Loved working with Mike and Courtney at a recent wedding. They both were extremely kind and so very talented! I viewed some of the unedited photos Mike had taken during the ceremony that quite literally gave me goosebumps! Such amazing work! -

Absolutely Amazing!
My now-wife and I could not be more pleased with our experience with Mike. From the moment we first connected, to our engagement shoot, to our pivot to an elopement in Sedona, Mike was communicative, flexible, creative, and an all around joy. And the final product is AMAZING.
Mike is really the best photographer we could have ever asked for. He made us feel relaxed and loose in front of the camera, and it really shows in the photos. 100% recommend to everyone!! -

Greatest of ALL time!
I just got married last month, and I can not sing Mike's praises any louder!! He was absolutely amazing! He caught every single, minute detail of our special day and turned them into such precious moments on film that I will cherish forever! And SUPER bonus, he is a storm chaser as well!! We had a gorgeous sunset and cloud formation right after our ceremony and there are just no words for the pictures he captured of us! PURE ART! I don't think I will have anymore wall space for all the pictures I want printed! Not only is he talented, but he is an absolute joy to work with! His wife was there to help as well and was equally as lovely! It was so fun working with them all day! Don't waste anymore time looking for a photographer, this guy is THE REAL DEAL! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! -

Ugh, we were so happy that we hired Mike to photograph our wedding. The best decision that we could've made to really document our wedding. We contacted 6-7 photographers and we liked Mike's portfolio but we loved how he was the easiest person to talk to and feel comfortable with in 60 minutes.
We ended up booking him two years in advance and had our engagement pictures done a year and a half before our wedding. This was our first time working with Mike and it was such a great experience. We met him up in Sedona and we took our time going up to Merry-go-Round Rock. The pictures looked absolutely epic and it was just a fun time being out there with Mike.
For our wedding, Mike came with a second shooter (Aaron) and they were both with us for 9 hours for getting ready, ceremony, portraits, and the reception. It was great having two shooters as we got ready in separate locations so each of us had a photographer with us. Also, in our photos we had a lot candid reaction pictures as we had two different perspectives from having two shooters. Both Mike and Aaron were great to work with and they stayed unobtrusive during our Church wedding. Mike was also great in posing us for our portraits and showing us a great tunnel spot to take some dramatic pictures with our wedding party.
Our wedding was perfect and we can't thank Mike enough for helping us create and remember some of our best memories. -

We found Mike through our venue's required list of vendors, but that list was curated to a T because Mike was the chillest, most accommodating photographer we could have chosen for our wedding day. As an artist myself, I tried to choose vendors who I could tell were truly passionate about their craft, and Mike was just that. He was on time for our getting ready photos, and snapped away as we did our final touches. We opted to get a second photographer for my husband's groomsmen, and he was great too. Mike chose the perfect spot for our first look photos, The Arizona Science Center, and they came out incredible. He helped to coordinate the two of us so we didn't see each other before that moment. We got every photo we needed (and then some!) and my parents told me they didn't even notice him or his assistant during the ceremony! He was efficient, helpful, and so friendly throughout the whole process. Our photos got to us in a timely fashion and they came out SO. DANG. GOOD! The ceremony photos were beautiful, the dinner photos were perfect, and the way he shot the reception photos truly reflected how much fun we all had. I would recommend Mike to another couple in a heartbeat. (psst... Check out his stellar storm photography, too!) -

This review is long overdue, but I couldn't more highly recommend Mike Olbinski for wedding photography. My husband and I are based in the Bay Area and weren't as familiar with the Scottsdale market, but we are so pleased our wedding planners pointed us in Mike's direction. We had unexpected, HEAVY rain on our wedding day that ended just before our ceremony, but Mike was still able to absolutely nail our pictures and take advantage of incredible lighting. We could not be happier with the final product. To top it off, Mike's just a lovely person - Mike and his team are so pleasant, and certainly a crew I'd want around on any special day. Thank you so much, Mike! -
Brooke Sent on 03/02/2018Mike and his assistant were AMAZING! In the months leading up to the wedding, he was incredibly responsive and open to responding to any questions or requests I had. The day of the wedding, he and his assistant showed up on time and seamlessly took a wide range of shots. My husband and I do not like taking posed photos (who does??), but Mike really put us at ease. The whole photo shoot felt more like a fun outing with a long-time friend. Mike captured some STELLAR photos that are unlike any wedding photos I've ever seen (in a great way). When the dancing began, Mike was all over the dance floor snapping incredible candid shots. Those are my favorites! After the wedding, our friends commented on how fun and relaxed our photographer was. Hire Mike and you WILL NOT be disappointed!

Alexis Sent on 01/15/2018I'd give a thousand stars if I could. I cannot say enough about Mike Olbinski Photography. Literally the first thing he did when he came to our bridal suite to start "getting ready" pictures was help to calm me down when he saw how nervous/excited I was. Then, he spent the rest of the day capturing such priceless, candid moments, just letting us be ourselves and have fun. You can tell he loves what he does. And our pictures? Absolutely breathtaking. He doesn't just capture pictures - he captures precious moments in time.

Roxanne Sent on 12/15/2013If you're looking for a photographer, look no further. Mike is THE BEST. We love him so much, we might be a little obsessed. Finding a great photographer can be hard. Mike makes everything so easy. We did our engagement session with him as well. BONUS? He always has a second shooter, and thats standard. Check out his website, stalk his blog, look him up on Facebook or just google him, trust me you'll be impressed. There really isn't enough I could say about him, but his pictures say it all.
