We had the absolute pleasure of having Michela as our wedding planner, and she was nothing short of amazing. From start to finish, she took care of everything with such professionalism, care, and attention to detail. She really took the time to understand what we wanted and brought our vision to life even better than we could have imagined.
Michela was also incredible when it came to budgeting — she guided us through every step, kept everything on track, and made sure we were getting the most out of our budget. Thanks to her hard work and dedication, we had the wedding we had always dreamed of, and she somehow managed to keep it within budget, which was no small feat!
On the day itself, everything ran seamlessly thanks to Michela. She liaised with all the vendors, kept everything perfectly organized, and made sure everyone knew exactly what they were doing. Because of her, we were able to relax and truly enjoy our special day, knowing everything was in the best hands.
We cannot thank Michela enough and would recommend her to any couple looking for a dedicated, kind, and incredibly capable wedding planner. -

We hired Michela as our day or coordinator for our wedding. She provided an excellent service and ensured our wedding was smooth and stress free. Michela offered her support several months prior to the event reviewing our plans and understanding our vision. She did a fantastic job working directly with our vendors ensuring all requirements were met and our vision was realized. On the day of the event her and her team prepped us for a flawless ceremony, set everything up exactly as we envision, anticipated potential issues, handled them before they arose, and allowed us to be fully in the moment. I would absolutely recommend Michela for your event! -

Exceptional Wedding Planning Team – A Truly Unforgettable Experience
Michela and her team were truly exceptional, and I can't recommend them enough! Her meticulous attention to detail and thorough approach ensured every aspect was handled flawlessly. Michela is a fantastic communicator, always accommodating our time zone differences with ease. Over the course of our three-day wedding celebration, she seamlessly coordinated with more than 10 vendors, making the planning process effortless for us. Her team beautifully decorated the venue, perfectly capturing our vision. Michela consistently ensured the bride and groom were well cared for, and in every interaction, she was calm, thoughtful, and ready to assist. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Miky for our multicultural wedding, and we can’t recommend her highly enough. From the very beginning, she understood our vision and took the time to truly listen to our wishes. Her responsiveness was incredible—no matter the time or query, she was always there to reassure us and guide us through every step of the process.
Planning a wedding in Italy while being based in the UK could have been overwhelming, but Miky never let that happen. She handled everything locally with such grace, ensuring we felt calm and confident. Her honesty and transparency were refreshing, and she never hesitated to address any issues head-on. No matter how big the problem seemed, she always came up with a solution and made sure we were never stressed.
Even with our unique and different requests, many of which she hadn’t encountered before, Miky was open-minded and eager to accommodate them. Her professionalism during the wedding weekend was flawless, yet she remained warm and friendly, making not only us but also our friends and family feel incredibly welcome.
The day itself ran smoothly, and even the small blips (which we hardly noticed!) were handled behind the scenes with perfect efficiency - she took care of everything, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment.
What truly made the experience so special is that, throughout the process, Miky became not just our wedding planner but a friend. We loved having her by our side throughout the process, and by the time the wedding weekend arrived, it felt like she was celebrating right alongside us. Dancing and enjoying the festivities together was such a joy, and it’s a memory we’ll always cherish.
We can't wait to plan future celebrations with Miky and experience her magic all over again! Thanks to her, our wedding was everything we dreamed of and more. -

Michela was phenomenal! My husband and I both have extremely busy schedules and Michela made our whole wedding planning journey easy. She was always one step ahead and took off so much work load from the planning for us. She also understood our vision completely and executed the exact wedding we have dreamed of. The wedding weekend was perfect, our guests also only had great things to say about Michela. I can't believe how lucky we were to have found her as our wedding planner, she truly made our weekend unforgettable. The aesthetics of the wedding was also beautiful. Michela is really easy to work with, very flexible and she would always find a solution to everything. She also knew how to work around our budget to help solve problems but still maintain quality. She is also very resourceful and managed to source very specific requests we've made. Additionally, she is also very thoughtful and cares about the wellbeing of our guests (she brought in hand fans and recommended umbrellas for guests to make sure the guests stays cool - so glad she did this!). She's very passionate and you can tell she loves what she does. I can't thank her enough for the memories she's brought to us. I'd definitely recommend Michela to anyone who's looking to have their wedding in Italy. -

I met with many planners before I landed on Michela and immediately I knew she was the perfect fit. Upon the first meeting, she was very warm and honest. Throughout the planning, she was extremely responsive responding back to emails and texts quickly. She did a wonderful job taking my visions and choosing the best vendors. The vendors were all punctual and professional. Overall, we are very happy with all our vendor choices and would highly recommend Michela to organize your big day! Michela was gracious, inquisitive, delightfully professional while being authentic all at the same time.
We had an intimate gathering of three and that was carried out all the way through. Ever the professional she had prepared for the indoor event even when our first choice was outdoors. Rain was imminent.
She was kind to snap a few pictures after our Vow renewal. Which were exactly what we had envisioned. While we snapped photos she had aperitivo prepared in our Villa. The dinner was a vision and it was just right for a table of three.
As if that all isn’t enough she had a card and bottle of bubbly waiting when we returned to the villa. -

Hiring Miky and using her services for our wedding week in Italy was the best decision that we made! I can't express how profoundly grateful we are to have had Miky as our wedding planner for our destination wedding and the incredible week of events surrounding it. If we could give more than 5 stars, we absolutely would. Miky's dedication, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail made our wedding week an absolute dream come true.
Miky seamlessly orchestrated not only our wedding but also several additional events throughout the week, each with its own unique charm and elegance. From the welcome dinner, to the rehearsal dinner to the farewell pool party, Miky and her team brought our vision to life with grace and finesse. Her ability to coordinate these many moving parts with such professionalism was truly remarkable.
Miky's deep understanding of our vision was evident in every aspect of the wedding. She listened attentively to our ideas and transformed them into a reality that exceeded our wildest expectations. Our destination wedding was an intimate gathering of 55 people, and every single guest left with their hearts full and smiles on their faces. Miky ensured that every detail, from the decorations to the flow of the day, was perfect.
Her expertise in the industry was evident throughout the planning process, and her relationships with vendors made everything run like clockwork.
Miky's ability to handle the unexpected with grace is a testament to her professionalism. No matter the challenge that came her way, she always found a solution, ensuring that we never had to worry about a thing. Her warm and friendly demeanor put us at ease throughout the entire planning process. We always felt like we were her top priority, and she made herself available for us at all times. Her communication was timely, clear, and reassuring.

All perfect!
We hired Michela as our Wedding Planner for the entire organization. Michela is professional, prompt in all communications, readily available, flexible, gentle and kind. She goes above and beyond in providing vendor recommendations, scheduling the time-line, and coordinating the vendor in the wedding day. As bride, it was so nice to turn everything over to her on the wedding day, so I could relax and enjoy the magic of the day. There were so many little bumps during the mechanics of the wedding day that Michela just simply took cure of and we never even heard about until after the wedding-it was great!!

We are a German couple and speak no Italian, so we needed to find a wedding planner we could trust to handle everything for us. Miky did an absolutely perfect job. She explained very clearly and systematically what we needed to pay attention to during the planning process and then took care of the execution all on her own. We also had a few special requests that were not typical for a traditional wedding (a long white table between olive trees with a 50-meter lemon garland on the table), and she immediately took charge and made it happen. After our wedding, we were 180% satisfied, and all our guests congratulated us on one of the most extraordinary weddings they had ever attended. We want to emphasize that Miky is an organizational talent and was always easy to reach. We can recommend Miky 100%!
