Our wedding was on 2/24/24 and not one person has stopped talking about the Mike Sipe Team. We worked with Ray Costa from day one and chose Musicology. It was truly a dream. He was up front about what things would cost, made suggestions as to what to spend out money on based on our vision and what to skip. That aspect is so important to us based on the fact that the professionals do this every weekend and they know what makes for a great event.
Ray asked questions, got to know us, listened to what vibe we wanted and then completely exceeded expectations. Choosing the Sipes means not only the DJ or band of your choice. They send an entire ENEGETIC team who makes it their sole priority to make you and your guests feel like your event is the only event they have for the entire year. Ray does an incredible job of reading the room and keeping the vibe at a level 10 especially when some moments can get awkward or slow. There was not one down moment. Even when people were eating, most of the couples got up to slow dance, even though that wasn't the plan. It was absolute perfect. 100% of our guests (many from South Florida who go to a ton of weddings) said it was the best wedding they had EVER been to. Ray worked perfectly with our vendors, our planner, our bridal party. I simply don't have enough words to express how amazing and fun the entire team was. The band members were on the dance floor, we were up on stage. People who don't normally dance were dancing. It was INCREDIBLE.
My new husband does not dance and he said, "Get Ray to pencil us in for your birthday because I would have paid double for the night he created for us." Don't skimp on entertainment and if you want your guests to rave about your night for years to come, trust me CHOOSE THE SIPE TEAM. They have become friends and I am so sad that I am not speaking to them now like I did on a weekly basis. TRULY the best and I can't wait for the next event. Music was a top priority for me when planning my wedding and when I began asking around, Ray was highly recommended by multiple people including my wedding planner and venue! And let me tell you, he did not disappoint. I explained exactly what kind of music I envisioned being played on our special night and he killed it. No one left the dance floor. Ray was so professional and enthusiastic, he brought such good energy to our wedding. A true entertainer! We also hired his teams saxophone player which was such a fun addition to our wedding reception! Mike Sipe entertainment did a great job facilitating my wedding that was July 26, 2024, but the flowers go to DJ Mr. Famous- he was EXCELLENT! Every single guest couldn’t stop raving about how well he did. I had a diverse cultural wedding, and he truly made everyone feel welcome and got them to the dance floor. What I loved the most was that I had a unique wedding idea, and he was all for it, even helping give ideas to make it even more special. Ray Costa is the Hype Man we all need!
Ray set the vibe for our wedding and the PARTY DID NOT STOP!!! Everyone was on the dance floor the entire night!! We loved Ray's high energy and the music selection that kept dance floor alive. He took into account the type of music we like and NAILED IT. Ray is so much fun to work with and took what we were looking for and ran with it! Top Notch DJ
Ray was absolutely incredible. He literally CRUSHED every moment. The music and the hype was more than we could have imagined. I never left the dance floor ha ha everyone is so talented and my guests never partied harder. It was because of them our wedding was spectacular and a night I will never forget. When planning my wedding, DJ/music was always a top priority as it can make or break the event. I chose Ray, and it was the best decision we could have made. He is professional, extremely easy to work with, and the team provides clear/open communication throughout the wedding process.
He truly made the night unforgettable. Everyone had the time of their lives, dancing from start to finish. Guests would come up to me and say look at your DJ, he is having a great time. That’s what Ray does, he commits 100%, gives all his energy to your event, and people feed off of it in the best way possible.

Glenn Blakk - Best DJ Ever
Glenn Blakk was the ultimate professional throughout the whole process. From the pre-wedding meeting getting to know our story and making us feel comfortable to delivering an absolute electric atmosphere on our wedding night, he provided a 10/10 experience for my wife and I. Would recommend him to anyone looking to have an amazing event.

My wife and I had such a wonderful experience with Ray and the Mike Sipe team. They were everything we could have wanted and more. There were people dancing and partying non-stop throughout the entire night, we couldn't believe it. The biggest compliment we consistently received was how good our DJ was.
My wife and I had a more traditional Jewish wedding and Ray and his team handled all the bells and whistles of it perfectly. They did exactly what we wanted from the Bedekin, to the Huppah, to the Hebrew dancing, and the Horah. Our wedding could not have happened without Ray costa & the sipe team. My husband sourced Mike Sipe Entertainment for being one of the most reliable and well known South Florida wedding DJs, and we could not be more please with Ivanco who was assigned to our wedding! Ivanco really listened to exactly what our vibe was and executed our day perfectly! Our friends and family specifically complimented how great the cocktail hour music was, and we had a full dance floor the whole night! Ivanco perfectly blended music for all generations at the right times of night, from disco, millennial throwbacks to my very specific Taylor Swift requests, we were so pleased with our reception energy! Some of our guests even requested the playlist from the night since they enjoyed it so much. Ray and his Musicology team helped make our wedding so fun and memorable! His energy is contagious and kept everyone dancing from the moment the party began, playing songs that all of our guests loved (ranging from ages 20 to 102)! He listened to our specific music preferences and made our wedding so special by including all of our favorite songs and artists throughout the evening. The dance floor was packed all night and we cannot thank Ray and his team enough for making that happen! We loved the incredible drummer, saxophonist and beautiful music from the violinist during our ceremony. Throughout the entire planning process, Ray was helpful and responsive. I got married on 4/13/24 at the penthouse at riverside wharf. My event planner Events by Christy highly recommended Ray Costa as the DJ for our wedding.
When we met with him we told him the for us the saddest thing in the world is an empty dance floor at a wedding. It goes without saying that Ray understood the assignment. He is the biggest hype man and played for 8 hours straight never letting the party die down. When he played the last song at the wedding my husband literally told me this is the best money we spent on this entire wedding. We have been getting calls nonstop about how fun our wedding was, how people danced all night, and how the DJ WAS FIRE! A DJ is such a big part of your party, if the vibes are not right people don't keep going LOL but Ray definitely knows how to read the room.
We had an amazing experience from start to finish. He took the time to get to know us and see what we envisioned for the party, first dances, cocktail hour, hora loca, and dinner music. We also had a sax player for cocktail! I did not get to see him myself but we've gotten great feedback.

Best experience! Dj ray
We had the most amazing experience with Mike Sipes!!! We had DJ Ray Acosta and he made our wedding flow so smoothly while keeping an amazing atmosphere the entire time!
He did an excellent job getting to know what my husband and I were looking for and exceeded our expectations on wedding day. People were on the dance floor the entire night!
We also had live instruments to accompany music and it was really wonderful and special! Highly recommend working with Mike Sipes

We chose to go with the musicology/fusion experience with DJ Glenn Blakk, Mario, and Nestor (sax and drums). You know it's a sign of a good time when nobody leaves the dance floor the ENTIRE night! Nobody stopped dancing until the wedding ended. DJ Glenn knows how to make it a party, get everyone in fun moods, and keep the crowd engaged.
