I can hardly put into words how wonderful my experience with Kayla has been for my June 2024 wedding. From the start everything was easy, she was flexible and open to ideas and specific moments we wanted captured at our wedding. The experience was also so personal and she truly felt like a friend by the end! The video came out so perfectly and all of the instagram content was amazing, I am so thankful we had Kayla there to capture our day! -

Stop searching and hire Milestone Media immediately! To say Kayla is a joy and pleasure to work with would be the understatement of the year. I found Kayla early on in our planning process after searching for a woman-owned videography business and she was one of the only ones in the area.
We always knew that video was one of the top most important things to us for our wedding. My now husband studied film in college so I knew that he was going to be picky about videography - we critiqued video after video until we found Kayla’s work - it all looked so natural and candid and beautiful which was exactly what we wanted.
Kayla was quick to respond to my inquiry and we immediately set up a video call and we submitted our deposit right after we hung up - we loved her and knew she was the perfect person to capture our day on video. Kayla stayed in touch with us during the planning process to check in and see how we were and we had a very thorough planning meeting prior to our day to ensure we were all on the same page.
On our wedding day, Kayla could not have been better. She is so calm and fun to be around, always giving words and looks of encouragement. Kayla is fantastic at directing us as needed for the shot but has a chameleon ability to blend in with your guests in a way that allowed us to all feel comfortable and act naturally. This is an invaluable quality in a videographer if you want a wedding video that truly depicts your wedding day.

Where do I even start? I knew from the beginning I wanted a videographer for our special day and had high expectations. After viewing Kayla’s profile I knew she was the one and prayed she would be within budget and available. To our luck, she was! Kayla made it a point to meet with my husband and I prior to our wedding day to get to know us. We sat and had coffee to discuss what was important to us in our video. Kayla gave us pointers on how to make our video even better. Kayla instantly helped ease our nerves and anxiety over wedding day as nick and I can be very shy knowing the spotlight would be on us. Kayla’s communication through the entire process was spot on from start to finish.
Come wedding day, Kayla and Tyler captured the most beautiful clips. Many of our guests were amazed at the clips captured, yet never noticed the cameras! Thanks to milestone media we are able to relive the best day ever over and over. I have recieved so many compliments on our wedding video and footage. Milestone is an absolute must for your wedding day. We highly recommend!! -

Milestone Media is the only way to go for your videographer needs! We have been blown away by Kayla and her team from start to finish with our wedding videography. From our first phone conversation to the day of execution and all the follow ups post event, Kayla’s professionalism, and excitement for us remained at an all-time high. Finding a videographer to match our energy and the energy of our wedding guests was super important for us and Kayla was out there on the dance floor interacting with guests capturing everything and more. We wanted someone that would be able to encompass our carefree, fun, vibe and Kayla has far exceeded any and all expectations. Watching back our footage really allowed us to relive our day and feel all of the emotions all over again. To be able to capture those feelings and have us in tears on the couch reliving the day takes some serious talent and we have Kayla to thank for that! We are forever grateful for the special moments with family and friends that Kayla has captured for us. We have amazing footage of friends from all over to the country, to younger cousins dancing their hearts out and my 94-year-old grandfather giving the speech of a lifetime. These are memories that we now get to watch over and over again, cherishing forever. We cannot recommend Milestone Media enough and can guarantee you will not be disappointed. We will forever be recommending Kayla and her team. We hope to cross paths again soon! -

An amazing night, beautifully captured by 2 of the best
There are enough great things to say about Kayla and the Milestone Media team. They truly help make our wedding an experience we’ll never forget. The videos that were produced were flawless. The music choices were spot on and matched every vibe we had. From beginning to end Kayla and Tyler made us feel comfortable. They almost blended right in with the party, and I think they felt like they were at some points. It was such a great time and they captured every single moment. We would highly recommend them for any event! -

I cannot put into words the appreciation I have for the Milestone Media team. They were professional, their communication was excellent and they captured EVERY moment I didn’t even realize I wanted. As the bride, I was very caught up in the day which went by in the blink of an eye. I have watched and rewatched my wedding video a dozen times and each time I cry… reliving the day and feeling all the emotions. I cannot suggest enough to every bride, get a wedding videographer! After my husband and I got married, the one piece of advice that I will always give to couples is to get a great wedding videographer! Kayla and her team definitely delivered plus so much more. From the very beginning she was always available and excited to be on our wedding journey with us. She was completely in tune with us and all of the ideas we had for the video. She then took those ideas and ran with them to make an amazing final piece!
Kayla makes you feel so comfortable in from of the camera. Once we got into the groove of our wedding day I barely knew they were there! Her work is unique and fun, and that is exactly what I was looking for in a video. She perfectly captured our love for each other as well as the energy of the entire day in her videos. If this is the sign you are looking for to get a videographer here it is! Milestone Media is the way to go. -

Being a COVID wedding, our relationship with our vendors was truly a unique one. Long before the pandemic, my mom had surprised my (then fiancé) and I by booking Milestone Media to videograph our special day, a piece I had regretted we didn't budget for from the start. When COVID happened, and the very real possibility of having to scale down or postpone or cancel our wedding was facing us, Kayla was responsive, flexible, and simply ready to rock and roll when we gave the go. We were back and forth about what to do nearly right up to 2 months before the big day when we finally decided we just wanted to be married and were going for it no matter what adjustments were needed; Kayla followed suit with the exact same mentality! On the big day, Kayla and her partner exceeded our expectations beyond belief. First, I loved how they truly captured things "from the background", so we can look back and see our authentic emotions throughout the day. Second, Kayla and our photographer never had the chance to meet, and we were all beyond impressed with how easily and seamlessly they worked together throughout the day. Kayla didn't miss a thing, something I am forever grateful for as we watch our video today. Planning a wedding during a pandemic is truly an emotional task, and being able to rewatch the day from start to finish brings tears to my eyes - all of the stress, sadness, and worries before the big day were truly absent, and we get to relive the joy and gratitude we felt then every time we watch our video. Kayla's turn around time was so much faster than I expected, and we are exceptionally grateful to be able to share the video with friends and family in time for the holidays. Thank you Milestone Media for making our fairytale wedding into our favorite fairytale movie! -

I am so happy I booked Milestone Media for my wedding! My fiancé and I had to find a last minute videographer as our original ones moved out of state and would have had to quarantine upon return to follow NYS mandates due to COVID. I was nervous that booking someone last minute (and within budget) would be nearly impossible, or leave us with a videographer we wouldn’t be happy with. This was not the case at all as Kayla’s work is high quality and very affordable! Her and Tyler did not seem to be in the way at all during the wedding while still getting footage of the entire wedding. They were both so easy to work with, and offered to help with anything they could. I spilled my drink while dancing, and Tyler had another one to me within minutes. Kayla also made a point to fix my hair before photos as the wind kept blowing pieces out of place. I couldn’t be happier with my decision in booking them, and would highly recommend! -

Kayla is absolutely amazing at what she does! My husband and I were on the fence about hiring a videographer with all the expenses that go in to a wedding but we are SO glad that we hired Kayla to spend the day with us. After seeing what an amazing job she did at another family members wedding I booked her right away. Her packages were reasonably priced and included drone footage which was important to us as we had our wedding at an amazing Adirondack venue. Kayla captured every small detail and intimate moment without being intrusive. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during our photos in the freezing cold. She would hold my flowers, make adjustments, and even walk on ice to make sure we wouldn't fall through! By the end of our day she felt more like a friend than a vendor. She goes above any beyond to keep her clients happy and you can tell she is passionate about her work. She is not one of the overpriced "factory" style videographers, she really truly cares about each couple and you can feel that while working with her. Even though our video was absolutely perfect she took the time to verify that we were happy and was willing to make changes if needed. In the end we are so happy with our video and we were even surprised by certain things that she captured that we missed in the craziness of the day! I loved working with Kayla and I highly recommend her and her team to all couples! -

Kayla is wonderful. We were one of the many couples who spent way too much time waffling over whether we’d hire a videographer or not. With all the expenses involved in a wedding, do you really need to spend more on a video? YES. The answer is absolutely yes. Kayla and her team were a pleasure to work with and we cannot imagine our day without them. We feel so foolish for ever questioning it and so thankful we found Milestone Media when we did.
We’ve watched our teaser video more times than we can count and continue to be amazed by their ability to capture the full experience through small moments. Our wedding was out-of-state so we didn’t actually meet Kayla and Tyler until a few hours before the ceremony, but it was as though they were old friends of ours. Their work was seamless and fun and the outcome nothing short of amazing. We can’t wait to see the full video but have no doubt it will be fantastic. THANK YOU Milestone Media for giving us memories to cherish forever. -

Kayla our video person was awesome! She was super sweet from day one to the end. I was a little stressed from the beginning planning my wedding and on our wedding day i was nervous and wanted to make sure things went great. Kayla was very helpful in explaining to us what to do so she could do her recordings perfectly. She had us doing some poses and moves and she video me towards the end of my getting ready.. it was awesome ! She really explained everything clear. Also we got a drone at Washington Park to record us while we moved around. The package was a great deal and the drone recorded us in the park. I can’t wait to see the full video ! I highly recommend her! -
