I ordered several dairy-free or vegan items from Mili's because I'm dairy-free and had several vegan guests, and OH my goodness. Every single dessert was so incredibly delicious. All of my guests complimented us on the desserts, as many did not even realize that some of our items were dairy-free or vegan. My only regret was not ordering more because we ran out quickly! Mili did exactly what we wanted, and I felt that her desserts were very fairly priced. She's also very flexible with flavors--I don't know how she does it! The honey lavender cake is to die for. My husband and I plan to reach out for another cake for our 1st year wedding anniversary! -

The sweetest!
I reached out to Mili 2 months before my wedding (which is definitely late for a dessert vendor), and she responded to my inquiry quickly. She was able to squeeze in my requests in the middle of an incredibly busy wedding season in such a kind and professional manner. I love that we were able to order various types and flavors of desserts (I swear she does it all), and her set up service was incredibly convenient and beautiful. The entire process from beginning to end was seamless, and the desserts were a huge hit at our wedding. Absolutely recommend hiring Mili for all your dessert needs! -

From the start Mili made this a great experience. She offers a variety of treats and was very flexible and accommodating to make sure we were happy with our purchase. She handled everything related to set up as well. It was completely seem less the day of the wedding we had nothing to worry about. The treats were a hit and many people commented on how yummy they were. I would highly recommend Mili for any event, and of course will use her again for any of my future events. -

I hold the highest regard for Mili’s Sweets. Collaborating with Mili from ideation to delivery was flawless. Her level of detail and attentiveness shines. She truly loves her work and it shows - our tiramisu cake was such a hit! It was one of the most delicious and aesthetically beautiful cakes we have ever had. So many of our guests also complimented how the it was not only the prettiest, but delicious, cake they have ever seen/ tasted. Each bite was SO incredibly flavorful. We were absolutely floored.

Most Delicious!
We were so so thrilled with our wedding cake from Milli! We did a sampling package and I’m so glad we did because we went a whole different route than we had originally anticipated. Not to mention, the samples were delicious, I never wanted them to end. I wanted a very simple wedding cake, basically just for my husband and I to cut and eat, as we had many other desserts for the wedding guests, including cupcakes. The cake was beautiful and I can honestly say probably the best tasting cake I’ve ever had. I already can’t wait until our one year anniversary to take the frozen piece out of the freezer and eat it! Highly recommend this company and I thought it was a completely reasonable price . -

We worked with Mili for over 2 years. She was very helpful when we had to change our wedding plans due to COVID. Once our reception came around she made changes we requested with ease and made suggestions that fit our wants. Our dessert table looked amazing. Mili’s Sweets is incredible. We enjoyed two customized tasting experiences, and were able to try so many delicious treats, because we knew we wanted assorted desserts and it just a cake… but the cake… WOW! Mili made us a layered cake with vanilla cheesecake and her amazing churro cake and I ate more cake in the days following the wedding than actual food. Our dessert table featured mini trifles in both strawberry shortcake and tiramisu, mini churro cupcakes, vanilla cheesecake bites topped with fresh raspberries, and salted chocolate chip cookies. We received tons of compliments about our wedding, but every single person RAVED about the desserts! There was not a single bite left at the end of the night!
Mili was so easy to work with, so accommodating, and so helpful with creating a balanced menu and deciding on quantities. She made the decision process so simple, and it was so helpful to have one less thing to stress about. I knew I could trust Mili and that everything would be perfect, and it was!! We couldn’t have asked for more. I will recommend Mili to every single couple, anyone with a birthday or anniversary, a baby shower, any event - I’ll be looking for reasons to work with and recommend Mili’s Sweets to everyone I know. -

We absolutely loved working with Milli. She is kind, responsive, great communicator and an absolute delight to work with. Milli helped guide me through the customized cake process and we absolutely loved our cake. Milli also helped set the flowers on the cake and worked with my florist well which i loved as it took stress off of me on our wedding day. Our guests loved the deserts & cake. Milli helped set the table beautifully. I could not recommend Milli enough to people. Pricing is also very reasonable and shes worth every cent. I can't recommend Mili's Sweets enough! She made my husband and me a custom watercolor wedding cake with roses she sourced herself and some gold leaf. Not only did it look incredible, but it tasted DELICIOUS as well. We also ordered cupcakes from Mili, and all our guests loved them and took the extras home too. I was so impressed beyond belief. Perfect wedding cake
Absolutely delicious cake! I’m not from the area so I had no idea most bakers won’t refuse to add flowers to your cake because where I’m from everything comes included, so this was a shock to me. However Mili was more than happy to add my flowers at no additional cost. She also helped me choose my flavors which were a huge hit at my wedding. Planning a wedding is stressful so I was very blessed to have found her to make my perfect cake. -

Mili was fabulous to work with providing cakes for my daughter’s wedding in July! She went out of her way to deliver the cakes to us on a busy weekend for her. We were thrilled with how the cakes turned out - the guests gave rave reviews! Mili helped us select great flavors for the different tiers that went together well. And we were able to rest easy knowing the cakes were nut free as the groom has a nut allergy and that was very important to us. So happy we found Mili’s Sweets! -

From the initial tasting experience - where four of us gorged ourselves on a variety of items, which led to an order for not only the wedding cake, but an entire dessert display, because we couldn't stop!! The day of the wedding the cake was fabulous (sooo many compliments), the dessert selections were perfect (even accommodating gluten and dairy issues in some), the set up of the dessert area was beautiful. AND in addition to all the wonderful desserts you get MILI herself....What a joy to work with! Wish we were local so I could use her more - but my waist line probably is happier for me to be further away! Thanks for making everything perfect. -

I truly don't know where to start singing Mili's praises! She was truly so kind, thoughtful, patient, and supportive throughout our time working together on my wedding desserts. She helped guide me in picking the right number of desserts, was flexible with our tasting since I was out of town, had a wide range of options on her menu and also offered custom creative desserts that came to mind, and was so so personable and sweet. We got the MOST delicious 6" two-tier cutting cake with custom features that Mili added with our preferences in mind, as well as many small desserts that our guests are still talking about. I would hire Mili for all of my events if I lived locally - she truly is the absolute best! If you are planning any event, Mili is the best choice you can make, hands down!! -

Mili is the one!
Mili came highly recommended by a client of mine, as well as being a preferred vendor at our venue. When we received our tasting box, we immediately knew that she was THE ONE to hire! I don’t normally even like Tiramisu but hers was to die for! We ordered a variety of desserts, including some Vegan friendly options, for our dessert bar and our guests devoured them! Mili was also kind enough to recommend a local Mexican bakery and picked up those additional pastries for us to complete our spread and give our friends and family a mixture of both of our cultures. We wanted a simple yet elegant and modern cake with a hint of black and she gave us exactly that. Can’t recommend her enough! You get more than your money’s worth!! -

Mili was such a pleasure to work with. We did a take home sampler which was DELICIOUS and helped us choose our desserts easily. She helped us choose a cake flavor based on both our palettes and it came out beautifully. At the wedding, the desserts were literally gone in 5 minutes - everyone LOVED them! The only thing I would've done differently was order a bigger quantity. You won't regret it! -

Milli was hands down our favorite wedding vendor! Not only was she extremely accommodating with our tasting but her baking speaks for it's self.
I have a huge sweet tooth and narrowing down flavors was almost impossible, so we ended up with (9) flavors and did mini cupcakes so none of our guests had to commit to a flavor either :) Our guests are still raving out how amazing they all were months after our wedding.
Highly recommend Milli and over ordering so you get to savor her dessert for the days following your wedding! -

Takes the Time to Customize!
I have truly enjoyed every moment of working with Mili! Not only does she bake the best desserts in San Diego, she was a joy to work with! Her extensive menu was overwhelming at first as Mili customizes each menu based off the needs and desires of the couple. She worked with me every step of the way and helped me create a menu that we completely loved. She was mindful of our budget and even worked with our florist to put the flowers on top of the cake! Mili goes above and beyond in anyway that she can!
Our guests absolutely raved about the desserts!! There was not a single piece left. We had lemon bars, tiramisu trifles, raspberry cheesecake bites, creme brûlée and our custom wedding cake. I gave Mili an idea of the design that I wanted for the cake and she executed it perfectly! I cannot recommend Milli enough and I'm so excited to order from her again in the future! -

I couldn’t be happier that I hired Mili to make my two wedding cakes! She was so considerate and wonderful to work with throughout the whole process. Not only are her deserts and cakes delicious, Mili went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was perfect! She had such attention to detail, was thoughtful, and kind. Mili is incredible! She really went above and beyond! From meeting at a floral shop to help me pick our flowers, checking-in every so often which is so comforting for a stressed out Bride, working with our budget and really fine tuning what would work best & look most beautiful with that budget. From our very first phone call I felt I was speaking to a friend that had my best interest at heart. Not only did she make our beautiful, delicious wedding cake/dessert table, but she also made our gorgeous arrangements for our tables. I highly, highly recommend Mili's Sweets! Mili responded was quick and responsive. She worked with me to make it possible to have a cake for my elopement day with my now husband. Mili made sure it was perfectly delivered to me and it was absolutely beautiful. We asked for a simple naked cake in a churro flavor. It was simple and elegant and absolutely delicious. Would definitely recommend hiring her for your dessert needs! -

Mili's Sweets - Beyond Incredible!
Mili's Sweets is beyond extraordinary. Although initially drawn to Mili for her nut free operation, her cakes and desserts are without a doubt the some of the best we've had. She will custom design a flavor or combination of flavors to meet your wishes. We really appreciated her attention to detail, patience, communication and follow up. Here gluten free red velvet cake was amazing along with the other 3 flavors we chose for our daughter's wedding. We will continue to order Mili's desserts well beyond our wedding celebration. Best cakes ever!
I tried Mili's desserts on various occasions, from friends' parties to official occasions, like fundraising and other events. I was very impressed with the overall presentation and with how delicious they were. When I contacted Mili to ask her to make my daughter's wedding cake, I was impressed with how professional and thorough she was. Her website is user friendly and explains the process of choosing and ordering the cakes, down to instructions on how to slice them. I made a request that included both a regular and a dairy & gluten free cake. I was delighted to learn that all her choices of cake flavors and fillings could be made gluten & dairy free. We customized each cake with different flavors and fillings. Mili gave us options on how to finish and decorate the cakes with the florals we provided. The result was visually perfect and delicious! Lots of compliments and no leftovers!
Delivery and set-up were flawless and contact free. Even the invoicing and paying platform was very easy to use. This was a very delightful experience. I couldn't have been happier!

No cake stress during Covid
We couldn’t have been happier with our wedding cake from Mili and how helpful she was. Our wedding went from 150 to 15 guests due to the pandemic. While we were stressing over changing up everything for the wedding, Mili was very understanding and worked with us the whole way through. Her reassurance was definitely helpful during this time and allowed us to concentrate on other aspects of the wedding.
When it came to cake tasting our original plans of meeting and trying everything went out the window just like most plans during Covid. But we coordinated with her through Zoom and email to discuss flavors. She took the time to really figure out what we wanted and to give recommendations. She then made cupcakes for us from the flavors we chose and met us in a convenient place to drop them off to us while adhering to Covid safety measures. Each of the flavor combos were delicious, but we went with a lemon cake with strawberry filling and cream cheese frosting.
On the day of the wedding she delivered it herself which helped out tremendously. All 15 of our guests loved the cake. I’m not the biggest fan of very sweet cakes, but this hit the spot. The left overs didn’t last long as my wife and I made sure to take care of them ourselves over the next few days.
Overall we were really grateful for Mili sticking with us while we were figuring out everything with our wedding. There was a lot of stress from the wedding, but choosing the cake was not one of them. I highly recommend Mili for anyone looking for a wedding cake. You will not be disappointed.

Absolutely The BEST!
In 2013 I attended a wedding that Mili had provided the Cake and Cupcakes for and was blown away by the deliciousness and beauty of her work. Fast forward to 2019 and I knew hands down that there was no other option than to hire Mili for my own wedding!
Mili is such a talented and caring individual!! She was so patient with me during my “Indecisive Bride” moments. She made us a simple but stunning Cutting Cake and 4 different flavor cupcakes for our guests to enjoy.. Bananas Fosters, Churro, Double Dutch & Pineapple Upside Down Cake! There wasn’t a SINGLE cupcake left at our wedding and our guest STILL rave about them!
I highly recommend hiring Mili for your dessert needs, you will not be disappointed! -

She set up the tables and everything looked beautiful. She is very easy to work with and she also has great taste.

Amazing Gluten-Free Wedding Cake!
Mili was an absolute angel!!
My husband is a coeliac and last minute the vendor for our wedding cake fell through and I almost lost my mind!!
I got her details from a family friend and she was so flexible and helpful to make sure that we had an amazing cake for our wedding day!!
Based on what I described I liked, she suggested a raspberry lemonade cake with raspberries baked in, a white chocolate cookie crumb and vanilla buttercream frosting. Mili even decorated it with coral tulips to tie in with my color scheme and favorite flower!
It not only looked amazing but it tasted phenomenal!! We were so so happy!!
I will definitely be using her again in the future!
You will not be disappointed! -

A cake lifesaver!
12 days before my wedding my original cake lady had unexpected events that left me without a cake! Mili was already doing my rehearsal dinner cake and thought just maybe she’d be able to squeeze me in for a wedding cake! After reaching out to her she was more than willing to make my wedding cake...not just one cake, two wedding cakes. So a total of three cakes in two days! They turned out amazing and tasted even better. She was able to make a chocolate cake with strawberries, chocolate sauce etc. without peanuts (wedding party member has severe allergy) which meant a lot to us. She was also diligent in providing different filling and flavor options. 10/10 will order from her again. -

My family has used Milli for multiple events and every time, without fail, her service and her desserts are a success. For my wedding, we had a tasting 6 months before, constant communication to make sure we were on track, and extra special care the day of (she made sure to set aside me and the grooms favorite cupcakes). -

Mili was awesome to work with! She took the time to listen to my ideas and offered her own ideas and suggestions to better help achieve the cake design/look I wanted. Her cake flavors are also amazing! It was so hard to narrow down the choices because they were seriously all so good. What I definitely liked best was that she specializes in nut-free offerings made in a completely nut-free environment. This meant a lot to me since my daughter has a severe peanut allergy and there is no other baker in San Diego that offers nut-free cakes and cupcakes. All in all not only did we have a great experience working with Mili but we had a beautiful cake that tasted wonderful! -

Desserts for our wedding 4/6/19
Mili was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was extremely responsive from the start of the wedding dessert process. I found her online and then went to one of the tastings she hosts, it was a great way to talk to her in person and try her desserts. On our wedding day, she exceeded our expectations not only with the desserts but with the set up of desserts. Our guests are still raving about her churro cupcakes! We can’t wait until our anniversary so we can order another cake from Mili. Highly recommend! -

She understood my vision and came up with the best dessert table I could've imagined. Our cake was the most delicious GF red velvet and vanilla velvet combo we have ever had. Mili added gorgeous cascading flowers to the top of our cake that she coordinated with our florist to complement our wedding florals - it was very special. We had an array of mini desserts (including a few GF ones) ranging from 4 types of cupcakes, cheesecakes, lemon bars, chocolate covered strawberries, strawberry shortcake, crème brûlée and creme puffs all with a special touch i.e. fresh berries, chocolate designs, pearls, pretzels and more - there was not a dessert left at the end of the night. After the wedding many of our friends said those were the best wedding desserts they've ever had. I couldn't agree more and can't wait to order an anniversary cake next year!
