Danced my feet off

Literally one of the best parts of our wedding was having Mike DJ for us. I danced my feet off and had the time of my life. Mike is so easy to work with. He was so helpful throughout the whole planning process. We met him for coffee for our final meeting and he is personable and professional. He is also super fun! He definitely helped lift the mood at the wedding- and does it flawlessly. His transitions between cocktail hour to intros to calmer dinner music to party time was seamless. His website is super easy to use and allows customization of playlists. His pricing is very reasonable. He even gave us a referral discount because we got his name from a cousin that used him for their wedding. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a DJ. I would definitely hire him again. Best. DJ. Ever.

Mike is absolutely amazing! He made all of our dance party dreams come true. He was super easy to work with, and was available whenever we needed him. He was able to provide music for the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing all in separate locations! He listened to all of our requests, while also choosing songs that kept the party going! Mike is patient, kind, and detail oriented. We could not thank him enough!

Amazing DJ!

Mike was fantastic! He was very communicative before the event and really took our input seriously. Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception were all spaced apart and he was able to keep everything going seamlessly. We were so impressed with how smoothly he kept the event running. And the music was great! It’s not easy to be a wedding vendor during COVID and Mike was a professional through and through. We can’t recommend him enough!

The best !!!!

My husband and I loved Mike Reilly - he was there from start to finish on our big day and nailed the music at every step - aisle, after we said I do, entrances, first dance, and of course the reception. If we didn’t have a musician doing our cocktail and dinner music he would have nailed that too. He did a great job getting the speeches going as well. He was the first vendor to suggest a plan B in the beginning of Covid which shows how on top of his job he is. Thanks to him we were prepared. He stayed in communication with us the whole way through and couldn’t have made the postponement process any easier. He listened to all of our requests and there was never a time where the dance floor was empty. Everyone had such a blast and my husband and I made a new friend in the process :) Thank you Mike!!

Best night of our lives!

Look no further!! When I was looking for a DJ for our wedding, after reading all of the amazing reviews on Mike I knew we had to have him. I contacted him, he got back to me immediately, and we booked him! Mike is so easy to talk to, and right after booking he set up time to talk to us on the phone about how we envisioned our wedding, our style of music, etc. A few months before the wedding Mike suggested meeting up for drinks to just be able to meet face to face and go over everything in order to give us the night of our dreams (and boy he did not disappoint!).

He has a website you can go on to easily outline your night, what songs you want played, etc. Mike checked in frequently to see if we had any changes, and to make the most optimal timeline for the night.

Our wedding was absolutely the best night and party ever because of him! Our wedding guests came to us and said they had never been to a wedding where the dance floor was consistently packed and the music was straight fire. They said it was the best wedding they had ever been to (people are still talking about it). Mike knew the exact right moment to play each type of song and to keep the night flowing smoothly. My husband and I, as well as our wedding guests, had the most AMAZING and perfect time of our lives thanks to Mike, and I would highly recommend him (I have already told several of my friends they need to book him).

So if you’re looking for a wedding where your guests only complaint will be sore feet the next day from the nonstop dancing and partying, you have found the right guy! Thank you again Mike for giving us an absolutely perfect wedding reception!

The Best and Wonderful to Work With!

Mike is a true professional and worked to customize our wedding music perfectly. We had special requests for wedding party entrances, and everything was great...even with a last minute change. He was able to manage setting up multiple music sites throughout our venue and kept guests dancing throughout the night. A++!

My husband and I will never be able to express the gratitude we feel towards Mike for his job insanely well done at our wedding. From the start of our collaboration with Mike, he’s been attentive, responsive, helpful and guiding.

The dance floor at my wedding was packed the entire night thanks to him, and my guests raved about how incredible the music was. His doubling as the evening’s MC also kept our evening on schedule and run efficiently.

He made sure to check in with us periodically to make sure all was executed smoothly. You’d be making a massive mistake to not book Mike as your DJ.

Mike Reilly is hands down the best! He was so great to work with. He was helpful throughout the planning process and was super patient when I asked questions and made requests. When it came to the reception, there wasn’t a time where the dance floor wasn’t packed! It was the best night, and a lot of that was due to how well he kept things up and going. Perfect DJ for our celebration!

Mike did such an excellent job with our wedding! The dance floor was by far the most popular place during our wedding and it was all thanks to Mike! He brought a great energy that was not over the top and suited our vibe as a couple perfectly. He really took the time before the wedding to get to know us and make sure he knew what we wanted for our celebration. Highly Recommend!

Mike was all around a pleasure to work with. Not only was he as advertised in terms of his ability as a DJ, but he was as easy of a vendor as there could be to work with. Mike communicated well...leaving at most a few minutes between each correspondence. He was thorough, concise, and effective when it came to all the pre wedding tasks. Knocked it out of the park

We heard about Mike through a friend and we could literally NOT be happier that he was able to DJ our wedding!! Mike is so kind, professional, and friendly...he made sure we met in person while beginning the planning process and continued to have phone calls and stay updated as we got closer to the big day and were ironing out the wrinkles. At our reception Mike was able to not only control our *hard-to-control* bridal party (like herding cats), but he was able to keep everything running smoothly and on time without letting a single stress or worry transfer to my husband and I. Not to mention....the dance floor was absolutely packed, THEE entire time. Everyone had such a blast and in the end I was sad at how quickly the fun and dancing went!! I cannot recommend Mike enough, you will not be disappointed.

If you're looking for a DJ, Mike is the one!

Mike was amazing from day 1. He was my favorite vendor to work with though out this entire wedding planning process. He was extreamly easy going, funny and very easy to work with.

The website Mike uses is super simple to navigate. He has everything broken into different sections and has lots of suggestions of songs on there as well.

The first time we met with Mike to go over everything he was extremely prepared. He had worked at our wedding venue (Normandy Farm) in the past and was really able to give us a clear vision what the night would look like. He spent about an hour going over everything with us and helped us feel comfortable with how the night would go.

Leading up to the wedding Mike did some work on our first dance song, to help slow down the tempo, so it was more of steady beat. He did a great job with this and helped make our first dance perfect.

Mike was extreamly responsive to emails. He got back to me right away no matter how silly the question I may have had was. This wasn't always the case with some of the other vendors we worked with. He always said, "It's your day and I want to help make it perfect."

About a week or two before the wedding, we had a phone conference with Mike. He went over exactly how the night would go and made us feel like he really had everything under control, which was great!

Day of the wedding Mike was AMAZING. The dance floor was filled the entire night. Mike took our suggestions of songs and really put together an amazing mix of music. My father wanted to do something special for our first dance. Mike spoke with him separately about this and made sure everything was exactly how he wanted it.

Mike was super flexable night of. He would come over and let me know it was time for something, but wouldn't rush me like it was something that had to happen at that second. This made the night super easy going and gave us the freedom to enjoy yourselves and know that Mike was on top of everything.

I will be recommending Mike to any of my friends looking for a DJ and will be sure to use him again in the future. If you are looking for a DJ he is your guy. Like I said he was my favorite wedding vendor to work with and he made our special day perfect and exactly what we wanted.

Check DJ off your list, now! :)

The only thing my husband and I cared about when it came to our wedding was that everyone had the time of their lives, dancing the night away. Mike far exceeded these expectations. The only complaint we received from our guests was that their feet were still sore days after our wedding from never leaving the dance floor. All of our guests were chanting for more songs as the night came to a close, and Mike continued to knock it out of the park.

Aside from guaranteeing that your guests will be glued to the dance floor, Mike is extremely professional, organized, and flexible. You don't realize how important this is until the week of your wedding when you know for certain that your DJ is one thing you do not need to worry about. He met with us a a local pub months before our wedding to get to know us as a couple and our musical tastes. He checked in with us frequently as we submitted our requests on the very easy to use online music portal, in which you can have as little or as much control as you want over the music selection at your wedding. I could tell Mike had done his homework when I was talking to him on the day of the wedding and he had memorized the exact second at which to fade in a song for our exit at our ceremony. He was extremely calm and flexible when it came to changing the location for his equipment when the sky cleared up at the last second, enabling us to have our ceremony outside!

Your guest aren't going to remember your centerpieces or table cards (sorry!). They're going to remember the epic time they had dancing all night long with the people they love when you book Mike Ry Productions for your DJ! :)

Hands down - best dj!

Mike was hands-down the best wedding DJ we could have asked for. From Day 1, he was communicative, responsive, fun and thorough. He made us feel so comfortable with the planning process and we had 100% confidence in him all the way through the wedding day.

The dance floor was PACKED all night and we received so many compliments from our guests! Mike knew how to read the room and played the best mix of songs for all ages and preferences.

Out of all of the vendors we booked for our wedding, Mike was absolutely the best choice and I would recommend him again in a heart beat!!!

Amazing!!!!

I had absolutely no idea what I was doing when I began planning my wedding. I did not even know where to start with anything, especially picking the entertainment. I looked on many websites and wrote down some that had good reviews but really was not sure how I was supposed to tell if they would be a good fit for my wedding. I called a few options, however, Mike Ry Productions was the first call we made and I remember both my husband and I saying that we would call the others, to give them a chance, but we were so impressed and excited after talking to Mike that if the others did not work out we would be 100% okay with having Mike Ry at our wedding (after the first impression!!!). Turns out, we made the right choice! Mike is such a nice guy and was very helpful throughout the whole process of planning our wedding. He was available anytime I had questions about anything and made me feel really at ease about the whole thing! He also had a really helpful website where I could see the wedding schedule and input what songs I did and did not want played. As far as the actual wedding day, everything went very smooth and I could just enjoy it! He facilitated everything great and played great music; songs I suggested, as well as some of his own choices, which was all great! Almost everyone at our wedding was on the dance floor and it was packed the entire night and the floor was literally bouncing!! My sister is getting married in about a year and also booked Mike Ry Productions for her wedding! No bride or groom really knows how the actual events of the wedding day are supposed to go, and it can be very worrisome. But with Mike Ry Productions, there is definitely no need to worry! He helped us through every step and I could not have asked for a better party!! You will not be disappointed with Mike Ry Productions!!

Wedding dj

Mike went above and beyond our expectations. On top of playing perfect music that fit during parts of the night, he knew how to keep the dance floor full. He didn’t have a prearranged playlist, so he could adapt to the response the guests were giving. He was very organized and also directed us very well. He would calmly direct us and our guests to make the night go smooth. He followed the schedule, which helped the venue, food vendors, guests and photographers follow along. Mike was wonderful for my wedding this weekend. Professional, prompt and so friendly. I felt like my friend was DJ'ing my wedding, not someone I barely knew. He makes planning easy, with your own personal login so that you can edit and make changes. He responds quickly to emails, texts and phone calls with any questions. The music he played was on point and I don't think that anyone sat down at my reception. I have never seen such a packed dance floor. I would recommend him to anyone in the area that is looking for a DJ. You won't be disappointed!!

Mike Ry Productions was incredible! Mike ensured that we had the best day of our lives. From initial contact on the phone, to checking in through the planning process, to grabbing a few beers as the day grew closer, we always felt like we were in great hands. Mike is the complete professional and takes his job seriously. Our goal was to have the most fun party that we’ve been to and Mike made that possible. The dance floor was packed from beginning to the end... playing music which appealed to both our 85 year old grandparents and us. One of the best things about Mike was how attentive he was throughout the whole process. This was the second wedding I've attended that Mike has DJ'ed. The first was a family member and the second my best friend. Both couples were incredibly happy with the time that he took to ensure that the playlist for the night fit perfectly with their tastes. I would HIGHLY recommend him.

Hiring Mike to DJ our wedding was the best decision we made (outside of marrying each other of course). He was extremely communicative throughout the entire process, and had in depth conversations with us about what we wanted and how to play to each member of our audience. His range of musical knowledge is vast, and he keeps it all organized in an amazing website that impressed even my wife. The ability to break down the songs you want for each part of the ceremony and reception is outstanding, and Mike made sure he understood exactly what we were trying to do in each phase. He handled the music for the ceremony seamlessly with essentially no rehearsal, and kept the vibe going from cocktail hour all the way through the last song. He was also excellent at taking visual cues/eye contact when my mother and I had enough of our dance, and he nailed the father/daughter dance with music changes like I true pro. We would enthusiastically recommend you hire him for the most important events of your life.

Mike was AMAZING! From start to finish, Mike was professional and invested in making our wedding vision become a reality. He was easy to work with as he collaborated with my dad, sister and I to create special sister/sister and father/daughter dances and the timing of the hora to kick off the dancing had all of our guests on the dance floor from start to finish. Six months after our wedding, our guests are still talking about how much fun it was! My husband and I are so thrilled that Mike was part of our wedding day.

Kyle Mohr was the DJ on our special day, 9/15/17! We could not have been happier with the DJ/uplighting services provided. Kyle was personable, knowledgeable, professional, and a perfect fit for our memorable day. From ceremony to cocktail hour and reception, all went as planned! If you’re looking for someone who is not overwhelming and over-the-top, but has a great personality- Kyle is your guy. Our guests are still talking about how great the music was from ceremony through reception, and we credit Kyle for knowing his stuff and really playing what the crowd was feeling!

If you're undecided on a DJ and are reading this, your search is over! We went with Mike for our big day and it was one of the best things to happen to our wedding. Mike is down-to-earth, personable, professional, knowledgable and clearly experienced. He even worked with us to fulfill our vision of WWE and Disney princess entrances (Undertaker followed by Belle... it doesn't get better than that people!). Mike is a phenomenal DJ. From the start of the planning process, he took the time to grasp mine and my husband's needs for our wedding. His price was in our budget. And it can be difficult to find a great DJ for such a reasonable value. My entire ceremony was smooth. He played all of the music I wanted. He kept the vibe pumping for people to dance and have a good time. He is professional and organized which is a big deal for me. During the whole wedding planning process, my soon to be bride was quarterbacking the whole planning, but she assigned me with the task of selecting our DJ. My wife and I couldn't have asked for a better DJ to work with, Mike is very easy to work with, he communicates effectively and is very accommodating. One other great thing about Mike is that he gives you the tools to manage some aspects of the music, but trust me, you want Mike to run the show.

It has been a little more than 6 months since my wedding and people still contact me to tell me what an awesome time they had. Their great experience at my wedding was due, in no small part, to Mike as the DJ. He kept the party going all night and always had the dance floor packed. He really took the time to speak with both me and me husband ahead of time to determine which songs we would want played, which genres we liked, and what were the "absolute must-play" songs (and do not play songs, which he stuck to!). He also worked with me to create a montage of songs for my father-daughter dance and helped to make it perfect. I was so nervous choosing a DJ because they have such a huge role in how the day goes, how the party rages, and really whether people have a great time or not. He played the perfect songs all day - from the ceremony, to the cocktail hour, to the reception. I am so happy we had Mike as our DJ - he was fantastic- and I recommend him to any and all!

We used Mike for our Wedding in March 2017. We were married at the Union Trust Ballroom in Center City Philadelphia.

I would not change a thing from that day especially the DJ/Music selection. Mike took our suggestions and ran with it. He played the music we wanted. My friends are big on music as am I so this was something I was worried about. Not only did he kill the dinner/cocktail hour music but the dance floor was packed all night. I don't even dance and I never left it. I had multiple people/friends tell me how good the music selection was and these are bar owners and DJ's that attended my wedding as guests. (This wasn't an easy crows to please)

Our wedding was predominantly ages ranging from 28-38 and we also had great music for our parents and other adults.

Choose Mike-Hands down the music and his presence on the mic was a highlight of the night!

I found Mike through the Knot. I checked out his website and immediately loved his vibe. Mike was super responsive straight from the get go. I never hired a DJ before and Mike was the first I had talked to, so I wasn't sure of all the questions I was supposed to be asking. Mike answered questions I didn't even know I had! I was also nervous about the reliability of vendors since I was having a winter wedding. Mike assured us he had 4 wheel drive and would be there blizzard or no blizzard. Luckily, the day of was storm free! The whole month of the wedding I was super frazzled, but Mike was on top of everything. He made sure everything was ready to go and was always offering to help with anything. The day of, he did our music for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. I had actually never heard music at the cocktail hour of any wedding I had ever attended so I thought it was super awesome that he was able to set up speakers in a separate room for the occasion. He played all of our requests and his additions to the mix were perfect. He totally understood our style. Seriously, our dance floor was packed the ENTIRE night. For our final song, there was not one person in their seat. Mike did an outstanding job from start to finish and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a DJ for any occasion! I'm very pleased with our decision to trust him with our wedding. Thanks, Mike!!

We were both so happy to have found Mike for our wedding! He was simply perfect on every level! On time at every meeting, always available, providing great advice and suggestions when we were unsure about what we should do, professional, discreet the day of, on point with the music and timing, receptive to the guests and what they seemed to enjoyed dancing on, and even able to bring everyone on the dance floor when the party slowed down a little.
In one word, Mike was PERFECT! I can't thank him enough for helping us on our big day, the DJ is key to the event in many ways and I was fully confident he had this covered. He knows what his doing for sure!
On the technical side, he has 2 sets of speakers so he can set up ceremony and reception without having down time in between and having to move equipment. He has lapel microphones that were perfect for the ceremony and also an extra microphone for people reading during the ceremony. His speakers for the ceremony are hi-tech and not bulky at all. Quite frankly I don't remember seeing them!

Last but not least, Mike is a very nice person and is great to work with!

Working with Mike was simply, the BEST. From our very first skype conversation to the very last note of the final song at the reception, I was 100% happy with our decision to work together. Mike immediately gave off a chill, friendly, professional vibe during our first conversation. After moving forward with the contract, we were able to pick “must play” “try to play” and “do not play” songs through a simple interface on his website. It was made clear to us that we could pretty much have any level of involvement in the song selection (we were more on the heavy handed “this is what we want to hear” side!) Mike had no problem with that at all. What really puts Mike over the top was his commitment to us as clients. He went so far above and beyond when I asked for help editing a not quite traditional piece of music for my processional. He and I went back and forth a few times until it was perfect, and then at the last minute when I found out that the aisle was way longer than I thought and we needed to adjust the timing with days/hours to spare, Mike got it done and it was flawless. Not only was he completely willing to help me out, I would email him at what I thought was a ridiculous time of night for a question or favor, and I would get a response before I woke up the next morning. Nothing makes an anxious bride feel more calm or secure than a responsive, caring vendor. During the wedding, Mike was fantastic setting up all the speakers and microphones. The sound was amazing and my guests had a great time dancing. He was wonderful with doing just the level of MC’ing that we wanted as well. The vibe of the night transitioned just the way we were hoping. He really knows his stuff and how to make you and your guests happy and have a great time. He even took a movie of the dance floor and sent it along after the wedding, which was so fun to see. I can’t recommend Mike more highly. Take home message: You would be crazy not to hire him!!

Mike Ry was absolutely a pleasure to work with! He was very accommodating and thorough. He makes everything very easy for planning out songs, order of the night, etc and offered some great advice. His system is top notch - very professional and sleek with a fantastic sound. I also used his uplighting services and he came equipped with more than other DJs would offer. My offbeat room looked so warm. He kept everyone on the dance floor. I couldn't ask for a better DJ. I definitely recommend him!

Hands down, Mike was one of the huge highlights of our wedding. We had our ceremony outdoors at our venue followed by our reception inside the building. Mike is a one man show and most people were shocked when they found out it was just him doing all of that work! He went right from our ceremony to cocktail hour to reception without missing a beat. His website is super easy to use and has a handy "planning tool" where you can write out the timeline of the event and all of the music that you want and when. Mike took the time to follow up with a meeting before the wedding to ensure that he understood everything we wanted for our big day. One of the most important aspects of our wedding day was making sure that we heard the music we love and that the dance floor was packed. We also wanted to make sure we didn't get a "cheesy DJ"- you know what I am talking about! Mike exceeded our expectations on all levels. He is professional, kind and affordable. We will be re-living that party for a long time... he is the best!

Mike is an excellent DJ and an even better guy. He was fantastic throughout the entire process, from planning until the reception ended. Mike is very thorough in choosing the right music for you and puts a lot of emphasis on creating the atmosphere you desire. He is also very knowledgeable about flow and timing of wedding receptions. Mike is very prepared, organized and courteous - he works hard to handle all things music and entertainment related so you can focus on other details. Day of your event, Mike is on point and engages the audience effectively. He makes sure to meet your expectations and keep the party lively.

Overall, Mike did a fantastic job for our wedding reception and my wife and I would HIGHLY recommend this fun, professional DJ.

Mike made the process so simple! He was the DJ at our August 2016 wedding and was super accommodating -- we requested that he include some German songs at our event! He also sent us a video of the packed dance floor the week after the event. Really great guy, we highly recommend him!

Mike was great, he made our wedding the party we wanted, and we is priced very well compared to the agencies. He is very organized, and professional. He was on top of every aspect of the planning and prewedding schedule to make the planning process very easy for both me and my wife.
He met with us several times and went through all our questions and list of demands. The day of he showed up early and even stayed on when we extended our receptions. He played all the songs we gave him and kept people dancing all night. Working with Mike was pleasure and great experience, I highly recommend.

Mike was professional and extremely easy to work with. We used the company for our wedding and it was outstanding. Mike played music for our ceremony and reception. We also had up lighting in pink and purples and a custom monogram! It was exactly was I would have hoped for. Since our wedding I have used Mike for several events including an annual 5K, where he kept exhibitors engaged and excited for the run.

My husband and I thought Mike was a great DJ for our wedding. I have been to many weddings in the past few years with DJs who played only a few requested songs or read the crowd completely wrong resulting in an empty dance floor. Mike was the complete opposite. He played every single song we requested and continued to play great music throughout the night. There were actually more people dancing to music he picked then music we picked. He provided great up-lighting and kept the night on schedule. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Guests complimented his professionalism and obvious experience. I would not hesitate to contact him again for any future function.

DJ Mike did an awesome job for our wedding. We had several unique requests (specific entrance music for each groomsman/bridesmaid's intro, different song lists for each portion of the evening, etc) and each went off perfectly without and hitches or confusion. He also did a great job lighting the room to create a festive atmosphere. Everyone danced all night! We can't recommend him highly enough!

My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better DJ than Mike for our wedding! From the start, we knew he was perfect for our event. It was a challenge for us to plan our PA wedding since we live in Maryland, but the music part went so smoothly. Mike was so incredibly quick with responding to emails and never seemed to get frustrated with our requests (like a "power hour" at the end of the night) and questions. We had multiple conference calls as well to make sure everything was planned the way we wanted. Even though we didn't meet him until the day of the wedding, it felt like we knew him forever. He helped steer us in the right direction with song selection and always reassured us that the dance floor would be packed all night, and guess what? From the moment the music started, no one left the dance floor. We struggled with the song selection for our "older generation guests", but Mike knew exactly what songs to play to keep the older and younger guests on the dance floor all night. The power hour (1 minute of every song for the last hour) he put together at the end of the night for us was a HUGE hit! Mike also provided us with beautiful up-lighting that really helped tie everything together in the space. Since I am a very visual person, Mike even sent us the website he uses for colors so I could pick the exact one out that I wanted. The compliments from our family and friends are still flooding in on how awesome our DJ was. We couldn't be more appreciative for the amazing job Mike did at our wedding to truly help make it the best night ever!

Mike was professional, down to earth, great to work with and understood what we wanted the feel and look of our wedding to be. He was easy to get ahold of and easy to talk to. His online system was great! Simple to use and we were able to use our original playlist that we already had started for our wedding to upload "must have" songs. He had everything we needed for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception at no extra cost. The dance floor was packed from entrances of the bridal party to the last song.
